- 0:03Speaker 2: But Joe Wigan Experience Train My Day, Joe.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Rogan podcast by Night All Day. Uh did you watch it?
- 0:13Speaker 1: Did you watch the UFC? Oh my god, this is
- 0:16Speaker 1: alm market chubs. Fuck. Dude goes up one way, Klass
- 0:20Speaker 1: goes up to one seventy. He was the fifty five
- 0:22Speaker 1: pound most dominant champion ever, most titled defenses fifty five ever.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Just dominates at one seventy like every round. People are
- 0:30Speaker 1: saying it's boring, but listen, man, it's boring if you're
- 0:34Speaker 1: a casual. The fact that he was able to do
- 0:36Speaker 1: it every round, it was a little frustrating because you
- 0:38Speaker 1: wanted Jack to try to adjust but he couldn't. Man,
- 0:42Speaker 1: is Islam shut his game down right away. He low
- 0:46Speaker 1: kicked the shit out of his front leg real quick,
- 0:48Speaker 1: had him limping real quick. Like within the first round
- 0:52Speaker 1: he had hit it three or four times bad.
- 0:54Speaker 2: I imagine being Kobepe. You know, just your proteges is
- 0:58Speaker 2: coming in even better than him, right, That's.
- 1:01Speaker 1: What's so crazy. That's how good those guys are. But
- 1:05Speaker 1: he's not better stand up though. He is Islam has
- 1:09Speaker 1: really good stand up, like his stand up Kobib's stand
- 1:11Speaker 1: up was a means to an end. It was like
- 1:14Speaker 1: his stand up was to crack you, so he'd get
- 1:15Speaker 1: a hold of you, fuck you up, just drag you
- 1:18Speaker 1: to the ground, smash you. That was Kobib's move. But
- 1:21Speaker 1: Islam is fucking choing people. Man, it's different. He's different.
- 1:25Speaker 1: He's head kicking Volkanovski. That's a it's like a different
- 1:28Speaker 1: level stand up.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Kobib said, you're gonna be better than me. Crazy
- 1:32Speaker 2: crazy Kistani boys is a hit.
- 1:35Speaker 1: You know what's crazy? Dude. Balah Muhammad, you know who
- 1:37Speaker 1: was the champion welterweight, went down to Dakistan to train
- 1:40Speaker 1: with those guys, and he was like, I thought I
- 1:42Speaker 1: trained hard. I really did. I thought I trained hard
- 1:45Speaker 1: until I trained with those guys.
- 1:46Speaker 2: That's all. I'm a follower. If I ever have a son,
- 1:48Speaker 2: I'm just dropping them. As soon as he's hit puberty,
- 1:50Speaker 2: I'm dropping them off in they leave him here, forget.
- 1:55Speaker 1: That's the thing they always says. Then two three years forget.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Yeah for real, he comes back telling you, what the.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Dude, how are you gonna fuck with that? Because that's real.
- 2:04Speaker 1: That's how those dudes are really rolling out there. That's
- 2:06Speaker 1: how they're really living there. They pray five times a day.
- 2:11Speaker 1: They're super religious. There's no gambling, there's no drinking, there's
- 2:14Speaker 1: no partying. There's just training, just training and training with
- 2:19Speaker 1: a bunch of fucking animals, eating together, training together, just
- 2:24Speaker 1: getting after it every day. And then it's iron sharpens
- 2:28Speaker 1: iron because everyone who comes out of there is a
- 2:30Speaker 1: fucking killer.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Yeah, crazy, Yeah, you gotta be real.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Most people don't want to live that life.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and they don't forgive the disrespect.
- 2:40Speaker 1: No, they just fucked dyling Dannis up this past weekend.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Did you see that? Oh yeah, right in the crowd. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:48Speaker 2: I don't forget. You gotta watch what you say, bro.
- 2:50Speaker 2: And they're you know Degnstance's they not talking ship for
- 2:54Speaker 2: promotional purposes. No, no, no, no, no, you gotta be
- 2:56Speaker 2: real careful down in the marrow of the bone. Do
- 3:00Speaker 2: you think that they would ever be like do you
- 3:02Speaker 2: think Connor could ever apologize to Kobeb and like bury
- 3:05Speaker 2: the hatchet was it?
- 3:06Speaker 1: He would have to It would have to be in private,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and you would have to really mean it, man, you know,
- 3:13Speaker 1: he would have to really mean it, and you'd have
- 3:14Speaker 1: to convince Kabib that you really meant it and that
- 3:17Speaker 1: it was all, you know, because he just doesn't play
- 3:20Speaker 1: that game, that talking ship to sell a fight game.
- 3:22Speaker 1: He doesn't play that.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Game, especially when it comes like his wife, his.
- 3:25Speaker 1: People, everything, everything.
- 3:27Speaker 2: I saw a clip of DC saying like he did
- 3:31Speaker 2: he had like Connor on his show one time, and
- 3:33Speaker 2: Kobebe was like, no, what's that about? Mm hmm yeah,
- 3:36Speaker 2: like that's my.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Enemy, right and you're my friend yeaheah.
- 3:39Speaker 2: And you know DC was like, oh, yeah, I had
- 3:41Speaker 2: to I didn't look at it that way, but I
- 3:43Speaker 2: had to check myself, like.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, because you're if you're a journalist, if you're or
- 3:46Speaker 1: if you're doing a podcast, you're gonna have some people
- 3:48Speaker 1: and that don't like people that are close to you.
- 3:51Speaker 1: But you got it, like that can only go to
- 3:53Speaker 1: a certain level.
- 3:54Speaker 2: You know.
- 3:54Speaker 1: If someone is your like sworn enemy and this other
- 3:58Speaker 1: guy's your training partner and you're bru the you can't
- 4:00Speaker 1: really have that guy on Oh.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Yeah, of course not absolutely not, Like there's there's no
- 4:05Speaker 2: scenario where kobeb was going to be friendly with John
- 4:07Speaker 2: Jones because he knows the history, Like he might be respectful,
- 4:11Speaker 2: but he ain't gonna catch him kicking it.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I think John and DC have pretty much
- 4:16Speaker 1: buried the hatchet really, yeah, I think they have. I
- 4:20Speaker 1: think they communicated. I think they I think they've had
- 4:23Speaker 1: some interaction. You know. It's like that when you have
- 4:27Speaker 1: two better rivals like that and one guy comes out
- 4:30Speaker 1: on top, there's just always going to be that way,
- 4:32Speaker 1: always forever.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Yeah, because they're different kind of people. I forget that sometimes,
- 4:37Speaker 2: like the competitive the people that are like ultra competitive.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Totally different kinds of human beings.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Man doesn't go away.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Their drive is it's like you don't understand it, you
- 4:46Speaker 1: don't live it, you know. And like wrestlers, like elite
- 4:51Speaker 1: wrestlers are the only people that train the way like
- 4:55Speaker 1: Kubeb and his crew train like in any other combat sport.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Like if you're come and over from kickboxing and you know,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and then you want to fight MMA, and you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: you think, you well, I've already trained like an animal already.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Like yeah, there's a difference.
- 5:13Speaker 1: There's a difference in the kind of exhaustion that you
- 5:15Speaker 1: get from like hardcore wrestling training, and that's something that
- 5:18Speaker 1: these guys have that It's just like that's why wrestling
- 5:23Speaker 1: is the number one base for MMA, because anybody who
- 5:25Speaker 1: gets really good at wrestling, you gotta be a fucking animal.
- 5:29Speaker 1: You gotta be a fucking animal.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah. I wrestled in high school for the first couple
- 5:33Speaker 2: of years, and it was like I was like, this
- 5:34Speaker 2: ain't for me, you know, it was. It was hard.
- 5:38Speaker 2: It's hardcore, man, like so hard. It's it's because besides
- 5:42Speaker 2: the technique and stuff, you have to be able to suffer,
- 5:45Speaker 2: you're training to suffer. Yeah yeah, and they break you
- 5:49Speaker 2: all the way down every single.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Practice, training to suffer, and then the losing weight, the
- 5:53Speaker 1: losing weight and competing on the same day. You know,
- 5:56Speaker 1: I went to school with this kid. He was five
- 5:59Speaker 1: six all his brother's like six foot six foot one.
- 6:02Speaker 1: It's because he wrestled all throughout his childhood and cut
- 6:05Speaker 1: weight all through his childhood. He essentially starved himself and
- 6:09Speaker 1: stunted his growth.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Well, my my friend Jeffrey, you know, Berner used to
- 6:14Speaker 2: work at the club, he used to perform at the club.
- 6:16Speaker 2: But he's he was a wrestling guy, you know, did
- 6:20Speaker 2: real well in California and all that, and now he
- 6:22Speaker 2: like he doesn't he doesn't know when he's hungry.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Oh Jesus christ you know, like.
- 6:27Speaker 2: He's he just has to eat because he's like, oh,
- 6:29Speaker 2: I haven't eaten, and but wow, his whatever connection, it
- 6:33Speaker 2: is like he broke it. Yeah, like he'll forget to eat.
- 6:35Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like that. It could really fuck with you.
- 6:39Speaker 1: So usually it fucks with guys the other way, where
- 6:41Speaker 1: they cut way too long and then they just blow
- 6:43Speaker 1: up like balloons when they don't have to fight anymore,
- 6:45Speaker 1: they get crazy and they just can't stop eating. They
- 6:47Speaker 1: developed really eating disorders. It's like it's really common amongst
- 6:50Speaker 1: guys are cut weight.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Well that's when I quit. I quit. I did. I
- 6:52Speaker 2: did a tournament and uh and it was it was
- 6:55Speaker 2: the first tournament. My brother was coming to see me,
- 6:57Speaker 2: and uh and and I missed weight by a pound
- 7:02Speaker 2: or something like that, and so I ended up. I
- 7:03Speaker 2: still got to wrestle, but it was like the all
- 7:05Speaker 2: the the loser's bracket or wrestled the you know people
- 7:08Speaker 2: off on the side. And there was a guy that
- 7:11Speaker 2: he had on what I know now is an insulin pump,
- 7:14Speaker 2: but I didn't know at the time. Yeah, and he
- 7:18Speaker 2: just kept sucking me up because I didn't. I was
- 7:20Speaker 2: scared to hurt him. And he didn't give a fuck
- 7:22Speaker 2: about me, and I got my ass whooped. And then
- 7:24Speaker 2: and then when it was finally all over, I was
- 7:26Speaker 2: like and I went to the vending machine and I
- 7:29Speaker 2: fucking opened the snicker bottle and my coach came over.
- 7:32Speaker 2: He was like, what the fuck are you doing? You know.
- 7:35Speaker 2: I was like, well, the tournament's over. He was like,
- 7:36Speaker 2: you missweight, You're gonna come over here and eat snacks.
- 7:38Speaker 2: And it was and I was one of them kids
- 7:41Speaker 2: were like I was just defiant and I was like,
- 7:43Speaker 2: fuck you, you know, and that was the last time.
- 7:46Speaker 2: That was the last time he's on me. I was like,
- 7:49Speaker 2: you know, because if that's what this is gonna be,
- 7:52Speaker 2: I can't.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Do it those snacks after losing.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah, especially missing weight. I mean here, looking back, he
- 7:59Speaker 2: had a point, how much.
- 8:00Speaker 1: You miss it? By a pound?
- 8:03Speaker 2: I missed because because you know, it's like you can't
- 8:05Speaker 2: it's certain households way like you know, ma ma Wau
- 8:09Speaker 2: didn't give a fuck about no meganweight. You're gonna eat
- 8:11Speaker 2: that food, you know. It wasn't like I didn't have
- 8:13Speaker 2: control over my diet.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, so then you just have to run it off.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Oh yeah, run it off.
- 8:19Speaker 1: You have able to figure out how much calories you
- 8:22Speaker 1: actually like burn when you do a hard workout. It's
- 8:26Speaker 1: not as much as you think. Like this dude, I
- 8:29Speaker 1: forget what he ate, but he had some crazy meal
- 8:33Speaker 1: with like fucking pancakes, pizza and all kinds of shit,
- 8:36Speaker 1: like ten thousand calories or something like that, and then
- 8:39Speaker 1: he went running to burn off the calories, and he
- 8:41Speaker 1: tracked it like on an app. He ran for ten hours.
- 8:45Speaker 1: He ran like thirty miles because he was yeah, dude's
- 8:49Speaker 1: in really good shape. But when he did this, like
- 8:51Speaker 1: he was tracking like where his cow, how many calories
- 8:55Speaker 1: he had burned so far? And it took him like
- 8:57Speaker 1: a marathon, like thirty hours running.
- 9:01Speaker 2: To burn off a thousand calories.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Thirty miles or other thirty miles of running. No, it
- 9:05Speaker 1: was more than it was like ten thousand calories whatever
- 9:08Speaker 1: it was, you know, I forget what he ate. It
- 9:10Speaker 1: was like pancakes and all kinds of crazy shit, very calorie.
- 9:13Speaker 1: But the purpose was like to see what happens if
- 9:17Speaker 1: you eat all this stuff, Like what does it actually
- 9:18Speaker 1: take to burn this off? So he measures all the
- 9:20Speaker 1: calories and then he just goes out running.
- 9:23Speaker 2: It's kind it's kind of disappointing when you realize.
- 9:25Speaker 1: It takes a long time. It takes a long time
- 9:29Speaker 1: to burn off ten thousand calories, Like, that's a lot
- 9:32Speaker 1: of working out.
- 9:32Speaker 2: That's why I'll I know I'm gonna stay fat till
- 9:34Speaker 2: I die, you know, because I got this, I got
- 9:40Speaker 2: this row machine, and then like it tries to tell
- 9:42Speaker 2: you how many it is more discouraged, discouraging than anything.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I have to turn that shit off.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Did you lose any weight when you do that carnivore
- 9:49Speaker 1: diet for a month? Oh yeah, how much did you lose?
- 9:52Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe like ten pounds. Yeah, well imagine
- 9:55Speaker 1: if you did that for six months?
- 9:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, you think you could. The diet is everything.
- 10:00Speaker 1: That's the whole way to lose weight. You don't really
- 10:02Speaker 1: lose weight in the gym. I mean you do. You
- 10:04Speaker 1: lose a little weight, your body gets toned, you get healthier,
- 10:06Speaker 1: that's all good. But the real way you lose weight
- 10:09Speaker 1: is your diet.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just discipline.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's hard, you know, it's hard.
- 10:14Speaker 2: It was easier when I was poor, you know.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Of course, of course.
- 10:20Speaker 2: It's it's because always I try to tell people this.
- 10:22Speaker 2: But it's like when you when you're your own boss,
- 10:27Speaker 2: you can't also be a shitty employee, right, you know,
- 10:32Speaker 2: like I'm the one seting the rules, but I'm also
- 10:34Speaker 2: the one enforcing the rules, and I'm.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Like you good, Yeah that's funny, get it next time. Yeah,
- 10:39Speaker 1: you almost have to create a boss in your brain
- 10:41Speaker 1: for like certain things that you have to do, Like
- 10:44Speaker 1: a general just tells you what to do. Yes, you
- 10:46Speaker 1: just fucking go do it. Yeah, gotta be a robot.
- 10:49Speaker 2: David Gagas could definitely sell an app, just a motivational app,
- 10:53Speaker 2: he could, but just call you a bit everything.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean really, all you need to do is
- 10:58Speaker 1: just go watch his videos if you want to get motivated,
- 11:01Speaker 1: just to go watch those that guy's videos.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Yeah, what do people have a go? Like? Just go
- 11:06Speaker 2: stay with him.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Yeah, he's just done that before. David Eiler is that
- 11:09Speaker 1: who was?
- 11:09Speaker 2: No?
- 11:10Speaker 1: What was his name? Uh? Yeah, the dude that wrote
- 11:15Speaker 1: the book. Fuck, I can't believe I can't remember his name.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Like he's on something like Diamond Dallas page Ship like
- 11:21Speaker 2: he'll just.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Well he not not really, this dude was writing a book. Jesse. It'sler, Yes,
- 11:28Speaker 1: that's it. Stayed with him, and you know, David's like,
- 11:32Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna train, and you know you're gonna
- 11:35Speaker 1: do whatever the fuck I tell you to do, and
- 11:37Speaker 1: we're gonna do it. I forget how many days he
- 11:39Speaker 1: did it for. He wrote he wrote a book about it, right,
- 11:42Speaker 1: like living with a Navy seal.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I think I think for thirty days, you probably got
- 11:48Speaker 2: to pass a physical just well, yeah.
- 11:50Speaker 1: You could die. You could definitely die. He definitely have
- 11:52Speaker 1: a hard attack.
- 11:53Speaker 2: See that's the thing. He don't care if he died.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yeah, he had some something happened, some kind of heart.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Wrapped on my loss. He had rabdom mylosis. He's had
- 12:01Speaker 1: a bunch of things he had. He's had heart surgery. Uh,
- 12:04Speaker 1: but he had rapdome mylosis that he got because rapdose
- 12:07Speaker 1: when you push yourself so hard. Let's put that into perplexity,
- 12:10Speaker 1: our sponsor, and find out exactly what rabdom mylosis is,
- 12:14Speaker 1: because I'm gonna fuck this up. We got an AI sponsor.
- 12:19Speaker 1: No Bush perplexity, Yeah was a doctor. No, it's a
- 12:23Speaker 1: it's an AI. It's an AI large language model, and
- 12:26Speaker 1: it gives you answers. So process is when muscle tissue
- 12:30Speaker 1: damaged by trauma, excessive exercise, prolonged immobility, metabolic or genetic disorders, infections, toxins,
- 12:37Speaker 1: or certain medications. So obviously, in David Goggins's case, excessive exercise,
- 12:42Speaker 1: so the muscle cell breaks down. Substances like mild globin
- 12:46Speaker 1: create creatine kinase, electrolytes, and enzymes leak into the blood.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Mild globein filtered by the kidneys can cause urine to
- 12:55Speaker 1: turn dark brown or red, and in large amounts can
- 12:58Speaker 1: cause acute kidney fire. So when your piss starts looking
- 13:02Speaker 1: like diet coke, that's when you know you got a problem.
- 13:05Speaker 2: I think you just gave the worst idea. Instead of
- 13:08Speaker 2: people coughing into a napkin so you know they're sick,
- 13:11Speaker 2: then taking a piss it's gonna turn syrup.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Well, it's only if someone works out so hard that
- 13:16Speaker 1: your body's breaking down. That's really what it is, like,
- 13:18Speaker 1: you're literally working yourself to death.
- 13:22Speaker 2: But then then this crazy motherfucker finished the race.
- 13:24Speaker 1: He went to the hospital, He went to the hospital,
- 13:27Speaker 1: recovered in the hospital, went back to the exact spot
- 13:29Speaker 1: where he stopped and completed the race, and then did
- 13:32Speaker 1: like one hundred push ups at this finish line.
- 13:36Speaker 2: If you just went to the hospital for drawing extra.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You just can't. You know, you just have to accept
- 13:42Speaker 1: that's who he is. That's who he is. He's got
- 13:45Speaker 1: no knee cartilage, he still runs. He's just a different
- 13:49Speaker 1: he's a different human. But again, it's like the Daghistan thing,
- 13:53Speaker 1: like there's levels to discipline and commitment, and those guys have.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It's a very hot it's also like very high level
- 14:00Speaker 1: training too. It's not just disciplined, it's like they're very technical.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Abdulmannop who is Kobeb's dad was a phenomenal trainer, just
- 14:09Speaker 1: just phenomenal.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Where did he learn all of this?
- 14:12Speaker 1: Well, it's all you know, Russian ensembo, and they all
- 14:16Speaker 1: have like a long history of like I think his dad,
- 14:20Speaker 1: what's what's what's Google this just to make sure I'm
- 14:23Speaker 1: not speaking out of my ass. But you know, you
- 14:26Speaker 1: got to think of like sambo a combat sambo is
- 14:29Speaker 1: that's where Faedo a million inco came from too. So
- 14:32Speaker 1: Russian ensembo is like MMA, but they wear like a
- 14:36Speaker 1: judo gee top and they have shorts on and wrestling shoes,
- 14:41Speaker 1: MMA gloves and fucking headgear and they have Combat Sambo Championships.
- 14:46Speaker 1: They throw each other using the ge. They have ground
- 14:49Speaker 1: and pound, They're kicking and punching. It's it's a.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Crazy So it's like judo mixed with It's.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Like judo mixed with MMA, but they're wearing wrestling shoes
- 14:59Speaker 1: like it is. It's really kind of crazy. But then
- 15:01Speaker 1: pound the ground and pound. Yeah, it's basically kind of MMA.
- 15:05Speaker 1: So Abdumenov he was named by the Russian Book of
- 15:09Speaker 1: Records as the most successful combat sambo coach in the country.
- 15:14Speaker 1: He was the head coach of Eagles, MMA coach two
- 15:16Speaker 1: UFC champions, His son kuld be normagah Metoff as well
- 15:19Speaker 1: as islamaka Chev but So he practiced from a young
- 15:24Speaker 1: age while serving in the Soviet Army. Soviet Army began
- 15:27Speaker 1: to practice judo ensembo. For his big success as a
- 15:30Speaker 1: coach came to his brother nurmagamed Nirmagamedov won at the
- 15:34Speaker 1: World Sambo Championship for Ukraine's national team in ninety two.
- 15:38Speaker 1: He traded total of eighteen world champions through his coaching career.
- 15:42Speaker 1: That's how good that guy was. Eighteen world champions. That's crazy.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Show show him a video of combat sambo, Like, how
- 15:51Speaker 1: about show fat or competing in combat sambo. It's kind
- 15:54Speaker 1: of crazy when you see him because he was competing
- 15:56Speaker 1: in combat sambo, I believe while he was also fighting
- 16:00Speaker 1: in MMA. He was still competing for Russia in combat.
- 16:04Speaker 2: And there's a difference between combat sambo and some other kind.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Yeah, well there's sambo, which is like just the grappling
- 16:11Speaker 1: art of sambo. But like, look at this, they're fighting
- 16:14Speaker 1: with punches with the grappling gion and shoes on. This
- 16:18Speaker 1: is crazy, right, Oh wow, isn't that nuts? They got
- 16:22Speaker 1: wrestling shoes on, shin pads. Oh no, knees, Yeah, they
- 16:28Speaker 1: can't throw knees here? Is that what's going on?
