- 0:10Speaker 2: Too bad, But what did you expect.
- 0:13Speaker 1: It's a podcast call twenty five whistles twenty wine.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Everybody walk home. We are doing a Thanksgiving show. That's right,
- 0:22Speaker 3: because we care and we want you to be able
- 0:24Speaker 3: to listen to something whenever you're tired to listen to
- 0:26Speaker 3: your family. Oh, b wist, sorry just waiting. Man, Hey,
- 0:31Speaker 3: I bet my bad.
- 0:32Speaker 4: You're good.
- 0:32Speaker 3: You're taking a breath. Then you were just holding I
- 0:35Speaker 3: was holding bad, My bad, my bad, my bad. There's
- 0:38Speaker 3: a story that first of all, do you ever who
- 0:41Speaker 3: yells at their television while watching games?
- 0:42Speaker 4: Me?
- 0:43Speaker 3: Me? Do you yell at the television? I think I
- 0:45Speaker 3: yell at the couch because it's the only thing that
- 0:47Speaker 3: I hit.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Do you like turn into the couch, do you know?
- 0:51Speaker 3: But I will look down and be like, oh, I
- 0:53Speaker 3: look at the couch. I think you hit.
- 0:55Speaker 4: You hit the couch.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the only thing I really hit in my life,
- 0:57Speaker 3: unless I'm working out, Like I was slow apped the couch.
- 1:00Speaker 5: I broke my hand punching the couch one time. Punching
- 1:03Speaker 5: a couch punching a couch. I was not been the
- 1:04Speaker 5: soft part. No, it was the corner of like the
- 1:07Speaker 5: end of the couch, the wood part.
- 1:09Speaker 3: That's aggressive what I was at a game?
- 1:12Speaker 6: No mom?
- 1:13Speaker 2: Oh your mom my mom?
- 1:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I was like she told me, not that you
- 1:17Speaker 4: can't do something.
- 1:18Speaker 2: She told me to like do something.
- 1:19Speaker 5: I think it was like clean something up, and I
- 1:20Speaker 5: just got angry about I don't know howd anger issues
- 1:22Speaker 5: as a teenager, and just I just turned the first
- 1:25Speaker 5: thing I saw and I punched the corner of the
- 1:26Speaker 5: couch and it happened to be the wood part, and
- 1:28Speaker 5: it broke my hand. I went upstairs and act like
- 1:30Speaker 5: nothing was a big deal. When school next day, couldn't
- 1:33Speaker 5: close my hand and I was like, yeah, I think
- 1:34Speaker 5: I broke it.
- 1:35Speaker 3: And I did little hat in hand, little humble pie.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I learned my lesson the hard way. Do
- 1:40Speaker 2: you still have anger issues?
- 1:42Speaker 5: No, No, I've no, you just got rid of them.
- 1:47Speaker 5: It's like the virus almost like it never really leaves it.
- 1:50Speaker 5: It's called therapy. You learn how to deal with is
- 1:53Speaker 5: what it is. But when I was a teenager, a
- 1:55Speaker 5: lot of trauma. I was like, I was mad at
- 1:56Speaker 5: my parents at the world.
- 1:58Speaker 4: Well, it's a safe place, man. If you want we
- 2:00Speaker 4: want to talk about something that's a holiday, we have
- 2:02Speaker 4: a soft couch over there.
- 2:04Speaker 2: It is a holiday family all day.
- 2:06Speaker 3: There is a contest going on, the roto Grinders Armchair
- 2:10Speaker 3: Coach Contest. They're looking for the loudest, most passionate football
- 2:13Speaker 3: fan who thinks they can call plays better than the pros.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Fans can nominate themselves or someone they know by submitting
- 2:18Speaker 3: either a short video of their best coaching moments or
- 2:21Speaker 3: a three hundred word essay showcasing their football smarts. The
- 2:24Speaker 3: selected armschair coach won a two thousand dollars cash prize,
- 2:27Speaker 3: plus fun extras like a whistle, foam finger, a gallon
- 2:29Speaker 3: of gate raid. All they have to do is watch
- 2:31Speaker 3: the game of their choice and share top reactions yells
- 2:33Speaker 3: at the TV screen analysis, basically getting paid to yell
- 2:36Speaker 3: like they probably already do from rodogrinders dot com. But
- 2:40Speaker 3: what's great about it is they're giving away two thousand
- 2:44Speaker 3: dollars as a prize, yet they're going to get a
- 2:46Speaker 3: ton of publicity for even the site. I've never even
- 2:49Speaker 3: heard of it. It sounds like a gay app.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Rodo Grinders, Well, you know what grinder?
- 2:55Speaker 3: Yeah, is an app where dudes meet dudes.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Grinder, What is that?
- 2:59Speaker 2: Don't act like I don't know that much.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Roto is like, uh, rotisseriri. It means like football and baseball.
- 3:07Speaker 3: It's rotisar Baseball is how all fantasy started.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Yes, okay, it's fantasy because every year I buy a
- 3:12Speaker 4: Roto something magazine from my draft You do. Yeah, it's
- 3:15Speaker 4: at the grocery store.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Yeah, A whold on second, let me check my phone.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Is it nineteen ninety seven?
- 3:22Speaker 2: You know why those?
- 3:23Speaker 3: And it's also not up to date because they had
- 3:25Speaker 3: to make it with paper, put it in a box, right,
- 3:28Speaker 3: ship it to the store. It sits on the shelves.
- 3:30Speaker 4: They have one that you can get about two months
- 3:32Speaker 4: before draft season, then you have an updated one they
- 3:35Speaker 4: send a month before draft season, and then you have
- 3:37Speaker 4: one which is like right in the middle of draft season.
- 3:39Speaker 4: So you just kind of like you can buy all
- 3:41Speaker 4: three and kind of see what they thought and now
- 3:43Speaker 4: what they're thinking.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Why would you buy a paper magazine when you could
- 3:46Speaker 3: just go online and buy even subscribe online and get
- 3:50Speaker 3: real time edits.
- 3:52Speaker 4: I understand, And it does give you that when you
- 3:53Speaker 4: buy the magazine. There's a code that you can put
- 3:56Speaker 4: online and it gives you all the digital version.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Living in the past.
- 4:00Speaker 4: No, it's not it's not even that I like I
- 4:02Speaker 4: read the magazine. It's tradition. It's it costs five dollars
- 4:06Speaker 4: and when it's okay, fan edition, I'm okay. It's fantasy season.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Part of it's going over to the grocery store and
- 4:11Speaker 4: buying the magazine.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Why aren't you any better than you think I'm not.
- 4:14Speaker 4: I'm not good at fantasy, dude, I don't know. I
- 4:17Speaker 4: suck at fantasy.
- 4:19Speaker 5: You're good fantasy. I'm having a good year. Yeah, but
- 4:22Speaker 5: Bobby's pretty good. He's in the playoffs every year.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Yeah. I think I've won it a couple of the
- 4:28Speaker 2: last few years.
- 4:29Speaker 3: But it's okay. Our league, though, has kind of falling off.
- 4:32Speaker 3: I think we mentioned this.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Yeah, our old league.
- 4:35Speaker 5: Yeah, it's it's the league we're in, the one that
- 4:37Speaker 5: I'm that we're all in together.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. I used to run it like the commissioner
- 4:42Speaker 2: is legit.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Dude, he used to run it. We used to draft
- 4:45Speaker 4: in Vegas.
- 4:46Speaker 2: I'll do that. I did newsletters every week.
- 4:49Speaker 4: There was a trophy.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Oh wow, I just got too busy, and so we
- 4:53Speaker 3: put it over to Mike signs or were you doing?
- 4:55Speaker 3: I know he does a fine job. He's a good commissioner,
- 4:58Speaker 3: but I'm in another league. We've all paid a bunch more,
- 5:01Speaker 3: and so what matters more? Yeah, And I don't even
- 5:03Speaker 3: like doing two leagues. I've said this before, but I
- 5:06Speaker 3: know a couple of those guys, but it was a
- 5:07Speaker 3: high dollar league and I was like, this would be fun,
- 5:11Speaker 3: and so I focus on that one a little more.
