Roadwork is coming to Patriots Way near the new Delaware State Police Troop Four barracks, closing the stretch between Avenue of Honor and Doe Bridge Lane from August 10–21. Drivers will need to detour via Bethesda Road and Avenue of Honor—southbound turn left onto Avenue of Honor then right onto Bethesda; northbound turn left onto Bethesda then right onto Avenue of Honor. Expect delays as crews rebuild travel lanes to prep for full facility operations. Signs will guide you—plan ahead for extra travel time.