- 16:30Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I don't know what the.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Rules because I feel like if they if they could,
- 16:32Speaker 2: he would have thrown like that.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Pretty crazy man. So that's fade or when he was
- 16:37Speaker 1: world champion in MMA, maybe the greatest of all time.
- 16:41Speaker 1: He's definitely in the argument of the greatest of all time. Yeah,
- 16:44Speaker 1: it's the argument is him came Velasquez for heavyweight, Francis
- 16:51Speaker 1: and Ganu and John Jones. Now that he's a heavyweight
- 16:55Speaker 1: but he hasn't really the only heavyweights that he really beat,
- 16:58Speaker 1: really beat steep A when Steepe was kind of at
- 17:02Speaker 1: the end of his career and he'll be gone, but
- 17:04Speaker 1: he caught gone in the guillotine real early. Clearly one
- 17:07Speaker 1: of the greatest fires of all time. But the argument
- 17:09Speaker 1: of him being the greatest heavyweight, he's only got two
- 17:11Speaker 1: heavyweight fights. Then the other guy is Fabricio over Doom.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Fabrici over Doom on paper has one of the best
- 17:20Speaker 1: arguments because he tapped everybody. He tapped all the world champions.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And people forget man because they only look at a
- 17:26Speaker 1: guy when the guy's lost. They like MMA fans want
- 17:29Speaker 1: someone loses and they start. They have a few losses
- 17:33Speaker 1: in a row. People forget how good they were when
- 17:34Speaker 1: they were in their prime. And Fabrici over Doom and
- 17:37Speaker 1: his prime tapped fad Ormilian Anko, Kane Velasquez, and Minatauro Noguera.
- 17:44Speaker 1: And which is crazy.
- 17:45Speaker 2: What you're saying. There is a window, right was it
- 17:47Speaker 2: nine years?
- 17:48Speaker 1: Nine years?
- 17:50Speaker 2: I feel like that heavyweight window short short, what's the
- 17:55Speaker 2: what's the most defenses in a heavyweight?
- 17:57Speaker 1: It's steep Stepe has worth three right, let's find out
- 18:01Speaker 1: it's just three. Cepe Miocic is the he's the consensus
- 18:05Speaker 1: most successful heavyweight of all time. You could say maybe
- 18:08Speaker 1: he's the greatest of all time. You know, it's all
- 18:10Speaker 1: when you catch him. I mean, the guy got through
- 18:13Speaker 1: Francis in that first fight, when Francis was just like
- 18:15Speaker 1: taking people's heads off like they were attached with sticky glue.
- 18:19Speaker 2: With three, yes, three three, you would think it would
- 18:22Speaker 2: be more than three, right o, man like, because because
- 18:25Speaker 2: all the other weight classes, like, uh, what's light heavyweights
- 18:29Speaker 2: have four?
- 18:29Speaker 1: Hold on, scroll back up? Yeah, three in a row.
- 18:33Speaker 1: But he's got the most titled defensive scroll back up please.
- 18:37Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by Happy Dad Hard Seltzer.

- 19:40Speaker 1: Happy Dad Hard Seltzer Tea and Lemonade is a malt
- 19:44Speaker 1: alcohol located in Orange County, California. So he's got the
- 19:48Speaker 1: most titled defenses in the division's history with four.
- 19:51Speaker 2: All right, because he took the bail from Cormier.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Right, and then defended against Cormier, and then defended against Francis,
- 20:00Speaker 1: which was the craziest.
- 20:01Speaker 2: One, and then lost it to Francis.
- 20:03Speaker 1: No no defendant against Francis, Oh no, no, I fucked
- 20:06Speaker 1: this up. Defendant against Francis, then got knocked out by Cormier.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Carmier knocked him out fight. Then they fought a second
- 20:15Speaker 1: time and Steve A beat him, stopped him. That was
- 20:19Speaker 1: the time when he was hooking him to the body.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Oh my god, he had that beautiful left flook to
- 20:23Speaker 1: the body that he just had wired. So he beat Daniel,
- 20:27Speaker 1: beat Daniel again. He's beat him by decision in the
- 20:30Speaker 1: third fight, and then in the next one he fought
- 20:33Speaker 1: scroll Up. In the next one he fought Francis again
- 20:36Speaker 1: and got kaoed. That was a brutal one. And then
- 20:38Speaker 1: John Jones hit him with that brutal, beautiful spinning back
- 20:41Speaker 1: kick to the body. But it's like he's in the
- 20:46Speaker 1: argument too for one of the greatest of all time.
- 20:47Speaker 1: My thing about Fabricio though, is like people forget like
- 20:50Speaker 1: how hard it is to submit a guy like Fado
- 20:53Speaker 1: or million Inco or a guy like King Velasquez, and
- 20:56Speaker 1: to be the guy that submits all Like, out of
- 21:00Speaker 1: the guys who you consider possibly all time greats, he
- 21:03Speaker 1: submitted three of them. That's nuts.
- 21:05Speaker 2: When the last guest first came on to see, I
- 21:07Speaker 2: thought nobody was gonna be able to beat him.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Bro. He was a monster because he was a heavyweight
- 21:12Speaker 1: with cardio like a lightweight. It was nuts, nothing like that.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Yeah, but everybody, everybody has their day.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Man.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Yeah, there's nobody that's unbeatable.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I mean, well, what happened with Caine is he didn't
- 21:24Speaker 1: adjust to Mexico City, so they had to fight. Cain
- 21:28Speaker 1: and Fabricio fought in Mexico City, and Mexico City I
- 21:32Speaker 1: think is like seven thousand feet above sea level. Yeah,
- 21:37Speaker 1: put that in there. Let's see what perplexity says about that.
- 21:39Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that's the case though. I think it's
- 21:41Speaker 1: about seven thousand feet above sea level and it's real
- 21:43Speaker 1: thin air. Also, it's a lot of pollution, so it's
- 21:46Speaker 1: not like the best air like it's it's not much
- 21:49Speaker 1: air and it's polluted. And uh, Fabricio got their way
- 21:55Speaker 1: ear like months months in advance. Seven thousand, three hundred Yeah,
- 22:01Speaker 1: above sea level, so real, real high altitude already. So
- 22:05Speaker 1: your cardio is already going to be taxed if you're
- 22:07Speaker 1: a heavyweight.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 22:09Speaker 1: That's two thousand feet above Denver.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Well why didn't he go? Did he have a good reason?
- 22:13Speaker 1: I think there was some domestic issues. Oh man, so
- 22:16Speaker 1: I think someone didn't want him leaving you know, he
- 22:20Speaker 1: got he only got a chance to be out there,
- 22:22Speaker 1: I think for two weeks, and that's not enough time.
- 22:25Speaker 1: That's not even close, not even close. Fabricio was up there,
- 22:29Speaker 1: I think for six months. I think they told him
- 22:32Speaker 1: that he was going to be fighting for the title,
- 22:33Speaker 1: and I think he went up there for I might
- 22:35Speaker 1: be talking on a school but it was many months.
- 22:37Speaker 1: It was at least four months, and he was up
- 22:39Speaker 1: in the mountains above Mexico City. So he's like, fuck it,
- 22:43Speaker 1: let's go nine thousand feet, let's get crazy, and so
- 22:46Speaker 1: got accustomed to even higher altitude. And then when he
- 22:49Speaker 1: came down, he was in prime shape and he caught
- 22:52Speaker 1: Cane in the guiantine and submitted him. It was nuts.
- 22:55Speaker 1: It was like seeing him. He's, like I said, he
- 22:59Speaker 1: submitted three of the greatest of all time. Like that,
- 23:02Speaker 1: that alone, you gotta think. So he showed up two
- 23:06Speaker 1: months or if ver Doom did his homework, probably the
- 23:08Speaker 1: fight showed up two months early and established a training
- 23:10Speaker 1: camp in the mountains, conditioning his body even higher elevation
- 23:13Speaker 1: around twelve thousand feet. So I was wrong on both counts.
- 23:16Speaker 1: It wasn't four months. It was two months, and he
- 23:19Speaker 1: was at twelve thousand feet, which is fucking crazy.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's he said.
- 23:25Speaker 1: For the first two weeks I was here, felt as
- 23:27Speaker 1: if I'd never trained before at all. I was so tired.
- 23:31Speaker 1: So if you got used to doing that, okay, So okay,
- 23:35Speaker 1: Caine only went ten days early.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Oh my god, I feel like that's some shit that
- 23:39Speaker 2: George Saint Pierre would do just for every fight, right,
- 23:42Speaker 2: get to something.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Well, Beja was doing that for a while. BJ Penn
- 23:47Speaker 1: was sleeping in a tent. Say it was a plastic
- 23:50Speaker 1: tent that he would seal off and would sleep inside
- 23:53Speaker 1: of it, like you put it up around his bed
- 23:56Speaker 1: and there was a thing that you sucked oxygen out
- 24:00Speaker 1: the air there, and it made it like you were
- 24:02Speaker 1: sleeping at high elevation. Apparently that's the move. The move
- 24:07Speaker 1: is sleep at high elevation, but train at low elevation.
- 24:12Speaker 1: And the reason for that is when you train at
- 24:14Speaker 1: low elevation, you have more oxygen, you can get more reps,
- 24:17Speaker 1: you can put in more rounds, you can put it
- 24:19Speaker 1: more work. So and then the recovery is where you
- 24:22Speaker 1: really want your body to be adapting. So then once
- 24:25Speaker 1: you're done training, go back up like say if you
- 24:28Speaker 1: were training in like in like in the valley, and
- 24:31Speaker 1: then you went up to Big Bear and you were
- 24:34Speaker 1: sleeping at Big Bear, which is like I think big
- 24:36Speaker 1: bears like six thousand feet or something like that.
- 24:38Speaker 2: But doesn't that only work if you're if the fight
- 24:40Speaker 2: isn't it's not an elevation like if you're fighting.
- 24:43Speaker 1: No, No, the idea of sleeping at altitude is all
- 24:46Speaker 1: you need. Sleeping at altitude gets your body. It's the
- 24:50Speaker 1: whole thing is about getting your body to sort of
- 24:53Speaker 1: adapt to this new altitude. So exactly, oh okay, exactly,
- 25:00Speaker 1: you'll have more oxygen, you'll have more and you're you'll
- 25:03Speaker 1: be able to work harder like this. So it's like
- 25:06Speaker 1: they used to think training and sleeping at altitude is
- 25:09Speaker 1: the move, but now they think, actually, it's probably better.
- 25:12Speaker 1: And maybe this is debated. I'm not sure if like
- 25:15Speaker 1: the the consensus is out, but I think what they're
- 25:19Speaker 1: saying now is train at sea level and then sleep
- 25:23Speaker 1: at altitude, which makes sense. It makes sense.
- 25:28Speaker 2: That's for people that's already training.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely, definitely.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I've run out of riff just going up to altitude.
- 25:36Speaker 2: That's why That's why Denver whenever you go to Denver, like,
- 25:39Speaker 2: I love doing comedy there, but it's so it's so dry.
- 25:43Speaker 1: It's dry.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Your book is get.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Sharp yep, yeah, you know it starts to bleed.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Skin is all flaky, there's no air.
- 25:52Speaker 1: And then you know, you can get higher than that too.
- 25:54Speaker 1: You can go to Aspen. When they used to have
- 25:56Speaker 1: the Aspen Comedy Festival, they used to have oxygen waiting
- 25:59Speaker 1: for your backstage were yeah, case dudes started fainting.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Why did they stop that?
- 26:05Speaker 1: I don't know. I think you know, they stopped a
- 26:07Speaker 1: bunch of those comedy festivals they had. Where was the
- 26:10Speaker 1: original one was in Montreal and then they started doing
- 26:13Speaker 1: an ass bin and I think they did it in
- 26:15Speaker 1: Vegas too for a while, if I remember correctly.
- 26:18Speaker 2: It was the same people.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But it used to see those things used to be effective.
- 26:22Speaker 1: It used to be you would, you know, take time
- 26:24Speaker 1: off the road, go to Montreal, do your best set
- 26:27Speaker 1: and maybe you'd get a development deal. And if you
- 26:29Speaker 1: got a development deal, maybe you get a sitcom. That
- 26:31Speaker 1: was a whole. That was the carrot that they dang
- 26:34Speaker 1: on the end of the stick.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Career changing.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Yeah, like for some people it was career changing. It
- 26:38Speaker 1: really was but that stopped, and then so it was like,
- 26:42Speaker 1: why are we going to these festivals because I'm not
- 26:45Speaker 1: getting anything out of this other than you selling tickets.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Well, I think that I think that that's happened. That happened.
- 26:50Speaker 2: What happened to most of the institutions in comedy or
- 26:53Speaker 2: just to show business period is the people that used
- 26:56Speaker 2: to be the taste makers, the people that used to
- 26:58Speaker 2: tell the business.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Who was next.
- 27:02Speaker 2: I think people get because this happens all the time.
- 27:05Speaker 2: There'll be some good there'll be somebody will start a
- 27:07Speaker 2: comedy show. Then all of a sudden, somebody will make
- 27:09Speaker 2: it from that show, and then it becomes the show
- 27:12Speaker 2: in the scene in the city, and then they start
- 27:15Speaker 2: wanting to maintain that reputation. So instead of them just
- 27:19Speaker 2: fucking with who they believe in, they'll wait to see
- 27:22Speaker 2: who has a little momentum. So they kind of give
- 27:25Speaker 2: it up. They wait for the industry to tell them
- 27:28Speaker 2: who's popping. And it happened to the store, It happened
- 27:31Speaker 2: to jfl that happened to all the flips, and maybe
- 27:33Speaker 2: people are maybe it's coming back now.
- 27:35Speaker 1: But you also have to realize who are these people.
- 27:37Speaker 1: They're just people that got jobs working for whatever media
- 27:41Speaker 1: company that is, whether it's NBC or Netflix or whatever
- 27:44Speaker 1: it is. They're just people that got jobs. They might
- 27:46Speaker 1: not have any idea like how a joke has made,
- 27:51Speaker 1: what the processes of developing material, who's got talent, who's derivative?
- 27:56Speaker 1: They probably they might not have any idea, But what
- 27:58Speaker 1: they do is they lick their fucking finger and they
- 28:01Speaker 1: hold it up in whichever way the wind's blowing. They
- 28:04Speaker 1: pretend they're a genius and that's what they do. And
- 28:08Speaker 1: oftentimes they'll dismiss someone who turns out to be the
- 28:11Speaker 1: best one of the lot. It's real common man, and
- 28:14Speaker 1: then they always want to stand by those ideas like
- 28:16Speaker 1: I don't see it, and they're like, Okay, the guy's
- 28:18Speaker 1: fucking selling out, arenas, I think you missed it. But
- 28:21Speaker 1: it happens a lot. It happens a lot with these
- 28:24Speaker 1: folks because they're they're not artists. They're just business people
- 28:28Speaker 1: and they're pretending to be artists. It's weird, like some
- 28:30Speaker 1: of them give you advice.
- 28:31Speaker 2: But some people do have like there's a there's a
- 28:35Speaker 2: there's a talent for dealing with talent that some people do.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Have a right Adam. He gets a perfect example because
- 28:44Speaker 1: Adam is an artist who's like job is to be
- 28:48Speaker 1: a talent coordinator, but he's genuinely an artist, like he's
- 28:51Speaker 1: he gets it. He's a he thinks like a comic.
- 28:54Speaker 1: He behaves like a comic. He was a funny co
- 28:57Speaker 1: host of Norm McDonald's show. You know when Norm had
- 28:59Speaker 1: that show, Adam Adam was on that show with him.
- 29:02Speaker 1: But he gets it, He understands the business.
- 29:04Speaker 2: He hits you. He hits you with his zinger from
- 29:06Speaker 2: time to thie. Funny dude, he got a couple in
- 29:08Speaker 2: the chamber.
- 29:08Speaker 1: He's a funny dude. But he's also a smart dude,
- 29:11Speaker 1: like and he knows potential. He sees someone and he
- 29:15Speaker 1: can give them genuinely good advice, like genuinely like you
- 29:19Speaker 1: could take this and develop it this way. Maybe you
- 29:21Speaker 1: need to work on this, Maybe you need to you know.
- 29:24Speaker 2: But you know, more importantly, I think he has he
- 29:26Speaker 2: has the courage of his convictions. Where it's like like
- 29:30Speaker 2: when I when I first got to Hollywood, you know,
- 29:32Speaker 2: I went over you know, I went everywhere at least
- 29:34Speaker 2: once or twice, and you know people some people, you know,
- 29:37Speaker 2: people come back next week or you know, you gotta
- 29:39Speaker 2: wait till this time or whatever. Everyone saw me saw me,
- 29:42Speaker 2: at least ones. Adam saw me. He was the only
- 29:45Speaker 2: person that was like, come back next week, like you
- 29:47Speaker 2: get you get a spot.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Next week, because he gets it.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, and like he started, he started fucking with
- 29:52Speaker 2: me immediately, and it wasn't any hesitation at all from
- 29:56Speaker 2: the time I met him. I was just getting spots
- 29:58Speaker 2: at the store.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah. And so to do that, to have that belief
- 30:03Speaker 2: in your in your eye, you know, instead of needing
- 30:07Speaker 2: other people's because because of how most of show business
- 30:10Speaker 2: works is everybody is just no one wants to be
- 30:12Speaker 2: the first one on your dick, but no one wants
- 30:14Speaker 2: to be the last one. So even if they see
- 30:16Speaker 2: something they think it's dope, they'll be like, does anybody
- 30:18Speaker 2: else think it's dope? No? Ok, me neither, right, you know.
- 30:21Speaker 2: But then as soon as a couple of people think
- 30:23Speaker 2: it's dope, then it was like, I oh, I saw
- 30:25Speaker 2: it six months ago. It's like, you know, it's that
- 30:27Speaker 2: kind of shit.
- 30:28Speaker 1: So yeah, that's where they're pretending they have talent.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah, their talent, But the problem is you don't have
- 30:32Speaker 2: to have the talent talent to be in a position
- 30:36Speaker 2: of it to be a composition.
- 30:37Speaker 1: No, you don't. You can just get a job and
- 30:39Speaker 1: they need someone to do it. And if you sell
- 30:41Speaker 1: yourself and if you worked you know, in production before
- 30:44Speaker 1: you did something, and as an agent or whatever the
- 30:47Speaker 1: fuck it is, you're in the business.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Just suffer under some tyrant.
- 30:51Speaker 1: There's a lot of that. Yeah, there's a lot of that,
- 30:54Speaker 1: a lot of suffering under tyrants. And then these guys
- 30:56Speaker 1: they wind up, you know, fucking ruined companies because just
- 31:02Speaker 1: they don't know what, like how many terrible specials have
- 31:05Speaker 1: you seen that just fit the right demographic, fit this
- 31:08Speaker 1: like silly thing like that was another problem that Adam
- 31:10Speaker 1: was having at the store is that, like he couldn't
- 31:14Speaker 1: just give spots to the people that he thought was funny.
- 31:19Speaker 1: It's there was pressure to make a certain amount of
- 31:22Speaker 1: gay people on the set, a certain amount of women,
- 31:25Speaker 1: a certain amount of they had like people telling him
- 31:28Speaker 1: he didn't have enough of certain demographics.
- 31:31Speaker 2: Well where's the where's the pressure coming from? Oh?
- 31:33Speaker 1: I don't know it was coming from, you know, I
- 31:36Speaker 1: don't want to talk out of school. But it wasn't
- 31:39Speaker 1: just comics. There was you know, people that were buying
- 31:43Speaker 1: into it, and that's not sense.
- 31:47Speaker 2: My mind immediately went something silly, like he just he
- 31:50Speaker 2: just wakes up, there's a deal on his pillow with.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Like no, he was you've been worn. He was being
- 31:57Speaker 1: told he's been told by And it's just like, you know,
- 32:00Speaker 1: there's a lot of like vicious people in this fucking business.
- 32:04Speaker 1: And if you're a guy and your job is working
- 32:07Speaker 1: at a club and that's all you got, and you know,
- 32:10Speaker 1: all of a sudden, that job is threatened because people
- 32:12Speaker 1: are complaining about you and they think that you're not
- 32:15Speaker 1: doing your best to make the lineup more diverse, which
- 32:19Speaker 1: is like, it's so silly because this is the thing
- 32:22Speaker 1: that we always talk about in the green room, like
- 32:24Speaker 1: look how diverse that club is. There's everybody there, like
- 32:28Speaker 1: all kinds of different kinds of people, and the idea
- 32:31Speaker 1: that like it's one thing. This is the most dumb
- 32:35Speaker 1: straw man that gets tossed around like it's all right
- 32:37Speaker 1: wing comedy club. The vast majority of the people that
- 32:40Speaker 1: work there are left wing people. Vast majority, that's a fact. Yeah,
- 32:44Speaker 1: And you can't like you can't tie it down. You know,
- 32:47Speaker 1: it's all white males, that's bullshit. There's all kinds of
- 32:50Speaker 1: people there. There's Arabs and muslim people, there's people from India,
- 32:54Speaker 1: there's people from Asia, there's black people, white people, Australians,
- 32:58Speaker 1: there's people from fucking everywhere at that club, and just
- 33:01Speaker 1: there's one thing in common. Only I think that do
- 33:04Speaker 1: you love comedy? Are you trying to get better? Are
- 33:06Speaker 1: you funny?
- 33:07Speaker 2: There is something to be said about being aware of
- 33:10Speaker 2: your blind spots. But I don't think that the way
- 33:16Speaker 2: Hollywood always does diversity is wrong because they'll go instead
- 33:20Speaker 2: of going to find they'll go, we're missing this slice
- 33:22Speaker 2: of the pie. Instead of going and finding the funniest people,
- 33:26Speaker 2: they'll just pick anyone, you know, And I don't. I
- 33:30Speaker 2: don't know if that always This is almost never the
- 33:33Speaker 2: best way.
