SPEAKER_01: Hulandafkufes and we're gonna start where we left off yesterday.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_01: Um I don't know probably 10 lines from the bottom, 11, 12 from Kufches Ahmud Bayt.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_01: So small recap we're gonna need for the following Gemara.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_01: So classic daf yesterday, Khulandaf Kufches, uh a lot of different uh Yesui D halochas about taruis, etc.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_01: What we need for now is what we learned yesterday in the Mishnah.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_01: We saw the first din in the Mishnah that a tipas chalov shenofala chatiha.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_01: A tipa of chalav a drop of milk fell onto a khatiha within a pot.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_01: So if it has enough in it, that's gonna be nice and tam.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_01: Nice and tom in that khatiha itself.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_01: So it was nice and tom, less than one to sixty of that piece of meat itself, then it's gonna asir it.
• 0:45
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_01: That khatiha is gonna be asr.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: Now we saw Rav came along in the Gamarin clarified what that meant.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_01: He said, not only is that khatiha gonna be asr, but khanan, chatiha atmanasas naveila.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_01: That entire khatiha becomes a shtik isr.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_01: So when you look at it relative to the rest of the pot, you don't you don't only look at the drop of milk compared to the rest of the pot for the shishim.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_01: But rather, you're gonna look at that khatiha compared to the rest of the pot.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_01: And actually, shishim is not gonna matter as we know, because minbeminoi einoi bottle, and all of a sudden that shtick of busr becomes the issir.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_01: Now you add that piece of busr that now is the naval itself.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_01: That piece of busr is isr itself, khatiha atmanasas nava, and therefore it's in a pot of a bunch of other meat.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_01: So even if it's more than one to sixty, it's one in a thousand.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter how people of the elephant because minbemino eyebattle because hepaskins like remused us.
• 1:32
  SPEAKER_01: That's what Rap said.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_01: When the Mishnah said that Hatiha itself becomes Usr, if it's not Shishim, it means that Khatiha Atman Asis Nivelah, that entire piece of meat becomes a shtik of isr.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_01: We look at the piece of meat compared to everything else, minbemina and a bottle, like a rihud, and therefore it pa'asrs the entire pot, a big khumra from Raph.
• 1:51
  SPEAKER_01: That's what Rav said.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_01: Now we saw in the Gemara, the Gemar said that this khidish is based on a machelik-samar, about of ifshr l-sehtah is asr or not.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_01: And that's what the Gemara is gonna pick off today.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_01: Efshr Lisahta Asr or Mutr basically means that if you have uh you have a taruvas over here and you have isr that got niblah into something that was uh hetr.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_01: So you have the piece uh a little drop of milk that got nibla into the piece of meat.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_01: What if you re-cook it?
• 2:15
SPEAKER_01: You take that piece of meat and re-cook it now.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_01: Do we say efrh sahta if you could squeeze it out?
• 2:20
SPEAKER_01: That piece of whatever the the piece of isr that's nivlah into this piece of meat, so the drop of milk, if you re-cook it, it's gonna come out.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_01: And effta maybe it's gonna be mutter.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_01: If it comes out, now it's gonna be make everything muttar because it came out, it got mixed back in, it's buttled bashishim, and you're gonna be good to go.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_01: So if we say afshal sahta muttar, yeah.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_01: But some amaram say afshal a sahta asr, meaning you could recook it a hundred times, and even though the blias came out of the piece of meat, it's still gonna be asr.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_01: That piece of meat never becomes mutter, it's still gonna be asar, even though technically it came out.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_01: Because it's still gonna be asr that piece of meat, and even if you recook it doesn't make a difference.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna tell me afshal sahti asr, so says the gemar, and that's machlik as amaram, like we saw yesterday.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_01: But says the gemara, this whole khiddish of Rav is based off the premise, and it has to be that Efshalashda is Asr.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: Because if Efshalse is mutter, if you're gonna tell me that Efsehda is mutter, which basically means what, if you get the blias out of this piece of meat, then it's going to be mutter now.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: And let's say a regular piece of meat, you recook it, you got the bliis out.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_01: Now if those bliis compared to everything else is but the beshish, and then it's gonna be good to go.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_01: Everything is gonna be kosher.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna tell me that, then over here in this case, what happened?
• 3:22
SPEAKER_01: A drop of milk fell onto this piece of meat.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_01: I hear, you're telling me chanah and everything, khatiha atmanasas navel, the entire thing becomes usr.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: Okay, but if efil is saikte mutr, then the second you start stirring the pot and the blias of milk came out of that piece of meat and got mixed into the rest of the pot, it's about the bashishim.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_01: If efil is left in muttr, so it comes out and everything should be muttr.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_01: The fact that you're telling me that khatiha atmanas nevela, that khatiha itself becomes issir and asrs up the entire pot can't work if you say efilashte muttr.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_01: Now it's not mutually exclusive.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_01: If you hold effra usr, it doesn't mean you have to hold khatiha atmas nas neveila, the entire thing becomes usr.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_01: That's the entire khatiha becomes a shtik isr, that's already an added khumra of rah.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: But if you say that khatiha atman as predicated on the fact that afshalsehta usr.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: Because again, if efelashta mutr, there's no starting point.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't make sense to say that this entire thing becomes usr.
