  We're doing more information on Israel, what's happening as much of the recent news as

  we can.

  But we're going to talk about what's important.

  There's an ignorance today about true history, not just biblical truth and biblical history,
• 0:45
  but real world history.

  We're going to talk about that with John Heller.

  So where do you want to start today?

  Because I know there's a lot of things going on, a lot of people were scared of, you
• 0:59
  know, the reaction to Israel responding, retaliating to the Hamas attack, and there's just chaos.

  And where do you want to start today?
• 1:10
  Well, let me start with sort of where a lot of us Christians, and look, there's tremendous
• 1:17
  division within the body of Christ over the issue of Israel.
• 1:21
  I am, I guess you could call me a Christian scientist, Zionist, I am not a Christian
• 1:28
  scientist, a Christian Zionist.
• 1:30
  I'm glad you clarify.
• 1:31
  And I believe in a very future role for the nation of Israel that this is the fulfillment
• 1:37
  of Bible prophecy.
• 1:38
  I think we're seeing it play out right in front of us.
• 1:42
  You know, that I did a talk in Texas recently at the Hofer Times conference and my title,
• 1:47
  my topic was gradually then suddenly.
• 1:50
  So we live in these prophetic times, there's all these Bible prophecies.
• 1:53
  We know that most of these Bible prophecies will be fulfilled in a very short, compressed
• 1:58
  period of time before the Lord's return.
• 2:00
  So I'm a futurist.
• 2:02
  I believe that Jesus will return and set up a millennial kingdom where he will rule
• 2:05
  and reign from Jerusalem in a 1,000 year millennium.
• 2:10
  So that's where I come from.
• 2:12
  And I come from that for a perspective.
• 2:14
  Let me give you an idea as to what happened because Israel was kicked out of the land.
• 2:18
  They've been kicked out of the land a number of times.
• 2:20
  In fact, Friday, we mentioned that three weeks ago, Benjamin Netanyahu went to the UN to
• 2:26
  give his speech.
• 2:28
  In his speech, he started with Deuteronomy, the biblical passage in Deuteronomy, where Moses
• 2:34
  brought the children of Israel together near the time of his death and said, I want you
• 2:38
  to learn the blessings and the curses.
• 2:41
  If you follow my commandments, there will be blessing.
• 2:44
  If you ignore them, there will be curses.
• 2:46
  When they came into the land, Moses died.
• 2:49
  Joshua brought them in and the conquest.
• 2:51
  This would have been around 1300 BC.
• 2:55
  They conquered the land, but as they conquered the land, Joshua took them to the biblical
• 3:00
  city of Shem, Shekum.
• 3:03
  And they're in biblical Shekum as you sit in the valley between two mountains, Mount
• 3:09
  Ebal, where they have recently found Joshua's altar in Mount Ghearzeen, which is the home
• 3:15
  of the Samaritan still lived there to the state that people who were mentioned in the Bible
• 3:20
  as Samaritans.
• 3:21
  There's a small community of them.
• 3:23
  And they put half of the people of Israel on one mountain, the mountain of blood, of curse,
• 3:28
  and half on the mountain of blessing.
• 3:30
  This was no small thing because if we know from difficult times, this probably involves
• 3:36
  somewhere two million or more people.
• 3:40
  So they're in the land, and can you imagine what happens?
• 3:43
  They're shouting the blessings on one hand if they keep it, the curses on the other hand.
• 3:48
  And Nathaniel made reference to this, and he said, we've had curses.
• 3:53
  We're seeing curses in the world, but we're also seeing blessings, and he talked about
• 3:56
  peace.
• 3:58
  But in the Bible, in Ezekiel chapter 36, one of my favorite passages, and I'll paraphrase
• 4:03
  it because we're short on time, is Prophet Ezekiel looked down the corridors of history.
• 4:11
  He wrote in the 560, 580 BC period during the Babylonian captivity, and he said, listen,
• 4:20
  the people of Israel will be brought back into the land at some point in the future.
• 4:26
  Now they came back partially and rebuilt the temple, and then they were booted out by
• 4:31
  the Romans and 70 AD and the diaspora.