- 33:34Speaker 1: It's never the best way. It's like the same thing
- 33:36Speaker 1: for neurosurgeons. If you're like, you know, I'm really looking
- 33:39Speaker 1: for a Danish woman neurosurgeon, like no, no, no, you got
- 33:43Speaker 1: you have a brain tumor, Like no, no, no, I want
- 33:45Speaker 1: to really want a Danish woman Like no no, no,
- 33:47Speaker 1: no no no. You gotta get the best guy.
- 33:48Speaker 2: They get.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Best guy's a Chinese guy. We found him? Is that
- 33:51Speaker 1: a Harvard this guy. No, no, no, like that's crazy.
- 33:55Speaker 1: And that's the same thing with everything. It's like it
- 33:57Speaker 1: should be a meritocracy. And I think ultimately you're going
- 34:00Speaker 1: to have examples of all sorts of different kinds of
- 34:04Speaker 1: people that rise to the top in a true meritocracy.
- 34:07Speaker 2: I mean, but the well dependentm alway swings both back
- 34:11Speaker 2: and forth, but it's almost never a meritocracy. You know,
- 34:15Speaker 2: in comedy or just I'm just hping.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Comedy is one of the only things where it's a
- 34:20Speaker 1: genuine maritimes.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, when it comes to the crowd, you can't cheat.
- 34:24Speaker 2: You can't cheat.
- 34:24Speaker 1: You can't cheat. No, it's that it is what it
- 34:27Speaker 1: Unless you're stealing, that's the only thing.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Or unless you're a fucking hack. You know, you can
- 34:33Speaker 2: get you.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Can get away with a lot, but you can't get
- 34:35Speaker 1: away with a lot with your peers, right, you can't
- 34:37Speaker 1: like your peers won't like you, they won't want to
- 34:40Speaker 1: be around, and they won't want to go on the
- 34:41Speaker 1: road with you with your whack ass chokes.
- 34:43Speaker 2: No, unless you're super famous, people are just people are
- 34:47Speaker 2: just hold their nose and go on the road with you.
- 34:49Speaker 1: There's a few that's true. There's a few that will
- 34:51Speaker 1: do that. But ultimately, though, when it comes to like
- 34:56Speaker 1: sustaining a career and having you know, years and years
- 35:00Speaker 1: of people coming out to see you and multiple specials
- 35:03Speaker 1: and stuff like that, either it either works or it
- 35:06Speaker 1: doesn't work. It's that's it. It's real simple. Like once
- 35:09Speaker 1: people find out about you, now you've got your foot
- 35:12Speaker 1: in the door, and it's all just about keeping it
- 35:14Speaker 1: on the gas. Keep your foot on the gas and
- 35:16Speaker 1: keep producing, keep making stuff, keep writing, keep working on sets,
- 35:21Speaker 1: and you'll, you know, if you're working for those people,
- 35:24Speaker 1: they'll keep showing up for you because you made them laugh.
- 35:27Speaker 2: I hope that stays true, because that's it's the only
- 35:30Speaker 2: thing I'm good at. You know, I'm bad at everything
- 35:33Speaker 2: except write except my comedy.
- 35:36Speaker 1: You know, Well, you're really good at your comedy though,
- 35:38Speaker 1: which some people never get really good at anything.
- 35:41Speaker 2: But I feel like every year you have to be
- 35:45Speaker 2: good at something else. No, and it is sketches, scriars.
- 35:49Speaker 2: They want you to act.
- 35:52Speaker 1: You don't, You don't. You don't look at David l
- 35:55Speaker 1: Does One Thing? Does One Thing? Stand up comedy? Everybody
- 35:59Speaker 1: loves them. It's amazing. Yeah, does one thing. That's it.
- 36:03Speaker 1: I mean that dude. It doesn't even go on social
- 36:05Speaker 1: media at all, which is the only reason why he's
- 36:07Speaker 1: not selling out enormous arenas. When we had him at
- 36:10Speaker 1: the club last weekend, everybody's like, dude, he's the best.
- 36:13Speaker 1: He might be. He's one of the best of all time,
- 36:16Speaker 1: and he's working clubs.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I mean, a lot of people, a lot of people
- 36:18Speaker 2: put him at the very top.
- 36:19Speaker 1: He's up there, dude. It's like, it's kind of silly
- 36:22Speaker 1: to rank comedians, right, and every comic that's alive today
- 36:27Speaker 1: owes a debt of gratitude to the people that came
- 36:29Speaker 1: before us. We all do because it's a relatively new
- 36:32Speaker 1: art for him.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I go, I go by joke by
- 36:36Speaker 2: joke by Joe. I don't really have a favorite comedian,
- 36:38Speaker 2: but there's some bits out there where I'm like, that's
- 36:40Speaker 2: fucking And some of those come from you know, a
- 36:44Speaker 2: few of them come from the same people. But it
- 36:47Speaker 2: tells one of those people where you just sometimes you
- 36:49Speaker 2: just watch you're just in awe. Yeah you know, but
- 36:52Speaker 2: I love that. I love like getting to watch a
- 36:54Speaker 2: comic to make you go, God, damn, I need to
- 36:56Speaker 2: just ball my shit up and throw it away.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the best feeling. That's that's where the fire
- 37:02Speaker 1: starts burning. It gets you going. You need to feel that.
- 37:04Speaker 1: That's why comics still exist in a vacuum. You know,
- 37:07Speaker 1: we were talking about this the other day that we're
- 37:10Speaker 1: we're talking about like McCann. So mccannon is in this
- 37:13Speaker 1: thing where he might have to move, and we're like, bro,
- 37:15Speaker 1: you gotta stay like you're you're killing it and what
- 37:17Speaker 1: you're getting funnier. You're like funnier all the time. And
- 37:19Speaker 1: I think one of the reasons why is what you're around.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Comics don't exist in a vacuum. You're not going to
- 37:25Speaker 1: go to like South Dakota and find the best comic
- 37:28Speaker 1: that no one's ever seen. The best comic in the
- 37:30Speaker 1: world lives in South Dakota by himself, and he's you know,
- 37:33Speaker 1: he works at this little local comedy club and everybody
- 37:35Speaker 1: comes to see him from miles around. No, the best
- 37:39Speaker 1: comics are around other killers. You get to see a
- 37:41Speaker 1: guy like David tel go up, and you're like, god damn.
- 37:44Speaker 1: You get to see Shane Gillis go up, you go,
- 37:45Speaker 1: God damn, you get to see Joey Diaz. You get
- 37:48Speaker 1: to see all these fucking killers over and over and
- 37:50Speaker 1: over again. And when when you're around that, you see
- 37:52Speaker 1: Ron White every week, like that's how you get better.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Like that's where it's.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Brings the heat.
- 37:58Speaker 1: He brings the heat. Dude. He's fucking talented, and he's smart,
- 38:02Speaker 1: and he's a great guy, and he's fucking just a curious,
- 38:06Speaker 1: interesting thinker.
- 38:07Speaker 2: And he's got he's got a he's got a he's
- 38:09Speaker 2: got a zany yeah delivery.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Whenever I follow me, he always brings me up like
- 38:16Speaker 2: he auctioned enslaves.
- 38:20Speaker 1: It.
- 38:21Speaker 2: You know. He says my name Michael, like Leonardo DiCaprio
- 38:23Speaker 2: and Chango. Ah watch, we're gonna get We're gonna get
- 38:29Speaker 2: were gonna get that on tape somewhere.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Yeah, we'll get that tonight. Well I'll bring him in tonight.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Oh yeah, is he coming? Is he coming in there?
- 38:37Speaker 1: I think so? I think so. I got a text
- 38:38Speaker 1: him as soon as we get out of here.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Oh. Speaking of the comedy, My My Dontail came out.
- 38:42Speaker 2: Just go check it out. It's already out this week.
- 38:45Speaker 2: It was out last week. But it's it's it's going,
- 38:47Speaker 2: it's taking off nice beautiful. Yeah, it's like a couple
- 38:50Speaker 2: of the couple of million beautiful. Yeah, go check it out.
- 38:53Speaker 2: I was on YouTube Don't tell Comedy.
- 38:55Speaker 1: That wop jokes one my all time favorite jokes.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's my.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So yeah, it's a yah. We got a lot of
- 39:04Speaker 2: stuff online. Man. It's like some people are like, I've
- 39:06Speaker 2: just now discovered review.
- 39:07Speaker 1: I'm like, that's how it works, man, Yeah, there's so
- 39:10Speaker 1: much shit out there.
- 39:11Speaker 2: That's the thing. Man. A million people can watch your
- 39:14Speaker 2: ship and nobody saw it.
- 39:15Speaker 1: And then nuts. Yeah, that's how many people there are.
- 39:17Speaker 2: There's people that are huge fans of yours that don't
- 39:21Speaker 2: even know you do stand up.
- 39:22Speaker 1: It's crazy, you know what I mean? How is that possible? Well,
- 39:24Speaker 1: there's just too many things to pay attention to. How
- 39:26Speaker 1: many times have you heard about an actor? Like my
- 39:29Speaker 1: kids will tell me about someone and I'm like, who's
- 39:31Speaker 1: that and they're like, oh my god, that person's huge.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I'm like, shut up, really, And then I go to
- 39:35Speaker 1: their Instagram page. They have thirty million Instagram followers. I'm like,
- 39:38Speaker 1: how am I that old?
- 39:40Speaker 2: It happens to me all the time. I've officially reached
- 39:42Speaker 2: on status.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm a unk status for my grandpa status, Grandpa Joe.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Grandpa Joe doesn't know anything.
- 39:48Speaker 2: Because I'm not looking for The thing is, I'm not
- 39:49Speaker 2: at the point like I'm not looking for new stuff.
- 39:51Speaker 2: So if the kids don't tell me.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not looking either.
- 39:55Speaker 2: But then that makes me feel old, you know that. Yeah,
- 39:58Speaker 2: they'll be It'll be somebody that's like world famous, and
- 40:00Speaker 2: I'm like, who the fuck is that?
- 40:01Speaker 1: I know?
- 40:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I completely missed the the Baby Shark thing. I
- 40:07Speaker 2: just started hearing people talk about it in jokes. Baby Shark. Yeah,
- 40:11Speaker 2: apparently it's like the number one YouTube. It's the most
- 40:14Speaker 2: stream YouTube video.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Right, Jamie, I mean a couple of years ago, guys.
- 40:18Speaker 2: But it's still number one now, right?
- 40:21Speaker 1: We missed it by Baby Shark.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I had literally hadn't heard that song. It had been
- 40:29Speaker 2: out maybe a year and a half, and I hadn't
- 40:31Speaker 2: heard anything about it. I just heard a comic making
- 40:33Speaker 2: jokes about it. And usually when something's in the pop culture,
- 40:36Speaker 2: everyone will be trying to have their own. When I
- 40:39Speaker 2: heard another comic say a joke about him, like, what
- 40:41Speaker 2: the fuck is that? Sure enough, it's like I completely
- 40:44Speaker 2: missed it. How could I? I mean, I don't have kids.
- 40:45Speaker 1: That makes sense, that's what? Okay? This is it? That
- 40:49Speaker 1: video that's a big video? I've never seen that video.
- 40:53Speaker 1: The world's most watched YouTube video hasn't made its creator rich?
- 40:56Speaker 1: What how come hold on? The company behind ubiquitous song
- 41:01Speaker 1: is hampered by ad restrictions on children's content, wants to
- 41:05Speaker 1: raise funds for expansion. What does that mean? Raise funds?
- 41:08Speaker 1: You had one viral video. You in a company.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Sixteen point four billion.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Views and they can't make money?
- 41:15Speaker 3: Says roughly equivalent to tailor. So it's ten most popular
- 41:18Speaker 3: YouTube videos combined.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Whoa yeah? Last year, the company generated equivalent of about
- 41:23Speaker 1: sixty seven million dollars in revenue, including earnings from YouTube.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Wait a minute, it's a lot. That's a lot. So
- 41:30Speaker 1: it seems like they are making money. I don't understand.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Is it saying the quandary underscores how certain restrictions may
- 41:38Speaker 1: scroll up a little? I think we must have missed something.
- 41:40Speaker 1: But why is it? It doesn't make any sense that
- 41:42Speaker 1: the company hasn't made any money. It's saying they made money.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Am I reading that wrong?
- 41:47Speaker 3: Revenue isn't the same as making money though?
- 41:51Speaker 1: What revenue is?
- 41:52Speaker 3: Just money?
- 41:53Speaker 1: And their expenses are so high.
- 41:56Speaker 3: They could have spent a lot of ads to get
- 41:57Speaker 3: it out there. That's what it could be going into saying.
- 41:59Speaker 2: I don't know, but I'll is sixteen billion views probably
- 42:01Speaker 2: should make you more than that.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Is that what they're trying to say? So revenue is
- 42:05Speaker 1: you're roa.
- 42:07Speaker 2: No, that's how much money they made total, including what
- 42:09Speaker 2: they got from YouTube. That's not just from YouTube.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Oh so they make money from other stuff.
- 42:14Speaker 2: Yeah, they probably hit like probably licensed it out and
- 42:16Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 42:17Speaker 1: So scroll up so you see the little graft there
- 42:19Speaker 1: it says life. I mean, scroll Down'm sorry, So operating
- 42:22Speaker 1: profit revenue, so they're making a lot more money.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Oh yeah, but that's that's South Korean wand yeah, yeah,
- 42:32Speaker 2: the wrong hole. Joe's like bring back the AI.
- 42:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know what that is, Like like that
- 42:41Speaker 1: baby Shark thing, Like why would why would one thing
- 42:43Speaker 1: catch like that?
- 42:46Speaker 2: Because it's because it's something for the kids and people
- 42:48Speaker 2: love ignoring their kids. You just played it, put that
- 42:50Speaker 2: shit on. The kids are obsessed.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Can't just be that because there's so many things that
- 42:53Speaker 1: kids can watch, it can't be just that. It's got
- 42:56Speaker 1: to be said, there's some remember that banana song banana phone,
- 43:00Speaker 1: ring ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, Banana Phone. I
- 43:03Speaker 1: never heard that before it like in the two thousands,
- 43:06Speaker 1: it became like really popular. I think it was popular
- 43:09Speaker 1: on Opie and Anthony. They kept playing it. It was
- 43:11Speaker 1: like really catchy, totally innocent, and then it was like
- 43:14Speaker 1: everywhere for like three or four weeks, and then it
- 43:16Speaker 1: went away. And I always wonder, like, what what the
- 43:18Speaker 1: fuck is it where something just catches fire.
- 43:21Speaker 2: I don't know, remember when tickled me Almo? Because what
- 43:25Speaker 2: was the last time we had a viral holiday toy? Like,
- 43:28Speaker 2: where was the toy everyone had to.
- 43:30Speaker 3: Have to It's not holidays, but those La Buo boos
- 43:32Speaker 3: my pretty viral.
- 43:34Speaker 2: Yeah, people love the lab boos, And I don't get it.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Why though they are they collectors?
- 43:38Speaker 1: Is this because they know AI is about to take
- 43:41Speaker 1: over the world and then they know the aliens are
- 43:43Speaker 1: landing and Jesus Christ is coming back, and they just
- 43:45Speaker 1: they're freaking out. They're just buying stuffed animals. They don't
- 43:48Speaker 1: know what the fuck they're doing. They just following the lead.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Was just a stuffed animal. I don't know.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I hear bottom my brain shuts off.
- 43:56Speaker 3: There's a little bit of gambling involved in a mystery.
- 43:59Speaker 3: You don't know what's inside the box that you bought,
- 44:00Speaker 3: and can sell those boxes based off of what could
- 44:04Speaker 3: be inside.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Is it a stuffed animal, Yeah, stuffed animal. Then you
- 44:07Speaker 1: gotta gut your stuffed animal to find out No, no, no.
- 44:10Speaker 3: The box like it's a it's in a box that's
- 44:11Speaker 3: in a package, and then you don't know.
- 44:13Speaker 2: What's You just buy a La Boo Boo without knowing
- 44:15Speaker 2: which one you're gonna.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Get, and you might get a limited edition one inside.
- 44:19Speaker 2: It's a real life box that's so.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Limited it's like geenie babies without knowing what you got before,
- 44:23Speaker 3: and you might get the Princess Die one that's brilliant.
- 44:26Speaker 1: You can get a limited edition the Boo Boo that's
- 44:30Speaker 1: other than that.
- 44:31Speaker 2: How much is how much is the buy mystery?
- 44:33Speaker 1: It could be twenty could Let's take a guess. Let's
- 44:36Speaker 1: take a guess. How much do you think it costs
- 44:38Speaker 1: to get at booloo retail? Re retail?
- 44:40Speaker 2: I'm gonna say forty bucks?
- 44:42Speaker 1: Forty bucks, Yeah, I think I'm with you. I was
- 44:45Speaker 1: gonna say thirty six.
- 44:46Speaker 3: And after that, how much you think it is a resale.
- 44:48Speaker 3: That's a one hundred and fifty bucks to get them.
- 44:51Speaker 1: I bet it's like it's like buying one of them
- 44:53Speaker 1: like a hot new car.
- 44:55Speaker 3: So retail is twenty eight, twenty seven.
- 44:57Speaker 1: Nine, okay, okay, thirty bucks? And then what does it
- 45:00Speaker 1: cost online if you want to buy one? Right now?
- 45:03Speaker 2: I need a le boo boo like a mystery.
- 45:06Speaker 1: A mystery la boo boo? What do I get? Are
- 45:08Speaker 1: you googling it? Yeah?
- 45:09Speaker 3: It's going on. That turned off my ring eighty one
- 45:12Speaker 3: hundred and twenty. It's not that bad. Oh well, a
- 45:14Speaker 3: few human sized auction pieces. That's big, one hundred thousand dollars.
- 45:19Speaker 1: Wait a minute, they have human sized laboo didn't know that?
- 45:21Speaker 1: That's Jesus Christ. What that is so ridiculous? I mean,
- 45:25Speaker 1: what is someone doing with a human sized lab booo?
- 45:27Speaker 1: Who's fucking their la boo boo? Because you know someone is.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Let me see what the labooos look like? Is this
- 45:31Speaker 1: something like a furry? Would fuck?
- 45:34Speaker 3: Let me try to human size?
- 45:37Speaker 2: Oh?
- 45:37Speaker 1: You hear the latest that that dude who shot Trump
- 45:41Speaker 1: might have been a furry.
- 45:42Speaker 3: Yes, they found some more stuff.
- 45:44Speaker 1: What yeah, I think it was a It's like an
- 45:46Speaker 1: art piece that's not really quiet. Oh you know, well
- 45:48Speaker 1: that's not really human sized either.
- 45:51Speaker 3: Human size Laboo doll sold for one hundred and fifty thousand.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Let me see what looks like.
- 45:54Speaker 2: But what they mean might have been affrariy that I
- 45:56Speaker 2: feel like you would know or not know.
- 45:57Speaker 1: That they're finding stuff, Like, let's let's find out what
- 46:02Speaker 1: this is. There it is, there's the big la booo whatever.
- 46:06Speaker 2: This lady invented them.
- 46:08Speaker 1: She invented a little boo boo? How again, how how
- 46:12Speaker 1: does that work? How does that catch on? How does
- 46:14Speaker 1: that catch on? Like Buildebert has been in the fucking
- 46:16Speaker 1: mall forever.
- 46:17Speaker 2: I mean, I think I know what it is. It's
- 46:19Speaker 2: probably some hot, smoking, hot K pop star. Probably they
- 46:24Speaker 2: saw her with one on. You know that there's a
- 46:26Speaker 2: certain way that they follow, and anytime she does any
- 46:29Speaker 2: fashion things, uh huh, it just spreads like wildfire.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a thing that does happen when ever a
- 46:35Speaker 1: popular person starts like wearing a thing.
- 46:37Speaker 2: They literally tricked all women in the wearing and then
- 46:40Speaker 2: what in a diamond? Will you remember the actress to
- 46:43Speaker 2: do it?
- 46:43Speaker 1: Judas Priest had everybody dressing up like a gay motorcycle
- 46:48Speaker 1: gang member.
- 46:48Speaker 2: What Yeah, that started with Judas Priest. Yeah.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Rob Halford from Judas Priest is gay, like openly gay,
- 46:55Speaker 1: and now at least you know, I don't know if
- 46:57Speaker 1: he was back then, but he dress like a gay
- 47:00Speaker 1: biker like and that became like metal. Oh, because Judas
- 47:07Speaker 1: Priests was so good, they wanted to dress like this
- 47:10Speaker 1: gay guy who dressed like a gay guy who'd go
- 47:13Speaker 1: to like a gay biker club.
- 47:15Speaker 2: It's like hot women around the world because dudes will
- 47:18Speaker 2: do Dudes will do anything that they think that they think, yeah,
- 47:23Speaker 2: we'll get them late. And women will do anything that
- 47:25Speaker 2: a pretty woman does.
- 47:27Speaker 1: That's true. Anything to make yourself look prettier too.
- 47:30Speaker 2: Yeah, And so it's like because all of the dudes
- 47:33Speaker 2: now talking all that gay shit, they was dressing like
- 47:35Speaker 2: that in the seventies and the eighties, like ear rings
- 47:37Speaker 2: and makeup and purses and all of that.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Bell bottoms, big collars.
- 47:41Speaker 2: Yeah, because the thought it was get them late.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Flouner like Prince.
- 47:45Speaker 2: You could dress like yeah little Richard.
- 47:47Speaker 1: And people that's right, yeah, yeah, anything that works, platform shoes,
- 47:52Speaker 1: anything that works anything. Okay, Thomas Crooks used they them
- 47:55Speaker 1: pronouns had obsession with political violence and muscle mommies. Oh
- 47:59Speaker 1: that's why I like.
- 48:08Speaker 2: Got like a woman that could move account.
- 48:11Speaker 1: I do. The lone sniper who grazed Trump in the ear,
- 48:14Speaker 1: killed a beloved firefighter, critically wounded two other Trump supporters
- 48:17Speaker 1: apparently had a muscle mommy fetish and repeatedly searched for
- 48:21Speaker 1: videos about female bodybuilders and muscular women. But what was
- 48:25Speaker 1: the furry stuff? Though? I was reading some furry stuff.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Crooks had two accounts on two possible accounts on deviant Art,
- 48:33Speaker 1: a site that hosts fan art, has become notorious for
- 48:36Speaker 1: its community of furries. People have identified as anthropomorphized animal
- 48:41Speaker 1: characters and or and or are sexually attracted to them.