- 5:13Speaker 3: But I'm doing fine in both. I'm doing good at both.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Are you in the playoffs for this for our league? Yeah?
- 5:17Speaker 3: Right now?
- 5:18Speaker 4: I think I play you this week? Yeah, yep.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Have you guys looked at my whole team's been hurt though, Yeah,
- 5:23Speaker 3: And I'm just saw that just getting.
- 5:24Speaker 5: By what I played Mike last week? He had, uh
- 5:28Speaker 5: who went off Mike Gibbs.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Gibbs, Oh Gibbs one off like fifty points huh.
- 5:31Speaker 2: He still lost, Mike.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Wow.
- 5:35Speaker 5: And we played week six, I look back at won
- 5:37Speaker 5: by point seven. So the two times he's played me,
- 5:41Speaker 5: me over.
- 5:42Speaker 3: They've sort of announced the Arkansas coach. So as we're
- 5:46Speaker 3: recording this, it's all over people saying it I still
- 5:52Speaker 3: don't know that it's officially official, but Alex Golish, who
- 5:57Speaker 3: we had on the show, and who I was like, hey, dude,
- 5:59Speaker 3: come Arkansas. A lot of people are crediting me with
- 6:01Speaker 3: convincing him to go look a fable on the fall.
- 6:03Speaker 2: As they should.
- 6:04Speaker 6: That's what you say, wife, man.
- 6:06Speaker 3: And if something happens and they're like, just kidding, it's
- 6:08Speaker 3: not then eh, okay, we misspoke. I know. Here's what
- 6:14Speaker 3: I have known for a while. He was the first
- 6:15Speaker 3: one that was offered the job and had he decided
- 6:18Speaker 3: because he was thought there was another job opening as well.
- 6:20Speaker 3: He was gonna decide between those two jobs. And we
- 6:22Speaker 3: had a second guy lined up too, who I won't
- 6:24Speaker 3: say who cares. So I knew it was gonna be
- 6:27Speaker 3: one of the two.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And you're okay with either both.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I'm okay with whatever. Again, I've not really associated any
- 6:34Speaker 3: emotion to anything. Can't be disappointed if you don't have
- 6:38Speaker 3: any sort of expectation, and I think that'll be fine.
- 6:41Speaker 3: We weren't gonna spend a bunch of money on a
- 6:43Speaker 3: but who even was except for like Lane Kiffin.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Yeah, you didn't think you're gonna get Lane.
- 6:48Speaker 3: We're gonna do higher Lincoln Riley when I'm gonna who's
- 6:50Speaker 3: getting new Penn Steak? Can't you figure out.
- 6:51Speaker 2: What they're doing?
- 6:52Speaker 6: I know?
- 6:52Speaker 2: Yeah, And all of a sudden they're like gonna scream at.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Auburn's gotta figure out what they're doing. And all those
- 6:56Speaker 3: coaches like the John Summerls, the Alex Golishes, the Ryan
- 6:59Speaker 3: silver Build, all those American Conference guys all like to me,
- 7:04Speaker 3: they're all kind of in on the same level of
- 7:06Speaker 3: the shelf. Yeah, some of them will end up being
- 7:08Speaker 3: better than others. Obviously some have had different versions of winning,
- 7:12Speaker 3: but they're all kind of the same.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So I'm not gonna jump in like coaching cars. So
- 7:15Speaker 2: it's a terrible It's all good.
- 7:17Speaker 5: You think there's any way Clark Lee leaves Vanderbilt, I
- 7:20Speaker 5: don't because, like I mean, a team like a Penn
- 7:24Speaker 5: State or Florida might want him for sure, because what
- 7:26Speaker 5: he's done is unbelievable. But I think he loves Vandy
- 7:28Speaker 5: so much.
- 7:29Speaker 3: It played there.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Yeah, he's from here. Yeah, I mean his homes here,
- 7:32Speaker 4: so it's kind of perfect.
- 7:33Speaker 3: But you know, but it is Florida or Penn State. Yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 3: Penn State's last coach came from Bandy though, which is
- 7:38Speaker 3: kind of weird.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Day Franklin was here when we moved here. He was
- 7:41Speaker 3: a coach of Andy. Yeah, realized that, and he jumped
- 7:43Speaker 3: up to Penn State. I don't but I don't know.
- 7:46Speaker 3: I have no insight on that. I didn't even want
- 7:48Speaker 3: insight on the ARKANSASO. My guy was getting anoyed with.
- 7:50Speaker 4: It, So what what do you mean? Like, people are
- 7:52Speaker 4: just texting you stuff and you're.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Like it'd be like, what do you know? And I'd
- 7:56Speaker 3: be like, nothing, what do you know? So they would
- 7:59Speaker 3: just tell me.
- 8:00Speaker 4: How would you ask what do you know?
- 8:01Speaker 3: Well, because then I would know what they told me.
- 8:03Speaker 4: I didn't know, but you didn't want to know.
- 8:05Speaker 3: But at first I started off with nothing.
- 8:07Speaker 2: It was like what do you know?
- 8:09Speaker 3: Nothing?
- 8:09Speaker 2: What do you know?
- 8:10Speaker 3: Well, we've probably have contacted us. So someone else tekes me,
- 8:12Speaker 3: what do you know? Well I kind of know that.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Well I only knew this when the first person that
- 8:16Speaker 3: told me what do you know? So now I was
- 8:18Speaker 3: just sharing that information. So I'd be like, what do
- 8:19Speaker 3: you know? So i'd have that plus the new what
- 8:21Speaker 3: do you know? Next thing you know, I'm talking about
- 8:23Speaker 3: to four or five different coaches were calling me, going, hey,
- 8:26Speaker 3: is your athletic director like a weirdo is just did
- 8:30Speaker 3: I don't even know? I had multiple conversations with coaches,
- 8:33Speaker 3: like asking for feedback about different things about and I
- 8:35Speaker 3: was like, I don't want to be this person. Yeah,
- 8:38Speaker 3: because I don't want to be so attached, because I
- 8:40Speaker 3: don't want to like or not like the person. I'm
- 8:42Speaker 3: done with that version. There was a time for a
- 8:44Speaker 3: while when I was like, I want to be in
- 8:46Speaker 3: I want to be able to go and like call
- 8:48Speaker 3: the coach up, be like I'm in town. Like, uh,
- 8:51Speaker 3: Musselman who's now at USC who was our basketball coach,
- 8:53Speaker 3: who about to California. He's California, you guy. Nobody got
- 8:55Speaker 3: mad at him for going back. He wanted Arkansas like
- 8:58Speaker 3: him and I had a good relationship. I would go,
- 9:00Speaker 3: He'd be like, let's go to dinner, let's go whatever,
- 9:03Speaker 3: come up. Let' I like that. But then it got
- 9:06Speaker 3: kind of weird with our old football coach Pittman. Never
- 9:09Speaker 3: because it got bad, but because it wasn't going well.
- 9:12Speaker 3: So therefore it'd be like it sucks, we suck, and
- 9:14Speaker 3: so they started to not like that. I would was
- 9:16Speaker 3: not saying nice things about the program. Also donate a
- 9:19Speaker 3: bunch of money so they couldn't completely black ballmy So
- 9:22Speaker 3: I was like, I don't like this feeling, so I'm
- 9:23Speaker 3: just going to not get too close to the sun.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It's why I don't know Cal and I don't I
- 9:27Speaker 3: donate to basketball.
- 9:28Speaker 2: How would be cool?
- 9:29Speaker 3: Cal was gonna call me the other day because I
- 9:31Speaker 3: got a coach from his chief of staff. It's like, hey,
- 9:35Speaker 3: Cal wants to give you a call and just say
- 9:36Speaker 3: thanks for stuff. I said, Hey, man, I mean this
- 9:38Speaker 3: in the most respectful way. He doesn't have to call me.
- 9:43Speaker 3: This is not.
- 9:45Speaker 2: A hinge.
- 9:45Speaker 3: He needs a grease like I'm in regardless. So if
- 9:49Speaker 3: he wants to call and just say hi, I'm all
- 9:51Speaker 3: good for it. But don't feel like this is like
- 9:52Speaker 3: a booster who feels like it's so cool when coach calls.