• 4:34
  And then they started to come back in the late 19th century in the Zionist movement.
• 4:40
  But I believe this fulfillment process, because Jesus, or I'm sorry, Ezekiel said, I will
• 4:44
  bring you back into the land.
• 4:46
  And I'm not going to bring you back into the land because you've done good.
• 4:50
  I kick you out of the land into among the nations, but because you weren't act following
• 4:55
  my law, you weren't obeying me.
• 4:58
  And when you went into the nations, you played the harlot, you played the horror among the
• 5:04
  nations.
• 5:05
  But I promised that I would bring you back, and my holy name is at stake, so I'm going
• 5:10
  to bring you back.
• 5:11
  And when I bring you back, in unbelief, I will put in you a new heart, and you will
• 5:16
  know the Lord.
• 5:17
  So I believe we're in this process in the land is transformed.
• 5:21
  In fact, there's a very famous book called Innocence Abroad by Mark Twain.
• 5:26
  And in the 1860s, he went to, he made a pilgrimage to Israel, with his modern day Israel.
• 5:33
  And he had a number of states, and he didn't really like it.
• 5:36
  He called the Sea of Galilee was, quote, a solemn solidness, tenteless lake, as unpolitical,
• 5:43
  as any bathtub on earth.
• 5:46
  The Church of the Naptivity, he said, was tricked out in the usual tasteless style, observable
• 5:51
  in all of the holy places of Palestine.
• 5:55
  He also said, as he wrote through the Jezreel Valley on a horseback, he said, there is
• 5:58
  not a solitary village throughout its whole extent.
• 6:03
  This is where the city of Magito is located.
• 6:06
  Not for 30 miles in either direction, there are two or three small clusters of Bedouin
• 6:10
  tents, but not a single permanent habitation.
• 6:13
  One may ride 10 miles hereabouts and not see 10 human beings.
• 6:18
  Of all the lands there are for dismal scenery, scenery, I think Palestine must be the Prince.
• 6:24
  And the curse of the deity, beautify a leant.
• 6:28
  So we see that this has changed.
• 6:31
  And I have pictures in the, I dug her, she did a great book on a sort of Israel then
• 6:36
  and now.
• 6:37
  And one of the pictures in there are sand dunes, along the Mediterranean, which today is
• 6:42
  this multi skyscraper city of Tel Aviv, totally transformed.
• 6:46
  The pictures are taken in 1909.
• 6:49
  So Israel changed under the early Zionist movement.
• 6:52
  The Ottomans controlled that area at the time.
• 6:56
  They've lost in World War I.
• 6:57
  Things started to fall apart.
• 6:59
  The British came in, took over in 1920.
• 7:04
  There was a conference in San Remo, Italy, where they decided to divide the land between
• 7:08
  west of the Jordan River to the Mediterranean.
• 7:12
  That's sort of where they get the West Bank, the West Bank of the Jordan River.
• 7:15
  It's kind of a misnomer.
• 7:16
  And then trans Jordan, the trans Jordan was given to the Hashemite family, which is
• 7:22
  being kicked out of running the holy places in Mecca and the Islamic holy places of Mecca
• 7:27
  and Medina by the South family in the early 1920s that consolidated into the Kingdom of
• 7:34
  Saudi Arabia in about 1932 or 1933.
• 7:37
  The Hashemite Kingdom now, King Abdul II, they were given the opportunity to British post,
• 7:44
  appointed a guy called the Wach, who's a man named Haji Aman El Hussein because he had
• 7:49
  made a Haji at pilgrimage to Mecca.
• 7:52
  He was appointed as charge of the Temple Mount area, the holy places in Jerusalem.
• 7:58
  He's under, in that exist today, under the Jordanian government.
• 8:02
  The Haji was virulently anti-Israel.
• 8:06
  He hated Jews.
• 8:09
  He instituted a number of pogroms against you.
• 8:12
  And when a certain leader came to rise to power in the 1930s in a country called Germany,
• 8:18
  the Haji Aman El Hussein went to Germany to assist that ruler in plans to eradicate
• 8:24
  the Jews.
• 8:27
  He came back.
• 8:28
  He was in control of the Temple Mount.
• 8:30
  Now at the time in the Temple Mount District, it's about 35 acres.
• 8:34
  You can see, well, there's a picture of it right behind me in the photograph here.

