- 1:56Speaker 6: we're welcoming you to a new week here on WRTR
- 1:59Speaker 6: Real Talk Radio. Thanks for joining us again and coming
- 2:01Speaker 6: back for our bullshit. So Miss Lyric is booked and
- 2:05Speaker 6: busy this weekend, as she should be. So if y'all
- 2:08Speaker 6: remember a long time ago, well not that long actually,
- 2:11Speaker 6: I asked El Train from the Regally Ratchet podcast to
- 2:14Speaker 6: join me, and I asked him to join me again today,
- 2:17Speaker 6: So welcome back, sir.
- 2:18Speaker 7: It was up.
- 2:19Speaker 6: What's going on? I'm the pleasure is all ours. I'm
- 2:24Speaker 6: telling you need good energy to bless this mic because
- 2:27Speaker 6: there's nothing good that we say on here. It's it's
- 2:30Speaker 6: always chaos. But you know what, we made it. We
- 2:32Speaker 6: made it to August.
- 2:33Speaker 7: Barely, but you know what, and it's only the beginning,
- 2:36Speaker 7: so we don't know how the how August is going
- 2:38Speaker 7: to end. So we'll see.
- 2:39Speaker 6: My nose is three months till the midterms. I can
- 2:43Speaker 6: get this uh bullshit under.
- 2:47Speaker 7: Okay, you know what. That's actually something that kind of
- 2:50Speaker 7: gives you that feeling of there's light at the end
- 2:53Speaker 7: of the time.
- 2:54Speaker 6: There may be, but I remember seeing I can't get
- 2:56Speaker 6: too happy because they disappointed me, and twenty twenty four
- 3:01Speaker 6: because I was so it was so clear and cut.
- 3:04Speaker 6: The man got on TV and was like Hajian people
- 3:07Speaker 6: eating dogs and cats, and white people were still like
- 3:11Speaker 6: yeah that guy, And I'm just I'm thrown. I'm like,
- 3:15Speaker 6: what the fuck? So I can't get to happy, can't
- 3:19Speaker 6: set myself up to be let down again. Y'all broke
- 3:21Speaker 6: my heart. You're horrible. Not black people, Black people in
- 3:25Speaker 6: majority did the right thing. What's going on in your
- 3:27Speaker 6: readally ratchet world, sir man?
- 3:30Speaker 7: Just keeping it real and ratchet at the same time.
- 3:34Speaker 7: That balance is a beautiful thing. I'm telling you when
- 3:36Speaker 7: you can embrace both. So, oh yeah, it's been a
- 3:38Speaker 7: cool week. It's been up and down, honestly, busy with
- 3:41Speaker 7: work all of that good stuff than traveling. So you know, whatever,
- 3:45Speaker 7: you're running around and traveling, you always feel like home's
- 3:48Speaker 7: not settled. Yes, yes, I'm trying to get there. And
- 3:53Speaker 7: now I've got contractors at the house doing some stuff,
- 3:56Speaker 7: so it's still not settled. So I'm just waiting for
- 3:59Speaker 7: that moment to war. I'm looking for a free weekend
- 4:01Speaker 7: to be able to just go.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Right sit in front of your fan, which nuts out
- 4:06Speaker 6: that kind of stuff.
- 4:07Speaker 7: You know what I'm saying.
- 4:08Speaker 6: Yeah, just relaxing right, just be you.
- 4:12Speaker 7: What about you? How's your weeknd?
- 4:14Speaker 6: My week has been all over the place, like it's
- 4:16Speaker 6: been bipolar. Hell. So you know, I've been tense, I've
- 4:20Speaker 6: been angry, I've been good, I've been mellow, I've been cool,
- 4:24Speaker 6: but getting through it one step at a time. I
- 4:28Speaker 6: got to tell you about the amazing time Lyric and
- 4:30Speaker 6: I had at the first ever DMV Content com last
- 4:34Speaker 6: weekend in DC, Okay, DC, Maryland, Virginia. This was the
- 4:38Speaker 6: kind of event every creator had been waiting for.
- 4:41Speaker 8: You.
- 4:42Speaker 6: First off, it went down at KB Studios. I haven't
- 4:45Speaker 6: been in a few years. It's incredible, like it looked outstanding.
- 4:50Speaker 6: We met broadcasters, podcasters, photographers, videographers, radio hosts, content creators,
- 4:56Speaker 6: media personalities like vendors, and this was a media networking mixer,
- 5:01Speaker 6: so we had a chance to reconnect with people we've
- 5:04Speaker 6: known for years and meet some new ones. So shout
- 5:06Speaker 6: out to Bezel Zelner, who has been in the DMV
- 5:09Speaker 6: throwing networking events like this for years. He had artists showcases,
- 5:13Speaker 6: conventions and has really just become the plug for creative
- 5:16Speaker 6: people in the DC area, and I was happy to
- 5:18Speaker 6: have been invited to the event. I also want to
- 5:20Speaker 6: show some love to the Next to Flex podcast for
- 5:23Speaker 6: twenty Friendly Radio, the Just Different podcast, Got to See Dread,
- 5:26Speaker 6: the Old Head Rocket Films was in the building, Brian
- 5:29Speaker 6: Blake talks with Tina g Let's Talk sports podcast, the
- 5:33Speaker 6: k Zone podcast. Just so many new contacts and connections,
- 5:37Speaker 6: So once again, thanks for having us and inviting us
- 5:40Speaker 6: to such an event and outstanding mixer. We'll be back
- 5:42Speaker 6: next year. And Elle, he's asked for me to introduce
- 5:47Speaker 6: him to other podcasters, so I will be giving you
- 5:49Speaker 6: that contact information so that you can be. Perhaps you
- 5:52Speaker 6: and the Regally Ratchett can be at the next DMV
- 5:56Speaker 6: content con. How about that?
- 5:57Speaker 7: That sounds great And ooh hope they're ready for that
- 6:00Speaker 7: Regal and Ratchet energy.
- 6:02Speaker 6: I know that's right in. Any podcasters or aspiring podcasters
- 6:05Speaker 6: shoot us an email to WRTR radio at gmail dot
- 6:08Speaker 6: com if this sounds like something you want to be
- 6:10Speaker 6: a part of. So usually me and lyric usually turn
- 6:14Speaker 6: over to when I grow up? Around right now? So
- 6:17Speaker 6: did you have one? Did you want it to be
- 6:19Speaker 6: like when you grew up?
- 6:20Speaker 7: I actually do. This is somebody that people I'm sure
- 6:24Speaker 7: know about when I grew up. I want to be
- 6:25Speaker 7: like Robert Townson. Okay, this man, as an actor and
- 6:30Speaker 7: producer and director, has been such a non problematic person
- 6:34Speaker 7: in Hollywood and someone who's been very influential overall. Like
- 6:37Speaker 7: he's been associated with Eddie Murphy's Raw, he did the
- 6:40Speaker 7: Karmen hip hopera bats Parenthood for those gen X people
- 6:45Speaker 7: out there. When when you think about Parenthood being on
- 6:47Speaker 7: the WB remember WWWB Yeah, all of that Bollywood shuffle.
- 6:54Speaker 7: And then let me tell you one of my favorite movies.
- 6:57Speaker 7: And I think that this is it is up there
- 6:59Speaker 7: with the color p and all the others for most
- 7:01Speaker 7: black people is the five heart beats. Ah, And for
- 7:05Speaker 7: him to be behind the camera and in front of
- 7:09Speaker 7: it at the same time and create that I don't know,
- 7:11Speaker 7: like I think that he's had so many pivotal moments
- 7:14Speaker 7: and he's kind of unsung in some ways because when
- 7:17Speaker 7: you say Robert Towns and you're like, huh why. But
- 7:20Speaker 7: now I hope people understand why I want to be
- 7:22Speaker 7: like Robert Towns.
- 7:23Speaker 6: When I grew up. Listen, legit, when you said that,
- 7:26Speaker 6: I had to look. I had to google his picture.
- 7:28Speaker 6: And now that you know, now that I see his face,
- 7:30Speaker 6: I know exactly who you're talking about. But you are right,
- 7:33Speaker 6: unproblematic and that's why I don't hear about him, because
- 7:35Speaker 6: I only hear about shit when it's problematic. So yeah,
- 7:39Speaker 6: absolutely Trailblazer.
- 7:41Speaker 7: And for those who are like, okay, so we still
- 7:43Speaker 7: don't know who he is. If you know the five
- 7:45Speaker 7: heart beats, he's duck ah, anyone who played the character
- 7:49Speaker 7: named duck So gotcha?
- 7:51Speaker 6: Gotcha?
- 7:51Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what I want to what about you?
- 7:53Speaker 6: When I grow up? I want to be like the
- 7:55Speaker 6: people over at One of my favorite websites at black
- 7:57Speaker 6: facts dot com. This website is a site that I
- 8:00Speaker 6: seen dedicated to educating the masses on true black history. Now,
- 8:03Speaker 6: if you go over to their homepage, it'll immediately outline
- 8:06Speaker 6: everything in black history that happened the day that you're looking.
- 8:08Speaker 6: So if you're looking at the site on August first,
- 8:11Speaker 6: it'll tell you all the milestones in Black history that
- 8:13Speaker 6: have happened on that day. But it doesn't stop there.
- 8:16Speaker 6: They have a drop down menu that you can look
- 8:18Speaker 6: up damn near every category from Black American History, Divine nine, LGBTQ, pioneers,
- 8:25Speaker 6: like everything. So again that's blackfacts dot Com. Go there
- 8:28Speaker 6: and get your history, because it's clear at this point
- 8:31Speaker 6: the shit that we were taught in school was severely
- 8:34Speaker 6: whitewashed or just outright altered. That Christopher Columbus shit was
- 8:38Speaker 6: nonsense that we learned. I mean, for us to have
- 8:42Speaker 6: to revisit that and so many different topics and the
- 8:46Speaker 6: way that they were teaching, nobody really had. They had
- 8:49Speaker 6: quote unquote standard curriculums for learning for us, but nobody
- 8:54Speaker 6: was really teaching the same shit. We see now all
- 8:57Speaker 6: these years later.
- 8:58Speaker 7: There's so many things that we're learning now that we
- 9:00Speaker 7: should have learned before, and I think, yeah, that was
- 9:02Speaker 7: absolutely intentional. I'm going to stop there.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Well, we won't stop because up next is if it
- 9:09Speaker 6: were lyric and even though she ain't here, we're gonna
- 9:11Speaker 6: try to get you out through some of these advice requests.
- 9:14Speaker 6: I'm ready up next, We'll be right back.
- 9:18Speaker 8: Hey, guys, So I just want you to put this
- 9:22Speaker 8: clip in your memory banks and keep it there forever,
- 9:26Speaker 8: or at least until this motherfucker runs for president.
- 9:31Speaker 9: All of my comms people, the thing they were most
- 9:34Speaker 9: worried about was they're going to ask you about Michelle
- 9:37Speaker 9: Obama being called a man. What are you going to
- 9:41Speaker 9: say about it? And I was like, what an amped
- 9:43Speaker 9: up fighter told a joke after a fight, said something
- 9:46Speaker 9: after a fight, and that's actually national news.
- 9:49Speaker 4: I'm still surprised.
- 9:50Speaker 9: I've been to politics now for three or four years.
- 9:52Speaker 9: I'm still shocked this shit that people get really fired
- 9:55Speaker 9: up about.
- 9:56Speaker 10: Well, I kind of understand it because it's at the
- 9:59Speaker 10: White House. First of all, A cage fight at the
- 10:01Speaker 10: White House is crazy already. I mean, if you said
- 10:03Speaker 10: Michelle Obama's a man at the T Mobile Arena in.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Vegas, it's like that's a less of a story.
- 10:08Speaker 3: He was not the best thing to say at the
- 10:09Speaker 3: White House.
- 10:10Speaker 6: Michelle Obama's a man is not the best thing to say.
- 10:12Speaker 9: Fair, but the reaction to it to me was still
- 10:15Speaker 9: totally disproportioned. Yeah, of course, people say stuff all the time.
- 10:20Speaker 8: Never forget who this calling Kamala Harris the trash, childless
- 10:26Speaker 8: cat lady, insulting, chubby ass eyeliner, wearing couch, stooping bastard,
- 10:36Speaker 8: fake ass Christian with a church he's never been to
- 10:40Speaker 8: on his book cover, probably hexts the Pope to death,
- 10:43Speaker 8: black woman, insulting Michelle Obama, hating Patians eating pets, a
- 10:51Speaker 8: lion ass Nazi, excusing despite having brown children, Trump boot
- 10:58Speaker 8: licking after calling him hitler trader to your own supposedly
- 11:04Speaker 8: Appalachian principles, asshole, motherfucker. Never forget who this bastard is,
- 11:14Speaker 8: and when he is running for president, you know what
- 11:18Speaker 8: to do. Make his ass unemployed. Fuck you, jd Vance,
- 11:24Speaker 8: fuck you forever. And since you don't have a problem
- 11:27Speaker 8: with jokes that are insulting, everything that you've ever said
- 11:33Speaker 8: about a black woman or about a childless cat lady,
- 11:36Speaker 8: your mama and your mem.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Have the day that you deserve.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Maybe not what you should be, but definitely she would wreck.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Well, Lyrec isn't here this week, so l Train and
- 11:53Speaker 6: I are gonna go tandem on these letters.
- 11:55Speaker 7: Good luck.
- 11:58Speaker 6: If you want your questions answer, you can say them
- 12:00Speaker 6: over to Lyricgravado at gmail dot com or at WRTR
- 12:03Speaker 6: Radio at gmail dot com and we will tell you
- 12:06Speaker 6: what we would do. Now let's get into it. So
- 12:09Speaker 6: I'm gonna do this first one, all right, Okay, dear Lyric.
- 12:12Speaker 6: I'm a forty three year old woman who has been
- 12:15Speaker 6: married to my husband, who is forty four, for thirteen years,
- 12:18Speaker 6: and we have two kids together, a fourteen year old
- 12:20Speaker 6: daughter and a twelve year old boy. A few weeks ago,
- 12:23Speaker 6: my husband came to me while our kids were at
- 12:26Speaker 6: their aunt and uncle's house, and he demanded a paternity
- 12:28Speaker 6: test for our son. I was shocked by his request
- 12:31Speaker 6: and asked why, and he didn't say anything, just ask
- 12:34Speaker 6: for the test again. I told him I never cheated
- 12:37Speaker 6: or I've been with another guy. He says he knows,
- 12:40Speaker 6: just wanted the test. But soon after our kids came home,
- 12:43Speaker 6: I started noticing how he treated our son. He became
- 12:46Speaker 6: cold and distant, refusing to spend time with him, and
- 12:48Speaker 6: not wanting to help with schoolwork. Meanwhile, my husband started
- 12:52Speaker 6: started favoring our daughter, always taking around on father daughter
- 12:56Speaker 6: days and always helping out with schoolwork. I called him
- 12:59Speaker 6: out on it several times, but he never seemed to
- 13:01Speaker 6: care and continued doing it. A week ago, the test
- 13:04Speaker 6: came back and my husband saw that our son was
- 13:06Speaker 6: in fact his. He looked remorseful and went to our
- 13:09Speaker 6: son's room to talk to him and gently asked to speak.
- 13:12Speaker 6: My son didn't let him in, asking for space. My
- 13:15Speaker 6: husband nodded and didn't protest. Now I'm staying at a
- 13:18Speaker 6: friend's house with my son and daughter. I ended up
- 13:21Speaker 6: filing for divorce and custody arrangements are in progress. My
- 13:24Speaker 6: daughter sees her dad almost every day and spends time
- 13:27Speaker 6: with him, but our son won't speak to him or
- 13:30Speaker 6: spend time with him. My husband has been begging to
- 13:32Speaker 6: let him apologize to our son. I don't know what
- 13:35Speaker 6: to do. On one hand, my husband wants to apologize
- 13:38Speaker 6: and see our son, but on the other hand, my
- 13:40Speaker 6: son won't even pick up his phone calls. I've tried
- 13:43Speaker 6: gently talking to my son about it, but he doesn't
- 13:45Speaker 6: want to see or speak to his father. If it
- 13:48Speaker 6: were you, how would you handle things? Love your podcast.
- 13:51Speaker 6: It has been keeping me laughing and giving me something
- 13:53Speaker 6: else to focus on, But really want your opinion, Signed
- 13:57Speaker 6: Heartbroken in h Town.
- 14:02Speaker 7: Because I'm I'm I'm gonna let you. I'm gonna let
- 14:06Speaker 7: you set the tone. What I'm gonna let you set
- 14:08Speaker 7: the tone?
- 14:09Speaker 6: Why do I have to set the tone?
- 14:10Speaker 7: Usually lyrics sets the tone exactly fine.
- 14:17Speaker 6: I want to hold your hand gently with the napkin
- 14:19Speaker 6: in between it and say this, It's not your choice, sweetie,
- 14:23Speaker 6: it's your son's choice. Now I will say this in
- 14:27Speaker 6: your letter. Maybe I missed the part and maybe you know.
- 14:31Speaker 6: Thank you to where your son? How did your son
- 14:35Speaker 6: figure this out? How did your son find out about it?
- 14:37Speaker 6: And that's the part I kind of want to get
- 14:39Speaker 6: into even further because it's like, how was he in
- 14:42Speaker 6: grown folks business? Because you said that when this was discussed,
- 14:45Speaker 6: they were off and away. So he gets back suddenly
- 14:49Speaker 6: starts acting distant towards the sun, and in the span
- 14:52Speaker 6: of time that it took for the test to get
- 14:55Speaker 6: back to you, somehow I feel like something's left out
- 14:58Speaker 6: of this letter and I don't. I don't want a
- 15:01Speaker 6: victim blame because it could have very well much been
- 15:03Speaker 6: to where y'all were arguing about it and he overheard it,
- 15:06Speaker 6: but you didn't say that. But even so, it's still
- 15:09Speaker 6: me al cats out of the bag and kind of
- 15:13Speaker 6: looks like it's not your decision at this point. That
- 15:15Speaker 6: is your son's individual relationship with his father, and while
- 15:19Speaker 6: you can want for the best, you really don't have
- 15:22Speaker 6: much control on that outcome. That's the best thing I
- 15:24Speaker 6: could tell you.
