The Tipp City Mum Festival is back for its 67th year with a new parade route due to construction on Second Street—starting at the Hyatt Center, winding through Main, Second, Franklin, and ending at Parkwood & Third. Celebrating America’s 250th anniversary under the “Blossoms of Liberty” theme, the two-day event (Sept 26-27) packs in music, kids’ zones, races, pageants, car shows, crafts, and food.