- 48:46Speaker 1: They were telling me about the time that I accidentally
- 48:48Speaker 1: stumbled on a furry convention. No a, we were flying
- 48:52Speaker 1: into Pittsburgh for a UFC. One of dvan art accounts
- 48:55Speaker 1: linked to Crooks shared just one post, reposting of a towering,
- 48:59Speaker 1: muscular fee, a bodybuilder and a slight man in his underwear.
- 49:05Speaker 1: I'm yeah, that's like our crumb type stuff. Hilarious.
- 49:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't care. I don't think shame.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I don't kink shame either, have fun. Me and Duncan
- 49:16Speaker 1: wore furry outfits once and yeah, and we had to
- 49:20Speaker 1: take the hats off after like five minutes, like prospective furries.
- 49:23Speaker 1: He could walk around all day with this fucking thing on.
- 49:25Speaker 1: It was heavy, it was hard to breathe, it was hot.
- 49:28Speaker 1: We took it up. Oh yeah, that's what he likes. Yeah, baby,
- 49:32Speaker 1: Well who doesn't like that? I don't know. Some little dudes.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Some little dudes don't want to be dominated. I don't
- 49:39Speaker 1: want some man some woman to use him like a dildo.
- 49:44Speaker 1: When I was uh, so, I was flying into Pittsburgh.
- 49:47Speaker 1: We're flying in for UFC and uh we got a
- 49:50Speaker 1: rental and we're driving to the hotel. And as we're
- 49:53Speaker 1: driving the hotel, I'm like, why are these mascots on
- 49:55Speaker 1: the street? The fuck's going on? It was real weird,
- 49:58Speaker 1: like we didn't understand what was going on. This is
- 49:59Speaker 1: a while ago, like at least ten years ago, and
- 50:03Speaker 1: we're driving and I'm like, what the fuck is this? Like,
- 50:06Speaker 1: what's going on? We get to the hotel and I'm like,
- 50:10Speaker 1: and I go to the guy behind the counter, I go, man,
- 50:11Speaker 1: what the fuck is going on? He goes, it's a
- 50:13Speaker 1: furry convention. Like I didn't even I kind of vaguely
- 50:17Speaker 1: knew what a furry was, but I never really dove
- 50:22Speaker 1: into it, you know. So I go, what are you
- 50:24Speaker 1: talking about? And he goes, it's a convention of all
- 50:26Speaker 1: these people that get off on dressing like animals. I go,
- 50:29Speaker 1: get off. He goes, dude, they're asking us to serve
- 50:33Speaker 1: them food and bowls on the ground. Okay. Then when
- 50:36Speaker 1: they get room service, they want their room service in
- 50:38Speaker 1: a bowl. They want it put on the ground so
- 50:40Speaker 1: they can get on their knees and eat it out
- 50:41Speaker 1: of a bowl. And they were asking for a litter box.
- 50:44Speaker 1: I know a lot of people don't believe this, like
- 50:46Speaker 1: because I told the story about a friend of mine
- 50:49Speaker 1: who lives in Utah. His wife was a school teacher there,
- 50:53Speaker 1: and one of the parents had had a child that
- 50:57Speaker 1: was a furry and they wanted to put a litter
- 50:59Speaker 1: box in the bathroom. Now, this was entirely relayed to
- 51:04Speaker 1: me by my friend who it was relayed to him
- 51:07Speaker 1: by his wife, who worked in the school. I don't
- 51:10Speaker 1: know if it's true, but everybody got so angry and
- 51:13Speaker 1: they started saying what I was saying was transphobic, and
- 51:15Speaker 1: I got so confused because I was like, this is
- 51:18Speaker 1: a couple of years ago. I was like, wait a minute,
- 51:20Speaker 1: what's that have to do with trans people. We're talking
- 51:22Speaker 1: about someone who wants to ship in a box, Like
- 51:24Speaker 1: where's where's the trans part of this? So, somehow or another,
- 51:28Speaker 1: furries and that kink are getting like lumped into this
- 51:32Speaker 1: lgbt q T A I plus whatever and they're trying
- 51:38Speaker 1: to like lump furries in there, and this this debunking
- 51:42Speaker 1: of my conspiracy theory.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Well are their own.
- 51:46Speaker 1: That's what I didn't understand. Some of them is not sexual,
- 51:50Speaker 1: but these guys. It was when I was talking to
- 51:52Speaker 1: the guy that worked behind the counter, I was like,
- 51:54Speaker 1: what is going on? He goes, dude, he goes. Apparently
- 51:57Speaker 1: what these guys like to do is they have like
- 51:59Speaker 1: a hatch on the back of their furry outfit and
- 52:02Speaker 1: they like to bang each other without even knowing who
- 52:05Speaker 1: they're banging. All they do they pretend they're banging a
- 52:08Speaker 1: giant squirrel and they're into it. And it's apparently like
- 52:11Speaker 1: part of the fun is that you don't have to
- 52:15Speaker 1: think about your body. Maybe you're ashamed of your body.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Maybe don't like your body. Maybe you just like I'd
- 52:20Speaker 1: rather someone just fuck me and think I'm a raccoon,
- 52:22Speaker 1: and so that's what they do.
- 52:24Speaker 2: So I pretty I pray to God I don't find
- 52:26Speaker 2: out that that's my kink because it's just too much work.
- 52:28Speaker 1: It's a lot of work that the head is heavy,
- 52:31Speaker 1: you know, heavy is the head that car carries the threat.
- 52:35Speaker 2: That's anything any kink that requires maintenance.
- 52:39Speaker 1: It's a lot of washing. You gotta wash that furry outfit.
- 52:41Speaker 1: And if someone is on it doesn't tell you.
- 52:44Speaker 2: It might be a subsection of the community where they like,
- 52:47Speaker 2: they like it not wash. They want the dirty furries
- 52:49Speaker 2: over there like.
- 52:50Speaker 1: An animal like in the woods. They don't wash themselves.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Come on, let's go. We're furries or are we furries?
- 52:55Speaker 1: Or are we men?
- 52:56Speaker 2: I once had a I used to work at this
- 52:58Speaker 2: pub in San Diego, and uh, one time we had
- 53:02Speaker 2: it was like it was like, I don't know if
- 53:06Speaker 2: they're a subsect of the fraid world, but it's like
- 53:08Speaker 2: they're they're like my little pony people.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Oh yea yeah, and what do they call them? There's
- 53:13Speaker 1: a name for that.
- 53:17Speaker 2: And they were all very nice and respectful when you
- 53:20Speaker 2: could see, you know, if they were a handful of
- 53:22Speaker 2: women involved, and you could see everybody trying to angle
- 53:26Speaker 2: for the but they took they just they filled up
- 53:28Speaker 2: our pub.
- 53:29Speaker 1: And these are all the my little pony people.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and they in the hard core like they they
- 53:38Speaker 2: don't tolerate any teasing whatsoever. Like if you try to
- 53:41Speaker 2: come at them about it, it's gonna be a problem.
- 53:46Speaker 1: You know, Like you gotta be able to take some
- 53:49Speaker 1: teasing if you want, If you want me to take
- 53:51Speaker 1: you seriously.
- 53:51Speaker 2: I'm telling you, they're gonna throw hoofs immediately they're throwing hoofs.
- 53:57Speaker 1: People will find a thing that they're really into, no
- 53:59Speaker 1: matter what. They will find a fucking thing that they're
- 54:02Speaker 1: really into it.
- 54:03Speaker 2: But that's the reason. That's why I don't think shame,
- 54:04Speaker 2: because I'm like, hey man, if you just be lucky
- 54:08Speaker 2: that all the things that make you come are things
- 54:11Speaker 2: you consider normal, you know what I mean, right, because
- 54:14Speaker 2: because I feel bad, Like, imagine if you found out
- 54:17Speaker 2: right that was your thing, Yeah, you could only you
- 54:19Speaker 2: can only get off if you was dressed as a wolf.
- 54:23Speaker 2: You know.

- 55:57Speaker 1: I think it's a psychological thing where they don't like
- 55:59Speaker 1: who they really are are. I mean, that's that's if
- 56:01Speaker 1: I had a guess what the furry thing is. I
- 56:03Speaker 1: don't think there's any well, I mean, I don't know.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Maybe there's some well balanced furries out there that just
- 56:07Speaker 1: have a weird thing, but I think most of them
- 56:09Speaker 1: just don't like who they are, and so they just
- 56:11Speaker 1: want to hide in this thing that's all smiley and
- 56:14Speaker 1: high kids. You know, you look like a fucking some
- 56:17Speaker 1: sort of a giant animal.
- 56:19Speaker 2: See. I have a theory. I think whatever I think,
- 56:23Speaker 2: the first time you encounter something sexual, whatever is happening,
- 56:27Speaker 2: gets like burned into your shit.
- 56:29Speaker 1: Mmm, that's a that's going on printing.
- 56:32Speaker 2: Yeah, like, I got a hommy that that's like into
- 56:36Speaker 2: like you know, the BDSM world and stuff like that,
- 56:40Speaker 2: and he has no idea, And I was like, well,
- 56:41Speaker 2: how did you know that? He was like, I have
- 56:42Speaker 2: no idea. And then, you know, years later, without completely unrelated,
- 56:46Speaker 2: he's telling me one time about him looking for Christmas
- 56:48Speaker 2: presents and going in the back of his parents closet
- 56:52Speaker 2: and finding the whole chest of you know, whips and
- 56:55Speaker 2: chains and shit like that. When he was like six
- 56:57Speaker 2: or seven years old. He didn't make the connection. It
- 57:00Speaker 2: was like, oh, yeah, well that's.
- 57:01Speaker 1: Why you're yeah, duh, parents are into whips and chains
- 57:04Speaker 1: and shit.
- 57:05Speaker 2: And I don't know if that had to happen, because
- 57:06Speaker 2: I think your kinks are genetic. Really yeah, why do
- 57:10Speaker 2: I think that? I think I've read that right.
- 57:12Speaker 1: Well, I think some information has probably passed down from
- 57:15Speaker 1: parents to kids, and I would imagine Kinks could be
- 57:18Speaker 1: in there, because like artistic talent is passed down, obviously,
- 57:23Speaker 1: athletic talent is often pasted town it would make it.
- 57:26Speaker 2: I bet a lot of that.
- 57:27Speaker 1: I bet they don't know exactly what you're giving to
- 57:30Speaker 1: your kids.
- 57:31Speaker 2: Well, well, let's let's find out because if it's true,
- 57:33Speaker 2: I mean, that's gonna make you look at your mama
- 57:34Speaker 2: real different, right.
- 57:38Speaker 1: You don't want to know that that's horrible. Yeah, but
- 57:40Speaker 1: I like I pity the poor people that have accidentally
- 57:43Speaker 1: walked in their parents. Fucking uh what you never did that? No? No,
- 57:49Speaker 1: I mean the horror.
- 57:50Speaker 2: No, actually that's not true. I never I never walked in,
- 57:53Speaker 2: but I definitely knew that that's what was happening.
- 57:56Speaker 1: I can block that out. You can't block out the visual.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Because you've definitely touched the door knobbing me.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Like your dad with his feet up in your mommy
- 58:04Speaker 1: eating his ass.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Now, I don't have no visuals.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Dad stroking it while your mom's eating his ass. Like no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 58:12Speaker 1: no god. I can't. Yeah. See there you go. I
- 58:15Speaker 1: can't live anymore like that. I can't. I can't go
- 58:19Speaker 1: through this. We're I'm gonna have to get electro shock therapy.
- 58:21Speaker 2: But imagine if you, if you, if you walk in
- 58:24Speaker 2: and you know what I mean, what would have to
- 58:25Speaker 2: happen for you to be a furry? For what would
- 58:27Speaker 2: you have to see?
- 58:28Speaker 1: I don't think it's that. I think it's I think
- 58:32Speaker 1: probably there's probably some social disorder involved in some of
- 58:36Speaker 1: those folks too. There's like furry lights, which my kids
- 58:39Speaker 1: go to school with. There's some kids that were like
- 58:42Speaker 1: they wear like ears and like maybe a tail, and
- 58:45Speaker 1: every now and then you see one of those.
- 58:48Speaker 3: This Burnian thing might have started as a four Chan troll.
- 58:51Speaker 1: That's probably too far. Four Chan rules control.
- 58:54Speaker 3: Like a few other things I've done.
- 58:56Speaker 1: They're the best.
- 58:56Speaker 3: I can't tell.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Do you see Do you see what they did with
- 58:58Speaker 1: the free flow of free Bleeding project. They tricked women
- 59:03Speaker 1: into thinking that it's like a sign of feminism to
- 59:06Speaker 1: just bleed and not have a tampon or a Maxi pad.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Oh, like old school, you.
- 59:11Speaker 1: Just let it go, free bleeding. And so they did
- 59:14Speaker 1: it as a joke, and then some women adopted it.
- 59:17Speaker 1: It was like radical feminists, crazy ladies.
- 59:22Speaker 2: So now free bleeding is like a trend.
- 59:24Speaker 1: No, it didn't last. It's disgusting, it's probably totally unsanitary.
- 59:27Speaker 1: You smell like fish. Hell. It's hell. You have a
- 59:31Speaker 1: pussy blood running down your fucking pants and you're showing
- 59:34Speaker 1: up at the office. You expect to keep your job here,
- 59:37Speaker 1: United Health, get out of here.
- 59:38Speaker 2: I don't think anybody was showing up at no offices.
- 59:40Speaker 2: These are those are definitely with.
- 59:41Speaker 1: No jobs at Starbucks. You're showing up at Starbucks. Oh
- 59:44Speaker 1: that's not real. No way that lady would die. She
- 59:48Speaker 1: would literally be dead. That's like if you shot her
- 59:50Speaker 1: with a fucking arrow. The thing is, there's no is
- 59:54Speaker 1: this lady free bleeding.
- 59:55Speaker 3: These were the four Chan posts of people trying to
- 59:57Speaker 3: share it. That was real. I'm not putting this.
- 59:59Speaker 1: On this, but that could be a lady that's just
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: doing a marathon and forgot a tampon. It's like, fucking
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna push through. Because I saw one lady who
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: diarrheaed herself. Yeah, it went all down her leg and everything,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: and she completed that fucking race.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: Well, the thing is, it's hard to tell what's violin,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: what's ai.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: That's real, that's real. I saw a pussy blood right there.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: I can tell. I'm an expert.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: But but the thing is, but free bleeding is one thing,
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: but it's like, but just getting getting your pussy blood
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: every as other people stuff. They don't care if you're
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: doing that shit at home or in the grass.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: They're marking their territory. Well, what did people do before
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: they invented tampons, Like, I mean, are you supposed to
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: just wash it out? Like what are you supposed to do?
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: What does nature want you to do? Like nature doesn't
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: want you. That's why toxic shock syndrome is a thing.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: When women have tampons and they leave them up there
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: and then they can get really sick. And women have
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: died from toxic shocks.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: And I don't think people even cared about someone.
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: I don't know if this this might be full satire,
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: but this is someone talking about how it's not made
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: up and it's a real thing. People tried to they
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: started this misogyny.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Accusers of the online forum four Chan would claim that
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: they jokingly started the movement in twenty fourteen and see
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: how far they could make angry feminists go. Fake memes
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: and Twitter accounts apparently belonged to feminist activists began posting
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: content about free bleeding. This backfire spectaculary for the four
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Chan trolls when they unwittingly created a discourse around the
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: normalization of periods. What the free bleeding movement, whether fake
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: or not, quickly became very real and got women talking
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: about their monthly cycle. Since then, Notable moments in the
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: free Bleeding movement have included Koran Gandhi running the Boston
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Marathon without without something while bleeding. They missed something there,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: it says, without while bleeding through her sports shorts. Poet
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Rupee Karr also became notable in the movement when an
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: image of her menstrual blood on her pants and bedsheets
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: was repeatedly removed from Instagram that same year. Imagine like,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: you're a hero because your pussy blood is on the internet.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: This is so kooky. This sounds like this is satire?
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Could be?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: I mean, who wrote it? What's it in?
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: It's a blog of I think you'll have a.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: Hard time convincing most, yeah, most, but these are crazy people.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: Like most people don't want to fuck wearing a squirrel outfit,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: but crazy people do. Some people do. I'm not saying
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: furys are crazy. What is the blog? And do they
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: have other things that seem like satire?
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: Because that seems like.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: It's hard to tell the edges. When you get to
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: the edges of radical feminism and radical leftism and radical
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: right wing you know, Patriot Front type shit, it's hard
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: to tell what satire when you get to the edges
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: when you get to the most extreme examples of any movement.
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: Well, also everything everything's AI and people just people just
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: say bullshit.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Also, all those whether it's the right wing movements like
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Proud Boys or whether it's Antifa, they get infiltrated. Those
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: guys get infiltrated by government officials one hundred fucking percent.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: I guarantee you there's some FBI agents in Antifa, and
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: I guarantee you there's some FBI agents that are in
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: the Proud Boys. I think the head of the Proud
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Boys was already outed as an FBI informant, isn't that true?
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: I think that find that out Google that really Yes,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: that's not shocking at all. I think every single movement. Again,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: I think he still went to jail too. I think
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: he still went to jail for January sixth.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean they still locked up.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Let's see, let's say, what does it say head of
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: the prow Boys revealed to have been an FBI informant
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: in Rico Tarrio. Tario served as a national chairman of
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: the Proud Boys from twenty eighteen to twenty twenty one
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: and was a central figure in the group's activities, including
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: its role in the January sixth, twenty twenty one Capitol riot. However,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: it was later disclosed that Tario worked as an informant
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: for federal and local law enforcement agencies between twenty twelve
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: and two fourteen, prior to his leadership in the plot.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: Proud boys, Oh beforehand, that's even crazier. That's even crazier. Like, well,
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: they tell almost the truth like that, he's not doing
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: it anymore. It's like fucking who knows, man, It's it's
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: layers upon layers. It's sells Russian nesting dolls. And you
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: open it and there's another one in there, and you
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: open there's another one in time.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: Bro, the Epstein files.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I heard there's no files. I heard it's a hoax.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, he's going to release
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: the files. Well I thought there was no files. Man
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: wants an investigation. Now, listen, like what is going on?
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: They voted four and seven to one.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Who was the one?
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: Who's the one?
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: I didn't see why he said, but he did national security.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: No fucking way. If you found out, if you found
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: out all of Congress voted for something, you the only
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: one that did. Can you change your vote? He can't
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: be the one guy.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: It shouldn't be. It should be that. It has to
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: be like, no one can know what the vote is
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: before you do it, bro.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: I would love to hear his reason. How you to one?
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Well, you know, I was feeling like, let's move past
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: it and let's get on with our business, and you
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: can move past. These billionaires are good people, Okay, you can.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: They're good, solid people. Who where's the Adam.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: Architects?
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Yeah, there you go. Yeah, one of somebody got into
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: one of the bottom ten in education. Somebody got to him.
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: That's crazy. Though, before and in.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: Twenty to one, I have been a principal note on
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill?
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: Three months agoes.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: Through It abandons the two hundred and fifty years of
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: and injures thousands of innocent people, witnesses, people who provided albis,
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: family members, et cetera. If an act in its current form,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files released
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: to a rabid media will absolutely result in innocent people
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: being hurt. Not by my vote. The Oversight Committee is
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: conducting a thorough investigation that has already released well over
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: sixty thousand pages of documents from the Epstein case. That
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: effort will continue in a manner that provides all due
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: protections for innocent Americans. If the Senate amends the bill
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: to properly address privacy of victims and or other Americans
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: who are named but not criminally implicated, then I will
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: vote for that bill when it comes back to the
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: House's mother. Well, that's a point though, right, Like there
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: was people that had, like people that had dinner over
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: Epstein's house, like Epstein had dinners and had celebrities go
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: over his house, Like Chelsea Handler was one of the
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: people that went over his house. I don't think Chelsea
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Handler's out there molesting kids.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: No, no, you know, no, I get that. But I
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: think we're we're past that. We're beyond that point now.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: Because right you just have to be able to say, hey,
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: I went to his house for dinner.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't. I'm not saying because because people try
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: to do that to you with like pictures, they're like
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: if he was in a picture with somebody, that they right,
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: you know, but it's like it's a difference between being
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: in the picture with somebody and then being in five
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: hundred pictches.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: With them, right, you know what I mean flying to
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: an island.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I think because this is a big problem. I
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: mean related back to what we're talking about earlier with
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: Hollywood too, is that I think a lot of I
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: think a lot of these motherfuckers don't respect the public.
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: They don't respect our intelligence, you know, Like I think
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: the average American is smart enough to know the difference
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: between somebody that was just in there or somebody that
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: testified then somebody that was banging children.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: See. The thing is the average American probably can tell
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: the difference, but there are sub average individuals that all
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: they want to know is you're on the list, and
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: they hear you're on the list, and they might try
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: to kill you, and that that is a fact.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: But here's the thing. The problem is.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: They're not advocating for not releasing the files. I'm just
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: saying there's enough dumb, nutty people that will think that
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: you're guilty.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: There's there's been so much obfuscation with this. It would
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: be different if they if there was no pushback, But
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: there's I think what's at stake is people's belief in
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: the integrity and a process you cooked. Oh well yeah,
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: but whatever, whatever the last little sh heads of it.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: The leven is like no more you getting to sift
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: through and the sock because he's you know, it's easy
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: to say that, but the truth is they want to
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: be able to decide whose names get seen and whose
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: names don't. And people aren't with that, like you know, and.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: They shouldn't be with that.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Or or we agree with this guy and then he
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: and then we let them Kennedy joints out. We've been
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: waiting for them to think about it. They said the
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: same thing about the Kennedy shit. Well, we don't want
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: to hurt And every time they supposed to release it,
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: they kick it down the road.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: They released some new Kennedy documents, but no, I never
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: heard anything come out of it.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it was supposed to be. It's supposed to be released,
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: two or three presidents. People are alive, right the long
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: what we know is this, We know that I forget
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: who said it. But justice delayed is justice denied. The
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: longer we wait, the more we let these fucking snakes
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: kick the can down the road, the more they get
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: the offee skate and muddy the waters.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Trump said about the JFK files. He said, I saw them,
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: and if you saw what I saw, you wouldn't release
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: them either.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: That's what I'm screaming.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: That's crazy. What does that mean? What does that mean?