  You're looking at the, just over my left shoulder is the Al-Oxah Mosque, see, I point this
• 8:46
  way.
• 8:47
  This is the Al-Oxah Mosque right there.
• 8:49
  And then, of course, the dome of the rock, which I, oh, there it is, it's blocked by my
• 8:53
  background.
• 8:54
  But the Al-Oxah Mosque is a holy place of Islam, they say.

  And it was built there in the 700s AD.
• 9:04
  Prior to that, they had built the dome of the rock in the late 600s.
• 9:07
  It's not a mosque.
• 9:08
  It's a commemorative building.
• 9:10
  Now the Muslims call the whole 35-acre compound Al-Oxah.
• 9:17
  And this is important.
• 9:18
  So in 1929, this Haji Aman El Hussein, who, by the way, later seems to be pretty accurate,
• 9:26
  he had a nephew that he trained and mentored.
• 9:31
  His nephew appears, it's certainly a relative.
• 9:35
  That person's name was Yasser Arafat, who headed up the PLO, created by the Russians in
• 9:42
  about 1964 as sort of a propaganda thing, the Palestine Liberation Organization.
• 9:49
  So he put out a thing, the Jews are coming to destroy Al-Oxah.
• 9:55
  That resulted, I think it was 1929, front page news in the New York Times at the time,
• 10:00
  about 80 Jewish men, women, and children were slaughtered by Muslims and Hevron, about
• 10:09
  30 miles south, near the tomb of the patriarchs, where Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and their wives
• 10:17
  are buried, the patriarchs and patriarchs of Israel.
• 10:22
  And so that was the typical program.
• 10:24
  So Israel, then 1947, this situation, of course we had the Holocaust, and Jews were coming
• 10:32
  back from all over the world to Israel.
• 10:35
  And so the UN met in 1947 and approved the partition of the land into Jordan and Israel.
• 10:41
  And then Israel declared independence in 1948, there was a war immediately.
• 10:47
  And then in 1967, the Palestinian or the Arab nation surrounding Israel were going to
• 10:53
  attack, Israel attacked first, destroyed the Jordanian and Egyptian air forces, and in
• 10:58
  a stunning six day war, took over the entire Sinai peninsula, all the Golan Heights,
• 11:05
  and everything in Israel, west of the entire nation of Israel, west of the Jordan River.
• 11:12
  It was a stunning victory.
• 11:15
  And that's sort of led to the Palestinian problems that we have today.
• 11:20
  So go ahead and ask us if there were subsequent wars to that.
• 11:24
  There was a war in 1973 on Yom Kippur, a surprise attack in that lead.
• 11:29
  I think I mentioned a little bit about the Sun Friday, a Golan War that was turned
• 11:36
  around mainly because Richard Nixon decided, contrary to a lot of the advice of the advisors
• 11:40
  to give weapons and arms to Israel.
• 11:43
  They won the gold of my ear was out of office within six months.
• 11:46
  That's interesting.
• 11:47
  That's interesting to see the same thing with Netanyahu.
• 11:49
  Yeah, that's interesting.
• 11:50
  You didn't mention that Friday because I was thinking gold of my air got that or made
• 11:53
  that famous 3 a.m. phone call to the president of the United States at the time, Richard
• 11:58
  Nixon, who when he was a young man, according to tradition, his mother said, one day you
• 12:05
  are going to be in a position to help Israel.
• 12:09
  And Richard Nixon's mom said, Richard answered that call.
• 12:12
  Now you can look up history on that.
• 12:14
  I found that to be kind of fascinating because there were some anti-Semites in the Nixon
• 12:19
  administration and in our government.
• 12:22
  But anyway, he did help Israel with weaponry ammunition and that changed the face of that
• 12:29
  war.
• 12:30
  But John, I want to go back to something here.
• 12:31
  We kind of skipped over.
• 12:33
  You mentioned the Dome of the Rock and Abraham.
• 12:38
  This is about, well, 3,500 years ago, you've got a better handle on that than I do.
• 12:44
  The Jews have had a religious and ethnic connection to that area and the coastlands since
• 12:51
  Abraham's time.
• 12:52
  It was their kingdom, their temple, their heritage.
• 12:56
  And then, of course, they were forced out of the land, but they came back in the 1940s.
• 13:00
  As you just mentioned, what's fascinating to me is the land, as you can read in scripture,
• 13:06
  that's prophetic.
• 13:07
  It was desolate.
• 13:09
  It was a desert.
• 13:10
  The Bible calls it a wasteland.
• 13:12
  And today, Israel, I believe, is one of the top two or three producers and exporters
• 13:20
  of produce and technology and all these, but the land is fertile.
• 13:24
  So that's miraculous.
• 13:26
  That's, to me, that's God's hand there.
• 13:27
  I'd love for you to share your thoughts on that before we move on.
• 13:31
  You know, one of the most moving things you can do in Israel, you should, if you ever
• 13:35
  go, is go to the Yad Vashim, I've been there a number of times.
• 13:39
  And the last time we went about 2017, it was a new one that had not been there.
• 13:46
  I don't remember when they built a new one.
• 13:48
  But at the end, you go through this, just this oppressive thing of all the things that
• 13:52
  the Holocaust, the shoes, the jewelry, the things that they dug up around these death
• 13:57
  camps in Europe.
• 14:01
  And you know, real cars that they had used to transport Jews and the actual ones.
• 14:06
  And it's just this oppressive you go through the hall of memories where they have a notebook
• 14:13
  with a page for each person.
• 14:14
  They have about three million that they've been able to identify the six million killed.
• 14:18
  You go through the children's museum, which will just rip your heart out.
• 14:23
  There's no pictures.
• 14:24
  It's just points of light to demonstrate all the lights that were of children that were
• 14:29
  extinguished in the Holocaust.
• 14:31
  And then at the end, you walk up this ramp and you get to the top of this ramp.
• 14:35
  You see this expanse of this modern city of Jerusalem with trees and lush and green and
• 14:41
  all this stuff.
• 14:42
  And it personally moved me to tears.
• 14:44
  I love Israel.
• 14:45
  I love the Jewish people.
• 14:47
  It's a great land of opportunity.
• 14:49
  It's not, you know, this is not to be construed that I think everything that they do is perfect.
• 14:54
  They have a lot of the evils that we see in our own society there as well.