- 9:56Speaker 4: I bet he respects that, Like, I bet he got
- 9:58Speaker 4: that message and was like, cool.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Well you never called me, so yeah, I think, yeah, yeah.
- 10:04Speaker 3: So I'm like, I'm not I don't want to fly
- 10:06Speaker 3: too close to the sun because I don't want to
- 10:07Speaker 3: get angry at people or not like somebody that make
- 10:10Speaker 3: me like what I love the most less.
- 10:14Speaker 5: Have you ever had that with an artist You don't
- 10:15Speaker 5: need to say who obviously, but like somebody maybe grew
- 10:17Speaker 5: up and then you kind of meet them in the
- 10:18Speaker 5: industry and you're like, eh uh, yeah, yeah.
- 10:24Speaker 3: I can separate. I had a really bad couple years
- 10:26Speaker 3: with Casey Musgraves, and she's still my favorite, and now
- 10:30Speaker 3: it's not a bad couple years anymore. I've talked about
- 10:32Speaker 3: it a lot. It's, you know, ninety eight percent of
- 10:35Speaker 3: that was my fault, but it never affected how I
- 10:39Speaker 3: felt about her music. It was still my favorite. And
- 10:44Speaker 3: I think I'm kind of able to separate and the
- 10:46Speaker 3: people that I really don't get along with, like a
- 10:47Speaker 3: personalities class. I never really liked our music though, either,
- 10:50Speaker 3: well that helps. Yeah, yeah for the most part. I mean,
- 10:55Speaker 3: but I've also, like any human relationship, like I've had
- 10:58Speaker 3: good times and bad times with certain people, like friends,
- 11:01Speaker 3: you go in and out, like I don't like their
- 11:02Speaker 3: music anymore or less because I'm friends with them or
- 11:05Speaker 3: not friends with them.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Okay, I just never know if you got too close
- 11:08Speaker 5: because you're like you're talking about but in the music
- 11:11Speaker 5: industry that you guys are so close and it's kind
- 11:13Speaker 5: of like you can't avoid it because.
- 11:14Speaker 2: It's obviously herd.
- 11:15Speaker 3: I just don't feel like I'm that close in it anymore.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I've separated myself from it a bunch, so I don't
- 11:19Speaker 3: have Yeah, I'm not that close on it anymore.
- 11:22Speaker 7: Like did you ever have a bad enough experience though
- 11:25Speaker 7: that you can't even like whenever the song comes on,
- 11:28Speaker 7: you're like, eh, I'm good.
- 11:30Speaker 3: There are people that I feel that way about where
- 11:34Speaker 3: I'm but I don't. I can separate art from artists.
- 11:38Speaker 3: It's why every night I go home, I mean I
- 11:39Speaker 3: I go thirty minutes every night of R.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Kelly.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Yeah, good man, because you separate the art. Yeah, the art.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I love the music myself all the time. Well, Saturdays,
- 11:49Speaker 3: I played the old Cosby records.
- 11:50Speaker 2: It's great.
- 11:51Speaker 4: Nice, Like you can't watch the TV shows because they're
- 11:54Speaker 4: looking at him is different here?
- 11:56Speaker 2: No, that's doctor Cliff Foxtable.
- 11:57Speaker 7: Yeah, so that's not that's harder, dude, he was acologist, Like,
- 12:03Speaker 7: yeah it is.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Everybody. I'm kidding about.
- 12:06Speaker 3: That, okay, everybody.
- 12:08Speaker 2: I don't listen to R. Kelly.
- 12:10Speaker 3: I don't watch Yeah, we clip it, we clip it ourselves.
- 12:19Speaker 4: But yeah, I think it's easy Kevin to separate the
- 12:21Speaker 4: art from the artists, Like, well, you're.
- 12:23Speaker 2: A small talk guy, though, what is that?
- 12:26Speaker 4: What?
- 12:26Speaker 5: Well, I'm just saying like you can have a small
- 12:29Speaker 5: like if you don't necessarily like an artist, but you
- 12:33Speaker 5: grew up liking his music or you've liked his music
- 12:35Speaker 5: in the past. You I feel like you're good at
- 12:37Speaker 5: being like you know, you can still talk to him,
- 12:39Speaker 5: have that small talk whatever, and then just kind of
- 12:41Speaker 5: go about your way.
- 12:42Speaker 4: Yeah, but there was a time when and Bobby you
- 12:44Speaker 4: can probably talk on this, but like there was a
- 12:46Speaker 4: time when like it was cool to meet someone like, oh,
- 12:48Speaker 4: I really want to meet them, and then once you
- 12:51Speaker 4: get to know them a little bit, you change, you
- 12:53Speaker 4: change your your your theory on that you're just like
- 12:56Speaker 4: I'm good, okay never seeing them again.
- 12:59Speaker 5: But then kind of like because we've had people interviewing
- 13:03Speaker 5: like ex athletes on the show where it's like, dang,
- 13:06Speaker 5: I kind of wish I didn't really know that their
- 13:07Speaker 5: personality was like that.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I'd rather just know him as like this iconic player.
- 13:10Speaker 4: You know.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I don't really have a lot of bad stories because
- 13:15Speaker 3: most of the time when I interview people, they come
- 13:16Speaker 3: in their best and it being their best.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true when people ask you, like, hey, how
- 13:20Speaker 4: is this?
- 13:20Speaker 3: Most of the time it's great. Like I don't have
- 13:22Speaker 3: a whole list of that I have like personal stories
- 13:24Speaker 3: that have happened. But I think even Eddie has a
- 13:26Speaker 3: buffer because I don't think Eddi's in as much as
- 13:27Speaker 3: I am right where he gets to be friendly with
- 13:29Speaker 3: everybody because they come in here for the most part,
- 13:32Speaker 3: and I'm a small talk guy and he's also just
- 13:34Speaker 3: a nicer guy.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I'm not saying that as a bad thing.
- 13:37Speaker 4: I do like small talk.
- 13:38Speaker 2: I know that's a good thing I do.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Okay, So Hall of Fame nominees, we're at the semi
- 13:50Speaker 3: finalists now the NFL Hall of Fame.
- 13:51Speaker 4: I see witting on there.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, So there are three quarterbacks Drew Brees,
- 14:00Speaker 3: Eli Manning, Philip Rivers. So what's going to happen though?
- 14:06Speaker 3: They're going to take these twenty six down to fifteen
- 14:08Speaker 3: finalists and then the fifteen finalists go to five or six.
- 14:13Speaker 2: It's between four and eight every year. Oh so it
- 14:16Speaker 2: does change.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Yeah, And this is just the first year that these
- 14:20Speaker 4: guys are eligible, right, so.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Not all or is it the first year not all
- 14:24Speaker 3: of them. Yeah, some of them are up again, but
- 14:26Speaker 3: some of them it is their first year. Drew Brees,
- 14:30Speaker 3: Eli Manning, Philip Rivers. I wonder how many we would say,
- 14:34Speaker 3: let's see, let me do my list. So they're fifteen finalists,
- 14:37Speaker 3: so I'm going to go, I'm not even gonna do
- 14:39Speaker 3: Hall of Fame. I'm going to say if I pick
- 14:40Speaker 3: out fifteen, just before I even look at the whole list.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Drew Brees, Yes, finalist, Eli Manning, Yes, finalist, I'll come
- 14:46Speaker 3: back to Philip Rivers, Frank Gore, Fred Taylor. I'm going
- 14:50Speaker 3: to put Frank Gore as a finalist. I'm not saying
- 14:52Speaker 3: Hall of Fame and am I eight eight Max?
- 14:54Speaker 4: Right?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 14:55Speaker 3: To make it not doing that. This is just fifteen finalists. Yeah,
- 14:58Speaker 3: Frank Gore in, Sorry, Fitzgerald for sure. In Terry Holt,
- 15:05Speaker 3: Tory holtscuse me, not gonna put him there. I think
- 15:08Speaker 3: Tory Holt's somebody though, who's it's not his first year
- 15:10Speaker 3: obviously being out for it. Steve smith Man Steve Fith
- 15:14Speaker 3: was awesome.
