- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Recently we were talking about Ghislaine Maxwell and the fact
- 0:06Speaker 1: that she might have some kind of autobiography in the
- 0:09Speaker 1: works where she says that she's going to tell the
- 0:13Speaker 1: whole real story. Well now we're learning that she could
- 0:16Speaker 1: possibly make millions of dollars from this project. And while
- 0:21Speaker 1: that's true, do you really think that Ghislaine Maxwell would
- 0:24Speaker 1: be able to keep any of that money or do
- 0:26Speaker 1: you think that she would be sued into oblivion? There
- 0:29Speaker 1: are so many people out there that have not come
- 0:32Speaker 1: forward or who have not taken money from the fund
- 0:35Speaker 1: that could still sue Ghislaine Maxwell into oblivion. And if
- 0:39Speaker 1: you think that she's going to pocket all this money,
- 0:42Speaker 1: you have not been paying attention. The second she earns
- 0:44Speaker 1: one single dollar, that dollar is going to be in
- 0:47Speaker 1: jeopardy because she's going to get sued. Today's article is
- 0:51Speaker 1: from Newsweek. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell can make millions from Jeffrey
- 0:55Speaker 1: Epstein scandal. This article was authored by Sean O'Driscoll. Jeffrey
- 1:01Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors will not profit from Ghislaine Maxwell's forthcoming tell-all book,
- 1:06Speaker 1: a senior attorney told Newsweek. Kate Mangels, the partner at
- 1:10Speaker 1: the Kinsella-Hawley-Isser Cup Steinsuper firm in Los Angeles was reacting
- 1:15Speaker 1: to a report in the Daily Mail on January 28th
- 1:19Speaker 1: that Maxwell has been working on a memoir from her
- 1:22Speaker 1: prison cell in order to counter alleged disinformation about her
- 1:26Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein. So like who's really gonna believe anything
- 1:30Speaker 1: she has to say? I mean maybe a few people
- 1:33Speaker 1: out there because they want to believe her But everything
- 1:36Speaker 1: that we've learned about this lady over the years has
- 1:39Speaker 1: pointed us in the direction of her being exactly where
- 1:42Speaker 1: she belongs. And I think that the time to spill
- 1:45Speaker 1: the beans was during the trial, no? Get yourself a deal.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Maybe get yourself some better circumstances. She didn't do that.
- 1:52Speaker 1: But now, all of a sudden, she's going to tell
- 1:55Speaker 1: us the really real? Okay, I guess, if you want
- 1:57Speaker 1: to believe it. Under United States law, Maxwell can take
- 2:01Speaker 1: all the profits from the book along with associated documentaries, podcasts,
- 2:05Speaker 1: and films. Maxwell, Epstein's longtime girlfriend and associate, no, longtime associate,
- 2:11Speaker 1: longtime co-conspirator, longtime girlfriend, Maxwell wishes. was found guilty in
- 2:17Speaker 1: 2021 of sex trafficking women and girls for Epstein to
- 2:20Speaker 1: abuse and to serving a 20-year prison sentence. Not only that,
- 2:24Speaker 1: but she helped in the abuse, according to numerous survivors.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So it wasn't just facilitation. It wasn't just being a madam.
- 2:33Speaker 1: That is not giving Ghislaine Maxwell the disgusting credit she
- 2:37Speaker 1: deserves for the role that she played. And if you
- 2:39Speaker 1: want to break it down, like a mafia family, you
- 2:42Speaker 1: had Epstein at the top, then right below him, you
- 2:45Speaker 1: had his underboss, Ghislaine Maxwell, then you had the core four,
- 2:48Speaker 1: who were his lieutenants. Pretty simple. And it would have
- 2:52Speaker 1: been pretty simple for the government to go after them,
- 2:54Speaker 1: like a mafia, and hit them with Rico. But I
- 2:57Speaker 1: guess that's another story for another time. Maxwell has maintained
- 3:01Speaker 1: her innocence and has appealed her conviction. Well, that's going
- 3:04Speaker 1: to work out for her. And I know that there
- 3:06Speaker 1: are some articles out right now talking about the situation
- 3:09Speaker 1: with Scotty David and Juror 50. But if you look
- 3:13Speaker 1: at a situation like Alec Murdoch's, and then you compare
- 3:16Speaker 1: it to what happened with Maxwell, I don't know how
- 3:18Speaker 1: Maxwell's going to try and climb that hill. The events
- 3:22Speaker 1: have to be extraordinary for the appellate court to go
- 3:26Speaker 1: and overturn a conviction from the district court. It just
- 3:30Speaker 1: doesn't happen very often. So you have to really have
- 3:33Speaker 1: a case and you have to really be able to
- 3:35Speaker 1: make that case to the appellate court. And remember that
- 3:38Speaker 1: Judge Nathan, the original judge who passed the sentence on Maxwell,
- 3:42Speaker 1: she sits on that appeals court now. Disgraced investment manager,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you mean pedophile, was arrested in July 2019 on federal
- 3:49Speaker 1: charges of trafficking minors for sex in Florida and New
- 3:53Speaker 1: York between 2002 and 2005. He died in a Manhattan
- 3:57Speaker 1: jail cell in an apparent suicide two months later. Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 1: still questions there too. Now I know, I know Bill
- 4:03Speaker 1: Barr told you that Jeffrey Epstein 100% committed suicide. And
- 4:08Speaker 1: if you want to believe Bill Barr, I am not
- 4:10Speaker 1: here to try and convince you otherwise. Me personally, I'm
- 4:14Speaker 1: going to need more evidence. And I was hoping that
- 4:17Speaker 1: the Inspector General's report would clear things up for us,
- 4:20Speaker 1: but it didn't. Instead, it looked like a whitewash job.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Oh well, here's the issues that are wrong with the
- 4:27Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons, and let's just blame Epstein's death on
- 4:31Speaker 1: all of those issues. And by the way, we're not
- 4:33Speaker 1: going to fix any of those issues in the aftermath.
- 4:36Speaker 1: So there's that. Just another waste of taxpayer dollars. In 2008,
- 4:40Speaker 1: Epstein had pleaded guilty to procuring a child for prostitution
- 4:44Speaker 1: in 2005 and served 13 months in prison. He was
- 4:48Speaker 1: accused of sexually abusing as many as three dozen underage girls.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Tell me you don't know the story, Mr. O'Driscoll, without
- 4:54Speaker 1: telling me you don't know the story. Three dozen? You
- 4:58Speaker 1: might want to add some zeros to that, buddy. Epstein
- 5:01Speaker 1: is also alleged to have flown underage girls to his
- 5:03Speaker 1: private island in the Caribbean and to have offered them
- 5:06Speaker 1: to wealthy and influential associates for the purposes of blackmail.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Aside from Maxwell, no other person has been criminally charged
- 5:14Speaker 1: in relation to the claims. And look, that's wrong. I've
- 5:17Speaker 1: said it once, I'll say it again. There's no way
- 5:20Speaker 1: under the sun that Sarah Kellen Vickers should not have
- 5:23Speaker 1: been charged. Going through the court documents the way we do,
- 5:28Speaker 1: Her name is littered throughout these court documents. And there's
- 5:30Speaker 1: a reason. Because she played a huge part in what
- 5:33Speaker 1: was going on. So I don't understand how Sarah Kellen Vickers,
- 5:36Speaker 1: of all people, hasn't been at the very least charged, right?