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: I don't even I can't even imagine what that means.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: What does that mean? What could that mean? What does
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: that mean?
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Does that mean a foreign government? Does that mean our government?
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Does that mean the mafia? Does that mean a coordinated
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: effort with all the above? What does that mean?
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: I have no idea what it could possibly mean.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: I mean crazy for something that happened in nineteen sixty three.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: Yeah, and almost everyone involved, almost everyone that could be
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: embarrassed somehow.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Is dead sixty two years ago.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: Man, So it would have to be something that destroys
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: an institution or something something like this Epstein shit right, like,
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: but just.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: The amount, the sheer amount of people with insane amounts
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: of money that they're attached to.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: Because my conservative friends be like, they think that, they
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: think I give a fuck about a Democrat. They'd be like,
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: are you Bill Clinton's in there? Like, I don't give
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: a fuck who in there? I don't care who is it?
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: You don't care?
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: Put that ship in the street.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, they think you do. Yeah, I don't have I
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: don't have a party identity.
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: I don't have a favorite politician. I don't have there's
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: no there's nobody. I don't give these motherfuckers money. No,
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: there's no politician that I love enough to do it.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: Because this is what's killing me. There's people out there
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: that are literally like, wow, it's sixteen really, you know,
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: like they're like they're trying to justify, like they because
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: they want to come out of this with it by
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: still showing support. But but they don't want to be
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: connected to the crime, so they're trying they're trying to
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: justify their support of all of this. That's crazy. It's like,
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: there's no politician I love more than I love my
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: country or more than I have my principles of Like, yeah,
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: I think if you can't draw the line at kid fucking,
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: then you probably should stop talking in public, Like you
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: shouldn't have public discourse, you know.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I think this is a pattern that exists,
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: has existed forever in politics. They want you to be
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: compromised when you get into any sort of a position
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: so they can control you. And I think these things
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: like Epstein, and there's probably a bunch of other similar
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: operations that are being run. They provide you with like
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: a really good time, or maybe you're a high profile,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: extremely wealthy individual and it's hard for you to get
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: host and some guy tells you, hey, we've got everything covered.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: You know, you come to my island. Nothing. You know
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: what happens on the island, Stay on the island, bro.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: They just kick Did they kick somebody out the Royal family?
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Prince Andrew, Yeah yeah, they they kicked him
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: out of the family. And there hasn't even been like
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: a former trial yet.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: It's not like he's but what does that? What what
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: happens when you not they just walk you out to
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: castle and just on the street.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I think he's in a house like way out in
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: the country, like you stay here.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: I just in my in my head, I just picture
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: him like crying over some KFC because he's never eating
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: peasant food. I don't think he's eating peasants, so he
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: just needs he's not a regular person.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: I think he's in a manor, like a beautiful home
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: in the country.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: Okay, so being kicked out of the Royal family doesn't
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: mean that you just that you lose everything.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Who knows, I mean, what does he have and where
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: did he get it? Is it just money from the
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: government because they do get paid by the government.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: They do, but also think they're all there's still dukes
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: of something in lords.
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: Of something here it says what he lost. So, after
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: being stripped of his royal titles and forced to leave
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: his longtime residence at Royal Lodge Royal Lodge, Prince Andrew
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: now formerly known as Andrew Andrew Montbatten Windsor, will relocate
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: to accommodation in the Sandringham Sendrigham. How do you say that?
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Sandrigham a state in Norfolk. He is now excluded from
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: royal duties and public life, and his status has been
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: dramatically reduced. His status has been reduced loss of titles
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: and status, eviction from Royal Lodge, relocation to Sandringham estate.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: So he's he's relocated to an state in the countryside.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Public exclusion. He remains excluded from all royal engagements and
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: official events, except for private family gatherings. But that sounds sweet, yeah,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: I mean he's getting away with not having to be uh,
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: you know, like not being in the public eye.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: That's it whatever. Basically, like you know all the parts
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: about being a role that suck. Yeah, you don't have
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: to do those anymore.
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Look at this financial support. The King will provide for
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: Andrew's basic needs, but his former royal funding and security
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: benefits have been ended. Andrew has sought private business opportunity
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: to support himself, but no public roles are expected. Wow,
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: who's gonna go into business with you? My guy, he's
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: gonna go. He wants to go into business getting money
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: from the king all this time. This whole thing is
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: nuts because they they get money and I don't think
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: they have to do anything like I don't think they
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: have like real function and government do they. Where's the
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Sandringham estates? Oh that that's where he got. Poor guy.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: That's so sad. That's so sad. They made him stay
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: in that castle. Look how beautiful that place is. That
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: is so nuts that this this guy got kicked out
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: of there. Bro, he got kicked out of wherever the
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: fuck he was the royal.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Lord unless unless they tell me his punishment is Like,
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: they give you that estate, but they take all the servants. Bro.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: Look at the gardener's house. Show that's the gardener's house.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: That's where the gardener lives. That fucking place is beautiful.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: That is hilarious.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Dude, Like if they give him that place, but they
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: don't give him no servants, and he just got to
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: clean everything. He got to walk a mile to the kitchen.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he's got to do his own dishes.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: No, but but this is this guy, this guy's living
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: the life. So he just gets banished to a mansion.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: He don't got to do no public duties.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Yes, and they probably just bring hose out to the mansion.
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: It's not like you stop banging hose, right.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know what. I don't know what
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: he's in trouble for.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: Right, That's the thing they haven't told us.
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: But to get kicked out the royal family. They didn't
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: even kick making Marko out of the family. And they racist.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: Legal and public impact. What is this? Uh? These changes
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: result from long standing controversies over Andrew's association with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: and subsequent legal settlements always get settlements, particularly the civil
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: case bought by Virginia Guffrey, which concluded without any admission
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: of liability by Andrew, but resulted in a multi million
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: pound settlement. Do you know that there's the amount of
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: money that's been paid out to victims of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: like three hundred million dollars so far from where I
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: don't know is that true.
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: There's also a bunch of money that just moved after
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: he died that no one really understands.
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: This is a schedule, bro, I'm telling you a lot
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: of people, if they really released this shit in earnest
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: a lot, it's gonna be it's gonna change everything. I hope.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: I hope it's that powerful.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Do you think it will be?
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: Well, all I know is the most powerful person on
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: earth has been doing a lot to keep that shit
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: from coming out. And I don't I'm not like everybody else.
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: I don't think Trump is in there in a criminal way,
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: but I think a lot of He has a lot
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: of powerful friends that have been putting pressure on him
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: to keep that shit under wraps.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: I think that definitely.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: I think it's gonna be royal people. It's gonna be
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Prime minister, it's gonna be Supreme Court justices, it's gonna
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: be all type formed presidents, yeah, some CEOs. It's gonna
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: be all type of shit in there.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Scientists.
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: Get it out, Yeah, get it out. Yeah, yeah, the
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: world already there's nothing to lose for America as a whole.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: What a crazy operation that we're running. What a crazy
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: thing to have a bunch of people fly him out
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: to an island that somehow or another you own. Like,
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: where'd you get the money to buy a fucking island, bro?
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: It's not as expensive as you think.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: A whole island. Yeah, we looked at that island. We
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: were trying to buy it. Actually I shouldn't say we're
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: trying to buy it. We're thinking about it very briefly.
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: But it was too expensive.
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: It was like forty five it's not discounting. Now, that's
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: a discount. That's the discounting price. Okay, Okay.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: I would have imagine it's well worth well more than that,
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: Like if you buy a beautiful house in like Miami,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: a beautiful house in Miami might be two hundred million
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: dollars if it's on the ocean, those like crazy manners
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: in like West Palm Beach.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: But it's like, but the island is basically haunted. You
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: got to save the whole motherfucking thing.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: It's too late. You got to level it. You got
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: to remove the dirt and go get dirt from rist Island. Yeah,
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: you got to remove everything. It would be that's the
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: same reason why we never bought the One World Theater.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: The same thing, Oh that weird cult. Yeah, the cult thing.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: I was like, oh man, there's not enough sage in
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: the world.
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, to come out it with a holy water
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: anointed world.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: That's a beautiful property. But it's like, what do they
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: do to those poor people there?
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: You know? And that island is like I wouldn't be
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: shocked if that dude was on it.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: What was the name.
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: The cult leader of that cult?
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: Well, he had different names his first I forget what
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: his real name was. He had the same name as
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: a boxer. Forget it. I forget his name. What was
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: the cult members? The cult leader's name in Holy Hell,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: he changed his name twice, so he made he had
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: a fake name when he was teaching yoga in West Hollywood,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: when he started the calts, and then when the Cult
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Awareness Network started going after him, because after Waco they
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: started going after all the cults. They were like, these
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: motherfuckers are arming up, Like this is dangerous, let's find
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: out the call And also is like a lot of
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: people lost their family members. Haimi Gomez, that's right. So
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: he was uh Michel Michelle, and then he became Andreas
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: once he came to Texas, to Texas, So what happened
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: was he they were after him. And so this dude
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: picks up shop and just moves to Austin and just
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: to throw people off, has his followers build a theater
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: so he could dance in front of them. They built that.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: His followers built that theater, and see, I have in
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: beautiful place.
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: For people to get sucked into stuff like that. But
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: but I feel like we know it now where it's
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: like if you're unsure, if you're in a cult, like
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: as soon as the guy wants to fuck your wife.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: You should beat or your dad or right or just
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: anyone like this cap is fucking everybody.
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: As soon as soon as the leader need to fuck
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: your family.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: Yeah, that's problem.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: That's the red flag right there. If there was no
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: alarm bells before that point, like when they when they
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: asked you to give up all your stuff, maybe you
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: still had hope, you know, when they started giving you
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: duties as a servant, maybe you still have help. But
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: when they need to fuck your family members. I feel
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: like that should be that should set off all the
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: alarms fleet for me.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: They wait until you're deep in the cult before they
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: bust that one out, Like damnit. Korsh didn't he wait
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: like a long time. I think they were already on
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: the compound, and he was like, God just told me
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: I have to fuck your wife, like for real. It
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: was one of that. It was that dumb. It was
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: like that dumb, like God spoke to him and told
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: him that that no one was allowed to have sex
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: but him. Everybody's wife.
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: Group pressure is very powerful.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: Finally, that's true.
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: None of us are really above it. You know, it's
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: gonna groups you around it because that pressure to conform,
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: you know, because it's because I get I best. He's
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: not just like I gotta fuck your wife, but he's surrounded.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: By people going, dude, dude, you know, all cheer it on.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: They have a little saying they say, you know, right,
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: that pressure to praise Jesus, yep, that praisure, that pressure
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: to please everyone.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Mm hmmm.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Because there's a certain type of person that gets
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: roped into those things.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Well, I always wonder about that, like, is there a
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: grand pattern to the universe. Is there a mathematical, mathematical
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: formulation that we exist in where you have to have
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: a certain amount of gullible people and then a certain
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: amount of devious people that try to trick people and
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: con artists, and then a certain amount of people like
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: you that are like, what the fuck is going on?
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: Like that all of this sort of like dances together
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: and balances itself out, And just like nature has predators
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: and it has wounded antelope that get too close to
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: the water, all these things like kind of have to
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: exist at the same time in order for progress to
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: be made. It seems like it's just a certain amount
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: of people that are just born gullible, and not just
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: gullible but kind of like wanting to be tricked. He
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: reportedly annulled marriages of couples and who joined the sect,
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: and took multiple women as his spiritual wives, some of
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: whom were very young girls. Former cult members have alleged
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: to Korsh slept with wives of other members and maintained
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: a harem, sometimes with women who were already married, and
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: fathered numerous children with various women. Koresh also instructed male
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: followers to practice celibacy and surrender their wives to him.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: This behavior was part of his doctrine and control over
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: the group's women and children, often accompanied by allegations of
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: sexual abuse and manipulation. Yeah.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: See, the thing is those guys, they're not influential wise.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: Their superpower is their ability to know who they can
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: They can sense who's broken in just the right way
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: and come in and be daddy. Yeah you know, because
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: can you imagine a mother iucker telling you to be
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: celibate while he's banging your wife.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Crazy crazy and you're living in a compound with him
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: and heavily armed.
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: And you gave him all your worldly possessions and.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: He sings, and he's terrible. I have to listen to
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: him sing. You ever listen to him sing? Or he
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: dancing on the stage that you built. Listen, play some
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: David Koresh music he has like he would sing songs
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: that were terrible.
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: He has music.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: He was terrible. Yeah, he was a musician. He was
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: a frustrated musician who became an evangelical the I don't know,
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: give me one anyone, they're all I'm sure they all suck.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: Let's listen to David Koresh recording in Waco Texas nineteen
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: eighty nine. If I was in that cult, I'd be like.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: You don't want to let him tuk my wife now?
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: But how about that name? The name? Is that like
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: the name of a woman who was trying to fuck Shashaniam.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: I mean, that's a weird name, very unusual name. I've
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: never heard that name in my whole life.
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: It probably was some girl he.
- 1:23:09Speaker 3: Was trying to Probably has to be biblical.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: Oh, Psalms Hebrew. Lily's mentioned in Psalms forty five and
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: forty nine. It is meaning. Its meaning in these Psalms
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: is uncertain. Some believe it's kind of lily. Click on
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: that what it says? A kind of lily? What is
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: that saying? Lily shaped? Straight trumpet? What a six string trumpet?
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: A word commencing a song or the melody of which
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: these psalms were to be sung? Like, I don't even know.
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: It was probably some girl's name.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: Yeah, probably check. Yeah. I saw lil and I was like,
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: is that Lilith? Do you know Lilith? Is you ever
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: heard of Lilith? You mean, like the demon? Well, Lilith
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: was like apparently before Eve. There's like this is like yeah,
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: well again I don't know who to believe her, who
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: not to believe in what. I don't even know what
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: scriptures show Lilith and what don't.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: But Lily I know about Lilith is from Diablo lore.
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: Oh that's funny. No, Lilith is like a character in
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: ancient religious texts.
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: Right, She's a daughter of who is?
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: Well, we're gonna find out, because I'll butcher it. I'm
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: very hesitant to say what I think it is because
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: I don't really remember.
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: She's the daughter of Beel.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: This is Did west Hoff tell us about this? No?
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: You know who told us about this? Kurt Metzger. Kurt
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Metzger was rant and raven about Lilith. Do you know
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: you don't know about Lilith.
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: There's a few different ones, but this is the one
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: that he was talking about.
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Lilith is not a character in the Bible. Her name
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: is only mentioned in one verse in the Book of Isaiah.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: This one here, okay. Origin of the legend. The story
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: of Lilith as Adam's first wife, comes from later Jewish
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: folk lore, such as the Alphabet of Ben Sira, which
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: was not included in the canonical Bible. The legend's core
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: story is. According to its folk lore, li was created
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: from the earth at the same time as Adam, making
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: her his equal. When she refused to be subservient to him,
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: she left the Garden of Eden. That sounds like a
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: true story. Some interpretations claim the Genesis one and Genesis
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: two describe two different creation stories and two different women.
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: This is considered incorrect and ludicrous by many Biblical scholars
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: and theologians. Evolution of the figure over time, Lilith's story
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: evolved from a simple night demon from Mesopotamian cultures to
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: more complex figure and Jewish tradition. In modern times, some
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: have reclaimed her as a feminist symbol of independence and equality.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: That's funny, a Lilith fare that's where that literally.
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: Is that of Lilith. That's from the that's from diybload
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: the video game.
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I would play as that character. Can you play as Phenomena?
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: No, she's the bad guy, but she fucks you up.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: That would be a dope character for Quake. If you
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: could be Lilith and run around map fucking people up there.
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: I think you can beat her in Fortnite or so.
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: I think they buy everything.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: That's what she looked like in the game. In the game,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, and she was she's hard to beat. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I've only beat her once, but I haven't believed one time.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: But yeah, everything I know about her is from that game,
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: and it sounds like it's all wrong.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: But isn't it funny that Shoshana Nime or whatever the
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: fuck it is they don't even know what that was.
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: Like it might have been a trumpet, It might have
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: been a flute. It might have been a person. Huh,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: could have been a song. That could have been the
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: way you saying.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: I bet you, like some Hebrew scholar could probably tell you.
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: Maybe it seems like it's up for debate. That's the
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: problem with a lot of really old shit. It's like
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: they're just guessing. They're really old ship, They're just guessing,
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: Like what is what are they trying to say in
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: the Book of Ezekiel? What are they trying to say?
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: Is it crazy?
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: Oh my god, I haven't read a Bible in like, oh,
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: twenty years. The Ezekiel stuff's bananas?
- 1:26:42Speaker 3: Man I asked a perplexity a little more about Shoshana
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: Hime oh okay.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: Crash was a group or entity related to the branch
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: Davidian's cult led by David Koresh, a group or entity
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: related to it. The name seems to refer to Koresh
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: as followers who identified themselves as students of the Set
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: and Seals. Oh so they were. They were his people.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: So he called his people that group alliteration that gives
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: you every time reflection. Reflecting their focus on apocalyptic teachings
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: derived from the Bible's Book of Revelation, Koresh positioned himself
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: as a massaic messianic figure, calling himself the Lamb who
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: would open the Seven Seals, an event that would lead
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: to salvation and the apocalypse. Followers under Koresh's leadership and
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: ideology were sometimes referred to as Kreshians. You know, it
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: would be crazy. What really would be crazy is if
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: heaven was real and the murder like them being murdered
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: sent them to heaven because they were those people were murdered.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: Like do you ever see what the actual footage of
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: the when they stormed Waco. Oh, bro, it's crazy. They
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: killed those people, they lit them on fire, that they
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: drove tanks into the buildings and flames are shooting out
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: of the tanks. They just cooked those people, not just Koresh,
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: not just people like everybody, men, women, children, they got
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: what are.
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: They trying to do in the first place? Just have
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: them disarmed?
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: Well, there was a problem with It's there's a lot
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: to the story, and it seems like in the beginning
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: there might have been some governmental overreach, like they were
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: trying to get a win and they were trying to
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: uh like, who described this to us? Was it Oliver Stone?
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: Who who is telling it? Might have been Darryl Cooper.
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: Daryl Cooper has an amazing series All on the Way
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: goat No, he doesn't. It's the Ebsteam Files. Someone he
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: doesn't have He doesn't he does he have? He has
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: one on Guyana, That's what he has on. Somebody has
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: one on Koresh? Is it Cooper? So who has a
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: series on Koresh? I'm sorry I'm blanking here. But the
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: point is they wanted to win, so they wanted to
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: take out this cult, and so they exaggerated what they
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: were doing and they had to stand down. So they
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: stood outside of the gates with like fucking armored vehicles
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: and cops and men with guns, and they waited them out,
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: and eventually it escalated. It escalated to them getting agents
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: on the roof. Agents on the roof got shot at
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: by the people that were in the cult, and so
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: then they started shooting at them and it became a gunfight,
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: and then they brought in tanks and lit it on
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: fire and killed everybody. It's it's a crazy story, man,
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: it is crazy. It is the whole thing. There was
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: a I know there's a documentary on it as well
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: that like details like all the different things that led
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: up to the eventual storming of the compound.
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: And did that because that happen?
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: Was that like eighty Yeah? It was like I think
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: it was like in either the early ninety like ninety
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: or eighty what was it the siege was or was
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: it really ninety three?
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: See, I don't remember that. I remember it. I remember,
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: like I vaguely remember hearing about it, But in my
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: mind it's like it's not like something that happened. Yeah,
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: you know, because that's the same that was right around
- 1:29:56Speaker 2: own wasn't it around the OJ murder too?
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: Yep? Yep? Because that trial was ninety four?
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: Oh they is. So I was like, to me, that's
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: a significant cultural event, and I don't remember the Waco
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: thing being like I remember hearing about it. Afterwards, I
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: don't remember hearing about it. What was happening? Oh, I
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: heard about it? But when people did, how did How
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: did the people react to the government just killing people even.
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: Though they didn't know? Even though it took there was
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: no internet back then, It took a while before people
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: really got hip. There was a few documentaries that released,
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: or some news footage that got released, and maybe you
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: can get a hold of a VHS tape, some obscure
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: VHS tape that might have something to do with Waco.
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: But people that really didn't know until they started making
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: documentaries about it, until they saw it on the internet.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: Once you can see it, because most people are just
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: gonna believe the narrative. What's the narrative? People had guns,
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: which they did, the guy was a piece of shed
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: and a cult leader, which he was, But like, how
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: did it lead to mass murder? How did it lead
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: to them? Just? Well, it led to they blocked out
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: this guy's house. They you know. And that's not even
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: the worst one. The worst one is Ruby Ridge. That
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: one's horrible.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: Happened a Ruby Ridge?
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: Put that into perplexity. Ruby Ridge. This one's a crazy
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: story because the Ruby Ridge story is like totally avoidable
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: and horrific, Like they shot a mother while she was
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: holding her baby, like crazy. These family, it was like
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: a family of like preppers that were like out in
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: the woods and you know, maybe the guy was like
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: a little radical, but they completely escalated it.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: Murdered.
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: No, I don't remember where that was. Where was that? Idaho,
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: Okay Incident was eleven day standoff in August of nineteen
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: ninety two in Boundary County, Idaho, involving Randy Weaver, his family,
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: and a friend, Kevin Harris, against US Marshalls and FBI agents.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: It began when US Marshalls sought to arrest Randy Weaver
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: for failing to appear in court on federal firearms charges
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: related to the sale of a modified shotgun. The situation
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: escalated after Weaver's dog was shot by a Marshall during surveillance,
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: leading to a firefight in which Weaver's fourteen year old son, Samuel,
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: was killed by gunfire. Kevin Harris, a family friend, shot
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: and killed Deputy Marshall William Degan during the exchange. FBI
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: hostage rescue team was called in and during a sniper shot,
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: Randy Weaver was wounded. The sniper second shot, intended for Harris,
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: also hit and killed Weaver's wife, Vicky, who was holding
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: their infant daughter behind the cabin door. The siege ended
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: when negotiators, including activist Bog Grits, convinced Weaver and Harris
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: to surrender. Harris was arrested on August thirtieth, and Weaver,
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: with his daughters, surrendered the next day. Criticism later arose
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: over the FBI's rules of engagement and use of deadly force,
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: particularly the constitutional legality of the sniper second shot that
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: killed Vicky Weaver. The standoff highlighted tensions between federal law
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: enforcement and citizens, especially among anti government and WIPE separatist groups.