• 4:14
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 4:14
SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna tell me that it could undo itself in the first place, of course the entire thing doesn't become usr.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_01: The bliyas come out and everything is muttr all of a sudden.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_01: So therefore, it must be predicated off the aloha that effte is usr.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_01: That's Rav Allah.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_01: So Efshal Sahta Asr, we saw yesterday, we brought a machikis Amram.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_01: We could you could see the names in yesterday's death.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_01: But says the Gemaran, that's where we're gonna start off today.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_01: The Efshal Sekhteh at my tanohi.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_01: Although we quoted it as machlekis amairaim that Rav has to hold of Sahta Asr, you should know Efshal Sahte Asr is actually a machlakis tannoim.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_01: It's an earlier machik's tannaim, meaning even though you had these Amir Ram and was first generation, uh Giddayle Amaraam, we had uh we had a Raish Lakesh, we had Rabbichanan, I believe, we had Rav.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_01: So the point is, even though Rav himself, we saw he was one of the Amairam that held Fshti Asr, which very much lines up with our khajun we made that he had told that.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_01: Still, it's actually an earlier machlakis tana'am, and where do we see that?
• 5:03
SPEAKER_01: Tanya, we have a machelik, we have a braise uh tipa shalv shuffala khatiha.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: A tipas khab, this is our case.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_01: A drop of milk falls onto a khatiha within a pot.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_01: Kevinasantama khatiha, khatiha atmanasis nabela.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_01: Once it was nice in Tamanha Khatihah was not but shish within that khatiha itself, it was less than 160 to that piece of meat.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_01: What happens?
• 5:22
SPEAKER_01: This khanan, this is the aloha.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_01: Khatiha atmanasis neveila, Vaiseres Escola, Khatihas Vaiser, it's called Khatih, that entire that piece is going to become Isr, and therefore it's gonna passle up the entire path.
• 5:35
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 5:35
SPEAKER_01: Because min memina in a bottle.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_01: Kulan Mephanesh and Mina, because it's the same min, if you're beautiful, that's sheetas rabi'uda, who's gone the shietase, then min be mina in a bottle, and once we look at this piece of meat, we say khanan is a lach of rav.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_01: We see clearly old like that.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_01: Rabiuda holds of this khidish of Rav that khatiha atman asas namelah.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_01: So once the piece of meat becomes the ithir, so the piece of meat is a bun amongst uh pot full of meat, and therefore it's the same min, min memina in a bottle, the entire thing is going to be asr.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna aser up the entire pot.
• 6:04
  SPEAKER_01: That is shaetas rabiuhuda.
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_01: But we're gonna prove in a minute how we see that Rabi'uda holds that that what's it called?
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: That uh that's uh safte asr.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_01: As we saw already.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_01: If you hold Hanan, of course you hold afshal safta asr.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_01: But we're gonna see in a second what the mufflaq is tanab over here is.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_01: It's only gonna be usar in the entire pot.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_01: If this drop of milk is gonna be nice in tam in the right of the milk of the right of the pot, the kipa is like the sediment of a katichas and the pieces of meat, meaning it has to be nice and tam in this entire pot.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_01: And if not, then it's not going to be usar.
• 6:37
  SPEAKER_01: Umbar Rebbi.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: So Rebbi came along and said about this braisa.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna be Machriya, or rather, Rebbi is part of the Braissa.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_01: Rebbe's a Tana, and he's part of the Braiso over here, but Rebbi's being Machriya within this uh earlier Machlaikus Tanoim between the Chacham and Rabudah.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_01: Rebbi said, I'll be Machriya.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_01: Nirind the Ribihuda Vishalay near.
• 6:55
  SPEAKER_01: Vishlaikisa.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: It makes sense to say like Rabbi Huda, meaning the Rabbiudash Shita makes sense in a case where you weren't near Vilay Kisa, where you didn't mix up the pot.
• 7:05
  SPEAKER_01: Again, did you there?
• 7:06
SPEAKER_01: What's the Mitsia over here?
• 7:07
SPEAKER_01: The piece of milk dropped onto the piece of meat that's sitting within this pot.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_01: What's the Mitsuas?
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_01: It very much matters.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_01: Did you mix it up right away?
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: Did you not mix it up right away?
• 7:14
SPEAKER_01: We saw in the we saw in the Mishnah.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_01: Uh the Mishnah was mahalic between those two things.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_01: But if you mixed it up right away without giving it time to get absorbed by that piece of meat, it's a whole different animal.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_01: There's no room to say manasas neve because it didn't get mixed up in that piece of meat.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: It got mixed up in this entire pot, and if it's shishim compared to that, we're not gonna say min memina at a bottle because it's not min bamino.
• 7:32
  SPEAKER_01: It's a piece of milk.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_01: We're not talking about a piece of meat that became isar and now compared to the rest of the pieces of meat.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about the piece of milk, and therefore, copy the other ones.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_01: If you mixed it up right away, it's min mim, it's min bisha eino mina, that's for sure gonna be bottle, and it's it's not gonna have a problem.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_01: So said they give says Rebbe, near in the Rebuhuda, beshai near Bshai Kisa.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_01: It makes sense to say like a beuda in the case where you didn't mix it up and you didn't close the pot.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_01: So it didn't stuff didn't get mixed up over here.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna say, like Ruda, that we only look at that chatiha.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_01: We look at the chatiha, the khatih atmanas navail, you're gonna have a problem over here.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_01: Vidivir chaham makes sense to say like the chamim, bishenir vikisa, where you did mix it up and you did cover it.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_01: So the gemer tries to break down right away what Rebbe is talking about because it makes a difference.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_01: When exactly did you uh were you near Vikisa?
• 8:17
SPEAKER_01: When did you mix it up?
• 8:18
SPEAKER_01: When did you miss this together?
• 8:19
SPEAKER_01: So that's what the Gemara's gonna try to do.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: Again, what did Rebbe say?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_01: Rebbi said, N'irin diverbihuda, Bhishiloi, nearin divuda, bishilain near Vishlaikisa, and there near the chamim, vish near Vikisa.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_01: So says the Gemara, what are we talking about over here?
• 8:32
  SPEAKER_01: Mine Linar Vilakisa.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_01: What do we mean when we say that it's nearin divirbihuda?
