- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Hello, Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter. Every Tuesday, our friend Elena
- 0:20Speaker 1: Dixon joins us MS d are you there? I am?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Good morning, Mr Shooter. How are you doing today? Really good?
- 0:27Speaker 1: Tons of gossip, a lot of j Lo gossip to
- 0:29Speaker 1: get into jump into the show. What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 1: My friends? It is hot today. So we told you first,
- 0:39Speaker 1: let's brag about this last Monday before anybody else was
- 0:44Speaker 1: talking about it. We told you that j Lo and
- 0:46Speaker 1: Ben were back together. Now it has been confirmed. We've
- 0:50Speaker 1: seen photographs of them together in Montana where he has
- 0:54Speaker 1: a house. Let me give you all the scoop. So
- 0:57Speaker 1: he's been emailing her for quite a while. To g
- 1:00Speaker 1: M C say, since February, he's been in undating her
- 1:04Speaker 1: with emails. So if it seems like benefit Part two
- 1:08Speaker 1: went from zero to a hundred really really quickly, what
- 1:12Speaker 1: we didn't see is zero to sort of fifty sixty
- 1:16Speaker 1: was all happening behind the scenes. So after she broke
- 1:19Speaker 1: up with a Rod, Ben was on that computer and
- 1:23Speaker 1: these were not just like hello emails, how are you emails?
- 1:26Speaker 1: These were romantic. They were very very aggressive. So they
- 1:30Speaker 1: decided to meet up in l A at her house.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Jennifer was the one dragon her heels a little bit here.
- 1:36Speaker 1: They got along magnificently and then he invited her to
- 1:40Speaker 1: join him in Montana for a week away. My sources
- 1:44Speaker 1: are telling me they're now back in l A. Their
- 1:46Speaker 1: private plane landed. Of course it did a couple of
- 1:49Speaker 1: days ago. Can you imagine that they've been on Jet
- 1:51Speaker 1: Blue would have more pictures of him together. So they
- 1:56Speaker 1: landed back in l A. They went to her house.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Sources are telling me they are in love. This is
- 2:01Speaker 1: not casually dating mysterio. This is the love that got
- 2:04Speaker 1: away that now they've got a chance to fix. They
- 2:08Speaker 1: are together inside, as it telling me. And do remember
- 2:11Speaker 1: I worked for Jennifer. I worked for Jennifer during benefit
- 2:14Speaker 1: part one, so I know these couple. My insiders are
- 2:17Speaker 1: telling me they will get engaged. Cool. Well, there's nothing
- 2:25Speaker 1: like going back to an X. I mean, you already
- 2:29Speaker 1: have this intimate history with one another, you know each
- 2:32Speaker 1: other's quirks, so it's really easy to get back into
- 2:36Speaker 1: a rhythm. And if I'm not mistaken, j Low still
- 2:39Speaker 1: has her engagement ring from Ben right, so I mean
- 2:42Speaker 1: all she needs now is a wedding dress and a venue.
- 2:46Speaker 1: So yeah, I mean, Jennifer Lobe has has been looking
- 2:50Speaker 1: for love and all the wrong places for such a
- 2:53Speaker 1: long time. I think we're all rooting for her to
- 2:56Speaker 1: find happiness. And if she found it again with Ben,
- 2:59Speaker 1: you know, so, oh be it best of luck. However,
- 3:02Speaker 1: there's usually a reason why you break up with someone,
- 3:06Speaker 1: and you have to keep that on the top. So
- 3:08Speaker 1: maybe you know, enjoy the rebound if it's more great,
- 3:12Speaker 1: if you're just enjoying it to get over a Rod,
- 3:15Speaker 1: I understand that too. Yeah, whatever the reason is here,
- 3:17Speaker 1: it's a good reason. Sources tell me the following quote.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Jen loved her ex fiance a rod Alex, but never
- 3:24Speaker 1: like this. She thought it was love, But this is different.