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: Weaver and Harris were charged with several offenses, but were
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: acquitted of the most severe charges except Weaver's conviction for
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: failure to appear in court. Interesting that were both acquitted.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: Damn But they got enough firefight with the Feds and
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: they were acquitted.
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: Well, Kevin Harris popped it off.
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: And you know, just do that statement. Weaver and Harris
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: were charged with several offenses but were acquitted of the
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: most severe charges, except Weaver's conviction for failure to appear
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: in court. That's all they got them for failure to
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: appear in court. They killed his wife, they shot his kid,
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: they killed his kid, they killed his dog, and he
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: it was because he failed to appeal appear in court
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: because he sold a modified gun. I don't even know
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: what that means. Was it a sawed off shotgun? Which
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: is illegal? But did he change the trigger? What did
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: he do? Sometimes did he put a large magazine at
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: the bottom of it? Like, what did he do that
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: was illegal? That's crazy?
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: And also why are they allowed to kill your dog?
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: Exactly?
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: Because that's what popped it all off, right.
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: Oh, you want to hear one of the worst ones
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: of that. There was a mayor I forgot get where
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: what he was the mayor of It might have been Washington, DC,
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: but he was a mayor and he had a postman
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: that was doing some sneaky shit. And the postman was
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: getting weed delivered to his house because they figured, if
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: I get it, I'm delivering the mail to the mayor's house.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: And if I get the weed delivered to the mayor's house,
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: no one's gonna check the mayor's packages for weed. So
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: I know which one my friend sent to the Mayor's house.
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: I'll just take that and that way, you know, I'll
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: have the weed and no one will be any the wiser. Well, unfortunately,
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: someone was tracking that package and they knew that that
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: weed was going to this particular address. They didn't know
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: it was the mayor's house. So they stormed the mayor's house.
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: Shoot his fucking Golden retriever. Chase it out in the
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: yard or it's cowering, and shoot it. You've been around
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: my golden retriever. Like the Golden Retrievers are not biting
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: anybody ever. Ever, They're the worst guard dogs in the
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: history of the world. Anybody who comes into my house
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: want to give me a treat, like he loves everybody.
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: And they shot his dogs. They fucking zip tied his family,
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: checked the whole house for weed, couldn't find anything. And
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: then eventually it unraveled and they realized what had happened,
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: Like the guy who was in delivering his mail was
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: also involved in this weed dealer, and they, you know,
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: they didn't piece it together until after they shot this
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: guy's fucking dogs. Who's they the cops, the swat team.
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: They burst down his door. They did the whole thing man,
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: they came in guns, armor, fucking zip tied everybody. They
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: thought they were breaking into the house of like a drug.
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: That's how bad their information is. They didn't find that
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: story because it's a very it's a crazy story, and
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: it was so heartbreaking because the family had to the
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: kids had to see their dog get shot by these
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: cops for fucking no reason, no reason.
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: They really got to start letting cops smoke weed.
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: I think mushrooms. Seed's not strong enough, but something to
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: get well. Also, it's like therapy, and you know, also
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: it's like, hey, no for sure, Like really do an investigation, dude,
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: how about find out who lives there? Oh my god,
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: it's the mayor or.
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: Like if you shoot a go over and retriever, you
- 1:36:16Speaker 2: should probably have to retire.
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: So here it is Maryland, So police say Maryland mayor
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: appears to be innocent victims of a scheme by two
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: men to smuggle millions of dollars worth of marijuana by
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: having it delivered to about a half a dozen unsuspecting recipients.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: So he was one of the many people that this
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: guy delivered mail to. So he got on from where
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: he saw a package addressed to his wife on the
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: front porch, brought it inside, putting it on a table. Suddenly,
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: police with guns drawn, kicked in the door, stormed in,
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: shooting to death the couple's two dogs and seizing the
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: unopened package. And it were thirty two pounds of marijuana,
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: but the drugs evidently didn't belong to the couple. Police
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: say the couple appeared to be innocent victims of a
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: scheme by two young men to smuggle millions of dollars
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: in marijuana unsuspecting recipients. Two men under the arrest include
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: FedEx delivery man. Investigators said the delivery man would drop
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: off a package outside of a home and the other
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: man would come by a short time later and pick
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: it up. Wow, isn't that crazy?
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: And but only hold on, so only the only the
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: dogs died though. Our dogs were our children.
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: Yeah, police apparently killed the dogs, he said for sport,
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: gunning down one of them as it was running away.
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: Our dogs were our children, said the thirty seven year
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: old Calvary Labs. Oh they were labs. Oh that's oh
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: they're black labs. I thought there were golden retrievers. I
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: sucked it up. Our dogs were our children again, Lab
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: same thing. Labs aren't biting anybody. The sweetest dogs in
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: the world, said the thirty seven year old caval They
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: were our reason. We brought this house because it had
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: a big yard for them to run in. Unfucking believable.
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: He was handcuffed in his boxer shorts for about two
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: hours along with his mother in law. Said the officers
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: didn't believe him when we told them he was the mayor.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: No charges were brought against calval Allas or his wife
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: who came home in the middle of the ring. Fuck man, but.
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: They they ain't even apologized for killing dogs, killed labs. Bro,
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: you found out Wow, Like I just I just so sad.
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: I just came from Tulsa, Oklahoma. But like the you're
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: like the Tulsa massacre.
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: What's the Tulsa masker?
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: It was like Black Wall Street. It was like when
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: was this? This was the twenties, I think, or maybe
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: the nineteen like the nineteen tens, where like after the Trails,
- 1:38:27Speaker 2: the Trails of Tears, well the civilized trips that basically
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: they were told that they could have Oklahoma because the
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: land smelled funny, their smell home whatever, and then they
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: found oil and that's that set out a whole bunch
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: of shit because now you got a bunch of natives
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: in free slaves that's about to be rich. So you
- 1:38:46Speaker 2: ever you see that movie flower the Flower Moon movie.
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: No, I didn't see it.
- 1:38:49Speaker 2: Oh, but it's kind of like that, like they would
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: because you couldn't they couldn't sell their land, particularly some
- 1:38:54Speaker 2: tripes couldn't sell their land, so you had to marry
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: into the family. And then if you killed everybody, it
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: was yours. Yeah, and so, but Tulsa was It's Black
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: Wall Street, but it was like the Greenwood area of Tulsa,
- 1:39:09Speaker 2: and they and it was basically like a prosperous, wealthy
- 1:39:11Speaker 2: black community. And it was a riot one night and
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: they burned it all down.
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: And and so they did this because of oil.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: No, well that was the backdrop for Oklahoma. But but
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: they did this just because of like racial jealousy, just.
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: Like they did it because they were doing well.
- 1:39:30Speaker 2: Yeah, they were doing too well. And it was a
- 1:39:32Speaker 2: lot of racial tension in the community because the whole
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: idea behind institutional racism is that poor white people don't
- 1:39:38Speaker 2: mind being taken advantage of because they know that it's
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: black people somewhere that's they're doing worse than them. But
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: that doesn't work if you live in next to dudes
- 1:39:45Speaker 2: that's dress submitted to you. They got cars, they got
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: thrown the business, and it got racial, like the National
- 1:39:51Speaker 2: Guard came in and and that was all stuff I
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: learned before I went there. But then I went to
- 1:39:57Speaker 2: the museum there, and I bring this up just because
- 1:40:01Speaker 2: it would blow your mind. How recently they like they
- 1:40:07Speaker 2: just now acknowledged it like five years ago. Right. This
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: all happened because I was at the comedy club I
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: was that. I mentioned to the owner. I was like,
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: I've stayed in Hilton's all over the place. Why does
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: my Hilton say, why does it have these pure things
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: everywhere to tell you that the air is clean and
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: the water is clean? And he was like, oh, yeah,
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: they just started filtering the water that goes to the
- 1:40:29Speaker 2: north side of town like a few years ago, like
- 1:40:31Speaker 2: the Blacks side of town. I was like, what, like
- 1:40:33Speaker 2: how long? How recently? He was like twenty and me
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: and my freezers were like twenty. It's like yeah. So
- 1:40:40Speaker 2: so I was like, he was like, have you not
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: been into the museum. I'm like no, And so we
- 1:40:44Speaker 2: went over there and it was like it was a
- 1:40:46Speaker 2: heavy day.
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: Bro, this is crazy. Look at the statistics here, Look
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: how many blocks thirty five square blocks of the neighborhood. Yeah,
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: at the time one of the wealthiest black communities in
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: the United States, colloquially known as Black Wall Street. More
- 1:41:03Speaker 1: than eight hundred people were admitted to hospitals as many
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: six thousand black residents of Tulsa were interned, many of
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: them for several days. The Oklahoma Bureau of Vital Statistics
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: officially recorded thirty six dead.
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: Whoa yeah, and so they just now started, like the
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: guy told me.
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: Look at this estimates from up to from thirty six
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: to up to around three hundred dead thirty five blocks.
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: Yeah, they don't know how many are dead because it
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: was a lot of mass graves and stuff that they
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: just started looking for.
- 1:41:33Speaker 1: Holy shit, man.
- 1:41:34Speaker 2: But even still to even still to this day, they're
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: not allowed to teach about it in schools, like they
- 1:41:39Speaker 2: just now started being allowed to teach about it, but
- 1:41:41Speaker 2: they're not allowed to say who was who.
- 1:41:43Speaker 3: Even the YouTube video has age restricted. I was going
- 1:41:46Speaker 3: to show it to you, but the account of money,
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: I want to do it.
- 1:41:49Speaker 2: Yeah, this ship was crazy and so and so Joe
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: if you want to, if you want to feel real uncomfortable.
- 1:41:55Speaker 2: So I'll go in the museum and they have these holograms.
- 1:41:58Speaker 2: So you see you sit in a barber chair and
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: you can see yourself in the mirror, but there's a
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: hologram of a barber like cutting your hair, and there's
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: three of them in a row, and they're like having
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: a conversation about what's going on around town. It's heavy,
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: bro wow.
- 1:42:14Speaker 1: Put that back up. So the cause of it they're saying,
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: so it says the master becan began during Memorial weekend
- 1:42:22Speaker 1: after a nineteen year old Dick Rowland, a black shoe shiner,
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: was accused of assaulting Sarah Page, a white, twenty one
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: year old elevator operator, in nearby Drexel building. He was
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: arrested in Rumors that he was to be lynch spread.
- 1:42:36Speaker 1: The most likely, most widely reported and corroborated inciting incident
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: occurred as the group of black men left when an
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: elderly white man approached ob Man, a black man, and
- 1:42:48Speaker 1: demanded that he hand over his pistol. Man refused, and
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: the old man attempted to disarm him. A gunshot went off,
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: and then according to the Sheriff's reports, all hell broke loose.
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: The two groups shot at each other until midnight, when
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: the group of black men were greatly outnumbered and forced
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: to retreat to Greenwood Fuck. At the end of the
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: exchange of gunfire, twelve people were dead, ten white and
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: two black. Alternatively, another eyewitness account was that the shooting
- 1:43:16Speaker 1: began down the street from the courthouse when black business
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: owners came to the defense of a lone black man
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: being attacked by a group of around six white men.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: It is possible the eyewitnesses did not recognize the fact
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: that this incident was occurring as a part of a
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: rolling gunfight that was already underway.
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: Holy fuck, man, Yeah, shit went down in Greenwood. And
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: the thing is, it's still not back. So then they
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: they put a highway right through the middle of that
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: neighborhood and it completely destroyed all of the economy and everything. Wow. Yeah, man,
- 1:43:55Speaker 2: And I like I thought I knew about this shit,
- 1:44:00Speaker 2: but then when I went there, it was it was
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: real intense for me. But then we ate some good
- 1:44:06Speaker 2: ass food though it was me and it was me
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: and Lucas McCurry. And when we got done, we got
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: back to the old thing. He was like, Oh, that's
- 1:44:13Speaker 2: the blackest day I've ever had. I was like, might
- 1:44:15Speaker 2: be mad too.
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: This is the place, uh yeah, yeah, yeah, it's called
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: the Oh wow, it's called the Black Wall Street Museum.
- 1:44:26Speaker 1: And they just recently they just recently admitted this.
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: They admitted it probably in the like twenty ten or
- 1:44:35Speaker 2: something like that. They acknowledged it. I mean everyone already knew,
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: but now they're just now getting to the point where
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: they're allowed to like teach it. But they still aren't
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: allowed to say what the people look like. So they
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: can say group A did this and group B did that,
- 1:44:48Speaker 2: but they can't say black white. They can't say clan this,
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: you know. Really yeah, they still won't say people certain
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: people's names because these are like because the clan is
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: heavily involved too. Like when you go to the museum,
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: there's like a clan ledger of like the meeting, you know,
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: like a like a roll call. Yeah, it was a
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: wild ass. It's wild out there in Oklahoma. And the
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: thing is they still haven't recovered that neighborhood is still
- 1:45:14Speaker 2: not recovered. I mean it never will at this point.
- 1:45:17Speaker 1: The history of Oklahoma was so crazy.
- 1:45:19Speaker 2: Oklahoma is not well that's the thing. So we we
- 1:45:21Speaker 2: get done the tour. We walk out of the tour
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: god and I walked past this guy. I didn't know
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: he was one of the guides because we didn't take
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: a guide. We just walked through the museum ourselves. And
- 1:45:29Speaker 2: he goes, you look familiar and I was like, you
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: probably know me from comedy. He was like, oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: and and he is like the guide. And then we
- 1:45:40Speaker 2: walked around with him for like an hour. Wow, and
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: he just he told us, he was like, yeah, they
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: don't even say everything, so this is also blah blah
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: blah blah blah. He took us to like all these
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: historical spots and we ate a this place called Sweet Lisa's, which,
- 1:45:52Speaker 2: you bro you could taste you could taste the struggle,
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: the season and everything, but the season just perfection. I mean,
- 1:46:00Speaker 2: you could just tell this recipe came from their ancestors.
- 1:46:03Speaker 2: It was incredible. And it's like in this little shop
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: they just got indoor seating, you know, it was like
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: it was like it was it was almost like I
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: guess because in my mind is easy to learn about
- 1:46:15Speaker 2: shit like that and think of it as something that
- 1:46:17Speaker 2: happened a long time ago. But then to be there
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: and realize, like they still haven't come all the way back.
- 1:46:22Speaker 1: You see that photo of that lady, that Native American
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: lady at the front door, whether she's breastfeeding a child.
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: You've seen it the mothership. Yeah here here in this room.
- 1:46:32Speaker 1: Oh no, I went outside. You never saw it. No,
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: you know that that one. You've seen the painting of
- 1:46:39Speaker 1: a Native American face that's on bullets. It's like, oh, yeah,
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: you've see. That's Quanta Parker, that lady Cynthia and Parker.
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: She was kidnapped by comanches in Oklahoma. So what they
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: used to do in Oklahoma is this is so dark.
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: They would give people these plots of land, knowing that
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: going to get attacked by the commanches, like hey, you
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: could go live out here, and they basically use them
- 1:47:04Speaker 1: as bait. They're like they started conflict to try to
- 1:47:08Speaker 1: conquer these territories by just having people go out there
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: and get shot at and get killed and get slaughtered,
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: and then eventually they would have to send the army
- 1:47:18Speaker 1: out and then they won. After a long time. They
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: eventually went through that and went through here where at
- 1:47:24Speaker 1: Texas to the command she ran this place too, but
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: they killed her whole family and they stole her when
- 1:47:31Speaker 1: she was nine years old, and they kept her because
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: they had a hard time having children because they had
- 1:47:36Speaker 1: so many horse riders. They were riding horses all the time,
- 1:47:38Speaker 1: and a lot of women miscarried, so it's very difficult
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: for to keep their numbers up. So when they would
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: go on raiding parties, they would kill everybody except the children,
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: and then they incorporate the children into the tribe. Cynthia
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: Ann Parker was the last of that tribe. She gave
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: birth to Kuana Parker, who was the last chief of
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: that tribe. She married the chief of the tribe. She
- 1:47:58Speaker 1: had a baby with him. That baby, that half American baby,
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: was Quanta Parker. He was the last chief of the Commanchees.
- 1:48:05Speaker 2: So now it's normal Commanches.
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: I mean they still exist, but they don't have a
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: reservation like you know, like they don't have territory. Oh,
- 1:48:13Speaker 1: it's they were nomadic and they they ran all I mean,
- 1:48:16Speaker 1: I'm sure is there a command see reservation? We should
- 1:48:18Speaker 1: find that out. Probably not, but it's they don't get
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: represented because they didn't have art.
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: There's a crazy what to do was telling me that like,
- 1:48:27Speaker 2: so there were four tribes considered the civilized tribes, and
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: those are the people that agreed to like stop fighting
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: in the United States, to like learn English, to like
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: be Christian, those kind of things. And they were promised Oklahoma,
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: knowing that it was already commanded, and so they got
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: out there and got the.
- 1:48:45Speaker 1: Yeah, the United States government did that with everybody. The
- 1:48:48Speaker 1: Commanche Nations of Federal Reconsized Tribe headquartered in Lawton, Oklahoma.
- 1:48:53Speaker 1: But do they have a reservation there. There's no longer
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: a Commanchee reservation in Texas, the historical one established in
- 1:48:59Speaker 1: eighteen fifty four near Clear Fork of the Brazos River
- 1:49:02Speaker 1: in present day Thockmorton County. The Commanche were later forced
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: to relocate to Indian Territory now known as Oklahoma in
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: eighteen fifty nine after the reservation was dissolved. And the
- 1:49:14Speaker 1: current Commanche Nation is based in Oklahoma. So it seems
- 1:49:17Speaker 1: like they don't have a reservation.
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: Bro it's may history that I'm so ignorant about.
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: I got to read this book, Empire of the Summer Moon.
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: Get it on audio. It's incredible.
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: Empire of the Summer Moon.
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: Empire the Summer movie. It's all about the commanching in
- 1:49:30Speaker 1: Texas and in Oklahoma. But that's part of the store.
- 1:49:33Speaker 1: So the like what I was getting at is like
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: the history of Oklahoma is just seeped in violence.
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: And it's and it's still not fixed. It can't be.
- 1:49:42Speaker 2: But a lot of people are moving there right now.
- 1:49:43Speaker 1: Well, I bet it's a lot of people want to
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: move to a place where they don't get fucked with
- 1:49:48Speaker 1: as much. New in California is what's called a new
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: Empire of the Summer Moon. You know what California is proposing.
- 1:49:57Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to do this, if
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: they're going to be able to pull this off, but
- 1:49:59Speaker 1: there's an new wealth tax that's basically they're going to
- 1:50:02Speaker 1: tax your savings account. Look that up.
- 1:50:04Speaker 3: It's only for two hundred billionaires.
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: What is what that's for? What does that mean?
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: It's not for like every person.
- 1:50:12Speaker 1: Okay, even if it's for two hundred billionaires, that's their
- 1:50:15Speaker 1: fucking money. If you have a savings account, that means
- 1:50:18Speaker 1: you pay taxes already, Like that's the only way you
- 1:50:21Speaker 1: get a savings account taxing.
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: They're taxing billionaires savings accounts.
- 1:50:25Speaker 1: This is what I was reading today when people were
- 1:50:28Speaker 1: talking about the proposition, this proposition of a wealth tax
- 1:50:32Speaker 1: for savings accounts, that sounds if I'm not reading into
- 1:50:35Speaker 1: this incorrectly, it sounds crazy. Whatever I'm just saying, I understand.
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: But why why why why do you get to have
- 1:50:43Speaker 1: a one time tax of money that's already taxed. California
- 1:50:46Speaker 1: does not currently have a wealth tax, but multiple proposals
- 1:50:49Speaker 1: have been introduced, including a recent one for a one
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: time five percent tax on individuals with a net worth
- 1:50:55Speaker 1: of over one billion.
- 1:50:57Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm with Jamie on this.
- 1:50:58Speaker 1: Fuck them, Yeah, but not fuck them because that could
- 1:51:00Speaker 1: be you someday. Here's the thing, It's like, it's it
- 1:51:03Speaker 1: starts with them, and then it trickles down to someone
- 1:51:05Speaker 1: who's worth five hundred thousand or five million or whatever,
- 1:51:09Speaker 1: five percent on money that you've already been taxed for,
- 1:51:12Speaker 1: and then it goes to what though when you say
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: fuck them, all it does is make more bloated government,
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: because what are you gonna do? They're gonna spend it Wisely,
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: they never spend any money.
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: Wise The reason I say fuck them is because most
- 1:51:21Speaker 2: of these billionaires, they go out of their way not
- 1:51:24Speaker 2: to pay the taxes they're supposed to pay anyway. It's
- 1:51:26Speaker 2: not like they get in taxed. You know a lot
- 1:51:28Speaker 2: of these motherfuckers don't even pay any taxes.
- 1:51:30Speaker 1: Oh that's not true. No, they all pay taxes. Everyone
- 1:51:33Speaker 1: pays taxes. It's just taxes on what like a lot
- 1:51:37Speaker 1: of them. The way it works is all your money
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: is in assets and you get paid a certain amount
- 1:51:42Speaker 1: by the company. Like that's how like. So when someone's
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: worth x amount of money, that's not like how much
- 1:51:47Speaker 1: money they have liquid, right, right, I get it, you
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: know that's a lot of it. But the point is, no,
- 1:51:54Speaker 1: the government should not be taking your money that's already
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: been taxed, if that's if I'm reading into this correctly.
