Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Good Saturday morning. It's nice to have you with us
- 0:02Speaker 1: on the Week in Review vertict with Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:05Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, and here are some of the stories
- 0:07Speaker 1: that you may have missed that we talked about this week.
- 0:09Speaker 1: First up, l Sie trying to tone down the rhetoric
- 0:13Speaker 1: of his past to make you feel like he's not
- 0:16Speaker 1: a radical. Well, how radical is he? Just take a
- 0:19Speaker 1: look at his sister in her own words, and you'll
- 0:21Speaker 1: understand exactly where they're all coming from. Up next, the
- 0:25Speaker 1: Democrats Socialists of America. They put out their platform agenda
- 0:29Speaker 1: and it's radical. Well, now the Democratic Party has put
- 0:33Speaker 1: out some of their new mandates and it includes abolishing ice.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Are they competing for who's more extreme? We explain that
- 0:41Speaker 1: as well. And finally, a new national security concern that
- 0:45Speaker 1: involves us on Piker and his brother. So what has
- 0:48Speaker 1: he said to put him on a concern list? We
- 0:51Speaker 1: have that for you as well. It's the Week in
- 0:54Speaker 1: Review and it starts right now.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Democrats are used to the media just being their cheer
- 1:00Speaker 2: cheerleaders and press agents, and so any criticism they don't
- 1:03Speaker 2: know how to handle. All right, so you've heard the
- 1:05Speaker 2: stunning news about the conference he speaking at alongside this
- 1:09Speaker 2: radical calling for pedophilia of your young family members. You've
- 1:13Speaker 2: heard the stunning news that he was responsible for killing
- 1:15Speaker 2: over four thousand dogs and cats and puppies and kittens.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Surely there can't be more. And as the old movie
- 1:23Speaker 2: Airplane says, yes there can. And don't call me Shirley.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I want you to take a moment and acquaint yourself
- 1:30Speaker 2: with Abdul al Sayad's sister. Now, Abdul's own record is
- 1:37Speaker 2: of being a Marxist, Islamist, America hater. I got to say,
- 1:43Speaker 2: as bad as he is, his sister is something really special.
- 1:48Speaker 2: She's a professor at the University of Chicago, and unfortunately
- 1:51Speaker 2: so many of our professors are radical. She's a full
- 1:54Speaker 2: on Communist, she's a Marxist, she's an rabid Islamist, she
- 1:59Speaker 2: is a naked Jew hater, and she hates American I'm
- 2:03Speaker 2: gonna back all this up. These are not empty charges,
- 2:05Speaker 2: all right. October seventh. October seventh, when Hamas massacred over
- 2:12Speaker 2: twelve hundred innocents in Israel, when they raped little girls
- 2:17Speaker 2: and women in the streets that morning, Abdul's sister, Emmen
- 2:24Speaker 2: Abdel Hadi tweeted the following, This is the entirety of
- 2:28Speaker 2: her tweet, mourning freedom with a Palestinian flag. Wow, that
- 2:35Speaker 2: was her tweet celebrating. That was at five point fifty
- 2:39Speaker 2: one am on October seventh, twenty twenty three. That's while people,
- 2:43Speaker 2: while women and girls are still being raped, she's celebrating.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And you might say, well, maybe she didn't know the facts.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Well then let's go till later in the day. On
- 2:53Speaker 2: October seventh, so Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders his own record
- 2:58Speaker 2: attacking Israel and welcoming anti Semitism is unfortunate. But here's
- 3:03Speaker 2: what Bernie Sanders said on October seventh. I absolutely condemn
- 3:08Speaker 2: the horrifying attack on Israel by Hamas and Islamic Jahad.