- 3:27Speaker 1: This is a whirlwind. She's head over heel. She has
- 3:29Speaker 1: that butterfly feeling that you have. Literally, Benny's the one
- 3:33Speaker 1: that got away until now. They go on to add
- 3:35Speaker 1: the following quote, Jen might get to wear that wedding
- 3:39Speaker 1: dress she ordered, after all, so she was going to
- 3:42Speaker 1: get married to a Rod. She's already got the dress.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So she's got the ring from Ben from a decade ago.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Longer than that, and she's got the dress from the
- 3:50Speaker 1: wedding to a Rod. That was going to happen in
- 3:53Speaker 1: a couple of months. Now. I know you're going to
- 3:55Speaker 1: say get a new dress, Jen, but I was going
- 3:57Speaker 1: to just say, you gotta get a new dress. You
- 4:00Speaker 1: cannot get married in the dress that you were thinking
- 4:03Speaker 1: of getting married with. The dress is like the man.
- 4:05Speaker 1: You know, it's unique. Although, Jennifer, you do have a
- 4:08Speaker 1: good dress, and Goodness knows, you can make anything look fabulous.
- 4:12Speaker 1: How does a Rod feel about all the sources are
- 4:15Speaker 1: telling me that he is one word flabbergaston. So a
- 4:20Speaker 1: Rod thought that he could actually make things work with
- 4:23Speaker 1: Jennifer reconnect. We've talked about that on this show. He
- 4:26Speaker 1: is shocked, shocked that she's moved on, which brings us
- 4:29Speaker 1: to our whole question of the day. We told you
- 4:32Speaker 1: first on this podcast that Jen and Ben were back together.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Will they get engaged again? Go and vote on our
- 4:41Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob. Facebook page is Naughty
- 4:45Speaker 1: Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 4:50Speaker 1: your results. Misste Love, what are you working on? Well,
- 4:54Speaker 1: let's talk about the new season of The Bachelor Red.
- 4:57Speaker 1: So it's Katie Thurston sees in and she's getting something,
- 5:01Speaker 1: you know, with that first initial ceremony. That's a little weird.
- 5:05Speaker 1: It's the first time somebody's getting a blow up doll. Now,
- 5:09Speaker 1: not since Adam brought his Adam Junior doll on Rachel
- 5:13Speaker 1: Lindsay season has someone made such a creepy mis calculation
- 5:18Speaker 1: and an effort to do something cute. And maybe we
- 5:22Speaker 1: assume the guy was attempting to make a little joke
- 5:24Speaker 1: of what Katie brought when she was on Matt James season,
- 5:27Speaker 1: which was a vibratory. Of course, the other men vying
- 5:35Speaker 1: for Katie's love are deliriously happy to see this because
- 5:39Speaker 1: they're like, they'll be gone with the first row of ceremony. Now.
- 5:42Speaker 1: This is from a preview and also when this preview
- 5:45Speaker 1: was smoothches is Shirtless, Cowboys, tears, and our first look
- 5:51Speaker 1: at Titia Adams and Caitlin Bristow as temporary hosts. I
- 5:55Speaker 1: know you guys are all salivating for the new season
- 5:58Speaker 1: of The Bachelorette. It's coming back June seven, only on
- 6:02Speaker 1: Abies Can't Wait. I love the ba I hate that,
- 6:08Speaker 1: I hate talking about sex, you know it, And I
- 6:11Speaker 1: hate people that are too aggressive sexually but I gotta remember,
- 6:15Speaker 1: I forgot Katie did bring shall we say, an accessory
- 6:18Speaker 1: into the house last season, so maybe it's funny. You know,
- 6:22Speaker 1: the producers really encourage them to do this too. So
- 6:25Speaker 1: if you go on the show, you're probably an extrovert.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You don't audition for these shows if you're shy. So
- 6:31Speaker 1: these people want to get attention, and I get it.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I have producers do encourage that, but they definitely push.
