- 0:01Congratulations silver investors, you are watching
- 0:05history be made today. Today we crossed $100 in the
- 0:10spot price in silver. The big question that a lot of
- 0:14people have, will this continue? How far can it go?
- 0:19200 dollars, $300, even $500? The important thing that we want
- 0:25to do together is to look at all the facts.
- 0:28I've got some reasons and examples that we're going to go
- 0:31over today that indicate to us that we could indeed continue to
- 0:36much, much higher prices. But again, congratulations and
- 0:41congratulations for joining us down here in the basement.
- 0:43If we were here a year ago, we were down here saying, oh, the
- 0:46silver price is at $30 per oz. I wonder how high it will go.
- 0:51Just imagine if a year ago they told us that today we would be
- 0:56celebrating a major milestone in the universal history of
- 1:01precious metals, $100 silver. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 1:07We want you to come back on behalf of Upstairs Susie, my
- 1:10lovely assistant there on the walkie-talkie, and myself.
- 1:14We love having you as part of the Basement Dweller community.
- 1:17Subscriptions are free. Thumbs up, right?
- 1:20Press the thumbs up. That's free.
- 1:22Leave a comment in the comment section because your voice
- 1:25matters. Your thoughts matter.
- 1:26We are all in this together, navigating right?
- 1:30What we used to say. We're choppy waters, although
- 1:32we've had some good seas lately for the silver and gold price,
- 1:36we want yet to come back. I also want to say
- 1:38congratulations to Keith Neumeyer.
- 1:40He's the CEO of First Majestic Silver.
- 1:44We remember right years and years ago.
- 1:47Heck, I even remember almost 10 years ago sitting down here
- 1:50watching Keith Neumeyer on interviews and hearing him talk
- 1:53about triple digit silver. Well, congratulations, Keith.
- 1:57It happened today. You've been a leader in the
- 1:59precious metal sector, a leader in the silver sector, and we
- 2:03appreciate you. And why is it such a big deal,
- 2:05$100? It's just a number, but it's a
- 2:09big number, and it's going to draw a lot more attention into
- 2:13the silver market of people that are generalist investors.
- 2:19You know, that sheep warning noise will get it out of the way
- 2:21early today. The 97 percent, 98% of people
- 2:26that don't own precious metals are going to say, wow, did you
- 2:29hear silver hit $100, right? And maybe a little bit of that
- 2:33herd who we like to affectionately refer to as the
- 2:36sheeple, will come join us on the silver and gold lifeboat.
- 2:42Let's go out and start looking at some of this big data that
- 2:45we're getting today. You know what?
- 2:47Let's go out and take a look at the price First, let's go to the
- 2:50spot market. Hold on here one second.
- 2:55Hold on here. Here we go, guys.
- 2:58We're going to go out and look at the spot price of silver
- 3:01right now. Wow feast your feast your silver
- 3:07and gold eyes on this. We've got silver at 161 cents
- 3:12bid and the gold price right Hey, this could be a historic
- 3:16day for gold as well. The granddaddy.
- 3:19We don't want to forget about you grandpa gold right almost
- 3:22$5000 per oz. But what's really important is
- 3:27we want to take a look at the silver chart, OK guys, this is
- 3:32the one year silver chart for the futures market.
- 3:37This is the March of 2026 futures market.
- 3:41And I want to point something out that I think is critical for
- 3:44us and something very optimistic trying to get the there we go
- 3:49get that off the screen for the silver price and that is this
- 3:55OK. Again one year ago of course
- 3:59we've already covered we were at around $30 per oz.
- 4:02But on a one year chart we have such a a steady increase, yes,
- 4:07it picked up over the last three or four months, but that is not
- 4:12a spike, OK. Remember in 1980, in 2011,
- 4:16right, we had paper driven speculation driven silver price
- 4:21spikes for the price went up like this, right.
- 4:24Even on a one year chart that's what it looked like and when it
- 4:27shot up, it came right back down.
- 4:30This time really is different, right, Because this this chart
- 4:34shows us two things, right? Periods of consolidation, right?
- 4:38You can look there, there was some consolidation, there was
- 4:41some consolidation in this area, OK, but also that this is a
- 4:45physical driven market. Now we're going to go out and
- 4:49look at the five year chart on a five year chart.
- 4:53It's still right. It looks it looks semi spiky.