- 5:40Speaker 1: Indicted her. And let's see what happens. But they refused
- 5:43Speaker 1: to do it. And once again, it comes down to
- 5:46Speaker 1: they don't want to really blow the doors off this. Oh,
- 5:49Speaker 1: they'll give you a little red meat so they can say, look,
- 5:51Speaker 1: we've done something. We've been a little bit busy here. Look,
- 5:54Speaker 1: we arrested Ghislaine Maxwell. But the reality is nobody else
- 5:57Speaker 1: went to jail. Nobody else went to prison. Nobody else
- 6:00Speaker 1: has even been swooped up. Mangels said that attempts to
- 6:03Speaker 1: stop people profiting from their crimes have not been successful.
- 6:07Speaker 1: There have been legislative attempts to restrict this ability, but
- 6:11Speaker 1: they have largely been ruled unconstitutional, she told Newsweek. In
- 6:15Speaker 1: the 1970s, Following the Son of Sam killings in New
- 6:18Speaker 1: York City, the New York legislature passed a law known
- 6:21Speaker 1: as the Son of Sam Law to restrict a convicted
- 6:23Speaker 1: criminal's ability to profit off of selling their story. But
- 6:27Speaker 1: this law and similar laws in other states has been
- 6:30Speaker 1: found to be in violation of free speech rights under
- 6:33Speaker 1: the First Amendment. And that's wild, huh? You can be
- 6:37Speaker 1: a killer or a molester or whatever, and you can
- 6:40Speaker 1: sell the rights to your book and then profit off
- 6:43Speaker 1: of the pain you've caused to these families? I can't
- 6:45Speaker 1: say that I'm shocked, but it is disgusting. Mengel said
- 6:49Speaker 1: that some states have forced criminals to let victims know
- 6:52Speaker 1: if they have a book coming out. Well, that's a
- 6:54Speaker 1: good idea, huh? Hey, I have a book coming out
- 6:56Speaker 1: talking about how I killed your mom, or your aunt,
- 6:59Speaker 1: or your wife, but I'm giving you the heads up.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I'm going to make a bunch of dough off of it,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and you're just going to have to deal with it.
- 7:05Speaker 1: That's real great. Real, real great law we have there, folks.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I mean, I get it, First Amendment. They should be
- 7:11Speaker 1: able to write whatever they want, but they shouldn't be
- 7:13Speaker 1: able to profit. off the back of it. There are
- 7:17Speaker 1: some state laws setting forth rules related to notifying victims
- 7:21Speaker 1: about potential compensation, but they do not entirely restrict a
- 7:24Speaker 1: convicted person from profiting. So Maxwell can legally benefit financially
- 7:29Speaker 1: from telling or selling her story, she said. Boy, I'll
- 7:33Speaker 1: tell you what, I wonder who's going to buy that.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And can you imagine the backlash that's going to come
- 7:37Speaker 1: with it? Documents detailing people connected with the sex offender
- 7:41Speaker 1: were released on January 4th by a U.S. district court
- 7:45Speaker 1: in New York as part of a lawsuit brought by
- 7:48Speaker 1: alleged victim, again with the alleged. You can say alleged
- 7:52Speaker 1: about Virginia and Prince Andrew, but how are you going
- 7:56Speaker 1: to say alleged about Virginia and Jeffrey Epstein? How many
- 7:59Speaker 1: settlements does the guy have to pay out to Virginia
- 8:02Speaker 1: before we say to ourselves, all right, she's telling the truth?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein was in the business
- 8:08Speaker 1: of just handing money out? He was not. The guy
- 8:11Speaker 1: was cheap as shit. He wasn't just going to hand
- 8:13Speaker 1: money out just to do it. He was paying these
- 8:16Speaker 1: settlements out so he didn't get in trouble. So the
- 8:19Speaker 1: whole alleged shit here is ridiculous. If you want to
- 8:21Speaker 1: say alleged about Prince Andrew or anybody else that we
- 8:25Speaker 1: don't have the proof about, then fine. But to say
- 8:28Speaker 1: alleged about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell... as Glenn Maxwell
- 8:32Speaker 1: rots away in prison and Jeffrey Epstein basically admitted to
- 8:36Speaker 1: what he did when he paid all these settlements out? Well,
- 8:39Speaker 1: I think that's a bit ridiculous. The documents mention the
- 8:42Speaker 1: names of more than 70 people, including former presidents Donald
- 8:46Speaker 1: Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as Prince Andrew. It
- 8:49Speaker 1: came after Judge Loretta Preska found that there was no
- 8:52Speaker 1: legal justification for continuing to withhold the names from the public,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and she's spot on with that. Judge Preska was 1,000% correct.
- 9:01Speaker 1: There is no reason that we, the public, should not
- 9:04Speaker 1: know what happened here or know the names of the
- 9:07Speaker 1: people who were associated with this clown. We should know
- 9:10Speaker 1: and everybody should know. That way, all these people that
- 9:13Speaker 1: were associated with him could be held to account. And
- 9:16Speaker 1: the only way that's ever going to happen is if
- 9:19Speaker 1: people demand it. If people don't demand it and if
- 9:21Speaker 1: people aren't fired up about what went down, they'll just
- 9:24Speaker 1: kick it right under the rug and never talk about
- 9:27Speaker 1: it ever again. That's what they've always wanted to do
- 9:29Speaker 1: with Epstein, make no mistake. And if it wasn't for
- 9:33Speaker 1: Alex Acosta getting that job working for Donald Trump, they
- 9:37Speaker 1: would have never even looked into this story. You really
- 9:39Speaker 1: think Julie Brown didn't look at that situation and say, oh,
- 9:42Speaker 1: this is a way to, you know, maybe expose Trump.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Let's dive in. And believe me, I'm happy she did
- 9:48Speaker 1: because it brought the story to light. But let's not
- 9:51Speaker 1: act like they were trying to get justice for these girls.
- 9:55Speaker 1: That wasn't what was happening. We had all these years
- 9:57Speaker 1: leading up to the story breaking and nobody was saying
- 10:00Speaker 1: shit or doing shit. All of a sudden, Acosta, Mr.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Middleman himself, Mr. Fall Guy gets this job. And now
- 10:07Speaker 1: we have all this interest once again. Come on now.
- 10:10Speaker 1: That's a bit of a coincidence. No. But what they
- 10:12Speaker 1: found when they started digging was not what they thought.
- 10:16Speaker 1: They thought they were going to be able to pin
- 10:17Speaker 1: all this on their political enemies. But what they found
- 10:20Speaker 1: out was everybody that was in the ruling caste, everybody
- 10:25Speaker 1: that was so-called elite New York, no matter your party, well,
- 10:29Speaker 1: they were associating with Epstein. They were partying with Epstein.