- 15:15Speaker 2: He was played on his Panthers.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Teams then he was so good. I'm gonna put Steve
- 15:18Speaker 3: smith in the final, Hines Ward, Reggie Wayne. I'm gonna
- 15:26Speaker 3: put Reggie Wayne in the final. Jason Witten, I'm putting
- 15:29Speaker 3: him in the final. Offensive Line. Now, this is tough
- 15:33Speaker 3: because what the crap do I know about offensive line?
- 15:36Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 15:36Speaker 4: You might there's a couple.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a like Willie Anderson. I recognize the name only,
- 15:42Speaker 3: and that's only because I know Willie Roafe and it's
- 15:44Speaker 3: just a Willie.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I think there's a will Anderson on the Texans.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Steve was Newski. I don't know these people, and I'm
- 15:54Speaker 3: sure they're all awesome. It's unfair for me to go
- 15:56Speaker 3: yes or no on them, So I'm gonna put none
- 15:58Speaker 3: in and I'm going to see where I end up.
- 16:01Speaker 3: I'm not smart enough. I do not have the the intelligence,
- 16:05Speaker 3: the capability to accurately judge these guys. Defensive back Rodney Harrison, now,
- 16:11Speaker 3: Patriot for sure. But Rodney Harrison to me Steeler No Patriot, right, yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 3: but Chargers Charger but Patriot.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Like, oh yeah, he's known as a Patriot, yes, yes.
- 16:23Speaker 3: No, he's on a a TV guy now and now
- 16:25Speaker 3: my association with him is just on TV all.
- 16:27Speaker 5: The time, and he's known as a guy that let
- 16:29Speaker 5: David Tyree catch that but that but that was such
- 16:32Speaker 5: a hard catch.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I'm not blaming him. I'm just saying I'm going to say.
- 16:37Speaker 3: My affiliation with Rodney Harrison has become so much television
- 16:39Speaker 3: that I've kind of lost his impact as a defensive
- 16:44Speaker 3: football player.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Do you like him on TV?
- 16:45Speaker 6: Or I do like him?
- 16:47Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 16:47Speaker 3: So I got to check out of that one. I
- 16:50Speaker 3: can't put him as a finals gut on. I just
- 16:51Speaker 3: know his TV stuff.
- 16:52Speaker 6: Dang, it's understandable.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Earl Thomas in Darren Woodson Cowboy and not ahead of
- 17:00Speaker 3: putting in. I'm not gonna put the fifteen yet.
- 17:02Speaker 2: I want to see where I am.
- 17:03Speaker 3: But yeah, wow, Luke Kickley in and if the guy
- 17:06Speaker 3: played six or seven more years, put him in the
- 17:08Speaker 3: first year he retires, break the rule, kobe him although
- 17:12Speaker 3: he didn't die. Yeah, it's true, Luke Keithley Tourell Suggs
- 17:16Speaker 3: in Robert Mathis he played linebacker and defense line right.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Yeah, he was the past rush specialist for the Colt.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Is that what they called him? Well, that's what he
- 17:28Speaker 2: was known for, sacks.
- 17:29Speaker 3: But played off the ball and on the he.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Was mostly on But I think he would like it
- 17:35Speaker 2: just depends on the whole. He never listed as a linebacker.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Would you look, yeah, Vince will Fork, I wanna go yep, absolutely, Vinitary, Yep.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Wow, Patriots, Well do.
- 17:48Speaker 3: They want these guys going in?
- 17:49Speaker 6: Now?
- 17:49Speaker 3: Are the ones that won all those freaking because Robert
- 17:53Speaker 3: Mathis is listed as a defensive lineman for sure, But
- 17:56Speaker 3: I just feel.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Like he played. I mean he yeah, they might have
- 17:58Speaker 2: like like stood him up a little bit.
- 17:59Speaker 5: He was listed as a linebacker, yeah, an outside. I
- 18:05Speaker 5: think it just depends on the defensive were running.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Like.
- 18:07Speaker 3: I'll argue that, but I can't name a single lineman.
- 18:09Speaker 5: I'm like Marshall Johonda. He was good for the Ravens.
- 18:13Speaker 5: I just remember because his name too.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I bet they were all awesome. Yeah that's true.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Okay, Here's who I have. Drew Brees, Eli Manning. That's two,
- 18:19Speaker 3: Frankcord three, Aleripis show, Forest Smith five, Reggy Wayne six,
- 18:23Speaker 3: Jason Witten seven, Earl Thomas eight, Luke Keickley nine, Terrell
- 18:26Speaker 3: Suggs ten, Vince will Fork eleven out of Minitary twelve.
- 18:30Speaker 3: So I've got three and then I'm just gonna close
- 18:34Speaker 3: my to Picck three lineman.
- 18:35Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, yeah.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Uh. The Hall of Fame fifty members selection committee will vote.
- 18:42Speaker 3: So let's say who for sure gets and Drew Brees
- 18:45Speaker 3: for sure gets in?
- 18:46Speaker 4: For sure?
- 18:47Speaker 3: It's not Eli Manning's first year up though, I believe
- 18:50Speaker 3: last year was his first year. If I'm not crazy,
- 18:55Speaker 3: but some would say I'm crazy.
- 18:57Speaker 4: I mean he's going in for sure?
- 19:00Speaker 3: Does the Super Bowl need well he didn't go in
- 19:03Speaker 3: first year? If I'm right, I could be wrong. Was
- 19:05Speaker 3: Eli Manning up last year?
- 19:06Speaker 2: Eli Manning's first year twenty five?
- 19:10Speaker 3: So last year or this year?
- 19:11Speaker 4: This year? That'll be this year?
- 19:12Speaker 3: What twenty No, this is twenty twenty six. Hall of
- 19:14Speaker 3: Fames in my final.
- 19:14Speaker 6: Oh gosh, he says, no, it's not Eli Manning's first year.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Okay yet, I've never heard of any of the offensive Lineman.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I'm Rae Manning, you guys on some of this stuff,
- 19:23Speaker 3: but I'm like, no, Lomas Brown never.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Heard of him.
- 19:26Speaker 6: Definitely, definitely Manning.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Uh. I think Eli Manning can make it this year.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Let's see, though, because I'm gonna say if we do eight,
- 19:33Speaker 3: Drew Brees, Eli Manning, Larry Fitzgerald is a for sure Yes,
- 19:37Speaker 3: let's do our first for sure for sures because minitary
- 19:39Speaker 3: didn't get in last year, right, he was one that
- 19:41Speaker 3: was up and didn't get in. Like Luke Kickley has
- 19:47Speaker 3: been retired, he's probably been.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Been up sometimes the second year.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Okay, here's who for sure should get in. Drew Brees,
- 19:55Speaker 3: Larry Fitzgerald, sugs or is he hall of very good?
- 20:04Speaker 2: I think hall of very good? Okay.
- 20:08Speaker 3: Obviously Keickley didn't make it his first year, so he
- 20:10Speaker 3: can't be guaranteed. What about Vince Wilford.
- 20:14Speaker 5: No, you might go a little biased, but I'd say yes,
- 20:17Speaker 5: he was the best defensive tackle for like ten years.
- 20:20Speaker 4: That's good.
- 20:22Speaker 3: First year up?
- 20:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I believe.
- 20:25Speaker 3: No, No thanks Brannon.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Then okay, then I'm just going to serve.
- 20:35Speaker 3: The only ones that needed for sure get in are
- 20:36Speaker 3: Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald. That's all that for sure should
- 20:43Speaker 3: get in. Wow, because there's no there's no his his
- 20:47Speaker 3: longevity for he was a beast and third and time
- 20:51Speaker 3: rushing longevity. Yeah for sure, Like that was a crazy
- 20:55Speaker 3: thing about him. He was really good. But for a long, long,
- 20:57Speaker 3: long long time. I don't think he was ever like
- 20:59Speaker 3: a top two back though.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Do you No, I don't.