• 8:36
SPEAKER_01: Makes sense to say like a beuda where you didn't mix it up and it fell right on the piece of meat and you didn't mix it.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_01: It got absorbed into the piece of meat, so we're gonna say like a beuda.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_01: Where what are we talking about?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna tell me that we didn't mix it at all.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_01: He dropped onto that piece of meat and zahu.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_01: That piece of meat, and you didn't mix it at all, didn't get nisar bakhlal into the rest of the pot.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_01: It says the gumara mivla bala, mifla blay palat.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_01: So what happens over here?
• 8:58
SPEAKER_01: If you didn't mix it, didn't cover it, nothing happened, it stayed still, this pot.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_01: So I don't understand.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_01: This piece of meat was mifla balah, it absorbed the milk into this one piece of meat sitting on the top.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_01: Mifla dai palat, and it was never piloted onto the rest of the pot.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_01: It was never niflat out of that piece of meat, it never came out because you never moved around anything, and therefore, why should even Rabbi Huda say that the other khatihs are gonna be asir?
• 9:21
SPEAKER_01: Even Rabbiuda, that's the most making here.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_01: Why should he say the other khatihs are gonna be asso?
• 9:24
  SPEAKER_01: There's no taruvas.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: It's sitting on the top, it's its own thing, it was miflapalah, it was never nifla, it was that the milk was never niflat out of that piece of meat to the other ones.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_01: So even Rabbiuda should say it's gonna be fine in that type of case.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_01: Because again, nothing was moved over here.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_01: So, Allah, what must it mean?
• 9:38
SPEAKER_01: Loin near bithila, the basai.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_01: What does Rebbi mean when he says it's near and Ribbihuda Bishaloinir?
• 9:43
SPEAKER_01: He means that you weren't near bithila, meaning right away when it dropped on, you didn't mix it, you weren't mixing it while the milk dropped in.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, what doesn't make a difference in the beginning or the end?
• 9:51
SPEAKER_01: Because if in the beginning, if you didn't mix it in right away, then it gave time for the milk to get absorbed into that one piece of meat.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden you have this one piece of meat, uh the way we have this khiddish of khanan that a khatiha atzman asas nabilah that khatiha becomes a piece of meat of Isr, and therefore it's gonna now be mixed in.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_01: Now you were near, now you mix it into the rest of the pot, and it's gonna be uh it's gonna asrub the whole pot because min mimina in a bottle.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_01: So it means you didn't mix it in the beginning, and you left time for the meat to absorb Al-Abasai, but you did mix it at the end.
• 10:20
  SPEAKER_01: But like he's a bit khila al-Basaif says a Gemara Amai.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_01: But if so, we kinda explained, uh, got ahead of ourselves over here, but Amai, why according to the Bihuda would it be usr in this case?
• 10:31
SPEAKER_01: Why, according to the Bihuda would it be Usr in this case where you where you mixed it up, Habalah, the Habalat.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_01: If you mixed it up, I hear that it got absorbed within this one piece of meat, but it also was piloted.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_01: It was piled straight out.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_01: As soon as you mixed it up, the piece of milk came out of that piece of meat and got mished into the rest of the pot, and it's about the bashizim.
• 10:48
  SPEAKER_01: What's the problem?
• 10:49
SPEAKER_01: So we know the answer, and this is where the Gemara builds it, Kissamar.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_01: Efshalasihta Asser, because he clearly holds the usr that even though it got what came out of the piece of meat, I don't care that it came out.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_01: Once it's usar, it's asser, and therefore efta usr, even if in a different case you re-cook it, it comes out, or in our case you mished it up and now it came out, doesn't matter.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, you have this shtik isr of this piece of meat, added khidish of khanam, like we saw in this bri's that Rabbi'd also holds off, and therefore the khatiha itself becomes asr.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_01: It never comes out because he holds efshal sahta usr, and therefore it's going to asr up the entire pot.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: What do we clearly see over here?
• 11:26
SPEAKER_01: We drop what we're trying to say, that fshihta usr is actually machagas tanun.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_01: We solved half of the equation, right?
• 11:31
SPEAKER_01: Who is the tana that holds efekta usr?
• 11:33
  SPEAKER_01: Clearly, Rabbiudah.
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_01: But says I'm a side point.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_01: It implies from the Rabiyud himself would hold that if even if you were mixing it right in the beginning, Mitchilabat soif, or you were kizilabat soif, right in the beginning as the milk dropped on, you didn't leave any time for it to get absorbed into this one piece of mean.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like Rabiudah himself would still say it's usr.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_01: Why does it sound like that?
• 11:58
SPEAKER_01: Because if you go back, what did Rebbi say?
• 11:59
SPEAKER_01: Rebbe's commenting on the machlik's between Rabbi'd and the Haham.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_01: And Rebbi said, Nirind the Rebiuda, it makes sense to say like Rebuudah Bishaloynir in the case where you didn't make it.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_01: And it makes sense to say like the Khacham and where you did.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_01: What does that sound like?
• 12:12
SPEAKER_01: If he asked Rabbiuda himself, he says it across the board.
• 12:14
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 12:15
SPEAKER_01: Rebbe's saying it makes sense to say like him in this case.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_01: Oh, but if he asked Rebuh himself, he probably says it across the board.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: That's why Rebbe's limiting it to one case.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_01: So says the government, I don't understand.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like this, it's Mikhal Rebiuda himself holds that even if you were mixing it in the beginning, or you kisa it in the beginning, you missed it up and you didn't leave time for it to get absorbed into this meat, it's still gonna be asar ama away, a lay balakal.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_01: It wasn't by laya into this one piece of meat at all, and it dropped into a big pot that you were missing from the first second, and therefore it should be botobashishum, a tiny drop of milk into a big pot.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_01: What's the problem?