  Tel Aviv, you know, has probably touts itself is the best place for the rainbow flag on
• 15:07
  the planet.
• 15:08
  You can take that with what it means, but it's just an absolutely incredible thing.
• 15:14
  I think somewhere in the order of a billion trees have been planted in Israel since the
• 15:20
  founding of the nation of Israel in 1948.
• 15:24
  So it's green.
• 15:25
  It's lush.
• 15:26
  They have pioneered drip irrigation.
• 15:28
  They brought the desert and some of these deserts, like that in the Gile, they in wilderness,
• 15:33
  we read about in the Bible, they might get two inches of rain a decade.
• 15:39
  And it's it's used for agriculture in many respects.
• 15:44
  So it's the land has come back, but it's not with that.
• 15:47
  It's very divided.
• 15:48
  Yeah.
• 15:49
  We have the Palestinian Arab in his really conflict that's rearing its ugly head as we speak
• 15:54
  right now.
• 15:56
  There is a ground operation being prepared to go into Gaza to eradicate this problem that
• 16:05
  led to the terror attacks on October 7, when which 1300 Israelis over 1300 Israelis have
• 16:12
  been confirmed at the number changes daily.
• 16:15
  And then the initial airstrikes in Gaza 1300 Palestinians, but within Israel, it's has
• 16:20
  not really been covered that much in the news, 1500 Palestinian terrorists were killed.
• 16:25
  And there's many.
• 16:26
  In fact, there was one who was taken to an Israeli hospital and literally people came to
• 16:32
  lynch him.
• 16:33
  He was being cared for in his really hospital.
• 16:35
  So process that in your head.
• 16:36
  He's a Palestinian terrorist being cared for in his really hospital in the midst of a war.
• 16:43
  So John, before we go on, can I ask you your take on the speculation with all Israel's
• 16:53
  advancement in technology and their weaponry and their systems of defense and the walls
• 16:59
  and the iron dome and the fences was this some way an inside job where people on the inside
• 17:07
  that were able to do something with the fence because they're supposed to be notified
• 17:12
  apparently whenever someone were to try to climb the fence or touch the fence or whatever
• 17:19
  on the southern border.
• 17:20
  Can you tell us a little bit about your thoughts on that and what we're hearing as far as there's
• 17:24
  no way it could have just happened all from the outside intelligence failures happen all
• 17:29
  the time.
• 17:31
  Israel is very, very complicated.
• 17:33
  They have many enemies, as I said, Irene has been funding terror cells in the West Bank,
• 17:38
  which has caused them to shift resources.
• 17:41
  I think the one thing that's, and I understand everybody's concerned about that, I have talked
• 17:48
  of many, many people in Israel, even people who do not like the current government under
• 17:52
  BB Netanyahu, they hate it.
• 17:56
  Not a one of them gives much credence that this was an inside job.
• 17:59
  There was, there were intelligence failures, but the notion that this was planned by Israel
• 18:07
  is in my opinion, this is a regurgitation of the medieval anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish tropes
• 18:15
  that the Jews are trying to control everything in the world and causing all the wars.
• 18:19
  I do not buy it, I reject it, I think it's anti-Semitic.
• 18:24
  So I think we need to be very careful as we talk about this.
• 18:26
  I think we need to be honest.
• 18:28
  We need to discuss that there were intelligence failures, but this was a very, give the enemies
• 18:33
  of Israel.
• 18:34
  These are Israel who are described in Psalm 83, prophetically, and I think this is a prophecy
• 18:40
  playing out in our midst right now, they have taken crafty counsel against thy people and
• 18:46
  consulted against thy hidden ones.
• 18:50
  Give the Iranian, this is an Iranian op, mentioned Friday that the Iranians on newspapers say
• 18:55
  that we are the hands and feet in mind of Hamas.
• 19:00
  This was a very cleverly orchestrated operation.
• 19:06
  I believe they use the charitons.
• 19:08
  Now, look, this is going to be investigated when in due time, it will be investigated and
• 19:15
  looked at it.
• 19:16
  So I think we need to be careful about doing too much speculation about what happened.
• 19:20
  It's certainly other things that make you scratch your head.
• 19:23
  How did that happen?
• 19:24
  But look, we lived through 9-11, how did this happen?
• 19:27
  Exactly.
• 19:28
  And understand, I went to bed at 11 o'clock Friday night, October 6.
• 19:35
  I woke up less than two hours later and the world had completely changed.
• 19:41
  And that's what, when I gave my talk, these things will happen as these characters talked
• 19:46
  about in a Hemingway novel.
• 19:47
  How did you go bankrupt?
• 19:48
  And the one guy says, well, I went bankrupt two ways.
• 19:52
  I went bankrupt gradually and suddenly.
• 19:54
  And I think this is how the prophecies that we have in the Bible will unfold.
• 19:59
  It will be gradual, almost imperceptible, then all of a sudden, where did that come from?
• 20:04
  But look at what it's happened in our culture, Dave, you do worldview matters.