- 15:25Speaker 7: Hell, as far as I'm concerned, all of the tests
- 15:28Speaker 7: are inconclusive because there is way too much has been
- 15:31Speaker 7: left out.
- 15:31Speaker 6: Okay, so I wasn't just me no.
- 15:34Speaker 7: Because I'm sitting here and I'm thinking, we don't skip
- 15:36Speaker 7: from the moment he asked you for for paternity all
- 15:40Speaker 7: the way to a divorce, and like you don't skipped
- 15:42Speaker 7: over a whole lot. And before you get me to
- 15:45Speaker 7: start telling you how to handle this and navigate it
- 15:49Speaker 7: and everything, you can tell everything, you gotta be Yeah, No,
- 15:52Speaker 7: this is inconclusive. Also, I'm also gonna say he don't
- 15:56Speaker 7: need to apologize just for the son. He needs to
- 15:58Speaker 7: apologize everyone for breaking up down home based on what
- 16:01Speaker 7: it is that you said, But because I said that
- 16:02Speaker 7: it was inconclusive, I don't even know if that maybe
- 16:04Speaker 7: he right based on the way you gave us details.
- 16:06Speaker 7: Maybe maybe he did have reason to believe that there
- 16:09Speaker 7: was something else going on.
- 16:10Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 16:10Speaker 7: I don't know what to tell you.
- 16:11Speaker 6: Yeah, communication skills and I'm kidding, like I don't want
- 16:15Speaker 6: a victim blame.
- 16:16Speaker 7: How did we go from Okay, my husband just asked
- 16:20Speaker 7: me for paternity on one child, just want just one
- 16:25Speaker 7: to him going to not giving him any attention? Why
- 16:29Speaker 7: have we already done the test? That that can't take
- 16:31Speaker 7: that long? Okay, So then you've done the test and
- 16:34Speaker 7: you've waited, and now once you got the test results,
- 16:37Speaker 7: you were already at his sister's house and stuff like,
- 16:39Speaker 7: come on, I'm so confused. What was the reason and
- 16:43Speaker 7: you never found a reason on why he asked you that.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Yes, that's what I'm saying.
- 16:47Speaker 7: You ain't got a good, good girlfriend who want him
- 16:49Speaker 7: or something that said, oh you know that oldest one
- 16:51Speaker 7: ain't yours is going on and you have left a
- 16:55Speaker 7: whole lot out And I'm sorry we have gotten way
- 16:57Speaker 7: too far in this story for you to not tell
- 16:59Speaker 7: us more.
- 17:00Speaker 6: No, you have to email us more details on this
- 17:03Speaker 6: because listen, at this point, it's like I even have
- 17:06Speaker 6: to ask, how did how did you even Okay? What
- 17:10Speaker 6: was the conversation that was had with your husband about
- 17:14Speaker 6: the reason for the paternity test? Like we never even
- 17:17Speaker 6: got into that, Like did somebody get in his ear?
- 17:20Speaker 6: Was it like one of his homeboys? I was like, yeah,
- 17:22Speaker 6: I fucked your girl, YadA, YadA, YadA. Or was this
- 17:24Speaker 6: like some insecure bullshit that he watched down a TikTok
- 17:27Speaker 6: rabbit hole? Like what was the premise for this to come?
- 17:31Speaker 6: Like that's a whole lot. You know the child, which one?
- 17:37Speaker 6: The daughter, because she's seen all this bullshit.
- 17:39Speaker 7: Judy Judy Winslow. I call her Judy Winslow.
- 17:42Speaker 6: She is going to go upstairs and never come back.
- 17:44Speaker 6: I'm telling you she's not.
- 17:46Speaker 7: Because nobody's talking about her, and her whole life has
- 17:49Speaker 7: just been ripped up.
- 17:50Speaker 6: It's awful.
- 17:51Speaker 7: It's awful, Poor Judy Winslow, Poor poor Judy Winslow.
- 17:54Speaker 6: No, but I would say it's I mean, if you
- 17:57Speaker 6: follow up, yeah, but don't try to facilitate somebody else's
- 18:00Speaker 6: relationship with their parents. It never turns out well, my bad.
- 18:03Speaker 7: We supposed to give hurt ad price.
- 18:05Speaker 6: Now, I mean that is my advice, to let things
- 18:08Speaker 6: play themselves out, like at this point me Olkad out
- 18:11Speaker 6: of the bag. But I think that perhaps if it
- 18:14Speaker 6: were me, I would talk to a therapist and kind
- 18:18Speaker 6: of find out or I would get to a comfortable
- 18:21Speaker 6: point where I'm able to admit to the part that
- 18:24Speaker 6: I may or may not have played in all of this,
- 18:29Speaker 6: and you know, so I can be a little bit
- 18:31Speaker 6: more honest with myself and the people I write letters
- 18:35Speaker 6: to in podcasts. This is why they don't let me
- 18:39Speaker 6: answer these letters.
- 18:39Speaker 7: I'm gonna jump in. I'm gonna just switch the energy
- 18:42Speaker 7: and go to a new one. Okay. Is that okay?
- 18:44Speaker 6: Okay?
- 18:44Speaker 7: Fine, all right? So our next one? All right, so
- 18:47Speaker 7: this one starts off dear lyric I could really use
- 18:50Speaker 7: them outside perspective perspectives, because I've been going back and
- 18:54Speaker 7: forth on this.
- 18:55Speaker 6: Well, you came to the right place now, ok.
- 19:00Speaker 7: Oh, okay. So I'm a man mid thirties. I dated
- 19:05Speaker 7: a woman for a short time earlier this year. We
- 19:07Speaker 7: eventually broke up. Looking back, I think one particular weekend
- 19:11Speaker 7: before the breakup may have been more significant than I
- 19:14Speaker 7: realized at the time. Huh. Recently, through a lot of
- 19:17Speaker 7: self reflection, including therapy, I've started wondering whether I stayed
- 19:21Speaker 7: at her place longer than I should have. Wow, Oh,
- 19:25Speaker 7: it's giving Hobo Sax.
- 19:26Speaker 6: I did not know this was going there.
- 19:28Speaker 7: I don't remember ever every detail anymore, but I'm now
- 19:31Speaker 7: fairly sure I didn't pay enough attention to whether she
- 19:34Speaker 7: actually wanted some space or alone time. If that's true,
- 19:37Speaker 7: I feel bad about it. After this weekend, everything kind
- 19:40Speaker 7: of fell apart, but I cannot be sure this was
- 19:43Speaker 7: the reason. After the breakup, I made a much bigger
- 19:45Speaker 7: mistake at a party, I tried to convince her to
- 19:48Speaker 7: give me another romantic chance, and when she said no,
- 19:51Speaker 7: I didn't handle it.
- 19:52Speaker 6: Well, oh okay, what does that mean?
- 19:56Speaker 7: Okay, so oh he's gonna get us there. So a
- 19:59Speaker 7: couple weeks later she was the one who reached out
- 20:02Speaker 7: to talk about it. She told me I should have
- 20:05Speaker 7: accepted her no, and that she was disappointed that she
- 20:08Speaker 7: had to initiate that conversation. I apologized, We talked everything through,
- 20:13Speaker 7: and by the end she said everything was okay again.
- 20:16Speaker 7: Since then, I invited her for a coffee, but she
- 20:19Speaker 7: had no time. Oh wow, no contact now for three weeks.
- 20:23Speaker 7: I am aware that we might not meet ever again. Actively.
- 20:27Speaker 7: Here's my dilemma. The conversation we already had was about
- 20:30Speaker 7: my behavior after the breakup. This new realization is about
- 20:33Speaker 7: something that happened before the breakup, and we never discussed it.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Part of me feels like I should take responsibility if
- 20:39Speaker 7: I may have crossed the boundary or made her uncomfortable
- 20:42Speaker 7: that weekend, even if I only realized it now. Okay.
- 20:46Speaker 7: The other part of me worries that she may not
- 20:48Speaker 7: even see that weaken the way I do. She may
- 20:53Speaker 7: have completely moved on and not want to revisit any
- 20:56Speaker 7: of this and send me a message now. And send
- 20:59Speaker 7: me a message now, we would only reopen something that's
- 21:02Speaker 7: already closed for her. I'm not asking because I think
- 21:05Speaker 7: it will get us back together. I know the relationship
- 21:07Speaker 7: is over. I'm simply wondering whether an apology like this
- 21:10Speaker 7: would be considerate or not. If you were in her position,
- 21:13Speaker 7: would you appreciate receiving a message like that, or would
- 21:16Speaker 7: you rather be left alone? I'd really appreciate honest opinions
- 21:20Speaker 7: from both perspectives.
- 21:21Speaker 6: Oh, I appreciate y'all, Kent don't no, no, he said,
- 21:24Speaker 6: honest opinion from.
- 21:25Speaker 7: Both perspectives, and both are us. So all right, let's go. Yeah,
- 21:30Speaker 7: I don't I don't know how different these perspectives are
- 21:33Speaker 7: going to be.
- 21:33Speaker 6: Am I setting the tone?
- 21:35Speaker 7: Get it? This is your stage?
- 21:37Speaker 6: No, I'm asking did you want to set the tone?
- 21:39Speaker 7: I do not trust me. You don't want me to
- 21:42Speaker 7: set the tone?
- 21:42Speaker 6: Can if you don't leave this woman alone? If you
- 21:45Speaker 6: don't leave this woman alone? Three weeks? Three weeks, sir, sir,
- 21:51Speaker 6: sir sir, I don't know if you're okay? Not not
- 21:55Speaker 6: because there it's the cops, because they're going to come
- 21:58Speaker 6: through your door if you don't leave this lady alone.
- 22:03Speaker 6: So you veagued up? Why okay? Why is the theme
- 22:06Speaker 6: of this week's letters?
- 22:07Speaker 7: Vegue up? Okay? I feel like you know what I
- 22:10Speaker 7: feel like, debrak Cox, because I'm just like, how did
- 22:12Speaker 7: we get here?
- 22:21Speaker 6: Certainly nobody should be here?
- 22:22Speaker 7: Because why we just skipped past some What is going?
- 22:25Speaker 7: I don't know. I don't know.
- 22:27Speaker 6: Okay, go ahead, you can take it from there.
- 22:30Speaker 7: I don't know if I can tell them much more
- 22:32Speaker 7: besides leave her alone. I don't want to be bothered
- 22:34Speaker 7: by him, like, leave her alone. She's not interested? She
- 22:39Speaker 7: does not, she she, I don't, I don't. You got
- 22:41Speaker 7: to tell us more once again before I just go
- 22:44Speaker 7: and brate you. I need to know more as to
- 22:46Speaker 7: why she felt like what you did was wrong. You
- 22:48Speaker 7: didn't tell us anything about your enterprise. Big You are
- 22:53Speaker 7: real clear that it was inappropriate, and you left it alone.
- 22:55Speaker 7: And we don't know why it was inappropriate. We don't
- 22:57Speaker 7: know how she broke your heart. If you broke her heart,
- 22:59Speaker 7: what the hell happened? Did your cheat on her? Did
- 23:02Speaker 7: you did you touch your daddy's nipple? We don't know
- 23:04Speaker 7: what happened. Come on, like, give us a little bit more.
- 23:07Speaker 6: I don't know because this this seems stockery, though, dog seriously,
- 23:11Speaker 6: like I'm making jokes and stuff, but this does seem
- 23:14Speaker 6: kind of stockery. If it's been three weeks, she's gotten
- 23:17Speaker 6: no contact, it's time to move on. There are plenty
- 23:21Speaker 6: of fish in the sea, y'all gotta let stuff go.
- 23:24Speaker 6: Like and that goes across the board misconnections. Some of
- 23:28Speaker 6: these marriages out here, you know, have fallen apart, or
- 23:31Speaker 6: that you're not happy, or that you're miserable, and then
- 23:34Speaker 6: you want everybody else to be miserable. So y'all come
- 23:36Speaker 6: up with these Christian conservative values that you want everybody
- 23:39Speaker 6: else to adhere to when none of you are happy.
- 23:42Speaker 6: It's about authenticity. So and she don't want.
- 23:45Speaker 7: You, as you said that, it really made me think
- 23:47Speaker 7: about what her perspective is. And if she wrote into.
- 23:51Speaker 6: She probably thought whoop, whoop, God.
- 23:53Speaker 7: Well that's the thing, and just for your perspective, if
- 23:56Speaker 7: she wrote in what she was getting and she's like, look,
- 24:00Speaker 7: I've been I've been very clear. I'm not interested in
- 24:02Speaker 7: this man. I've gone no contact for three weeks and
- 24:05Speaker 7: then all of a sudden, he just sent me this
- 24:07Speaker 7: weird letter about to apologize for someon I didn't even
- 24:10Speaker 7: know was the case, and all this other stuff like
- 24:13Speaker 7: I'm I am afraid, Like, leave her alone, Leave her alone,
- 24:16Speaker 7: because her perspective is she wrote into us would really
- 24:21Speaker 7: paint you in a different light. It really would, And
- 24:23Speaker 7: it's the light that you should understand that she's probably
- 24:26Speaker 7: seen you in. So you leave her alone.
- 24:29Speaker 6: Yeah, leave her alone? Dog, Like, can't move on because
- 24:32Speaker 6: this is you're doing a lot. Dog, And then you're
- 24:35Speaker 6: writing into a podcast, rocking back and forth, writing Boem
- 24:38Speaker 6: still your gap like relaxed, dude. There are plenty of efficiency.
- 24:43Speaker 7: In staying sorry.
- 24:45Speaker 6: And that wraps up this week's if it were the lyric.
- 24:50Speaker 6: If you like your question read, you can send the
- 24:52Speaker 6: email over to the Lyrics Ido a Gmail doc.
- 24:57Speaker 7: Up.
- 24:58Speaker 6: Next, we trolling the timeline.
- 25:00Speaker 12: Well, we heard that Ronald Reagan went to Mississippi in
- 25:03Speaker 12: nineteen eighty and stood in front of a crowd and said,
- 25:06Speaker 12: I believe in states' rights. Now that sentence gets a
- 25:09Speaker 12: whole lot more interesting when you find out a year later,
- 25:12Speaker 12: Republican strategist Lee Atwater was recorded explaining why states' rights
- 25:17Speaker 12: had become such useful political language. And I mean he
- 25:21Speaker 12: explains it. He explains how you go from openly using
- 25:24Speaker 12: the N word to states' rights to force buzzing, and
- 25:28Speaker 12: then eventually you get so abstract that you don't have
- 25:30Speaker 12: to mention black people at all. That's not me interpreting
- 25:33Speaker 12: what Republicans meant. That's Lee Atwater explaining how the language worked.
- 25:37Speaker 12: And once I heard that tape, I went back to
- 25:39Speaker 12: Reagan because I haven't told you where in Mississippi he
- 25:43Speaker 12: said that. He said it in Philadelphia, Mississippi. And if
- 25:47Speaker 12: you know anything about the civil rights movement. You probably
- 25:50Speaker 12: already know why that matters. Sixteen years earlier, James Cheney,
- 25:54Speaker 12: Andrew Goodman, and Michael Schwerner were in Nashoba County for
- 25:58Speaker 12: Freedom Summer. Cheney was black, Goodman and Schwerner were white.
- 26:02Speaker 12: They were helping register black voters, and they'd gone to
- 26:04Speaker 12: investigate the burning of a black church. They were arrested,
- 26:08Speaker 12: but they were released later that night, and then they disappeared.
- 26:11Speaker 12: Their burned out car was found, but they weren't. Forty
- 26:15Speaker 12: four days later, investigators found their bodies buried fifteen feet
- 26:18Speaker 12: deep inside an earthen dam is what they call it,
- 26:22Speaker 12: which was under construction on a local farm. They'd been
- 26:25Speaker 12: murdered by klansmen in a conspiracy that included local law enforcement.
- 26:30Speaker 12: So that's where Reagan is sixteen years later, talking about
- 26:33Speaker 12: states' rights. And there's been an argument ever since about
- 26:36Speaker 12: what he actually meant by it. Was it racist or
- 26:39Speaker 12: was he just talking about the federal government? Did the
- 26:41Speaker 12: location actually matter? Now? I can give you my opinion,
- 26:44Speaker 12: but I don't really need to, because a year later,
- 26:47Speaker 12: Lee Atwater explained how this kind of language actually works.
- 26:51Speaker 12: In nineteen eighty one, a political scientist named Alexander Lamis
- 26:54Speaker 12: interviews Lee Atwater about Republican politics in the South. Now
- 26:58Speaker 12: Atwater isn't just some random care and paign staffer. He
- 27:01Speaker 12: would eventually run George H. W. Bush's presidential campaign, and
- 27:04Speaker 12: then he became the chairman of the Republican National Committee,
- 27:07Speaker 12: the RNC. He's very much in the room. When the
- 27:11Speaker 12: conversation gets to race, Atwater starts explaining how the language changed.
- 27:15Speaker 12: So after listening to him, I started going backwards, because
- 27:19Speaker 12: if Atwater is right about how language changed, you should
- 27:22Speaker 12: be able to see that change happening, and you can
- 27:26Speaker 12: actually go back to nineteen forty eight. Harry Truman pushes
- 27:29Speaker 12: the Civil Rights reform and desegregates the military, and Southern
- 27:33Speaker 12: segregationists and his own party are furious. Strom Thurman breaks
- 27:37Speaker 12: away from the Democrats and eventually runs for president as
- 27:40Speaker 12: a Dixiecrat. And just so we're clear, the Dixiecrats weren't
- 27:44Speaker 12: being settled. They were explicitly defending segregation. And by the way,
- 27:48Speaker 12: Dixiecrats was just the nickname. The party's official name was
- 27:52Speaker 12: States Rights Democratic Party. The language hadn't needed to change yet.