• 12:44
SPEAKER_01: It was never but it was never got never got into that one piece of meat.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_01: Why would Rabida hold it's gonna be astra over there?
• 12:48
  SPEAKER_01: says the Gemara.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_01: Ema La near Yafayafa, but like it's a Yafayafi.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_01: And a kanami says the Gemara.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_01: You want to know why?
• 12:54
SPEAKER_01: Because Rabuda makes a separate gzaira.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_01: Even if you're mixing it up from the beginning, he technically holds.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: Listen, if it was really mixed from the beginning 100%, yeah, you're right.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_01: It was butle right away, you have no problem.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_01: But he makes a gzaira that we're worried.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_01: Ama linear yalfeyaf and maybe you didn't mix it good.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you weren't mixing it good, maybe you started a second later, maybe you didn't really mix it good, and it had time to get absorbed into that one piece of meat on the top, and therefore I'm gonna have a problem, Hanan, Min Mimin in a butt, according to me, and therefore that's why I say, but it's really xera in that case.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_01: In the case where you were mixing it from the beginning, or Kisa from the beginning, Rabyda just holds it's a Xira that again, um, that again were worried that maybe you didn't, and maybe you did give it time to be boilea.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara like this.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: Omar, and that's how by the way, Rashi has a little bit of a different gear, so you could see that on the standing.
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_01: Shemalin yarkilayof.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_01: Rashi says, Shemalinia, and that's the gear so he has shemolinar trialyof and maybe you didn't, that's what he's worried about.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_01: It's more of a gzera than maybe you weren't near Thila in the beginning very good.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_01: And Rashi says that what?
• 13:51
SPEAKER_01: That really Rebya agrees with everything Rabbi Huda says, that he just argues about a gzera.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_01: Rebbi holds that we don't say the ghzair of Rebihuda, that we have to be gazed and maybe you left time, maybe you didn't do it properly.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: No, we don't say that.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: But everything else he holds like Rabbiuda, Rashid says, Rabbi Kabase, Avobut Efshta Asr, Uhum Min Mamina the Bottle, Sabi Kabase.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_01: But the other main points over here, Fshal Sehta Usr, and the fact that Min Mamina in a bottle, that he does hold like Rebbi Huda.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemaru like this.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so we solved the half the Khajman.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_01: We said that Ashul Sehta Plige, Fshal Sahta Asr is actually a machalikasanan.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: Who is the Tanah holds afshul sahti usr according to the khajun we just made?
• 14:26
  SPEAKER_01: It is Rebihuda.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: Okay, what about the Khachamim?
• 14:29
SPEAKER_01: Amara, let's see the Khhambin.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_01: Dibri Hachamim, Keshanir, Vikisa.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_01: We saw Rebi in the Bryce said.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: Then it makes sense to say like Rebihuda when he wasn't near Bathila Yafa.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_01: And it makes sense to say like mix it, then you did cover it.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_01: What are we talking about?
• 14:46
SPEAKER_01: Like we said before, ileman seveley near Batchilah.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_01: If we mean that you were near in at the end, but you didn't mix it in the beginning, makisabloy kisabathila, and again you were kisibl-sev and not kise of batchila, then ha amr divirbiuda biha.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_01: You said in that exact case, that is near the verbihuda in that case.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_01: So what do you mean in divirkhachalim in that case?
• 15:05
SPEAKER_01: That's the exact case that we just said that that's what Rebbi meant when he said it makes sense to say the Kabyuda.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_01: So Ella near Mitchilabat saif, the kiss of mithlabatsif.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_01: It must be that what did Rebbi mean?
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_01: That Mitchilabatsof.
• 15:17
  SPEAKER_01: Then no.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_01: Then it makes sense to say like the Khachamim when you were mixing from the beginning.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_01: You covered it from the beginning.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_01: You were missing it around from the beginning.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_01: That's where it makes sense to say like the humim that it didn't get a chance to be.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: Well yeah, it says the Gemara.
• 15:29
  SPEAKER_01: Uh Kisabasevilah Kisabatchila.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_01: What do we clearly see that the Rabbanan holds?
• 15:35
SPEAKER_01: Then near Besoy, Villoin Bikhilah or Kisabilah Kisabethkila.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_01: If you only mixed it at the end, what does it sound like the Khamim?
• 15:43
SPEAKER_01: Again, because Rebbi's commenting the same way he was commenting on uh on on Rebudashita, he's commenting on the Chachamim.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_01: Nirindivre Khachamim! It makes sense to say like the Khahanim in this case.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_01: That is Michlaal, that's mashmah, that the Kham say that across the board, not only in your limitation you apply.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, says the Gemara Michlaal, it implies for me that the Rabban Sabri that the Rabbanan themselves hold then you're besabi and besavil, even if you didn't do anything in the beginning.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_01: You let it time to be belea, you net you let it, you gave it time to be nibila, and you only mixed it up afterwards.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like even in that case they're gonna hold its mutter.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_01: What do we clearly see over here?
• 16:17
  SPEAKER_01: Almakesabri efel sechtein mutter.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_01: Clearly they hold afshalte is mutter.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 16:22
SPEAKER_01: Because even though it got but it got it was belea into that one piece of meat because you only mixed it at the end, and you gave it time to be belea into that piece of meat, still you mixed it at the end, it was afshalsehti, it came out of it, like the case where you're re-cooking it, it came out of it, you mished it all up, it's gonna be good to go.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_01: Clearly, the abundant hold the effte mutter, and there you have your machelikes tanoim, efelashti usr according to the bioda, and efelse mutter according to the says the Gemaraviter.
