- 0:36Speaker 5: coming up, and she got her nails all done, and
- 0:38Speaker 5: now you're like, I don't want to have a birthday.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I'm just not gonna have a birthday
- 0:42Speaker 3: this year.
- 0:43Speaker 1: There's too much going on.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I'm kind of over it. Also, the number is like
- 0:46Speaker 3: really big, so I'm kind of in denial.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Were usually always about your birthday, though, what's your number?
- 0:52Speaker 1: What's your number? Hosted?
- 0:53Speaker 3: This year, I'm gonna be twenty eight.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Two years old. It's so adult Grouse's So.
- 1:03Speaker 5: Why don't why don't you want to have a birthday?
- 1:06Speaker 3: I just feel like there's too much going on and
- 1:08Speaker 3: quite honestly, it doesn't seem like anyone's that interested in
- 1:10Speaker 3: doing anything anyway, So why should I care.
- 1:12Speaker 1: If you tried to plan something or like, what where'd
- 1:15Speaker 1: that come from?
- 1:16Speaker 3: Kind of not really, honestly, I feel like it's a
- 1:19Speaker 3: leo thing. Like I don't know, I always cry on
- 1:21Speaker 3: my birthday every single week.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Why, I don't know.
- 1:25Speaker 3: I just feel like it never I feel like nobody
- 1:28Speaker 3: ever celebrates me the way that I celebrate everyone else.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Like, I don't know, it's just.
- 1:32Speaker 3: And it just has always been my thing, and it
- 1:34Speaker 3: always makes me irritated around my birthday.
- 1:36Speaker 5: Do you think maybe you could cut some people some
- 1:37Speaker 5: grace this year? I mean, you had a huge wedding,
- 1:41Speaker 5: then you had a huge reception. Maybe you need to
- 1:43Speaker 5: give people a break.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Or how about how come I celebrated and still showed
- 1:46Speaker 3: up for everyone during that chaotic time in my life
- 1:48Speaker 3: as well?
- 1:50Speaker 2: Had a big shower too, Yeah.
- 1:52Speaker 3: I did know, I mean, and that's true. I do
- 1:54Speaker 3: have to say though, like for my bridal shower, that
- 1:56Speaker 3: was the first time anyone has ever planned, situated something
- 2:00Speaker 3: for me and took it off my hands.
- 2:02Speaker 1: That has never happened in my.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Entire Why your birthday present from the Bearers this year
- 2:06Speaker 2: will be a little smaller because we put a lot of.
- 2:08Speaker 1: You did that was the best gift ever?
- 2:11Speaker 3: No, truly, but honestly, there's just a lot going on
- 2:13Speaker 3: and it doesn't really it doesn't seem like things.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Are going to work out for me for my birthday
- 2:17Speaker 1: this year.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Like the Polar Express, this doesn't work out.
- 2:27Speaker 3: So I'm like in my feelings about it, but it's whatever,
- 2:29Speaker 3: so okay.
- 2:30Speaker 5: So one of the things Ibody Shift gears to Coylin
- 2:32Speaker 5: Funk here is that she's you know, I find you
- 2:35Speaker 5: very innovative. You know, you've got the Tesla, you got
- 2:37Speaker 5: the electric car, you do the whole You do a
- 2:40Speaker 5: lot of stuff online. And one of the things that
- 2:42Speaker 5: you do that I never could do is ordering the
- 2:45Speaker 5: groceries online. Right, I never, I know. I just still
- 2:49Speaker 5: like it. I just I want to pick out my grapes.
- 2:51Speaker 5: I want to pick out my stuff. That's the thing.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Like when I like to go, I like I like
- 2:55Speaker 5: to open up the grapes and taste them and see
- 2:57Speaker 5: if they're good grapes, and like we somebody brought some
- 2:59Speaker 5: peach home the other day for the farmer's market and
- 3:01Speaker 5: blake ate them last night. She's like, these are the
- 3:02Speaker 5: worst peaches, like cause you didn't pick them out, But
- 3:05Speaker 5: you have people pick out your groceries.
- 3:06Speaker 1: And I think that they do every week.
- 3:08Speaker 5: A positive and a negative to that.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The positive it is an incredible time saver. Walmart grocery
- 3:13Speaker 1: delivery has been a lifesaver since COVID, and normally, for
- 3:18Speaker 1: the most part, it always works out. And I've shared before,
- 3:21Speaker 1: like there's there's some things where sometimes like random items
- 3:24Speaker 1: come because I order late at night and I forget
- 3:25Speaker 1: what I ordered or maybe they get it wrong. And
- 3:27Speaker 1: every once in a while the grapes aren't good that
- 3:29Speaker 1: they bring, or the bananas are already too ripe, or
- 3:32Speaker 1: you know, and not that's just kind of like a
- 3:34Speaker 1: risk you take before the convenience of it. And I
- 3:38Speaker 1: feel like I'm busy, and especially this time of year,
- 3:41Speaker 1: like I'm getting the kids ready for the they just
- 3:43Speaker 1: started school today, Today's our first day of school, and
- 3:46Speaker 1: it's like there's so much going on that that just
- 3:49Speaker 1: the other day I order groceries because I forgot to
- 3:51Speaker 1: do it this weekend and they were coming, and I
- 3:53Speaker 1: knew that they were coming, but you know, like evening
- 3:56Speaker 1: time comes. And I'm also on this kick where like
- 3:58Speaker 1: I don't think my kids are getting enough real nutrients
- 4:01Speaker 1: because like my son eats pizza and chicken nugget like
- 4:04Speaker 1: Dino nuggets every night, and that's like all he'll ever eat.