- 21:02Speaker 3: But he was a top eight back for one hundred
- 21:06Speaker 3: and thirteen years like him and Joe Namath and sixty
- 21:09Speaker 3: nine playing together.
- 21:09Speaker 2: Oh my god, that was crazy to.
- 21:13Speaker 4: United crazy all right.
- 21:16Speaker 3: I just can't guarantee somebody's going to get in if
- 21:18Speaker 3: they've already been up and didn't get in. So I
- 21:19Speaker 3: guess my only two are going to be Drew Brees
- 21:22Speaker 3: and Larry Fitzgerald.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Regu Wayne's I'm Borederline's right there too, because he was
- 21:29Speaker 5: probably top what three receiver for a couple of years.
- 21:32Speaker 3: But it can't be his first year. Yeah, and if
- 21:36Speaker 3: it's six years, yeah, if it's not your first year,
- 21:38Speaker 3: it's not. I can't guarantee because you've missed it so
- 21:40Speaker 3: many times. All right, that was a stupid conversation.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Moving on.
- 21:47Speaker 6: Hey, by the way, I really like your hat.
- 21:49Speaker 2: This is thanks for commenting on it.
- 21:51Speaker 4: This.
- 21:52Speaker 3: I wandered this when I want to keep pounding.
- 21:54Speaker 4: I didn't see it at first.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Yeah, man, it's Camo Camo, but it does have a
- 21:58Speaker 3: Panther logo on it. This is actually a Looke Comb's
- 22:02Speaker 3: Carolina Panther collab.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Oh that makes sense, it is, yeah, yeah, keep man?
- 22:09Speaker 4: Thanks man, What do you think about that? Game.
- 22:12Speaker 2: I didn't like it.
- 22:13Speaker 4: No, it was a good game.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Uh freaking forty nine ers. This is a week later,
- 22:18Speaker 3: but a few days later, before three interceptions and still
- 22:20Speaker 3: the first half man won the game.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I ain't got punch in the nuts, dude, I
- 22:26Speaker 5: would I would have. That's worse than spitting. Was that
- 22:31Speaker 5: the fight at the end, like like physically hurt.
- 22:33Speaker 3: It hurts worse, But I don't know if it's more
- 22:35Speaker 3: disrespectful because a purposeful spit is down with full intention.
- 22:40Speaker 3: A punch in the nuts, not this one, but any
- 22:41Speaker 3: punch in the nuts can accidently can be accidental. A
- 22:44Speaker 3: punch in the nuts like a tackle, like you can
- 22:46Speaker 3: actually go to like let's say, knock out a ball
- 22:48Speaker 3: and you can hit somebody in the nuts. You're not
- 22:50Speaker 3: gonna spit in somebody's freaking face on, Like you're not
- 22:53Speaker 3: in mid tackle and while you tackle you accidentally go two.
- 22:56Speaker 5: Yeah, you can get a little dribble on them. I
- 22:59Speaker 5: think this rule drible.
- 23:01Speaker 3: No, Like when they're tackling their spit bouncing around in
- 23:05Speaker 3: there like I don't know, they both suck.
- 23:07Speaker 2: But an intentional that's worse than a spit, right.
- 23:12Speaker 3: It hurts more, But I don't think it's more disrespectful
- 23:14Speaker 3: than a spit. I think spitting on someone is the
- 23:17Speaker 3: absolute most you are such garbage to me thing you
- 23:20Speaker 3: could possibly do, because it doesn't hurt. It is just
- 23:24Speaker 3: the message.
- 23:27Speaker 6: Gross.
- 23:27Speaker 4: It's gross, right, But I mean, if how often part
- 23:31Speaker 4: of the nut.
- 23:32Speaker 2: Punch is it's supposed to hurt, that's your manhood.
- 23:34Speaker 4: Dude, and everyone knows how bad that hurts. So if
- 23:38Speaker 4: I'm gonna even think about it, they also do that in.
- 23:40Speaker 3: The bottom of piles, even for somebody who don't even
- 23:42Speaker 3: hate hate, Like if there's a fumble, people are grabbing nuts, twisting,
- 23:46Speaker 3: just trying to do anything to get an advantage.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Yeah, but a full on upfricat was.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it sucked.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:54Speaker 3: Chauncey Billis pleads not guilty. M you got to I
- 23:58Speaker 3: got to. You got to the Thanksgiving Day games, which
- 24:04Speaker 3: this is coming out Thanksgiving Day? So maybe where we
- 24:06Speaker 3: watching this stuff?
- 24:07Speaker 2: Netflix?
- 24:09Speaker 4: Oh they're not on regular TV?
- 24:11Speaker 3: Is it Netflix?
- 24:12Speaker 2: Does Netflix? I think place has the Black Friday game.
- 24:15Speaker 3: See when they start doing this playing games all day?
- 24:17Speaker 4: I don't even know. No, I think Thursday's the regular networks.
- 24:22Speaker 3: To me will be streaming the Thanksgiving Day game. That's
- 24:25Speaker 3: one of Myke's favorite places to watch anything. He likes
- 24:29Speaker 3: that in Crunchy Green Roll. What is it called crunchyroll?
- 24:32Speaker 2: Crunchy roll. That's some good sushi there.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I do like that on TB.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Will be streaming Thanks Give Me Day game between the
- 24:38Speaker 3: Packers and Detroit Lions and the Super Bowl.
- 24:41Speaker 5: Yeah wow, Yeah, the Fox and CBS for the first
- 24:45Speaker 5: two games, and then the night game is NBC Peacock.
- 24:49Speaker 4: So what's the point of to be streaming? Like, so
- 24:53Speaker 4: if you're not in front of a TV, you can
- 24:55Speaker 4: just get the two B app and watch on your
- 24:56Speaker 4: phone somewhere. Maybe.
- 24:58Speaker 8: What was your answer to that, Mike, I mean, yeah,
- 25:00Speaker 8: trying to get more people to go to tube. You're
- 25:01Speaker 8: there watching the game and then hey, this movie from
- 25:03Speaker 8: the nineties I haven't seen.
- 25:04Speaker 3: In five years. Rag it out The Little Boy The
- 25:07Speaker 3: Weapon too.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I can watch that at the game.
- 25:11Speaker 8: Any movie that I like, I haven't seen that movie
- 25:12Speaker 8: in a long time, to be probably.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Has you know what point Break came out on one of.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Those is they That was such a good movie, dude,
- 25:18Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I watched the whole thing.
- 25:21Speaker 3: You know that movie?
- 25:21Speaker 2: Oh yeah, County.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Yeah, still holds up for you guys, or no, I
- 25:25Speaker 5: don't know. I haven't watched it in a hold up time.
- 25:27Speaker 5: I just remember it being awesome.
- 25:28Speaker 4: I'm telling you guys. It was like a week ago
- 25:29Speaker 4: and I just like turn on my TV and it
- 25:31Speaker 4: was playing. I'm like, oh, I got it.
- 25:32Speaker 6: What it is?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Good? It's really good. Do you watch Steven Wilson Junr.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Yeah at the Ryman?
- 25:37Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 25:37Speaker 2: I saw him at the Rymond.
- 25:38Speaker 3: I saw his big background.
- 25:39Speaker 2: It looks like a praying yeah, like the Mother Mary version.
- 25:45Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, whatever.
- 25:48Speaker 3: All you guys are saying, that's what it was.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Is it the hands or the late or the lady
- 25:52Speaker 4: with the hands? Oh yeah, she's the virgin.
- 25:54Speaker 3: But what's the name.
- 25:58Speaker 4: That?
- 25:58Speaker 2: Just like we should?
- 25:59Speaker 3: Uh So I saw that and thought, oh that's cool.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Then I saw some like tiktoks from it. What do
- 26:03Speaker 3: you think of the show?
- 26:04Speaker 2: Yeah? I thought it was great.
- 26:05Speaker 5: He also has like a boxing ring set up because
- 26:08Speaker 5: he was a boxer when he was a kid, I guess,
- 26:09Speaker 5: growing up.
- 26:10Speaker 2: So it's like a boxing ring.