- 3:12Speaker 2: There is no justification for this violence, and innocent people
- 3:16Speaker 2: on both sides will suffer hugely because of it. It
- 3:19Speaker 2: must end now. So that's what Bernie Sanders said the
- 3:21Speaker 2: morning October seventh. Here's what Abdul's sister said at eleven
- 3:25Speaker 2: oh seven am on October seventh, retweeting or quote tweeting
- 3:29Speaker 2: Bernie Sanders. What a disappointment if you can't stand with
- 3:35Speaker 2: the people that have been held in an open prison
- 3:38Speaker 2: for sixteen years, finally fighting their oppressors. How can you
- 3:43Speaker 2: claim to stand for justice? So understand her complaint is
- 3:48Speaker 2: Bernie Sanders was not pro Hamas enough. She needed him
- 3:52Speaker 2: to be even more pro Hamas. That's how radical she is.
- 3:57Speaker 2: That's how much she hates Israel. That's how much she
- 3:59Speaker 2: hates Jews, and and and and and by the way,
- 4:04Speaker 2: she's also a communist. So listen to her. This is
- 4:08Speaker 2: her own voice talking about what she thinks about capitalism.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Capitalism is at the root of pretty much all of
- 4:16Speaker 3: our social ills and has some way that it plays
- 4:20Speaker 3: a lot into all the oppressions that we face.
- 4:24Speaker 4: So for me, I.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Don't see issues of sexuality or race or gender as
- 4:30Speaker 3: separate from uh issues of economic justice. Capitalism has done
- 4:36Speaker 3: a really good job of dividing us and has done
- 4:39Speaker 3: a really good job of objectifying our bodies and just
- 4:44Speaker 3: basically stealing from generation after generation of people who aren't
- 4:49Speaker 3: at the top. So socialism really affects every type of
- 4:53Speaker 3: political activity that I'm in. There's no there's no separation
- 4:57Speaker 3: for me between all of these things.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Senator, you listen to how well thought out her answer
- 5:05Speaker 1: was this is a core belief. I think it's pretty
- 5:09Speaker 1: clear that you have core beliefs in this family, and
- 5:13Speaker 1: this is the radicalization of a family. One of them
- 5:17Speaker 1: has to dial it back a little bit, even though
- 5:19Speaker 1: he didn't dial it back for years. Let's also be
- 5:21Speaker 1: clear about that in al said, and so it's like, Okay,
- 5:25Speaker 1: I guess we can pull it back just a little
- 5:27Speaker 1: bit while I'm trying to, you know, become an elected official.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Yep.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Look, and al Said has talked about how he hates Thanksgiving.
- 5:35Speaker 2: It turns out his sister does too. Here's what she's
- 5:38Speaker 2: tweeted on Thanksgiving in July fourth quote, we can't have
- 5:43Speaker 2: nice things under settler colonialism. May all the empires fall?
- 5:49Speaker 2: And then on July fourth, quote, excuse me if I
- 5:52Speaker 2: don't celebrate the transfer of stolen land from one colonizer
- 5:57Speaker 2: to another hashtag July fourth and then amazingly enough, So
- 6:02Speaker 2: she didn't think Bernie Sanders was woke enough for Israel
- 6:05Speaker 2: hating enough, for America hating enough. She also didn't think
- 6:08Speaker 2: the University of Michigan was so. The University of Michigan
- 6:11Speaker 2: on December eighth, twenty twenty three, tweeted out in the
- 6:16Speaker 2: context of the national discourse. The University of Michigan unequivocally
- 6:21Speaker 2: condemns calls for the genocide of Jews or any other peoples,
- 6:27Speaker 2: as this is antithetical to our values. So okay, fairly
- 6:31Speaker 2: mild tweet saying that the University of Michigan is against
- 6:34Speaker 2: the genocide of Jews. What was Abdul's sister's reaction to
- 6:38Speaker 2: this quote. The students you have been arresting and disciplining
- 6:44Speaker 2: have not been calling for a genocide of Jews. They
- 6:47Speaker 2: have been calling for an end to the current actual
- 6:49Speaker 2: ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people. I am ashamed to
- 6:55Speaker 2: be a Michigan wolverine.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Wow.