• 16:50
  SPEAKER_01: I'm later machimidlina.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_01: Ramachmidti asked Rabina the following.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_01: So you came along and said that this whole machelikas of Efsakte Usr is actually a machlekis tanoim, not only Machlikis of Maram, like we just saw, where from this Brice that we had a machelikus between Rabid and the Chachamim, we had Rebbe in the Brice that was Machriya between Rabyud and the Chachamim.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_01: The way we explained is that the Machlikis was Efra Sachta Asr or Efshal Sahtai Mutter.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_01: Rebuhda holds usr uh and Chachamim hold muttr.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_01: Says the Kimar, how do you know?
• 17:21
SPEAKER_01: How do you know that that's Baklala Mahleikis?
• 17:23
SPEAKER_01: Dilba Efshul Sachita Diba call Asir.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_01: Maybe everyone agrees that Efshless Sa'ta is Asir.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_01: Maybe even Ribihuda holds that Efshr Lis Sayta is Asr over here.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, maybe even Hachamim hold a Rbihuda.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_01: That Epsil Sayta is Asr.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_01: The Hacha bin Minbimina Kamislagi.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_01: And over here the only machlekis is Minbimina.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_01: There are the machlekis gufa is about shiftless Ribiuda, then Min Bemina in a bottle.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_01: That what?
• 17:45
SPEAKER_01: The Rabbiuda Lithameh, the Amar Min Mamina Bottle.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_01: Ribihuda's Lithameh, he goes the shita seh.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_01: He goes according to his own reasoning that Minbeminah is not bottle, and therefore you're gonna have this problem.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_01: Khatiha Atman Asas Nabelah.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna say that efalsahta is usr, right?
• 17:58
SPEAKER_01: So the entire chatiha becomes usr, because also chatiha atman asas neveh.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_01: We make a xera, so I don't care when you mish it, you're gonna have a problem.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_01: And that chatiha is gonna as sir everything else in the pot.
• 18:08
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 18:09
  SPEAKER_01: Because Minbemina ain't a bottle.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_01: And we're low- what's the isra over here?
• 18:12
SPEAKER_01: The isra is the piece in meat compared to the rest of the pot.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_01: And the rest of the pot is meat, min bemina and a batal, you're gonna have a problem.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_01: That's where they cut that that's where the chamin go off.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_01: They agree with everything until now, yeah.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_01: We're worried, we make a xairah, we're ashw sahta usr, chathiha atman asasnava.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_01: Across the board we agree until the point, right now we have a piece of meat that's a shtik isr according to the cha'min because khatiha t'ma asnava, ash's the asr, everyone agree, everyone agrees.
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_01: But now they argue.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_01: It's still not gonna pass with the rest of the pot, it's still not gonna asser the rest of the pot.
• 18:40
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 18:40
SPEAKER_01: Because minbeminay bottl according to the chamin.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_01: So as long as it's one in sixty, they're gonna argue on that last point, and it's not gonna answer the entire pot.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_01: So says the gemara, now butri minbeminai, batal, they hold that minimina is gonna be batal.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_01: So even though Ashul Saihta Asr, it still only aswers the pot if it's nice in town.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_01: But if it's not, because regular bidl applies over here, I don't care that it's min bamina.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_01: But if it's not one, if it's uh more than one in sixty, then it's everything's gonna be mutter.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's the machlekus over there, it says that the Gemara knocks it off right away.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_01: Because, I might, what are you talking about?
• 19:10
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm read the Bishlam there are bana bimin mimina, ha'ribiudisvila.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna tell me Bishlama, if you're gonna tell me, like we said in the first option, the way we explained the machleikis, that the machleikis is about afshalteplingy.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_01: If that's the machlekis, and you're gonna tell me according to the way we explained it first, that what there are bananas, that there are bannan over here, hold like Rebuhuda as it relates to Min Bemina, that they agree Min Bemina Usr, and the whole machle is Fshekhth Usr, Efla Sahtemutr, then Uba Efshal Sechtepling, and they're arguing about Fshtai, then Hynu the Kaama Rebbi Nerian Div Rebuhuda Beha, Vidiva Khachambiha.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_01: Then it makes sense what Rebbi said.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_01: Again, you have to remember that Rebbi's part of the Brahsa.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_01: So we have to Rebbe's words have to make sense.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: It's not like we could just, uh, you know, we we change the explain the Brahsah differently, whatever Rebbe said what he said.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_01: No, Rebbe's part inside the Brahsah and therefore what Rebbi said has to stim with the way we're explaining it.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_01: So instead of says the Gemara, that makes sense according to the first way we explain it, it makes sense to say that that makes sense where Rebbe commented on that, then near the Rebuda Bah, that it makes sense to say like Rebihuda in the case of Loin near Bithhila, where you didn't mix it in the beginning, so it makes sense to say like a riudah that it gets absorbed into the piece of meat because the whole focus is the piece of meat itself.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_01: And it makes sense to say like the khachamim in the case where you were near Bithhilah, you did mix it right away, so it didn't get absorbed into the piece of meat, and therefore the entire thing is but it is gonna be bottl and it's gonna be mutter, says the Gemara.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_01: But if you're gonna tell me like we just suggested, that that eschel isr, that really even the khahum are gonna agree to beudah that efftay is gonna be asr.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_01: And the whole machlakis of Aqab and Min Mamina can be.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_01: The whole machine here is about this khidish of Rebuhdh, the Min Mamina and a bottle.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_01: Because hai nirin to ribuda, the ain't nearin me by Rebbe should have said, it makes sense to say the kabud in the case of Len Nirbithila, the Ain Nirin.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't make sense to say Lakuda where it was Nirbithhila.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 21:10
SPEAKER_01: Because if the whole focus is Min Bemina Bottle or Min Bemina in a bottle, then basically it wouldn't make sense to say that the we're not Bakhlau talking about Sheeta's Chachamim over here.
