Speaker 1: the world defines knowledge, wisdom and understanding, but the way

Speaker 1: God's Word defines knowledge, truth, understanding, wisdom a man education,

Speaker 1: in the Bible. Wisdom and understanding right is right. Wisdom

Speaker 1: and understanding and knowledge is described all over the scriptures.

Speaker 1: Because God is a true, living, holy, righteous, loving, just

Speaker 1: God who knows all things a man. And because he

Speaker 1: knows all things, he wants us to learn his ways.

Speaker 1: His ways are not like our ways, his thoughts are

Speaker 1: not like our thoughts. They are above. His ways are

Speaker 1: above a man. But he allows us to get it

Speaker 1: with him on that and we could get to that

Speaker 1: today Ephesians, chapter number six, verse number four.

Speaker 1: Lord Jesus, you are mighties, a saved You're awesome in

Speaker 1: that's the amen that we're talking about. We're agreeing with Jesus.

Speaker 1: We're agreeing with the living Word of God. Jesus is

Speaker 1: and apply what we learn today. Today is the day

Speaker 1: this knowledge of God that we have, Amen, could be

Speaker 1: applied and we could speak it out over others. Amen,

Speaker 1: And we could share this good news with people. That

Speaker 1: God sends our way every day is a divine appointment.

Speaker 1: I don't believe in coincidences, Man, Nothing just happens by

Speaker 1: random chance. Everything is ordered by God. Every single step

Speaker 1: that the righteous people of God take is ordered according

Speaker 1: to the scriptures. Now, the randomness that people might be

Speaker 1: thinking is random is because they have no direction, they

Speaker 1: have no purpose, they have no identity in Christ, and

Speaker 1: they're thinking that everything is just random chance. And I understand.

Speaker 1: I used to think that way too, before the Lord

Speaker 1: changed and transformed my heart and my life. And Man,

Speaker 1: I used to think everything was just up for grabs,

Speaker 1: that every day was so uncertain, even though these days

Speaker 1: are uncertain. But what we are certain about is that

Speaker 1: Jesus is with us, that God is in us, that

Speaker 1: God is working through us and for us, and that

Speaker 1: the discipline and instruction of the Lord. They might roll

Speaker 1: their eyes and they might not want to hear it,

Speaker 1: and they might want to learn how to fake their

Speaker 1: relationship with God. Do your part as parents, fathers. Amen.

Speaker 1: It says fathers here, But I know for sure that

Speaker 1: the Lord is talking about parents, and so a mom

Speaker 1: is a parent too. So do your best not to

Speaker 1: provoke your children to anger. Do not exasperate them to

Speaker 1: the point of resentment. And this the world is not

Speaker 1: helping us. Social media's not helping us with our children.

Speaker 1: in my home, amen, because it's really not benefiting us

Speaker 1: at all, especially with my children. They could camp out

Speaker 1: on their devices, their pads and their phones all day

Speaker 1: if you allow them to. And I made a rule.

Speaker 1: I re established a rule last night, and my oldest

Speaker 1: daughter didn't. She thinks I forgot, but I told her

Speaker 1: about not having a phone overnight in her room, so

Speaker 1: she never gave me the phone. So that's going to

Speaker 1: know they think sometimes children think that we forget what

Speaker 1: we say. I mean, I know I'm getting old, right,

Speaker 1: social media, right, and everything that's raunchy, I just like

Speaker 1: put not interested, or I try to get off these chats,

Speaker 1: to clean up other languages, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish. You know,

Speaker 1: it's just relentless. You know, those poisonous algorithms, I call them, right,

Speaker 1: they're just relentless. So imagine our kids going through those,

Speaker 1: you know, feeds all day. What are they watching? What

Speaker 1: are they seeing? The other day? Yes, yesterday, my four

Speaker 1: year old was singing a song. I was like, that

Speaker 1: song doesn't sound you know too good? She knew a

Speaker 1: word for word. It was a K pop song. And

Speaker 1: then when I looked at the graphic, I was like, whoa,

Speaker 1: what are you watching? And it was Amazon Music? I said,

Speaker 1: how did you get on Amazon Music? Put on the TV?

Speaker 1: She's so smart. She knows how to press buttons and

Speaker 1: get to where she's going. So the simple fact that

Speaker 1: she knew this song by heart means that she's been

Speaker 1: on that phone, on that device, watching, listening so much

Speaker 1: that it's embedded in her brain. And that's dangerous. Man.

Speaker 1: what you go through, we go through the same thing. Yeah. Man,

Speaker 1: it's tough. Well, we're gonna fight the good fight of faith.