- 1:52:01Speaker 1: So if you get a paid check from the mothership
- 1:52:03Speaker 1: and then you know, you do your taxes, and then
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: you take that money and you put it in a
- 1:52:06Speaker 1: savings account, you've already paid your taxes. So if you've
- 1:52:09Speaker 1: already paid your taxes on that money, how can they
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: tax money that you've already taxed. That's crazy. There's how
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: much money they own. I don't care how much. If
- 1:52:18Speaker 1: there's a loophole in the tax code, fix the loophole.
- 1:52:21Speaker 1: But if it's there and that's the law, and they
- 1:52:24Speaker 1: are able to skirt around that law in whatever way
- 1:52:27Speaker 1: that's legal, you don't get to steal their money.
- 1:52:29Speaker 3: According to the Washington Post, this is from a healthcare
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: workers' union. That's a recent proposal, and it will go
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: to fund healthcare spending. It still has to be voted
- 1:52:39Speaker 3: on also, bro.
- 1:52:40Speaker 1: But either way, all you're doing is taking money from people.
- 1:52:44Speaker 1: And the group believes this could raise about one hundred billion, right,
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: and what would they do with it? What did they
- 1:52:50Speaker 1: do with the fire money? What happened to all the
- 1:52:53Speaker 1: money that was raised for the Pacific Palisades fire? Does
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: anybody know that that's a charity being corrupt?
- 1:52:59Speaker 2: That wasn't the government? Right?
- 1:53:00Speaker 1: But this is what I'm saying. It's the same thing.
- 1:53:02Speaker 1: It's a group of people. You're giving them a bunch
- 1:53:04Speaker 1: of money, and they're supposed to allocate it in a
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: positive way. Whether it's the government or whether it's a charity.
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: Who fucking trusts anybody that's doing these things to be
- 1:53:14Speaker 1: wise with the money where it makes sense. Where you're
- 1:53:16Speaker 1: a billionaire going, you know what, I like it, take
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: my five percent and we're gonna fix crime. Now you're
- 1:53:21Speaker 1: not fixing shit. You're just gonna take my money and
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: you're just gonna be more incompetent. Do you know when
- 1:53:26Speaker 1: when Gavin Newsom got into office, they had a surplus?
- 1:53:31Speaker 1: California had a surplus. Really, yes, why don't you google that?
- 1:53:35Speaker 1: What was the What was the surplus of California? And
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: during the time where Gavin Newsom was the governor? How
- 1:53:45Speaker 1: much is the deficit?
- 1:53:46Speaker 2: I only hear surplus with regard to Bill Clinton.
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: Bro they spent twenty four billion dollars on the homeless
- 1:53:53Speaker 1: crisis and it got worse. So this is what I'm saying,
- 1:53:58Speaker 1: take it. Takes tax money and you're going to do
- 1:54:00Speaker 1: what with it. In twenty twenty two, California Governor Gavin
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: Newsom announced record breaking budget surplus of approximately ninety seven
- 1:54:08Speaker 1: point five billion dollars, which was projected to fund new
- 1:54:11Speaker 1: initiatives like cash payments to residents and investments in drought relief, childcare,
- 1:54:15Speaker 1: and education. However, the state later forced a significant budget
- 1:54:20Speaker 1: def excuse me, however, the state later faced a significant
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: budget deficit, primarily due to overestimating revenues from a booming
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: stock market that later declined coupled with increasing increased spending
- 1:54:33Speaker 1: commitments during the surplus period. By twenty twenty four, Newsom
- 1:54:37Speaker 1: was proposing a budget to close a multi billion dollar deficit,
- 1:54:42Speaker 1: which required spending cuts and other measures to balance a budget.
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: So the surplus of ninety seven point five billion dollars
- 1:54:51Speaker 1: it became a multi billion dollar deficit in two years
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: because of the stock market. It seems like there's a
- 1:54:57Speaker 1: lot of stuff overestimating revenue, increased spending commitments, which is
- 1:55:04Speaker 1: probably a big part of it. They probably spent too
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: much money during the surplus period. The point is, it's mismanagement.
- 1:55:10Speaker 2: If they only tax the people that's on the Epstein.
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: List, ah, you only get so much. Just take all
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: their money. Yeah, if you're on the list, take all
- 1:55:17Speaker 1: your money. They'd probably only get a few hundred billion dollars.
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: That's the thing. It's like, at the end of the day,
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: they're gonna blow through that money. It sounds crazy, but
- 1:55:25Speaker 1: they're gonna blow through that money. They blow through all
- 1:55:27Speaker 1: the money.
- 1:55:28Speaker 2: But you know, I mean, it's not fair on paper,
- 1:55:31Speaker 2: but it's hard to have empathy for people that have
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: way more than the people you know what I mean.
- 1:55:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's not having empathy. I'm just recognizing the
- 1:55:38Speaker 1: law and recognizing where this goes. The problem with any
- 1:55:42Speaker 1: any decision that we make on people that have more
- 1:55:46Speaker 1: money than us, eventually it's gonna trickle down to you.
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: Because if they could just tax these people, because there's
- 1:55:51Speaker 1: only two hundred of them, they can't really talk too
- 1:55:53Speaker 1: much shit. You're like, okay, but why are you doing that? Look,
- 1:55:56Speaker 1: if they get something illegal to get that money, and
- 1:55:59Speaker 1: you know you won't punish him for that, I'm all
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: with you. But if they have the money and then
- 1:56:03Speaker 1: it's in their savings account and then you decide to
- 1:56:05Speaker 1: tax the savings account because you need money to do
- 1:56:08Speaker 1: what more? Incompetent bullshit, that's the problem. Like they're not competent.
- 1:56:12Speaker 1: If they were, if you're going to take that five percent,
- 1:56:14Speaker 1: and you knew this is gonna be what cleans up
- 1:56:16Speaker 1: the palace hates, this is gonna be what fixes education,
- 1:56:19Speaker 1: but it's not. It's not gonna do anything. The homeless
- 1:56:22Speaker 1: crisis gets worse, it's bigger than ever.
- 1:56:24Speaker 2: Well, that's that's a whole that's the homeless thing is
- 1:56:27Speaker 2: a whole racket. Because I experienced that firsthand. It's it's
- 1:56:31Speaker 2: just people making money. That money isn't going to actually
- 1:56:33Speaker 2: help anybody that's on the streets. I mean, it kind
- 1:56:36Speaker 2: of is, but not really.
- 1:56:38Speaker 1: You know, there's so many charities that are dirty, just
- 1:56:41Speaker 1: like people that are dirty, you know, like those creepy
- 1:56:44Speaker 1: guys who pretend to be male feminists and you know,
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: they're really a piece of shit, you know what I mean,
- 1:56:48Speaker 1: Like that's that's the type of people that set up charities,
- 1:56:51Speaker 1: but they really just want the money. Like there's people
- 1:56:53Speaker 1: that have run charities where the charity makes the actual
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: thing makes like six percent ten percent of the money generated.
- 1:57:01Speaker 1: Most of it goes to the people, and they have
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: lavish lifestyles. They get paid tremendous salary.
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: The ship, the shelter I was living in, how we
- 1:57:12Speaker 2: the guy that was running the place got he got high,
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: and then the and then the the executive had to
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: show up, and he pulled up in a fucking phanom
- 1:57:20Speaker 2: with a fancy ass pseudo and a nice ses one
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: and it was like, hold on the fuck is he
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: Because that's the first time they hit everybody like, oh,
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: this isn't it's a business. It's a business. Yeah, it's
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: a business.
- 1:57:31Speaker 1: They're generating income, spending the least amount possible, providing you
- 1:57:35Speaker 1: with the least amount of care that they have to,
- 1:57:37Speaker 1: and then pocketing the rest and say we got a
- 1:57:38Speaker 1: high overhead, very high over and.
- 1:57:40Speaker 2: As long as somebody dies, because that's that's the thing.
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: It's all a racket and everyone knows. It's like all
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: wink wink. But they were the rules actually applied to
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: the actual homeless residents. But it was all nonsense. It's
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: like they were real strict about you make sure you
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: signing these papers saying you were doing these activities because
- 1:57:58Speaker 2: they were getting grants for those exactly. But it's like,
- 1:58:01Speaker 2: we'll just put my signature it there. This is all bullshit, crazy,
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: But yeah, I think most charities are scam.
- 1:58:08Speaker 1: Most charities have an element of scam. Yeah, there's a
- 1:58:11Speaker 1: lot of legitimate charities out there, for sure. There's a
- 1:58:13Speaker 1: lot of really good charitable people out there for sure. Well,
- 1:58:15Speaker 1: real people that are doing charities for the right reason.
- 1:58:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:58:18Speaker 2: Well the workers, a lot of the workers are in
- 1:58:19Speaker 2: there for the right reason. Yes, But it's just like
- 1:58:21Speaker 2: it's just like colleges right where it's like it's it's
- 1:58:24Speaker 2: just that the entity has become so bloated with because
- 1:58:29Speaker 2: I think, can you look it up, Jimmy, how most
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: of like the top universities, most of their money goes
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: towards administration. So they've just created you know that. First
- 1:58:37Speaker 2: they hire people to collect the money, and then they
- 1:58:39Speaker 2: got to hire more people to watch over those people.
- 1:58:42Speaker 2: Then more people get more things, and then before you
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: know it, the whole admin side is so bloated that
- 1:58:49Speaker 2: the college gets upside down if they don't raise tuitions,
- 1:58:52Speaker 2: you know, and it just keeps going into cycles, just
- 1:58:54Speaker 2: keep going and going and going.
- 1:58:55Speaker 1: And we have donors, which is weird.
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: I don't understand how that works.
- 1:59:00Speaker 1: Crazy amounts of money people donate to colleges.
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: Yeah that people love they Alma maters, but there must
- 1:59:05Speaker 2: love there must be a tax thing too.
- 1:59:06Speaker 1: Where does the money from most universities go. The money
- 1:59:10Speaker 1: from most universities primarily goes towards faculty and staff salaries,
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: student services, and campus maintenance. Significant portion is also allocated
- 1:59:19Speaker 1: to research, academic programs, and scholarships. Universities spend on maintaining
- 1:59:24Speaker 1: buildings and facilities, supporting student housing and dining, healthcare, technology upgrades,
- 1:59:29Speaker 1: and activities like sports and events. Government funding tuition, investments, grants, donations,
- 1:59:34Speaker 1: blah blah blah blah blah. Eventually, administrative costs and strategic
- 1:59:37Speaker 1: initiatives also consume parts of the budget. Overall, salaries and
- 1:59:40Speaker 1: wages usually make up the largest expenditure category for universities.
- 1:59:45Speaker 1: So it's salaries. Yeah, they get a lot of money.
- 1:59:47Speaker 2: It's salary for the for the for the adda and
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: people coaches, some of those some of those coaches.
- 1:59:54Speaker 1: Well there's weird there's weird gigs that people have. Well,
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: like a major university will pay someone like a half
- 2:00:00Speaker 1: a million dollars a year to do stuff Like does
- 2:00:02Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren get paid from Harvard? Still like you get
- 2:00:07Speaker 1: to like to speak, Yeah, Like, well, you know who
- 2:00:09Speaker 1: had one of them gigs. Biden, He had one of
- 2:00:12Speaker 1: them gigs where they gave him like a million dollars
- 2:00:14Speaker 1: a year and he pretended he was a professor. And
- 2:00:16Speaker 1: then you know, like he said, when I taught raw
- 2:00:18Speaker 1: at Penri State or wherever it was he taught, was professor. Yeah,
- 2:00:23Speaker 1: but he never taught class. Like it's all horseshit. Oh
- 2:00:26Speaker 1: he was never any He got one of them sweet
- 2:00:27Speaker 1: gigs where you get you get money from the university.
- 2:00:30Speaker 2: Bro, sign me up.
- 2:00:32Speaker 1: Those are like mafia jobs.
- 2:00:35Speaker 2: I'll take a bullshit job in my Lizabeth.
- 2:00:37Speaker 1: Warren't currently United States Senator. She's on leave from her
- 2:00:39Speaker 1: teaching position at Harvard and no longer receives a salary
- 2:00:42Speaker 1: from the university. Her current annual salary as a senator
- 2:00:45Speaker 1: is one hundred and seventy four thousand dollars. She and
- 2:00:48Speaker 1: her husband, also a Harvard professor, report additional income from
- 2:00:51Speaker 1: book royalties and investments. Her salary for this twenty ten
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: to twenty eleven was reported at four hundred and twenty
- 2:00:59Speaker 1: nine thousand dollars. This figure came out of scrutiny during
- 2:01:03Speaker 1: her first Senate campaign, with critics mis characterizing it as
- 2:01:07Speaker 1: payment for teaching only one class. PolitiFact rated this claim
- 2:01:12Speaker 1: half true because the amount covered a two year period
- 2:01:15Speaker 1: in which she taught two classes and was on leave
- 2:01:18Speaker 1: to advise the Obama administration, and also reflected their status
- 2:01:22Speaker 1: as a high ranking, accomplished professor and researcher.
- 2:01:26Speaker 2: Stop mischaracteristic.
- 2:01:28Speaker 1: What is her net worth? Goog put that in there?
- 2:01:33Speaker 1: Net worth? Let's find out, bra. This ship is always wrong, okay.
- 2:01:40Speaker 3: A good place to look.
- 2:01:40Speaker 2: At because I look when the net worth ship the internet,
- 2:01:44Speaker 2: they said, they said I'm worth four million dollars. Let's
- 2:01:46Speaker 2: say where the fuck that money at? Maybe they just
- 2:01:49Speaker 2: say you should be I think people just be making
- 2:01:51Speaker 2: up ship.
- 2:01:51Speaker 1: Well, they definitely do that. Yeah, they definitely make up stuff,
- 2:01:54Speaker 1: especially those webs That's why in some Indian website, some
- 2:01:58Speaker 1: scammer dude is just faking it. They're trying to get clicks.
- 2:02:01Speaker 2: Maybe, yeah, maybe they say it.
- 2:02:05Speaker 1: Says an estimated this is in open secrets.
- 2:02:09Speaker 2: Oh, in the Senate.
- 2:02:10Speaker 1: In the Senate, So an estimated net worth of seven million,
- 2:02:14Speaker 1: nine hundred and seventy seven thousand dollars isn't in twenty eighteen.
- 2:02:19Speaker 1: That was in twenty eighteen, she was worth that much.
- 2:02:21Speaker 2: Isn't there an app where you can like match the
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: stop trades of senators?
- 2:02:25Speaker 1: Yes, the Pelosi tracker.
- 2:02:27Speaker 2: Oh, it's just it's just she's the best. Oh, she's
- 2:02:30Speaker 2: so if you just make all the same move she makes, yeah,
- 2:02:33Speaker 2: you'll be good.
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: You'll make some money, yeah, one hundred percent, especially if
- 2:02:36Speaker 1: you're act quick. I'm sure there's a lot of people
- 2:02:38Speaker 1: doing exactly what she does. The moment she does.
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: I got to get one of those guys. And just
- 2:02:41Speaker 2: be like put it all on she makes.
- 2:02:43Speaker 1: Okay, now she's worth thirty million. What's up?
- 2:02:46Speaker 3: This is the Pelosi tracker. Oh there's seven fourteen, five
- 2:02:50Speaker 3: hundred fifty seven copiers.
- 2:02:52Speaker 1: I was going to say, she's worth way more than
- 2:02:53Speaker 1: thirty million. Rights that much money. Isn't she worth like
- 2:02:56Speaker 1: a couple hundred million? I think so, Yeah, she's worth
- 2:02:59Speaker 1: a lots.
- 2:03:00Speaker 2: Have to retire.
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: Of course, she's got four hundred million dollars. She's a
- 2:03:03Speaker 1: million years old. Why she's still working. It's crazy. Imagine
- 2:03:08Speaker 1: working at that age eighty two.
- 2:03:10Speaker 2: I think that I think they're addicted to the power power.
- 2:03:13Speaker 2: You can't you can't have.
- 2:03:15Speaker 3: To bring up merger Taylor Green's recent stock trades.
- 2:03:17Speaker 1: Oh, she's been making some stock trades. Follows everybody, bro,
- 2:03:21Speaker 1: They all do everywhere, they all do, they all do.
- 2:03:24Speaker 2: I think that's I think that's that should be illegal.
- 2:03:26Speaker 2: It should be I don't think anyone in the federal
- 2:03:28Speaker 2: government should be able to trade.
- 2:03:29Speaker 1: Stocks, well, especially with stuff where you have some inside
- 2:03:33Speaker 1: knowledge about a bill that's going to be passed that
- 2:03:35Speaker 1: would be very very good for some corporation.
- 2:03:37Speaker 2: Right or or they all have to invest through like
- 2:03:41Speaker 2: there's like there's a non Protestant government agency where they
- 2:03:43Speaker 2: can put all their money. They want to invest that
- 2:03:45Speaker 2: invest everyone's money in the same thing.
- 2:03:47Speaker 1: No, no, no, Now, as you start doing that, and
- 2:03:49Speaker 1: then you got more corruption, more room for bureaucracy, more
- 2:03:53Speaker 1: room for bullshit. You got too much money flowing around.
- 2:03:55Speaker 1: So they're not going to be They're not gonna be easy.
- 2:03:56Speaker 2: So what do you say to the acapy that they
- 2:03:58Speaker 2: should be able to No.
- 2:04:00Speaker 1: No, you're inside of trading.
- 2:04:01Speaker 3: But if they just tell people to do it for him.
- 2:04:03Speaker 2: Well that's what they're supposed to be doing now.
- 2:04:05Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean, what's the end that could be? No,
- 2:04:08Speaker 1: that could be a problem. But at least then they
- 2:04:09Speaker 1: could catch you and you can get in trouble. That's
- 2:04:11Speaker 1: how he started trading works like, so, say, if they
- 2:04:14Speaker 1: do that, and they do it, you know through what's
- 2:04:17Speaker 1: app or something like that, and then the government gets
- 2:04:19Speaker 1: access to your WhatsApp and then they find out you.
- 2:04:21Speaker 3: Be trading emails thing with the lady getting emails during
- 2:04:26Speaker 3: it what.
- 2:04:26Speaker 2: No, yea, if it was me, it'd be judged. Read ship.
- 2:04:30Speaker 2: We're like, you get you get four terms and then
- 2:04:33Speaker 2: they take you out and they just put do you
- 2:04:35Speaker 2: put you out in the desert with nothing. They take
- 2:04:36Speaker 2: all your shit donated back to the people, and they
- 2:04:39Speaker 2: just send you you were in charge for you know,
- 2:04:41Speaker 2: heava long and now I'll get the fuck out of you.
- 2:04:43Speaker 1: There's no way you make one hundred and seventy thousand
- 2:04:46Speaker 1: dollars a year and you're worth let's say she's worth
- 2:04:50Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty million. I've heard it's a lot
- 2:04:53Speaker 1: more than that. I've heard estimates as high as four
- 2:04:55Speaker 1: hundred million. But there's no way a regular person who
- 2:04:59Speaker 1: makes a hund and seventy thousand dollars a year ever
- 2:05:01Speaker 1: gets there and keeps that one hundred and seventy thousand
- 2:05:04Speaker 1: dollars year job. Get the fuck out of here. There's
- 2:05:07Speaker 1: not a chance in hell you keep that one hundred
- 2:05:09Speaker 1: and seventy thousand dollars year job where you're working eight
- 2:05:12Speaker 1: hours a day, every fucking day, and on the side
- 2:05:15Speaker 1: you've racked up four hundred million. Well, bitch, that's where
- 2:05:18Speaker 1: you're good at. Imagine if you were doing that all
- 2:05:20Speaker 1: day long while you've been working in the Senate, you
- 2:05:22Speaker 1: would have even more money. Are you crazy? You're wasting
- 2:05:25Speaker 1: all your valuable time and resources doing a job that
- 2:05:28Speaker 1: pays you one hundred and seventy thousand dollars a year.
- 2:05:30Speaker 1: But it has nothing to do with your investments? Why
- 2:05:34Speaker 1: why would you even suspect that it has anything to
- 2:05:36Speaker 1: do with the profit that I make?
- 2:05:37Speaker 2: For my richest person in Congress.
- 2:05:40Speaker 1: She gotta be up there, she can't be. Well, there's
- 2:05:41Speaker 1: probably some billionaires who signed up and won and got
- 2:05:46Speaker 1: into the office somewhere. There's probably a lot of.
- 2:05:48Speaker 2: Them, but they all The thing is, they're all richer
- 2:05:50Speaker 2: when they leave.
- 2:05:51Speaker 1: Well, Bloomberg, wasn't he like a multi billionaire when he
- 2:05:54Speaker 1: became the mayor of New York City?
- 2:05:55Speaker 2: I'm not. I don't know.
- 2:05:56Speaker 1: I think he was, isn't Michael Michael Bloomberg is crazy rich?
- 2:06:00Speaker 1: I think he was a billionaire while he became mayor
- 2:06:02Speaker 1: because he wanted to fix New York City because he
- 2:06:04Speaker 1: loved it.
- 2:06:06Speaker 2: Did did he did it work?
- 2:06:09Speaker 1: I was just there was nice.
- 2:06:11Speaker 3: Worth one hundred and nine billion estimated.
- 2:06:13Speaker 1: Yeah, he's worth a lot of money.
- 2:06:15Speaker 2: Imagine those sandwiches, those sandwiches you put.
- 2:06:18Speaker 1: In Giovanni's Italian deli, bro, but you can barely get
- 2:06:22Speaker 1: your mouth on them. They're like that big. I want
- 2:06:24Speaker 1: him to come out here. I want him to open
- 2:06:25Speaker 1: up a deli out here.
- 2:06:28Speaker 2: Are you talking to him about it?
- 2:06:30Speaker 1: He said he would be interested in doing it. I mean, look,
- 2:06:33Speaker 1: he's a fucking hilarious character. He's a very funny guy,
- 2:06:37Speaker 1: and his food is fucking sensational. And all that gets
- 2:06:40Speaker 1: imported from Italy, so he can import it from Italy.
- 2:06:43Speaker 2: Ingredients.