- 4:57But again, you know, the important thing to remember is
- 4:59that we have this time a physical driven and we're going
- 5:04to Oh, I got I forgot to tell you guys.
- 5:06We've got some incredible all around the world.
- 5:09There's a silver mania taking hold.
- 5:12We're going to look at data from all around the world.
- 5:15Before we do that, though, I want to go out and share this
- 5:18with you. Wrong 1 Hold on here.
- 5:22Here we go. A post that came from our friend
- 5:25Echo X who's got over 100,000 followers.
- 5:28A big account on X history made silver just hit $100 for the
- 5:33first time ever. This is going to make you feel
- 5:35warm and fuzzy. If you own silver, you know what
- 5:40this moment means. Years of patience, years of
- 5:44conviction, years of being told you were wrong.
- 5:48Some people even, you know, looked at me, looked at us cross
- 5:51eyed when we talked about silver 345 years ago, suppressed for
- 5:56over 200 years, 350 plus paper contracts for every one ounce of
- 6:04real silver, one of the most manipulated assets on earth and
- 6:09in the history of the universe, and yet inevitable.
- 6:13This is God's money. This is the people's money.
- 6:16This is what happens when paper lies meet physical truth.
- 6:20You, you now get to say I was there when silver hit triple
- 6:25digits like Keith Newmeyer predicted for the first time in
- 6:30human history. Be proud, you know?
- 6:33You know what you held. Congratulations guys.
- 6:37Okay, seriously, let's all take a moment, look each other and
- 6:42smile. While you're smiling, you can
- 6:44press the subscribe button. But let's go to China and just
- 6:48get some data from the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
- 6:51And then we're going to talk about, I mean, evidence that
- 6:55this can go even further because this is a remember, Silver's not
- 7:00just in Saint Louis, Silver's not just in Boise, ID Silver is
- 7:05valuable everywhere in the world, thousands of years all
- 7:11around the world. And we've got some data coming
- 7:14to us from all around the world that's going to make my hair go
- 7:18curly by the end of this live stream.
- 7:20But first, let's go out to our friend Oriental Ghost, whose
- 7:23mother recently passed away, mentioned that one more time.
- 7:26He was Mia for a little bit. We were all worried about him,
- 7:30but he's back now. Again, Oriental, go, sorry to
- 7:32hear about your mother. And this is his daily report
- 7:36from the Shanghai Gold Exchange. Oh, what's different about the
- 7:41Shanghai Gold Exchange? It's a physical market.
- 7:45This is a you have to have physical metal to trade on the
- 7:47Shanghai Gold Exchange. So this is China's price for
- 7:51real physical AG. You better know by now that
- 7:55stands for silver. That's the periodic element.
- 7:58And this is the SGE and guys in China, right, who now is setting
- 8:03the silver price, $111.00 per oz.
- 8:08But what if I told you we've got news from Dubai, we got news
- 8:12from Turkey, we have news from Korea.
- 8:14We have news from China. We have news from India.
- 8:18Everywhere we look, we are getting more and more crazy news
- 8:23about the world is woken up. Welcome to the new reality.
- 8:27Yeah, welcome to the repricing of silver.
- 8:32Now look, before we go any further, I want to because I
- 8:35care about you. Please, whatever you do with any
- 8:37of your investments, always be responsible.
- 8:40Remember, I'm not a financial advisor, OK?
- 8:44Be responsible, use logic. Don't put yourself at too much
- 8:48risk with anything that you may or may not invest in.
- 8:51Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, crypto currencies, precious
- 8:53metals, or relationships for that matter.
- 8:56Now let's go look at some insane data.
- 8:58Before we do that, I mentioned first meant earlier, but if you
- 9:01want to get your paws on some great silver, the freshest
- 9:05silver on the market, freshest silver.
- 9:08Why do I say that? Because First Mint is owned by
- 9:11First Majestic Silver who mines the silver in Mexico, ships it
- 9:16directly to 1st Mint. They are a a silver specialist
- 9:20mint in Las Vegas, NV when then it's transformed into world
- 9:24class silver bullion products. This here is their Las Vegas
- 9:29round. Look at that roulette wheel.
- 9:30I used to love to play a lot of roulette.
- 9:34That is the backside of their Las Vegas round.
- 9:37It's absolutely incredible. But the silver goes from the
- 9:41mines to the mint directly to you, those fine people at the
- 9:47COMEX and the LBMA, they never get to touch it, OK?