- 7:00Speaker 2: That was in response to Michigan saying they opposed the
- 7:04Speaker 2: genocide of Jews. That made her ashamed to be a
- 7:08Speaker 2: Michigan Wolverine. And final thing I want you to hear
- 7:10Speaker 2: about her. Surely she's proud to be a professor at
- 7:13Speaker 2: the University of Chicago. I mean, after all, that's her employer,
- 7:16Speaker 2: that's where she teaches. She teaches right now, she poisons
- 7:19Speaker 2: the minds of young students right now at the University
- 7:21Speaker 2: of Chicago. Obviously she's proud of that. Well, turns out,
- 7:25Speaker 2: she's not give a listen to what she has to
- 7:27Speaker 2: say about the University of Chicago where she is a
- 7:30Speaker 2: professor right.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Now, the University of Chicago, it's evil, like, you know,
- 7:34Speaker 4: it's a colonial landlord. Like why would I, why would
- 7:38Speaker 4: I put any of my political energy into this space?
- 7:40Speaker 4: And I kind of had a little bit of disdain
- 7:42Speaker 4: for for like people who spent a lot of time
- 7:46Speaker 4: doing that, and the genocide really collapsed that and made
- 7:50Speaker 4: me realize that.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Two things.
- 7:53Speaker 4: One is that, well, my students needed me. So it
- 7:57Speaker 4: was like, oh, I actually I have to organize here
- 7:59Speaker 4: to take of my students who I do care about.
- 8:03Speaker 4: But I also realized, and I think this is a lesson.
- 8:06Speaker 4: This is a painful lesson that a lot of us
- 8:08Speaker 4: in the Palestine Solidarity movement have been learning is that
- 8:12Speaker 4: we don't have power. We can shift the moral authority
- 8:15Speaker 4: all we want. We've won the moral question, like that
- 8:18Speaker 4: was the imperative that we've had. We done check like
- 8:22Speaker 4: put Palestine in the national consciousness. We did it, you know,
- 8:26Speaker 4: make people sympathetic to Palestine, teach the history. We did it.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Like now you have white boys on the North side
- 8:31Speaker 4: of Chicago being like, hey, man free Palestine. I'm like, oh, okay, now,
- 8:35Speaker 4: did not see it coming. Glad it's here. But what
- 8:40Speaker 4: we don't have is power. And I think, for me,
- 8:42Speaker 4: the question of base building is about I think the
- 8:45Speaker 4: question that I'm asking myself and I'm asking you to
- 8:48Speaker 4: ask yourself, is where can I actually build power? Turns
- 8:51Speaker 4: out I work at one of the biggest employers in
- 8:54Speaker 4: the city of Chicago. I work at a place that
- 8:57Speaker 4: is a landlord, a healthcare provider, a police force, but
- 9:03Speaker 4: they are right and a place where I have access
- 9:07Speaker 4: to thousands of people that I could potentially organize. And
- 9:10Speaker 4: you know what, it's not fun organizing academics. Next time
- 9:13Speaker 4: you're in your organizing meaning being frustrated, please think of me.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Please think about me trying to organize like academics.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Like it's brutal. I never saw this coming, however, but
- 9:26Speaker 4: I'm just like, actually, this is where I need to
- 9:29Speaker 4: build power, right, Like, this is my big best possible
- 9:33Speaker 4: structural leverage. And so I do I do one on
- 9:36Speaker 4: ones with my liberal colleagues who are like, well, I
- 9:38Speaker 4: don't know, but you know, I just think we should
- 9:40Speaker 4: live the life of the mind.
- 9:41Speaker 7: Here are You're in a high.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Park where we are, and it was like, yeah, you know,
- 9:45Speaker 4: I hear you totally.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, unbelievable like that. This is and and by the way,
- 9:51Speaker 1: this is when you and I have worn for a
- 9:53Speaker 1: long time. You need to pay attention where you send
- 9:56Speaker 1: your kids to school and who's indoctrinating them, because this
- 10:00Speaker 1: this is a woman who is indoctrinating children are young
- 10:03Speaker 1: adults in college each and every day.
- 10:06Speaker 2: So what she says is f the University of Chicago.