- 26:11Speaker 5: And even as a guy like dressed up as an
- 26:14Speaker 5: announcer or a judge, he's like a white shirt with
- 26:17Speaker 5: a bow tie, and he lets people in the ring
- 26:19Speaker 5: like to bring him his guitars and like guests.
- 26:21Speaker 3: He plays in the ring.
- 26:22Speaker 2: In the ring, yeah that's cool.
- 26:24Speaker 5: It's not fully closed off like the open or is
- 26:26Speaker 5: in the front, but he it's all surrounded him.
- 26:29Speaker 2: And his band was awesome. He was great.
- 26:31Speaker 5: I mean, I don't know much of his music, but
- 26:36Speaker 5: I know a few of his songs, but just talent wise,
- 26:38Speaker 5: he was stupid good, really yeah, like really good. And
- 26:41Speaker 5: his guitar playing is insane. He confused me with some stuff.
- 26:44Speaker 3: But I'm not so snob at music that I can
- 26:47Speaker 3: just go to a show and enjoy anybody. If they're good,
- 26:50Speaker 3: I need them to blow me away, or I need
- 26:52Speaker 3: to know the songs.
- 26:53Speaker 4: H Have you ever just gone to a show where
- 26:55Speaker 4: you didn't know who was playing and then fall in
- 26:57Speaker 4: love with that band or that artist.
- 26:58Speaker 3: I've seen a couple openers, we're really awesome. But I
- 27:02Speaker 3: I am not the person that can just go and
- 27:04Speaker 3: enjoy a concert of songs.
- 27:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 27:06Speaker 3: I need to know the songs unless it's like, holy crap,
- 27:10Speaker 3: this is and I would need to even think because
- 27:12Speaker 3: I know there have been a couple of instances but
- 27:14Speaker 3: none come to mind right now. But any music questions
- 27:16Speaker 3: you have, you should you should ask Brandon because Brandon
- 27:18Speaker 3: is like one of the best musicians I know.
- 27:20Speaker 2: So yeah, can I ask you a few questions?
- 27:23Speaker 6: Sure?
- 27:23Speaker 5: Okay, this is this is coming from Like obviously I
- 27:27Speaker 5: don't know music the way that you guys do, like
- 27:29Speaker 5: the ins and outs of it.
- 27:30Speaker 3: By the way, Eddie and I are not on the
- 27:32Speaker 3: same level as Brandon.
- 27:33Speaker 2: You're not.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Well, Bobby and I are not on the same level.
- 27:35Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. Yeah, what were you gonna say?
- 27:38Speaker 4: No, Like, like Bob, Bobby is the lowest level then
- 27:41Speaker 4: me than Brandon.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Why did you have to bring that?
- 27:44Speaker 4: You have to say he wants to tear his questions.
- 27:46Speaker 4: Maybe he has an elementary question.
- 27:48Speaker 3: If we're doing the like performance rankings like stage.
- 27:51Speaker 9: Presence, Yeah, just like number one, number one, Okay, any
- 27:59Speaker 9: sort of question it's about music, tech stuff, ask Brandon.
- 28:02Speaker 5: Okay, Yeah, Like, I don't know if these are dumb
- 28:04Speaker 5: questions or not, but he's up there. He has an
- 28:06Speaker 5: old guitar that he bought for like foreigner bucks. He
- 28:08Speaker 5: talks about on Facebook marketplace, I believe. But it's an
- 28:11Speaker 5: acoustic guitar. What an acoustic?
- 28:14Speaker 3: Okay, so it's only because you've seen it and you
- 28:16Speaker 3: haven't heard it, so we're not gonna judge you. That's
- 28:18Speaker 3: not how it said that.
- 28:19Speaker 5: It's funny though, Okay, see okay, but when oh, okay,
- 28:24Speaker 5: it does look.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Like it would be acoustic, it's called an acoustic. Oh really,
- 28:28Speaker 3: I oh use like an acoustic acoustic? Yeah, I've said
- 28:31Speaker 3: acoustic my entire life. Nobody's ever correct him. You're a
- 28:34Speaker 3: big guy with tattoos, stull that out there.
- 28:36Speaker 2: Take that as a compliment.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, okay, he has an acoustic guitar, and uh
- 28:42Speaker 5: but when he was playing it, like it sounded like as.
- 28:45Speaker 2: A electric guitar.
- 28:48Speaker 7: Oh yeah, So it's a it's a classical guitar. It's
- 28:51Speaker 7: got nylon strings, okay, and he he's got pedals that
- 28:55Speaker 7: he plugs into to give him like delay and overdrive
- 28:59Speaker 7: and all that kind of stuff. So he's he's trying
- 29:01Speaker 7: to bridge the gap of I've heard him say this.
- 29:04Speaker 2: I'm trying to bridge that you should have just went
- 29:06Speaker 2: wh they shouldn't have going.
- 29:08Speaker 7: He's huge, like Kurt Cobaine, Nirvana.
- 29:10Speaker 5: Covered Nirvana one song yep, And so he wants to
- 29:13Speaker 5: bring that that classical nylon.
- 29:16Speaker 7: Willie Nelson plays the same kind of guitar and he
- 29:18Speaker 7: wants to bring in that nineties grunge together with country.
- 29:22Speaker 3: So his pedals, like the technology he's using is making
- 29:27Speaker 3: that acoustic sound.
- 29:28Speaker 6: A little more like grungey.
- 29:30Speaker 5: Okay, But if he just unplugs everything, then it does
- 29:33Speaker 5: just sound like, oh really, I don't accuse you, accuse you,
- 29:41Speaker 5: accuse you, okay. And another question how to do with
- 29:44Speaker 5: the pedals because he had him all over the stage.
- 29:46Speaker 5: Usually I see him like right where the mic is,
- 29:48Speaker 5: but he had him off to the left and the
- 29:49Speaker 5: right because he was running around. He pressed him and
- 29:50Speaker 5: then run to the other side just to keep playing.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Press another one and what So.
- 29:54Speaker 2: That's what it is. It just makes it sound different.
- 29:56Speaker 7: So yeah, So if if you're going into say like
- 29:58Speaker 7: a chorus from a verse, you got to kick in
- 30:01Speaker 7: like a distortion or an overdrive, or if a delay
- 30:04Speaker 7: is going somewhere you're.
- 30:05Speaker 2: Saying I'm sorry, so sorry.
- 30:08Speaker 7: Overdrive, Yeah, overdrive my bad. So overdrive kind of elevates
- 30:14Speaker 7: the sound of the of the guitar. It gives it
- 30:16Speaker 7: a different effect, like you know, you have you hear
- 30:19Speaker 7: a clean sound of guitar, and then you hear like
- 30:22Speaker 7: a distorted.
- 30:23Speaker 3: Like like overmodulation. How we do our stuff a version
- 30:27Speaker 3: of that?
- 30:28Speaker 7: Right, like something and if if something's like delayed, like
- 30:32Speaker 7: he has a lot of delay stuff, and like you know.
- 30:35Speaker 2: I say, he's got a lot of like the reverbs.
- 30:38Speaker 7: Yeah, he wanted to probably either elevate that effect or
- 30:44Speaker 7: just take it completely out because it's a different part
- 30:47Speaker 7: of the song.
- 30:47Speaker 5: Okay, so that's is that like its own? Because it
- 30:50Speaker 5: sounded different like his music. His style just sounded different.
- 30:53Speaker 5: I enjoyed it. I thought the reverb, but I thought
- 30:55Speaker 5: the echo was great. But is that like its own?
- 30:58Speaker 5: I don't not genre, but you know what I mean,
- 31:00Speaker 5: like style, I guess I would say so.
- 31:01Speaker 7: I mean, I don't see a lot of country artists
- 31:04Speaker 7: doing that, you know, especially like in their recordings and
- 31:08Speaker 7: live Like you don't see Riley Green up there with
- 31:10Speaker 7: a bunch of pedals. No, like he's really he's just
- 31:13Speaker 7: acoustic and acoustic, but he's trying to really Like I
- 31:18Speaker 7: think Stephen Wilson Junior was in a lot of rock
- 31:21Speaker 7: bands and stuff like that. He his wife is actually
- 31:24Speaker 7: the lead singer of sixpence none the richer.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that kniss me. That one. He brought her out
- 31:30Speaker 2: when I was yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, his wife what
- 31:35Speaker 2: it's crazy, she's sang with him that night.
