- 0:01Speaker 1: Every so often I like to think about how really
- 0:03Speaker 1: good video games or games designed with really good gameplay
- 0:07Speaker 1: are always going to have some sort of real life
- 0:10Speaker 1: reflection inside of the game. And one of the games
- 0:14Speaker 1: that is my favorite for that reason is the game
- 0:18Speaker 1: Risk of Rain. There are a lot of life messages
- 0:21Speaker 1: that are thrown right into that game that you can
- 0:24Speaker 1: learn just by playing it so that the life message
- 0:27Speaker 1: becomes more natural because you physically acted it out. It
- 0:31Speaker 1: may be the case that you can't understand any idea
- 0:34Speaker 1: unless you have physically acted it out first, which is
- 0:36Speaker 1: the whole purpose for metaphor, which is the whole purpose
- 0:38Speaker 1: for games, which is the whole purpose for drama and
- 0:41Speaker 1: theater and stuff like that. Those are all ways of
- 0:43Speaker 1: acting out ideas. Of course, a lot of those are
- 0:47Speaker 1: very effective. But there's one thing I think about quite
- 0:50Speaker 1: a lot with Risk of Rain. It's that when you
- 0:53Speaker 1: first start the game, it is extremely difficult to do anything.
- 0:58Speaker 1: And a lot of the monsters and a lot of
- 0:59Speaker 1: the bosses... have some of these really powerful abilities that
- 1:02Speaker 1: will absolutely just end you right away if you make
- 1:06Speaker 1: the wrong moves. Then, as you play the game more
- 1:09Speaker 1: and more, as you level up, and particularly because leveling
- 1:12Speaker 1: up doesn't do that much in that game, doing more
- 1:14Speaker 1: damage doesn't do that much. But in particular, when you
- 1:17Speaker 1: get better items, the problems that you had at the
- 1:20Speaker 1: start of the game are now no longer problems. For example...
- 1:25Speaker 1: there's this really difficult enemy to defeat called Ifrit, or
- 1:28Speaker 1: I think maybe it's pronounced Ifrit, whatever. There's an enemy
- 1:32Speaker 1: that's difficult to defeat called Ifrit. And the reason he's
- 1:35Speaker 1: difficult is because he has an ability that erects two
- 1:39Speaker 1: walls on the front and the back of you, so
- 1:43Speaker 1: that you can't cross those planes. And what it'll do
- 1:46Speaker 1: is it'll walk between those two walls, it'll swing its
- 1:48Speaker 1: hand and murder you. Because there's one good rule of
- 1:53Speaker 1: Risk of Reign, which is never ever stop moving. You're
- 1:56Speaker 1: always moving around and always trying to change directions, especially
- 2:00Speaker 1: in higher difficulties, otherwise you will be killed. But this monster,
- 2:04Speaker 1: this boss monster, has the ability to stop you. Now
- 2:07Speaker 1: that is a fantastic ability. It's a game-ending ability. However,
- 2:13Speaker 1: as your character levels up, in particular, as it gets
- 2:17Speaker 1: better items, you can eventually just jump over the wall.
- 2:21Speaker 1: which takes this monster who's super difficult to defeat and
- 2:24Speaker 1: makes them extremely easy to defeat with better technology. And
- 2:28Speaker 1: that is what technology has been doing since the start
- 2:31Speaker 1: of technology. It takes a task that used to be
- 2:34Speaker 1: impossible and makes it oftentimes so easy that anybody can
- 2:39Speaker 1: do it. And this kind of creates a cycle. Technology
- 2:43Speaker 1: begets technology. The more advanced tools you have, the more
- 2:47Speaker 1: advanced tools you can create. And it makes this kind
- 2:51Speaker 1: of funny because for the past hundred years or so,
- 2:55Speaker 1: maybe a little bit longer than that, maybe this has
- 2:57Speaker 1: been since forever, but for the past hundred years or so,
- 2:59Speaker 1: there's been a massive effort for the Marxists to turn
- 3:03Speaker 1: the entire West into communist, into Marxist. They tried so
- 3:08Speaker 1: outright with the Cold War, they tried to take over
- 3:10Speaker 1: violently and that didn't work. So instead, they infiltrated government
- 3:14Speaker 1: positions and tried to do so by changing the culture.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And they were, they are, They are very, very close
- 3:21Speaker 1: to doing that, or let's say they were very, very
- 3:24Speaker 1: close to doing that. They almost did it until someone
- 3:28Speaker 1: invented a technology to get around all of their control.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Someone invented the jetpack. Someone invented the feather that allows
- 3:35Speaker 1: us to jump over the wall and easily defeat the
- 3:38Speaker 1: Ifrit boss monster in Risk of Rain. Their wall was
- 3:42Speaker 1: mainstream media, and they've had mainstream media for hundreds of
- 3:45Speaker 1: years because to communicate to lots and lots of people,
- 3:49Speaker 1: it takes lots and lots of money. You know, you
- 3:53Speaker 1: might have a really good newspaper that reaches about 50
- 3:55Speaker 1: people where you actually tell the truth and you actually
- 3:58Speaker 1: try to help people, but some asshole elite who wants
- 4:02Speaker 1: to create more slavery has a lot of money and
- 4:05Speaker 1: his lies that he can produce can reach tens of
- 4:08Speaker 1: thousands of people to your 50 people. So, who are
- 4:12Speaker 1: most people going to listen to? They're going to listen
- 4:14Speaker 1: to the people they've heard as opposed to the people
- 4:16Speaker 1: they haven't. Until the internet's until cell phones, and until tablets.
