- 0:00All right, you're knuckleheads, it's Wednesday, so do you know
- 0:04what that means? It's time for JJ Unleash.
- 0:17All right, so we're already in the second day of September, but
- 0:22I got 3 topics for you all in which you might want to listen
- 0:27'cause you might need to know. So do you remember the name
- 0:32Colin Kaepernick? So after more than a decade of
- 0:39pulling out that stupid stunt that he feels cost him his NFL
- 0:45career, being blackballed, protesting against police
- 0:50brutality, and a whole bunch of other nonsensical things, now 10
- 0:56years later, he still feels as if he's been the wronged
- 1:01individual for simply standing out for what he believes.
- 1:06What's the truth? Let me give you all just a quick
- 1:10tippet on this Jackass. First of all, he was never
- 1:16really that good of a quarterback.
- 1:18When he came out of college over a decade plus ago, he was really
- 1:24only a one year wonder, which was in 2013 mind you, when he
- 1:30emerged on the scene as one of what was supposed to be the next
- 1:35crop of promising quarterbacks at that time, got paid, and then
- 1:44two years after he was subsequently benched because he
- 1:48wasn't playing well. And then once he essentially got
- 1:54relegated to backup status thanks to Chip Kelly, who was
- 1:57the 49ers coach at the time, he decided to poll what now over a
- 2:08decade later, you can argue is one of the most idiotic,
- 2:13disrespectful and fly out moribund stunts in history.
- 2:20And, well, you don't need to figure out what exactly he did.
- 2:24I mean, you have seen amateurs if not a million times.
- 2:29But yet he feels as if that move essentially cost them his NFL
- 2:35career because after he essentially bass police
- 2:40officers, he feels as if he's been wrong for doing that.
- 2:47Now mind you, he after that was never picked up by an NFL team,
- 2:53you know, despite having several workouts private more so, which
- 2:59amount to almost nothing as far as any team wanting to pick him
- 3:04up and giving him opportunity. All I have to say to him, tough
- 3:13shit, Sherlock, you made the choice to do what you did.
- 3:18Nobody put a gun in your head and threatened you to do it.
- 3:22But because you essentially were one year wonder in the NFL and
- 3:28tried to essentially do this Aeox stunt, which by the way,
- 3:33which was well deserved of him being blackballed.
- 3:37He said blacklisted, but it's more blackballed because you
- 3:41chose to do what you did. You only have yourself to blame
- 3:46and work again. He was never that great of a
- 3:50quarterback to begin with. But this is what ends up
- 3:54happening when if you know of his background, that a spoiled,
- 4:00arrogant athlete who never really had the answer for
- 4:03anybody or anyone as far as his actions.
- 4:09Look at where it got and work. If you even looked at when he
- 4:15said at one point recently that he still feels as if he deserves
- 4:20a chance to play despite not having played for over a decade
- 4:24now. Well, it's been 10 years, you're
- 4:31not going to get an opportunity. If an opportunity had came, it
- 4:36would have been at best 5-6 years ago, but because you chose
- 4:43to do what you did on your own accord, you only cost yourself
- 4:48what would have been a promising career but decided to pull out
- 4:53this disrespectful maneuver. You only have yourself to blame
- 4:58for why your career ended premature.
- 5:02And let me just say this to those who vouched for him at one
- 5:05point. Congratulations, you're fucking
- 5:09dumb ass. But then again that's most black
- 5:13people who continue to believe they are oppressed and yet can't
- 5:18even look at themselves to address the million issues in
- 5:21their own community, yet have no problem blaming others for the
- 5:28shit load of things that they cause.
- 5:32So it's funny how one guy, even more than a decade later or
- 5:36exactly, still hasn't comprehend that you cost your own career
- 5:43and whatever lie ahead because you couldn't handle being
- 5:48relegated to backup status in the NFL.
- 5:53And look at where it got you. Now, All right, at #2 So this I
- 5:59saw, you know, about an hour or so ago from One American News.
- 6:06So as we know, the 25th anniversary of 9/11, hard to
- 6:11believe it's been that long, but the 25th anniversary is almost
- 6:17here. Did you know that 13% of
- 6:22Democrats feel as if America has spent way too much of an
- 6:27emphasis focusing on what happened that fateful day?
- 6:31Now you heard me mention the word Democrats.
- 6:34I call them anti American sellouts or piece of shit.
- 6:42To be quite honest with you, we all, regardless of whatever your
- 6:47party affiliation or whatever you believe, we all should put
- 6:52more of an emphasis on 9/11 'cause see, here's the thing,
- 6:59People, you know, particularly of those who are your liberals
- 7:04or Democrats, what if that was one of your family members that
- 7:09were lost that day tragically? What if it was someone you held
- 7:15in high with guard? Or what if it was somebody that
- 7:19you couldn't live without, but in one brief moment ultimately
- 7:25lost their lives in a terrorist attack that changed America?
- 7:32Even today, You see, This is why these people have become so
- 7:38nauseated, if anything. 911 next week.
- 7:46And I'll actually talk about that a little bit more.
- 7:49When warranted, that should be a day for all of us to not
- 7:56necessarily forget 'cause I mean, you can't ever forget a
- 8:00moment like that, especially where you were.
- 8:04While we don't have to forget, we have to also be able to take
- 8:11a step forward and live our lives.