Speaker 1: And according to Ephesians six and four, we are instructed

Speaker 1: and I know will be the bad guys. They won't

Speaker 1: want to hear it. I know, I was a kid,

Speaker 1: to believe it or not. Kids forget that their parents

Speaker 1: were kids once before too, even though it was a

Speaker 1: different time. But it was the same things we were

Speaker 1: dealing with, right, send nature, right, sex, drugs, alcohol, the

Speaker 1: same peer pressures and all that stuff changed. I don't

Speaker 1: care if you're one hundred and ten years old, you

Speaker 1: know what I'm talking about. When you were a kid,

Speaker 1: there was peer pressure. There was this, that, and the third,

Speaker 1: and it was all designed to take us off course,

Speaker 1: all designed to distract us, all designed to steer us

Speaker 1: away from the knowledge of who true, of the true

Speaker 1: God is. Amen. So the Bible presents itself right to

Speaker 1: The Bible itself teaches that education to understand to have

Speaker 1: knowledge begins with God. Right, and that knowledge is nurtured

Speaker 1: from home. Or we shouldn't be relying on our youth

Speaker 1: groups or on our youth leaders, our youth pastors. We

Speaker 1: shouldn't be relying on the school system to nurture the

Speaker 1: growth of our child when it concerns the knowledge of God.

Speaker 1: We should be stepping up to the plate at home

Speaker 1: a man. We should be rooted in the scripture so

Speaker 1: that way we could share the scriptures with our children.

Speaker 1: Prioritize wisdom over information. We spoke about that the other time. Amen.

Speaker 1: And that's a lifelong journey. That's a lifelong thing, that's

Speaker 1: a lifelong learning, that's a lifelong process.

Speaker 1: So the Bible's ultimate purpose is not just to learn intellectually,

Speaker 1: blazing light of Christ living within us, and it's going

Speaker 1: to expose darkness. Right. And Jesus, the Lord, Holy Spirit

Speaker 1: yahweh right, Father's son, holy Ghost, does not want us

Speaker 1: to walk in darkness. He wants us to walk in

Speaker 1: the light, the truth. And he wants us to understand,

Speaker 1: not just to have head knowledge, but to have heart

Speaker 1: understanding and heart wisdom, godly.

Speaker 2: Wisdom, not the world's wisdom.

Speaker 1: A man, The world's wisdom is Listen, it's here today

Speaker 1: Kingdom of God, we don't struggle in those areas. The

Speaker 1: A man, the Kingdom of God remains no matter what happens,

Speaker 1: no matter what happens in the culture, the Christian the

Speaker 1: Kingdom culture is always supposed to be in the lead.

Speaker 1: And we are supposed to be the example of who

Speaker 1: Jesus is is. Where his representatives ambassador's parents' responsibility, Yes,

Speaker 1: it's our responsibility. Listen. When I send my kids off

Speaker 1: And I expect them to teach math in English, social studies,

Speaker 1: manipulate our children to normalize sin and our gender issues

Speaker 1: in all that stuff. No, I believe that's our responsibility.

Speaker 1: being challenged every day. Why wouldn't the enemy want to

Speaker 1: challenge God's people? That's what he does. He came to kill, steal,

Speaker 1: for sure that he's defeated, and it seems like he

Speaker 1: doesn't win. He puts up a good fight, right, but

Speaker 1: he doesn't win because he can't do anything creative, He

Speaker 1: can't do anything new. God is the creator. God is

Speaker 1: the one who does a new thing in our hearts,

Speaker 1: in our minds. God gives us the knowledge of who

Speaker 1: He is and the understanding to do something about what

Speaker 1: we know. Amen. And that's the knowledge of God that

Speaker 1: Bible teaches true education is just not about filling the

Speaker 1: mind with information, but true education, according to the Scripture,

Speaker 1: is performing or really applying this information right, shaping the heart,

Speaker 1: shaping the soul, character of the knowledge of God. Right,

Speaker 1: the foundation of learning, of all learning, begins with him.

Speaker 1: We see it in Proverbs one seven. The fear of

Speaker 1: the Lord is the what the beginning of knowledge. And

Speaker 1: once you have the beginning of God's knowledge, Amen, now

Speaker 1: He's going to give you understanding and you're going to

Speaker 1: have wisdom of how to navigate what you know about God.

Speaker 1: I met people who know the scriptures. Man, They could

Speaker 1: recite scriptures, they could point you to the scriptures all day,

Speaker 1: every day, but for some reason they don't know how

Speaker 1: to apply that. And if you don't know how to