- 4:22Speaker 1: These devices have allowed regular people to have the reach
- 4:27Speaker 1: that the elite had. It allows regular people to communicate
- 4:32Speaker 1: cheaply and cost-effectively to anybody who will listen. This is
- 4:37Speaker 1: something that has never, ever happened before. It has never
- 4:40Speaker 1: been cheap to create mass communication, which means anybody who
- 4:44Speaker 1: can mass communicate with a decent ID or two has
- 4:48Speaker 1: all of the control. And that was the plan of
- 4:51Speaker 1: the Marxists, that was the plan of the elite, and
- 4:53Speaker 1: that's been the plan for the past hundred years or so.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But it failed. Now, there may very well be a
- 5:00Speaker 1: collapse or two in the future, but I don't think
- 5:03Speaker 1: that these people will ever have the control that they
- 5:06Speaker 1: used to have as long as the internet exists. They
- 5:10Speaker 1: may win the battle, they may hold us back for
- 5:12Speaker 1: a while, but they're not going to win the war.
- 5:15Speaker 1: They're not going to win the war unless they give
- 5:17Speaker 1: up the internet. And they're not going to do that
- 5:20Speaker 1: because the internet gives them a lot of power. But
- 5:23Speaker 1: it also gives everybody else a lot of power. And
- 5:26Speaker 1: it's certainly allowed ideas like MGTOW to become popular. And
- 5:31Speaker 1: I think it's kind of like this. Most women do
- 5:35Speaker 1: not identify as feminist. I think it's somewhere between 14
- 5:38Speaker 1: and 20 percent of all women will outright say they
- 5:41Speaker 1: are a feminist. However, Despite the fact that they don't
- 5:45Speaker 1: identify as a feminist, they certainly believe a lot of
- 5:48Speaker 1: the mainstream feminist ideas. Like a lot of women, or
- 5:51Speaker 1: most women, do not have problems with child support. Most
- 5:54Speaker 1: women do not have problems with alimony. Most women do
- 5:58Speaker 1: not have problems with voting without any sort of responsibility.
- 6:02Speaker 1: These are all the big victories that feminism has won,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and these are all the victories that will lead to
- 6:06Speaker 1: a collapse. And now enters MGTOW. I think... We will
- 6:12Speaker 1: never get a majority of people, I don't even think
- 6:15Speaker 1: it's possible to get a majority of people to identify
- 6:19Speaker 1: as MGTOW, to openly say that they are MGTOW. However,
- 6:24Speaker 1: despite the fact that MGTOW may be a very small
- 6:26Speaker 1: percentage of society, it may just be 5% of men
- 6:30Speaker 1: who are actively saying that they are this way. Despite that,
- 6:35Speaker 1: a lot of people are starting to repeat our arguments.
- 6:38Speaker 1: A lot of the key ideas of MGTOW, the key
- 6:41Speaker 1: things that MGTOW are pissed off about, are starting to
- 6:44Speaker 1: get a lot of widespread attention. And these ideas don't
- 6:48Speaker 1: make the good little feminists and the good little communists happy,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and you can see that they are being quite petty
- 6:53Speaker 1: about it. Think back to last week or what's happened
- 6:57Speaker 1: in the news cycle recently with the whole Dave Chappelle
- 7:00Speaker 1: Sticks and Zones special. That special on Rotten Tomatoes was
- 7:04Speaker 1: given a 0%. Now, if you watch the special, and
- 7:09Speaker 1: if you know anything about Dave Chappelle, there is no
- 7:11Speaker 1: way in hell Dave Chappelle should ever deserve a 0%.