- 8:15Because the ones who have lost their lives on that fateful day,
- 8:19over 3000 of them, they all can't say that they are
- 8:23fortunate to have life. So before you even think about
- 8:28complaining about how irremiserable your life is, or
- 8:32where it's stagnant because you choose not to do anything
- 8:35meaningful to make it better, think about the minions of lives
- 8:43that were lost that day in New York City almost 25 years ago
- 8:47next Friday. And I'm willing to bet any one
- 8:51of them would be more than happy to switch with you, meaning take
- 8:58your place 'cause I guarantee you a whole lot of them wouldn't
- 9:03mind still being here today. Just opposed to those nowadays
- 9:08who complain about their sorry ass lives thinking it's the
- 9:11worst thing that has happened to them, when instead they should
- 9:20be grateful just for even being given life each day.
- 9:25But nonetheless that is where society is right now.
- 9:29Because people want to be tone deaf, ignorant, and at this
- 9:33point more important about the fact that a life altering moment
- 9:38happened almost 25 years ago and people normally live libertad
- 9:44and Democrats or Democrats feel as if America has put way too
- 9:51much of an emphasis on it. So you figure out who's in the
- 9:57wrong here. And finally, the first official
- 10:02week of college football is here.
- 10:05Now mind you, there was some games last week, but it was
- 10:08essentially known as Week 0. But this is the first official
- 10:15week of College Football Week 1 starting tomorrow, 'cause
- 10:21remember this weekend's Labor Day Week.
- 10:23And so keep that in mind. Not only am I happy that, you
- 10:29know, football's back, but this essentially gives us a kind of a
- 10:35reprieve, if you will, from this crazy offseason that the NCAA
- 10:41subjected themselves to once again for being late to the
- 10:45party, trying to play catch up as far as adapting to the
- 10:50modernization of where things are.
- 10:53And it's come back to haunt them.
- 10:57And look, with the millions of things as far as you know,
- 11:00rulings about, I guess you could say former NFL players, meaning
- 11:07guys that just graduated from college or left college, though
- 11:12essentially rookies by name. But because they didn't exactly
- 11:17tack on with the team that they had signed with as either free
- 11:20agents or whatnot, undrafted, again, the NCAA put themselves
- 11:27in his own situation because and trying to essentially modernize
- 11:32and get with the program, they did about it in the wrong way.
- 11:39And well, like I said a couple of weeks back, this whole NIL
- 11:45expansion of the transfer portal was going to be a disaster when
- 11:50it was first implemented. And three years later, look at
- 11:54where we are now. It will, as far as, you know,
- 12:00the landscape of the season. You know, some people say that,
- 12:08well, the NCAA or you know, the SEC, I'm sorry.
- 12:14So the SEC, if you read about this, apparently you know LSU
- 12:19who has a lot on their plate, not regarding about the things
- 12:23I'm talking about, but just trying to have a good season
- 12:26overall. Apparently there's been some
- 12:30murmur that the SEC could look to try kick LSU out of the
- 12:37conference. The SEC, now mind you, they have
- 12:41been a staple of that conference, I wanna say since
- 12:46the 1930s, OK, when it was originally formed.
- 12:56Now mind you, it's going to be kind of hard to try and remove
- 13:01what what's been a lynch pen of confidence greatness, OK.
- 13:10But look, when you have these types of issues, as far as, you
- 13:16know, eligibility rules and trying to figure out all this
- 13:20nonsense that's been going on and that was you nor bleed Wayne
- 13:25Kiffin. It's at the forefront of it.
- 13:28I mean, something's gotta give. Now, do I agree, you know, with
- 13:34Commissioner of the SEC Greg Sankey about the realistic
- 13:38possibility of removing LSU from his from the conference?
- 13:44I don't know. I mean, you're going to have to
- 13:45kind of sell me a bill of goods on that one to see if I agree.
- 13:52But the point is you don't ultimately if you're laying
- 13:58kiffenmore. So try to founce for the fact
- 14:02that you have essentially NFL, quote UN quote rookies coming
- 14:07back to college to try to win. Like to me, that's just
- 14:14essentially it's like an unfair advantage, but it's like if you
- 14:21can't really rely oh, and 18 and 19 year olds to try to help you
- 14:27win down the line, to me that's a problem.
- 14:34Now if fairness doing Kiffin, you know, because again, when
- 14:39you left Ole Miss this offseason or this well offseason that
- 14:43essentially ended to take the LSU job, LSU did not hire him
- 14:49with the thought of well, just getting back to the College Ball
- 14:52Playoff would be good enough. Maybe win a game or two that
- 14:56would suffice. Nope, They hired him with the
- 15:00thought he was going to bring a tile back to Baton Rouge.
- 15:05Because look, when you have over 40 new transfers in your team
- 15:10was believed to be a $50 million roster, you gotta win.
- 15:17And again, what Kurt Sine and Indiana did last year, winning
- 15:22national championship in the manner that they did with mostly
- 15:26transfers, again, a large majority of them came from where
- 15:31he took over Indiana from his previous destination.
- 15:36That was essentially now if Sine Sine did, if he was able to do
- 15:44what he did as far as the success last year, then what is
- 15:49Lane Kiffin and others excuse for not doing the same thing?
- 15:54So again, it's really two different scenarios as far as
- 15:57the landscape of the NCAA and what they put themselves in and
- 16:02what Lane Kiffin and the Tigers face the season.
- 16:06Not so much of the expectation part because we know that's
- 16:09there, but it's also trying to vouch for former college players
- 16:17to come back to try and help you win.
- 16:22So that's just something to keep in mind overall.
- 16:26But that will conclude today's segment of JJ Unleash.
- 16:33Come back next Wednesday.