  Look at what happened in our culture.
• 20:10
  It seems like all of a sudden, we have this problem with the LGBTQ transgender, this and
• 20:18
  that cultural Marxism, delusion, the stuff.
• 20:22
  And it's like it came suddenly, didn't it, now it was gradual for a long time.
• 20:28
  Well, John, I just want to clarify something.
• 20:30
  When I said summer, maybe wondering if this was an inside job in Israel, it didn't mean
• 20:34
  Israel did it.
• 20:35
  It mean there were spies or Palestinians or others that got in somehow, they were in Israel
• 20:43
  and they either got jobs or how long this took, who knows how long this took to plan
• 20:50
  and be carried out.
• 20:51
  Go to Psalm 83, which says, God do not remain quiet, do not be silent, do not be still
• 20:58
  oh God, for behold, your enemies make an uproar.

  And those who hate you have exalted themselves, they make shrewd plans against your people and
• 21:09
  conspire together against your treasured ones.
• 21:13
  They have said, come and let us wipe them out as a nation that the name of Israel be remembered
• 21:19
  no more, for they have conspired together with one mind against you, they make a covenant
• 21:26
  and then it goes on.
• 21:27
  That's from Psalm 83, very prophetic, whether it's specific to our times now, you can't deny
• 21:33
  this is happening.
• 21:34
  Do you want to comment on that before we continue?