- 31:37Speaker 4: She's been in here.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Dude, that's the most shocking thing I've heard in day right,
- 31:41Speaker 3: and I've heard some pretty shocking especially about the ukisas coaching.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Dude, the acoustics in here are great. Good show you
- 31:49Speaker 2: have to show.
- 31:50Speaker 5: It was awesome and to your point, like I didn't
- 31:52Speaker 5: know much of his music, and I'm kind of the
- 31:53Speaker 5: same way.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, but it was just a great show.
- 31:57Speaker 2: My mom wanted to go.
- 31:57Speaker 5: She's in town and she was watching CMAS watching and
- 32:01Speaker 5: perform and she texted me She's.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Like, hey, he's playing at the rhyme Like do you
- 32:04Speaker 2: want to go? It's like yeah, sure. She loved it.
- 32:07Speaker 2: She's a big music junkie.
- 32:08Speaker 4: Her mom's favorite band is a food Fighter. My mom.
- 32:11Speaker 4: Her mom, I say Hermo, yeah you did.
- 32:17Speaker 3: Thanksgiving?
- 32:18Speaker 4: You do whatever you want want?
- 32:20Speaker 3: Man, Cowboys, Yeah, win up, guys.
- 32:32Speaker 4: This is it. I mean everything changed when they beat
- 32:35Speaker 4: the Eagles. Everything changed. We're brand new. This is a
- 32:40Speaker 4: legit shot to make the playoffs. We have to win.
- 32:44Speaker 2: We have to beat the Cowboys.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Schedule pla.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Even if we lose to the today, to the Chiefs
- 32:50Speaker 4: right today today, even if we leave we lose the
- 32:54Speaker 4: game today, I still think our schedule is easy enough
- 32:57Speaker 4: to win at least four more games. And if we
- 33:00Speaker 4: win four more games, if the Lions start losing a
- 33:04Speaker 4: little bit, if the forty nine ers can lose a
- 33:06Speaker 4: little bit, we're in it. Baby.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Yeah, you're doing some ifs, though I.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Know there's a lot, a lot of moving parts.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Okay, so let's walk through it.
- 33:13Speaker 5: Go Chiefs, Chiefs. I'm just gonna do what I think.
- 33:15Speaker 5: Loss at the Lions, that's a win.
- 33:18Speaker 4: But that's a win. Have you seen the Lions lately?
- 33:21Speaker 2: You know what win?
- 33:23Speaker 4: Put it as a win.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Vikings at home, that's a win.
- 33:26Speaker 3: No, I'm not talking to you.
- 33:27Speaker 2: I'm doing it. Okay, you're gonna win.
- 33:30Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 33:30Speaker 2: No no, no, but no, no, no, you're you're out.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Go okay, Chargers at home.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Don't be stupid. You know the answer.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Can't.
- 33:38Speaker 5: I can't even play the games when at Washington, when
- 33:44Speaker 5: at the Giants, when that's it.
- 33:46Speaker 4: You see what I'm saying, You see what I'm saying.
- 33:49Speaker 3: I think they'll probably drop one of those games though,
- 33:51Speaker 3: between the Chargers and the Lions, that possibly even both.
- 33:55Speaker 3: But I do think that they could win a bunch
- 33:57Speaker 3: of these games. Yeah, they can't.
- 33:59Speaker 6: The problem is the when they get in the in
- 34:01Speaker 6: the playoffs.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Who cares?
- 34:02Speaker 3: I just get there, just get to the playoffs.
- 34:04Speaker 4: Yeay, I know, because before this game we were looking
- 34:07Speaker 4: at we're not even making the playoffs. So and we
- 34:10Speaker 4: made moves, We changed our defense up. We are making moves.
- 34:14Speaker 4: This is amazing, dude.
- 34:15Speaker 3: So nine and eight, that's always a strong possibility you
- 34:19Speaker 3: can get in. But we saw the Bengals last year
- 34:21Speaker 3: not get in at nine and eight, but nine seven and.
- 34:25Speaker 2: One that time, and that happened.
- 34:28Speaker 4: Oh, I think we need the Packers to kind of
- 34:29Speaker 4: take it dumb too.
- 34:30Speaker 3: You need it that because you're gonna end up costing
- 34:33Speaker 3: us so much money in our don't.
- 34:34Speaker 4: Start, don't start down, don't start because I'm not the
- 34:36Speaker 4: only one anymore now Baker's kind of hurting us a
- 34:38Speaker 4: little bit. What do you gotta say about that?
- 34:42Speaker 5: That wasn't our second round pick, yep, And it wasn't
- 34:45Speaker 5: between them and anybody anybody.
- 34:49Speaker 4: And I understand. But you know, like the owners of
- 34:51Speaker 4: the Bengals, they didn't expect this to happen.
- 34:53Speaker 3: No, no, no, I know. But I was just like, hey,
- 34:54Speaker 3: let's go with the Packers and you're like.
- 34:55Speaker 2: No Bengals.
- 34:56Speaker 7: Bang.
- 34:56Speaker 4: I had a feeling.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and they still could win a bunch of games. Borrow,
- 34:59Speaker 3: its gonna come out, can play.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Yeah, he's back.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Today to Black Friday, No Bears and Eagles Black Friday
- 35:10Speaker 2: to be to.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Wait, there are three games today?
- 35:13Speaker 2: Yeah, there are three games. No way, I didn't know
- 35:15Speaker 2: that like that for a while.
- 35:16Speaker 3: Depending on when people are listening, there's already one on. Okay,
- 35:22Speaker 3: so we back baby. Official statement from the Dallas Cowboys.
- 35:26Speaker 4: How shocked were you when they won that game? You
- 35:29Speaker 4: want money? Right?
- 35:30Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 35:30Speaker 3: I want a lot because while we were down recording
- 35:32Speaker 3: at my house during the game, I put one hundred
- 35:34Speaker 3: bucks on the money line when it was like.
- 35:36Speaker 2: Plus five hundred.
- 35:37Speaker 6: Oh nice.
- 35:38Speaker 3: I only did it in solidarity with Eddie. And they're
- 35:41Speaker 3: only down one touchdown. They were down a touchdown and
- 35:43Speaker 3: the Eagles had the ball. Dude. When we went back
- 35:45Speaker 3: to the house and the Eagles fumbled that pump that punt,
- 35:48Speaker 3: I was like ball game, and then the Cowboys couldn't score.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Yeah, the ball the.
- 35:55Speaker 3: Pickens is so good.
- 35:56Speaker 4: So good, so good, which is which is another thing too.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Like my kids they're doing their their Christmas list. They
- 36:02Speaker 4: all want George Pickens jerseys, which awesome, right, but I
- 36:05Speaker 4: don't even know if he's gonna be a Cowboy.
- 36:07Speaker 3: True, they could franchise, tag him. Yep, they could just
- 36:12Speaker 3: pay him. I doubt they let him go free agent.
- 36:15Speaker 3: I think they've probably franchise.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to tag him.
- 36:18Speaker 3: So also with Pickens, I think what helps is there's
- 36:21Speaker 3: a wide receiver that's slightly better than him that plays
- 36:24Speaker 3: on the other side of him, which keeps everybody from
- 36:26Speaker 3: double teaming him. It's like a pass rusher who has
- 36:29Speaker 3: somebody on the other side they can like there's a
- 36:31Speaker 3: reason that a lot of those guys other than Miles
- 36:33Speaker 3: Gartt but also Miles Garrett has a little help now
- 36:34Speaker 3: too on the on the Cleveland defensive line, Yeah, d
- 36:37Speaker 3: line is pretty good. Yeah, if you have another great
- 36:40Speaker 3: pass rusher, it's hard for them to double all game.