- 9:51You're literally taking, you're getting the freshest silver on
- 9:54the market, the most beautiful silver on the market, and you're
- 9:58taking silver away from those fine folks at the COMEX and the
- 10:01LBMA. You can learn more about them
- 10:04right here at First mint.com. Let me pull it up for you, OK?
- 10:09If you go to their store, they have bars, they have rounds, and
- 10:12they have a Folds of Honor product line that benefits the
- 10:15Folds of Honor Foundation. Great company.
- 10:18You guys have given me so much absolute positive feedback.
- 10:22Look, my experience with Versement, I love everything
- 10:25they've sent me and it's a premium retail experience.
- 10:29They really do set the bar. There's a reason why they're
- 10:32growing like crazy. I heard Keith Newmeyer say they
- 10:34had record sales in the fourth quarter.
- 10:36So keep up the great work. Work first met and thank you for
- 10:40sponsoring Ron's Basement. But wait a minute.
- 10:42I promised you to. Unbelievable silver data from
- 10:45around the world. What about the Chinese aunties?
- 10:49Aunties. Do you have an aunt?
- 10:50Huh. Well, in China, if you had an
- 10:53aunt, she apparently might be a Hold on here, Hold on, there we
- 10:59go. Might be waiting in line to buy
- 11:02precious metals for you. This comes from the FX leaders.
- 11:08China's Silver Rush and there's a lot more Trust me Auntie's
- 11:13lineup in Shenzhen to as retail buyers swap refiners and banks.
- 11:20Guys, get ready, take a deep breath, take your blood pressure
- 11:23medicine because this is some good news for the future of
- 11:27silver. As we look around the corner, it
- 11:29says banks and refiners are rushing to meet the
- 11:32unprecedented demand from retail investors.
- 11:37Make a note of that. Banks and refiners due to
- 11:40Silver's dizzying rally. But wait, there's a lot more.
- 11:45There's a lot. Banks and refiners are rushing
- 11:47to meet the unprecedented man from retail investors amid
- 11:49silver's dizzying rally. Sorry, I just repeated that.
- 11:52As evidenced by Chinese ants. Do you have a Chinese aunt
- 11:58waiting in line at Shenzhen market?
- 12:01Out of stock Turkish refineries and the Korea mint offer that
- 12:08sold out in one hour. But wait, there's more.
- 12:11We're going to dig into the details.
- 12:13OK, that paragraph I don't have highlighted just talks about
- 12:16what you already know. The silver price is sky
- 12:18rocketing. But let's listen now wait a
- 12:21minute. Wait, there's a bonus to buy the
- 12:24Middle East? Oh, let's listen to Ferrat
- 12:27Sakakaki, a bullion dealer in Dubai, stated.
- 12:30It's the, it's the highest demand I've ever seen, not in
- 12:38the last year, not in the last 10 years, the highest demand
- 12:42that our friend D Rot has ever seen.
- 12:44For the past 10 days, the majority of refineries in Turkey
- 12:50have been out of stock. For the smaller bars, which are
- 12:5410 and 100 oz, I don't know. Those are pretty big.
- 12:58Quote, Turkish retail investors are now willing to pay up to $9
- 13:04more per oz than the global benchmark price.
- 13:09So we got Turkey, so we got Dubai, and we have China.
- 13:13Is there more? I don't know.
- 13:14This is causing international banks to prioritize banks to
- 13:19prioritize shipments to the nation and region with less
- 13:23metal reaching India, excuse me, India, and leaving demand there
- 13:30unmet. There's this very complicated
- 13:34economic concept called supply and demand.
- 13:37And when there's no supply, but there's demand, there's only one
- 13:42thing that fixes that. That starts with the letter P
- 13:45That's right. You guessed it, price,
- 13:46particularly for a less liquid metal like silver.
- 13:51Excuse me, a short squeeze in October of last year
- 13:55demonstrated how local supply did we just say the S word
- 14:00squeezy, squeezy that it was a squeeze.
- 14:04But anyway, local supply constraints can quickly spread
- 14:08worldwide. But wait, there's more because
- 14:13according to Samit Guha, CEO of MMTC PAMP India.
- 14:18All right, that's the big PAMP, you know, refiner investor,
- 14:22demand for silver is greater in India.
