Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the people with the biggest mouths
• 0:09
Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein is none other than
• 0:12
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz. And he has told everybody that's willing to
• 0:17
Speaker 1: listen that he has no idea why he would be
• 0:21
Speaker 1: so caught up in the allegations surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. And
• 0:26
Speaker 1: for months and months he told us how excited he
• 0:29
Speaker 1: was to give his testimony to Congress about what he
• 0:32
Speaker 1: knows about Jeffrey Epstein. Sounds good, right? Well, at the
• 0:39
Speaker 1: 11th hour, Alan Dershowitz canceled that appearance. But now Alan
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Dershowitz wants us to believe that he is actually very
• 0:48
Speaker 1: anxious and wants to testify as soon as possible when
• 0:51
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. Well, Alan, why didn't you
• 0:56
Speaker 1: just do it the first time around? Mr. Big Talk.
• 1:00
Speaker 1: Couldn't stop yapping about how he wanted to get on
• 1:02
Speaker 1: the record. Then he gets his chance. And guess what?
• 1:06
Speaker 1: The excuse machine is in full effect. So today, we
• 1:10
Speaker 1: have an article from News Nation and the headline, Dershowitz
• 1:14
Speaker 1: anxious to testify on Epstein despite abrupt house cancellation. This
• 1:20
Speaker 1: article was authored by Diana Falzoni. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer,
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, was called to testify before the House Oversight
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Committee over his ties to the disgraced financier, pedophile, by
• 1:34
Speaker 1: Oversight Chair James Comer in June. However, the attorney abruptly
• 1:39
Speaker 1: canceled five days prior to his scheduled interview on July 20th. Look,
• 1:44
Speaker 1: you can't blame the guy, right? There's pierogi vendors up
• 1:48
Speaker 1: in Martha's Vineyard that need to be harassed. And who's
• 1:51
Speaker 1: going to do it if not for Mr. I Kept
• 1:54
Speaker 1: My Underpants On? Now there is uncertainty if Dershowitz will
• 1:58
Speaker 1: show for a rescheduled date next month. After agreeing to
• 2:03
Speaker 1: a transcribed interview date, Alan Dershowitz failed to appear without reason.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: A House Oversight Committee spokeswoman told NewsNation on Wednesday, We've
• 2:11
Speaker 1: informed his attorney that we expect him to appear on
• 2:13
Speaker 1: September 2nd, but he has not confirmed that Mr. Dershowitz
• 2:17
Speaker 1: intends to appear. Oh, the man of mystery. You're going
• 2:21
Speaker 1: to wait on me. congress has to wait on mr
• 2:25
Speaker 1: allen i kept my underpants on dershowitz it's such a
• 2:27
Speaker 1: joke imagine having a congress that is so weak in
• 2:31
Speaker 1: the knees that they can't even force a guy like
• 2:34
Speaker 1: alan dershowitz to give testimony boy i'm sure the iranians
• 2:38
Speaker 1: are terrified of you guys i'm sure that all these
• 2:41
Speaker 1: people around the world that we're dropping bombs on are
• 2:44
Speaker 1: absolutely terrified of the geniuses in congress Dershowitz told News
• 2:52
Speaker 1: Nation on Wednesday it was an issue of trying to
• 2:54
Speaker 1: agree on a time. The former Epstein attorney contested the
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Oversight Committee's remarks that he failed to give a reason
• 3:01
Speaker 1: for his cancellation. It's always somebody else. It's never Alan Dershowitz.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: Everybody else is lying. Everybody else is telling, you know, falsehoods.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: And if you have any criticism of Alan Dershowitz, well,
• 3:13
Speaker 1: you're obviously just somebody that hates Israel. That's basically his
• 3:17
Speaker 1: whole entire playbook. But the truth is, Alan Dershowitz has
• 3:23
Speaker 1: still not adequately explained his relationship to Jeffrey Epstein. And
• 3:27
Speaker 1: I'm not talking about as his lawyer. I'm talking about
• 3:30
Speaker 1: the other stuff. How many lawyers do you have coming
• 3:34
Speaker 1: over to your house to get a massage? And look,
• 3:37
Speaker 1: I know that Dershowitz says that his wife was there
• 3:39
Speaker 1: and he kept his underpants on. That shit's still weird.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: Let me go over to my buddy's house, strip down
• 3:46
Speaker 1: to my tighty-whities, and get myself a massage while my
• 3:49
Speaker 1: wife's outside in the foyer having a pinot grigio with
• 3:53
Speaker 1: trafficking victims like there's no excusing it I know people
• 3:59
Speaker 1: want to excuse it and I know people want to
• 4:02
Speaker 1: make pretend that not everybody knew I don't believe that
• 4:05
Speaker 1: for a minute especially if you were this dude's lawyer
• 4:09
Speaker 1: you knew you knew exactly the kind of snake that
• 4:12
Speaker 1: you're dealing with and when it comes down to Dershowitz
• 4:16
Speaker 1: he just didn't care that's really what it comes down
• 4:18
Speaker 1: to I gave a reason he said My lawyers have
• 4:21
Speaker 1: advised me that there's a legal barrier to my testifying.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: We're trying to remove the barrier. I volunteered to testify,
• 4:28
Speaker 1: and I'm anxious to do so. When asked what the
• 4:31
Speaker 1: legal barrier was, Dershowitz said he was unable to comment. Oh, okay.