- 6:38Speaker 1: They let you know, to be as wild as you want.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So is this gentleman there for love or is he
- 6:44Speaker 1: there to be a start? That's what the problem with
- 6:47Speaker 1: this show is now, Mr. I think a lot of
- 6:49Speaker 1: people go on there to make a name for themselves,
- 6:52Speaker 1: and when you turn up with something like that, I
- 6:54Speaker 1: don't know if you're there for love, but it might
- 6:56Speaker 1: be wildly entertaining. I think it's a mistake. Mr. How
- 6:59Speaker 1: are you personally if people are just too aggressive in
- 7:02Speaker 1: the beginning? Does it turn you on? Does it turn
- 7:05Speaker 1: you off? I'm definitely turned off by it. I do
- 7:08Speaker 1: not like it when people are sexually aggressive. I don't
- 7:11Speaker 1: mind you being like, tell me about yourself, you know,
- 7:14Speaker 1: emotionally or intellectually, but the sexual thing that just makes
- 7:18Speaker 1: me really uncomfortable. So you know, if you're interested in
- 7:22Speaker 1: getting to know me, stimulate my brain and then we'll
- 7:25Speaker 1: talk about my body. This has turned into as for
- 7:30Speaker 1: your love life. Hey, you're welcome. Tom Cruise has returned
- 7:34Speaker 1: all three of his Golden Globes. So Tom is the
- 7:37Speaker 1: latest celebrity to protest the Hollywood Press Association, and he
- 7:41Speaker 1: did so by returning his Golden globes. Lots and lots
- 7:45Speaker 1: of people are coming forward really really angry with the
- 7:47Speaker 1: Golden Globes. NBC has decided not to air the two
- 7:52Speaker 1: Golden Globes ceremony. We talked about this yesterday. Scarlet Johansen
- 7:57Speaker 1: really blew the lid off this problem that we've known
- 8:00Speaker 1: about for a while. The Hollywood Foreign Press promised to
- 8:03Speaker 1: implement some planned diversity changes, but they never did it.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Also to the organization, it's a really strange place. It's
- 8:10Speaker 1: really fraudulent. There's only about eight ninety members. We can't
- 8:14Speaker 1: really figure out where they work. It's not the Foreign
- 8:17Speaker 1: Press for legitimate outlets. It's always been a really strange
- 8:21Speaker 1: bunch of characters. I've worked with them several times when
- 8:24Speaker 1: I was a publicist, and they do ask really inappropriate
- 8:28Speaker 1: sexual questions, And it's not lost in translation. British Vogue,
- 8:32Speaker 1: German Vogue, they would not ask these questions. They're almost
- 8:35Speaker 1: like bloggers. It's a bunch of bloggers who have got
- 8:38Speaker 1: this extraordinary power because they vote on the Golden Globes.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Nobody knows how they're part of the committee. Nobody knows
- 8:44Speaker 1: how they got this honor. But now it's backfired because
- 8:48Speaker 1: it's all going to go away unless they change this
- 8:51Speaker 1: organization radically. What do you think, mister, You know, Rob,
- 8:54Speaker 1: you and I should just start our own group for
- 8:57Speaker 1: journalists and start giving out awards. We can hang out
- 9:00Speaker 1: with even more a listers. One of the biggest problems
- 9:03Speaker 1: with the Hollywood Foreign Press is that they don't have
- 9:05Speaker 1: any diversity. They don't have journalists of color as part
- 9:09Speaker 1: of the organization, and it sounds like it's kind of
- 9:12Speaker 1: just like maybe a creepy boys club where we can
- 9:16Speaker 1: ask inappropriate questions. And so how do you take that seriously?
- 9:20Speaker 1: And they've set up a lot of power. We know this,
- 9:23Speaker 1: but at a certain point you have to say, is
- 9:25Speaker 1: that power worth it? So I think this is the
- 9:28Speaker 1: right thing. Either they make the changes or it's time
- 9:31Speaker 1: to go bye by. And this explains why we've had
- 9:34Speaker 1: such random winners. Allegedly share flew all eight ninety of
- 9:39Speaker 1: them to Vegas to see her in concert, and then
- 9:42Speaker 1: share one the best Actress for Burlesk Angelina, one for
- 9:47Speaker 1: the Tourist. Angelina is a great actress, but she was
- 9:50Speaker 1: not in that movie, remember that movie with Johnny Depp,
- 9:52Speaker 1: The Tourist. She won a lot of people think she
- 9:56Speaker 1: won because they just wanted her at the show. So
- 9:58Speaker 1: when you've got to such a more voting pool, just
- 10:01Speaker 1: eighty ninety members, you can really get to them. You
- 10:04Speaker 1: can throw private dinners. Harvey Weinstein really used this system
- 10:09Speaker 1: for his benefit for many, many years. So I think
- 10:12Speaker 1: we've really got to think about people that vote on
- 10:15Speaker 1: these awards. Are they legitimate or are they just silly
- 10:18Speaker 1: silly nights? And if they're just silly nights, fair enough.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But let's get rid of all the racism and the sexism.
