A 29-year-old man from Chisholm, Luis Villafana, has pleaded guilty to four felony charges involving a child under 14 — including criminal sexual conduct and distributing child abuse material. Facing a minimum of 131 months in prison (up to 180), he waived his right to appeal the sentence.