• 4:35
  Speaker 1: I have a legal barrier, but I can't comment. This
• 4:38
Speaker 1: dude has main character syndrome like nobody else. Hey, fuckface.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: We have all these other powerful people getting up there
• 4:46
Speaker 1: and telling their stories about Epstein. You can too. You
• 4:50
Speaker 1: have a way overblown opinion of yourself. And I assure
• 4:54
Speaker 1: you that the vast majority of people do not share
• 4:57
Speaker 1: that opinion. You shouldn't get any special treatment for what?
• 5:03
Speaker 1: What exactly has Alan Dershowitz done that should give him
• 5:07
Speaker 1: special treatment? In fact, I think that Alan Dershowitz and
• 5:12
Speaker 1: the whole legal team from Florida should be investigated for
• 5:16
Speaker 1: the NPA. And I've said that a million times. Now,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: if we're talking about the abuse, look, we know how
• 5:23
Speaker 1: the Virginia lawsuit ended up with Alan Dershowitz. So that's
• 5:27
Speaker 1: a moot point. I'm not going to keep harping on that.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: But what I will say is that the NPA is
• 5:34
Speaker 1: a big problem. And people like Alan Dershowitz, who had
• 5:37
Speaker 1: their fingers directly in the cake batter, they're a big
• 5:41
Speaker 1: problem too. On July 21st, Chair Comer issued a letter
• 5:46
Speaker 1: to Dershowitz that read in part, on July 15th, 2026,
• 5:50
Speaker 1: counsel notified the committee that you cannot now testify in
• 5:53
Speaker 1: Congress concerning the matters in which the committee are interested.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: This notice was provided only five days before the date
• 6:01
Speaker 1: of your transcribed interview after the committee had already exhausted
• 6:05
Speaker 1: critical resources to prepare for your appearance. Your counsel failed
• 6:09
Speaker 1: to provide a reason for your refusal to testify. When
• 6:13
Speaker 1: committee staff followed up with your counsel via email on
• 6:16
Speaker 1: July 15th and 17th, 2026, Your counsel again failed to
• 6:21
Speaker 1: provide an explanation for your refusal to attend your transcribed interview.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: This is unacceptable. I agree, but you know what else
• 6:30
Speaker 1: is unacceptable? That he wasn't subpoenaed in the first place.
• 6:34
Speaker 1: That should have been the deal for everybody. And I
• 6:37
Speaker 1: don't want to keep beating this dead horse, but it's
• 6:39
Speaker 1: a big problem. The fact that you're letting these people
• 6:42
Speaker 1: come in voluntarily is not something that I'm interested in.
• 6:47
Speaker 1: They've had years to come forward on their own. and
• 6:50
Speaker 1: none of them have done so. But now, now, they're
• 6:53
Speaker 1: going to tell us the truth because Congress is involved?
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Give me a break. I'm very proud in my role
• 7:00
Speaker 1: in representing Jeffrey Epstein, said Dershowitz at the time. I'm
• 7:04
Speaker 1: prepared to testify about everything. I offered to testify, volunteered
• 7:08
Speaker 1: for the past few months. I will personally not invoke privilege.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: I have nothing to hide. I hope they have videos
• 7:14
Speaker 1: of Epstein's rooms, bedrooms. I'm willing to testify truthfully about
• 7:18
Speaker 1: Les Wexner, all of it. Oh God, just shut up.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: If you were willing to testify, you would have come forward.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: And you're proud of your role as Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer?
• 7:28
Speaker 1: Says everything I need to know about you. And look,
• 7:31
Speaker 1: it's one thing to represent a guy like Epstein as
• 7:33
Speaker 1: a lawyer. It's another thing to embrace it. Dershowitz has
• 7:39
Speaker 1: been accused of wrongdoing tied to Epstein, which he has denied.
