- 0:35SPEAKER_00: knowing that you're giving that to yourself because you've found me,
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: you've found your way to my voice.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And so I'm going to do a journey, a creative visualization for you based on a story.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: And I'd like you to just get really comfy.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Really, really comfy, like you might fall asleep and if you do, that's fine comfy.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Letting it go.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Just breathing so deeply and softening the belly.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Nothing to hold on to, just letting it all go.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: And feeling as the belly softens, the shoulders relaxing too.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Each breath deeper.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Each breath breathing in.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Just breathing it all out.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Feeling the body sagging and softening.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: Feeling any places where we've been holding on or
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: being hard or protecting ourselves and as we feel ourselves soften just before we
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: blamonge completely getting the white chalk of our imagination and casting a big
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: circle around us big circle of protection as that circle is drawn around us
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: breathing in deeper still
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: knowing that we can go deeper and deeper into ourselves in this circle.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Feeling our toes unravelling,
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: our feet sinking,
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: calves relaxing,
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: knees rolling out,
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: thighs just binding ourselves to the bone of our thighs.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: And feeling all the fat and the muscle and the flesh just dripping away till
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: there's just bone there,
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: just bones.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: Letting everything else soften and melt.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Feeling our pelvis, feeling, feeling, feeling.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Our whole pelvis like a bowl that's full, full, full, full to the brim.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Like we're carrying the whole weight of the world is being
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: filled into our pelvis and then let it go.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: Just let it go.
- 3:33Just let it go.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Just letting it go.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Breathing still, breathing, breathing.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: And our ribcage kind of allowing it to swing open like saloon doors.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: So much space.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: So much space, just feeling our bones.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: Nothing else, just bones.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: Everything else dropping, dripping, dropping.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: And the shoulders, heavy.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: And the head, the earth catching the weight of our head.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Holding, nestling, supporting the weight of our head.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: And feeling along our fingers and up our arms and back to the shoulders, dropping it all.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: And in this relaxed state,
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: calling in,
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: summoning,
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: imagining anything that might support us to imagine,
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: to dream.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: Anything we like to
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Imagine it could be a great yew tree or it could be a rainbow or it could be a
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: grandmother long dead and in the stars or it could be a favourite pair of socks.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: This is your journey.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: This is your journey.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: So you're gathering around you all that you need for this journey.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: And in front of you,
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: With your feet,
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: your journeying feet,
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: your imaginary feet firmly planted on the ground whilst this other body of yours
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: lies quiet and safe.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: These feet, these journeying feet see a forest.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And before you step into the forest, just feel behind you.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Feel behind you the things that haven't felt right and don't feel safe in your life.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Think of anything that's worrying you,
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: things that you want gone,
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: things that you want changed,
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: things that you want different.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: People, situations, worries,
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Think of those things.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Think of anything that you're worried might not wish you the best.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Feel them all crowding, crowding, crowding, crowding, crowding, crowding, crowding around you.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: And when I shake my rattle, you're going to step into the forest where they cannot reach you.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: And all of it will stay behind.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: So feeling them all.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Any attack, any jealousy, any movement towards you that you don't feel safe with.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: And you're in the woods now.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: And you're lost.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: But the trees are such good company.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: Somehow you know the way their roots are crisscrossing under you.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: That they're cradling you.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And you walk through the woods.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: And you look at the branches of the different trees.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: And you take in the colours.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And you feel the forest floor under you.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And you breathe now and it's a different kind of breathing.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: It's a pine-scented deep breath.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And you know that every breath is healing you.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Every breath is filled with the herb and cedar of the woods.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: It's healing you.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: It's nourishing you deeply.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: softening, opening, wandering in the woods.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And there's a warm breeze that's blowing gently through your hair, blowing gently on your face.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: It's blowing gently on your body.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: And that warm breeze, it seems to be permeating you.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: filling you with warmth as you walk through the canopies of these trees,
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: as you feel yourself lost in the mystery of the green,
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: of the emerald green,
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: of the dark green,
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: of the lush green,
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: of the verdant green.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden and all at once you feel the life in this forest, that under your feet there are
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Creatures and crawlers and four-legged and furry ones and birds and squirrels and
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: foxes and hares and badgers and moles and hedgehogs.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: All around, living.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: It's full of life, this forest.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: And you can feel the life around you.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: As you keep on wandering with the soft warmth around you,
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: with your feet touching the forest floor and another step and you see a mushroom
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: just seem to pop up and you look around now and you can't believe you haven't seen
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: them before,
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: but there are mushrooms everywhere.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: It's as though a spotlight has suddenly been turned on and the mushrooms are all around.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: And you know that each mushroom is connected all across the forest floor.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And it seems to you that the mushrooms are like star constellations.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: that they all have their own patterns and you wonder for a moment,
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: if you looked up at the stars,
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: if it were night and you were looking up at the stars,
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: would they be making the same shapes?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: And in and out, these patterns come.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: The geometry of the mushrooms, of the shapes, of the way they cluster together and spread apart.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: They seem to be revealing themselves to you more and more and more.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: And as you feel them pop and shroom, so you feel things growing on the inside.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: Places that have been dormant for a long time.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Places that you haven't given your attention to for such a long time.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: You feel them coming to life again.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And you just feel that energy of you
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: of the landscape of you.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: Feeling the relief of giving yourself some attention.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Feeling the relief of playing with colour and picture.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: And you keep on walking.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: And now as you walk, you feel like you're walking deep inside yourself.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Like this forest is a place deep inside yourself.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And you're walking.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: And you're not sure where you're going.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: But somewhere you know.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: And you're not sure.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: But somewhere
