- 5:25the rate of three hundred dollars per hour. Number three
- 5:29Assignment and materials considered Number seven. In providing my expert opinion,
- 5:35I have been asked to respond to the following question
- 5:38Number eight, what is the dissemination of the statements from
- 5:41Miss Maxwell referring to Miss roberts declaration as untrue and
- 5:46lies from when the statements were made on the second
- 5:48of January twenty fifteen to the date that I filed
- 5:52this report Number nine. For brevity, I refer to references
- 5:56to the statement denoting Miss roberts declarations as untrue and lies.
- 6:01Any related accounts referring to those original statements or similar
- 6:05statements from Miss Maxwell or representatives referring to Miss Roberts
- 6:09as the statements made against Miss Roberts, the statements from
- 6:13Miss Maxwell's message, or the message from mister Gal Number ten.
- 6:18My analysis is based on my experience, training, knowledge, and
- 6:23education and is formed through the application of that experience, training, knowledge,
- 6:27and education in the principles of web data collection, web analytics,
- 6:32web search search engines, websites, web traffic analysis, and related
- 6:38market analysis. Number eleven. The materials that I considered in
- 6:43preparing this report are listed in Appendix see the Summary
- 6:47of opinions twelve. Based on my research and analysis in
- 6:51connection with this assignment, which is described in more detail
- 6:55in the body of this report, along with my own experience, training, knowledge,
- 6:59and education stated below, I have reached the following opinion
- 7:03number thirteen. Statements made against Miss Roberts have been disseminated
- 7:07to at least one hundred and fifteen online media or
- 7:11other sites in one hundred and seventy eight separate stories
- 7:14or articles with a combined sixty six million, nine hundred
- 7:18and nine thousand, nine hundred and sixty five potential unique
- 7:22visitors since January two, twenty fifteen, to the date that
- 7:26I filed this report inclusive fourteen. This is a conservative estimate,
- 7:31and it is more likely than not the statements made
- 7:34by Miss Maxwell against Miss Roberts have received a wider
- 7:38dissemination due to the factors such as a I used
- 7:42a set of online websites to measure dissemination, and it's
- 7:46reasonable that I have not located all references to the
- 7:49statements made against Miss Roberts on every website by the
- 7:53time of the submission of this report. B. I examined
- 7:57only online sources referencing the statement made against Miss Roberts,
- 8:01and not print or broadcast media dissemination of the statements
- 8:04made against Miss Roberts. See. I have not attempted to
- 8:08measure face to face dissemination of articles containing the statements
- 8:12against Miss Roberts. D. I do not have access to
- 8:15certain online sources where articles containing the statements against Miss
- 8:20Roberts may have been disseminated. E. There are possibly sites
- 8:24that have hosted the statements made against Miss Roberts that
- 8:28I cannot locate, or where the statements have been removed.
- 8:32F There are sites that hosted the articles containing the
- 8:36statements made against Miss Roberts where the visitor data is
- 8:39not accessible, or where I could not confirm the number
- 8:42of visitors. G. I did not consider the dissemination via
- 8:46social media platforms of articles containing the statements made against
- 8:50Miss Roberts. H. Many sites published multiple articles on multiple
- 8:55days that contained or referenced the statements made against Miss Roberts.
- 8:59How However, I did not include these multiple publication dates
- 9:03in calculating unique daily visitors. I. I did not include
- 9:08unique daily visitors to articles that link from the article
- 9:12till one or more of the articles containing the statements
- 9:15made against Miss Roberts Jay. Finally, I did not include
- 9:19the accounts of those who may have been searching and
- 9:23seen the statements made against Miss Roberts in the search
- 9:25results listing Part five. Background web analytics for traffic analysis fifteen.
- 9:32In the course of forming this opinion, I implemented numerous web
- 9:36analytics and related techniques commonly used in the industry. In
- 9:40order to more clearly discuss these techniques, I define the
- 9:44following terms. Direct traffic visitors to a website that come
- 9:48from entering a website link into a browser location eg.
- 9:52Not coming from a link or another website. Dissemination, the
- 9:56act of spreading, or the circulation of information or articles
- 10:02domain a specific Internet website that are administered as a
- 10:06unit and defined by an Internet Protocol address. Reach the
- 10:11percentage or number of people who visit a website out
- 10:15of the total targeted population. Referral traffic visitors to a
- 10:19site that come from websites other than search engines, repeat
- 10:23visits visitor traffic to a website in a given period
- 10:28that just includes multiple visits from the same set of
- 10:31IP addresses IE IP addresses with more than one visit
- 10:35provides account of the people who have visited a site
- 10:38more than once in a given period. An individual is
- 10:41usually defined by a combination of IP addresses and browser
- 10:46within a given period, but can also be defined by
- 10:49more sophisticated methods. Search engine a program and associated hardware
- 10:55and processes that allows people to find information on the web,
- 11:00typically via the submission of queries consisting of terms search
- 11:04traffic visitors to a site that come from search engines
- 11:08rather than from other websites, or via direct navigation search
- 11:13a submission of a query to a search engine, usually
- 11:16in the form of terms forming a query. Share sharing
- 11:20of an article or a web page, typically via some
- 11:22social media platform social media content that is shared via
- 11:27social media networking websites. Unique visits visitor traffic to a
- 11:32website within a given period that includes only the first
- 11:36visit IE. Subsequent visits are ignored, which excludes repeat visits,
- 11:41provides account of the individuals who have visited in a
- 11:44site in a given period. Unique daily visitors visitor traffic
- 11:49to a website who visits a site at least once
- 11:52in a given twenty four hour period. Each visitor to
- 11:55the site is counted once during the reporting period, which
- 11:59means it exc gcludes repeat visits. Provides account of the
- 12:02individuals who have visited a site on a given day.
- 12:06Visits account of all the traffic to a website in
- 12:09a given period, including both unique and repeat visits. Web
- 12:14analytics the measurement, collection, analysis, and reporting of web data.
- 12:19All right, folks, we're going to wrap up right there,