- 10:33Speaker 1: They were taking Epstein's money. And once you open this
- 10:35Speaker 1: Pandora's box, there's no putting back what you find. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: what you're going to find is a ton of corruption.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And you're going to find a lot of people that
- 10:43Speaker 1: are considered the faves by Nancy Pelosi's daughter herself right
- 10:48Speaker 1: square in the middle of all of it. The question is,
- 10:52Speaker 1: when are we going to demand accountability? All right, folks,
- 10:55Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 10:57Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 11:00Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
- 11:04Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. So Ghislaine Maxwell is writing a tell-all
- 11:10Speaker 1: memoir titled from her place behind bars. And I can't
- 11:13Speaker 1: even imagine what she thinks the reception of something like
- 11:17Speaker 1: that is going to be. Especially considering this lady still
- 11:20Speaker 1: refuses to take any responsibility for what she did. According
- 11:24Speaker 1: to her, nothing ever happened. She didn't do this. She's
- 11:27Speaker 1: not responsible. You know, it was all Epstein's fault. She's
- 11:31Speaker 1: being blamed because she was Epstein's friend. The whole entire
- 11:35Speaker 1: list of reasons why she shouldn't be where she is.
- 11:39Speaker 1: But the reality is this. She is exactly where she
- 11:42Speaker 1: belongs to be. And how do we know that? Well,
- 11:45Speaker 1: all you have to do is listen to the survivors.
- 11:47Speaker 1: All you have to do is listen to the testimony
- 11:50Speaker 1: that was provided at Ghislaine Maxwell's trial. And that gives
- 11:54Speaker 1: you everything you need to know about this woman and
- 11:57Speaker 1: why she should be where she should be. And don't
- 12:00Speaker 1: get it twisted, I don't think she's the only one
- 12:03Speaker 1: that should be rotting behind bars, but I certainly believe
- 12:06Speaker 1: that she played a leadership role and she has earned
- 12:10Speaker 1: every minute of her incarceration. Today's article is from thedailymail.com
- 12:15Speaker 1: and the headline, Ghislaine Maxwell writing a tell-all. The Epstein
- 12:20Speaker 1: madam has been obsessively working on a memoir behind bars
- 12:23Speaker 1: to combat misinformation about her ties to the pedophile, insiders reveal.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I mean, for real. She's going to write a book
- 12:31Speaker 1: and it's going to change everybody's mind about what went down.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Everybody's going to have a brand new outlook on who
- 12:37Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is and what she was up to. I mean,
- 12:40Speaker 1: talk about not being able to read the room. This
- 12:43Speaker 1: article was authored by Ben Ashford. Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine
- 12:48Speaker 1: Maxwell is writing a tell-all memoir from behind bars to
- 12:52Speaker 1: combat what she calls misinformation about her ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Dailymail.com
- 12:57Speaker 1: can exclusively reveal. Maxwell, 62, has urged prison pals to
- 13:03Speaker 1: ignore anything they hear about recently released trove of court
- 13:06Speaker 1: documents naming Epstein's associates and outlining new details of his warped,
- 13:11Speaker 1: grooming empire. Yeah, don't worry about any of these court documents.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Don't listen to any of them. Don't read those. Don't
- 13:17Speaker 1: listen to what the survivors have to say. Don't listen
- 13:20Speaker 1: to what the government has to say. Listen to what
- 13:22Speaker 1: I'm telling you. And I'm telling you that none of
- 13:24Speaker 1: this ever happened. Now, if Ghislaine Maxwell... was somebody that was,
- 13:29Speaker 1: you know, believable, then I'd be much more apt to
- 13:32Speaker 1: listen to what she has to say. But when you
- 13:35Speaker 1: go through all of the court documents, and you go
- 13:38Speaker 1: through all of the witness testimony, and you go through
- 13:41Speaker 1: all of the testimony from all the people involved, it's
- 13:44Speaker 1: relatively obvious that Ghislaine Maxwell was not only somebody who
- 13:48Speaker 1: was along for the ride, but that she had a
- 13:51Speaker 1: leadership role, and she was out here abusing at least
- 13:54Speaker 1: some of these girls right along with Jeffrey Epstein. The
- 13:59Speaker 1: disgraced socialite has promised to share the truth in an
- 14:02Speaker 1: upcoming book that she's been obsessively working on while serving
- 14:06Speaker 1: her 20-year sentence at FCI Tallahassee in Florida. Well, she
- 14:11Speaker 1: has nothing better to do. Might as well work on
- 14:13Speaker 1: a book. But don't expect the jailed madam. You mean co-conspirator?
- 14:17Speaker 1: You mean fellow scumbag? You mean fellow child abuser? You
- 14:20Speaker 1: mean bipedal serpent, right? To finally come clean, insiders warn,
- 14:25Speaker 1: because the purpose of Maxwell's memoir will be to clear her,
- 14:29Speaker 1: and in her mind, prove she didn't do anything wrong. Oh, well,
- 14:33Speaker 1: that seals it, folks. Glenn Maxwell's telling us she did
- 14:37Speaker 1: nothing wrong, and in this book, she's going to prove
- 14:40Speaker 1: it to us all. I don't know how she plans
- 14:42Speaker 1: on doing that, but okay, I'm here for it. Max
- 14:45Speaker 1: says the documents in the news are all false or misinformation,
- 14:49Speaker 1: and the truth will only come out when her book does.
- 14:53Speaker 1: according to the source. Yeah, kind of like her undisputed
- 14:56Speaker 1: facts that were going through in the court documents. You know,
- 14:58Speaker 1: all the facts that were actually disputed. You see, I
- 15:02Speaker 1: don't believe a word Ghislaine Maxwell has to say. And
- 15:05Speaker 1: when you've proven yourself to be unreliable throughout history, why
- 15:08Speaker 1: should anybody listen to what you have to say? She's
- 15:11Speaker 1: bragging about how great it'll be, but it sounds like
- 15:14Speaker 1: the same old lies she has told a thousand times.
- 15:17Speaker 1: She really thinks she hasn't done anything wrong and that
- 15:20Speaker 1: her charges will be dropped when people read it. Well, okay.
- 15:25Speaker 1: If you want to live in fantasy land, that's like
- 15:28Speaker 1: me thinking that every time I go to the casino,
- 15:30Speaker 1: I actually have a shot at hitting megabucks. The answer is,
- 15:34Speaker 1: I have no chance. Just like Elaine Maxwell has no
- 15:37Speaker 1: chance of shifting this narrative. Everybody has seen behind the
- 15:43Speaker 1: curtain at least enough to know that Elaine Maxwell and
- 15:46Speaker 1: her bullshit friends were up to no good. and the
- 15:50Speaker 1: fact that Ghislaine Maxwell is rotting behind bars, well, guess what?
- 15:55Speaker 1: When the hot potato game ended, she was the one
- 15:57Speaker 1: with the hot potato. If she wanted other people to
- 16:00Speaker 1: go to prison right along with her, if she wanted
- 16:03Speaker 1: other people to face justice, well, she should have snitched
- 16:06Speaker 1: on someone. She should have turned somebody in. She didn't
- 16:09Speaker 1: do any of that. Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking
- 16:12Speaker 1: minors and multiple counts of conspiracy after a 2021 federal
- 16:16Speaker 1: trial heard how she lured girls as young as 14
- 16:21Speaker 1: into Epstein's clutches. In a self-serving prison interview last year,
- 16:25Speaker 1: she denied knowledge of the dead financier pedophile's crimes, insisting
- 16:29Speaker 1: that she regretted ever meeting him and had no idea
- 16:33Speaker 1: he was capable of evil. You know, her regret wasn't
- 16:35Speaker 1: that she abused these girls or that she took part
- 16:39Speaker 1: in ruining their lives. Her regret was that she met
- 16:42Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And the only reason that was a regret
- 16:46Speaker 1: is because she ended up getting caught. If she didn't
- 16:48Speaker 1: get caught, forget it. It's not a regret then, right?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Everything's all good. This is just the way we roll.