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: you know and the trees seem to thin out until you're in a clearing and you're
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: surprised to notice that as you look around it's almost exactly the shape of a
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: circle you get the feeling that once there was a house here but now
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: it's a clearing grass filled clover filled and you know that this was once the home
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: of the seven dwarves and you look around the clearing as though it's a clock
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: And you can't see very clearly, but at each, in seven places around the circle, there's a tree.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: And each of the trees different,
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: different shaped leaf,
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: different seed,
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: different trunk,
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: and you don't recognize them.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Some you do, others you know you've seen before, but you don't know the name of them.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: And you don't know if you're thinking it or if the tree is saying it,
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: but there's a voice coming from the first tree.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Welcome.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Seven Doors.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: I am the Keeper of the Seven Doors.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: In your world this story has been changed and you call us Dwarves because in your world you have been
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: marginalising this power for so long.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: But not here.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: Here we allow you to see us in our magnificence, in our fealty, in our honour.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Here we allow you to see us as we stand proud to support you on your journey.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: And we know that everyone has this support,
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: that everyone has the grove of doors,
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: of the seven doors where they can come and they can receive what they need.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And so the first door speaks.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: And the first door offers in its hand an acorn.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: This tiny acorn is your longing, your hidden longing, squashed and packed and tucked away.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: This tiny acorn
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: is yours and you feel the acorn in your hand and as soon as you feel it you can
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: feel it pulling on a place on the inside this tiny acorn needs to grow it needs to
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: grow so much be fed so deeply
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: that the hard casing on the outside cracks, that the new tender shoot unfurls.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: There is no end to the growth of this shoot.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: And as you hold the acorn still, you can feel
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: All the packed tight places inside you.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: All the unmet places inside you.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: All the hidden places.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: The waiting to be seen places.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: And a soft, soft rain begins to fall.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: And you realise you're crying.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: And this soft water falling around you.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: you know will nourish your acorn and so you hold it and you can feel so much moving
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: inside you and you know that it doesn't have to happen all at once it can take its
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: time
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: And as you breathe and as you hold the acorn, the wind blows again.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: And a frond of blossom passes your eyes and you look to the next door.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: And the next door is full of the blossomiest blossoming blossom.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: And as the blossom begins to fly around like confetti falling off the tree, you can see the buds.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: You can see the buds of the seeds and it's an apple tree.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Beautiful, beautiful apple tree.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Look at my fruit.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: Look at my fruit, but really it's just protecting the seeds deep, deep, deep on the inside.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: So I make and I make and I make with my fruit.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: And I delight as the children bite into me and I delight as my fruit is made into
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: crumbles and chutneys and cakes and cider and vinegar.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: And I know that the more my fruits are used,
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: the more that they are cooked and baked,
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: the more seeds that will be scattered around me.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: So share your gifts, says the apple tree.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: Share your gifts.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: And you can feel the sweetness of the taste of the apple.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: And you bow your head to the apple tree.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Because there is a tree next to the apple that has caught your attention.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: It's shivering.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Quivering, the aspen says.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: I'm quivering.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: I'm vulnerable, the aspen says.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: And I am allowing myself to be moved.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: Find yourself safe spaces this winter where you can open enough to be as vulnerable
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: as the Aspen,
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: where you can allow the quivering places to move and shiver and shake like me,
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: the Aspen says.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: And you find your body moving with the Aspen, quivering with the Aspen.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: around the circle turns and you look up large leaves and great candles of flowers
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: on top and you know that you've arrived at the horse chestnuts
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: And the horse chestnut,
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: with its promise of glossy conkers,
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: makes you smile and remember the child inside.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Play, says the horse chestnut.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Play.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Delight.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: These are the qualities that I bring to you.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Joy and play and delight.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: And the chestnut shows its leaves like an open hand.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: And it lifts up its leaves like open hands.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: And you find yourself lifting up your hands too to join the hands of the horse chestnut.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Connection.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Play.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: Play.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: And your heart lifts and a place inside that you'd put down long ago makes a promise to play.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: And you can feel for a moment your older self reaching in to your younger self,
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: lifting it up,
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: swinging,
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: playing with it,
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: connecting.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: And then onward, the circle turns to the next tree.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: And the next tree rises deep and high into the air.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Higher and higher, higher than a mountain it goes.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: And it appears to touch the sun, the moon and the stars as it goes up so high.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: And you feel your whole body expanding.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: as you rise up to try and see the tip of this infinite tree.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: And then light starts to drizzle down from the tree, crackle and spark.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: And you feel the planets all around you, the cosmos, the vast, vast cosmos.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: And the tree seems to be nodding and saying, yes, you're part of it all.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: You're part of this beautiful celestial dance.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: You're part of it all.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: And as you connect.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: with the Milky Way, with the sun, the moon, the stars, all the stars, all the stars, all the stars.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: You feel yourself expanding and expanding and expanding and expanding to touch,
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: to receive every star,
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: all parts of you,
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: all the thing that you are made of,
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: all the thing that you are made for.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: And still you open and connect and open and connect and open and connect.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Vast, vast, vast, vast you are.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: And then you feel as the circle turns.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Like you're bringing all of this light, all of this magic, deep, deep, deep into your body.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: And you see another tree.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: And it's grey like an elephant's trunk.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: And it's rooted deep, deep into the ground.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: You can see some of its roots lifting up out of the ground, thick and sturdy.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: And then right down deep into the ground.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: You just know because the canopy of the tree above you is thick.