- 10:11Speaker 2: It's evil. But where can I build power? I have
- 10:17Speaker 2: access to thousands of people I can potentially organize, so
- 10:21Speaker 2: the students, the young people, she is trying to proselytize
- 10:26Speaker 2: them and turn them into Islamists and communists. And what
- 10:30Speaker 2: she says explicitly is this is where I need to
- 10:34Speaker 2: build power. Well, let me just ask you something. Where
- 10:38Speaker 2: do you think Abdul l Sied thinks he needs to
- 10:42Speaker 2: build power? This is a family raised on hate, and
- 10:48Speaker 2: this is a family devoted to hate. That's how radical
- 10:53Speaker 2: the Democrats nominees are this cycle.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 10:58Speaker 1: you can go back and listen to the full podcasts
- 11:00Speaker 1: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. And
- 11:05Speaker 1: by the way, if you thought it was just the
- 11:07Speaker 1: Democratic Socialists of America that were they're really getting their mojo.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I guess now the DNC is trying to say no, no, no,
- 11:16Speaker 1: we're just as radical as you are, with a new
- 11:19Speaker 1: stance that the Democratic National Committee. Just when you thought
- 11:23Speaker 1: they might try to like dial it down a little bit,
- 11:25Speaker 1: the crazy, they have now changed their platform to say,
- 11:29Speaker 1: hold on, we're all in on abolishing ICE, making sure
- 11:33Speaker 1: they don't exist anymore.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Well, and there's some Democrat politicians who pretend, oh, this
- 11:39Speaker 2: is an extreme view. It's only by the radicals, the DSA,
- 11:41Speaker 2: the communists and socialists in our party that they won't
- 11:44Speaker 2: to admit their communists and socialists and their party. It's
- 11:46Speaker 2: not the rest of us normal Democrats. Well, this past
- 11:50Speaker 2: week the DNC was meeting in Austin, Texas, sadly in
- 11:55Speaker 2: our home state, and the DNC adopted a red urging
- 12:02Speaker 2: Congressional Democrats to abolish ICE and the abolition measure. It
- 12:08Speaker 2: was known as Resolution twenty seven. It cleared the DNC's
- 12:12Speaker 2: Resolution Committee in a twenty five to twelve vote with
- 12:17Speaker 2: one abstention. It headed to the full membership it was
- 12:22Speaker 2: bundled into a larger package and it was approved by
- 12:26Speaker 2: the full membership.
- 12:27Speaker 1: What do you think the vote was, I'm assuming, knowing
- 12:30Speaker 1: the Democratic Party and radical as they are, it was
- 12:32Speaker 1: probably a very high success rate.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Unanimous.
- 12:35Speaker 7: There you go.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Every single person voting voted yes. The vote's non binding,
- 12:40Speaker 2: it doesn't formally change the party's platform for twenty twenty eight.
- 12:44Speaker 2: But the DNC is now voted for a resolution saying
- 12:49Speaker 2: abolish ICE. And understand what abolish ICE means. ICE is
- 12:54Speaker 2: the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. It is the agency
- 12:58Speaker 2: that tracks down legal immigrants inside the interior of the
- 13:01Speaker 2: United States. It tracks down gang bangers, It tracks down
- 13:05Speaker 2: MS thirteen and trend of Iragua. It tracks down murderers
- 13:09Speaker 2: and child rapists and human traffickers. And the position now
- 13:14Speaker 2: adopted unanimously by the DNC is the Democrats want to
- 13:18Speaker 2: abolish it. If you abolish ICE, it means you are
- 13:22Speaker 2: no longer willing to enforce our immigration laws. It means
- 13:25Speaker 2: you want the illegal immigrants in America to stay here,
- 13:28Speaker 2: by the way, with no ice, nobody gets deported, like
- 13:31Speaker 2: once you get in, you stay here forever with no ice,
- 13:34Speaker 2: With no ice. The criminal gang bangers who are legals.