- 14:25Now, excuse me, that it was in October.
- 14:29Remember what they just said in the previous paragraph?
- 14:32There was a squeeze in October with smaller bars and coins
- 14:36being popular is the biggest precious metals refine and
- 14:40they're the biggest precious metals refiner in the nation.
- 14:43That's just the biggest one in India, right?
- 14:45Telling us that they've got more demand now than they did during
- 14:48the October squeeze. Although the company's imports
- 14:51of silver Dole Ray more than doubled from October to December
- 14:56of last year, it's still having difficulties.
- 15:00So the biggest refiner in India imported twice as much silver
- 15:06from October to December, right? But they still can't meet the
- 15:10demand. I don't know.
- 15:14You tell me. I'm waiting.
- 15:21Are we in unprecedented times for silver and gold for that
- 15:26matter, Don't want to ignore gold, the grand pappy of all
- 15:29precious metals, right? Are we in a new reality for
- 15:33silver and gold? You answer the question, right?
- 15:37You've got a you got a brain on your shoulders.
- 15:39And I think you know the answer to that question.
- 15:42What about our old friends, right?
- 15:45And we love them because the first four letter of their name
- 15:48spells the word gold. Yes, We're talking about Goldman
- 15:52Sachs, the most respected big investment bank in the world.
- 15:56Who they didn't listen to me and you 345 years ago when we said
- 16:00we thought silver and gold were underpriced.
- 16:02No, they would put out low estimates, blah, blah.
- 16:06But what's Goldman Sachs saying now, right?
- 16:11And we won't, we won't complain when the world's biggest
- 16:13investment bank gives us some good news.
- 16:15And this comes from our friends at Kitco, Ernest Hoffman.
- 16:20Thank you, Ernest for your Ernest.
- 16:23The involvement in the precious metal sector, Goldman Sachs
- 16:26raises their 2026 gold price target to only $5400 per oz.
- 16:32As the this is there's something, there's a, there's a
- 16:35very important factor in what Goldman saying and we're going
- 16:38to talk about it. Private sector joins central
- 16:41bank's diversification strategy. We'll talk about that as well in
- 16:49blue. We just have two paragraphs to
- 16:51cover. OK Basement dwellers just weeks
- 16:54Just weeks after setting a year in target of $4900 per oz for
- 16:59gold, the banking giant Goldman Sachs announced on Wednesday
- 17:04that it was raising its December 2026.
- 17:07That would be a little over 11 months from now.
- 17:11Price target to $5400 per oz. Goldman analyst led by Dan St.
- 17:20Vegan and Lena Thomas wrote in a note.
- 17:23We can have a little fun, guys. Right, That the upgraded
- 17:26forecast is based on their belief that private investors
- 17:31who bought gold as a hedge against macro policy risks will
- 17:35hold these positions through the end of the year.
- 17:38So what they're saying is that individual investors are waking
- 17:41up to the fact that we're in a debt spiral in the United States
- 17:45and the world for that matter. And on top of that, we have
- 17:48geopolitical strife like nothing else in history.
- 17:51Let me tell you something, guys. Let me tell you something, at
- 17:54least those of you who've been basement dwellers for years,
- 17:56remember this from about 14 1/2 months ago, there was a period
- 18:00where I would describe the situation where it was a boxing
- 18:03match. OK, I'm not big on violence, but
- 18:06it's a boxing match. In one corner you have the Fiat
- 18:10currencies, right? The, the, the Tranfi banking
- 18:14system, right? And they're going to fight,
- 18:16they're going to square off against against the precious
- 18:19metals heavyweight. In one hand he has gold in the
- 18:23other hand, he has silver. They're going to fight each
- 18:26other. Now who you going to bet on?
- 18:28And this is what we said two years, 14 1/2 months ago,
- 18:31whatever, you know the point, what we said was right that that
- 18:35fight we're going to bet on gold and silver, right?
- 18:39The precious metals heavyweight as he takes on Jerome Powell and
- 18:44the Federal Reserve, right, OK. And the reason why there's a big
- 18:49reason why anybody who bets on sports is going to look at
- 18:54history. So if you get the, the, the,
- 18:56the, the statistics on these two boxers, right, you can look at
- 19:00gold and silver heavyweight, the precious metals heavyweight.
- 19:04They've been in this fight many, many times before, like 4000
- 19:08years worth of experience and the precious metals heavyweight
- 19:14beat the Fiat currency every single time over 4000 years.
