Good Talks: Behind the Scenes Of Congress, Congressional Staffers Issues, & Equality in the Capitol w/ Jim Swift
On this Heard Tell Good Talks, guest Jim Swift joins us to explain how congress, and more specifically congressional staffers, really works behind the scene and affects how congress does it business. As a former staffer himself, Jim has written about a social media account that is revealing the real life struggles of those working on The Hill, issues like pay and opportunity, how independently wealthy staffers are forcing out others, and what to do about these issues.