- 13:39Speaker 2: They're not prosecuted, they're not arrested. By the way, the
- 13:41Speaker 2: over three hundred thousand children that the Biden administration had
- 13:46Speaker 2: in federal custody that they handed over to adults and
- 13:49Speaker 2: then lost, and many of those adults were not family members,
- 13:52Speaker 2: they don't know where they are. The Trump administration one
- 13:54Speaker 2: of the most important things they've done is they've gone
- 13:57Speaker 2: and tracked down thousands upon thousands of those kids and
- 13:59Speaker 2: got the amount of situations where they're facing the potential
- 14:02Speaker 2: for abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse. The position of the
- 14:06Speaker 2: Democrats is to heck with those kids, leave where they are.
- 14:09Speaker 2: We're not going to enforce, we're not going to investigate,
- 14:11Speaker 2: we're not going to do anything. Because look, abolish ICE
- 14:16Speaker 2: is the immigration version of abolish the police. And we've
- 14:22Speaker 2: talked a lot on this pod about how radicalized the
- 14:24Speaker 2: Democrats have gotten. This is no longer the fringe. This
- 14:28Speaker 2: is the unanimously adopted resolution position of the entire Democrat
- 14:33Speaker 2: National Committee. That means even the most supposedly moderate Democrat
- 14:40Speaker 2: their party's position is get rid of ICE altogether.
- 14:44Speaker 1: And centaer final question on this, you look at the
- 14:48Speaker 1: pushing here by the left to force I think it's
- 14:53Speaker 1: pretty darn clear the Democratic Party to just become more
- 14:59Speaker 1: and more extreme. Will there be pushback or is this
- 15:03Speaker 1: them just admitting, hey, stick with us, we're going to
- 15:07Speaker 1: where you are in the Democratic Socialists Or do you
- 15:10Speaker 1: believe that voters are going to say, Democratic Party, you've
- 15:14Speaker 1: gone too far?
- 15:16Speaker 2: Well, look, I hope so that's what the midterms are
- 15:19Speaker 2: are going to determine, at least as an initial push.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I hope the voters say, listen, I don't want unlimited
- 15:25Speaker 2: illegal immigrants in our country. I don't want criminals released.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I don't want ICE abolished. I don't want the police abolished.
- 15:31Speaker 2: I want to lock up criminals and bad guys. Here's
- 15:33Speaker 2: what the White House said. A White House spokeswoman, Lauren
- 15:36Speaker 2: Biss said the following this weekend quote, extreme radical Democrats
- 15:41Speaker 2: want to abolish ICE and defund the police. Instead of
- 15:44Speaker 2: trying to abolish ICE, Democrats should be thanking ICE law
- 15:47Speaker 2: enforcement officers for putting their lives on the line to
- 15:51Speaker 2: arrest and remove murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members from
- 15:55Speaker 2: American communities. Many of these criminals were released from jails
- 15:59Speaker 2: by Democrat radical politicians President Trump's effort to remove criminal
- 16:03Speaker 2: illegal aliens from American communities is already delivering results, including
- 16:08Speaker 2: the lowest murder rate in one hundred and twenty five years.
- 16:15Speaker 2: That's a profound record of success. But look, elections are
- 16:19Speaker 2: about making the case to the American people. So I
- 16:21Speaker 2: hope all of the Republicans on the ballot make the
- 16:24Speaker 2: case that producing extraordinary results in immigration, seeing illegal border
- 16:30Speaker 2: crossings drop ninety nine percent, producing twenty percent drops, and
- 16:34Speaker 2: the murder rates and twenty percent drops, and the deaths
- 16:36Speaker 2: from drug overdoses, that is saving the lives of literally
- 16:40Speaker 2: thousands of Americans. That's a record of success. And the
- 16:42Speaker 2: Democrats are saying, don't just go back to Joe Biden era. Listen,
- 16:46Speaker 2: when Biden was president, we had ice, we had not
- 16:49Speaker 2: abolished the police author Democrats in cities, and had slashed
- 16:54Speaker 2: the funding of a number of police departments. The Democrat
- 16:57Speaker 2: position now has go further than than Biden. They don't
- 17:01Speaker 2: just want to open borders, they want to release violent criminals.