- 27:57Speaker 12: Now keep going, LBJ signs the Civil Rights its Act
- 28:00Speaker 12: and Barry Goldwater, the Republican presidential nominee, had voted against it.
- 28:05Speaker 12: Election night comes and Goldwater gets destroyed, absolutely demolished nationally.
- 28:11Speaker 12: But look at what he wins. Six states, Arizona, his
- 28:15Speaker 12: home state, and then Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina,
- 28:20Speaker 12: five states in the Deep South. These are states that
- 28:23Speaker 12: have been overwhelmingly Democratic for generations, and now they're voting
- 28:27Speaker 12: Republican for the candidate who opposed the Civil Rights Act
- 28:32Speaker 12: and strom Thurmond he switches to the Republican Party that
- 28:35Speaker 12: same year. Now, everybody didn't suddenly switch parties in nineteen
- 28:39Speaker 12: sixty four, right, that's not what happened. That realignment took decades.
- 28:44Speaker 12: But something is moving, and by nineteen seventy, Republican strategist
- 28:49Speaker 12: Kevin Phillips is already talking about where he thinks is going.
- 28:53Speaker 12: Phillips talks to The New York Times about what's happening
- 28:55Speaker 12: in Southern politics, and basically he says that as black
- 28:59Speaker 12: voters became increasingly democratic in the South, white voters are
- 29:02Speaker 12: going to move Republican. Which is important because this isn't
- 29:05Speaker 12: somebody fifty years later trying to reconstruct what happened. He's
- 29:08Speaker 12: watching it happen. And ten years later Reagan goes to Mississippi,
- 29:13Speaker 12: and now we're back where we started. And once you
- 29:15Speaker 12: know what Attwater was describing, Reagan's politics become really interesting
- 29:19Speaker 12: to go back through. The Welfare Queen is probably one
- 29:21Speaker 12: of the cleanest examples, because there really was a woman
- 29:24Speaker 12: behind that story, Linda Taylor, And yeah, she committed some
- 29:28Speaker 12: serious fraud. But Reagan takes this one woman and turns
- 29:31Speaker 12: her into something much bigger politically. She's supposedly living this
- 29:36Speaker 12: lavish lifestyle while everyone else is paying for it. And
- 29:40Speaker 12: Reagan never has to say black woman. He doesn't need to.
- 29:44Speaker 12: Welfare does the work. The stereotype does the rest. And
- 29:48Speaker 12: now I understand what Atwater meant by abstract. You don't
- 29:51Speaker 12: necessarily need to name the group anymore. You can name
- 29:54Speaker 12: something that people already associate with the group and then
- 29:57Speaker 12: let them fill in the blank. And Reagan, it gives
- 30:00Speaker 12: you other things to look at too. Of course, he'd
- 30:03Speaker 12: opposed the Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty four. He
- 30:06Speaker 12: opposed the Voting Rights Act when it passed in nineteen
- 30:08Speaker 12: sixty five. His administration got into the fight over tax
- 30:11Speaker 12: exemptions for racially discriminatory private schools. He initially rejected making
- 30:17Speaker 12: mlk's birthday a federal holiday. He veatled sanctions against apartheid
- 30:22Speaker 12: South Africa. Congress overrode him. Of course, Now that doesn't
- 30:27Speaker 12: tell us what Reagan thought about black people. I don't
- 30:29Speaker 12: know what does. But then I found something from two
- 30:31Speaker 12: thousand and five that makes this even harder to argue around.
- 30:35Speaker 12: Kevin Melman is the chairman of the RNC, and he
- 30:39Speaker 12: goes to speak to the NAACP and he acknowledges that
- 30:42Speaker 12: some Republicans had tried to benefit politically from racial polarization.
- 30:47Speaker 12: And then he says, we were wrong. Now that was
- 30:50Speaker 12: the point where I stopped looking, because what else am
- 30:52Speaker 12: I looking for? I have the electoral map. I have
- 30:55Speaker 12: Republican strategist talking about the movement of white Southern voters
- 30:59Speaker 12: while it's happening. I have Lee Atwater on tape explaining
- 31:03Speaker 12: why racial language became more abstract. And then I have
- 31:06Speaker 12: the chairman of the Republican Party acknowledging that Republicans tried
- 31:10Speaker 12: to benefit from racial polarization. So go back to Reagan Mississippi.
- 31:15Speaker 12: I believe in states' rights. Do I know exactly what
- 31:17Speaker 12: was going through Reagan's head when he said it? No,
- 31:21Speaker 12: But I also don't think that's the most interesting question
- 31:23Speaker 12: anymore because Atwater gave us a better one. If political
- 31:27Speaker 12: language becomes more effective when you don't explicitly mention race,
- 31:31Speaker 12: then why are we still waiting for politicians to mention
- 31:33Speaker 12: race before we're willing to recognize racial politics. That was
- 31:38Speaker 12: the whole point of taking the word.
- 31:40Speaker 6: Out, all right, So we backed blacks and it's time
- 31:45Speaker 6: to troll this timeline with this week's guest host, l
- 31:48Speaker 6: Train from Regally ratchet Chet Ratchet Rechamen the podcast. Definitely
- 31:54Speaker 6: check them out, guys over at spotify dot com like
- 31:57Speaker 6: their episodes are hilarious. You got to check them absolutely.
- 32:01Speaker 6: So I'm gonna start here because this is disgusting.
- 32:05Speaker 7: Where are you starting?
- 32:06Speaker 6: Y'all know I don't listen to The Breakfast Club.
- 32:09Speaker 7: Oh I think I know where you're going.
- 32:13Speaker 6: I've never really supported their show because they have Okay,
- 32:17Speaker 6: they have such a huge platform and like a listenership,
- 32:20Speaker 6: and every time I turn around, I catch clips online
- 32:24Speaker 6: of some func shit they've said or done that's like
- 32:26Speaker 6: either controversial, or overall just harmful to the culture or
- 32:30Speaker 6: some communities in my opinion anyways. But that's neither here
- 32:33Speaker 6: nor that, agreed DJ Mvy, who was one of the hosts,
- 32:36Speaker 6: wants y'all to know his wife taught him how to
- 32:39Speaker 6: watch his butt. No way, okay, well how to watch
- 32:43Speaker 6: his ass, according to the Complex it is. According to
- 32:48Speaker 6: Complex headline, dj Envy says his wife had to show
- 32:52Speaker 6: him how to wash his butt properly in the shower.
- 32:56Speaker 6: I know, I know, we've had lyric and I've had
- 32:59Speaker 6: conversations four weeks about this, but okay, Complex, can I
- 33:04Speaker 6: jump it real quick.
- 33:05Speaker 7: I just feel like, no, no, no, no.
- 33:09Speaker 6: No no no no no no no no no.
- 33:12Speaker 7: I'm sorry. You're right. Please keep no, don't don't keep
- 33:16Speaker 7: him suspense, tell him what the story was.
- 33:17Speaker 6: According to Complex, dj Envy confessed that his wife, Gia Casey,
- 33:21Speaker 6: had to teach him how to properly wash his ass
- 33:23Speaker 6: in the shower. The mission happened on the Tuesday, July
- 33:26Speaker 6: twenty eighth episode of The Breakfast Club. The crew discussed
- 33:30Speaker 6: singer Eric Benay's remark that men who believe washing with
- 33:34Speaker 6: soap and water makes them gay are likely closeted ben
- 33:37Speaker 6: They advised such men to wash your ass expeditiously. And
- 33:42Speaker 6: that is a quote near the one hour twenty seven
- 33:45Speaker 6: minute mark in the video, which, of course y'all know,
- 33:48Speaker 6: I got the audio. DJ Envy admitted that he wants
- 33:53Speaker 6: was not very thorough with his hygiene techniques, so.
- 33:57Speaker 13: Like to hear it, go Eric, And they said this
- 34:00Speaker 13: yesterday while he was in his tone taking a bath.
- 34:03Speaker 14: Look, if you are one of those men who feel
- 34:06Speaker 14: like if you wash your ass with.
- 34:11Speaker 7: Soap and water.
- 34:13Speaker 14: And get up in that mother binger, make sure it's clean.
- 34:18Speaker 14: If you're one of those men who feel like that
- 34:22Speaker 14: simple hygiene act makes you gay, then you you very
- 34:27Speaker 14: well are probably closeted gay mail. You should wash your
- 34:34Speaker 14: ass expeditiously. Yeah, your girlfriend will appreciate it, and from
- 34:40Speaker 14: the sounds of it, your future boyfriend will appreciate it
- 34:44Speaker 14: as well.
- 34:45Speaker 6: And really not gay to wash your ass. Yeah, it's
- 34:48Speaker 6: definitely not gay.
- 34:49Speaker 15: But you know what I used to hear some of
- 34:51Speaker 15: some dudes say is like getting all up in there
- 34:54Speaker 15: is like they would feel gay. They would feel gay, Like, no,
- 34:58Speaker 15: I'm not digging all in as and it's like, why
- 35:01Speaker 15: not you have to.
- 35:02Speaker 13: All right, confession, confession, I tell too much up here.
- 35:05Speaker 13: My wife hates it, but it's all good sun. So yes,
- 35:08Speaker 13: I used to be the type of guy that didn't
- 35:10Speaker 13: quote unquote get up all in there.
- 35:11Speaker 6: What I'm saying, I tell you like you don't know
- 35:13Speaker 6: what was going on, But I.
- 35:15Speaker 3: Never thought about it that.
- 35:15Speaker 13: It's not a conversation I had with the fellas at
- 35:17Speaker 13: the barbershop or we were out in the boat, like, hey, fellas,
- 35:18Speaker 13: did you wash you ass? But let me tell you so.
- 35:20Speaker 13: You know, one day me and and Gear this long
- 35:22Speaker 13: time ago, you know, we take showers with each other,
- 35:24Speaker 13: we wash each other, and one day she got it
- 35:25Speaker 13: all in there, and I'm like, whoa, And then I
- 35:28Speaker 13: realized I'm supposed to wash my ass thoroughly incorrectly. So
- 35:33Speaker 13: ever since that, I'm like, I washed my ass, but
- 35:35Speaker 13: you should get up all in there. You don't want
- 35:37Speaker 13: stinky ass.
- 35:38Speaker 6: That's what I'm saying.
- 35:38Speaker 7: So what was on the rag when she washed your ass?
- 35:40Speaker 15: You didn't know all that was all up in there,
- 35:43Speaker 15: all them little dingleberries and all the butt crust all
- 35:46Speaker 15: up in there. And she really went up in there
- 35:47Speaker 15: and had to detail your ass, and you didn't think
- 35:51Speaker 15: about it the whole time. Detailing your ass and your boxes,
- 35:54Speaker 15: your briefs wasn't crunchy.
- 35:55Speaker 13: At the end of the night, did not crunch it anymore.
- 35:58Speaker 13: But that's when I was younger. But she, but she
- 36:00Speaker 13: did it, and I was like, oh, I have to
- 36:01Speaker 13: get up on it. Think I was just like a
- 36:03Speaker 13: waning you know, keep it moving.
- 36:04Speaker 15: But now I imagine how long before that happened, she
- 36:08Speaker 15: was really thinking about, like really probably breaking up what
- 36:11Speaker 15: you will, probably you know, and that's probably.
- 36:13Speaker 7: Why she didn't orgasm either.
- 36:15Speaker 13: All right, enough, a little stinky detailing your ass is funny.
- 36:18Speaker 13: I like that, mister waxer.
- 36:22Speaker 16: Well, I've never in my life heard this nonsense that
- 36:24Speaker 16: y'all speaking this morning.
- 36:25Speaker 4: Okay.
- 36:25Speaker 16: In fact, all the old g's around me always encouraged
- 36:28Speaker 16: me to wash.
- 36:29Speaker 6: My ass, but me and they was homophobic.
- 36:32Speaker 3: They never ever told me not to wash my ass.
- 36:35Speaker 7: But she told me, all right, yeah, get in there.
- 36:38Speaker 16: Even the same people that would clown you for wearing
- 36:40Speaker 16: pink and never ever told me not to wash my ass.
- 36:43Speaker 4: They always encouraged me to wash my ass.
- 36:45Speaker 7: And how is it.
- 36:46Speaker 16: Gay when it's your hand and your cast?
- 36:49Speaker 7: What's the difference washing your ass and masturbating.
- 36:52Speaker 16: If y'all think washing your ass is gay, and what
- 36:54Speaker 16: do y'all think of masturbation?
- 36:55Speaker 4: What are you doing here?
- 36:56Speaker 16: Fathers should be washing their infant son and part of
- 37:00Speaker 16: his asses.
- 37:01Speaker 4: And I have three wash cloths.
- 37:03Speaker 16: One for my body, one from a vase, one from
- 37:05Speaker 16: my ass, and a piece Okay, so what.
- 37:08Speaker 7: Are we talking about here?
- 37:09Speaker 16: This is ridiculous, Like, come on, man, there's a lot
- 37:11Speaker 16: of largy now.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Look.
- 37:13Speaker 17: So I grew up with the shower holes got detached,
- 37:17Speaker 17: so I didn't never really have to bend over until
- 37:19Speaker 17: I moved out, and I was like, how am I
- 37:21Speaker 17: gonna wash my ass with the shower hols that don't move?
- 37:24Speaker 16: Why are y'all bending over to wash your ass? You
- 37:26Speaker 16: don't have to bend over to wash you.
- 37:29Speaker 11: Wash?
- 37:30Speaker 3: So you don't let him different ways, you'll, all right?
- 37:32Speaker 17: So, for one, I don't used to wash, so I
- 37:34Speaker 17: have a certain bar so just for my bottom, I
- 37:40Speaker 17: even put that bottle soap, I have to bend over
- 37:42Speaker 17: to just rinsed out whatever is in there. Before I
- 37:45Speaker 17: would put my hand down there. But it feels weird
- 37:48Speaker 17: having to like touch your toes with the water because
- 37:51Speaker 17: I can't detach myself.
- 37:53Speaker 16: Ain't nobody doing that? Ain't nobody bending over? And what
- 37:58Speaker 16: kind of soap do you do you have just for
- 37:59Speaker 16: your Why are y'all putting balls of soap in your bookie?
- 38:03Speaker 16: If you are putting balls of soap in your ass,
- 38:05Speaker 16: there's only one brand of soap that can be used
- 38:08Speaker 16: if you're sticking it up your bonky What is Zest?
- 38:12Speaker 16: That's just the only one that would be appropriate for that,
- 38:15Speaker 16: Because don't understand why y'all taking the whole balls of
- 38:17Speaker 16: soap and sticking it.
- 38:19Speaker 6: In your ass is crazy?
- 38:20Speaker 16: Why are you putting the whole balls of soap in
- 38:22Speaker 16: your ass? Like you know, like you don't know. Put
- 38:24Speaker 16: the lather on the towel, wipe your ass once again.
- 38:28Speaker 16: I use three washcloths, one for my face, one for
- 38:31Speaker 16: my body, one for my ass and products all right, well,
- 38:35Speaker 16: when we come back, don't take washing serious enough for me?
- 38:37Speaker 6: Did you wash your ass today? And that's the gist
- 38:41Speaker 6: of it. So I'm disgusting, disgusting, disgusted, friend.
- 38:52Speaker 7: I am, first of all, I'm out as a gate man.
- 38:56Speaker 7: I am outraged that any straight man thinks that gay
- 39:00Speaker 7: men are running after their immediately.
- 39:04Speaker 6: That is immediately what I thought, because they they'd be
- 39:07Speaker 6: quick to jump up and be like.
- 39:09Speaker 7: Oh, look at as nobody wants.
- 39:15Speaker 6: Up underwear, acky nasty ass.
- 39:20Speaker 7: Go back to the female that had low self esteem,
- 39:23Speaker 7: that was down there in between your legs before, because.
- 39:26Speaker 6: No, don't go back to her either.
- 39:28Speaker 7: She's the only one who's going to give you attention.
- 39:30Speaker 6: Don't go back to her. She just got her infection
- 39:32Speaker 6: cleaned up. Don't go back to her. I have questions.
- 39:36Speaker 7: I wonder, how do you go down between somebody's legs
- 39:39Speaker 7: and perform any kind of intimate app.
- 39:42Speaker 6: You know what I think straight men really think that
- 39:46Speaker 6: their ass is this entirely separate entity from their genital area.
- 39:50Speaker 7: It's a county over from your balls. It's one account,
- 39:53Speaker 7: it's a county. It's the next county over. It's really
- 39:56Speaker 7: the next county over.
- 39:56Speaker 6: I mean, a mountain probably comes, you know what I'm saying,
- 39:58Speaker 6: because you got the coach is there, so they don't
- 40:01Speaker 6: watch that either. There's a thing called grease. Did you
- 40:05Speaker 6: know that there's a thing called grease? A friend of
- 40:08Speaker 6: a friend I was like something very listen a friend
- 40:11Speaker 6: of a friend the mountains, Yes, listen, a friend of
- 40:14Speaker 6: a friend told somebody that told me that, uh, grease,
- 40:19Speaker 6: it's apparently that film that niggas be getting up between
- 40:23Speaker 6: their balls and they crack between their balls and they asshole.
- 40:27Speaker 6: It's like a film that they don't clean out and
- 40:29Speaker 6: they don't wash up under their real good because you know,
- 40:33Speaker 6: ship like this. Did you hear about did you see
- 40:35Speaker 6: the boys on TikTok that had this exact same conversation, Oh.
- 40:38Speaker 7: The one the weightlifters. I saw the ones with the
- 40:40Speaker 7: weightlifters who all of them are like, yeah, if you
- 40:43Speaker 7: weight it's normal to have streaks in your underwear. Oh no,
- 40:46Speaker 7: and they're like, should you shoot yourself? You shoot yourself?