- 19:19Look, look, I know we all have a thing called recency bias,
- 19:23right? This is not the only paper
- 19:25currency that's ever been made. There's been hundreds,
- 19:28thousands. Lynette Zhang has a whole bunch
- 19:30of them. I love Lynette Zhang.
- 19:32You know examples. There's there's, there's all
- 19:35kinds of from all over the world, all throughout history
- 19:38when they decoupled this, right? And look, President Richard
- 19:42Nixon did it in 1971, took the United States off the gold
- 19:46standard. That was his decision.
- 19:48We didn't like it. I love my country.
- 19:50I wish we'd stayed on the gold standard, but they didn't.
- 19:52And that's the reality. Now.
- 19:54This is backed by faith and confidence every single time.
- 19:59This here, I can do a great visual for you.
- 20:02This OK, took on this over 5000 years.
- 20:08This has won. Thank you, Goldman Sachs for
- 20:12finally waking up to what we tried to tell you 3 or 4 years
- 20:16ago. Oh, we got more to cover.
- 20:22How about metals? Oh, OK, OK, thank you.
- 20:29I'll do. I'll, I'll recognize the Super
- 20:31chance later in this broadcast. What I would like you to do
- 20:34right now, besides press the subscribe button in the thumbs
- 20:37up, is everybody say hi and thank you to the one and only
- 20:42the world famous upstairs. Susie.
- 20:44Yes, that's my wife. I couldn't do this without her.
- 20:47And she communicates with me via a walkie-talkie.
- 20:50And if I get a certain number of likes and thumbs UPS, she
- 20:53unlocks the deadlock bolt on the basement door and I get to go
- 20:57outside and have a little fresh air.
- 20:59Now let's talk about something even more important.
- 21:02This was great. People were saying that the
- 21:04precious metals rally is over. It's done, right?
- 21:07And look, I don't have a crystal ball.
- 21:08You don't have a crystal ball. I don't know.
- 21:11I can't believe I'm even thinking this, but I mean, could
- 21:14silver go down? Of course.
- 21:16Will it go down at some point? Yes, it will.
- 21:18Don't throw eggs at me. It's not just going to go
- 21:20straight straight up my but most likely it's going to have pull
- 21:24backs, consolidations, whatever People were saying that in this
- 21:28game, this art, this next article and we're going to go
- 21:30through it quickly gave so many reasons why why the price of
- 21:36gold and silver, right, Gold and silver, the precious metals
- 21:40heavyweight can continue higher. Let's go out and take a look at
- 21:44this as well. And this came from our friends
- 21:48at metals and miners sub stack. They're doing a great job.
- 21:52Gold and silver sell off on the Trump NATO Greenland deal.
- 21:55What a joke I have to say. Everyone is now asking is this
- 22:00the top? Are we done?
- 22:01OK, are we done? Look at that.
- 22:04Oh my gosh, remember that night gold went down like, what, 100
- 22:07bucks because I don't know something about Greenland?
- 22:10Well, let's just, let's just get down here to the important part.
- 22:15And what they're saying is maybe, maybe the rally in gold
- 22:20and silver isn't over because as they point out, right, you need
- 22:24to understand that the Japanese bond market is still imploding.
- 22:28That's a big, big deal, right? People are selling bonds.
- 22:32OK. I didn't look at the bond market
- 22:34today, but people have been selling bonds, not more.
- 22:39Let's go to the next point. You need to understand that
- 22:41America's debt crisis is unsolvable.
- 22:44We'll look at that in a minute. I'm going to pull up one of your
- 22:46favorites, the US debt clock. We'll look at that in one
- 22:49second. Yes, we are in a debt spiral in
- 22:51the United States. the United States must issue.
- 22:55This is crazy. 11 to 12 trillion in new debt in 2026 alone.
- 23:01And with Japan and China no longer buying, the Fed will be
- 23:05forced to monetize the debt. That means print money to pay
- 23:09for the debt. And the guys, 11 to 12 trillion
- 23:12is almost 30%. But wait, there's more.
- 23:14There's a kicker because that 11 to 12 trillion is going to have
- 23:18to be issued at much higher interest rates even if they do
- 23:22short term, right? I mean, it's it's a spiral.
- 23:26We'll talk more about that later.
