- Rebekah: Hi, welcome back to welcome back to Jaclyn Kylie: Hi. Rebekah: our channel. today we are going to talk about what the hell is happening in the skincare industry right now. And this isn't like a specific one to off topic. It is just like a bunch of different things that have happened, especially because since we took a break for so long over the summer. Just what were the happenings over the summer? What was the drama? What what are things that are happening with certain brands that we want to talk about and things like that. And just get off our chest. Like I said in the episode before, I've just had a I've had a lot to say, you know. And one of the first things that I'm gonna say. Jaclyn Kylie: This is our therapy. This is our therapy. Sorry. Mm-hmm. Rebekah: Okay, this is this is the this is one of the things I'm gonna say because I did make a TikTok about it like a month ago, and it actually surprised me how many people didn't know this. But I'm gonna just talk about devices for a second. Devices in the treatment room. There is a place Jaclyn Kylie: Okay. Rebekah: for devices, it is not necessary. For you to get results to have these 40k plus devices. I just Chelsea: Hundred percent. Yeah. Rebekah: that being Jaclyn Kylie: Period. Rebekah: said, may it elevate the experience and make the results come a little quicker? Maybe if you know how to use them, maybe. But they're not necessary. And I just want Chelsea: Sure. Yeah. Rebekah: to put that out there because some reps will make you think that they are necessary to get results. Chelsea: Yes. That you're not a good aesthetician if you don't have these big brand machines. Yeah. Rebekah: Yes. And I just have I just I just wanna I wish I would go back in our episodes. I think it was actually like our second episode or I can't remember, but we were talking about glacial. Okay. Jaclyn Kylie: god. Rebekah: And now there was this whole resurgence. There was a couple of people Chelsea: Hey, hey, be careful. We have an ambassador here. Jaclyn Kylie: No, no, no, no, no, no. I would like to retract that sentence. I do not want to be a glacial ambassador. Rebekah: You guys, you guys listen. And finally, people are waking up and seeing how ridiculous it is. You guys, it is a 40k plus machine. First of all, I have I'm literally Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Rebekah: looking at it right now. I have a cold hammer that I think I paid $350 for. Cold hammers have been around for years, literally 15-20 Chelsea: Forever. Yeah. Rebekah: years plus. Okay. Does the same exact thing. However, I will say I do like the glacial tip, the fact that it's so tiny. My cold hammer tip is like pretty big. Chelsea: It's big. Yes. So you can't like get a Yes, I know what you're talking about. Maybe. Rebekah: I wish it was a little tinier to get under the eyes. But, but maybe Jaclyn Kylie: Could you get a smaller one? Rebekah: there's a bunch of different machines. Use a freaking ice globe. I don't care. But the fact Chelsea: Right, right. Rebekah: that you have to pay for each treatment, the consumables for Glacier are crazy when you're already paying for a $40,000 machine. You have to buy a card. It's almost like if you bought a car and every time you want to put the key in the engine and start, you got to pay $25. Like, no, I'm already, I already paid for the car. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: Why why every time I put my key in the engine, I have to pay more? And that's through the lifetime of the machine. So you the I mean, and plus the the tips are consumables too. So you're co you're paying out of the ass for this machine when it is not necessary to cool down the skin and reduce inflammation. There are so many other modalities that can do the same exact thing. It's like, but if you have the money, it's like, you know, certain people, if they want to buy a freaking Cadillac 2027 Cadillac Escalade, they can. Chelsea: There's gonna be there's gonna be people who will pay for those treatments and who and and they and they don't bat an eye at it. But Rebekah: Right. Which is fine. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: yeah, I think for aestheticians in general, if that's not your like that's not my target clientele. I'm not Rebekah: Me neither. Chelsea: I'm not targeting to that. And so for me to all of a sudden bring on a glacier, a glacial glacier. Rebekah: Glacial. Jaclyn Kylie: Well yeah. Rebekah: It wouldn't make sense. Chelsea: It wouldn't make sense or yeah, I I know. Rebekah: But I had so many comments on that TikTok being like, wait, what is this like $350, $400 cold hammer that you're talking about? Like, they didn't know it existed. These like newer Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: estheticians. They're This has been around for years. Go on, I think it's Skin Act or Universal. You can buy one. You can buy cordless ones. They're not, they don't get as cold. but this one, you know, you can control how cold it gets. It tells you what it's actually at while you're rubbing it on the client's face because it does tend to warm up a little bit when it comes in contact with skin. and just things that like they are out there. Jaclyn Kylie: And the the add on for people to like wanna do the glacial is just not a good like pr like I don't know, I just feel like it's really high just to add something cold to the skin in their treatment. Whereas cold globes are free. You know, like the no no consumables or your yeah, your hammer and everything. But that was the thing where I was like, I just can't justify, At the time before I got the treatment, I was like, I love the concept, love the machine, and you know, it's Rebekah: Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: a handheld thing. But for me to add to ask my clients to add that on every single time at like a hundred, two hundred, three hundred plus is insane to me for what it Rebekah: Yeah. It is. Jaclyn Kylie: was. Rebekah: And don't get me wrong, love Chelsea: What's there? Rebekah: the treatment. Love it. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: I don't I it was it was fine. Yeah. So so. Chelsea: It yeah. What's there? Are they claiming I still I haven't even looked into it because I'm never gonna buy one, but it's do they claim that they can get deeper into the skin, like cold Rebekah: I don't think so. Chelsea: down into the skin without damaging the barrier? Jaclyn Kylie: It was their technology of the thermal whatever thing of how cold it gets so that it's never too cold where it like gives you a brain freeze or or whatnot. It's Chelsea: Okay. Jaclyn Kylie: that type of technology. And it was just like and then the different tips and then the exfoliation and I was like, This is exfoliating me right now. Like I it didn't feel like it. And Chelsea: I know. Jaclyn Kylie: my skin looked good the day of the treatment, but I mean it was nothing with nothing. I didn't see anything after that, which I was told I was going to. Yeah, I got it in Vegas. Chelsea: 'Cause you you got it in you got it in Vegas, right? Didn't you get it done in Vegas? Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: And I was told I was gonna have like calm down the inflammation even more. Chelsea: inflammation or lowering inflammation, that's such a buzzword in the industry. To me, I it's like, Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah, yeah. Chelsea: do you really do you really get an actual reduction in inflammation from one treatment? I don't know how often they tell people to come in. Is it once a month? Is it or is it Jaclyn Kylie: I don't know. Chelsea: is it more of like using cold globes at home? every day is that actually more beneficial than a once a month you know what I'm saying? Yes. Rebekah: Right. Right. That way it's actually consistent, consistently decreasing that inflammation rather than like a one shot once a month. Yeah. I'm gonna like get a cease and desist from glacial. I swear I'm always talking shit about them. Chelsea: Yes. Right. I don't know. I know. And and it's like we have friends that use them and have and then that like I know. I it's more so. Jaclyn Kylie: So what, we can have we can have our opinion on like not wanting them. Rebekah: Guys, I also had people I had people messaging me being like, I'm actually looking to get rid of my glacial. Can you send me the link to that cheaper cold hammer? I was like, that's tea. Jaclyn Kylie: You need to get an affiliate for that cold hammer right now. Right now. Make some money off that shit. Chelsea: Yeah yeah. Rebekah: But it's just I yeah. And again, if you can afford it, go ahead. It's a lovely service, but I think it's ripping Chelsea: Right. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: you off and it is affecting your Chelsea: Yes. Rebekah: bottom line and your profit margin could be a lot better with using something else. Chelsea: Yes. I just I think what bothers me is there you have the people that even estheticians, aestheticians and clients that can afford that and it's a drop in the bucket. It's they don't even think about it. But then it trickles down into the what I call like people like me that it's like, well I need to be peasants. Rebekah: Us peons. Us peasants. Yeah. Chelsea: Where I'm like, hey, I like to buy my clothes on Amazon. I'm I'm all about a good dupe. But it's like, Rebekah: I'm at the thrift store every day. Same. Same. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm. Chelsea: you know, it's the people here are like, it's expensive. It must be good. So then they're like spending all their money that they shouldn't be on something that is so expensive and then not actually getting the results. And then they start thinking like, well, I just got taken advantage of. So s and then they start thinking skincare doesn't work or skincare and and I'll it it doesn't I don't know. I just think it leaves a bad taste in people's mouth. It sets way too high expectations. Jaclyn Kylie: If Rebekah: Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: they didn't have the consumable card, it might be a little bit more justifiable where you just pay for the tips. Not to just Rebekah: Yes. Yep. Yep. Chelsea: Sure, totally. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: like start the engine up, you know, like how Rebecca Rebekah: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: was saying with like turn getting in your car and having to turn pay twenty five dollars for Yeah, it's stupid. So I think that it could be Rebekah: Turning the kid like you're literally having to pay. It's such a weird concept. It's so odd. Chelsea: Yes. Yeah. Yeah. It's a Jaclyn Kylie: more justifiable in that sense. Rebekah: Mm. Jaclyn Kylie: if Chelsea: It's Jaclyn Kylie: you were to do it. Or they should rent Chelsea: the s it's the same Jaclyn Kylie: it out. Chelsea: they should it's the same thing with hydrofacial. I mean, you have to buy their Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. It is. Okay. Rebekah: speaking of, okay, I want to talk shit about them too. Okay. Jaclyn Kylie: So Rebekah: So listen, guys. Okay, so I got like I too. Listen. Chelsea: To talk shit about them. Jaclyn Kylie: She has notes on okay, this is now what I wanna talk about. Okay, next. Rebekah: Next device company I want to talk shit about, hydrofacial. Okay. I know so many people who Chelsea: I know. Rebekah: love it. I have a hydroderm abrasion hydroderm abrasion machine. Jaclyn Kylie: But there. Rebekah: It has its place. I think like I have certain clients, they love hydroderm. Chelsea: Right. Same. Same. Rebekah: It's not br I don't have the brand name because I never would spend that money, but Chelsea: Yeah. I don't either. Yeah. Rebekah: I got an ad like a month ago of renting, you can rent the brand name Hydrofacial Machine. So I was like, what does this mean? So I clicked on it. You could rent, they will send you a machine, a Hydrofacial Machine. You rent it, but listen to this, this is where it's mind-boggling. It's $950 a month and it you have to sign a 36 month term. So over the course of you renting Chelsea: Okay, you're leasing it. Rebekah: it, that's thirty-five thousand dollars. Why don't you just buy the machine? Cause after at the end of thirty-six Chelsea: 'Cause they're Rebekah: months, it's not yours. You rented it. You have to give it back. Chelsea: So the only thing I will Jaclyn Kylie: my god. Chelsea: say to that, it it it is, it's it's just getting people here like, I don't have to actually own it. So they lasers started doing the same thing a long time ago. You can cause it used to just be that you would buy a laser and they're like hundreds of thousands of dollars. And by the time you actually pay it off, it's out of style, there's new technology. So now you're Rebekah: Correct. Correct. Chelsea: like, well now I gotta get rid of this laser and sell it and not make anything back on it. Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: And so Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: then they started leasing lasers and I was like, you know what, that's actually not a bad idea. Sure, you're you're paying a lot, but Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Chelsea: at least then you could trade it, you can trade it in and Rebekah: But then can upgrade. Yes. Chelsea: get something different. So I feel like that's what they're doing. But yeah. Rebekah: But but does Hydrofacial have that they've upgraded what, like once? To the Cindy or whatever it is? Chelsea: Right, and apparently yes, and apparently it's shitty. Apparently it breaks it breaks down. That's what I'm sorry. And again, it's like I know we're gonna get canceled Rebekah: We're gonna get sued. But listen here, Jaclyn Kylie: We're never gonna get Rebekah: I just want people to realize what because I am I I'm so such a proponent of people who go so low. Like if you want to take out a loan, that's fine. But I just don't Chelsea: I know. Rebekah: that's not how I run my business. I like to do debt free, I like to be debt free in my life, all that fun stuff. And when you Chelsea: Yes, yes, yes. Jaclyn Kylie: Same. Rebekah: are just yeah, it it looks easy to do, you know, nine fifty a month and and then you Go sign on another device, glacial, you're gonna get another monthly payment. And all of these monthly payments add up. And then Chelsea: I know. Yes. Rebekah: all of your money that you are bringing in is going back to these device companies. And when it's something like renting a hydrofacial, you're not gonna get that money back because you have to give the machine back at the end of your rent. So Chelsea: Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: yeah, I just think that it's I was trying to figure out the positives and like thinking of maybe to upgrade or Chelsea: But like you said, they're not upgrading all the the lasers are constantly upgrading. Right. And it's still it's Rebekah: No. Constantly upgrading. I think hydrofacials upgraded once. So I'm trying to think of the positive. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: still the same thing. It's yeah. Yes. Yeah. Rebekah: It's essentially the same exact price as if you were to just buy Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: it and pay monthly payments on it. And you probably could get a better deal if you buy it because the reps will like give you discounts and stuff. So that that was something Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. But then you're stuck. Chelsea: I know. Jaclyn Kylie: Then you're stuck. Once you got it, you you're stuck. It's so hard to get rid of it. Chelsea: And and here's the problem too. It's like when your business is dependent on machines, what if you've got a whole day of hydrofacials and that machine breaks down and now you have no money coming in? Yes. That's why i Jaclyn Kylie: Boom. Thousands of dollars, yeah, lost because of it. Yep. Rebekah: It's so true. Yeah. That's true. Chelsea: to me it's like the it's fine if you feel like this this machine, this device is going to fit a a niche that you want to borrow like, but you've gotta have You've got to be able to work if something breaks down, which it Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: I've been hearing skin pen, the new skin pen breaks down mid treatment. Like can you imagine? Can you imagine leaving Jaclyn Kylie: Yes I'm so no. Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: with half of your damn face microneedled as a client? Rebekah: Ha Jaclyn Kylie: Because yeah, and then and then each pen is or each tip is like eighty dollars for the provider. Chelsea: Right. Jaclyn Kylie: And so that's like I I saw a girl on TikTok, she was doing her own treatment on herself, like an esthetician, and it broke like three times. She went through three tips, two to three tips on her face. Chelsea: Goodness gracious. Jaclyn Kylie: And I was just like, holy crap. And I like I wanted I wanted to get a skin pen because I do like the the way that it like operates and glides and things like that. But with Pro Cell, you never Go through that. Like you literally Rebekah: Never. Jaclyn Kylie: can remove the tip easy peasy. Has a cap. It's not gonna break. It's not gonna stall. It's not gonna, you know, like you have control over that. But that's like the only thing like kind of stopping me is like how high the consumable is for the tip. And also pro sale tips are what, twenty five dollars? I think. Rebekah: Well, and let me say Pro Cell Customer Service is like it's so good. You have lifetime Jaclyn Kylie: Top tier. Mm-hmm. Chelsea: Sure. Rebekah: guarantee of this thing. Mine has broken. I've had it for seven years now. It's broken twice and they will they send me all the stuff I need to ship it out for free. They send me a a rent a like a replacement device to use while they're fixing my device for free. So I don't Jaclyn Kylie: Wow. Rebekah: because if I have treatments, how am I gonna do treatments if my device is being fixed? So Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: they'll send me one to use, like a loner while they fix my device, and then we'll swap once my device is fixed. So I never go without. Which is amazing. And it's zero charge to me because it's a lifetime guarantee. And they have just been, they're so great. I love that. Chelsea: Yeah. And I feel Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: like ski I hear go I don't I've never heard anything negative about skin pen. I think they'd have a lifetime gear. Rebekah: I have. Let's talk about let's talk shit about them too. I can. I've heard terrible things about them. I've heard terrible things. Chelsea: She was like, page six. We're gonna skip ahead to page six. Jaclyn Kylie: So we're we're yeah, we're jumping ahead. I was gonna talk about this later, but let's just go to it. Chelsea: Ha Jaclyn Kylie: so this episode should be called Talking About Talking Shit About Brands. De Device, sorry. Yeah, no one else no. gosh. Rebekah: Talking shit about device company. No device company is Chelsea: This is this is this is our last episode 'cause we get canceled. Rebekah: I just you see these devices that come from China and then they're just rebranded with a little sticker on it that says their device name and then they upcharge it about twenty through thirty K. And I it pisses me off. And and I know everybody's out to make everybody needs to make money, but the amount that it is inflated is crazy. And the amount that it is pushed down our throat that it's not the same as other devices. Ours is proprietary, but Chelsea: The marketing. Rebekah: No. Chelsea: whatever, and it doesn't honestly it doesn't stop until people stop paying for it. We keep paying for it. Rebekah: Yes. And Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Rebekah: there have been Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: rumblings that people are stopping to pay Hydrofacial and that's why they're rolling out this rental program Chelsea: that I wondered that. Rebekah: is because they're not selling enough machines. I saw Chelsea: Yeah. Yeah. Rebekah: TikTok, this guy had like their profit and loss statement and Chelsea: Mm. Rebekah: how many machines were sold in s so many years, and it has dipped down so much that now they're trying to figure out how to get these machines out the door and Chelsea: Yeah. Rebekah: they're thinking that maybe the rental program will do that. Allegedly. Chelsea: Yeah, yeah. That makes it makes sense. Jaclyn Kylie: Guys, I have a question about speaking of devices. Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Jaclyn Kylie: I really, really want a skin analysis machine, specifically the Vizia, but I don't want to pay twelve thousand to fifteen thousand dollars on it. Rebekah: Don't Jaclyn Kylie: okay, but like where what's an Chelsea: Don't do it. Rebekah: Do do buy it from Jaclyn Kylie: but what's a Rebekah: China. I hate to say that. Buy it from China. You'll get it like Chelsea: Yeah. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: But like what device because you guys I tried the Zemits one and I'm not I'm I'm you know, I don't wanna talk shit, but it just was like very delayed. Rebekah: Why not? We've been doing it for twenty minutes already. Keep going. Jaclyn Kylie: I don't know. but maybe it was just like a glitch in the system. Like, but it was just like going so slow. You know, it's like it almost Rebekah: Mm. Jaclyn Kylie: felt fake, like a fake software, if that makes Rebekah: Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: sense. Like when she was showing it to me. So I was just like, I don't know what to to get. Yeah, I did it on Caleb. Rebekah: Did you do this at the show? I did I had the same experience and I think it was with Zemets too. Like I Jaclyn Kylie: Okay. Rebekah: wasn't I was there was like a group of us watching and I was like in the back so I wasn't like talking to her or anything, but I I literally walked away because like while she was scrolling, it seemed Jaclyn Kylie: Yes. Rebekah: like if she was having a hard time and I was like, that looks like shit, goodbye. And I just walked away. Chelsea: Okay. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah, that looks like shit. But then I was like, so then we compared it to Vizia and no, Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Jaclyn Kylie: I literally was like, no, I the way that it was scrolling, I was like, this looks like it's fake. Like it's all fake. Rebekah: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: But I think it was the same age because we we looked at we did Caleb's skin because you can't have makeup on it on Rebekah: Mm. Jaclyn Kylie: when you do it. And I had makeup on. So I was like, Caleb, and I give him so much shit for not wearing sunscreen. And I'm like, you're gonna you're gonna be like fucking forty to forty years old and you're like twenty-nine. And his skin came back as twenty-five Rebekah: Perfect. Jaclyn Kylie: and he's twenty nine on Rebekah: Course. Jaclyn Kylie: both devices though. So I think that I think it was both. I think it is pr like kind of accurate in that sense, but I'm just like, I love the Vizia's like software and the the way it looks and and acts, but have you guys like seen any like n dupes? I mean everyone keeps saying Alibaba, Alibaba, Alibaba. Chelsea: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: Did they do any on is it the aesthetic report? Is that the Instagram page? Check message Jaclyn Kylie: Yes, yes. But it was it Chelsea: the aesthetic report. I don't know. Rebekah: message them and see if they have any Jaclyn Kylie: think it was the Alibaba Chelsea: Oops. Jaclyn Kylie: one, but you guys I'm so scared of Alibaba. I don't know how to Chelsea: I've bought I've bought I've bought stuff from them before. They're actually like they're Rebekah: You have. Jaclyn Kylie: Do you Chelsea: they're they'll start messaging with you and get they're actually super yeah, they it's the t it's they speak English. It's Jaclyn Kylie: That's what I heard. Okay. Rebekah: Hmm. I will say I saw a TikTok yesterday where a girl ordered a treatment room bed and she ended up getting the wrong shipment. She got an excavator bucket. Jaclyn Kylie: On Alibaba? Cause I would crash out if that was me. Rebekah: Yes. And all the comments were like, That's way worth way more than a treatment room bed. Sell it. Things like twelve grand. Chelsea: Excavator bucket. How random. my gosh. Rebekah: I don't know how that happened, but but yeah, so you just have to be careful. I personally have never ordered anything from there, but I've heard they're comparable Jaclyn Kylie: Okay. Found it. Rebekah: if not the same. so yeah. There you go. Looks the same. How much is it? Chelsea: So here's my thing. Here's my thing, yeah, yeah. See, here to me. Jaclyn Kylie: thousand eleven hundred. Rebekah: Do you have to do you only have to some of them too, you have to bu buy multiple units to get that price? So make sure you can only you only have Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Well it says minimum so eleven hundred eleven hundred and eighty minimum order one piece. And then if you want five to forty nine pieces, you can get it for you can save eighty dollars. And then if you want fifty pieces, you can do save like a hundred dollars. Rebekah: I see. And that's what the device companies are do are doing. They're just buying from there. Jaclyn Kylie: that's what I was thinking, but I'm just okay, I'm gonna look into it. Rebekah: Do it, dare you. Do it now. Chelsea: To to me, I feel like really what you need like like a good Jaclyn Kylie: I'll tell right now. Sorry. Chelsea: if you wanna make like a specific area for before and afters, get like a really good camera setup that you can take Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: where you can get good like I don't know. I feel like Jaclyn Kylie: Are you telling me to build my own, Chelsea? No. No. Rebekah: Yes, she is. Okay. All right, girl. Have have fun with that monthly payment. Chelsea: You don't need a fall don't fall for the hype. Don't fall for the hype. Jaclyn Kylie: It's not no, guys, this is the one device that I wanna have fun for that monthly payment. Chelsea: Why why do you want it? Why do you feel like it would be good for your yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Okay. So glad Rebekah: How would it be a return on investment for your business? Jaclyn Kylie: that you guys asked me that question. So the reason why I want it, page Chelsea: Page two. Jaclyn Kylie: two. So I want it because number one, the before and after photos are gonna be consistent through and through. Okay. And I'm having a problem with my before and after photos since I've moved because the lighting is completely different and it's really, really hard with my Cosmo glow light and Rebekah: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: shadows and stuff. And I'm really like I'm getting frustrated with it. so I really want to get that for that. Also, I want it to do a deep skin analysis over all the things, like things that they not may not even be concerned about. Not to like be like, you know, like, you've got this problem, you got this problem, but just to have like a whole a look of the whole face and the skin. And while they're using their products, what it what else is it improving? And then I also want it to categor like not categorize, but like recommend the products that like that I have that would be. Perfect for all of these concerns. and then, you know, maybe also treatment plans and too, because it can use AI in the background of that. And I'm not trying to rely on AI and not use my brain. I'm still gonna use my brain, you know, but it's still helpful to also just be like, okay, well, looking at because I'm gonna at one point I'm gonna have more brands than what I have right now. Like I want more brands. And so it's really hard for me personally, I have decision fatigue, to have. All of like I'm I'm focused on face reality, but then I also have Glymed that I'm like not selling a lot of because I'm just like so focused on face reality. Where it's like if I have like okay, it categorizes like here are the top three serums that would be great for for this, or you can combine the two. It just like that would help me. Does that make me a bad aesthetician? Okay. I'm like Rebekah: Okay. No, no. Chelsea: Now, do you nope, no, it doesn't. But what what I worry about though is that you are falling into depending on device Jaclyn Kylie: Okay. Chelsea: like you are you have that knowledge already in your head, you're gonna Jaclyn Kylie: Yes, yes. Chelsea: be adding a monthly payment for something that you are more than capable doing. Does that make sense? Like, I don't know, I don't how like how expensive are they? What what's the monthly payment on them? Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Yeah, 'cause at the end of the day. Well, I Rebekah: Think they're like twelve K, Jaclyn Kylie: just Rebekah: right? Jaclyn Kylie: yeah, I just forgot that it's it's twelve to fifteen K, but then after a year, I believe, you do have to pay like I think it's eighty dollars or not not eighty, eight hundred dollars a year or something for Chelsea: Why? Jaclyn Kylie: the the software. Rebekah: No, shut up, no. Jaclyn Kylie: I think it's it's it's a software thing. Yeah, I know, I know. So I did forget about that. So I am going to go on Alibaba to look at like some 'cause I do I just want it also for before and afters to store it. Like, and yes, I know my brain and I don't I don't Chelsea: Sure, I get that. I get that. I get that. Jaclyn Kylie: want to I don't want to rely on AI in any way, shape or form, but it also does help w for the client to maybe give them multiple options from that report. And organize it in a way, but I can also do that myself, so I know. Rebekah: This and you know what? That eight hundred dollars a year is gonna go up because another thing I wanna bitch about. Things like these apps that we granted we don't have to use them, but these apps that have been pushed down our throats, they do make our life easier. Cap cut. Link tree. Okay, Cap Chelsea: Sure, sure. Rebekah: Cut, Cap Cut Jaclyn Kylie: But they have us whipped. Rebekah: last year was $79.99 a year. This year, $180. They went up more than 50%. Link tree last year was $90 a year. This year, I just got charged last week for $145. They've Chelsea: Goodness gracious. Rebekah: both Jaclyn Kylie: Wait Rebekah: gone up almost, they've almost doubled. Cap Cut went over double. Chelsea: Almost doubled. Jaclyn Kylie: That's insane. Rebekah: That is crazy. Imagine as us like facialists, just all of a sudden my hundred dollar facial is $250 right now. That's it. I'm just I'm just over doubling my that is crazy to me. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah, yeah. Chelsea: Yeah. And and I think the problem too, yeah, with these Jaclyn Kylie: And for what? Chelsea: devices. So Jacqueline, yeah, sure, you might buy the device and it's like, okay, now Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: we'll just upgrade the software, but bet money that they're gonna be like, well now our newest software upgrade requires you to buy a new device because this new software Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: won't work with the old. Jaclyn Kylie: yep. And guess what? Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Jaclyn Kylie: You have to have a specific iPad to go with the Vizia. Hang on. You have to have You have to have a specific iPad to go with the Vizia. And I'm like, I have an iPad. I'm on my iPad right now. And I don't know if it's the right model. And I'm not gonna go buy, I don't want to go buy, look at me talking myself out of it for yeah. I Rebekah: Good for you. Jaclyn Kylie: don't want to go buy another iPad that I barely use. for this for this shit. Like why can't it be compatible with my iPad Pro or whatever, whichever one I have. So that that is that. I mean this like I just I really, really, really want something where it can just like do the before and after photos and just have it all stored in that. And it's like and it would be free for me to use essentially not Vizia, but maybe Alibaba's version, where you know it doesn't cost anything. Rebecca, I had a question about Link Tree. I use it for free. What is the difference between like what benefits are you seeing when you pay for it yearly? Is my link just not working because I don't pay for it? Rebekah: I'm gonna be honest. I don't even know why I pay for it. I'm gonna be so honest. I do know, I do know Jaclyn Kylie: god. Chelsea: Maybe I don't even know. Rebekah: the first time I signed up for it, I paid because you can add more links. Like when you have the free version, you can only add a certain amount of links. Chelsea: Do so many. Jaclyn Kylie: Have go look at my link tree and how many links I have and I don't pay for it. Rebekah: I don't know why I pay for it. I'll have to look into it. I just saw the charge Jaclyn Kylie: I think you've bambi been bamboozled or what the word whatever the word is yeah. Rebekah: and I was like, that doesn't seem right. And then I like looked in my emails and it was like Linktree is now $145 a year is I think they've added Jaclyn Kylie: Well Chelsea: Goodness gracious. Rebekah: features that I could probably utilize now that I already paid for Chelsea: Amen. Rebekah: it. I should probably look into that. Jaclyn Kylie: You look into it because I do I do know that obviously there's some incentive, but it's like, am I like Am I missing out? Like I I feel like my links are still clickable and I can have multiple on there and that's all I use it for, but maybe they they push it. And then they I said I saw something about sales and how they only take like fifteen cents from your s and I'm like, wait, and I looked it up and I'm like, Does Linktree take from your affiliate links? And it doesn't, so I don't know what that's about. So look into it and report back. Yeah. Rebekah: I'll look into it. I need to figure out why I spent $145. Next topic. This is my kind of episode, just talking shit. okay, Jaclyn Kylie: Talking shit. No. Chelsea: Okay. Rebekah: and and I personally am not like super passionate. Like some some people are fired up about brands going DTC, which means direct to consumer. So a lot of brands. Yeah. So a lot a lot of Chelsea: Let let's explain this. Yeah, sorry, go ahead. Explain it for our Rebekah: For our younger generation. A lot of brands. So back in the day, I actually remember researching for the spa I used to work at like a decade ago. I remember we were researching other lines that we wanted to bring on. And one of her stipulations, my boss, she was like, we need to make sure that we go with brands that don't have like an online storefront for consumers to buy from them rather than us. And back then, it really wasn't that difficult to find. A lot of people were just strict, professional only. Chelsea: Right. Yeah. Rebekah: Only professionals could buy and you could buy in the spa from us. Now that has changed to where a lot of these brands are switching to direct to consumer. So rather than us buying them and then selling them to you, they are they have their own stores on their website. Our consumers can just buy whoever can buy whatever from them. Most recently, Skin Better Science has come up with their direct-to-consumer