- 10:23Speaker 1: We don't want that any more. Hey, mister, what's the
- 10:26Speaker 1: breaking news on Bill Gates? Lots of shocking stuff. I know, well,
- 10:30Speaker 1: of course we know him being a very very rich man,
- 10:34Speaker 1: but did you know he's also known for his naked
- 10:37Speaker 1: pool parties. Now, you know, we're thinking of the straight,
- 10:41Speaker 1: last tech model, but you know he's known to party
- 10:46Speaker 1: with strippers and being a little bit of a womanizer
- 10:49Speaker 1: even after meeting his future wife. According to a biograph,
- 10:56Speaker 1: so the Microsoft co founders, wild lifestyle was well known
- 10:59Speaker 1: among his inner circle, but the newspapers didn't report on
- 11:03Speaker 1: the wild bachelor parties. Now it Gates is known for
- 11:06Speaker 1: visiting a Seattle's all new nightclub, and he would hire
- 11:10Speaker 1: dancers to come to his home and swing naked with
- 11:13Speaker 1: his friends in an indoor pool. I mean he was rich.
- 11:15Speaker 1: He can do what he wants. This is what James
- 11:17Speaker 1: Wallace wrote. Now, the book includes interviews with stomach Gates
- 11:21Speaker 1: x is, including Anne Winblad, who she says continued having
- 11:26Speaker 1: weekends away even after marrying Melinda. In with Gates now,
- 11:31Speaker 1: former Microsoft executive Vin Rayburn agreed with the biography, saying,
- 11:36Speaker 1: you know, yes, he did have these parties prior to
- 11:39Speaker 1: the marriage, but he never saw it afterwards. Let's go
- 11:43Speaker 1: back to page six in two thousand and ten, where
- 11:46Speaker 1: they wrote that the then married mogul was dancing Paris
- 11:49Speaker 1: Hilton style on a bank hit with a group of
- 11:52Speaker 1: Young Women at Sundance Film Festival. This is really interesting
- 11:58Speaker 1: because it gives us some in site on his relationship
- 12:01Speaker 1: over the past twenty seven years and maybe one of
- 12:05Speaker 1: the reasons it could have led to the end. What
- 12:06Speaker 1: do you think. It's a really new side of him
- 12:09Speaker 1: that I didn't really know about before. We should point
- 12:11Speaker 1: out this book is quite old. It's not a new book.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So the book by James Wallace has been out for
- 12:15Speaker 1: a while. I've ordered a copy. Now watch After the Divorce.
- 12:18Speaker 1: It's going to shoot up the book charts. But it's full.
- 12:22Speaker 1: It's full of these really interesting wild allegations. Some of
- 12:26Speaker 1: them seem to be backed up with people on the record,
- 12:29Speaker 1: but it's a wild book out there and now everybody
- 12:32Speaker 1: is revisiting and it just goes to show you you
- 12:34Speaker 1: never really know what's going on behind closed doors. And
- 12:37Speaker 1: then quickly before we get a break, Prince Harry is
- 12:40Speaker 1: talking finally about his unresolved trauma and grief as a child.
- 12:47Speaker 1: So he's got a new TV documentary with Oprah. It's
- 12:49Speaker 1: going to be on Apple Plus. It's called The Me
- 12:52Speaker 1: You Can't See. He said the following in the documentary,
- 12:57Speaker 1: we are all born different lives brought up in different
- 13:01Speaker 1: environments and as a result, are exposed to difference experiences.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I would certainly say that you're a prince, but he
- 13:07Speaker 1: went on to say the following quote. But our shared
- 13:10Speaker 1: experience is that we are all human. The majority of
- 13:14Speaker 1: us carry some form of unresolved trauma, loss, or grief,
- 13:19Speaker 1: which feels and is very personal. This is so true
- 13:23Speaker 1: recently when I sat down to write my self help book,
- 13:27Speaker 1: The Forward Answer Who Were You? In Forwards Thank You
- 13:29Speaker 1: very Much, available on Amazon, I really got in touch
- 13:33Speaker 1: with the grief and feelings that I've never really felt before,
- 13:36Speaker 1: particularly around my damaged arm. So when I was a
- 13:39Speaker 1: very young boy at birth, my right arms damaged so
- 13:43Speaker 1: severely it was almost amputated, and I thought I moved on.