- 23:28You need to understand the Greenland deal is not yet a
- 23:30deal. There's all that speculation.
- 23:32We won't go down that road. But we got trouble with Europe.
- 23:35Now Europe's mad at us. You need to understand that
- 23:38NATO's stunning reversal from the threatening war against the
- 23:41US over Greenland to full throated endorsement in a matter
- 23:44of hours reveals how screwed up the world is on a geopolitical
- 23:50level. You need to understand that the
- 23:52stock market, we talked about the bond market, people are
- 23:55selling bonds when the interest rates on bonds goes up.
- 23:59Look, I can be as fancy as you want me to.
- 24:01I work for a BIG4 accounting firm.
- 24:03I understand all these terms. But when so just so just for
- 24:07those of you who are maybe new to finance, when interest rates
- 24:11go up, the only reason interest rates go up on bonds is because
- 24:15people are selling bonds when they sell the bonds, OK, but the
- 24:20people that are buying them are saying, well, I'm only going to
- 24:22buy it if it pays a higher interest rate.
- 24:25People are selling bonds, getting out of the bond market.
- 24:29But look, the stock market is in no better shape.
- 24:34The stock market is at, by almost any measurement, any
- 24:37comparison at historical overvalued levels.
- 24:42OK, the Magnificent 7 tech stocks are getting hit hard in
- 24:46early 2026. We could go down that road, but
- 24:50just think about that. Bonds don't look good.
- 24:53The stock market don't look good.
- 24:54What about residential real estate and commercial real
- 24:57estate? Let's just say that doesn't look
- 24:59good either. What's left, right?
- 25:01What's the safe haven? What's the safe harbor?
- 25:03You got that right. It's gold and silver.
- 25:05You also need to understand that the bricks are decoupling.
- 25:08We talked about this with Mr. Van earlier in the week, right?
- 25:11The world, the world is moving away from the dollar.
- 25:14We're going to look at some data on that here.
- 25:17You know what, we can do that right now.
- 25:18Wow, what a perfect segue. Here we go.
- 25:21This shows this is a stunning chart from Taylor Kenny that
- 25:25shows how the world is moving a way.
- 25:28Bye bye dollar, right? It was nice knowing you, but we
- 25:32are finding other ways to store our value, Taylor says.
- 25:36The reserve currency privilege that let the US export, export
- 25:40inflation, right? And live beyond its means.
- 25:43We're losing that status and inflation is coming back home
- 25:48and it's going to happen fast. And if we get inflation, the S
- 25:52word, guys, stagflation, look back to the 1970s.
- 25:56We had a stagflationary environment and we had silver
- 26:00and gold. Prices skyrocketed.
- 26:03Like no time in history, well, except for maybe now because we
- 26:06are in historic times. But it's it's a setup for
- 26:10unbelievable returns potentially in gold and silver.
- 26:15The public has no idea what's coming.
- 26:18Well, Taylor, we love this chart.
- 26:20Not really, but it's just the reality of what's going on.
- 26:23And guys, take a look at this U.S. dollar assets as a
- 26:28percentage share of foreign exchange reserves.
- 26:33Here's 2021 if my math is correct.
- 26:36That was just four years ago and at one point the world had
- 26:41almost 75% of its assets in U.S. dollars as their reserve.
- 26:48Look at what happened. You can see it right?
- 26:51Oh, I think it went down, it went up and it went down, down,
- 26:54down, down, down. Now we are at only 58%.
- 26:59That is a dramatic decrease in the matter of only four years.
- 27:05It's incredible. It's happening.
- 27:07The world is abandoning the dollar.
- 27:09We don't like it. It's unfortunate, but maybe if
- 27:12Nixon hadn't take us off the gold and silver standard, we'd
- 27:15we'd still be in pretty good shape and it is evidenced here.
- 27:20Hold on. I want to say hi to you.
- 27:21Sorry. I mean, I guess you probably
- 27:23don't like looking at me all the time anyway, but I like looking
- 27:25at you. OK.
- 27:27And seriously, your time is valuable.
- 27:29We've got almost 2000 people down here with us today.
- 27:33That is such good news, guys, because more and more people are
- 27:37waking up, waking up to gold and silver.
- 27:41So to all the new people, welcome to the long term
- 27:44basement dwellers, Right? You've been loyal.
- 27:46We appreciate you. Your time is valuable.