• 7:43
Speaker 1: In February, News Nation learned of a woman who was
• 7:46
Speaker 1: a primary informant to the FBI who about Epstein's sex
• 7:49
Speaker 1: trafficking ring. She went to the FBI after she was
• 7:52
Speaker 1: allegedly trafficked to several of Epstein's friends, a member of
• 7:56
Speaker 1: Congress who has seen the relevant files unredacted told News Nation.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: The names appearing in these documents do not indicate evidence
• 8:04
Speaker 1: of a crime. No criminal charges against those named other
• 8:08
Speaker 1: than Ghislaine Maxwell were filed in connection with Epstein's crimes.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Part of the plan. You guys paying attention yet? You
• 8:17
Speaker 1: see what's going on here? You see how the fix
• 8:18
Speaker 1: was in from the very beginning? This was always the goal,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: always the plan. And that's why they kicked it down
• 8:26
Speaker 1: to state in Florida. That was the easier path. Not
• 8:30
Speaker 1: as much attention. People aren't really locked in. Just another
• 8:34
Speaker 1: guy in Florida diddling some young kids. But it was
• 8:38
Speaker 1: a lot more than that, wasn't it? And what's happening
• 8:40
Speaker 1: now is what they always feared. And that, of course,
• 8:43
Speaker 1: is you learning what Jeffrey Epstein really was and what
• 8:47
Speaker 1: he was really up to. An Epstein survivor assisted in
• 8:52
Speaker 1: preparing an FBI PowerPoint presentation examining a list of high-profile
• 8:56
Speaker 1: men with associations with Epstein. According to the documents, the
• 9:01
Speaker 1: list included President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton
• 9:05
Speaker 1: and a note. Numerous anonymous NTOC's National Threat Operation Center
• 9:10
Speaker 1: tips were received with allegations against prominent individuals. And look,
• 9:15
Speaker 1: not every single one of those is going to be
• 9:17
Speaker 1: real and true. just like the nonsense when people were
• 9:21
Speaker 1: talking about cannibalism and beef jerky and all the other nonsense.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: All of that stuff is part of the cover-up. All
• 9:29
Speaker 1: of that is to sow confusion and to make everything
• 9:33
Speaker 1: look crazy. And that's why I refuse to get knocked
• 9:36
Speaker 1: off target. And that's why we continue to do things
• 9:39
Speaker 1: the way we do them. According to FBI documents, she
• 9:42
Speaker 1: told the Bureau as part of Epstein's operation, she was
• 9:45
Speaker 1: directed to give massages, was put... in compromising positions, and
• 9:48
Speaker 1: was a victim of sexual abuse. The alleged survivor's redacted
• 9:52
Speaker 1: claims appear in a slideshow the FBI created as part
• 9:56
Speaker 1: of its investigation into three men, Alan Dershowitz, Harvey Weinstein,
• 10:01
Speaker 1: and Leon Black. She alleged that Epstein trafficked her to
• 10:04
Speaker 1: Weinstein and Black at different times. Well, we know that
• 10:07
Speaker 1: Epstein and Weinstein were buddies for a minute, and we
• 10:10
Speaker 1: know that they had a falling out over a woman.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: Do with that what you will. Among the allegations given
• 10:18
Speaker 1: to the FBI, the woman stated that Weinstein showed up
• 10:21
Speaker 1: at her door and tried to follow her into the
• 10:24
Speaker 1: shower after offering her a job. When asked about the
• 10:27
Speaker 1: claims in the FBI's memo against Weinstein, his attorney, Arthur Idalla,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: said at the time, no comment. Idalla is also Glenn
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer, or was. Weinstein is serving 23 years in
• 10:40
Speaker 1: New York prison for sexual assaults. Among allegations against Black
• 10:44
Speaker 1: given to the FBI are An alleged victim said Black
• 10:47
Speaker 1: raped and trafficked her multiple times and that he threatened her.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: A judge sanctioned an accuser and her attorney, known only
• 10:55
Speaker 1: as Jane Doe, in April saying she falsified and potentially
• 10:58
Speaker 1: destroyed evidence in the case. Black denied any wrongdoing and
• 11:03
Speaker 1: said he never met Doe. Of course he did. I
• 11:07
Speaker 1: have no idea who Doe is. I've never done anything
• 11:09
Speaker 1: like that. I would never cheat on my sick wife.
• 11:14
Speaker 1: In the documents, the woman stated that she gave Dershowitz,
• 11:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's former attorney, a massage on Epstein's plane. Dershowitz told
• 11:22
Speaker 1: News Nation that month, I never received a massage on
• 11:25
Speaker 1: Epstein's plane. Well, you got one at his house, didn't you, Mr. Underwear?
• 11:30
Speaker 1: I can prove that, and I was never on his
• 11:31
Speaker 1: plane with a young woman. She made up the entire story.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: In doing so, she violated Section 1001 of the Criminal Code,
• 11:39
Speaker 1: lying to the FBI. She was not a minor. She's
• 11:42
Speaker 1: a criminal. There's no basis for redacting the name of
• 11:45
Speaker 1: an adult criminal. I'm planning to sue her as Jane
• 11:48
Speaker 1: Doe and subpoenaing the Justice Department and FBI to reveal
• 11:52
Speaker 1: the name of this felon, Dershowitz stated. She should sue Dershowitz.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: He just called her a felon. She hasn't been convicted
• 11:58
Speaker 1: of anything. So that's like if people called Alan Dershowitz
• 12:01
Speaker 1: a diddler. So we should just do that, Alan? Is
• 12:04
Speaker 1: that cool? Is that okay? You know it's not. And
• 12:07
Speaker 1: you damn well know you shouldn't be calling her a felon.
• 12:11
Speaker 1: And I hope she sues you. Because I'll tell you what,
• 12:14
Speaker 1: it's a long time coming that somebody takes this dude
• 12:17
Speaker 1: to court and shuts his fucking mouth. And hopefully, that
• 12:22
Speaker 1: time is now. All the information that goes with this
• 12:25
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