- 13:47Speaker 1: And now I'm starting to unpack some of those feelings
- 13:50Speaker 1: and what it felt like to have a broken wing
- 13:52Speaker 1: all those years and to be teased about it from
- 13:54Speaker 1: the day I was born. I couldn't crawl, I couldn't
- 13:57Speaker 1: ride a bicycle, I couldn't row a boat. All this
- 13:59Speaker 1: stuff doesn't sound very big, but added up, it really
- 14:02Speaker 1: sort of impacted my life, and I think actually for
- 14:04Speaker 1: the better. It made me a lot more empathetic, sympathetic.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It made me a lot more kind. But it is
- 14:09Speaker 1: interesting when you look back over your life. Mister. You
- 14:12Speaker 1: don't have to say it's very private, but you must
- 14:14Speaker 1: have triggers too, or things that you find hard to unpack. Yeah,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I absolutely, and actually, um, the Prince and I share something.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I lost a parent at a very young age, so
- 14:24Speaker 1: I totally understand that that's traumatic for everyone, whether you're
- 14:28Speaker 1: a prince or you're just someone like me just growing up.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I have the most incredible mother, and I am so
- 14:34Speaker 1: thankful for it, but I do think about times when
- 14:36Speaker 1: I didn't have my dad and when I finally walked
- 14:39Speaker 1: down the aisle that one day that he won't be
- 14:41Speaker 1: able to walk me down. So yeah, I I totally
- 14:45Speaker 1: I totally know where he's coming from talking about trauma.
- 14:47Speaker 1: You're a princess to all of us. Mister. Hey, we're
- 14:49Speaker 1: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 14:51Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the even even nice shaman
- 14:57Speaker 1: Rob shooting with that friend, Mr, Hey, miss do you
- 15:00Speaker 1: let's get to the poles, do do? Prince Charles is
- 15:03Speaker 1: accused of cutting Megan Markle out of the photograph he
- 15:07Speaker 1: posted to celebrate little archies birthday. Was it an innocent
- 15:11Speaker 1: mistake or did he do it on purpose? Seventy thinks
- 15:18Speaker 1: he did it on purpose. I think he deliberately picked
- 15:22Speaker 1: a picture of him, Harry, and Archie to show the
- 15:26Speaker 1: three or royal air, so to speak. So he did
- 15:29Speaker 1: do it on purpose, but he didn't do it to
- 15:31Speaker 1: spite her. It was just a stupid thing that it
- 15:33Speaker 1: never crossed his mind, That's what I think. So I'm
- 15:35Speaker 1: sort of in the middle. Where are you, mistering? I'm
- 15:37Speaker 1: gonna give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I mean, it's all dudes. It's all boys, you know.
- 15:43Speaker 1: It's like we're showing the mill hierarchy of the family.
- 15:47Speaker 1: So it would have been better if you put mommy in.
- 15:50Speaker 1: But look, my sister has all boys. Sometimes it's just
- 15:53Speaker 1: about her husband and my nephew, so I can understand
- 15:57Speaker 1: that my my nephews our princess. But people are probably
- 16:01Speaker 1: not looking up and analyzing everything my sister puts on
- 16:04Speaker 1: social media. Prince Charles knows that they are, so think
- 16:07Speaker 1: about it before you post the picture. Be careful. Don't
- 16:10Speaker 1: get to vote on Today's pole. Do you think j
- 16:12Speaker 1: Low and then Affleck will get engaged again and go
- 16:15Speaker 1: vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob, leave
- 16:18Speaker 1: a comment on our Facebook page and Ughty Gossip, and
- 16:20Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results
- 16:24Speaker 1: are Now it's time for est of the day. Well,
- 16:31Speaker 1: our nicest of the day is Michael B. Jordan's. No,
- 16:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry. It's not for that incredible body of his
- 16:37Speaker 1: or that stunning face, so those totally make him the nicest.
- 16:42Speaker 1: It's because he won't be naming his son Michael C.
- 16:45Speaker 1: So he doesn't have children yet, but he's thinking about
- 16:47Speaker 1: his future children if he has a son um And
- 16:50Speaker 1: if you didn't know, his father's name is Michael A.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And his name is Michael B. So if they continue
- 16:58Speaker 1: the tradition for the in the family there's his son
- 17:02Speaker 1: would be named Michael C. But he's planning to break
- 17:05Speaker 1: up with that tradition already right now, even though he
- 17:08Speaker 1: doesn't have kids. He says, I'm breaking that circle right there.