- 27:48Thank you very much. Let's go.
- 27:50We'll look at the US debt clock just to make sure nothing's
- 27:52changed there and maybe hold on here for a few and boom, think I
- 27:59got it up, should be up now. Look, look, hold on here.
- 28:04Hold on, get the crayons out. Are you ready for the?
- 28:08Are you ready for the spiral? OK, here we have our U.S.
- 28:12National debt in the upper left corner, only $38 trillion.
- 28:17Do you realize that per taxpayer that is equal to 355,000?
- 28:24That means if you work and you pay taxes in the United States,
- 28:27you essentially owe $355,000. But that's not the crazy part
- 28:34'cause we go down here in the very bottom, in the middle, you
- 28:37can see interest expense that we're paying on the debt right
- 28:42now, very close to $1 trillion. Now, remember, like we covered
- 28:47earlier, the Treasury Department needs to refinance 11 to $12
- 28:53trillion of the debt just this year alone.
- 28:56And that debt, when it gets refinanced, reissued, is going
- 29:00to be at much higher rates, which will continue to make the
- 29:03interest expense go up. But wait, there's more because
- 29:07right here, right here, just the below to the right of the debt
- 29:12level, that's the the government's budget every year,
- 29:16$1.7 trillion. OK, now think about this.
- 29:22The interest expense number that that continues to go up, right?
- 29:26That feeds directly into this, that makes the deficit get
- 29:32bigger and bigger. So is the is the interest
- 29:35expense gets bigger, the budget deficit gets bigger.
- 29:38And then where does that feed into that feeds right into the
- 29:43overall debt. But as the overall debt, debt
- 29:46gets bigger and interest rates get higher because nobody wants
- 29:49to buy our debt, that goes down into here again, right into the
- 29:54interest expense, which makes the deficit get bigger, which
- 29:57then makes the national debt get even bigger and bigger.
- 30:00I could repeat this over and over, but did you notice
- 30:03something, Right? It's a spiral.
- 30:07It's a debt spiral. You know, I don't like it.
- 30:12I hate it. It's horrible.
- 30:14I wish it wasn't the case. But it is right.
- 30:19In the anecdote for that is absolutely precious metals.
- 30:22Since we're here, let's go over and make sure that none of the
- 30:25important statistics when it comes to silver and gold have
- 30:29changed. Some reason I can't draw on here
- 30:32a lot of times with my markers, but we'll try.
- 30:37OK, right here. Yeah, to see it doesn't work.
- 30:39So hopefully you can see my cursor and get that off the
- 30:43screen right here on the right hand side.
- 30:45The second column about 2/3 of the way down the paper to silver
- 30:50ratio right now sits at 376 to one, OK.
- 30:58We talked about this yesterday on a daily basis, if you figure
- 31:02that the silver mining sector produces about 800 million
- 31:06ounces of silver per year, that's about 2.2 million oz per
- 31:11day, OK? It's absolutely stunning.
- 31:14And then we go to the top again in the second column.
- 31:17The dollar to silver ratio right now is at $1186 per oz.
- 31:25What that is the annual increase in the M2 money supply, how much
- 31:31money is being printed essentially, right.
- 31:33The increase in the M2 money supply divided by the number of
- 31:37Oz of silver on an annual basis that are being created.
- 31:41And it's just absolutely crazy stunning.
- 31:45OK, I've got one more really eye opening thing for us to look at.
- 31:50OK, and this looks at gold, but the same is true for silver over
- 31:56the last 20 years. OK, silver and gold have held
- 32:01their value for thousands of years, but wait till you see
- 32:05this about gold over just the last 20 years.
- 32:09Hopefully I've got it here. I'm going to pull it up.
- 32:12Oh, no, hold on a minute. Hold on.
- 32:14You just look at this crazy drawing.
- 32:16I'm going to find it. Bear with me.
- 32:18Having a little tech tech issue, gold shoot.
- 32:24Hold on. Hold on.
- 32:30Hold 20 years. All right, I found it.
- 32:35I'm going to be right back. I'm going to be right back.
- 32:37Here we go and boom, and here we go from financial dystopia.
- 32:45Hold on. Let me pause this.
- 32:47Make it full screen and go back. To the beginning.
- 32:51This is absolutely eye opening and it's only about 18 seconds
- 32:57long. OK, this is $10,000 of gold.
