  Speaker 1: or have that conversation. Let that be your sign that

  Speaker 1: that is the next right step, because you know it is.

  Speaker 1: You know it is, and sure maybe some story in

  Speaker 1: your mind has been twisted up and turned around, and

  Speaker 1: you've decided that, oh, I'm scared of that. But undecide

  Speaker 1: that right now. Undecide that you're going to be doubtful.

  Speaker 1: You're going to be scared, You're going to be nervous,

  Speaker 1: You're going to think less of yourself. Now is the

  Speaker 1: moment for your highest potential. See yourself clearly, stop underestimating yourself.

  Speaker 1: Know your strengths. Document Make a list right now of

  Speaker 1: all your past wins, victories, successes. See them on that

  Speaker 1: piece of paper, line after line, all the things you've

  Speaker 1: already done. Because when you make that list, it becomes

  Speaker 1: evidence that you are more than enough, that you are worthy,

  Speaker 1: that you are deserving, that the universe is always on

  Speaker 1: your side. Make a list of all times you've overcome

  Speaker 1: a challenge, because that challenge you're facing right now, you think,

  Speaker 1: why do I keep repeating this? Somewhere somehow in your history.

  Speaker 1: this planet to help each other. We're on this planet

  Speaker 1: to receive support. We're on this planet to be a

  Speaker 1: support to others, and listen for those out there who

  Speaker 1: are always helping out and helping. If you're not allowing

  Speaker 1: yourself to receive, you don't really know how to help.

  Speaker 1: So be willing to accept support and be willing to

  Speaker 1: give support as it's appropriate and feels right to you.