- 16:53Speaker 1: We're all fellow travelers. But hundreds of documents made public
- 16:57Speaker 1: this month relating to a long-settled defamation case filed against
- 17:02Speaker 1: Maxwell by Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Roberts makes a mockery
- 17:06Speaker 1: of her claim of innocence. Scores of famous people, including
- 17:11Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Donald Trump, and Stephen Hawking, were
- 17:15Speaker 1: outed as being friends or associates of the late predator
- 17:18Speaker 1: who hanged himself behind bars in 2019 instead of facing trial, allegedly.
- 17:25Speaker 1: And look, again, not to beat a dead horse here,
- 17:28Speaker 1: but I'm more than willing to believe that Epstein killed himself,
- 17:31Speaker 1: but I'm going to need more evidence. I'm going to
- 17:33Speaker 1: need more than just Bill Barr telling me that that's
- 17:36Speaker 1: what happened. And don't you dare point to the OIG report.
- 17:42Speaker 1: As you might have noticed, I have reposted the OIG
- 17:44Speaker 1: report so that we could go through it one more
- 17:46Speaker 1: time again, so people could see how ridiculous it is
- 17:50Speaker 1: for themselves. But multiple testimonies from victims and former Epstein
- 17:56Speaker 1: aides once more insisted that Maxwell was the boss of
- 18:00Speaker 1: his underage sex ring, drawing the same conclusion as jurors
- 18:04Speaker 1: in her New York trial. Look, there is zero doubt
- 18:07Speaker 1: what was going on. And Ghislaine Maxwell is now paying
- 18:10Speaker 1: the piper. Do I wish more people were in prison?
- 18:14Speaker 1: Of course I do. I wish the whole entire lot
- 18:16Speaker 1: of these idiots were locked up for the rest of
- 18:19Speaker 1: their lives. That's what they deserve. But Ghislaine Maxwell certainly
- 18:23Speaker 1: deserves to be where she is. But multiple victim testimonies
- 18:27Speaker 1: from victims and former Epstein aides once more insisted that
- 18:30Speaker 1: Maxwell was the boss of his underage sex ring, drawing
- 18:34Speaker 1: the same conclusions as jurors in the New York trial.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Federal inmates are prohibited from cutting publishing deals, but there's
- 18:42Speaker 1: nothing to prevent Maxwell from writing a private manuscript and
- 18:47Speaker 1: actively protected by the First Amendment and mailing it to
- 18:50Speaker 1: a lawyer or a loved one for distribution. Oh, that's nice, huh?
- 18:54Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell going to make a few bucks. Always a
- 18:57Speaker 1: good thing. Nothing like Ghislaine Maxwell profiting off of her crimes.
- 19:02Speaker 1: She doesn't have a computer but has access to a typewriter.
- 19:05Speaker 1: and can bone up on the legal system via her
- 19:08Speaker 1: job in the law library at the low-security Tallahassee lockup
- 19:12Speaker 1: where she's been incarcerated since July of 2022. She has
- 19:17Speaker 1: access to three lockers in legal and moves her manuscript
- 19:20Speaker 1: and papers from one to the other because she's so
- 19:23Speaker 1: paranoid that someone might steal it or leak it, the
- 19:26Speaker 1: source added. Apparently, it's already finished, but she is waiting
- 19:30Speaker 1: for the right moment to publish it. The source explained
- 19:32Speaker 1: how Maxwell was has become increasingly withdrawn and bitter during
- 19:36Speaker 1: her time behind bars, throwing temper tantrums and barely participating
- 19:40Speaker 1: in prison life. Aw, poor Maxwell the martyr. Here's an idea.
- 19:45Speaker 1: If you don't want to go to prison and you
- 19:47Speaker 1: don't want to live that kind of life, don't molest
- 19:49Speaker 1: little girls. Don't help your boy Epstein molest little girls.
- 19:53Speaker 1: And then you won't go to prison. It's a pretty
- 19:55Speaker 1: simple proposition. Max is just not the same upbeat person
- 19:59Speaker 1: that she was a year ago. She's lost all confidence.
- 20:03Speaker 1: She just mopes around depressed all day, the insider said. Well, again,
- 20:08Speaker 1: If she didn't want to have to mope around and
- 20:09Speaker 1: be depressed, don't go to prison. Don't hurt little girls.
- 20:13Speaker 1: You had the whole entire world given to you from birth,
- 20:16Speaker 1: and you chose to squander that. So, I don't want
- 20:18Speaker 1: to hear shit as the rest of us wake up
- 20:21Speaker 1: every day, put on our work clothes, and go to work.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Last Friday at Shabbat, she got there five minutes before
- 20:28Speaker 1: candle lighting. She told the chaplain he didn't call her
- 20:31Speaker 1: early enough, and she threw candles at him, cussed him out,
- 20:34Speaker 1: and left. Dailymail.com previously revealed... how Maxwell hosted yoga and
- 20:40Speaker 1: etiquette classes for 846 fellow Khans after arriving in the
- 20:45Speaker 1: Sunshine State and will go jogging every day on the
- 20:48Speaker 1: running track. She recently abandoned plans to participate in a
- 20:52Speaker 1: prison marathon race, however, barely gets any exercise and rarely
- 20:56Speaker 1: goes outside. Max hasn't dyed her hair. She barely takes
- 21:00Speaker 1: care of herself these days. She still has the job
- 21:03Speaker 1: in the law library, but she's very rude to anyone
- 21:05Speaker 1: who asks for help. I think it's because she finally
- 21:08Speaker 1: realizes that she's not getting out of here anytime soon.
- 21:12Speaker 1: This will all change, however, when her book comes out,
- 21:14Speaker 1: or so she thinks. Maxwell asked to serve her time
- 21:18Speaker 1: at FCI Danbury, the white-collar Connecticut lockup that inspired Orange
- 21:23Speaker 1: is the New Black, but was unexpectedly shipped 1,000 miles
- 21:27Speaker 1: south of Florida. But the truth is, that's not how
- 21:31Speaker 1: it went down. Now, Ghislaine Maxwell asked to be put
- 21:34Speaker 1: in Danbury. But nobody ever promised her that. Nobody ever said, OK,
- 21:38Speaker 1: you're going to go to Danbury. That was never part
- 21:40Speaker 1: of the real conversation. That was what she asked. And
- 21:44Speaker 1: the government decided that she'd be better served and the
- 21:47Speaker 1: government would be better served if she was down in
- 21:50Speaker 1: Tallahassee instead. FCI Tallahassee bosses tried to keep inmates from
- 21:56Speaker 1: learning too much about her by removing the library's only
- 21:58Speaker 1: copy of Filthy Rich, James Patterson's bestselling book about Epstein's crimes.
