A Hamilton man, Phillip Charles Neal, faces serious new charges after a major undercover narcotics raid on Franklin Street uncovered 240 grams of suspected meth, 2.5 grams of fentanyl, 1.7 grams of cocaine, and a loaded 9mm handgun. Though arrested earlier on existing felony warrants, the grand jury indicted him for aggravated trafficking and possession of meth — both first-degree felonies — plus illegal gun possession while disabled, a third-degree felony.
