"Derailed" is a hard rock guitar instrumental that I produced for a filmmaker here in Los Angeles. The song is built on a several solid guitar hooks. The song opens lightly with a delayed picked riff, and kicks in with the same riff modified for hard rock guitar. The bridge of the song changes feel a bit and gets a little melodic, heading into the Vito Bratta direction of things, with accent fillers around the chord changes.