- 17:04Speaker 2: And I got to say, I don't think that's where
- 17:08Speaker 2: most Americans are. I think if you talk to your
- 17:12Speaker 2: average American citizen or Republican, Yes, but also an independent
- 17:15Speaker 2: or even most Democrats and ask them do you want
- 17:19Speaker 2: to release murderers and rapists into your community? It is
- 17:23Speaker 2: only the extreme zelots who would say yes. That used
- 17:26Speaker 2: to be a position, that was a bipartisan like obvious
- 17:29Speaker 2: duh position. Today the Democrats are being driven by their
- 17:34Speaker 2: zelots and the rest of the party is terrified of
- 17:38Speaker 2: those zelots. And so between now an election day, we
- 17:41Speaker 2: need to make the case to the voters, and I
- 17:43Speaker 2: hope every candidate does so. I can tell you on
- 17:45Speaker 2: this podcast, we're certainly going to lay out the facts
- 17:47Speaker 2: and make the case that we should be protecting American
- 17:50Speaker 2: citizens and not releasing violent, criminal, illegal aliens into the
- 17:55Speaker 2: United States. I think that's basic common sense. I think
- 17:58Speaker 2: that's where most Americans are before.
- 18:00Speaker 1: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation
- 18:02Speaker 1: on this topic, you can go back and dow the
- 18:05Speaker 1: podcast from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I want to get back to the big story number
- 18:11Speaker 1: three of the week you may have missed all right center,
- 18:13Speaker 1: I want to get into this national security issue. The
- 18:16Speaker 1: media not talking about it. But Hassan Piker's got a
- 18:20Speaker 1: wingman brother. He is a space engineer with security clearance.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Now that on its face not a big deal. What's
- 18:27Speaker 1: a big deal?
- 18:28Speaker 5: Is it?
- 18:28Speaker 1: Details behind the brother.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Well, let's start with us on Piker. Hasan Piker is
- 18:33Speaker 2: a radical. This is this entire show. We've been talking
- 18:35Speaker 2: about the radicals who sadly are becoming more and more
- 18:39Speaker 2: commonplace on the left, more and more commonplace in the
- 18:41Speaker 2: Democrat Party. And a son Piker is a great example
- 18:44Speaker 2: of He's an influencer who the Democrats have embraced. He
- 18:48Speaker 2: is a communist, he is an Islamist. He hates America,
- 18:51Speaker 2: he routinely rails. He hates African Americans, he hates white Americans,
- 18:56Speaker 2: he hates the United States of America. He has said,
- 18:59Speaker 2: and this is a quote, America deserved nine to eleven.
- 19:04Speaker 2: This is and by the way, abdu alaal Sad and
- 19:07Speaker 2: other Democrats campaign with him, embrace him. Look by when
- 19:11Speaker 2: they stand next to him and both figuratively and literally
- 19:15Speaker 2: embrace him that they're saying they support his ideas well.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Turns out, Hassan Piker has a brother, and his brother
- 19:22Speaker 2: is in a position that if he believes the same
- 19:24Speaker 2: thing Hassan does, he's in a position to do real damage.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Here's a story from the Washington Freebeacon. Hassan Piker's younger
- 19:31Speaker 2: brother is an aerospace engineer with security clearances who spent
- 19:35Speaker 2: years working on US military projects for Boeing. Projects that
- 19:39Speaker 2: include Air Force one and the top secret quote doomsday
- 19:44Speaker 2: plane designed for nuclear war. Now, let's see, is this
- 19:48Speaker 2: guy maybe the brother? He doesn't have anything to do
- 19:51Speaker 2: with Hassan Piker. He doesn't agree with his views. Maybe
- 19:53Speaker 2: they're a strange that might be a different circumstance. Well,
- 19:55Speaker 2: it turns out that is not the case. Let me
- 19:57Speaker 2: continue reading. Murrat Pi, an engineer who spent more than
- 20:01Speaker 2: a decade at Boeing, regularly appears on his older brother's
- 20:06Speaker 2: controversial social media channel and has also accompanied him to events.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Hassan has declared that quote America deserved nine to eleven,
- 20:17Speaker 2: bragged about his support for Hamas spoken in favor of
- 20:19Speaker 2: Iran's right to defend itself, and blamed Iran's death to
- 20:22Speaker 2: America and great Satan rhetoric on the United States quote
- 20:26Speaker 2: messing around in the Middle East. Well, his kid brother, Marot,
- 20:31Speaker 2: worked as a full time eploye at Boeing for more
- 20:33Speaker 2: than a decade and left on his own of his
- 20:37Speaker 2: own volition. Earlier this year, he said, quote, my background
- 20:42Speaker 2: includes significant experience at Boeing Space and Defense, where I
- 20:45Speaker 2: led mechanical design and integration for next generation satellite structures,
- 20:50Speaker 2: managed high pressure anomaly investigations, and defined structural interfaces across subsystems.