- 40:48Speaker 6: And that was a thing and they were all saying it, father, God,
- 40:51Speaker 6: keep that away from my timeline.
- 40:53Speaker 7: Like I was like, maybe I shouldn't lift weights. That's
- 40:56Speaker 7: what it's gonna cause because I've never had to worry
- 40:58Speaker 7: about that as an adult. Then streaks in my underwear,
- 41:01Speaker 7: I'm sorry, Like, that's not that's not a thing.
- 41:04Speaker 6: No, I'm talking about the young man on the podcast
- 41:08Speaker 6: that uh we're talking about.
- 41:10Speaker 7: Yes, you did see it, and the one who was like,
- 41:12Speaker 7: that's gay if you wash it between your cheeks.
- 41:16Speaker 3: So wait, when y'all shower, y'all, don't you open your cheeks.
- 41:18Speaker 4: To let the water do That's no, that's different. You
- 41:21Speaker 4: don't do that. It's different. You do that different? Different?
- 41:23Speaker 4: Do you do that when I'm showering?
- 41:25Speaker 7: To my ass in the shower?
- 41:26Speaker 6: So you don't spread your ship.
- 41:28Speaker 17: When I'm showering?
- 41:29Speaker 8: Wait?
- 41:30Speaker 11: Wait?
- 41:31Speaker 4: What don't you don't wash your ass?
- 41:34Speaker 3: Niggers, And that's why you stink, man.
- 41:37Speaker 6: That's literally what I've been seeing my ass in a shower.
- 41:41Speaker 4: Bro, it's part of you.
- 41:42Speaker 7: You're a dirty fuck.
- 41:44Speaker 11: That's why I've been telling y'all you have to shave
- 41:46Speaker 11: the ass hairs.
- 41:47Speaker 6: He's the perfect example.
- 41:49Speaker 3: How do you clean your ass in the shower? I
- 41:50Speaker 3: got I jot, bend over and spread my bend over?
- 41:54Speaker 4: Why are you bet you don't need to bend over?
- 41:55Speaker 18: Just spread nah, because I gotta let the water hit
- 41:59Speaker 18: the hole.
- 42:00Speaker 4: Yeah, the water is gonna hit the hole. You just
- 42:02Speaker 4: have the spread gang, just stand up stread.
- 42:05Speaker 18: I mean, I guess, I guess that's the way the
- 42:07Speaker 18: shower head is angled for me, because I know it's not.
- 42:09Speaker 18: It's not that I got to dip a little so
- 42:12Speaker 18: but we agree on that, but don't bend over though
- 42:17Speaker 18: you don't have to do that. You don't got to
- 42:18Speaker 18: bend over, like where are you?
- 42:19Speaker 8: What?
- 42:20Speaker 4: Where are you going?
- 42:21Speaker 6: What they really thought?
- 42:25Speaker 8: This?
- 42:26Speaker 7: Once again, gentlemen, you cannot tell me that you do
- 42:29Speaker 7: not wash between your ads and then think that anybody
- 42:33Speaker 7: thinks that you're getting any quality of a china.
- 42:36Speaker 6: No, because they don't want you. They can you know what,
- 42:39Speaker 6: I don't know, y'all don't think that we can smell that. Yeah,
- 42:44Speaker 6: that's really like a thing. And for dj envy person.
- 42:48Speaker 6: See again, another reason why don't listen to Breakfast Club
- 42:51Speaker 6: y'all taking advice and y'all listening to something that somebody
- 42:55Speaker 6: who was married. He was married, he was when his
- 42:58Speaker 6: wife when he figured then somebody else had to tell
- 43:00Speaker 6: him how to wash his ass as a fully grown man.
- 43:03Speaker 6: And y'all dialing into this show to listen to what
- 43:05Speaker 6: he got to say, ain't nothing a nigga that can't
- 43:07Speaker 6: wash his ass got to say that I want you
- 43:10Speaker 6: to hear.
- 43:11Speaker 7: Can we just have a half second of silence? No, no, no, no,
- 43:15Speaker 7: no no no no no forgive there we go see
- 43:19Speaker 7: because no, because this is birdie too. Because that's embarrassing. No,
- 43:25Speaker 7: think about it. She she dug up in his ass
- 43:27Speaker 7: and found treasures when he didn't have money.
- 43:31Speaker 6: I feel did you say what?
- 43:33Speaker 7: Okay, did you say what?
- 43:37Speaker 11: See?
- 43:37Speaker 6: And that's why I don't want a moment of silence
- 43:39Speaker 6: because you chose this like girl?
- 43:41Speaker 7: You she did? But she she looked at potential. And
- 43:44Speaker 7: you know what, I will give her that she found
- 43:46Speaker 7: potential and she said I'm gonna make this man. And
- 43:48Speaker 7: for her, I will give her credit. I will say,
- 43:51Speaker 7: girl has been through a lot. She been cheated on
- 43:54Speaker 7: by a man who don't know how to wash his
- 43:55Speaker 7: ass right, which means his ball steak. Oh my god.
- 43:59Speaker 7: So you know the people who was he was cheating
- 44:01Speaker 7: on what was gutter bucket anywhere? Oh my god? She
- 44:04Speaker 7: stuck through it. Anyway, you know what you are, you'll
- 44:08Speaker 7: be doing a Woman of the Year.
- 44:10Speaker 6: They be doing the people do the most for these
- 44:13Speaker 6: heteronormative relationships to where it's like, Okay, well I have
- 44:17Speaker 6: to stay in this relationship.
- 44:18Speaker 8: Ye know.
- 44:19Speaker 6: I'm not saying that they're unhappy, but I'm just saying,
- 44:21Speaker 6: y'all will accept a whole lot, a whole lot of
- 44:24Speaker 6: just to say that my man my man, my man.
- 44:26Speaker 7: I hate that her return on investment was there, though,
- 44:28Speaker 7: I'll give her that. Gross it's gross, it's gross. I mean,
- 44:32Speaker 7: the idea that you had to teach your man how
- 44:34Speaker 7: to wash his ass is something. However, look at where
- 44:37Speaker 7: they are now, so good for her, good for her
- 44:39Speaker 7: and oh poor thing just knowing her journey, like he
- 44:43Speaker 7: didn't know how to make her come and tells like
- 44:45Speaker 7: what in their thirties or something.
- 44:47Speaker 6: I don't mean to know so much about this relationship.
- 44:50Speaker 7: This is fult Like what do you mean? All right?
- 44:53Speaker 6: You know what, I'm gonna get political for a second
- 44:54Speaker 6: because this next one, this time Bland Attorney general confirmation.
- 44:59Speaker 6: Bullshit is messing. Did you hear that they postponed it?
- 45:02Speaker 6: They were supposed to vote on Thursday, July thirtieth, and
- 45:06Speaker 6: let me bring it all up to speed. According to
- 45:08Speaker 6: ms now headline, Epstein survivors say meeting with Todd Blanche
- 45:12Speaker 6: was quote very condescending. So we're heading over to ms
- 45:17Speaker 6: now and they are reporting that survivors of the Jeffrey
- 45:20Speaker 6: Epstein abuse said Wednesday, the acting Attorney General Todd Blanche
- 45:24Speaker 6: was very condescending toward them in their meeting with him
- 45:27Speaker 6: this month and told them to quote, get to the point.
- 45:30Speaker 6: Ahead of the Senate Judiciary Committee vote on whether to
- 45:34Speaker 6: move President Donald Trump's nomination as Attorney General to the
- 45:38Speaker 6: full Senate for a vote, the survivors were on Capitol
- 45:41Speaker 6: Hill urging Republican lawmakers to deny Blanche the position. Did
- 45:45Speaker 6: you see how they had marched up to them people's offices.
- 45:50Speaker 6: They pulled up on them. And you know it isn't
- 45:52Speaker 6: like mainstream news isn't talking about this now. So take
- 45:56Speaker 6: a listen. This is from Aaron Barness.
- 45:58Speaker 11: We have some big news right now. Epstein. We're on
- 46:00Speaker 11: Capitol Hill right now.
- 46:01Speaker 19: I'm with over ten survivors and they're delivering the Epstein
- 46:04Speaker 19: files to Republican and Democratic senators who are voting on
- 46:08Speaker 19: Todd Blanche's confirmation tomorrow.
- 46:10Speaker 11: Republicans don't want to read.
- 46:11Speaker 19: These files, and well, they're going door to door to
- 46:13Speaker 19: Republican offices handing them the files to read. Let me
- 46:16Speaker 19: show you right now. They're at Senator Britt's office. I'm
- 46:19Speaker 19: going to show you inside, even though they get mad
- 46:20Speaker 19: at me for filming. Todd Blanche's confirmation is tomorrow, and
- 46:24Speaker 19: the survivors are literally putting the files in front of
- 46:28Speaker 19: the Republicans who refuse to read them, specifically the Republican
- 46:32Speaker 19: senators on the Judiciary Committee.
- 46:34Speaker 11: We have Katie Britt right in front of me.
- 46:36Speaker 19: We just went to Mike Lee's office, Josh Hawley's office,
- 46:39Speaker 19: John Kennedy's office, and more.
- 46:41Speaker 11: And the goal is simple. They want to get these
- 46:44Speaker 11: senators to vote no.
- 46:45Speaker 19: Well, this is a story that's not going away even
- 46:48Speaker 19: if Todd Blanche is confirmed.
- 46:50Speaker 11: These survivors are not going to let it go away.
- 46:52Speaker 19: So spread the word. Spread the word, and I'll have
- 46:55Speaker 19: more updates for you soon. As always, follow along for
- 46:57Speaker 19: all the news you need to.
- 46:59Speaker 6: Know about now all suddenly the confirmation needs to be postponed.
- 47:03Speaker 11: Huge breaking news right now.
- 47:04Speaker 19: Todd Blanche's nomination vote just got postponed because he doesn't
- 47:07Speaker 19: have the votes. Major major developments in this is all
- 47:10Speaker 19: because of the Epstein survivors who are on Capitol Hill.
- 47:14Speaker 11: Today. I was with them.
- 47:15Speaker 19: They were going door to door and knocking on senator's offices,
- 47:18Speaker 19: giving them the Epstein files that these senators refuse to read.
- 47:21Speaker 19: And well, it is working, it is working. Todd Blanche
- 47:24Speaker 19: does not have the votes to become Attorney General of
- 47:26Speaker 19: the United States. There was a vote scheduled tomorrow. That
- 47:29Speaker 19: vote has been postponed indefinitely. We'll see if they ever
- 47:33Speaker 19: do get to a vote, but right now the vote
- 47:35Speaker 19: has been postponed. Senators are refusing to vote to confirm
- 47:39Speaker 19: Todd Blanche John Corn and Tom Tillis. Those are the
- 47:42Speaker 19: two holdouts right now, and they're not budging. Big News
- 47:45Speaker 19: spread the word follow.
- 47:46Speaker 6: From there's no reason that man should be the attorney general,
- 47:50Speaker 6: holding the highest legal job in the nation. True, as
- 47:54Speaker 6: Trump's attorney, his words, not my facts.
- 47:57Speaker 11: Are you in President Trump?
- 47:59Speaker 9: Fringe, I'm his lawyer, was his lawyer, and now I'm
- 48:04Speaker 9: the deputy attorney general.
- 48:05Speaker 6: It's for me and also allegedly the majority vote right now.
- 48:11Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 48:11Speaker 6: It kills me how much they try and rig the
- 48:14Speaker 6: system so outwardly.
- 48:15Speaker 7: I think this is a strategic.
- 48:16Speaker 6: If I was foxing in the same jail time, the
- 48:18Speaker 6: molos are shit, this is strategic, I'd be flailing too.
- 48:21Speaker 7: But this is on purpose. Think about this, if you
- 48:26Speaker 7: can keep on throwing a whole bunch of people in
- 48:28Speaker 7: there that are going to delay a vote. Okay, So
- 48:31Speaker 7: now we get to a point to where Todd Ledge
- 48:33Speaker 7: what months from now, It's just not going to be
- 48:36Speaker 7: that dude. And then they bring another interiment and then
- 48:39Speaker 7: they delay that it's going to be the same type
- 48:41Speaker 7: of month, you know what I mean, Like it's gonna
- 48:42Speaker 7: be the same person. Yeah, you know, but but no, no,
- 48:45Speaker 7: no follow me though, So if every single person that
- 48:48Speaker 7: they bring in here gets delayed, what else is being
- 48:51Speaker 7: delayed all this stuff with the Epstein files because you
- 48:55Speaker 7: bring somebody in who's not going to do anything because
- 48:58Speaker 7: they're just worried about getting confirmed right now, right, that's
- 49:01Speaker 7: our focus, and I can't talk about that.
- 49:03Speaker 6: But see he holds the locker key to the Epstein files.
- 49:06Speaker 7: He does, but we know he's not gonna do it,
- 49:09Speaker 7: which is why he strategically keeps on putting the person
- 49:11Speaker 7: who can do it, puts somebody in there who won't
- 49:14Speaker 7: do it, and then everybody else is saying no, Like
- 49:17Speaker 7: I feel like everybody's looking at this like, yeah, this
- 49:19Speaker 7: is a win. I agree, it's a win in the
- 49:20Speaker 7: sense that we don't have Todd Blant running this. However,
- 49:24Speaker 7: I just feel like this is just a way for
- 49:26Speaker 7: them to be able to delay everything going on with Epstein. Yeah,
- 49:30Speaker 7: that is like above all, that is what this is about.
- 49:33Speaker 7: They don't want somebody. They don't want to. They don't
- 49:37Speaker 7: they're not gonna submit somebody who's gonna be confirmed. They
- 49:40Speaker 7: don't want because every single time you put somebody in there,
- 49:43Speaker 7: it's delaying it some more so at this point, I'm.
- 49:47Speaker 6: Angry speaking of the Epstein I mean I am too,
- 49:51Speaker 6: But you know what, speaking of the Epstein files. For
- 49:54Speaker 6: some strange reason, more and more people have been using
- 49:56Speaker 6: the word pedophile referring to and around your president this week. Yeah,
- 50:02Speaker 6: the one that's here in the country that you mean ours.
- 50:06Speaker 7: Because if it's mine, then it's yours, and it would
- 50:09Speaker 7: be ours.
- 50:10Speaker 6: Like they trying to not make me according to I'm
- 50:16Speaker 6: just saying. According to the New Republic headline, Trump flips
- 50:20Speaker 6: out at protester calling him pedophile protector were their well,
- 50:25Speaker 6: I mean I feel like you could drop the protector
- 50:27Speaker 6: part anyways. According to The New Republic, President Trump's speech
- 50:32Speaker 6: at a rally on Michigan in Michigan Monday afternoon was
- 50:35Speaker 6: interrupted by a persistent heckler. Someone kept yelling pedophile protector
- 50:39Speaker 6: while Trump was extolling the benefits of his tariffs on
- 50:43Speaker 6: foreign automakers. Others in the crowd eventually tried to draw
- 50:47Speaker 6: him out, and when the protesters stopped, the crowd cheered
- 50:50Speaker 6: before breaking into a USA chant.
- 50:52Speaker 20: It was causing tremendous problems, judge.
- 50:55Speaker 6: But now all of that is changing.
- 50:57Speaker 20: Because I placed historic tariffs or foreign producers and.
- 51:01Speaker 21: Manufacturers, including a twenty five percent tariff on.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Foreign automobile, something that no other president.
- 51:10Speaker 6: Had the courage to ever do.
- 51:19Speaker 11: He's a communist.
- 51:21Speaker 6: He's a communist. Thank you, He's a communist. It keeps happening,
- 51:34Speaker 6: it thoughts.
- 51:37Speaker 7: Yeah, I appreciate that there's people who are able to
- 51:41Speaker 7: see the truth and speak it. Are the fact that
- 51:44Speaker 7: they're saying this, you know, I mean, it's only half
- 51:47Speaker 7: of the truth that I'm going to go with what
- 51:48Speaker 7: you said prior to you could drop the protect on me,
- 51:51Speaker 7: could I agree with you? Want?
- 51:53Speaker 6: It's right there, that's right there. And you know what
- 51:56Speaker 6: it even happened on is go to network Fox News
- 51:58Speaker 6: and they abruptly into the interview. Yahoo dot com is
- 52:01Speaker 6: reporting headline Fox News host abruptly in his interview as
- 52:05Speaker 6: congressional candidate calls out Donald Trump.
- 52:09Speaker 7: This is disgusting, y'all. It truly is. And for me,
- 52:12Speaker 7: from a political standpoint, I'm so tired of this left
- 52:15Speaker 7: right Democrat Republican kind of thing where it's like, well,
- 52:18Speaker 7: what about Biden and what Democrats said? They didn't want
- 52:22Speaker 7: Biden in there because they didn't think that his faculties
- 52:24Speaker 7: were there. They called him out and said get out
- 52:28Speaker 7: of the race. Right, and you still want to pull
- 52:31Speaker 7: this what about Biden bullshit? And we are sitting here
- 52:34Speaker 7: under this, over this all day every day. There is
- 52:39Speaker 7: so much proof, there's so much evidence. There are so
- 52:41Speaker 7: many people who are saying, yes, I remember when you
- 52:43Speaker 7: did this and this.
- 52:44Speaker 6: And this, and they can play back the clips and
- 52:46Speaker 6: you still don't believe it.
- 52:47Speaker 7: This is disgusting. And if you ever wonder why people
- 52:52Speaker 7: put others in groups when they're like, oh, well, all
- 52:56Speaker 7: Republicans or whatever. When you all start as a Republican party,
- 53:00Speaker 7: when you are standing against this, we will understand that
- 53:04Speaker 7: you are now human and somebody to be trusted. Until then,
- 53:08Speaker 7: when you put party over actual situations that are going on,
- 53:12Speaker 7: we're always going to look at you as just that
- 53:14Speaker 7: party because you protect this bullshit.