- 17:12Speaker 1: He told us to Ellen, and he says, it's too much.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I had to live up to the pressure of my
- 17:17Speaker 1: father's name and I'm not going to put that on
- 17:20Speaker 1: my son. So that's very sweet. But you know what
- 17:24Speaker 1: the Sun might want to be called, Michael C. It's
- 17:26Speaker 1: like I'm a part of these incredible men. I want
- 17:30Speaker 1: to live in that tradition. It's a good day, the
- 17:33Speaker 1: nicest of the day, and now I naughtiest the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Nick Jonas is talking about his sex symbol status. He's
- 17:40Speaker 1: saying that he doesn't pay really any attention to it.
- 17:42Speaker 1: It's flattering, but it's not something he really takes seriously.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Let me remind everybody that Nick Jonas posed in his
- 17:48Speaker 1: Calvi inclines, So I don't know about this Nick. He
- 17:52Speaker 1: went on to say that he can laugh about it,
- 17:54Speaker 1: but he knows his parents will probably read some of
- 17:56Speaker 1: these comments, and he doesn't wear it as a badge
- 17:59Speaker 1: of on that and he's a little bit embarrassed by it.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I'm not sure I believe that I've met Nick Jonas
- 18:05Speaker 1: several times. Nicholas. If you're listening to Lower, Lower, Lower,
- 18:09Speaker 1: you know you're sexy. You know it. You walk around
- 18:12Speaker 1: in those Calvin clans, you're doing those little sit ups
- 18:15Speaker 1: for those six pack abs are yours? You know? Why
- 18:18Speaker 1: can't they just admit it and say it is fabulous
- 18:21Speaker 1: being gorgeous. He's pretty hard gorgeous, Nick owning Nick, don't
- 18:28Speaker 1: be embarrassed by it. You're gorgeous. And with that said,
- 18:31Speaker 1: it's time for a moment of Rob. You get a Robb,
- 18:34Speaker 1: you get Rob, You get a Rob. I get sponsored
- 18:36Speaker 1: by the foreword answer who Are You? In Four Words?
- 18:38Speaker 1: Which is my new book available for pre order right
- 18:41Speaker 1: now on Amazon dot com. Thank you for buying it.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I got my numbers yesterday from my publisher Misstay. We're
- 18:48Speaker 1: gonna get a hit book. It's selling really well. Thank you,
- 18:51Speaker 1: thank you, Thank you. Today's moment of Rob. But I
- 18:54Speaker 1: stand in front of the mirror until I have something
- 18:56Speaker 1: kind to say. You're just gonna find that one thing,
- 18:59Speaker 1: that one thing you like about yourself and focus on it.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Learning to replace the cruel habit of self shaming with
- 19:08Speaker 1: the kind habit of self love has changed my life.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I would agree with you. You know, we all need
- 19:16Speaker 1: to be told that we are loved, and sometimes, unfortunately
- 19:20Speaker 1: we don't have somebody to say that. And so why
- 19:22Speaker 1: not start with the most important person in your world, yourself?
- 19:26Speaker 1: And you should look at yourself and you should say
- 19:29Speaker 1: I love you. And now Rob Shooter is telling us
- 19:32Speaker 1: we need to do it so we know it is true.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Get up there, say what you love about yourself. Start
- 19:39Speaker 1: your day that way, and I'm going to tell you
- 19:41Speaker 1: it's going to make you feel a lot better. And
- 19:43Speaker 1: you know what, once you start saying it to yourself,
- 19:46Speaker 1: other people are going to feel that and they're going
- 19:48Speaker 1: to radiate. Absolutely, we dont to not be kind to ourselves.
- 19:51Speaker 1: So at first it's going to feel really awkward looking
- 19:53Speaker 1: in the mirror. All I saw was my pimpoles, my
- 19:56Speaker 1: huge nose which is too big for my face, my
- 19:58Speaker 1: big ears, my eye is that are too close to gain.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I saw all the faults. I just kept staring at them,
- 20:03Speaker 1: and then I saw something I liked, which is my
- 20:06Speaker 1: fantastic hair. And so now when I look in the mirror,
- 20:09Speaker 1: the first thing I look at is my hair. And
- 20:12Speaker 1: then I moved down to my eyes and a little
- 20:15Speaker 1: bit kinder to myself. But find the one thing. It
- 20:17Speaker 1: might be your great shoulders, it might be your beautiful teeth,
- 20:20Speaker 1: your beautiful eyes. Find the one thing you really like
- 20:23Speaker 1: about yourself. Focus on that and that's it for today.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to the Naughty but