- 20:56Speaker 2: That's what That's what Marat says on his LinkedIn page.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Marot and Hassan Piker were both born in New Jersey,
- 21:04Speaker 2: but they did their primary and their secondary schooling in Turkey.
- 21:10Speaker 2: Marot worked on Air Force one. Uh, and you just
- 21:14Speaker 2: you have to ask. I don't know if Marot shares
- 21:18Speaker 2: his brother's hatred for America, his brother's embrace of radical Islam.
- 21:23Speaker 2: But given that they have done Hassan Piker's show repeatedly together,
- 21:30Speaker 2: gone to events together, that is a reasonable inference. It's
- 21:32Speaker 2: a reasonable question, and it raises the question. Listen, if
- 21:37Speaker 2: this is someone that hates America and wants to do
- 21:39Speaker 2: damage to America, what harm could he do with security
- 21:42Speaker 2: clearances working for Boeing and for the military on very
- 21:45Speaker 2: very sensitive projects.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Yeah, very sensitive projects. And you know when you look
- 21:51Speaker 1: at this, it's being exposed. I'm glad, by the way
- 21:54Speaker 1: for the work to Washington. Free Beacon has done yet
- 21:57Speaker 1: again another example center of a major story that has
- 22:01Speaker 1: asked security implications, and the mainstream media just completely looks
- 22:08Speaker 1: the other way.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Well, they do because they don't want to cover this.
- 22:12Speaker 2: That they don't want to cover the fact. And understand
- 22:15Speaker 2: that when Chuck Schumer, when Abdul I'll say ed, had
- 22:20Speaker 2: been asked, do they distance themselves from Hassan Piker, they
- 22:26Speaker 2: consistently say no, that they want these radicals here. Give
- 22:30Speaker 2: a listen to ro Kana, who is the Democrat congressman,
- 22:33Speaker 2: being asked if Democrats should distance themselves distance themselves from
- 22:38Speaker 2: radical Hassan Piker.
- 22:39Speaker 7: You stuck your nckout for progressives like Abdilla, say you
- 22:42Speaker 7: also supported Plattner before the allegations came out, You've also
- 22:45Speaker 7: stuck your nackout for Hassan Piker, and you've seen that
- 22:49Speaker 7: Hassan Piker is now being attacked.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Twenty four to seven on Fox. Here's Hailey Stevens going
- 22:53Speaker 6: on Fox and saying, well, the first thing you know,
- 22:56Speaker 6: how I'll say it could moderate to voters is to
- 22:59Speaker 6: get rid of the pipe affiliation you've seen near attendant
- 23:02Speaker 6: retweet Laura Lumer's attack on Hassan Piker. Your comment on
- 23:07Speaker 6: Hassan Piker. What should the Democrats do with them? Should
- 23:11Speaker 6: they abandon him? Do you renounce your support of him?
- 23:14Speaker 6: You tell me ro give it to me straight. It's absurd.