- 2:06:44Speaker 1: Yes, everything is imported from Italy. Or the mortadella, the mozzarella,
- 2:06:49Speaker 1: all that stuff, so he's getting it all from Italy,
- 2:06:52Speaker 1: all the sun dried peppers.
- 2:06:53Speaker 2: Bro, It's sensation.
- 2:06:56Speaker 1: I mean, next time.
- 2:06:58Speaker 2: I never had a chance to try it.
- 2:06:59Speaker 1: Next time, Next time I go to New York, You're
- 2:07:01Speaker 1: coming with me, all Bro, You're gonna feel so bad
- 2:07:04Speaker 1: the next day though, Oh my god, Sunday, I'm like,
- 2:07:06Speaker 1: I'm not eating. I'm not eating anymore. I looked like
- 2:07:08Speaker 1: I was pregnant. My stomach was out like that. Far.
- 2:07:10Speaker 2: I ate so much.
- 2:07:12Speaker 1: He gave me a four foot long sandwich. Dude, it
- 2:07:15Speaker 1: was four feet long. I just kept stuffing it in my
- 2:07:18Speaker 1: fat face. I ate meatballs. I ate four or five canoli's.
- 2:07:22Speaker 1: I ate so much. I should not have gone that deep.
- 2:07:25Speaker 2: And what do they cater the event? Why did they
- 2:07:28Speaker 2: jump off giant sandwiches?
- 2:07:29Speaker 1: He just does it for me, does like I've blown
- 2:07:32Speaker 1: him up online. I've blown him up on the podcast.
- 2:07:35Speaker 1: His deli's killing it. He's a great guy. And I
- 2:07:39Speaker 1: found them just randomly gn R Deli in the Bronx.
- 2:07:42Speaker 1: That's how I found them.
- 2:07:43Speaker 2: After you left. What do you mean after you left
- 2:07:45Speaker 2: New York?
- 2:07:45Speaker 1: This is like, oh yeah, this is recently. This is
- 2:07:48Speaker 1: like within a couple of years I found you know,
- 2:07:51Speaker 1: because most of the time I eat really clean and
- 2:07:53Speaker 1: most of the time it's just meat. But when I
- 2:07:55Speaker 1: go off, I go I like to really go on.
- 2:07:58Speaker 2: I've seen you literally like eat like a like somebody
- 2:08:01Speaker 2: that just got released.
- 2:08:03Speaker 1: It's a problem. I'm a real glutton, man. I eat
- 2:08:07Speaker 1: massive It's not just eating food that I shouldn't be eating.
- 2:08:11Speaker 1: I'll eat a massive amount of it.
- 2:08:12Speaker 2: Yeah, some good pasta. It's hard to stop.
- 2:08:15Speaker 1: I can't stop.
- 2:08:16Speaker 2: It's hard to stop.
- 2:08:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well, so I ate at this place Teresi
- 2:08:20Speaker 1: with my wife on Friday night. That was incredible Italian food.
- 2:08:23Speaker 1: I ate way too much there. Wait, it was insensational.
- 2:08:27Speaker 1: And then the next day Giovanni shows up with these
- 2:08:30Speaker 1: two giant four foot sandwiches. But my rule is when
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: I'm in New York, all bets are off. All that
- 2:08:36Speaker 1: diet ships out the window. I'm eating for fun. I'm
- 2:08:40Speaker 1: just eating for fun. When I'm in New York.
- 2:08:42Speaker 2: I ate it. I ate it on Sunday and then
- 2:08:47Speaker 2: and then I did sushi scratch last night.
- 2:08:49Speaker 1: Oh my god. Shout out to Jesse Griffiths. Jeff Jesse
- 2:08:52Speaker 1: is the head chef and the owner of Die Due.
- 2:08:54Speaker 2: He's the man I stumbled onto that place, and I
- 2:08:58Speaker 2: thought I was putting you on you like I know
- 2:09:00Speaker 2: that guy.
- 2:09:00Speaker 1: Yeah. I found out about that place years ago because
- 2:09:03Speaker 1: he was on my friend Steven Ronell's podcast, and I
- 2:09:07Speaker 1: was like, oh, that guy's so interesting, and so I
- 2:09:10Speaker 1: actually had I don't know if I had him on
- 2:09:12Speaker 1: my podcast before I aided his restaurant or after, I
- 2:09:16Speaker 1: don't remember. But then we went to his restaurant like
- 2:09:18Speaker 1: during the pandemic when we first moved here, and it
- 2:09:20Speaker 1: was like you have to be spread out. We actually
- 2:09:22Speaker 1: ate outside the first time we did it because we
- 2:09:24Speaker 1: couldn't eat inside yet.
- 2:09:25Speaker 2: Bro, And you know, you know what not because I
- 2:09:28Speaker 2: love because you know it's great restaurants all of Austin,
- 2:09:30Speaker 2: and I know, I know it's gonna be good whenever.
- 2:09:34Speaker 2: The staff is generally happy to be there, like you
- 2:09:38Speaker 2: going to die do it. Everyone fucking loves it there,
- 2:09:41Speaker 2: especially like if you see old people working there. Yeah,
- 2:09:45Speaker 2: you see somebody like, you know, just pushing fifty and
- 2:09:49Speaker 2: they still love and the happy and gingerly that it's
- 2:09:53Speaker 2: you know, it's gonna be good.
- 2:09:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I do it a sensation.
- 2:09:56Speaker 2: Yeah. The thing and the thing about them is everything
- 2:09:58Speaker 2: is from Texas. There's nothing in there you can't like,
- 2:10:01Speaker 2: you can't even get like a diet coke in there.
- 2:10:04Speaker 2: They don't have anything that ain't from Texas.
- 2:10:07Speaker 1: Nothing so good too. Yeah, and he always has like
- 2:10:11Speaker 1: exotic ship on the menu.
- 2:10:13Speaker 2: The menu is always changing, but you can always get
- 2:10:15Speaker 2: those those pork chops.
- 2:10:17Speaker 1: Oh yes, pork chops, a wild chops. Sensational. Yeah, everything sensational.
- 2:10:22Speaker 1: Jesse is like one of the best chefs in the country.
- 2:10:24Speaker 2: I've been there enough times now where I know, like
- 2:10:26Speaker 2: anything you order's.
- 2:10:27Speaker 1: Gonna be good. We are spoiled here, bro, yeah, big time.
- 2:10:31Speaker 1: There's so much good food in Texas and specifically in Austin.
- 2:10:35Speaker 2: At the at the medium to high level, the fast
- 2:10:38Speaker 2: food is trash. Like if you seriously, like if you
- 2:10:42Speaker 2: if you're if it's not a Texas fast food place,
- 2:10:46Speaker 2: it's such a phenomenon.
- 2:10:47Speaker 1: To me, like, like what's trash?
- 2:10:49Speaker 2: Like everything that's not a Texas place, Like Dan's is great,
- 2:10:53Speaker 2: but a burger is great. But like but like chick
- 2:10:56Speaker 2: fil A is not as good. McDonald's good, Chick fil
- 2:11:00Speaker 2: Wendy's is terrible.
- 2:11:01Speaker 1: Chick fil A like a month ago was amazing.
- 2:11:03Speaker 2: No, it's okay, but but it's but it's it's not print.
- 2:11:07Speaker 2: The service is not as chickil A tastes the same.
- 2:11:09Speaker 1: Everywhere you go inside is a drive through thing. Man,
- 2:11:15Speaker 1: you want eating your car like a pig, but like
- 2:11:18Speaker 1: a disgusting person who hates them.
- 2:11:19Speaker 2: Chick fil A might be somewhat of exception, but like
- 2:11:22Speaker 2: even in and out, even in and out here is
- 2:11:24Speaker 2: not as good.
- 2:11:25Speaker 1: What were you telling me that Chick fil a has
- 2:11:27Speaker 1: like aluminium innute?
- 2:11:28Speaker 2: You want that's probably.
- 2:11:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it was Tony. Yeah, he was saying Chick fil
- 2:11:33Speaker 1: a has aluminum innute or something.
- 2:11:35Speaker 3: What does it have in it?
- 2:11:37Speaker 1: What is a controversial ingredient?
- 2:11:38Speaker 3: It's i think it's the buns or something. But it's aluminum.
- 2:11:41Speaker 1: It's in a lot of stuff aluminum.
- 2:11:44Speaker 2: What though, it's not just no, no, no, no, it's not.
- 2:11:47Speaker 1: It's like it's foil. They grind up foil makes it thicker.
- 2:11:51Speaker 2: But sometimes certain names sound scary, right, right, but it's
- 2:11:56Speaker 2: just it's something normal.
- 2:11:58Speaker 1: Right, Like vitamin C sounds scary. Excorbic acid like, oh.
- 2:12:02Speaker 3: No, Sodium aluminum phosphate.
- 2:12:04Speaker 1: Yeah, is that a preservative? Man? Preservatives? That's what's wrong
- 2:12:09Speaker 1: with us. Everything is preserving your gut biome. It's all
- 2:12:13Speaker 1: getting in there, all this back to here.
- 2:12:16Speaker 2: Sodium aluminum phosphate. Yeah, I don't think that's bad. But
- 2:12:21Speaker 2: also also I've probably eaten so much of whatever that is.
- 2:12:26Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah.
- 2:12:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:12:28Speaker 1: That's when you think about like food like that. You're
- 2:12:31Speaker 1: just not supposed to eat it every day, that's all
- 2:12:33Speaker 1: it is. It's really good if you just want to
- 2:12:35Speaker 1: eat it and enjoy, like you ever have canes those chicken.
- 2:12:38Speaker 2: Fingers, Yeah good, pretty good if.
- 2:12:42Speaker 1: You just don't do it every day, just every now
- 2:12:45Speaker 1: and again.
- 2:12:45Speaker 2: But again, even canes, even canes is better in other places.
- 2:12:50Speaker 1: What are you a cane's connoisseur.
- 2:12:52Speaker 2: No, No, but I'm just I've eaten been fast food.
- 2:12:55Speaker 2: I've eaten a lot of fast food.
- 2:12:57Speaker 1: I've heard that in and out here is not as good.
- 2:12:59Speaker 2: In and out here's not as good. Wendy's is not
- 2:13:01Speaker 2: as good.
- 2:13:02Speaker 1: Does the in and out here have the SAMEFC?
- 2:13:04Speaker 2: Is bad?
- 2:13:05Speaker 1: Does it in and out here have the same sort
- 2:13:07Speaker 1: of menu or you can get off menu stuff.
- 2:13:10Speaker 2: It's the same. It's the same everything, except the service
- 2:13:12Speaker 2: sucks and the food is not as It's just not
- 2:13:15Speaker 2: as consistent, you know what I mean. Okay, like because
- 2:13:18Speaker 2: I've never before been before here, I've never been to it,
- 2:13:21Speaker 2: because you know, like Chick fil A and in and
- 2:13:23Speaker 2: out that's a certain standard, especially if you're coming from LA.
- 2:13:26Speaker 2: But you said McDonald's too, the McDonald's here is trash,
- 2:13:30Speaker 2: is it? Yeah?
- 2:13:32Speaker 3: Once when McDonald's actually bought like my favorite pizza place
- 2:13:35Speaker 3: from Ohio, they couldn't expand it, right because like you
- 2:13:38Speaker 3: couldn't get the same ingredients you get in Ohio, So
- 2:13:42Speaker 3: you don't like your quality.
- 2:13:43Speaker 1: But doesn't McDonald's like send all the ingredients to all
- 2:13:46Speaker 1: their places.
- 2:13:46Speaker 3: But that means you don't have one giant McDonald's farm.
- 2:13:49Speaker 1: You don't know. I mean we would know where that is,
- 2:13:53Speaker 1: you know. Oh my god, imagine the slaughter going on
- 2:13:56Speaker 1: the McDonald's farm. How many fucking cows are losing their life.
- 2:14:00Speaker 2: Yes, but if I'm gonna eat at McDonald's in any
- 2:14:03Speaker 2: city you can, you can find the good McDonald's, like
- 2:14:07Speaker 2: you just google with the good McDonald's in whatever. But
- 2:14:11Speaker 2: here there aren't any. They're all they're all terrible.
- 2:14:13Speaker 1: Interesting. Yeah, and so it's a food distribution thing. I'm
- 2:14:17Speaker 1: pretty sure how they're getting bad beef in Texas.
- 2:14:19Speaker 3: It's not bad beef, but it's it's just not the same.
- 2:14:21Speaker 3: It's not consistently the exact same. So the process might
- 2:14:24Speaker 3: not have this.
- 2:14:25Speaker 2: The thing is, it's not it's not great food. You
- 2:14:27Speaker 2: eat at McDonald's because you know what you're gonna get.
- 2:14:29Speaker 2: It's it tastes just like it does every other time
- 2:14:32Speaker 2: you've had it. But it's not because it's the best.
- 2:14:35Speaker 2: But when it so, when you when you settle for McDonald's, right.
- 2:14:38Speaker 1: And you and you just you know, it's like you
- 2:14:40Speaker 1: have a standard.
- 2:14:40Speaker 2: It's like calling your X. You know, it's like you
- 2:14:42Speaker 2: settle for it and it's not as good. You just like, no,
- 2:14:46Speaker 2: it's like it's gotta taste like it I'm expecting, got it,
- 2:14:49Speaker 2: you know, But it's just it's just off.
- 2:14:52Speaker 3: Have you ever seen some people argue that restaurants are
- 2:14:54Speaker 3: just who can cook the best Cisco food they're all
- 2:14:58Speaker 3: getting it from the same kind of distributor. Well then
- 2:15:00Speaker 3: most of them are, really But I mean, I mean
- 2:15:03Speaker 3: that's really dwindling it down to the base of like
- 2:15:05Speaker 3: that's not really what everything's happening.
- 2:15:07Speaker 2: But yeah, like I'm pretty sure if you see like
- 2:15:09Speaker 2: Southwest egg rolls, like, it's probably a fifty percent chance
- 2:15:12Speaker 2: that that came from as Cisco Freezer.
- 2:15:14Speaker 1: You know that Mexican place you turned me onto one under?
- 2:15:17Speaker 2: I know, a bummer.
- 2:15:18Speaker 1: I can't believe it's called No, no, it's both places.
- 2:15:21Speaker 2: To remember what it was called, man, but it was incredible,
- 2:15:24Speaker 2: it was so good. Yeah, maybe they just moved. Maybe
- 2:15:27Speaker 2: I need to look look them up because I forget
- 2:15:28Speaker 2: the name of it.
- 2:15:29Speaker 1: I don't know, man. I think they went under because
- 2:15:31Speaker 1: they spent a lot of money on that place. Remember
- 2:15:33Speaker 1: the artwork in that place.
- 2:15:34Speaker 2: Yeah, well the location was not because they weren't near
- 2:15:37Speaker 2: any other restaurants.
- 2:15:38Speaker 1: It wasn't terrible though it wasn't hard to find.
- 2:15:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's still off the path of like anywhere,
- 2:15:43Speaker 2: Like if you had to go over there, there was
- 2:15:45Speaker 2: no other reason to go over there, and she lived
- 2:15:47Speaker 2: over there, but you.
- 2:15:47Speaker 1: Go over there for a restaurant, Like it seemed like
- 2:15:49Speaker 1: they were packed when I was there, That's what it was.
- 2:15:51Speaker 2: Confused they were, they were, but towards the end it
- 2:15:55Speaker 2: started being less and less.
- 2:15:57Speaker 1: That happens, man. People get excited about a new place
- 2:16:00Speaker 1: and it's popping it first and then it sort of
- 2:16:02Speaker 1: dies off.
- 2:16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's but that's the first one. That's the
- 2:16:06Speaker 2: first time I've seen a great restaurant go under that
- 2:16:09Speaker 2: I like and quick. Yeah, it was probably a year.
- 2:16:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a fucking tough business man. That's a tough business.
- 2:16:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was. And that was started by a
- 2:16:18Speaker 2: guy that like knew what he was doing.
- 2:16:21Speaker 1: That's how tough it.
- 2:16:22Speaker 2: Is, right, don't you know the guy?
- 2:16:25Speaker 1: I met him, No, I met him there.
- 2:16:29Speaker 2: You know what I wish they would bring here is
- 2:16:30Speaker 2: a bizarre meat. Oh yeah, I mean it's probably he
- 2:16:34Speaker 2: probably would go to like a bigger city than Austin maybe.
- 2:16:36Speaker 1: But well he's got one in Chicago. He just opened
- 2:16:39Speaker 1: up one in New York. Oh really, Yeah, we hit
- 2:16:41Speaker 1: the one in Chicago.
- 2:16:42Speaker 2: It was great.
- 2:16:43Speaker 1: And the new one in Vegas. He's got a new
- 2:16:45Speaker 1: one in Vegas. He moved spots to a different casino. Yeah,
- 2:16:49Speaker 1: same deal. Thought sensational, off the chart and they always
- 2:16:54Speaker 1: look out. Yeah, they're great. Yeah. And Jose Andress came
- 2:16:58Speaker 1: on the podcast The Headshow. He was great. Such a
- 2:17:01Speaker 1: nice guy man, that guy genuine like you want to
- 2:17:05Speaker 1: talk about real charity. That guy genuinely goes to like
- 2:17:09Speaker 1: war torn regions anywhere there's some sort of a natural
- 2:17:12Speaker 1: disaster and he brings trucks and they start cooking and
- 2:17:15Speaker 1: they feed people for free.
- 2:17:17Speaker 2: They feed that level of food.
- 2:17:19Speaker 1: Yes, his food, his food. He loves helping people, like
- 2:17:24Speaker 1: genuinely loves helping people and loves cooking for people. And
- 2:17:28Speaker 1: and and he he went to Poland and was catching
- 2:17:31Speaker 1: the Ukrainian refugees when they were leaving Ukraine and these
- 2:17:35Speaker 1: people are starving. He set up shop start feeding them.
- 2:17:38Speaker 1: That's that's how good a guy is. And he's a
- 2:17:40Speaker 1: master master chef. His restaurant's incredible. He came in here.
- 2:17:44Speaker 1: He was making food for us while we're doing the podcast.
- 2:17:46Speaker 2: Oh he had he had a.
- 2:17:48Speaker 1: Piece of ham. He's cutting off ham and shit and fan. Yeah,
- 2:17:54Speaker 1: this thin sliced remember that.
- 2:17:56Speaker 2: It comes with a stand.
- 2:17:58Speaker 1: Yeah. Man, he gave me a whole. I took it
- 2:18:01Speaker 1: home with me.
- 2:18:01Speaker 2: Yeah. It'll last forever.
- 2:18:03Speaker 1: Yeah, it lasts forever. It's cured.
- 2:18:05Speaker 2: Yeah, Bro, it's so good.
- 2:18:06Speaker 1: It's so good.
- 2:18:07Speaker 2: Good foods be the downfall of me.
- 2:18:09Speaker 1: Yeah, but you could have both. You just gotta you
- 2:18:12Speaker 1: gotta have. Like you ever see the Rocks cheap meals? Yeah,
- 2:18:16Speaker 1: on Sundays, the Rock will have these legendary cheap meals.
- 2:18:18Speaker 1: I don't know if he still does it, but he
- 2:18:20Speaker 1: would post him on Instagram. It's like a stack of pancakes,
- 2:18:22Speaker 1: giant chocolate chip cookies.
- 2:18:24Speaker 2: The Rocks shrunk down now, Like John.
- 2:18:26Speaker 1: Said, yeah, I think he got too big because he
- 2:18:30Speaker 1: did that movie, The the movie about Mark Kerr, The
- 2:18:33Speaker 1: Smashing Machine. By the way, it didn't get into the
- 2:18:37Speaker 1: love it deserves. It's a really good movie. It's not
- 2:18:41Speaker 1: just an MMA movie. It's a very realistic MMA movie too.
- 2:18:45Speaker 1: It's like really like The Rock is Mark Kerr. They
- 2:18:48Speaker 1: even gave him like a forehead thing, like a prosthesis,
- 2:18:51Speaker 1: so he looked more like a Neanderthal like Mark Kurta.
- 2:18:53Speaker 2: I thought he was gonna get a nomination for that.
- 2:18:55Speaker 1: He gained thirty pounds of muscle, wore twenty two prosthetics,
- 2:18:58Speaker 1: and trained at m A camp to physically transformed for
- 2:19:01Speaker 1: his role as Marker. Look what he looked like? Scroll
- 2:19:03Speaker 1: up so you can see what we look like. Look
- 2:19:05Speaker 1: what he looked like. There that's Mark. That's the actual Mark,
- 2:19:08Speaker 1: and that's the Rock next to him. But that's the
- 2:19:10Speaker 1: Rock obviously playing Mark when he was younger.
- 2:19:12Speaker 2: Oh is Mark Curson alive? Yeah?
- 2:19:13Speaker 1: Yeah, he did my podcast recently. Yeah. Man, that Smashing
- 2:19:18Speaker 1: Machine documentaries crazy.
- 2:19:20Speaker 2: I thought the Rock was nominated for that.
- 2:19:21Speaker 1: He should have. He should have. It's really he did
- 2:19:24Speaker 1: a fantastic job, but nobody watched it. It's one of
- 2:19:27Speaker 1: those just slipped under it. If it comes out the streaming.
- 2:19:29Speaker 1: I can't recommend it enough. It's a really good movie,
- 2:19:32Speaker 1: and it's not just an Mma movie. It's like there's
- 2:19:35Speaker 1: moments in that movie where you get anxiety, like, oh
- 2:19:37Speaker 1: my God, don't do that, Jesus Christ, what are you doing.
- 2:19:40Speaker 1: It's one of those movies. It's crazy, but he does
- 2:19:42Speaker 1: a phenomenal job. Phenomenal.
- 2:19:44Speaker 3: He hasn't not been nominated yet. They haven't come out.
- 2:19:47Speaker 1: Oh okay, oh he will, he should be for that.
- 2:19:50Speaker 1: I don't think he will get you know, it's hard.
- 2:19:52Speaker 1: The Academy and a martial arts movie and it's like,
- 2:19:55Speaker 1: you know, it's for meatheads.
- 2:19:57Speaker 2: Jimmie, I'm surprised you ain't got no sponsorships with a search.
- 2:20:00Speaker 2: I mean what you mean? You literally known for looking it.