- 7:16Speaker 1: He had one of the top, well, he had the
- 7:19Speaker 1: top sketch comedy show when he was on TV. I mean,
- 7:24Speaker 1: this whole leftist Saturday Night Live, Saturday Night Live has
- 7:27Speaker 1: not been funny ever. A week is too short to
- 7:30Speaker 1: write good jokes, and a lot of times it seems
- 7:33Speaker 1: to be that with Saturday Night Live sketches, they're just
- 7:36Speaker 1: trying to fill out the hour. So they will often
- 7:39Speaker 1: have a joke that lands once, and they will repeat
- 7:41Speaker 1: it five times during that scene, making it completely unfunny.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle didn't have that problem with his show, The
- 7:50Speaker 1: Chappelle Show. And it is quite possibly the only sketch
- 7:53Speaker 1: comedy show that I've ever truly respected and truly liked,
- 7:57Speaker 1: because it was actually funny. Whereas things like SNL or
- 8:00Speaker 1: Mad TV... will give me kind of like the logical laugh.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I didn't laugh out loud. I didn't chuckle. I just
- 8:06Speaker 1: kind of said, I can see why that's funny. Which
- 8:08Speaker 1: in comedy, that's not a good thing. You don't want
- 8:11Speaker 1: people to think you're logically funny. You want people to
- 8:13Speaker 1: laugh at your jokes. And one of the jokes that
- 8:16Speaker 1: landed with Chappelle's special that I want to talk about
- 8:19Speaker 1: was this. Now, I didn't play the whole joke because
- 8:41Speaker 1: you can just go ahead and watch it on Netflix,
- 8:43Speaker 1: but I love how during this setup of this joke,
- 8:47Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle plays both sides. He very deceptively, and that's
- 8:51Speaker 1: kind of like what good comedy is always about deception,
- 8:53Speaker 1: kind of like a good fight is always about deception.
- 8:56Speaker 1: If you're going to attack your opponent, you're going to
- 8:58Speaker 1: have to faint a little bit. You're going to have
- 9:00Speaker 1: to pretend you're doing one thing, but then do something else.
- 9:03Speaker 1: So he starts the joke by saying, I am both
- 9:06Speaker 1: for abortion and against abortion. So everybody is on his side.
- 9:12Speaker 1: But then he says something that is very anti-abortion, very
- 9:17Speaker 1: against what the mainstream feminists have been promoting for the
- 9:20Speaker 1: past 50 years or so, whenever abortion came out, whenever
- 9:24Speaker 1: it became popularized. I assume it was somewhere around the 70s.
- 9:29Speaker 1: They're always saying, my body, my choice. This is a
- 9:34Speaker 1: free country. This is America. I should get to choose
- 9:37Speaker 1: my over the things that I want to do with
- 9:41Speaker 1: my own personal body. If it's your body, it's your choice.
- 9:43Speaker 1: It's my body. It's my choice. And this has been
- 9:45Speaker 1: a very, very effective buzzword. It's been a very, very
- 9:49Speaker 1: popular message. You can tell it's popular because every time
- 9:52Speaker 1: a leftist talks about abortion, they always repeat that line
- 9:57Speaker 1: because it works. So Dave Chappelle, moves past this by
- 10:01Speaker 1: saying an idea that MGTOW have been saying for years.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Maybe the MGTOW of the past have been saying this
- 10:07Speaker 1: for decades, which is, all right, it's your body, your choice.
- 10:12Speaker 1: But if I don't want the baby and you want
- 10:15Speaker 1: to keep it, then I don't have to pay. It's
- 10:18Speaker 1: your body, your choice. It's my money, so it should
- 10:22Speaker 1: be my choice. Now, ideas work like this. You get
- 10:27Speaker 1: to make the idea, but you don't get to say
- 10:30Speaker 1: what's popular and what's not popular. The only way something
- 10:33Speaker 1: gets popular is if you say something and then somebody
- 10:37Speaker 1: else repeats it. So I heard this on Dave Chappelle's special,
- 10:40Speaker 1: and this is definitely one of the jokes I remember
- 10:42Speaker 1: because it relates to MGTOW. And then, a couple days later,
- 10:46Speaker 1: I hear Ben Shapiro. making a video about this specific joke.