- 23:18Speaker 5: I mean, these are the same people who were at
- 23:20Speaker 5: one point criticizing Democrats for going on Joe Rogan. I
- 23:24Speaker 5: mean remember when Bertie went on Joe Rogan. The same
- 23:27Speaker 5: the people who said, oh, you can't go on Joe Rogan.
- 23:29Speaker 5: These are the same folks who criticized me when I
- 23:31Speaker 5: got went on Ben Shapiro. Should I not go on
- 23:34Speaker 5: Ben Shapiro's podcast because I disagree with him? We had
- 23:38Speaker 5: in a horrle argument on the minimum wage. Just because
- 23:41Speaker 5: someone is engaging with Hassan Piker, who has strong viewpoints
- 23:47Speaker 5: on these issues, doesn't mean that you're endorsing every single
- 23:50Speaker 5: one of Hassan Piker's positions. And if you're going to
- 23:54Speaker 5: argue that we should exclude a left wing commentators, and frankly,
- 24:01Speaker 5: some of these people were arguing that we should be
- 24:03Speaker 5: canceling and excluding right wing commentators, you're left with a
- 24:07Speaker 5: party that is basically a status quo party. That's why
- 24:11Speaker 5: we lost to elections.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But by the way, I love how he's sitting there.
- 24:15Speaker 1: He's like, oh, it's no different than me going on
- 24:17Speaker 1: Ben Shapiro's show. Ben Shapiro is not a radical in
- 24:21Speaker 1: the way that you would have to defend his son Piker.
- 24:24Speaker 1: And yet to compare that to going, oh, I just
- 24:26Speaker 1: take a risk on these guys because you know, I'm
- 24:28Speaker 1: not gonna agree with everything they say. Look at what
- 24:31Speaker 1: you're endorsing. It is radical, extreme and crazy.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Well, and look, Rocanna was someone who got elected to
- 24:38Speaker 2: Congress from Silicon Valley. He was someone who got elected
- 24:42Speaker 2: with the support of the tech bros. And in his
- 24:44Speaker 2: initial brand was kind of a moderate common sense Democrat.
- 24:48Speaker 2: And then he looked around the Democrat party and said,
- 24:50Speaker 2: wait a second, nobody wants moderate, common sense Democrats. And
- 24:53Speaker 2: so he's decided to go hard, hard left. As the
- 24:57Speaker 2: beginning of that interview showed, he went up to Maine
- 24:59Speaker 2: and embraced Graham Platnir and said, hey, this is great.
- 25:01Speaker 2: You know, a Nazi communist my kind of guy. And so,
- 25:06Speaker 2: you know, you listen to what Kanna said there. He said, well,
- 25:09Speaker 2: just because they're engaging that That was the verbe used
- 25:12Speaker 2: engaging with Hassan Piker. Let's be clear. Al Sayid is
- 25:17Speaker 2: not engaging with Hassan Piker. He's not saying, you know, Hassan,
- 25:20Speaker 2: I actually think you're wrong when you say America deserved
- 25:22Speaker 2: nine to eleven. I don't think we deserve to be
- 25:25Speaker 2: attacked by Islamist terrorists who murdered nearly three thousand people.
- 25:29Speaker 2: They're not engaging, they're embracing, they're celebrating, they're adopting. It
- 25:33Speaker 2: is who they are. And I will say, you know,
- 25:36Speaker 2: there's the old line that that hypocrisy is the tribute
- 25:39Speaker 2: that vice pays to virtue. Rokanna is rich as hell,
- 25:46Speaker 2: and the latest news story said he traded one hundred
- 25:49Speaker 2: and sixty five million dollars in trades. He made over
- 25:55Speaker 2: five thousand trades last year. I don't think members of
- 25:58Speaker 2: Congress should be buying and selling and getting rich. And
- 26:02Speaker 2: this is a great example of the hypocrisy, which is
- 26:04Speaker 2: that they embrace Marxism while living is complete and utter hypocrites.
- 26:10Speaker 1: As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Sentner,