  It is specific, it is specific to our times and I understand what you meant.
• 21:40
  Some people are saying the government is really government plan this.
• 21:42
  That's why I'm seeing these videos going around.
• 21:46
  I think we need to be very careful about this and give credit to the Iranians or very
• 21:51
  intelligent people.
• 21:53
  As I was discussing with someone in Israel this morning, the Iranians, you know, they
• 21:57
  claim that they invented chess and by the way, the follow on is the Russians perfected
• 22:02
  it.
• 22:03
  That's why we have some of the problems in the world that we do today.
• 22:05
  And then I said, well, did the Iranians really invented or did they just make you think
• 22:10
  they invented it?
• 22:12
  But there clearly was some kind of attack that blinded people.
• 22:16
  It was a holiday thing.
• 22:18
  They were unprepared, but it was very difficult over the geographic region to get Israel
• 22:24
  relies on a lot on reserves.
• 22:26
  The people had to drive sometimes three, four hours to get there to help as an army reserve
• 22:30
  person.
• 22:31
  And a lot were on holiday.
• 22:33
  So there's a lot of accountability that needs to take place.
• 22:37
  This was well timed.
• 22:38
  I'm not sure that the rocket attacks that happened in the past were not preparatory to
• 22:43
  this operation.
• 22:44
  In other words, they threw the rockets in there to weaken the fence and also to see how
• 22:50
  the people reacted.
• 22:51
  And they knew everybody went to their safe room.
• 22:54
  And they knew that the people were largely unarmed.
• 22:56
  They're peaceful people in the cabuits as in that type of thing.
• 23:00
  They're soft.
• 23:01
  You could call them soft targets.
• 23:03
  And what I mean, my feed is full.
• 23:06
  I believe if you go to Israel 365, they have a PDF document you can get of all the people
• 23:12
  that have been killed.
• 23:13
  It's whole families, father, mother, three beautiful young daughters killed, slaughtered.

  There was one instance where they found the parents in an embrace outside of the safe
• 23:26
  room.
• 23:27
  They had fought off the terrace, been killed.
• 23:28
  And I then believe their bodies burned.
• 23:30
  They were found in an embrace.
• 23:33
  And then 14 hours later, somebody went after they were found, went to the safe room and
• 23:38
  found their 14-month-old twins still there, growing up now with no parents.
• 23:44
  100 hostages, more than 100 hostages have been taken to Gaza.
• 23:50
  The last I saw the 25 Americans who were in this area of Israel have been killed.
• 23:54
  And there are probably at least 11 Americans that are being held hostage in Gaza by Hamas.

  And that makes it the operation to go in very difficult.
• 24:04
  You don't want to do anything to kill hostages, but at this point, you have to do the best
• 24:10
  you can because you have a bigger mission involved.
• 24:13
  And it's sad to say, but the pictures are horrific.
• 24:17
  I saw it.
• 24:18
  I don't have enough time before the break, but saw a picture of a young gal who was brought
• 24:23
  in in a vehicle she was taken out of the back.
• 24:26
  And I noticed that in the crotch area of her pants, she was being pushed in, that it
• 24:32
  was soiled.
• 24:33
  Yep.
• 24:34
  I saw that.
• 24:35
  And I thought, oh, she must have lost her mouth, control of her bowels being so scared.
• 24:42
  She was brutally raped.
• 24:45
  That was blood from being raped.
• 24:47
  And then she was thrown in the back of that military vehicle and shot and killed.
• 24:54
  This is, there was a party down there and they were dancing to some Hindu God or something

  Are they evacuating this for coming war?

  I think it's inevitable at this point, and I think that what I would encourage the church

  to do right now is this is a biblical moment.

  And I think we need to stand for Israel.

  Everything that Israel has ever done, that's not the point.

  But in the Bible, we are commanded to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

  And we need to understand that this is a biblical moment where the church has to understand

  the apocryphal nature, the end time nature and the revealing nature of all these things
