From Producing to Experimenting
A year into building a story world, I hadn't made a single sale to someone who didn't already know me, and the work had started to feel more like maintenance than learning. In this one I go back to where the idea came from, what it actually gave me, and why I've decided to experiment instead of produce. I don't have it figured out. I'm still sitting with whether I've really let go of needing it to pay off.