• 21:20
  SPEAKER_01: That's what we're basically saying.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_01: Because in the second option, Rebbe wouldn't be even be saying Sheita's Chacham because he's not in the second option.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_01: What are we saying?
• 21:27
SPEAKER_01: That Rebbe, Rebbe's commenting on Chachhomin and Rebiuda, and the way we explained it, the Chachhomin is the Chachhomim even agreed to Rebuda.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_01: They agreed to Rebi Huda that Eshl Sachta is gonna be usr, and they agreed to Rebuhuda's Gzaira even, even in a case of Loin Near, even in a case of near Bithila where you mixed it in the beginning, they would agree to Rebuhuda that we're gonna make a Gzera, maybe you didn't mix it well in the beginning, and therefore maybe it fell and was nibla into this piece of meat, and Khanan Khatihaatmanas Nebela, and therefore uh it's gonna be Mivatal the whole thing.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_01: They would agree in that case, so it's not the focus.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: Isn't whether it's uh whether it's uh near bethilah lay near bethilah because again in that case they would agree.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_01: If the whole machelikas is about minimina in a bottle, then they agree.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_01: The way we explained it, they agree to everything else.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_01: They agree even to the gzera, even if it was lay near bethilah, or rather, even if it was near bithila, even if you mixed it right away, they would agree to the gzera biodemakes that we have to be worried maybe you didn't mix it well.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_01: Okay, meaning in other words, what?
• 22:23
SPEAKER_01: Very simply put, in this last piece, a little bit confusing, but where Red Be said Nivr Nirin Divre Chachamim, Kishanir Bithhilah, it makes sense to say like the hachamim in the case of Nir Bitchila.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so meaning where you're doing after time.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_01: It makes sense to say like Rebihuda, it makes sense to say like the Chachamim where you were near Bithila, where you did mix it up in the beginning properly, that would not be a true statement, basically.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_01: If the machikis is about minbemina or not, it wouldn't be a true statement because that is not Sheeta's Khachamin.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_01: They would actually hold like Rebihuda in that case, and therefore, not like Rebi said, that it Why?
• 23:02
SPEAKER_01: Because in that case, again, we're talking about the whole the whole point of it here is that the focus is the piece of meat or not the piece of meat.
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_01: Because why?
• 23:09
SPEAKER_01: In the first case, the way we explained it, the whole machis was about effulsachte asr, efulsahta mutter.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, you could say it makes sense to say like in this case that the piece of meat is going to asr everything, and it makes sense to say like in that case that the piece of meat is not gonna asser everything because the piece of milk popped out of the piece of meat, so you don't have a piece of meat to asser everything because afsuch mutter.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_01: But if the whole focus is about min bimina bottle, min bamina enabattle, like the way you just explained, and they really agree, they agree over here that uh they agree over here that that uh they agree over here about everything else that Efshal Sayta Asser, then it wouldn't make sense.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_01: Then again, the focus the khal is not about sheet of him, it's about within Rabbi Huda, about about min bamina bottle, minbemina in a batal, and the way to say it was Nirin Div Ribi Yudah vein nearin divre rabihuda me but that's what Rebbi should have commented on the machleikis, and something more of a Sulay Midi according to this khajbin, there's nothing else to say on this, and the only khajbin to have, the only khazbin that makes sense in this right so is the first way we explained it that the machleikis is about after according to the Rebuhdh, and afshalsachte mutter according to the Khachamim.
• 24:14
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry what.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: So why we say beforehand that it's that they hold it, but you can also say that it's not a big thing.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_00: Different Khacham.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_01: Different Kham, yeah, that's what we would say.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_01: That's why we we, if you notice, we commented before.
• 24:28
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 24:29
SPEAKER_01: Khacham over here would hold, not like that, right?
• 24:31
SPEAKER_01: Different khum, always uh yeah or no.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_01: According to the first the first suggestion, yeah, it makes sense.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_01: Says the mission of I Thor.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_01: We'll try to go faster on this next portion.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_01: This is definitely the easier part of the daf.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_01: Says the gimmick says the mission like this.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_01: Hakhal, the udder of the animal.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_01: That's the part where all the milk is uh stored up.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_01: So kairai umaizi is khalboy.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_01: So you have a problem if you have uh you're trying to cook an animal and you just shut the animal with tons of milk.
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 24:58
SPEAKER_01: Because you're eating the bosser and there's a bunch of chalabasa.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_01: So what do you do to get rid of that khale?
• 25:02
SPEAKER_01: So what do you do?
• 25:03
  SPEAKER_01: So akal kai.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_01: Before you cook it, you're supposed to uh cut it open.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_01: Umaitzi is khali, you're supposed to take out the milk.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_01: And like her, what if you didn't?
• 25:10
SPEAKER_01: Like our you didn't rip it open and you cooked it.
• 25:12
SPEAKER_01: Ain't nobody, you're not gonna be over.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna see what that means in a minute.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna be over, you're not gonna uh be chai of khores uh for or rather it's not khare's for the milk, but you're not gonna be over a label here, you're not gonna get malchased.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_01: Says the gamora, haliv, what about the lave?
• 25:25
  SPEAKER_01: says the Mishnah.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_01: What about the labeled at the heart?
• 25:26
SPEAKER_01: The heart you have a similar similar problem.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_01: It's not milk and meat, it's not bas of, but the heart you have a da mish.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_01: Dam is a heav khare, terrible thing.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_01: It says the Gemara, Halev, says the Mishnah, sorry, but the third time.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_01: Halav, Kura Imat's what are you supposed to do before you cook it?