- 22:04Speaker 1: But as word got around about her ties to the
- 22:06Speaker 1: billionaire pedophile, she found herself being despised by her fellow
- 22:10Speaker 1: felons who say she is aloof and has poor hygiene.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Controversy ensued when Maxwell used the prison's video system to
- 22:19Speaker 1: give an interview to UK broadcaster Jeremy Kyle in which
- 22:22Speaker 1: she claimed, without evidence, that the now notorious photograph of
- 22:26Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts was a fake. Dailymail.com revealed,
- 22:31Speaker 1: How the chat earned Maxwell 48 hours in the special
- 22:35Speaker 1: housing unit, the SHU, a prison within a prison comprising
- 22:39Speaker 1: of tiny grim cells where inmates are caged for 23
- 22:43Speaker 1: hours at a time and fed through slits in the door.
- 22:48Speaker 1: We also told how the Brit earned the title Prison
- 22:51Speaker 1: Karen after lodging hundreds of petty complaints about life behind bars,
- 22:55Speaker 1: from slating the paltry vegan menu to moaning about a
- 22:58Speaker 1: transgender inmate having noisy sex in the bunk above hers. Maxwell,
- 23:04Speaker 1: federal prisoner 02879-509, also landed two Cuban felons in solitary
- 23:11Speaker 1: confinement after snitching on them for demanding that she buy
- 23:15Speaker 1: them items with her $ 360 cash. commissary allowance. She will
- 23:20Speaker 1: be nearly 80 by the time that she is freed
- 23:23Speaker 1: unless she can successfully appeal her convictions for helping Epstein,
- 23:27Speaker 1: who committed suicide allegedly in prison while awaiting trial in
- 23:31Speaker 1: August of 2019. He was 66. Federal prosecutors deny claims
- 23:38Speaker 1: that she was made a scapegoat for his crimes. She
- 23:41Speaker 1: was not a scapegoat. Zero chance that that occurred. She
- 23:44Speaker 1: is doing time for the crimes that she committed And
- 23:47Speaker 1: any other suggestion contrary to that is an absolute lie.
- 23:52Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell is going to write a tell-all memoir.
- 23:55Speaker 1: And according to her, folks, she's going to tell you
- 23:58Speaker 1: a bunch of stuff you have no idea about. Meanwhile,
- 24:01Speaker 1: we all know that it's just going to be the
- 24:03Speaker 1: same old bullshit repackaged once again. All right, everybody, that's
- 24:07Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. All of the
- 24:09Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 24:13Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to
- 24:16Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Recently we were talking about Ghislaine Maxwell
- 24:20Speaker 1: and the fact that she might have some kind of
- 24:22Speaker 1: autobiography in the works where she says that she's going
- 24:26Speaker 1: to tell the whole real story. Well now we're learning
- 24:30Speaker 1: that she could possibly make millions of dollars from this project.
- 24:35Speaker 1: And while that's true, do you really think that Ghislaine
- 24:38Speaker 1: Maxwell would be able to keep any of that money
- 24:40Speaker 1: or do you think that she would be sued into oblivion?
- 24:44Speaker 1: There are so many people out there that have not
- 24:46Speaker 1: come forward or who have not taken money from the
- 24:49Speaker 1: fund that could still sue Ghislaine Maxwell into oblivion. And
- 24:53Speaker 1: if you think that she's going to pocket all this money,
- 24:56Speaker 1: you have not been paying attention. The second she earns
- 24:59Speaker 1: one single dollar, that dollar is going to be in
- 25:02Speaker 1: jeopardy because she's going to get sued. Today's article is
- 25:05Speaker 1: from Newsweek. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell can make millions from Jeffrey
- 25:10Speaker 1: Epstein scandal. This article was authored by Sean O'Driscoll. Jeffrey
- 25:15Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors will not profit from Ghislaine Maxwell's forthcoming tell-all book,
- 25:20Speaker 1: a senior attorney told Newsweek. Kate Mangels, the partner at
- 25:24Speaker 1: the Kinsella Holly Isser Cup Steinsuper firm in Los Angeles
- 25:29Speaker 1: was reacting to a report in the Daily Mail on
- 25:32Speaker 1: January 28th that Maxwell has been working on a memoir
- 25:36Speaker 1: from her prison cell in order to counter alleged disinformation
- 25:40Speaker 1: about her relationship with Epstein. So like who's really gonna
- 25:43Speaker 1: believe anything she has to say? I mean maybe a
- 25:46Speaker 1: few people out there because they want to believe her
- 25:50Speaker 1: But everything that we've learned about this lady over the
- 25:52Speaker 1: years has pointed us in the direction of her being
- 25:56Speaker 1: exactly where she belongs. And I think that the time
- 25:59Speaker 1: to spill the beans was during the trial, no? Get
- 26:02Speaker 1: yourself a deal. Maybe get yourself some better circumstances. She
- 26:06Speaker 1: didn't do that. But now, all of a sudden, she's
- 26:09Speaker 1: going to tell us the really real? Okay, I guess,
- 26:11Speaker 1: if you want to believe it. Under United States law,
- 26:15Speaker 1: Maxwell can take all the profits from the book along
- 26:18Speaker 1: with associated documentaries, podcasts, and films. Maxwell, Epstein's longtime girlfriend
- 26:23Speaker 1: and associate, no, longtime associate, longtime co-conspirator, longtime girlfriend, Maxwell wishes,
- 26:29Speaker 1: was found guilty in 2021 of sex trafficking women and
- 26:32Speaker 1: girls for Epstein. to abuse, and to serving a 20-year
- 26:36Speaker 1: prison sentence. Not only that, but she helped in the abuse,
- 26:40Speaker 1: according to numerous survivors. So it wasn't just facilitation. It
- 26:45Speaker 1: wasn't just being a madam. That is not giving Ghislaine
- 26:49Speaker 1: Maxwell the disgusting credit she deserves for the role that
- 26:52Speaker 1: she played. And if you want to break it down,
- 26:55Speaker 1: like a mafia family, you had Epstein at the top,
- 26:58Speaker 1: then right below him, you had his underboss, Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 27:01Speaker 1: then you had the Corps 4, who were his lieutenants.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Pretty simple. And it would have been pretty simple for
- 27:07Speaker 1: the government to go after them, like a mafia, and
- 27:10Speaker 1: hit them with Rico. But I guess that's another story
- 27:12Speaker 1: for another time. Maxwell has maintained her innocence and has
- 27:16Speaker 1: appealed her conviction. Well, that's going to work out for her.
- 27:20Speaker 1: And I know that there are some articles out right
- 27:22Speaker 1: now talking about the situation with Scotty David and Juror 50.
- 27:26Speaker 1: But if you look at a situation like Alec Murdoch's,
- 27:29Speaker 1: and then you compare it to what happened with Maxwell...
- 27:32Speaker 1: I don't know how Maxwell's going to try and climb
- 27:35Speaker 1: that hill. The events have to be extraordinary for the
- 27:38Speaker 1: appellate court to go and overturn a conviction from the
- 27:43Speaker 1: district court. It just doesn't happen very often. So you
- 27:47Speaker 1: have to really have a case and you have to
- 27:49Speaker 1: really be able to make that case to the appellate court.