store. So anyone can go on Skin Better Science and buy their product, which I think is kind of friggin' funny since they need me To have a doctor on my payroll for me to but but Chelsea: Yes. I I think that's the whole Jaclyn Kylie: That's crazy. Rebekah: Billy Joe down the street can order whatever they want from their website, but I have to have an an MD Jaclyn Kylie: That's crazy. Rebekah: on my payroll to p to buy it. That makes no friggin' sense. No. No. Jaclyn Kylie: Are they not updating that? Are they are they not changing that part? That's crazy. Chelsea: I haven't heard anything. Rebekah: So people are pissed, which I do I do understand. It's kind of like we built your brand up on the backs of aestheticians. You know, we've been peddling this product. talking it up, having it all in these people's bathrooms, using it, using it, using it. And now you're cutting us out and going directly to the people that we have put on to your product. So I get Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: it. However, I find that a lot of people are forgetting that when you own a beauty business or whatever, I think that 90% of the people are coming to see you. You. I could be selling, I mean, I don't that sounds really bad. I could be selling like Neutrogena. and people would I would like to believe that my clients would still come to me because I can place it in their routine with their lifestyle, what's going on in their life, and figure out how Jaclyn Kylie: Customize it. Rebekah: it customized to their goals and their life. And they appreciate that. And I I think that that is what people need to remember is they are really coming to see you for your expertise because a lot of the times it is overwhelming to just go. on a website and be like, my gosh, there's sixty different serums. I don't know which one to pick. Chelsea: Yeah, what do I buy? Rebekah: What do I buy? So Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Rebekah: there is I do I do get why people are pissed. I get it. It is Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: c it can it's so frustrating. Like it's annoying. Chelsea: Well, yeah, I I think one, it really comes down to business. And nobody likes to talk about it. We like to say as aestheticians, like, I love this product, it's gonna be so good for you. But there is a side that people don't talk about that that's part of our livelihood. Us selling Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: retail is income for us. And when Rebekah: Yes. Chelsea: you have something that is bringing you in a lot of income and it changes to where You know, I haven't talked to anybody who has said that they've seen a drastic difference in skin better being sold DTC. I don't know. To me, I'm like a lot of your clients are still gonna want to buy from you. I don't know. Rebekah: Yes. Chelsea: But when you take away somebody's livelihood, there are feelings. And that's okay. That's it's okay Rebekah: Yes. I get it, yeah. Chelsea: to feel that. It's but at the end of the day, they're a business and they're gonna do what they're gonna do, whether it's a a shitty thing or not. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm. Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: You know, I I look at these product lines and it's like, okay, so maybe I'm just throwing out numbers like maybe your your revenue now is 50 million when you're selling to us through estheticians and DTC, you can raise that to a hundred million. And it's like, why are you not okay with 50 million? Why does it have to be a hundred million? But at the same time, like if we had an opportunity in our businesses to increase our revenue revenue drastically, like we would Jaclyn Kylie: Double it. Yeah. Chelsea: take it. So I think The only thing we can do is kind of learn from it. Don't base your business on one brand. You never Rebekah: Yes. Chelsea: know what's gonna they could go DTC, but they could also go out of business. And then you gotta find a new I think you educate yourself on lines, you carry multiple lines, and you know that like we don't owe these brands anything, but they don't owe us anything. Rebekah: And educate yourself on ingredients too, because a Chelsea: Yes. Rebekah: lot of these lines, they they train you and educate you on how to use their products specifically. But if you Chelsea: Right. Rebekah: know ingredients and what types of skin and what types of conditions it works on, you can carry whatever. You can Chelsea: Yes. Yeah. You can you are Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. And you can mix and match and Chelsea: you're a well a well-rounded aesthetician. And two, Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: I see, you know, i after going to that trade show on products, it was almost kind of gross, like how much marketing is that goes into brands that are how much Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: they, you know, so brands are marketing, you know, to us. But they also sell this whole like exclusivity, this idea that like, I am an aesthetician who sells whatever and I'm Jaclyn Kylie: Uh-huh. Chelsea: superior and and we fall for it. We've got to stop falling for this like exclusive, because at the end of the day, you just don't know. And I hate to live my life like thinking that somebody's gonna like, you know, turn their back on me or whatever. But it's like Rebekah: Yeah. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: we get, we get sucked into the marketing. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: Just like our clients do, you know? Rebekah: Yeah. Yeah. No, it's so Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: true. And these people, like you said, like they don't owe us anything. almost Chelsea: They don't. They and but I think it's hard because we start working with people that work for the company and they're wonderful people. The reps are fun. The you know, it's like they're very generous. They give out, you know, it's like, you order this much and you get free product. Like I get it. Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: And we put a lot of we get a lot of emotions c tied up in it. And Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: you know, right. Yes. Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: Well, there's a relationship there, like with with the reps and of the of the brands and stuff. But those reps can leave too and then, you know Chelsea: Right. And you know, you take these lines. So Skin Better, for example, I can't remember when it was a couple years ago. They were bought out, they were bought by L'Oreal. Rebekah: Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: Do you think the CEO of L'Oreal knows who I am or gives a shit about my business? No! Right. In a perfect world, but it so I'm not saying it's okay, and Rebekah: He should he should or she should. Jaclyn Kylie: Be better. She should he should. Chelsea: I'm not saying that we shouldn't be hurt by it, but I just think it's like, We've we've got to be more protective of ourselves and our businesses Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: because somebody's not gonna care about our business like we do. And yes, I saw that too. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: And isn't Omnilux going to Sephora? Jaclyn Kylie: Do not get me started on that, Rebecca. I am my God. Okay. my God. I Rebekah: Yes. Do it. Do it. Talk shit. Chelsea: Page ten. Jaclyn Kylie: am so upset. The first this is Chelsea, you're right. You cannot take it personally. And I never took it personally, but I was just like, damn, my business is affected. Like that's how I took it, where I was like, damn, my small business is affected by this. Chelsea: I know, yes. Again, you're you're getting Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: your some of your livelihood is getting taken Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: away and now you've got to make decisions and pivot and like I get it. Jaclyn Kylie: Well, it's just and I Rebekah: I mean, how many spas Jaclyn Kylie: I just Rebekah: carried Dermalogica and then they went into Ulta? You know? Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. But it yeah, Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: but it's just like it just hurts a little bit as a small business, you know, not like I mean, every dollar counts for our business to pay ourselves, to pay the business, to elevate the business, to grow and all that. So when you're buying from Target, Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, billion dollar companies that do not care about you or your money, you are like it's just like, what about like us? We care about you, we care about your money, we care about like You know, that you're getting something valuable from from us. And like we're not trying to rip you off as a small business. Rebekah: Right. Jaclyn Kylie: But the the big corporations are. And I mean, the Omnilux, like I'm so grateful that we can have affiliate links, cause then, you know, we can still make something from it. but going into S I c I cannot, I cannot Rebekah: But we can't compete with Sephora sales and insider points and all that. Yeah. Chelsea: No. Jaclyn Kylie: compete with Sephora Sales. I when Clean Skin Club went into Target, I dropped them because I was like, I can't compete with them. Even though it was like a dollar less or like a penny less or whatever, it was the fact that did the the thing that didn't sit right with me was the fact that you're charging me X amount and there therefore I have to do an an MSRP at a certain amount, but Target can go a little bit cheaper or Costco can go a little bit cheaper. How am I supposed to compete with that? Then Omnilux is going into Sephora, so at that time Rebekah: see Labor Day they were doing the two hundred dollar off. Chelsea: geez, they were? Rebekah: makes the device under two hundred dollars. I personally bought my OmniLux for three hundred and sixty five dollars. This is way back when they first when they first that's how much it is retail. Jaclyn Kylie: Wait, Rebecca. Well either way, Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: you couldn't get it wholesale unless you bought ten devices at a time. Rebekah: Correct. Correct. Jaclyn Kylie: That's another thing for people out Chelsea: Yes, that's why that's why Jaclyn Kylie: there that don't know about Omnilux. Chelsea: I didn't bring because I'm like, I don't Rebekah: Same. Chelsea: want ten sitting here and Jaclyn Kylie: You gotta you gotta go with other estheticians in on that order unless you have a big spa and and ten people want that that device. Chelsea: it's just I think we've got to so I'm I like to 'cause I can get very like victimy and like, my gosh, why would they do this? I can't believe this. This is the and I I've Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: learned that I have to, you know, vent and boo hoo about it and then be like, Okay, what are you gonna do about it, Chelsea? Like what are you gonna do about it? And so like Jaclyn Kylie: Move on. Drop the brand. Chelsea: what what can I learn from it? Yeah, and I think we have to I think we have to as business owners and I think it's across different all different kinds of businesses is like we have to be, I think we always have to be researching what new products there are. I think we have to be willing to change. Like you're not gonna have the same lines the whole duration of your business. Rebekah: Right. Chelsea: Like, you know, I think it it's just like things change and what are you gonna do with it? What's the next Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: action? How are you gonna adjust it for your business? At that Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: at that trade show, they said that that every year on average there are 30,000, this is including everything. Okay, so Amazon stuff, everything. There are 30,000 new skincare brands every Rebekah: Wow. Chelsea: year. Every year. We don't even know. Yes. Yes. Jaclyn Kylie: That's crazy. And we don't even know about some of them until they're like ten years old. Yeah. Rebekah: Yeah, that's crazy. Chelsea: And so it's like it's impossible to know all of those, but it just shows that there are so many options that I think it's like we all start selling the same thing because it gets popular and it gets and then they sell out and whatever. And it's like be creative, like find put the time into research and find things that are gonna work. And then if it goes away, then you just move on to the next thing. You find, Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: let's find the next. best LED light that we can carry or let's find the next you know, yeah. Rebekah: Yeah. It's so true. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. That's for the esthetician. Like, I I I want to find more companies that's for the esthetician and not so, you know, about like big corporations and things like that. Like that, that's Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Jaclyn Kylie: the part. But once the Clean Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Skin Club went into Target, I had to let really let go of like I was like, okay. That was my moment of the brands aren't for the truly for the esthetician at that point. Chelsea: Sure. Jaclyn Kylie: you gotta yeah, i if a better deal comes up with a large corporation like Target or Costco or whatever, like Yeah, you're gonna totally be in the dark on that one. Like you're gonna be left left alone. But I just think that if you're gonna preach about being like for the aesthetician, like actually follow through with that and but opportunities come up for them that we don't even know about. So Chelsea: Well, I know. And I hate to say I don't think that it starts out as a lie. I don't think it's like I think it I think these lines Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: genuinely start out with like we're gonna we're doing this for the aesthetician and then I I think that yeah, I think they get tempted. They Jaclyn Kylie: But then an opportunity comes up. Yeah. Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: see potential and then it's kinda like, Okay, cool. Well I'm glad I I'm glad I helped market your stuff so then now you can just sell to all my clients online. Like it sucks. I get me, trust me, Rebekah: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It sucks. Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: I it it sucks, but We've gotta be creative and figure out what to do with it. Rebekah: Look on the Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: bright side, it's never boring. Jaclyn Kylie: Summer it's always exciting, it's always yeah. There's always something to bitch about. Chelsea: There's always something to bitch about. Rebekah: Always something to bitch about. There's always new products to try. This Jaclyn Kylie: I'm excited for the next LED light to come out that's like top Chelsea: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: tier. Rebekah: I had more to talk about, but you know what? I'm just gonna stop it there. It we're already at like 45 minutes. I thought this episode I Jaclyn Kylie: We've already bitched enough. Rebekah: thought this episode was gonna be like 18 minutes long, but I guess I have a lot to bitch about. Yeah. No, they're not. So and if Jaclyn Kylie: No same. Is is are any of our episodes that short, Rebecca, ever? No. Rebekah: if anybody wants to bitch about anything, feel free to DM me. I to bitch. Especially about Chelsea: And two, you I know, and it's like again, if you li this is not about anything being right or wrong. I think there's there's space for people to buy the devices and sell the expense and it but it's like if that doesn't that's not everybody right. Jaclyn Kylie: Align with your business. Yeah. Rebekah: For for me in my business, I like to call people out for not making not helping me thrive. And these big device companies would not help me thrive. And they would just eat my bank into like negative. Chelsea: Correct. Yeah. And I think it I think there's a level and I think for you, Rebecca, there's a there's a like a protective of other aestheticians where you're like, Hey, Rebekah: I am. Chelsea: I don't I want to help you not make bad decisions in your business. That that's where that's Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Rebekah: And I also think Chelsea: where I feel like a lot of your like quote bitching is coming from. It's just like it's a protective thing. Yeah. Rebekah: Yes. And I remember Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: when I was like probably like one, two, three years into my aesthetics journey, I had shiny object syndrome so bad. I thought Chelsea: Yes. Rebekah: that the people who were so successful, people I followed on social media, that this was just coming out, like the popular aestheticians on social media, they had all these devices and I was like, if only one day I could have that device. Like I that's when I know I've made it. Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. You'd make so much more yeah. Rebekah: Like, come on, that's not that's not Jaclyn Kylie: It's not realistic. Rebekah: That's not realistic. It's not how success is is gauged. and you can Chelsea: No correct, correct. Rebekah: have an amazing book of clientele that are loyal and full pocketbooks for you and your you can be successful in your business without that. And I just want that to Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: Yeah. Rebekah: be well known because those I feel like I and I think things have changed a little bit since back then, but back then it was just like the mech like, wow, with it these devices were like, you know, the the big spas Jaclyn Kylie: Mm. Rebekah: had them and the big aestheticians had them. So Yeah, I think that's why. I think I'm I'm I don't jaded isn't the word. I just I I remember how I was when I was younger and I just thought Chelsea: Well, and I think it's like you realize Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Chelsea: I think everybody maybe reaches a point where it's like, I'm comparing myself to all of this on social media, what pr Rebekah: Yeah. Yeah. Chelsea: is perceived as success. And it's like Rebekah: Yes. Chelsea: when you stop comparing yourself and you just focus on what's best for your business, then Rebekah: Mm-hmm. Chelsea: you're actually happy with what you have. And Rebekah: Yeah. Chelsea: you don't feel like I'm gonna be a good aesthetician when I have this or when Jaclyn Kylie: Mm-hmm. Rebekah: Correct. Chelsea: I sell this much. Or, you know, it's you're you're thriving in your own business. Jaclyn Kylie: And finding what brands align with you your morals and your ethics and like Rebekah: Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: your clients and like unf like there's also price ranges too when it comes to, you know, or what you can afford and stuff. And so like my clientele like doesn't really want to spend three hundred dollars on a moisturizer. So therefore I should not bring in XYZ and Rebekah: Yes. Chelsea: Yes. Yeah. And I wouldn't spend three hundred dollars on a moisturizer. So I'm not gonna tell somebody, no. No. Jaclyn Kylie: Me either. Yeah. Yeah. Not three hundred dollars on a pro I'm sorry. I'm unless you have disposable income, then by all means, but I don't have disposable Chelsea: Right. Jaclyn Kylie: income. My clients don't like necessarily have that, so Rebekah: Not now you don't. Jaclyn Kylie: no y right now I'm on a tight budget. Thanks for reminding me. I was trying to be a rich bitch again. Rebekah: But things will change. Listen, things ebbs and flows. There I there has been like I remember there was Chelsea: Thanks for man. Rebekah: a couple days over the summer where like I had zero orders coming out of my online store. And usually I have at least a couple. But there are a few days where that shit was quiet and I was like Matt. I was like, this is the end. This is the end. I am I gotta close. And then literally Chelsea: Yeah. Sure. Yes. I know. Why do we do that? I know I know Jaclyn Kylie: So scary. Yep. This is where I quit. I closed my business. Rebekah: the next week, I could not keep shit on my shelves. I was like, I need to remember that just a couple days of like zero orders is Chelsea: Yes, yes. I know. I know. Jaclyn Kylie: Yeah. Rebekah: not the end of my life. Chelsea: I know. Cause when you're when you're crazy when Jaclyn Kylie: We're so dramatic. Chelsea: you're crazy busy, you're like, if I could just have a day to catch up and not have and then you do and then you're like, the business is going under Close the doors. Yeah. We're all eating Rebekah: Yeah. I'm gonna be living under a bridge. Yeah. Jaclyn Kylie: Well I'm in that mode right now. I'm so slow. Yeah. Chelsea: ramen for the month. I know. Rebekah: So yeah. Ebb ebbs and flows, ebbs and flows. All right. So thank you so much for listening to me, bitch, for an hour. I will see you next week and I'll probably be doing the same thing. Stay tuned. Spoiler alert. I'll still be bitching. All right. Well, thank you so much. Chelsea: Stay tuned. Jaclyn Kylie: Stay tuned.