- 10:51Speaker 2: And then he talks at length, he does a riff
- 10:53Speaker 2: about abortion. And his riff about abortion ends up being
- 10:55Speaker 2: kind of pro-life. And he says that he doesn't care
- 10:58Speaker 2: whether a woman has an abortion, but if it's the
- 11:00Speaker 2: woman's choice and only the woman's choice, then men shouldn't
- 11:03Speaker 2: have to pay for the child support, which is a
- 11:05Speaker 2: very common argument that is made by by sort of
- 11:08Speaker 2: cynical pro-lifers. And then he says, or maybe we have
- 11:12Speaker 2: the logic of this whole thing entirely wrong.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Well, one of the things that I love about it too,
- 11:15Speaker 1: like that obviously is a big deal, but the abortion
- 11:18Speaker 1: stuff where he talks about my money, my choice, and
- 11:20Speaker 1: he says, if I'm wrong, then maybe we're wrong. I
- 11:22Speaker 1: was like, that was awesome.
- 11:24Speaker 2: It was funny.
- 11:25Speaker 1: It was hilarious.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Then we can figure it all out together.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Yes, exactly. Ben Shapiro then reports on the fact that
- 11:32Speaker 1: that joke landed and the fact that that joke flies
- 11:35Speaker 1: in the face of what the leftists have been saying.
- 11:38Speaker 1: And it flies in their face in a way that
- 11:40Speaker 1: is agreeable, in a way that makes sense. So these
- 11:43Speaker 1: ideas tend to have a ripple effect. And they're rippling
- 11:47Speaker 1: quite well. That one's going very well. Of course, another
- 11:50Speaker 1: big MGTOW issue or another big MGTOW idea is the
- 11:53Speaker 1: false rape accusation or the false accusations of abuse. Look
- 11:57Speaker 1: at what has happened in the past couple of years.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Look at what's happened in the past year. One of
- 12:02Speaker 1: the most popular events of this year. something that has
- 12:06Speaker 1: made tons of YouTube channels successful, is the Vic Mignogna case.
- 12:11Speaker 1: One channel that was okay, like Nick Riccata is a
- 12:14Speaker 1: fairly new channel. I think he's about two years old.
- 12:17Speaker 1: His following before the Vic Mignogna case was about 3,000
- 12:20Speaker 1: or 4,000 subscribers. I actually was lucky enough to get
- 12:24Speaker 1: into his channel before he started talking about Vic Mignogna.
- 12:28Speaker 1: After Vic Mignogna, he now has 76,000 subscribers. And during
- 12:31Speaker 1: the depositions, of Ron Toy, Monica Real, and Vipinana, he
- 12:38Speaker 1: had often upwards of 10,000, maybe as high as 14,000
- 12:44Speaker 1: live viewers. This channel went from nothing to a very
- 12:47Speaker 1: successful and a very popular channel who gets tons of
- 12:50Speaker 1: donations with live streams. This was all because of a
- 12:55Speaker 1: false rape accusation and the fact that people generally do
- 12:59Speaker 1: not like false rape accusations. This may have piggybacked on
- 13:02Speaker 1: the Christine... Blasey Ford accusation of Brett Kavanaugh. We had
- 13:06Speaker 1: that first, then we had the Vic Mignogna thing a
- 13:10Speaker 1: couple months later. We are quite well fed up with it.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Even the false allegations of abuse with Jussie Smollett. One
- 13:18Speaker 1: of the good things about technology is, like I said,
- 13:21Speaker 1: it makes things easier. Technology makes it a lot harder
- 13:25Speaker 1: to lie. So if Jussie Smollett says he got beaten
- 13:28Speaker 1: in front of a subway at 9 p.m. on this date...
- 13:31Speaker 1: Yet we have a video camera at that subway that
- 13:33Speaker 1: shows no such beating. We can now call him out
- 13:37Speaker 1: as a liar. So the false allegations of abuse, the
- 13:41Speaker 1: false allegations of rape, the fact that the man is
- 13:45Speaker 1: on the hook for everything, and women are on the
- 13:48Speaker 1: hook for almost nothing, these are now ideas that the
- 13:51Speaker 1: population at large do not like. So you may not
- 13:54Speaker 1: be calling yourself MGTOW, but you sure believe a lot
- 13:58Speaker 1: of the same things that MGTOW believe. People at large
- 14:02Speaker 1: might not be calling themselves MGTOW, but a lot of
- 14:05Speaker 1: MGTOW ideas are getting very, very popular. But that's enough