- 27:52Speaker 1: And remember that Judge Nathan, the original judge who passed
- 27:55Speaker 1: the sentence on Maxwell, she sits on that appeals court now.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Disgraced investment manager, you mean pedophile, was arrested in July
- 28:02Speaker 1: 2019 on federal charges of trafficking minors for sex in
- 28:06Speaker 1: Florida and New York between 2002 and 2005. He died
- 28:11Speaker 1: in a Manhattan jail cell in an apparent suicide two
- 28:13Speaker 1: months later. Yeah, still questions there too. Now I know,
- 28:17Speaker 1: I know Bill Barr told you that Jeffrey Epstein 100%
- 28:21Speaker 1: committed suicide. And if you want to believe Bill Barr,
- 28:24Speaker 1: I am not here to try and convince you otherwise.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Me personally, I'm going to need more evidence. And I
- 28:30Speaker 1: was hoping that the Inspector General's report would clear things
- 28:34Speaker 1: up for us, but it didn't. Instead, it looked like
- 28:37Speaker 1: a whitewash job. Oh well, here's the issues that are
- 28:41Speaker 1: wrong with the Bureau of Prisons, and let's just blame
- 28:44Speaker 1: Epstein's death on all of those issues. And by the way,
- 28:48Speaker 1: we're not going to fix any of those issues in
- 28:49Speaker 1: the aftermath. So there's that. Just another waste of taxpayer dollars.
- 28:54Speaker 1: In 2008, Epstein had pleaded guilty to procuring a child
- 28:57Speaker 1: for prostitution in 2005 and served 13 months in prison.
- 29:02Speaker 1: He was accused of sexually abusing as many as three
- 29:04Speaker 1: dozen underage girls. Tell me you don't know the story, Mr. O'Driscoll,
- 29:08Speaker 1: without telling me you don't know the story. Three dozen?
- 29:11Speaker 1: You might want to add some zeros to that, buddy.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Epstein is also alleged to have flown underage girls to
- 29:17Speaker 1: his private island in the Caribbean and to have offered
- 29:20Speaker 1: them to wealthy and influential associates for the purposes of blackmail.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Aside from Maxwell, no other person has been criminally charged
- 29:29Speaker 1: in relation to the claims. And look, that's wrong. I've
- 29:32Speaker 1: said it once, I'll say it again. There is no
- 29:34Speaker 1: way under the sun that Sarah Kellen Vickers should not
- 29:37Speaker 1: have been charged. Going through the court documents the way
- 29:40Speaker 1: we do, her name is littered throughout these court documents,
- 29:44Speaker 1: and there's a reason. Because she played a huge part
- 29:47Speaker 1: in what was going on. So I don't understand how
- 29:50Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers, of all people, hasn't been at the
- 29:53Speaker 1: very least charged, right? Indict her, and let's see what happens.
- 29:57Speaker 1: but they refuse to do it. And once again, it
- 29:59Speaker 1: comes down to they don't want to really blow the
- 30:01Speaker 1: doors off this. Oh, they'll give you a little red
- 30:04Speaker 1: meat so they can say, look, we've done something. We've
- 30:06Speaker 1: been a little bit busy here. Look, we arrested Ghislaine Maxwell.
- 30:10Speaker 1: But the reality is nobody else went to jail. Nobody
- 30:13Speaker 1: else went to prison. Nobody else has even been swooped up.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Mangal said that attempts to stop people profiting from their
- 30:19Speaker 1: crimes have not been successful. There have been legislative attempts
- 30:23Speaker 1: to restrict this ability, but they have largely been ruled unconstitutional,
- 30:27Speaker 1: she told Newsweek. In the 1970s, following the Son of
- 30:31Speaker 1: Sam killings in New York City, the New York legislature
- 30:34Speaker 1: passed a law known as the Son of Sam law
- 30:37Speaker 1: to restrict a convicted criminal's ability to profit off of
- 30:40Speaker 1: selling their story. But this law and similar laws in
- 30:43Speaker 1: other states has been found to be in violation of
- 30:46Speaker 1: free speech rights under the First Amendment. And that's wild, huh?
- 30:50Speaker 1: You can be a killer or a molester or whatever,
- 30:54Speaker 1: and you can sell the rights to your book and
- 30:56Speaker 1: then profit off of the pain you've caused to these families?
- 30:59Speaker 1: I can't say that I'm shocked, but it is disgusting.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Mengel said that some states have forced criminals to let
- 31:05Speaker 1: victims know if they have a book coming out. Well,
- 31:08Speaker 1: that's a good idea, huh? Hey, I have a book
- 31:10Speaker 1: coming out talking about how I killed your mom or
- 31:13Speaker 1: your aunt or your wife, but I'm giving you the
- 31:15Speaker 1: heads up. I'm going to make a bunch of dough
- 31:17Speaker 1: off of it, and you're just going to have to
- 31:19Speaker 1: deal with it. That's real great. Real, real great law
- 31:22Speaker 1: we have there, folks. I mean, I get it, First Amendment.
- 31:25Speaker 1: They should be able to write whatever they want, but
- 31:27Speaker 1: they shouldn't be able to profit off the back of it.
- 31:31Speaker 1: There are some state laws setting forth rules related to
- 31:34Speaker 1: notifying victims about potential compensation, but they do not entirely
- 31:38Speaker 1: restrict a convicted person from profiting. So Maxwell can legally
- 31:42Speaker 1: benefit financially from telling or selling her story, she said. Boy,
- 31:47Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, I wonder who's going to buy that.
- 31:49Speaker 1: And can you imagine the backlash that's going to come
- 31:51Speaker 1: with it? Documents detailing people connected with the sex offender
- 31:56Speaker 1: were released on January 4th by a U.S. district court
- 31:59Speaker 1: in New York as part of a lawsuit brought by
- 32:02Speaker 1: alleged victim alleged again with the alleged. You can say
- 32:06Speaker 1: alleged about Virginia and Prince Andrew. But how are you
- 32:10Speaker 1: going to say alleged about Virginia and Jeffrey Epstein? How
- 32:14Speaker 1: many settlements does the guy have to pay out to
- 32:16Speaker 1: Virginia before we say to ourselves, all right, she's telling
- 32:19Speaker 1: the truth. Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein was in
- 32:21Speaker 1: the business of just handing money out? He was not.
- 32:25Speaker 1: The guy was cheap as shit. He wasn't just going
- 32:27Speaker 1: to hand money out just to do it. He was
- 32:29Speaker 1: paying these settlements out so he didn't get in trouble.
- 32:33Speaker 1: So the whole alleged shit here is ridiculous. If you
- 32:36Speaker 1: want to say alleged about Prince Andrew or anybody else
- 32:39Speaker 1: that we don't have the proof about, then fine. But
- 32:42Speaker 1: to say alleged about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, as
- 32:45Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell rots away in prison and Jeffrey Epstein basically
- 32:49Speaker 1: admitted to what he did when he paid all these
- 32:52Speaker 1: settlements out? Well, I think that's a bit ridiculous. The
- 32:55Speaker 1: documents mention the names of more than 70 people, including
- 32:59Speaker 1: former presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as
- 33:02Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. It came after Judge Loretta Preska found that
- 33:06Speaker 1: there was no legal justification for continuing to withhold the
- 33:09Speaker 1: names from the public. and she's spot on with that.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Judge Presco was 1000% correct. There is no reason that we,
- 33:17Speaker 1: the public, should not know what happened here or know
- 33:20Speaker 1: the names of the people who were associated with this clown.