- 53:16Speaker 6: Yes, and Fox News, like I said, yeah, who News,
- 53:19Speaker 6: They're like they're reporting. Fox News abruptly into the political
- 53:23Speaker 6: interview after Florida congressional candidate Oliver Larkin redirected a question
- 53:27Speaker 6: toward Donald Trump. The tens exchange spread online after Larkin
- 53:31Speaker 6: brought up the Epstein files and accused the president of wrongdoing.
- 53:35Speaker 6: Oliver Larkin spoke of the Epstein files and was quickly
- 53:38Speaker 6: taken off air. Take a listen.
- 53:39Speaker 3: What is the number that is fine with you? Is
- 53:42Speaker 3: there is there a benchmark? Is it fine? How many
- 53:44Speaker 3: children can be raped?
- 53:46Speaker 21: And it's fine if you're in relation to the immigration community.
- 53:51Speaker 22: If we're going to talk about children being raped, then
- 53:54Speaker 22: we need to hold this pedophile president Donald Trump accountable.
- 53:57Speaker 22: And all those that have been implicated by the Epstein
- 53:59Speaker 22: sec is that the Department of Justice is still not leaking,
- 54:03Speaker 22: and they've sent a pac after Thomas Massey for having
- 54:06Speaker 22: the temerity to accountable poiles that are in control of our.
- 54:10Speaker 7: Gunm cue, Oh, you appreciate your time very much.
- 54:12Speaker 6: Brush His ass are real quick, didn't they?
- 54:15Speaker 7: So now you don't want to talk like like now
- 54:17Speaker 7: you don't want to have a conversation like like like
- 54:20Speaker 7: all of a sudden, you just locked up on the tone, right.
- 54:23Speaker 11: You know what.
- 54:23Speaker 6: It's almost as if people are thinking he's a pedophile.
- 54:26Speaker 7: Interesting, isn't it.
- 54:27Speaker 6: I don't understand why people all keep thinking that. Man,
- 54:30Speaker 6: you still got mag of mouth maggots in the comments
- 54:33Speaker 6: defending the ship. See, this is what happens when your
- 54:35Speaker 6: sister is also your wife, and when your cousin's married
- 54:38Speaker 6: au and shit like this is this is what happens
- 54:42Speaker 6: when you have that kind of family dynamic.
- 54:46Speaker 7: I got what baby, If you are over there smelling colors,
- 54:50Speaker 7: I need you to stop and realize that this is
- 54:53Speaker 7: not the way to go. God.
- 54:55Speaker 6: I got another one that isn't political, but it is ratchet.
- 54:58Speaker 6: I figured you appreciate it.
- 55:00Speaker 7: Oh can you ritchie with it?
- 55:02Speaker 6: Yes?
- 55:02Speaker 7: You can. I'm going to go all the way. Let's
- 55:04Speaker 7: go all right? Sorry?
- 55:05Speaker 15: What is it?
- 55:06Speaker 6: On the Usher and Chris Brown tour right, Allegedly they
- 55:11Speaker 6: pulled this girl on the stage and she didn't want
- 55:14Speaker 6: to kiss Usher. Do with that what you will, and
- 55:17Speaker 6: she got kicked off stage, according to Billboard headline, fan
- 55:25Speaker 6: kicked off stage by Usher responds to critics, I wasn't
- 55:28Speaker 6: going up there for Usher?
- 55:29Speaker 7: Who was on stage? Usher? Girl? You went ups on? Say?
- 55:34Speaker 6: Usher kicked a woman off stage during an uncomfortable interaction
- 55:38Speaker 6: over the weekend, and now she has issued a response
- 55:41Speaker 6: clapping back at critics. The singer brought the Fan on
- 55:44Speaker 6: stage for its performance Can You Handle It at the Saturday,
- 55:47Speaker 6: July twenty fifth stop of his and Chris Brown's R
- 55:49Speaker 6: and B tour in Nashville. However, the steamy performance of
- 55:53Speaker 6: the Confession's track turned into an awkward moment, as she
- 55:56Speaker 6: didn't appear to be feeling what was transpiring. The exchange
- 55:59Speaker 6: has since gone by I roll on social media, and
- 56:01Speaker 6: the woman who goes by Gabrielle Chayenne on Facebook fired
- 56:04Speaker 6: back at those dissing her. According to Complex, it's just
- 56:08Speaker 6: sparked an online debate. The people in the comments have
- 56:12Speaker 6: been all back and forth about she cloud chasing and
- 56:16Speaker 6: why even go up there? Go ahead, I'll give you
- 56:18Speaker 6: a smith.
- 56:19Speaker 7: She the way you said that, Like I was, I
- 56:22Speaker 7: was just chopping at no, no, no, I'm listening. I
- 56:25Speaker 7: saw some of her her messages and things like that,
- 56:28Speaker 7: and she was talking about how she had pretty privilege
- 56:31Speaker 7: and all of a sudden stuff getting up there.
- 56:33Speaker 6: That is so birdy.
- 56:34Speaker 7: Okay, it's very very birdy. This this is the thing.
- 56:38Speaker 7: If you're going to get up If Usher calls you
- 56:40Speaker 7: up on stage and you accept, you need to engage,
- 56:43Speaker 7: that's like, I don't care who it is. If Kim
- 56:46Speaker 7: Kardashian called me up on stage and I walked up,
- 56:49Speaker 7: I need to engage, And I don't have any respect
- 56:52Speaker 7: for her as a performer, but I wouldn't walk up
- 56:55Speaker 7: on stage with her either. If you accept, then you
- 56:59Speaker 7: have accepted the contract of saying we're going to engage
- 57:02Speaker 7: and we're going to enjoy the moment, whatever that moment
- 57:05Speaker 7: may be. And I'm not saying whatever in the sense
- 57:07Speaker 7: of like you just have free reign over that person.
- 57:09Speaker 7: But get up there, Get up there and enjoy yourself,
- 57:12Speaker 7: be fun, be happy, come on, like, you know what,
- 57:15Speaker 7: I came here for, Chris Brown. But the girl will
- 57:18Speaker 7: then't go sit down and get on stage. Nobody asked
- 57:21Speaker 7: you to be up here. Then fuck it.
- 57:23Speaker 6: Okay, okay, and you know what, And I can respect that,
- 57:26Speaker 6: but ultimately I'll staying with her because I'm a person
- 57:30Speaker 6: whose interactions with people are based off history and Sir,
- 57:35Speaker 6: you've faced many major lawsuits and public accusations from individuals
- 57:40Speaker 6: claiming that you engaged in sexual contact without disclosing a
- 57:44Speaker 6: herbies diagnosis. M. Yeah, you denied the allegations, and the
- 57:48Speaker 6: legal outcomes varied by case. But for me, for me,
- 57:53Speaker 6: I think I would be too paranoid risk it. Attractive brother,
- 57:56Speaker 6: but I get it. Plus, she said she was up
- 57:58Speaker 6: there for Chris, which sounds all also like a bad decision.
- 58:01Speaker 6: Again to me, either option sounds like you're gonna walk
- 58:04Speaker 6: away with your mouth sucked up, So I mean, leave
- 58:08Speaker 6: me out of it all together.
- 58:10Speaker 7: But I mean that's to me. Yeah, like if if
- 58:14Speaker 7: you were an Usher concert, no, okay, let's rephrase that.
- 58:17Speaker 7: If you were at say a Beyonce concert or Usher
- 58:19Speaker 7: opened for her, okay, and Usher called you up on stage,
- 58:22Speaker 7: you go up?
- 58:23Speaker 8: Me?
- 58:24Speaker 7: Yes, absolutely not, so why there we go? That's it,
- 58:27Speaker 7: that's all you. You would not go up on stage
- 58:29Speaker 7: because you don't want to be up on stage with Usher.
- 58:32Speaker 7: But this bird decided, she decided she wanted to be
- 58:35Speaker 7: up there anyway. Yes, but also up on stage.
- 58:38Speaker 6: But again, these are people that listen to Chris Brown.
- 58:41Speaker 6: So Chris Brown's whole rhetor, like his whole aesthetic, is
- 58:45Speaker 6: about stunting on you hoes and proving that heat the
- 58:48Speaker 6: baddest nigga in the room or whatever else. So it
- 58:51Speaker 6: would only make sense that his birdy ass fans would
- 58:55Speaker 6: have those same kind of agendas in mind to where, Hey,
- 58:57Speaker 6: you know what, this is my fifteen minutes of fame.
- 59:00Speaker 6: I'm gonna claim it whether or not. You know, it's
- 59:03Speaker 6: in the light that I wanted to. I mean, shit,
- 59:05Speaker 6: you mentioned Kim Kardashian earlier. Let's talk about how she
- 59:08Speaker 6: got famous.
- 59:09Speaker 7: No, No, I was only saying that as a singer.
- 59:11Speaker 6: No, but I'm saying, you know, people taking in on
- 59:14Speaker 6: their you know what I'm saying. I'm just saying, people
- 59:16Speaker 6: taking in on their fifteen minutes singers.
- 59:18Speaker 7: I wouldn't go up on stage with you know what
- 59:20Speaker 7: I mean, Like it's a whole pla. Yeah, there's there's
- 59:22Speaker 7: people that you're just like, look, I'm not here for you.
- 59:25Speaker 7: I didn't come here for this, and that's okay, and
- 59:27Speaker 7: that's fine. All she had to do was say I'm
- 59:29Speaker 7: not interested, and she went up there. And to me,
- 59:32Speaker 7: if you went up there, don't don't be a dick
- 59:36Speaker 7: or a twat whichever whichever one however you identify. Don't
- 59:40Speaker 7: be a dick or a twat when you go up
- 59:42Speaker 7: there if you've been called up and you accept it. Otherwise,
- 59:45Speaker 7: don't accept it. Stay your ass back there and you
- 59:47Speaker 7: see like you would.
- 59:49Speaker 6: That's true.
- 59:49Speaker 7: Talk about Yeah, I'm good. I don't want to be
- 59:51Speaker 7: up here with usher.
- 59:52Speaker 6: Yeah cool, Okay, Well I think that's it. I was
- 59:56Speaker 6: gonna talk about these these this cocaine bus in Liberia.
- 1:00:01Speaker 7: Why would you not go?
- 1:00:03Speaker 11: All right?
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: How did you hear about this one? In Liberia?
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: According to AP News, Liberian authorities burned three hundred and
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: thirty six a million dollars in cocaine, as senior police
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: officials are implicated. So we're scrolling over the world lose
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: right now, and in Liberia, Liberian law enforcement agents burn
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: four point two metric tons of cocaine worth about three
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: hundred and thirty six million on Thursday, days after authorities
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: announced the count the country's largest ever drug seizure, and
- 1:00:33Speaker 6: implicated senior police officials in the trafficking operations. You might
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: hear that and think, oh, that's so great, like it's
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: a drug bust and this, that and the third, But
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: when you actually watch the video that's over on TikTok,
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: I mean you can't watch it because we're audio, but
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: they're burning the cocaine. So now everybody in the vicinity
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: of crackhead and you see they ain't got nothing but
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: little little like N ninety five masks on.
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: Y'all should see his face, am speech. So uh wow, Yeah,
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: it's like burning a forest of weed and expecting nothing
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: to happen. Wow, that's a lot of good. I don't
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: even know what happens when you burn that much cocaine up.
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: Crack pandemic twenty twenty six, that's what's happens.
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: What do you mean you know? Can I can? I
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: just let the intrusive thought come in?
- 1:01:22Speaker 11: What I don't?
- 1:01:23Speaker 7: I don't like corrupt governments. I don't. However, does liberry
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: have it like that to let a third of a
- 1:01:28Speaker 7: billion of million dollars worth of revenue possibly go like
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: there's no other country they go to? Since there too,
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: and just gotten I mean like like like like food stands,
- 1:01:37Speaker 7: I got fifty cent dollars something like right, And god, damn,
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: I know that's not the right thing to say, and
- 1:01:43Speaker 7: I'm not not to say that out loud, but damn,
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: library at three hundred and thirty six million dollars worth
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: of coke and y'all y'all burned it up like congratulations,
- 1:01:51Speaker 7: And I hope God's got y'all's back, because.
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: This is why we can't get free healthcare and ship
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: because y'all forget that cocaine is actually in certain added medications.
- 1:02:01Speaker 7: So for them, it was in coca cola.
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: No, okay, it was. Oh it's not anymore, hopefully, I
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: mean it probably is. We don't know what the fuck
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: is in the food. No more, can't eat lettuce cane
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: you ask on explode if you eat lettuce. Now it's
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: in the garlic powder. Now it's right here in the DMV.
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: Did you see that article I did?
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: According to NBC News, it's right here in the DMV.
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: So people lost your lettuce or avoided all together. That's
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: what I would do. Yeah, all right. I think I'm
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: gonna bring back my interview segment in the coming weeks
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: and just pre record interviews with people that I can
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: play on the show when I don't really feel like
- 1:02:38Speaker 6: cussing nobody out frid season. But you know, I'm just
- 1:02:42Speaker 6: in my life to wear. I'm not always in that headspace,
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: So I'm gonna skip it this week and work on
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: some other avenues to build some community and get some
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: much needed visibility and for folks doing things while being
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: black and brilliant. So but you know what, we haven't
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: done a second half letter in a minute, So let's
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: answer random letter together. Okay, all right, up next second
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: half we'll be wear back.
- 1:03:03Speaker 21: We are still living with Donald Trump's tariff debacle, and
- 1:03:05Speaker 21: by we, I mean American consumers, the people who have
- 1:03:08Speaker 21: brought stuff since Trump announced.
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: His Liberation Day terrorists.
- 1:03:11Speaker 21: But now a lot of major corporations are getting big
- 1:03:14Speaker 21: fat refunds thanks to the Supreme Court ruling.
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: That the terrorifts were illegal in the first place.
- 1:03:19Speaker 21: So where does that leave you, Well, let's start with
- 1:03:22Speaker 21: America's biggest retailer, Walmart. It's estimated to receive two point
- 1:03:26Speaker 21: four billion dollars in terror free funds. And while the
- 1:03:29Speaker 21: company did not say what it would do with the
- 1:03:31Speaker 21: influx of money, earlier this month that announced it would
- 1:03:34Speaker 21: roll back prices in Walmart stores and through club specials,
- 1:03:38Speaker 21: not exactly putting those billions of dollars back into consumers
- 1:03:41Speaker 21: pockets where it came from.
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: Did you buy a Ford car this past year? If
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: you did, well, you're out of luck.
- 1:03:48Speaker 21: Ford says the one point three billion dollar refund it's
- 1:03:51Speaker 21: getting is for the company, not consumers who paid.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: Higher prices attached to the cars.
- 1:03:56Speaker 21: A proposed class action lawsuit in Michigan helps to pry
- 1:03:59Speaker 21: some of that money for Americans. How about Nintendo, Well,
- 1:04:02Speaker 21: it raised prices on its switch and Switch to gaming consoles,
- 1:04:05Speaker 21: along with a host of accessories.
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: Right now, they're.
- 1:04:08Speaker 21: Fighting in court over whether they have to share any
- 1:04:12Speaker 21: of their refund with their consumers. For supports that lawyers
- 1:04:15Speaker 21: for the gaming giant wrote and filing quote, those who
- 1:04:18Speaker 21: bought Nintendo's products received exactly what they bargained and paid
- 1:04:21Speaker 21: for a console game and or accessory at.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: A price to which both parties agreed.
- 1:04:26Speaker 21: We don't know how much money in Nintendo's getting back,
- 1:04:28Speaker 21: but what is certain is that it is not for you. Amazon,
- 1:04:31Speaker 21: which got a six hundred million dollar refrom the Treasury
- 1:04:34Speaker 21: said on an earnings call that it would refund some
- 1:04:37Speaker 21: customers and what Amazon's chief financial officer are called.
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: A limited set of circumstances.
- 1:04:42Speaker 21: And then there's Apple, which got a two point two
- 1:04:45Speaker 21: billion dollar tariff refund. The companies raised prices, but they
- 1:04:49Speaker 21: say not because.
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: Of the tariffs.
- 1:04:51Speaker 21: Well, Apple has said it will not share the rebate
- 1:04:53Speaker 21: with consumers. It did celebrate the one time income on
- 1:04:56Speaker 21: its quarterly earnings call lever.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: So get this.
- 1:05:00Speaker 21: Trump managed to, by himself unilatterly engineer situation where everyone
- 1:05:04Speaker 21: paid more for everything, all of us, from groceries to tech,
- 1:05:07Speaker 21: to entertainment to cars. Now the companies get huge checks
- 1:05:10Speaker 21: from the federal treasury. Will the best Americans can hope
- 1:05:13Speaker 21: for as being part of a limited set of circumstances
- 1:05:16Speaker 21: or a few club deals. All these corporations are going
- 1:05:19Speaker 21: to make up like bandits while all of us are
- 1:05:22Speaker 21: left holding the back.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Take us to work, take us, take us wherever you go.
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: Dr Real Talk Radio.
- 1:05:30Speaker 6: That's right, we're back, and just take this opportunity to
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: check us out over on all of your favorite podcasting platforms,
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: including Black Podcasting dot Com. Check them out. They have
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: all kind of niggas shenanigans over there, Black Podcasting dot Com.
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: Y'all have got to check them out. We're there. I'm
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: so excited to be a part of it.
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: So hell ready, yes, let's go.
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: All right, we're inside the second half of the show,
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: and this one comes from a listener that chooses to
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: remain anonymous. But this is a this is kind of scandalous. Oh,
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: and I'm the move to be in other people's business.