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: so vast and so huge and some of the branches coming out are almost as big as the
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: trunk itself and you feel you could climb climb climb up it and as soon as you
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: think that there you are on the lowest branch
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: And you're climbing,
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: you're climbing,
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: you're climbing until you find yourself in a really comfy place in the tree.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: And you can put your arms around that vast trunk.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: And as you put your arms around that vast trunk, you feel how solid it is.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: how grounded it is.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: You feel the roots deep into the ground and as you're holding that tree,
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: you can feel the tree all the time receiving from the earth and receiving from the
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: earth and all of the sap rising up through the trunk.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: You can feel it coming past your arms,
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: past your body as you're there and you know that you can do the same.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: So with your arms around the trunk, you feel yourself
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: commanding the energy of the crystal earth,
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: the energy of the salt earth,
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: the energy of the mineral earth,
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: the energy of the ochre earth,
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: the energy of the deep sooty peaty earth coming up into your body,
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: strongly,
- 26:40SPEAKER_00: strongly,
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: strongly up into your body as your arms around that beech tree
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: And you stay there for a while with your arms around the beech tree until a sound distracts you.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: You see the willow tree bending next to you.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: You see the willow tree
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: moving and being moved by the wind.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: You see the willow tree and its roots deep in water, drinking, drinking up.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: And you just know that that willow tree is full of so much water.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: And as you wonder what it's like to drink directly from the roots into the river,
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: you can feel it happening to your body.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: It's becoming water.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: It's becoming a flexible, waving dance.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: You get lost in that movement.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: It's as if you and the willow are dancing together.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: You're dancing with each strand of its beautiful branches.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: And it's shaking and laughing and saying, they call me weeping willow.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Don't they know I'm shaking with laughter?
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: Don't they know?
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: and the mirth of the willow tree continues and continues until it starts to shake
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: into tears and it starts to cry and cry and cry and cry and cry and then again
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh and so the circle goes around and
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: around and around and around and you dance with the willow tree and you turn around
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: the circle and you dance around all the trees
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: And you're moving with the trees in all different ways, surprising ways and silly ways.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Waves of self-consciousness running over you and disappearing and reappearing and
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: disappearing and still you dance.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: And they say, we are the grove.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: We are the grove of the seven doors.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: And as you look around them again, you can see
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: Stout figures, yang figures, guardians, protectors around each of the seven trees.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: And they all have gifts for you.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: They all have messages and whisperings and statements and promises and suggestions and humbly.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: One by one, they offer them.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: Humbly, as the drum beats, you see these yang beings with their practical honouring.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: One by one, you meet them.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: one by one one
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: one by one
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: They sing to you.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: They honour you.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: They laugh with you.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: They dance with you.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: But they give you some practical plans.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: They give you some practical advice.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: From the knowledge of their strong hands.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: From the wisdom of their years.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: From the age of their earthwalk.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: And they tell you they'll be there.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: They tell you they're here.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: They tell you to look around, look them deep in the eyes.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: And so you turn and you look each one deep in the eyes and they nod.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: And your heart is gladdened and filled.

- 33:16SPEAKER_00: It doesn't feel like loneliness.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: It feels like a richness.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: and you remember that you laid your body down somewhere and you walk back out of
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: the woods and in to your body wherever you are listening to my voice being with me
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: back back into your toes
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: back into your shoulders, back, back in to your body.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: And as you come back into your body, just yawn and stretch.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: And know that any time
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: you want to plug in with these places, you can listen to this recording again.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: Just know that any time you're feeling disconnected, you can listen to this.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: And offering great thanks to the trees and the guardians of the trees and the doors,
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: the dwarves,
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: to the stars,
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: to the sun,
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: to the moon,
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: to the great chalk circle around us that kept us safe,
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: is keeping us safe,
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: and to your willingness to listen to this journey,
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: to all of the hearts that are connecting around this listening.
- 35:19SPEAKER_00: Go well.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: Go simply.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: Go peacefully.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: Blessings.