- 33:24Speaker 1: We should know, and everybody should know. That way, all
- 33:27Speaker 1: these people that were associated with him could be held
- 33:30Speaker 1: to account. And the only way that's ever going to
- 33:32Speaker 1: happen is if people demand it. If people don't demand it,
- 33:35Speaker 1: and if people aren't fired up about what went down,
- 33:38Speaker 1: they'll just kick it right under the rug and never
- 33:41Speaker 1: talk about it ever again. That's what they've always wanted
- 33:43Speaker 1: to do with Epstein, make no mistake. And if it
- 33:46Speaker 1: wasn't for Alex Acosta getting that job working for Donald Trump,
- 33:51Speaker 1: they would have never even looked into this story. You
- 33:53Speaker 1: really think Julie Brown didn't look at that situation and say, oh,
- 33:57Speaker 1: this is a way to, you know, maybe expose Trump.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Let's dive in. And believe me, I'm happy she did
- 34:02Speaker 1: because it brought the story to light. But let's not
- 34:05Speaker 1: act like they were trying to get justice for these girls.
- 34:09Speaker 1: That wasn't what was happening. We had all these years
- 34:11Speaker 1: leading up to the story breaking, and nobody was saying
- 34:15Speaker 1: shit or doing shit. All of a sudden, Acosta, Mr.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Middleman himself, Mr. Fall Guy, gets this job, and now
- 34:21Speaker 1: we have all this interest once again? Come on now.
- 34:24Speaker 1: That's a bit of a coincidence, no? But what they
- 34:27Speaker 1: found when they started digging was not what they thought.
- 34:30Speaker 1: They thought they were going to be able to pin
- 34:32Speaker 1: all this on their political enemies. But what they found
- 34:35Speaker 1: out was everybody that was in the ruling caste, everybody
- 34:39Speaker 1: that was so-called elite New York, no matter your party, well,
- 34:44Speaker 1: they were associating with Epstein. They were partying with Epstein.
- 34:47Speaker 1: They were taking Epstein's money. And once you open this
- 34:49Speaker 1: Pandora's box, there's no putting back what you find. And
- 34:53Speaker 1: what you're going to find is a ton of corruption.
- 34:55Speaker 1: And you're going to find a lot of people that
- 34:57Speaker 1: are considered the faves by Nancy Pelosi's daughter herself right
- 35:02Speaker 1: square in the middle of all of it. The question is,
- 35:06Speaker 1: when are we going to demand accountability? All right, folks,
- 35:10Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 35:11Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 35:14Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
- 35:18Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell and her new jailhouse interview
- 35:24Speaker 1: has certainly raised some eyebrows. However, we know that she
- 35:28Speaker 1: doesn't do anything that is not self-serving. And another person
- 35:33Speaker 1: who knows that is Christina Oxenberg, who is one of
- 35:37Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's cousins and somebody who is familiar with Ghislaine
- 35:42Speaker 1: Maxwell from the past. And she's coming out and saying
- 35:45Speaker 1: the same exact thing, that Ghislaine Maxwell does nothing just
- 35:50Speaker 1: to do it. Everything's about self-serving. Everything's about bettering her
- 35:55Speaker 1: own predicament. And if she really cared about Prince Andrew,
- 36:00Speaker 1: do you really think having a convicted human sex trafficker
- 36:04Speaker 1: come out and defend your cause is the right way
- 36:08Speaker 1: to go? Of course not. If she really cared about
- 36:11Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, she'd shut her mouth and not say a word.
- 36:15Speaker 1: But she doesn't care about Prince Andrew. She cares about
- 36:19Speaker 1: nobody but herself. And the reason that she's saying all
- 36:22Speaker 1: of this is because she's working on that appeal. I
- 36:26Speaker 1: told you when this interview first cracked off that it's
- 36:29Speaker 1: my opinion that this is all based on the appeal.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Everything that you're going to hear from Ghislaine Maxwell is
- 36:36Speaker 1: done in a calculating manner. She doesn't just say things
- 36:40Speaker 1: to say it. And those who know her best are
- 36:43Speaker 1: the first ones to tell you that. So for me,
- 36:47Speaker 1: I think it's important to listen to the sources here.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Listen to the people who know her. Listen to the
- 36:52Speaker 1: people who are around her. Because those are the people
- 36:55Speaker 1: that can really build a profile, right? So when we
- 36:59Speaker 1: look at this interview and we continue to hear, you know,
- 37:03Speaker 1: bits and pieces of it trickle out and all of
- 37:06Speaker 1: it get analyzed, just keep in mind that Ghislaine Maxwell
- 37:09Speaker 1: does nothing just to do it. Everything is part of her,
- 37:14Speaker 1: what she thinks is her grand plan. Now, we've seen
- 37:17Speaker 1: it fail miserably this whole entire time, but that doesn't
- 37:21Speaker 1: mean she doesn't have a plan. Look, I didn't say
- 37:23Speaker 1: it was a good one, but she has a plan.
- 37:26Speaker 1: So today we have an article from the U.S. Sun
- 37:29Speaker 1: and the headline, Sinister Ploy. Ghislaine Maxwell's Dear Prince Andrew
- 37:34Speaker 1: comments were self-serving. He was used by her, his cousin claims.
- 37:39Speaker 1: This article was authored by... Katie Forrester. Ghislaine Maxwell's sensational
- 37:45Speaker 1: prison comments about her dear friend Prince Andrew were self-serving
- 37:50Speaker 1: and he was used by her, his cousin claims. The 60-year-old,
- 37:54Speaker 1: who was serving 20 years for trafficking teenage girls for
- 37:57Speaker 1: late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, spoke in a world-exclusive interview published
- 38:02Speaker 1: in The Sun on Sunday. So, what motivated her now
- 38:07Speaker 1: of all times to come out and start speaking on
- 38:10Speaker 1: what she knows, or what she allegedly knows, or to
- 38:14Speaker 1: even come out and comment on any of the other
- 38:17Speaker 1: people who were involved in this? Do you think she
- 38:21Speaker 1: just woke up and decided, well, now's the time? Or
- 38:25Speaker 1: is there a bigger play in motion here? The interview
- 38:31Speaker 1: with filmmaker Daphne Barak, which will appear on a new
- 38:34Speaker 1: documentary called Maxwell discussed Andrew, who denied sleeping with Virginia Roberts,
- 38:40Speaker 1: but later settled out of court. And that whole entire
- 38:44Speaker 1: scenario of Ghislaine Maxwell trying to act like the picture
- 38:48Speaker 1: isn't real, to act like Prince Andrew is, you know,
- 38:51Speaker 1: somebody who was never even around Virginia. She's not doing
- 38:55Speaker 1: Andrew any favors, especially in the court of public opinion.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Never mind criminal court if this ever goes that way
- 39:02Speaker 1: for Andrew. Now, do I think it will? No. But
- 39:06Speaker 1: could it? Perhaps. And if it does, the last thing
- 39:09Speaker 1: you need is a convicted sex offender like Ghislaine Maxwell
- 39:14Speaker 1: out here talking about how great you are. Really not
- 39:16Speaker 1: a good look for you. Maxwell claimed the royal was
- 39:20Speaker 1: her dear friend and confessed, I feel so bad for him.