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: Let's go all right, says Hey guys, I hope you
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: both are doing well. You haven't released any new episodes
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: in the past few weeks, but wanted to write in
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: for your opinion on something. Please give me a name
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: or make an anonymous. My husband cheated, He claims it
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: was just fingering a stripper. We have been together for
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: twelve years. I am thirty three and he is thirty
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: six years old. We have a one and a half
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: year old boy and are expecting our second child in January.
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: We have been through a lot together. I have had
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: really tough pregnancies and this time I might need a
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: circlage on top of everything else. So they did some
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: other standard screening and it came back that I have
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: uria plasma. Yeah, I had to look it up. Google says.
- 1:07:02Speaker 6: Uria plasma is a type of bacteria that commonly lives
- 1:07:06Speaker 6: in the genital tract without causing issues, but it can
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: sometimes lead to symptoms like eurethritis, which is painful urination
- 1:07:14Speaker 6: or discharge, or pelvic inflammatory disease or pid if it
- 1:07:19Speaker 6: overgrows or the immune system is weak, awfully transmitted sexually,
- 1:07:23Speaker 6: while many infections clear up on their own treatment with
- 1:07:26Speaker 6: antibiotics like doxy cycling or as remythsicin. I hope that
- 1:07:31Speaker 6: I'm saying that right. I'm probably not, but they may
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: be needed, and it is important to get tested if
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: you have symptoms as it can increase the risk of
- 1:07:39Speaker 6: other STIs and complications and pregnancy. So we're educated. Now
- 1:07:44Speaker 6: back to the letter. You all right, l I'm good.
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, no, no, no, no, yeah, I'm listening. I'm here,
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: I'm here, I'm paying attention to everything.
- 1:07:55Speaker 6: The thing is, we were both tested with PCR and
- 1:07:59Speaker 6: twenty twenty four were both clean, so after lots of
- 1:08:01Speaker 6: pressure and meat ordering new tests for both of us,
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: he finally admit he went to a strip club with
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: a friend eight months ago and fingered the stripper during
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: a private dance. It still doesn't fit, though, since the
- 1:08:14Speaker 6: chance of contracting it this way is very, very slim.
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: He also lied to me about a gambling habit two
- 1:08:20Speaker 6: and a half years ago and lost an enormous amount
- 1:08:23Speaker 6: of money, leaving us with nothing. Me and my family
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: had been extremely supportive and have done everything for him
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: and us, therapy, financial damage control, et cetera. I just
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: started gaining my trust in him again, and I never
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: thought that he would cheat.
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: But here we are.
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: How do I get him to confess what happened?
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: How do I go on?
- 1:08:42Speaker 6: I feel like there's no one to stop it. I
- 1:08:46Speaker 6: feel like there's no one trusting him from here on.
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: But I'm thirteen weeks pregnant with a toddler running around,
- 1:08:52Speaker 6: not to mention a Petsky disease which I'm gonna have
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: to take antibiodotics biotics for keep doing the show. It's good,
- 1:08:59Speaker 6: Love you both, and her iPhone, like her iPhone got
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: her whole email signature. I just noticed that, girl, How
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: are you anonymous in it? I ain't even gonna put
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: you out there anybodys? So yeah, well.
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: Just you sure you want me to start? Yes?
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: I started them. I started all of the lyric letters.
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: She has asked the wrong questions, like who cares whether
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: or not he admits any of this? Girl, you have
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: a baby growing inside of you with an STI right
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: now that you gotta deal with. That's all. Put it
- 1:09:31Speaker 7: all together. He's got a gambling problem, like what kind
- 1:09:33Speaker 7: of Tyler Perry, like script, are we living that you're
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: gonna let this shit happen to you? And you're like
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: all right, Well, like, then how do I move on?
- 1:09:42Speaker 7: Move on from?
- 1:09:43Speaker 11: What?
- 1:09:43Speaker 22: Like?
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: Do you want to move on? Because it don't sound
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: like you do. I'm I'm mad at her for not
- 1:09:48Speaker 7: understanding how serious the situation is. This man has put
- 1:09:52Speaker 7: you in a position to have a child, and now
- 1:09:54Speaker 7: you are pregnant with another one while you are you
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: gotta fight that with antibiotics. Antibiotics, you are on dosy,
- 1:10:02Speaker 7: You're about to be put on doxy girl, because this
- 1:10:05Speaker 7: man out here talking about he fingered a stripper, which
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: means he's lying. That's number one, he's lying. He still
- 1:10:10Speaker 7: has not told you the truth. And because he's not
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: told you the truth, you will not get it. Why
- 1:10:15Speaker 7: do you need closure?
- 1:10:16Speaker 11: Move on?
- 1:10:18Speaker 7: Save yourself, save your children. You will do better by yourself.
- 1:10:22Speaker 7: Find something, Get better, girl, get a clean slate.
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: I will say this. I can sympathize only because I
- 1:10:31Speaker 6: do realize that we've all, well at least a large
- 1:10:35Speaker 6: majority of the population has at some point in time,
- 1:10:38Speaker 6: been in a relationship that they really did not want
- 1:10:41Speaker 6: to give up. This is another reason I don't like
- 1:10:44Speaker 6: religion because it always forces you into someone else's ideal standard,
- 1:10:50Speaker 6: and if you don't meet that standard, you always feel
- 1:10:53Speaker 6: like you either have you're either trapped, or that you're
- 1:10:56Speaker 6: somehow unable to walk away. Like we're told from a
- 1:10:59Speaker 6: very young age age that we should aspire to be
- 1:11:02Speaker 6: with that one person at the end of the road
- 1:11:06Speaker 6: and then you just die happily in a bed together,
- 1:11:09Speaker 6: when that is just really not the reality of the situation,
- 1:11:12Speaker 6: and it forces people to stay in unhealthy situations like
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: this and wonder, oh, well, you know, if you would
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: just confess, then we can just go and work through it.
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: Sometimes it's just best to walk away from situations. This
- 1:11:26Speaker 6: is a person that has not only harmed you financially,
- 1:11:29Speaker 6: but it's now harming you physically. Yeah, that's harmed. Like girl, Like,
- 1:11:35Speaker 6: I'm not gonna judge you for wanting to stay, because
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: we all want to stay. We don't want to be
- 1:11:41Speaker 6: out here in this dating pool that got pee in it.
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: We don't.
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: But you, I'm sorry you don't get You don't get
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: to look at it from that standpoint of dating. When
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: you have children, that's sure, because now you're not.
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: Dating for you, you're dating for all, y'all exactly.
- 1:11:55Speaker 7: You got other people like relying on you, and at
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: this point this is even at your own like personal happiness.
- 1:12:02Speaker 7: You have two children, one or one and a half,
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: however you want to put it, and like until the
- 1:12:07Speaker 7: other one gets here, whatever, you got two kids. You
- 1:12:10Speaker 7: got to make sure that you understand that you are
- 1:12:12Speaker 7: setting a precedent. What you stand for is what they
- 1:12:16Speaker 7: will stand for. What you accept is what they will
- 1:12:18Speaker 7: accept it. If you were sitting there in a situation
- 1:12:20Speaker 7: that is completely shitty and you don't think that they
- 1:12:23Speaker 7: don't see it and won't see it, they are going
- 1:12:24Speaker 7: to accept it. And you are saying that is it's
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: okay for them to go through the exact same thing
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: you're going through when they go through it later on
- 1:12:32Speaker 7: in life, because well, mom.
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: Did it agree?
- 1:12:35Speaker 13: Move on?
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: Your children definitely see you, and they really form the
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: values of their own relationships that they're going to have
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: in the future from watching you.
- 1:12:46Speaker 7: Yeah, so.
- 1:12:49Speaker 6: Just keep that in mind as you know you move forward.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: But I would suggest you call it quits. I would
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: make some arrangements. You know, you ain't got to do
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: it all at once. Maybe I don't know your situation.
- 1:13:00Speaker 6: We don't know whether he's abusive or not. Like, but
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: this does not seem like a healthy situation. It really doesn't.
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: And I wish you well. So, uh, how next we
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: get the wa files?
- 1:13:13Speaker 20: Trump administration ending this week with another legal setback in
- 1:13:17Speaker 20: developing news late today, a legal kind of humiliation for
- 1:13:20Speaker 20: Trump's DOJ because they have dropped their much hyped case
- 1:13:25Speaker 20: against the former olympian David Hearn, who was charged a
- 1:13:28Speaker 20: connection with this damage to the Lincoln Memorial, reflecting pool
- 1:13:32Speaker 20: an issue that Donald Trump chose and that has bedeviled
- 1:13:35Speaker 20: him over the last several weeks. The DOJ has a
- 1:13:37Speaker 20: new filing that states it's become aware of information showing
- 1:13:43Speaker 20: that the damage was the result of a botched installation
- 1:13:47Speaker 20: and not vandalism as initially represented by the administration.
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: I want to repeat.
- 1:13:54Speaker 20: A botched installation and not vandalism, which is what the
- 1:13:59Speaker 20: administration had claimed. Think about how bad it got and
- 1:14:03Speaker 20: how baseless the claims were. That the DOJ has to
- 1:14:06Speaker 20: now cough up and admit this. Trump administration has spent
- 1:14:09Speaker 20: millions trying to shift the color to Donald Trump's demands,
- 1:14:14Speaker 20: and yet, as you may have heard it remains an
- 1:14:16Speaker 20: algae infested, greenish kind of pool. And then Trump tried
- 1:14:21Speaker 20: to blame vandals, not just with rhetoric or words which
- 1:14:25Speaker 20: the president, like any American, is allowed to say things,
- 1:14:28Speaker 20: but by using the power of his office, the power
- 1:14:31Speaker 20: to investigate, indict, and jail, which apparently looks now more
- 1:14:35Speaker 20: and more like cover and distraction from what was either
- 1:14:37Speaker 20: ineffective or shoddy work performed by the handpicked contractors of
- 1:14:42Speaker 20: the Trump administration.
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: Why do you have roaches?
- 1:14:46Speaker 11: Why?
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: Why?
- 1:14:48Speaker 7: Why?
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: Why do my children hate me?
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: Are real? Todd Radio?
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Why do Maverdana burn?
- 1:14:56Speaker 4: Contrue is out there?
- 1:15:00Speaker 6: It's blaming the unexplained. We're answering why to the questions
- 1:15:02Speaker 6: you want to know by taking your skeets over on
- 1:15:04Speaker 6: Blue Scott at WRTR Radio. We also take your emails
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: at WRTR radiogmail dot com. Remember this is the WI Files.
- 1:15:11Speaker 6: The truth is out there, so I'll kick it off
- 1:15:15Speaker 6: this week since miss Lyric isn't here. This one comes
- 1:15:17Speaker 6: from me. Huh, Well, me and a coworker. We want
- 1:15:21Speaker 6: to know. Why can't people in Baltimore follow simple traffic rules?
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: Okay, say more a rush hour.
- 1:15:27Speaker 6: Left handed turns, turn lanes only not blocking the box
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: and listen. And I also want to know why the
- 1:15:35Speaker 6: lights are never coordinated in this city. I love listen,
- 1:15:39Speaker 6: they aren't. I love this city and I love living
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: here and being here. But please use the technology that
- 1:15:45Speaker 6: we have to correctly do what we just do it
- 1:15:49Speaker 6: do it right? Why Why are we wasting so much
- 1:15:53Speaker 6: time in traffic all day?
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm with you, and I have seen that, but
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: I think we're wasting time and traffic because the police
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: are not out during that time. I'm sorry. I've seen
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: way too many people will sit like go straight through
- 1:16:05Speaker 7: red lights that I've been through, and I'm like, where's
- 1:16:07Speaker 7: the cop I've seen way too many times, Or somebody's
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: been driving on the sidewalk or the meetian or something,
- 1:16:12Speaker 7: and You're like, is there not a cop outy Like
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: this happens all the time when I'm over here. Yes,
- 1:16:17Speaker 7: this spot, this is a spot that this happens at
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: all the time. And I don't understand where the cops
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: are so.
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: Damn two ninety five. How the people as you're coming
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: back into Baltimore, how the people on the right hand
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: side that be wanting to go ninety five, how they
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: will sit and go into the far left lane just
- 1:16:33Speaker 6: to avoid all the traffic and just crowd up the
- 1:16:35Speaker 6: far lane traffic that you're just trying to go to Baltimore.
- 1:16:38Speaker 6: Y'all not going to Heaven. You're not You're not going
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: to heaven.
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: Baltimore needs to invest in a little bit more civil engineering,
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: because they mean somebody who's gonna come in there and say, Okay,
- 1:16:46Speaker 7: we need to put more of a divider right here
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: to cut this off and off. I'm with you, I
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: know the exact spot that you're talking about. Yeah, and
- 1:16:53Speaker 7: when there's nobody like on the road there, they want
- 1:16:55Speaker 7: to roll through that at like eighty miles an hour
- 1:16:57Speaker 7: and you're like, this road is raggedy h y'all doing
- 1:17:00Speaker 7: it is? Get off my ass. I'm not going more
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: than more than I'm going.
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: Out right, They and everybody car fucked up in Baltimore,
- 1:17:08Speaker 6: and my car gott a blemish, because everybody's car gotta blemish.
- 1:17:13Speaker 7: And at least if you don't see it. They struts
- 1:17:15Speaker 7: are fun.
- 1:17:15Speaker 6: Listen, it's internal if you don't see it on the outside.
- 1:17:19Speaker 7: Because these roads buy.
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: And what's up with the Okay, what is the allure
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: of having the loudest vehicle on the road. Can you
- 1:17:28Speaker 6: explain that to me?
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: I wish I could. I don't. I have nothing yet.
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: No, I'm talking about the ones that like roar and
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: it's like, yeah, and you got to turn up whatever
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: you listening to because of the roar of their engine. Yes,
- 1:17:42Speaker 6: that's strange to.
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: Me, especially if I'm walking. One thing I will say, though,
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: it has prepared my dog for the Fourth of July.
- 1:17:48Speaker 7: So when people set off fireworks, my dog has no
- 1:17:51Speaker 7: anxiety at all because we walk every day in Baltimore.
- 1:17:54Speaker 6: Well, why, because the truth is out there. You got one,
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: Miss Dale Train, I got one.
- 1:18:03Speaker 7: I just want to know why. Everybody has already started
- 1:18:06Speaker 7: complaining about the new black panther. And I'm going to
- 1:18:11Speaker 7: jump in there and say initially I looked and it
- 1:18:13Speaker 7: was like, huh, that's an interesting thing, but I'll wait
- 1:18:17Speaker 7: to see more.
- 1:18:17Speaker 6: Wait, Well, there's a new black panther.
- 1:18:19Speaker 7: There is a new black panther that has been chosen.
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: Ryan Coogler announced it. His name is David Johnson. He
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: is a professional actor.
- 1:18:26Speaker 6: And he's supposed to play to Shalla.
- 1:18:28Speaker 7: He is his son. Actually. Oh and that's the part
- 1:18:33Speaker 7: that I think people don't understand look at who T'Challa
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: was from the very beginning. Look at him, you know,
- 1:18:39Speaker 7: and then when you think about somebody who is his son,
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: what would he look like? And you think about that
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: some of the names that y'all threw out there, and y'all,
- 1:18:49Speaker 7: I can't believe they. First of all, I think that
- 1:18:51Speaker 7: is absolutely disrespectful to call this young man unattractive or
- 1:18:56Speaker 7: bring out the fact that, look he is, he's a
- 1:18:59Speaker 7: short and that's one of the other things that he
- 1:19:01Speaker 7: brought up. And I will say I was kind of hump.
- 1:19:03Speaker 7: But then when I understand was again David Johnson. Johnson
- 1:19:07Speaker 7: is j O N S S O N okay, Yeah,
- 1:19:11Speaker 7: and he's been in a lot of stuff, but he
- 1:19:13Speaker 7: has not been in a lot of mainstream me grow
- 1:19:17Speaker 7: type shows. So I can understand why people may not
- 1:19:20Speaker 7: be familiar with the fact that he's a great actor already.
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: But he's proven himself as an actor. And when you
- 1:19:25Speaker 7: think about somebody who's going to play this role, get
- 1:19:27Speaker 7: this man a chance he's supposed to do you want
- 1:19:31Speaker 7: someone who's gonna appear youthful to Chadwick's yeah character, and
- 1:19:37Speaker 7: he does exactly.
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: He does I'm sitting here looking at it on TV
- 1:19:40Speaker 6: Vogue right now, like they have a split screen of
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: Chadwick Boseman, and what did you say, Johnson?
- 1:19:47Speaker 7: Yeah, yes, the casting is actually phenomenally y'all. Give this
- 1:19:50Speaker 7: man a chance to stop talking so so bad about him,
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: like damn, Like yeah, I just I just want to
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: know why people jump to that already. I think people immediately.
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: I don't know what's up with the nostalgia. Okay, As
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: a very nostalgic person myself, I love nostalgia. My world
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: is nostalgia. I'd live in a box of nostalgia literally,
- 1:20:12Speaker 6: however it is, it's so safe, and with nostalgia sometimes
- 1:20:18Speaker 6: you gotta let it go and embrace a little bit
- 1:20:21Speaker 6: of new. There's gotta be you gotta have some room
- 1:20:23Speaker 6: for some new shit because there are forever changing circumstances.
- 1:20:27Speaker 6: Contrary to popular belief, Chadwick Boseman is not coming back.
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: Yeah he's not.
- 1:20:32Speaker 6: I have not seen it happen yet, but he's not
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: coming back. So y'all need to be able to move
- 1:20:38Speaker 6: on with certain things. Let this actor live. Y'all are
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: so stuck on the same people having the same roles
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: and that you don't let new actors and new talent emerge.
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: Who's gonna be there when we get old? Well, some
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: of us are already old and gray. But who's gonna
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: be there to take up the slack? Well, it's art
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: in with us because y'all can't let go of your fame.
- 1:21:00Speaker 7: Some of these kids have it.
- 1:21:01Speaker 6: Yes, let some of these new actors have place, but.