- 33:00The 20 year difference. That's 2005. 20,000 in gold.
- 33:08But wait, there's more. 2005 more gold.
- 33:11That's how much gold you got for 10K in 2005. 2025 you get 1/2
- 33:17and 1/2 21 oz and actually today he needs to update this video
- 33:29right. 21 ounces of gold 2005 is equal to basically 2 today.
- 33:36It was 2.5 when he made it. All right, guys, unbelievable
- 33:40historic period of time that we're living through, right?
- 33:43Oh, super chats. Yeah, and and leaving.
- 33:48We got 500 likes. We.
- 33:50Got people from all over the world we have 2000 people guys
- 33:53in the basement right now. Do you realize what's even more
- 33:57important that by the time people watch the recording of
- 34:01what we are doing live right now, there will be like 40 or
- 34:0550,000 people that watch this video?
- 34:08That's like a big giant football stadium.
- 34:10It's not because of my dynamic personality or my good looks.
- 34:15It's because people are wanting to learn about precious metals.
- 34:19People are coming into the precious metals community.
- 34:23And don't forget right now, what, like 2342 percent, 2 1/2%
- 34:28of the world's financial assets are invested in precious metals,
- 34:31right? If that goes to 5%, seven and a
- 34:34half percent, that's two or three times the amount of this,
- 34:39right? Fiat paper money.
- 34:42That's it's attempting, right to convert itself into precious
- 34:46metals on top of what we learned about in Korea, Turkey, where
- 34:52else, China, Russia for that matter.
- 34:55But all that data on top of all that, it hasn't even started in
- 35:00the richest country in the world.
- 35:02Take a step back and think about that, right?
- 35:04the United States of America, at least for now, is still the
- 35:08richest country in the world at the silver and gold price
- 35:11continue much higher. China and India are probably
- 35:14going to take us over. But when people here, right,
- 35:18those neighbors, those aunts and uncles, those skeptics, right?
- 35:22The sheeple, the herd of sheeple start.
- 35:26To show up. And want to get, they're going
- 35:28to be like, can we get in there with you guys?
- 35:31Like there's no more seats. Congratulations to you on this
- 35:37historic day for the precious metals market.
- 35:41OK. No matter where silver closes
- 35:44for today, we have $100 silver in the spot market.
- 35:51It's a big, big deal. I want to run out here and say
- 35:54thank you. Oh, wow, we got 3 super chats.
- 35:57OK, Terry Lasquez. Well, thank you, Terry.
- 36:01I appreciate you. I appreciate everybody.
- 36:04Right. I just, I speak my truth.
- 36:06I love silver and gold. I have for years.
- 36:09I love precious metal mining stocks.
- 36:11Oh, by the way, before I forget first Mining Gold also sponsors
- 36:14Ron's Basement. That was a company founded by
- 36:17Keith Neumeyer, right? We talked about him earlier.
- 36:20They have two massive development stage gold projects
- 36:23in Canada. Du Parquet in
- 36:25quebecandspringpullinontariocheckthemout@firstmininggold.com. All right, next one let me.
- 36:32Get this up. This is.
- 36:33From Renee Gadzi, Designers, 8643.
- 36:39OK. OK, hold on.
- 36:41Susie said something. Sorry guys.
- 36:43Hopefully you can still see me and hear me.
- 36:45We got a lot going on today. Thank you, Renee, Renee, Renee,
- 36:50I appreciate it. And hold on here.
- 36:54Wow, Super sticker from Michelle.
- 36:58Michelle, I'm sorry, I have a hard time reading the small
- 37:01print. Mckelmer 477.
- 37:03Guys, thank you for the Super chats.
- 37:05Let's check in with upstairs Susie and see what she was
- 37:07requesting. Upstairs Susie, are you there
- 37:10over here? I just was.
- 37:13Reminding you to do the so and the go.
- 37:16OK. Congrats to.
- 37:18Everyone woo. Hoo, yeah, yeah.
- 37:20Upstairs, Susie. 'S pumped up.
- 37:22It went from being my silver to our silver to her silver.
- 37:27Although I store it off site so she's going to have a hard time
- 37:30getting a hold of it. OK, let's ring the gong guys.
- 37:33Hey, it's a big day, a day of celebration.
- 37:39I love how it resonates. The golden gong and of course,
- 37:44the silver bell on this historic day 12345678910.
