  You get GrokBot, and when I did it, it was, you know, a couple hundred bucks. And I'm not into blowing money, so trust me. This was a, a very calculative game.

  I made a decision after watching a lot of YouTube videos.

  I thought this thing was gonna be better than sliced bread.

  So anyway, got into it, Current workflow is a little bit of Cloud and a lot of ChatGPT. It was a lot of Cloud and no ChatGPT, but that whole, Ships sailed, I ran out of tokens, I started doing some research, and I actually started using ChatGPT.

  And, you know, even though I wasn't a fan of the, uh, the, the head, the HMFIC of ChatGPT.

  That was kind of the reason why I went over to Claude and Anthropic, when they stood up for the, the world, which, God, it just seems like we're just all being sold something interesting.

  But anyway, so that's where my current workflow is, and then always check looking for something new. Not so much to talk about on the channel, but just something to help the, the work that I do. Something that might even be a little bit more better. So I said, hey, why not go in?

  So I went ahead and went in with GrokBot through Cursor.

  So I signed up for the account. And I started looking at it, you know, within probably seven or eight hours, I burned through 42% of my allotment.

  And that was, at the very beginning, I'm thinking, yeah, this, this isn't going to be good for me because I'm going to end up having to get extra tokens and it's just not going to be a good fit. Plus, as far as what happened on the other end, and again, this is the big complaint with corporations, they're not seeing a big ROI, they don't get that return on investment.

  So, the workflows I have that are being picked up by ChatGPT now, the way that it integrates with what I need to do through my agency and through my real estate, yeah, it, it's good. It's perfect because it still allows me to do that heavy lifting, which is getting the nose, gotta get through the nose to get to the yes, and it takes a certain amount number of those.

  It depends on who you're calling and how formatted that list is.

  That's where AI actually helps me because it can.

  Take a list of people that I've dealt with in the past, or past clients, or wherever the list originates, it can actually make that list stronger by using agentic approaches, by even looking everybody up on social media. So I have more to talk about than just that, uh, do you want to know what your house is worth? You're looking to buy or sell real estate. God, what a horrible, horrible pitch. So I thought, okay, so I have these different agencies. that I spin up utilizing ChatGPT and prior to that, Claude does all this heavy lifting.

  Lovely. So I said, you know what? Why not? So I go ahead and get on there and I, like I said, I burned through all these.

  My token's really, really fast. And it's like, eesh, a little, a little painful. And I thought with, you know, Grok and everybody saying it's. Less expensive and then, you know, cursors kind of pulling on that.

  So anyway, but it was cool, you know, I had a little dashboard down there. I downloaded it on the phone and had, you know, 12 agents that were sitting there with all their little different emojis, so it was kind of neat. So I went ahead and said, you know what? I'm just going to go ahead and cancel it.

  I contacted them. And I said, you know, is there any way I can get a refund for what's left?

  You know, just seeing. And they said, no. And I said, okay, I'll get that refund. I bought it. So I went ahead and deleted the account. Then a couple of days later, I'm thinking, you know what, maybe I'll just set it back up.

  And I'll squeeze out all of this with some kind of research, some, some heavy lifting. Go ahead and exhaust the rest of the tokens, so I don't have to feel like I just blew my money. So I went ahead and then reached back out to them. I guess it's hi at cursor.com or whatever. And a lot of that's bot responding and the bots pretty good, but I think I got a real human this time, but who really knows getting. He said, this isn't going to be what you want to hear, he said, but, uh, once you delete the account, that happens on the user side. To be able to set the account up, there's no memory of, of tokens or SPIN or anything else, basically. That, whatever happens on subscription,$110, $12, or whatever, completely gone. Sorry about that.

And of course, you know, you can at least ask, and maybe it's a lesson to me, you know, see that new shiny, shiny object. That everybody out there in the internet is telling you how they've made a million dollars with it so far.