- 4:06Speaker 1: So I'm trying to like start to like branch out.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So I just said, okay, I'll take the fact that
- 4:11Speaker 1: you like chicken nuggets. I will make homemade chicken nuggets.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And so then I know the ingredients that are going
- 4:15Speaker 1: into them. I know they're better for you and whatnot.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So I went on the sand. You guys know, I'm
- 4:19Speaker 1: not a good cook, like I think. I take a
- 4:23Speaker 1: recipe that should take fifteen minutes and it takes me
- 4:25Speaker 1: an hour and it usually doesn't turn out delicious. But
- 4:30Speaker 1: I tempted it anyways. So here I am. I'm in
- 4:32Speaker 1: the kitchen and I am touching raw chicken, which for
- 4:35Speaker 1: me is I will do it. I don't do that.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I will touch your row chicken to cut it up
- 4:39Speaker 1: in nugget shapes, right, And I am dipping it in
- 4:43Speaker 1: the milkwash, and I'm dipping it in the Panco breadcrumbs,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and I'm like I'm in this and I'm like, Okay,
- 4:48Speaker 1: this is very tedious. I am really appreciating the Dino
- 4:51Speaker 1: nuggets at this point because they saved a lot of time.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But I'm like doing this for a reason. I'm sticking
- 4:55Speaker 1: to it and I'm very focused, and it's taking me
- 4:58Speaker 1: probably an hour and a half at this point, and
- 5:01Speaker 1: I look over at Scott. He comes in and like,
- 5:03Speaker 1: dinner isn't ready, and I'm like, can you just do
- 5:05Speaker 1: burgers tonight? That would be really helpful, and so he
- 5:08Speaker 1: starts doing that, and I look at my phone to
- 5:10Speaker 1: like relook at the recipe, and I noticed there was
- 5:13Speaker 1: a notification thirty five minutes ago that my groceries were delivered.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And it's one hundred and fifteen degrees and our front
- 5:21Speaker 1: door is right in the sun in the afternoon, and I'm.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Like, oh my gosh, I put the chicken side.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I run outside and like, oh, like I had a
- 5:32Speaker 1: gallon of milk in there. I had like lunch meat like.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Things for the school on you touch it warm, yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 4: It's like I'm like, ah, there's no salvaging that I'd
- 5:43Speaker 4: be like, Okay, like the spaghetti, I can salvage the spaghetti,
- 5:47Speaker 4: that's fine.
- 5:47Speaker 1: But like everything that was refriterated was.
- 5:51Speaker 5: In thirty minutes.
- 5:52Speaker 1: It's bad. It felt when those kinds of things feel
- 5:54Speaker 1: warm to me, they're bad. Like I'm not risking it
- 5:56Speaker 1: at that point to put it with them.
- 5:57Speaker 5: The person drops off the food, are they supposed to
- 6:00Speaker 5: knock on the door or something like, you.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Know, because I just have it, like just drop it
- 6:03Speaker 1: at the door because normally.
- 6:04Speaker 4: I'm looking at the notifications and attention drop it off picture.
- 6:10Speaker 2: They usually take a picture and then notification out.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Front, right, but if you're not. If you're not, my
- 6:14Speaker 1: phone is silent, then it's like day. So it was
- 6:18Speaker 1: like epic fail. And then like I go through this
- 6:21Speaker 1: whole thing making the chicken nuggets and Easton tries the
- 6:24Speaker 1: first one and he goes, I don't like the chicken
- 6:27Speaker 1: in these throw like their like rocks.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Kyle, You're trying to become an almond mom, and I'm
- 6:39Speaker 3: here for it, an almond almond mom.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Preservatives just trying to be better about the healthier things.
- 6:48Speaker 5: Is that a thing?
- 6:49Speaker 3: Almond?
- 6:50Speaker 5: I've never heard that. So if I google almond mom,
- 6:53Speaker 5: what does it mean? I've never heard that.
- 6:55Speaker 1: It's like almond mom.
- 6:56Speaker 3: And then there's another one where it's like my mom,
- 6:58Speaker 3: where you just live up off mac and cheese and
- 7:00Speaker 3: Dyna nuggets every night, and.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's normally me, but I'm like trying to be better.
- 7:05Speaker 1: And honestly, the weird thing is, do you know what
- 7:06Speaker 1: actually inspired me? Is Like during the World Cup, I
- 7:10Speaker 1: became obsessed with Earling Holland my Instagram feod was like
- 7:15Speaker 1: a little different Earling Holland and how he like drinks
- 7:18Speaker 1: raw milk and only gets like the best type of
- 7:20Speaker 1: meat and like that's how he's six' five and in
- 7:22Speaker 1: this peak Helf And i'm, like am i AM i
- 7:26Speaker 1: like stunting my kid's growth because like they have mic
- 7:29Speaker 1: and ikes and fast food Sometimes and, like, MOM i
- 7:34Speaker 1: Know i'm trying no from.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Good, well, okay but here's.
- 7:40Speaker 1: A mom has like morphed a. Little Here's i've never
- 7:43Speaker 1: heard it.
- 7:43Speaker 5: BEFORE i just looked it up and all in mom
- 7:45Speaker 5: is a slang term for a mother who projects toxic diet,
- 7:49Speaker 5: culture body image, issues and extreme food restriction onto her.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Children, NO i thought that was like you like almost
- 7:54Speaker 1: like you're like trying to be. RIGHT i think that.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Evolved, NO i think that the term has. Evolved that's
- 8:05Speaker 3: probably where it reginated. From but now being an almond
- 8:08Speaker 3: mom is just, Like, Okay i'm.