• 25:39
SPEAKER_01: You're supposed to open it up, take out all the blood that's found over there.
• 25:42
  SPEAKER_01: What if you didn't?
• 25:42
SPEAKER_01: Like, what if you didn't rip it open?
• 25:44
SPEAKER_01: Ain't ever that you're not gonna be oivr?
• 25:46
SPEAKER_01: And very important, Rashi Rashi says as it relates to the lave, what does it mean in the Mishnah that you're not gonna be oivir?
• 25:51
SPEAKER_01: If you didn't, you're not gonna be iver the khi of karis, and he brings uh Gemara Messach's priestess that we said that this Mishnah is specifically talking about mukim la belev oif.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about a leaven of an oif, that why are you not gonna be oivir?
• 26:02
SPEAKER_01: Sha'in bedama kazais, because there's no kaza'is of blood.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_01: Avema chay of karis and lakara achar bishulai.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_01: You're going to be haiy of karis if you didn't rip it open because there's a kazais of blood over there, and it's a terrible hey of karas, and therefore don't take this phase value.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_01: So that's the Gemara like this.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_01: Omar Ribzaira Amarab.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_01: Ribzir is in the name of Rav, and this is gonna be the focus of the rest of the death.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_01: When we said in the Mishnah that the khal, the utter, you could cut it open, take out the milk, but if you didn't, Ain't Averlov, you're not gonna be iver.
• 26:29
  SPEAKER_01: What does that mean?
• 26:30
SPEAKER_01: Ain't you not gonna be oiver, but it's still gonna be asser, like potter of alasr?
• 26:33
SPEAKER_01: Or no, Aina Avarlav and actually muttr to do.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_01: Once you didn't do it, don't worry about it, you could eat it.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara, says Rabzera Amarav, Aina Avarlavu mutter.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_01: It's actually gonna be mutter.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_01: Zakrashi, you're not gonna be oivalami dare, so um mutter l-hathilah, it's gonna be mutter lachhilah to eat.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_01: Rashi says very importantly, in Bishlah, if you cooked it, we're gonna see soon that means roasting it.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_01: If you roast it, then it's gonna be muttar la chathilah to eat.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemarva Anantan, but didn't we say in the Mishnah?
• 26:56
SPEAKER_01: How does that work with the lush of our Mishnah?
• 26:58
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't, it wasn't really Mashmah that way because our Mishnah said, Ain't which sounds like Miyaverhu Delayov?
• 27:04
SPEAKER_01: But that very much sounds like you're not oiv, but it there is an isr, right?
• 27:07
SPEAKER_01: If it was mutter, it should have said mutter.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_01: It didn't say that, it said enabler.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna be oiver.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like okay, you weren't oivr, bidyaved, but it's still gonna be usr.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_01: It says the gimmar, you're right.
• 27:15
  SPEAKER_01: Bidinu the surinamilaka.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_01: Really, like we said, it's actually mutter.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_01: There's not even an isr over here.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_01: You want to know why it used that misleading lush?
• 27:22
SPEAKER_01: Because the aidabla mis seifa, since we wanted to say about the sefa about the heart, that this is not necessarily true.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_01: And about the seifa that haleif karumati is dummy like a love.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_01: We said as it relates to the heart that if you didn't rip it open, you're not gonna be oivr.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_01: And has me'averu do layavar hoy sure iko.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_01: Over there that you're not gonna be oiver if you didn't, but there's still an isr to eat in lachila.
• 27:42
  SPEAKER_01: So tananami rasha.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_01: So since that was the true halocha in the seifah about the heart, then we also said in the raisha about the utter that ain't a love, that but really it's actually gonna be mutter.
• 27:53
  SPEAKER_01: So you're right.
• 27:53
SPEAKER_01: Ain't a love applies its usr, implies it's usr.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_01: A no, you're not oiver, but it's still gonna be usar.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_01: But that is only dafka in the seifa, it's not dafka in the raisha, and the raisha, ina over love, and it's actually gonna be mutter.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_01: It says I'm released, let's try to bring a ride to this.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_01: Haul the utter, kaira you matias khabai.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_01: You rip it open, what are you supposed to do?
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_01: Take out the milk.
• 28:11
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 28:12
  SPEAKER_01: What if you didn't?
• 28:12
SPEAKER_01: Lai karai, you didn't rip it open and you cooked it.
• 28:19
  SPEAKER_01: What if you didn't?
• 28:20
SPEAKER_01: So now the Bryce uh says you do something else, actually.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_01: After it's cooked, now you cut it, and now it's gonna be mutter.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_01: What does that sound like over here?
• 28:28
SPEAKER_01: We only gave you a way out, we gave you a different option by the second case, not the first case, and therefore this big deal can be made.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like the lave only needs to be ripped open after the cooking, but the call wouldn't even need to be ripped open.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_01: And that sounds like it's mutter look at killer from the beginning.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_01: Says like a moral, who said?
• 28:44
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you could say the other way after fuck it.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you can make the opposite deer.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_01: That the lave, you're able to make a takana.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_01: You're able to be misakin it over here by just ripping it after the bishop.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_01: But as it relates to the kol, maybe it's not good at all.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_01: Maybe loy sagile bikriya, maybe it's not even good once it's done.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_01: Once you didn't do it, you can't do it anymore.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_01: But it's still gonna be usar.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_01: And maybe it's actually worse, says the Gemara.