- 1:21:04Speaker 7: Also understand what they're what you're casting for. This is
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: not the new Black Panther. This is literally to child's son. Yeah,
- 1:21:13Speaker 7: this is this, This would be the person who would
- 1:21:15Speaker 7: be Chadwick Boseman's son. Chadwick was not a huge dude.
- 1:21:19Speaker 7: If you bring somebody in who's gonna be huge as
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: hell and sad and then try to pass him off
- 1:21:24Speaker 7: as the sun, it's not gonna look right, y'all, Come on,
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: like continuity. Just understand the movie's gonna be great. Brian
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: Cooler has done a great job up to this point.
- 1:21:33Speaker 7: Why are we tripping and why are you just so
- 1:21:37Speaker 7: negative with this young man? Go check out some of
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: his other projects. Literally, look his name up. David Johnson. Okay,
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: look him up and see what he's done. And if
- 1:21:46Speaker 7: you don't know any of it. Go check out something.
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: Just one of his shows. I promise you please just
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: check out one of his shows. You don't even have
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: to check out the whole whole season, just one one
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: episode and just say, okay, yeah, he's a good actor,
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: all right.
- 1:21:58Speaker 6: Word and that wraps it up for this week's WI
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: file is always answering why for you on the socials,
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: and up next is news to make you nauseous.
- 1:22:08Speaker 7: I thought we already did that with djmvy Well.
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: I mean, there's plenty of nausea to go around.
- 1:22:14Speaker 23: Up next, we are being force fed a narrative about
- 1:22:17Speaker 23: this Nola Well's case where we are being pushed to
- 1:22:19Speaker 23: believe that Nolan was the only one over drinking, he
- 1:22:21Speaker 23: was the only one that was doing this and that
- 1:22:23Speaker 23: carelessly behaving cuddled up with a white girl. And at
- 1:22:27Speaker 23: the same time, we are being made to see that
- 1:22:29Speaker 23: the white people involved are innocent, pure, having a good time,
- 1:22:33Speaker 23: good kids, having a good fun And that is the
- 1:22:35Speaker 23: same type of silent racism that we see constantly, especially
- 1:22:38Speaker 23: when it comes to this situation in America. Now, I
- 1:22:40Speaker 23: want you to see something else that I saw scrolling
- 1:22:42Speaker 23: through this app. I saw this video while I was
- 1:22:45Speaker 23: scrolling and this video may look to the uneducated to
- 1:22:48Speaker 23: be just a simple video of someone showing them having
- 1:22:51Speaker 23: a good time going out to Horn Island. But this
- 1:22:53Speaker 23: is the same type of silent racism that we get
- 1:22:55Speaker 23: gasled about on the daily. Aside from the fact that
- 1:22:58Speaker 23: this page's name is Southern Supremacist and they have chimping
- 1:23:01Speaker 23: out as a term key term in their bio, which
- 1:23:04Speaker 23: we all know has racial connotations and negative implications about
- 1:23:07Speaker 23: black people being compared to monkeys. Instead, focus on how
- 1:23:10Speaker 23: this video is captioned with where Dreams Come True, and
- 1:23:14Speaker 23: it's hashtagged with MAGA and it's hashtagged with Nolan. And
- 1:23:18Speaker 23: then I want you to take notice about the creator
- 1:23:20Speaker 23: being in the comments section laughing about the death of
- 1:23:22Speaker 23: this eighteen year old. If you go down the comments,
- 1:23:25Speaker 23: you'll see things like what a beautiful place to drown,
- 1:23:27Speaker 23: learn how to swim too soon, crying laughing emoji. This
- 1:23:31Speaker 23: is what we mean about being gas lit. This is
- 1:23:32Speaker 23: what I mean when I say that the relationship between
- 1:23:34Speaker 23: European Americans and Black Americans has been one of narcissistic abuse.
- 1:23:38Speaker 23: Because this is the type of racism that will get
- 1:23:40Speaker 23: downplayed that we will get told that we are reaching
- 1:23:42Speaker 23: at the same time that we are told to stop
- 1:23:44Speaker 23: putting race into everything. But that's literally how your ancestors
- 1:23:47Speaker 23: built this nation was baked it in racism. Accounts literally
- 1:23:50Speaker 23: named Southern supremacy with slur adjacent phrases in their bios,
- 1:23:54Speaker 23: get to make jokes about an eighteen year old black
- 1:23:56Speaker 23: child drowning allegedly or the fact that he turned up
- 1:24:00Speaker 23: dead in a group of so called friends. And when
- 1:24:02Speaker 23: people ask us why we assume race is involved with everything,
- 1:24:05Speaker 23: this is why. Not because we imagine its existence, but
- 1:24:07Speaker 23: because we see it in the silence where you don't.
- 1:24:10Speaker 23: We see it in the jokes, We see it in
- 1:24:12Speaker 23: the sly little post like this. Sometimes it's not even
- 1:24:15Speaker 23: hitted at all, It names itself, and yet we are
- 1:24:17Speaker 23: constantly gas lit into believing that we're not seeing what
- 1:24:19Speaker 23: we're saying, that we're not hearing what we're here, We're
- 1:24:21Speaker 23: not reading between the lines. This is narcissistic abuse. These
- 1:24:25Speaker 23: are the type of people that make posts like this
- 1:24:28Speaker 23: that no one went out to celebrate July fourth with.
- 1:24:31Speaker 23: And this is the reason why he's no longer with us.
- 1:24:36Speaker 5: As used to make you nauseous on WRT are real
- 1:24:41Speaker 5: talk radio.
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: These are some of the stories you might not read
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: about in the New York Times, the Washington Post, or
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: the Wall Street Journal. It's news to make you nauseous.
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: And since Lyric isn't here this week, I'm only gonna
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: give y'all one, and this one is it's a story
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: you ready here? L oh no trigger warn.
- 1:25:01Speaker 7: How naxos okay? On a scale of zero to DJ
- 1:25:05Speaker 7: Envy's dirty butt cheeks, this.
- 1:25:08Speaker 6: May take it a bit of a step further. Oh goodness,
- 1:25:12Speaker 6: because Dj Envies was at least he didn't know that
- 1:25:16Speaker 6: his ass well, I mean, he knew.
- 1:25:17Speaker 7: There was self discovery and she found treasure.
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: Yeah, but see this is kind of intentional.
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: Okay, I'm raising myself. I'm raising myself, all right. I'm listening.
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: Say what, Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Say what? According to w
- 1:25:31Speaker 6: c n C Charlotte x Arby's manager accused of infecting
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: customer with herpes after intentionally spitting in food.
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: Lawsuit says, I'm listening because I need to know more.
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: An Oklahoma woman issuing a former Arby's manager, alleging the
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: employee knew she had oral herpes and intentionally spit in
- 1:25:54Speaker 6: her food. In a civil complaint, Jenica Church accuses Amanda Hendricks,
- 1:25:59Speaker 6: the former arb BEA's manager who was in charge at
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: the time, of spitting in her food. Church said the
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: incident happened in late March when she went through a
- 1:26:07Speaker 6: drive through at the Arby's and Broken Bow, Oklahoma, after
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: work to get a meal for herself and her family.
- 1:26:13Speaker 6: Church alleges that Hendricks was responsible for preparing the food
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: in quote intentionally and deliberately in quote spit on the food,
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: knowing she had oral herpes. The lawsuit alleges that Hendricks
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: has a quote active herpes outbreak with visible lesions end quote.
- 1:26:32Speaker 6: The suit claims surveillance video not just falling out.
- 1:26:41Speaker 11: I hate this.
- 1:26:45Speaker 6: This suit claims their valance video for the restaurant showed
- 1:26:49Speaker 6: the manager spitting on the meat and placing it on
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: the sandwiches. Church said she ate the sandwich and shared
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: the food with her family, including a family member who
- 1:26:59Speaker 6: was receiving hospice care. Church said she began to develop
- 1:27:03Speaker 6: symptoms and a cold sore on her lip after her
- 1:27:07Speaker 6: meal earlier this year, and tested positive for earl herpes.
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: The lawsuit goes on to claim workers tried to hide
- 1:27:14Speaker 6: surveillance video that showed the manager spitting in the food.
- 1:27:17Speaker 6: Church claims the restaurant offered her free sandwiches in an
- 1:27:24Speaker 6: attempt of silence.
- 1:27:30Speaker 7: They got the meats.
- 1:27:32Speaker 6: I don't want the meats. Leave meat out of the meats.
- 1:27:37Speaker 15: No God.
- 1:27:39Speaker 7: Hendrix has been criminally.
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: Charged with felony poisoning of food with intent to injure.
- 1:27:44Speaker 6: The lawsuit seems common, soor damages, including for medical expenses,
- 1:27:49Speaker 6: physical pain, and suffering thoughts.
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: Those are the things that don't connect from me at all.
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: First of all, I think that that man deserves everything
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: they get in more and whether or not it's just,
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: which I don't know that it is, And I'll say why,
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: whether or not, I think that it's just for that reason.
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: I think that the fact that you're skinning somebody's food
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: is the very reason for you to lose your job,
- 1:28:15Speaker 7: your livelihood, and any possibility of being able to do it.
- 1:28:18Speaker 6: You can't be around us, no more.
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: Absolutely, yeah, you can't say it us. However, that food
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: would serve to everybody. You're the only one who got herpes. Everybody,
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: everybody in the house ate all that food, even the
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: one on hospice and they didn't have herpes, only you
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: got it. And from what I remember, herpes wasn't passed
- 1:28:38Speaker 7: through spit. Now I understand that if you have an
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: active open cold sword, there may be some things. But
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: that's the other side. Y'all will puff puff pass with
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: anybody in a circle in an alley who got the
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: same thing that you're smoking. But now all of a
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: sudden you pissed off because somebody does spin in your
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: food and you done caught caught the you know, snaps
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: apple crackle around your mouth.
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: Sorry, well it's it. A Google says, Yes, herpees can
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: be transmitted through saliva, most commonly when an effected person
- 1:29:09Speaker 6: has an active oral herpes outbreak, such as a cold
- 1:29:12Speaker 6: sore or during an asymptomatic viral shedding. Yeah, they have
- 1:29:17Speaker 6: asyptomatic joints. So even if you don't see the cold sore. See,
- 1:29:21Speaker 6: this is why we just need to have conversation. That
- 1:29:24Speaker 6: would just be it.
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: I still question the vility I personally that you're victim blame.
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: I'm not victim blam. No, No, there is a part
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: of me that's just kind of like you said, well,
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: because I don't know if all of a sudden what
- 1:29:39Speaker 7: makes you said at my age, I all of a
- 1:29:43Speaker 7: sudden just popped up with a cold sor I don't
- 1:29:47Speaker 7: know that Burger King or McDonald's or whoever go to? Yeah,
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: like to even know that that's a case, Like how
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: did once see? I feel like there's a theme today
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: because there's some things that didn't connect for me, Like
- 1:29:59Speaker 7: how how did she know that that is how she
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: got a cold sore from eating a fry at this
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: place or whatever, even though everybody else ate the same
- 1:30:09Speaker 7: food and nobody else got it she did. There's way
- 1:30:12Speaker 7: too many things. I'm sorry, and I'm not victim blaming me.
- 1:30:14Speaker 7: I just it just don't make sense to me. As
- 1:30:17Speaker 7: I'm starting to listen to this, I'm like, okay, so
- 1:30:20Speaker 7: nobody else got it, you did, Okay, cool, all right,
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: Well maybe you got the active peace or whatever. I
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: don't know, But how did you know that that was
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: the person who did that? Like when I go somewhere
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: to eat, like, I don't care what restaurant I go to,
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: I can promise you unless it's like someplace that I
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: go to on a regular basis and I've interacted with people,
- 1:30:38Speaker 7: I don't know who the manager is. I don't even
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: know even if I have a bad interaction personally, If
- 1:30:42Speaker 7: I have a bad interaction that fast food, I will
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: leave the food there, don't. I don't take it. Well.
- 1:30:46Speaker 6: This story comes from a place called Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: So I'm assuming everybody know who everybody is. That sounds
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: like a place and it's Oklahoma.
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: You know that's it might have been a cousin married
- 1:30:59Speaker 7: to her.
- 1:31:01Speaker 6: Or something or his aunt. Sorry I don't know, or
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: either either one.
- 1:31:06Speaker 7: You know that is what it is. So it's weird.
- 1:31:09Speaker 7: It's odd. There's a whole lot of things that just
- 1:31:11Speaker 7: don't connect from me to make me understand how you
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: came to that conclusion. I'm glad that you did. And
- 1:31:16Speaker 7: if it's true, I'm glad that you were able to
- 1:31:18Speaker 7: make that connection. Awesome.
- 1:31:20Speaker 6: I think that's weird. I would have never been able
- 1:31:22Speaker 6: to make it.
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: Yep.
- 1:31:23Speaker 6: And before I wrap it up, I think the bigger
- 1:31:25Speaker 6: issue is people in food service servicing the food in
- 1:31:30Speaker 6: this manner. This is disgusting.
- 1:31:32Speaker 7: Eat background checks.
- 1:31:33Speaker 6: Listen, y'all aren't well. And I get that. You know
- 1:31:37Speaker 6: the fast food service industry is it's it's a cash
- 1:31:41Speaker 6: grab and a lot you get many different people in
- 1:31:45Speaker 6: the fast food industry that are preparing your food. Just
- 1:31:49Speaker 6: keep that in mind as you go out here and
- 1:31:51Speaker 6: you know, patronize some of these places. And if you
- 1:31:55Speaker 6: want these and more nauseating news stories, make sure you
- 1:31:57Speaker 6: follow us over on the socialst WRTR Radio. We're on
- 1:32:01Speaker 6: Blue Sky. I'm also over there at m r c
- 1:32:04Speaker 6: U s smot and at Marcus dot Smoot on TikTok.
- 1:32:09Speaker 6: Definitely follow our other hosts, Lyric Neravado at Lyricravado on Facebook, TikTok,
- 1:32:15Speaker 6: and Blue Sky and up next or we are getting
- 1:32:18Speaker 6: into real talk. You know what, it was lyrics week
- 1:32:21Speaker 6: to pick and y'all got the y'all got the receipts
- 1:32:23Speaker 6: on that, don't y'all come emailing and shit. So it
- 1:32:27Speaker 6: was lyrics week, So I choose hell to pick the
- 1:32:30Speaker 6: topic up next.
- 1:32:34Speaker 7: We'll be right back, all right.
- 1:32:36Speaker 24: There's a modern slave plantation operating in Louisiana under the
- 1:32:40Speaker 24: guys who are prison Gola Prison. And people might wonder
- 1:32:43Speaker 24: why there's a prison in the American Deep South called Angola. Well,
- 1:32:47Speaker 24: it's because that prison is named after a slave plantation
- 1:32:51Speaker 24: and the slaves came from Angola in Africa and it's
- 1:32:53Speaker 24: still commonly known by that name, and when you go
- 1:32:56Speaker 24: onto the prison grounds you'll see primarily African American inmates
- 1:33:01Speaker 24: work in the fields, guards on horseback, and inmates even
- 1:33:05Speaker 24: being led around in shackles and manacles. How does the
- 1:33:08Speaker 24: largest mathim security prison in the USA sustain itself or
- 1:33:13Speaker 24: like so many of the prisons across America and in
- 1:33:15Speaker 24: fact across the world, it's really propelled by the laws
- 1:33:20Speaker 24: criminalizing drugs. The UN estimates that twenty percent of all
- 1:33:24Speaker 24: prison inmates in the world are in prison because of
- 1:33:28Speaker 24: drug offenses. How does that coexist with legal cannabis stores
- 1:33:32Speaker 24: popping up all across America, Canada and some of Europe
- 1:33:37Speaker 24: now as well. And Goal is also famous for its
- 1:33:39Speaker 24: prison rodeo, in which inmates will perform for the entertainment
- 1:33:43Speaker 24: of outsiders doing Dare Devil stunts for as little as
- 1:33:47Speaker 24: two hundred and fifty dollars if they're successful. This is
- 1:33:50Speaker 24: an example of the way that the war on drugs
- 1:33:53Speaker 24: has propelled a system of mass incarceration all across the
- 1:33:57Speaker 24: United States, of which Angola is really just kind.
- 1:34:00Speaker 5: Of had Hey, it's Real Talk I who you AREGI
- 1:34:10Speaker 5: are Real Talk Radio.
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: We keep it real.
- 1:34:13Speaker 6: All right, So we're back. It's time for real talk.
- 1:34:16Speaker 6: And it was lyrics week, but hell what you got?
- 1:34:19Speaker 7: All right? So my topic this week is going to
- 1:34:22Speaker 7: be more of a question. Okay, I want to know
- 1:34:26Speaker 7: what would you like to see come back you? And
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: it's funny because there's a little trend there because you
- 1:34:31Speaker 7: talked about nostalgia and now you you are a very nostalgic.
- 1:34:35Speaker 7: You're a nostalgic person. I'll kick it off while you
- 1:34:38Speaker 7: think about something. But my question to you is what
- 1:34:41Speaker 7: would you like to see comeback? And for me, I
- 1:34:44Speaker 7: want to see video soul come back. And it's true
- 1:34:50Speaker 7: like iteration the way it was back in the nineties.
- 1:34:52Speaker 7: I think that there are a lot of people who
- 1:34:55Speaker 7: are bringing visuals to music and we're not seeing it
- 1:34:59Speaker 7: off the because if you're not, if you're not necessarily
- 1:35:02Speaker 7: that type of person who goes to check for it
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: on YouTube or look for that artist, like did you
- 1:35:07Speaker 7: know that Maya has released music for the last two years,
- 1:35:10Speaker 7: Maya Mayamaya, Maya Maya looking fine as all get out,
- 1:35:14Speaker 7: singing her tail off and dancing her butt off and
- 1:35:17Speaker 7: looking amazing. But we don't even end visuals for every
- 1:35:20Speaker 7: single song and we don't even know it, you know.