- 36:42Speaker 3: So it does open it up to get a lot
- 36:44Speaker 3: of sacks. Same with these wide receivers. If you've got
- 36:46Speaker 3: two really good wide receivers. That number two guy eats
- 36:50Speaker 3: because they're doubling up CD. But now they're having to
- 36:52Speaker 3: like decide they're having a roll coverages and double up
- 36:56Speaker 3: one or the other before the Dallas even figures out
- 36:59Speaker 3: who's getting doubled. Because those receivers are so good. If
- 37:01Speaker 3: you're George Pickens, man, you just made a lot of money.
- 37:04Speaker 3: If you were in Pittsburgh, you're just a crazy guy
- 37:05Speaker 3: who's going to continue to be high potential, high ceiling
- 37:08Speaker 3: guy that never made it.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah, probably work.
- 37:10Speaker 3: Uh, you're not worth the problems you cause in Dallas. One.
- 37:14Speaker 3: There's enough problems. You're not the only problem in towns.
- 37:16Speaker 4: A lot of problems.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and then two Seedee Lamb lines up across from you,
- 37:20Speaker 3: and he's awesome. Although he did drop a big drop.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Get me started. We've already done this well.
- 37:25Speaker 2: It is last year.
- 37:26Speaker 3: This is last year when I was like sea Lamb
- 37:27Speaker 3: does not have great.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Hands, but he has great hands.
- 37:31Speaker 3: He's he's a great drop receiver, balls like out of nowhere.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Pickens has a great hands.
- 37:37Speaker 4: He can catch one.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Rodgers would have been fun in Pittsburgh.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Rogers on you mean playing together, yelling, yelling at each
- 37:45Speaker 3: other and Rogers sucks. Yeah, he's gonna play with his
- 37:49Speaker 3: hurt wrists he is.
- 37:50Speaker 5: Yeah it's broken right and complaining about it when it's
- 37:53Speaker 5: like fractured.
- 37:55Speaker 3: He has runned his legacy. Yeah, he's been bad so
- 38:00Speaker 3: long now that there's gonna be a generation of football
- 38:02Speaker 3: fans that only remember bad Aaron Rodgers. That's a good
- 38:04Speaker 3: point because I think you can play bad for a
- 38:06Speaker 3: couple of years.
- 38:07Speaker 2: That's fine.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Like Brett Farv he was actually pretty good with the Jets.
- 38:13Speaker 3: He was actually pretty He had but he wasn't the same.
- 38:15Speaker 3: But you can have a couple bad years in your
- 38:17Speaker 3: latter years and be fine because we remember all the
- 38:20Speaker 3: good years. If you keep playing for another five to
- 38:22Speaker 3: seven years and you sucking all those five to seven years,
- 38:26Speaker 3: young people are just gonna remember all the suck.
- 38:28Speaker 2: They're not gonna remember any of the good.
- 38:30Speaker 4: No, I'm telling you. My kids, like the other day
- 38:32Speaker 4: they were asking like why does this guy still play?
- 38:33Speaker 4: Like what why is he? Is he good or something?
- 38:36Speaker 4: Because I don't get it there.
- 38:37Speaker 2: They never got to see him be awesome.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Yeah he was. I was like he was good at
- 38:40Speaker 4: one time. Guys really good, all right, Tom Brady's the
- 38:45Speaker 4: one that did it right, man like he will just
- 38:49Speaker 4: not only did he just keep playing, he won one
- 38:51Speaker 4: the Super Bowl with.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Another Well, he did it right is he went to
- 38:54Speaker 3: a team that was that was loaded enough to win
- 38:56Speaker 3: a super Bowl.
- 38:57Speaker 4: Yeah, but no one's even gonna think about that.
- 38:59Speaker 3: No, no, that's true. But I'm saying Aaron Rodgers didn't
- 39:01Speaker 3: do that.
- 39:01Speaker 2: He didn't.
- 39:03Speaker 3: And also he played one play.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the injury just ruined everything. Yeah.
- 39:08Speaker 3: But also he didn't play wells last year in Green
- 39:10Speaker 3: Bay either because he had had a wrist issue.
- 39:13Speaker 2: That's right. Yeah, and then he did the dramatic walk off.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Tom Brady did the smart thing because I don't think
- 39:18Speaker 3: Tom I think Tom Brady was a simp. You know,
- 39:20Speaker 3: he was a soft shell of his former self. But
- 39:24Speaker 3: you go somewhere with what Bruce Arians was the coach.
- 39:27Speaker 3: The offensive line was good, he had weapons, like he
- 39:30Speaker 3: went somewhere. He did pretty much what Peyton Manning did.
- 39:33Speaker 4: I think Tom Brady was the coach of that team.
- 39:36Speaker 4: They would go to the sideline and sometimes you'd see
- 39:38Speaker 4: Arians just be like wherever you want, dude, Like.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Like Peyton Manny went to Denver. Denver was loaded yeah,
- 39:44Speaker 3: oh yeah, and one of Super Bowls more over there.
- 39:48Speaker 5: Yeah, won a super Bowl there and that last year
- 39:49Speaker 5: was brutal for him physically. Remember he fifteen.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Yard couldn't move his freaking head.
- 39:53Speaker 3: That was so bad.
- 39:54Speaker 2: But he had some dudes around him.
- 39:56Speaker 3: When his wife. The story was his wife was getting
- 39:59Speaker 3: all of.
- 39:59Speaker 2: The h.
- 40:01Speaker 5: Hgh oh vaguely it was to her right, Yeah, I shifted,
- 40:07Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, performance and.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Hands human human tormone.
- 40:10Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, Mike, would you mind googling that song? I'm
- 40:12Speaker 3: going to Payton Manning Joe.
- 40:15Speaker 4: It sounds like a nice.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Deal because they never actually found him guilty, but I
- 40:18Speaker 3: think she was getting a lot of it and it
- 40:19Speaker 3: was like.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Let's yeah, and he was like composedly using it connected.
- 40:23Speaker 3: I don't know what, who knows, but I would I
- 40:25Speaker 3: would be Yeah, I had to shoot I want. I've
- 40:28Speaker 3: hurt myself up, hurt myself a couple of times.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I had to shoot myself up with stuff like do
- 40:32Speaker 2: you actually do it yourself? Shot and everything? Well, I
- 40:34Speaker 2: can't do that. You can?
- 40:36Speaker 3: You can because you you pinch your stomach that like
- 40:40Speaker 3: that little weeks before we get our fat first, you
- 40:42Speaker 3: pinch your stomach. You don't really feel it there or
- 40:44Speaker 3: you can do your butt. But I've had a couple
- 40:47Speaker 3: like injuries where I was prescribed like peptides some more
- 40:52Speaker 3: HGH type stuff just to get back to normal. Might
- 40:55Speaker 3: do say anything?
- 40:56Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 40:56Speaker 8: No credible evidence was found exactly for what oh that
- 41:01Speaker 8: they were sending his wife, Ashley Manning this HGH man.
- 41:07Speaker 4: I don't think my wife would do that for me.
- 41:08Speaker 3: Yeah you do if that's your career, in your life
- 41:10Speaker 3: and your livelihood, for sure.
- 41:13Speaker 4: Okay, what would be comparable to what we do? Oh,
- 41:17Speaker 4: somebody else's voice?
- 41:18Speaker 3: Nothing, because you don't you don't make the money or
- 41:22Speaker 3: have the kind of success or the hall of fame career.
- 41:25Speaker 4: I know, but my family depends on me. So like,
- 41:27Speaker 4: what would she what would she get shipped to her
- 41:29Speaker 4: house that would help me in my work? A recording
- 41:32Speaker 4: of somebody else's voice? You know, Like I want to
- 41:37Speaker 4: know you.
- 41:37Speaker 5: I still think you would be able to like edit, okay,
- 41:42Speaker 5: seeing like a software or something.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think you're known for your voice.
- 41:48Speaker 4: I just don't think my wife would do that, but
- 41:49Speaker 4: I guess she would.
- 41:51Speaker 3: You're a pastor, got a hold on one.
- 41:53Speaker 4: It's so freaking annoying. Like he gets up there at
- 41:56Speaker 4: church and I'm never mad at church. I love church.
- 41:58Speaker 3: I've never mad.
- 41:59Speaker 6: Never gambling the whole time.