• 29:08
  SPEAKER_01: So it's not necessarily a ray.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_01: Same exact thing in the reverse.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_01: That umram zera, amarav, eino ever love, asr.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_01: When we said inaver a love, you're not gonna be oiver, but the case of the khul, we that's actually that actually means not that it's gonna be mutter.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_01: In our love, exactly like it sounds, but usr.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: And it's actually gonna be very usar, mechathila to go and need it.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_01: It says try to bring a raya now from our Mishnah.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_01: Our Mishnah very clearly said, A no oiver love, which sounds like me'avarudula, ha isura eka.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_01: That you're not oivir, but it's still gonna be asir, so it sounds like a raya.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_01: So, the game are done with isr and amalata.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_01: No, I can tell you that the Mishnah is not a raya.
• 29:40
SPEAKER_01: Really, there's not even any isr, and it's actually gonna be mutter.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_01: So why did it use that lush and that's mashman?
• 29:44
  SPEAKER_01: It's asir?
• 29:45
SPEAKER_01: By name Limits Seifa, Haley, Kara, Matsi is Dama.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_01: Since in the Seifa, there's actually an issir, and that's why it used the lush, implying there's an issir about the lev, because by the leave it's actually usr.
• 29:57
SPEAKER_01: So Nami Resha, Ana Avalav, so the Resha also said it's gonna be Asir, or didn't say it's Asr, but it says Ana Uiver, a love, which sounds like you're not oiver, but it's there's still an issir, but it's actually lavkah, because maybe it's actually mutter, so not a ray.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_01: From the same rice that we brought before.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_01: On this version of her on arab that says it's actually gonna be usr.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_01: Like it sounded like in the Mishnah.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_01: Sounds like says the brais well.
• 30:22
SPEAKER_01: What are you supposed to do?
• 30:23
SPEAKER_01: Rip it open and take out the milk.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_01: If you didn't and you ate it, you're not gonna be either.
• 30:28
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_01: Haley, what about the lave?
• 30:30
SPEAKER_01: Kara might say it's dumb.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_01: Lai kara, what if you didn't?
• 30:32
SPEAKER_01: Now we have a takana.
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_01: Kaya la achabishua.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_01: So after you cook it, now you should also rip it open.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_01: Uh mutter, then it's gonna be muttar.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_01: What does that sound like?
• 30:38
SPEAKER_01: Levud by kriya, avukala bai kriya.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like the lave needs to be ripped open, but the call doesn't even need to be ripped open, and it sounds like it's gonna be muttr.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_01: After you cooked it, you cooked it, whatever it is, and it's gonna be muttar.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_01: It sounds like a kasha, and we what Rub Zay Ramarav just said in the second version that it's gonna be usr.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_01: Says a gimmara, no, not necessarily a kasha.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_01: Dilma levud sagile bikriya, vukhall l'hagale bikriya.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we're just saying a takana for the lave.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_01: That the lave, yeah, you're right.
• 31:01
SPEAKER_01: It's usr across the board.
• 31:02
  SPEAKER_01: Both cases are asr.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_01: But the lave after you cook it, you have a way to make a mutter if you rip it open.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_01: But the kh, maybe there's no way to make a mutter, maybe it's gonna be usr across the board, and therefore it's not necessarily a kasha.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_01: It says a gmaratani k ishnakama the rav, we have a braisa that supports the first version of what Rav said that.
• 31:19
  SPEAKER_01: What?
• 31:19
SPEAKER_01: That e na oivar alov, uh mutter.
• 31:21
SPEAKER_01: That's actually gonna be mutter.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_01: You're not oivar if you didn't rip and pour out the milk and you then you cooked it, it's actually gonna be mutter afterwards.
• 31:28
  SPEAKER_01: You roasted it.
• 31:29
SPEAKER_01: So ish nakama the rav.
• 31:30
SPEAKER_01: We have a braisa supporting that first version of Rav.
• 31:32
  SPEAKER_01: That khoshabishalbai mutr.
• 31:35
SPEAKER_01: A khal that you cooked it, you roasted it along with its milk, it's actually going to be mutter.
• 31:40
  SPEAKER_01: What about keyvah shabishabalbah?
• 31:42
SPEAKER_01: The keibah is a different part of the you could call it uh saw the word abhomazin.
• 31:46
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what that even means.
• 31:47
SPEAKER_01: But if that means something to you, then if you cook that with its milk that's found over there, usr.
• 31:51
  SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be usar.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be what's the difference?
• 31:53
SPEAKER_01: Ma hefers means bemeyov, the zain conosbeme.
• 31:58
SPEAKER_01: One is a little more intertwined, the the the keiba, it's more intertwined in the may'ab, and therefore it's gonna be a lot more uh a lot harder.
• 32:06
  SPEAKER_01: Nice.
• 32:08
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, makes sense.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_01: So that it's much more intertwined, it's gonna be harder to get out.
• 32:11
SPEAKER_01: The zain conos bemev, but this one, the khal, it's not so conus bemev, it's not so intertwined in the stomach, and therefore, um it's gonna be much easier to remove them here.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_01: Kitsadkara, how exactly do you rip it open?
• 32:24
SPEAKER_01: What's the procedure you're supposed to do?
• 32:26
SPEAKER_01: So Amaru the Khirishtibeh, you cut it both directions, so then you smear it on the wall, you smash it on the wall, trying to squeeze out all the extra milk.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_01: And I'm a lay rebut sham, and by the way, says the gomarib, but that's hold his shamish.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_01: Kradi vano echel, rip it over for me and I'll eat it.
• 32:43
SPEAKER_01: What's the bit what's the kiddish over here?
• 32:46
SPEAKER_01: You're supposed to rip it open.
• 32:47
SPEAKER_01: The khiddish is how kamashbalan, the loy bin in shabba erevikai.
• 32:50
SPEAKER_01: So the whole khiddish is that all he said was rip it open.
• 32:53
SPEAKER_01: But you don't have to start ripping it in a certain shesiff, you don't have to start being a taqhibakai so that all you don't need and we'll hold it over here for today.