- 1:35:24Speaker 7: And I'm not a negative against Beyonce, no, no, no,
- 1:35:27Speaker 7: because she does. I just feel like there's only so
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: many people that can say oh boom, I'm dropping it
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: out or a video and people go it's out. Think
- 1:35:36Speaker 7: about that because she's not the only one that guopoly's
- 1:35:39Speaker 7: had new music that there's all kinds of people that
- 1:35:42Speaker 7: are putting new music with new videos out and we
- 1:35:45Speaker 7: don't even know to just check for it because there's
- 1:35:47Speaker 7: nobody curating it for us like they used to. So
- 1:35:51Speaker 7: we're stuck with YouTube in our own search history and
- 1:35:55Speaker 7: algorithm which often.
- 1:35:57Speaker 6: Again algorithm, right, it puts the same stuff in that
- 1:36:01Speaker 6: you normally listen to. It kind of goes based off
- 1:36:04Speaker 6: of your history and not it doesn't open you up
- 1:36:07Speaker 6: much to anything else that isn't programmed to feed you.
- 1:36:12Speaker 6: So that's the problem that I have with algorithms. But
- 1:36:15Speaker 6: even with the music part, when you talk about music,
- 1:36:20Speaker 6: I want actual talent to come back. This is my
- 1:36:23Speaker 6: problem with A and RS.
- 1:36:24Speaker 7: A and RS which is almost non existent.
- 1:36:26Speaker 6: Now I get it, and it should be because I
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: think that talent should develop them.
- 1:36:33Speaker 11: Kay.
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: I think that's how I want to get into let's
- 1:36:35Speaker 7: talk about.
- 1:36:36Speaker 6: Okay, Well, I think that talent should be picked naturally.
- 1:36:41Speaker 6: And now I don't mean picked by a hand picked
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: corporate person that says, hey, bitch, I want to make
- 1:36:46Speaker 6: money off of you because you're popular. I'm saying talent
- 1:36:50Speaker 6: should be in that person's own ability and we should
- 1:36:54Speaker 6: all have accessibility. That's why I like the Internet. It's
- 1:36:57Speaker 6: like why I like platforms like TikTok and Spotify and
- 1:37:02Speaker 6: all of these other independent applications that allow just anybody,
- 1:37:08Speaker 6: even podcasters like ourselves, to independently own and drive our
- 1:37:14Speaker 6: own brand versus having everything fit into a cookie cutter
- 1:37:20Speaker 6: type of standard. I don't like that.
- 1:37:22Speaker 7: I agree this. This is what I'm going to say.
- 1:37:25Speaker 7: And as like I said, as someone who and it's
- 1:37:27Speaker 7: funny that you mentioned A and R because an R
- 1:37:30Speaker 7: was absolutely my dream job when I was in college
- 1:37:35Speaker 7: and everything growing up. What I would say is I
- 1:37:39Speaker 7: think that an R, the perfect example is the difference.
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: The difference between Solange's career and Beyonce's is an R.
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: And what I say, and I say that to say
- 1:37:52Speaker 7: Solange is mostly talent. Like her music that comes out
- 1:37:59Speaker 7: you you listen and you were like, oh my goodness,
- 1:38:03Speaker 7: she's so talented, she's beautiful, she can dance.
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: Because she's kind of fallen out because.
- 1:38:10Speaker 7: Chronic night Like, oh that's Champion Kronic nightcap with with
- 1:38:13Speaker 7: Lil Wayne, right Wayne. But still I'm saying that song alone.
- 1:38:20Speaker 7: So that song alone, I'm like, WHOA amazing. So but
- 1:38:26Speaker 7: the difference is if you listen to to how Sewans
- 1:38:30Speaker 7: talked about in the beginning, the Rector label wanted me
- 1:38:33Speaker 7: to do this, and I said, no, that's right. That's
- 1:38:35Speaker 7: why your album didn't go nickel and your sister is
- 1:38:40Speaker 7: beyond you. No, no, no, no, you know what I mean,
- 1:38:44Speaker 7: Like like for real, like you want to be independent
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: and do your thing and not listen to anybody. Sometimes
- 1:38:51Speaker 7: I look at A and R as being that middle person.
- 1:38:53Speaker 7: I've always said that it's the middle ground between business
- 1:38:57Speaker 7: and creativity and sometimes you need a filter translate both
- 1:39:01Speaker 7: for everybody. And it's like, look, you know what you
- 1:39:04Speaker 7: somebody there was an an R person who is a
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: genius that got a hold of Tony Braxton and said, Okay,
- 1:39:08Speaker 7: your next step is to get you some music that's
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: gonna be dance music, because you need to start bringing
- 1:39:13Speaker 7: this in and guess what that that Secrets album blew up.
- 1:39:17Speaker 7: You're making me high. That wasn't on her radar as
- 1:39:20Speaker 7: an artist, but an R came in and said, you, yeah,
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: we need this. This is what we're gonna do. Now
- 1:39:27Speaker 7: you can do all the sad love songs you want
- 1:39:29Speaker 7: to do, and we're gonna put them on there and
- 1:39:31Speaker 7: your fans are gonna love it. But guess what, we're
- 1:39:33Speaker 7: gonna get you some fans that are gonna buy these
- 1:39:34Speaker 7: albums also, and make sure that you still go platinum
- 1:39:38Speaker 7: so you can actually have somebody to sing to. You
- 1:39:42Speaker 7: can be Rachel Pharrell and have an audience at a
- 1:39:46Speaker 7: smaller crowd, or you could be Mariah Carey and you
- 1:39:51Speaker 7: can have a huger audience or a bigger audience and
- 1:39:55Speaker 7: do this the way the way. You know, if you
- 1:39:58Speaker 7: want to. It depends on how you want want to
- 1:40:00Speaker 7: be and when you have a responsible an R person
- 1:40:03Speaker 7: who says, oh, you want to be a star, let's
- 1:40:05Speaker 7: do this, this is how you do it, I think
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: that that's there. So yeah, I don't think. I don't
- 1:40:10Speaker 7: think an R are the bad guys personally, you know what.
- 1:40:13Speaker 7: Listening to that perspective when it's done responsibly. That's what
- 1:40:16Speaker 7: I'm saying. And I guess it's kind of like government.
- 1:40:19Speaker 7: Nobody likes government, but nobody wants to admit that we
- 1:40:23Speaker 7: need it.
- 1:40:24Speaker 6: So, but we we need people pushing the right thing.
- 1:40:28Speaker 6: If you're pushing a body image, if the idea is talent,
- 1:40:32Speaker 6: if the idea is melody songs, YadA YadA, YadA. Like
- 1:40:39Speaker 6: I get that we have this weird ass beauty standard
- 1:40:43Speaker 6: that we try to adhere to here in America, or
- 1:40:46Speaker 6: this image that we try to promote of the most masculine,
- 1:40:51Speaker 6: the most whatever, the most sin is right, the most sellable.
- 1:40:58Speaker 6: But then when you look at average everyday people, they
- 1:41:03Speaker 6: don't ever well, a lot of us don't fall into
- 1:41:06Speaker 6: this Colickie cutter image of what the industry tries to promote.
- 1:41:11Speaker 6: So I believe that it creates an inferiority complex for
- 1:41:15Speaker 6: a lot of people because people do look to other
- 1:41:19Speaker 6: people for inspiration. They do look to other people for hey,
- 1:41:23Speaker 6: you know what, this person has something in common with me,
- 1:41:26Speaker 6: or hey, you know what, this person likes the same
- 1:41:28Speaker 6: kind of stuff that I do, and they aspire to that.
- 1:41:31Speaker 6: And I believe that a lot of A and RS.
- 1:41:33Speaker 6: Get caught into the corporate bullshit and instead of finding
- 1:41:37Speaker 6: the actual talent, they have to find the actual image.
- 1:41:40Speaker 6: And it's all about who's warmth marketable or who's more
- 1:41:44Speaker 6: sellable and less about like y'all want to top the
- 1:41:49Speaker 6: charts because you're in competition with one another, when I
- 1:41:52Speaker 6: just want to elevate the art itself.
- 1:41:54Speaker 7: Oh yeah, And I agree with that, and I'm gonna
- 1:41:57Speaker 7: bring it back to our original but or like the
- 1:42:01Speaker 7: video soul part. But I will say I think that
- 1:42:04Speaker 7: being responsible And I've always personally, like literally as a
- 1:42:08Speaker 7: person who wanted to promote music and do stuff like that. Okay,
- 1:42:12Speaker 7: I always looked at it in a sense of what
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: is this person's strength, Let's find a way to make
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: sure that we maximize that. I don't care, Like in
- 1:42:22Speaker 7: my mind, I don't care if if you're five hundred
- 1:42:25Speaker 7: pounds or if you can't dance or whatever. Okay, so
- 1:42:28Speaker 7: you can't dance, all right, cool, Well we're gonna we're
- 1:42:30Speaker 7: gonna make you like that valid person or whatever. Like
- 1:42:33Speaker 7: how like there's ways that you can bring things out
- 1:42:35Speaker 7: to make you make your voice elevated. And I agree
- 1:42:38Speaker 7: with that, But I will also say bringing it to
- 1:42:41Speaker 7: video soul, which is what I would I would love
- 1:42:43Speaker 7: I miss it and I would love to bring it back.
- 1:42:46Speaker 7: The reason is, when's the last time you saw a
- 1:42:50Speaker 7: show that did have Mariah Carey and Rachel Farrell, who
- 1:42:53Speaker 7: have very similar voice ranges. When did you ever see
- 1:42:58Speaker 7: them on the same show together?
- 1:43:00Speaker 11: You don't.
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: Everything is actreme now everything is.
- 1:43:04Speaker 7: And bringing video Soul back will bring that that collective sound,
- 1:43:11Speaker 7: that that idea of hey, we're elevating black people like
- 1:43:15Speaker 7: let's do or black music or whatever type of music.
- 1:43:19Speaker 7: But like the fact that, like I was, I was
- 1:43:22Speaker 7: heartbroken when MTV went away, and not because and understand
- 1:43:26Speaker 7: be very clear, I understand the history of MTV and
- 1:43:29Speaker 7: I know how they dogged are people in the beginning
- 1:43:34Speaker 7: and all of that. Understand Like, I get it when
- 1:43:37Speaker 7: Houston talked about it, Michael talked about it all, I
- 1:43:39Speaker 7: get it. But I I internally wept for the loss
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: of visual music overall, and I was like, this was
- 1:43:51Speaker 7: one of the last ones. Like I remember when v
- 1:43:54Speaker 7: H one started going away, like the pop up videos
- 1:43:56Speaker 7: and all of that stuff. Oh and then it was
- 1:43:58Speaker 7: like thet stop doing one on six in Park and
- 1:44:01Speaker 7: it was like damn all right, So you now have
- 1:44:04Speaker 7: to go out and find these videos. And if you
- 1:44:08Speaker 7: don't know that anybody released it, and they don't have
- 1:44:10Speaker 7: the money to capture you, you don't know out there.
- 1:44:15Speaker 7: Like I just said, there are probably nine different videos
- 1:44:19Speaker 7: that Maya had done herself and you would never even know.
- 1:44:22Speaker 7: And that has been in the last two or three years,
- 1:44:24Speaker 7: and they are on point, on point, like there are
- 1:44:29Speaker 7: so many artists that are out there put in music,
- 1:44:32Speaker 7: Like one of my favorite artists in Volgue, they put
- 1:44:34Speaker 7: out one a few years back called Rocket and the
- 1:44:37Speaker 7: video is gorgeous. It's out in the desert and everything,
- 1:44:42Speaker 7: beautiful views and everything. People don't know I mean, and
- 1:44:45Speaker 7: it's unfortunate we don't have an avenue for that.
- 1:44:49Speaker 6: We need it and we don't. And I okay, so
- 1:44:53Speaker 6: and ours might be helpful if they are pushing the
- 1:44:56Speaker 6: right thing of individuality, because I'm tired of seeing the
- 1:44:59Speaker 6: same shit, That's all I'm trying to say. I want
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: individuality in my art that I consume. I don't want
- 1:45:06Speaker 6: to go to the cooking Cutter thing where everybody had
- 1:45:10Speaker 6: a BBL, everybody got their titties done by doctor Miami,
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: every like I just at the end of the day, people.
- 1:45:17Speaker 7: Got to support it too. That's the other side. That's
- 1:45:20Speaker 7: the other side. I go to concerts and stuff like that,
- 1:45:24Speaker 7: and you show up and you're like, where is everybody?
- 1:45:26Speaker 7: Why is anybody here for this person? And I'm not
- 1:45:29Speaker 7: going to name different artists. I'm not because that's disrespectful,
- 1:45:32Speaker 7: But I think that there's so many opportunities for people
- 1:45:35Speaker 7: to show up and show out for the people who
- 1:45:37Speaker 7: come to your city, Like, look at these live places
- 1:45:41Speaker 7: and support the music. Check them out. Good point.
- 1:45:45Speaker 6: Oo, you taught me something. That's somebody that stays in
- 1:45:47Speaker 6: a lot. You know what I do support, and I do.
- 1:45:51Speaker 7: A whole lot of you do.
- 1:45:53Speaker 6: You support a lot of people in different ways, but
- 1:45:57Speaker 6: you know, I do need to get back out there
- 1:45:59Speaker 6: and get the physical support. You know, when y'all start
- 1:46:02Speaker 6: paying me more money.
- 1:46:03Speaker 7: They need y'all. They need everybody to just love them
- 1:46:07Speaker 7: and really support if it's worth supporting. I'm not saying
- 1:46:12Speaker 7: to support everything, but if it's good music and it's
- 1:46:15Speaker 7: people you like, like, just every once in a while,
- 1:46:18Speaker 7: just google twenty twenty six, Comma whoever your favorite artist
- 1:46:21Speaker 7: is and see what's going on with them. New because
- 1:46:24Speaker 7: you would be surprised some of them have actually dropped
- 1:46:26Speaker 7: a new album and nobody has even put them on
- 1:46:28Speaker 7: an out, on a radio station, a podcast or anything else.
- 1:46:32Speaker 6: Damn, damn wow. And you know what you've asked me
- 1:46:37Speaker 6: at the beginning of the story or the beginning of
- 1:46:41Speaker 6: the segment, what I would want to bring back? Everything
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: I would want to bring back. You know what, let
- 1:46:51Speaker 6: me bring back food that doesn't kill us. I want
- 1:46:57Speaker 6: to bring that back. That's that's that's what I want.
- 1:47:02Speaker 6: I want food that does not kill me. I want
- 1:47:05Speaker 6: to go and have a healthy lettuce because or a
- 1:47:09Speaker 6: healthy salad with lettuce in it, because my gut is big.
- 1:47:14Speaker 6: And maybe I'll be like, you know what, let me
- 1:47:17Speaker 6: eat healthy for a few weeks and adjust my body
- 1:47:20Speaker 6: and get back into a routine. But no, no, y'all said,
- 1:47:24Speaker 6: let me ask you a question. I want your butt
- 1:47:25Speaker 6: to explode. That's what y'all said.
- 1:47:27Speaker 7: What you eat, thalid, because you want to do what
- 1:47:30Speaker 7: I want to be a better person. I want to
- 1:47:32Speaker 7: feel better, be lighter. You want to lose weight? Possibly
- 1:47:36Speaker 7: that kind of thing. Yeah, And if you eat the lettuce, not,
- 1:47:39Speaker 7: what's it gonna do? Because you don't lose the weight, and.
- 1:47:43Speaker 6: Yeah, but see that's violent weight loss and dehydration and
- 1:47:49Speaker 6: toilet papers at an all time high. So now I
- 1:47:51Speaker 6: got to buy thirty rolls because I'm gonna use fifteen
- 1:47:54Speaker 6: and one day.
- 1:47:55Speaker 7: Hell nah, hell no. I guess explosive diary the way.
- 1:47:59Speaker 6: It flows explosive, they said, boom, bitch like explosive diarrhea.
- 1:48:06Speaker 7: Explosive, not even just I've never heard a newscaster mentioned explosive.
- 1:48:12Speaker 6: I've never heard it.
- 1:48:13Speaker 7: They've never put that adjective in front of diary before. Listen.
- 1:48:17Speaker 6: I had always made explosive diarrhea as a joke kind
- 1:48:22Speaker 6: of thing. I didn't know the shit could be real.
- 1:48:24Speaker 6: But it's a whole bunch of shit out here now
- 1:48:27Speaker 6: that that's happening that I never knew could be real.
- 1:48:31Speaker 6: You can go out here. You remember, Inspector Gadget, when
- 1:48:33Speaker 6: Penny used to talk to her little dog on the watch.
- 1:48:36Speaker 6: You can do that shit now for real. Never thought
- 1:48:40Speaker 6: that shit would be real. Computer books. We run around
- 1:48:42Speaker 6: here with iPads and and goddamn laptops and shit like.
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: All of that shit is real, and my whole sense
- 1:48:50Speaker 6: of reality is thrown off. So I want to bring
- 1:48:53Speaker 6: back that and I also want to bring by sense
- 1:48:56Speaker 6: of sanity because this ain't a real world. Were not
- 1:48:59Speaker 6: really dealing with the real world. This is not world,
- 1:49:02Speaker 6: This is not we're in a science fiction film. We're
- 1:49:05Speaker 6: in like Terminator prequel.
- 1:49:07Speaker 7: You don't think, agreed, this is insanity and I don't
- 1:49:12Speaker 7: think that we're I feel like it's not even like
- 1:49:14Speaker 7: we're living in the upside now, we're in the side
- 1:49:16Speaker 7: by side.
- 1:49:16Speaker 6: This is crazy Jesus Christ. But you know what, cheers
- 1:49:21Speaker 6: to us, And big shout outs to l Train from
- 1:49:25Speaker 6: the regularly Ratchet podcast coming in to kill with me