- 39:24Speaker 1: I follow what is happening to him. And again with
- 39:26Speaker 1: Maxwell and all of these people who participated in this,
- 39:30Speaker 1: you have to read in between the lines what are
- 39:32Speaker 1: they really saying here what does Ghislaine Maxwell have to
- 39:35Speaker 1: gain by all of a sudden coming out and speaking
- 39:39Speaker 1: on all of this Maxwell and her lawyers are also
- 39:45Speaker 1: supporting Andrew's claim the infamous photograph of him with Virginia
- 39:48Speaker 1: is a fake Although, there has never been any proof
- 39:52Speaker 1: of this. So her lawyers are supporting this? If so,
- 39:56Speaker 1: they should be sanctioned. They're going to need to pony
- 39:59Speaker 1: up proof that this photo is fake. Now the onus
- 40:03Speaker 1: is on them. They're saying that it's fake, so prove it.
- 40:09Speaker 1: It's so ridiculous that Maxwell would think that this is
- 40:11Speaker 1: the right way to go after Andrew... had his come
- 40:15Speaker 1: to Jesus moment, paid out the money, and even came
- 40:19Speaker 1: out and said that Virginia was victimized by all of this.
- 40:23Speaker 1: But yet you have Ghislaine Maxwell pumping her lips from
- 40:26Speaker 1: behind bars saying something completely different. Andrew's second cousin, Christina Oxenberg,
- 40:34Speaker 1: who was a previous acquaintance of Maxwell's and claimed she
- 40:37Speaker 1: boasted about her connections, slammed the former socialite's latest comments.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Christina exclusively told the U.S. Sun they are pretending that
- 40:46Speaker 1: they're on his side and they're helping him and they're
- 40:49Speaker 1: working with them. They are not at all. This is
- 40:52Speaker 1: entirely self-serving. So again, somebody who actually knows Maxwell, somebody
- 40:57Speaker 1: who's closer to, you know, the participants here, she knows
- 41:01Speaker 1: the deal. Christina Oxenberg's not getting okey-doked here and nobody
- 41:05Speaker 1: else should either. Everything Ghislaine Maxwell does is self-serving. And
- 41:10Speaker 1: if she's going to start to spill the beans and
- 41:13Speaker 1: talk about what went on here, she's going to have
- 41:16Speaker 1: to really serve it up. And I don't just mean
- 41:19Speaker 1: some appetizers. I'm talking a five course meal. He doesn't
- 41:25Speaker 1: need any more help from Ghislaine. Here they are saying
- 41:28Speaker 1: we're going to prove that the photograph is not real.
- 41:31Speaker 1: It doesn't really matter anymore. He's already paid the money.
- 41:34Speaker 1: And she's not wrong about that either. Bringing this up
- 41:37Speaker 1: and talking about the photo some more is a losing strategy.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, you've all tried this already. And
- 41:46Speaker 1: if Prince Andrew, who had Andrew Brettler in his corner,
- 41:49Speaker 1: couldn't make this stick, do you really think Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 41:53Speaker 1: with whatever cut rate lawyers she's going to be able
- 41:55Speaker 1: to hire right now as she goes through litigation with
- 41:58Speaker 1: her other legal teams, is going to do a better
- 42:01Speaker 1: job than Brettler? I highly doubt that. And if the
- 42:04Speaker 1: person who is working with her does a better job
- 42:07Speaker 1: than Brettler, he should be making Brettler money. Because there
- 42:12Speaker 1: is no way, at least in my opinion, that this
- 42:15Speaker 1: sort of strategy is the right way to go. This
- 42:19Speaker 1: is her way of pretending she's helping him. And he's
- 42:22Speaker 1: buying it. She says there are 50 points wrong with
- 42:25Speaker 1: the photograph. That's how liars speak. A truthful person would say,
- 42:30Speaker 1: the three of us were never in that house. so
- 42:32Speaker 1: it's impossible. And she never goes anywhere near that. She's like, no,
- 42:36Speaker 1: look at the shadow on his hand, Christina continued. She
- 42:39Speaker 1: really destroyed the last year of the Queen's life, making
- 42:42Speaker 1: Her Majesty worry about Andrew and the shenanigans, and that's
- 42:46Speaker 1: all on Maxwell. She caused all of this distress. Eh, well,
- 42:50Speaker 1: I won't go that far. Let's not make it out
- 42:52Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew was just, you know, led to the
- 42:54Speaker 1: water by his, uh, you know, neck. This guy... Active
- 43:00Speaker 1: participation here. Is he a dumbass? Absolutely. Have I said
- 43:04Speaker 1: before that he missed his chance? Yes, I have. Prince
- 43:08Speaker 1: Andrew should have came out a long time ago and said, look,
- 43:11Speaker 1: I was being blackmailed by these people. I had no
- 43:15Speaker 1: idea what they were really up to. But he never
- 43:17Speaker 1: even did that, right? Made pretend it didn't happen. Made
- 43:20Speaker 1: pretend he didn't take part in it. So that leads
- 43:23Speaker 1: us to believe you're a liar and that you did,
- 43:26Speaker 1: in fact, take part in it. And then you add
- 43:28Speaker 1: on all of the evidence that we've seen. Yeah, kind
- 43:31Speaker 1: of hard to look at Prince Andrew as just a
- 43:34Speaker 1: shrinking wallflower here. And her only motivation is to save herself. Meanwhile,
- 43:41Speaker 1: taking everyone down with her on the way. Well, I
- 43:44Speaker 1: wish that was the case, but if we're being real,
- 43:47Speaker 1: nobody has went down with Maxwell. Who else has went
- 43:50Speaker 1: down with this ship? Christina believes Andrew, 62, did sleep
- 43:55Speaker 1: with Virginia, but was unaware of Maxwell and Epstein sex trafficking.
- 43:59Speaker 1: Very possible. I've said that before. I said that Prince
- 44:02Speaker 1: Andrew is stupid enough that he would think that, you know,
- 44:05Speaker 1: people just want to provide this shit for him because
- 44:07Speaker 1: he's a prince. But Prince Andrew's biggest problem started when
- 44:12Speaker 1: he started lying. You can't lie, bro. You better just
- 44:15Speaker 1: come out and admit and tell everybody what you know.
- 44:18Speaker 1: After Epstein was arrested the first time, Andrew should have
- 44:20Speaker 1: came forward with everything he knows. Instead, he scurried away
- 44:24Speaker 1: like a cockroach, scurried away like a little bitch-ass, and
- 44:28Speaker 1: now here we are. She feels he should have apologized
- 44:34Speaker 1: before he was forced to step down from royal duties
- 44:37Speaker 1: and stripped of his title amid the scandal. I wish
- 44:39Speaker 1: he would have come out and say, I am so sorry.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Maxwell tricked me and I fell for it. I brought disgrace.
- 44:46Speaker 1: I brought misery. That's what he should have done. She
- 44:48Speaker 1: is not wrong. This is what I've said from the beginning.
- 44:51Speaker 1: He should have owned up to this and just come
- 44:53Speaker 1: out and said, look, Maxwell and Epstein, they obviously have
- 44:55Speaker 1: some sort of honeypot operation they're running and I got
- 44:59Speaker 1: tricked into it. But he didn't say any of that.
- 45:02Speaker 1: He didn't come out and say, look, I'm sorry for
- 45:04Speaker 1: what happened. I want to help everybody. So what are
- 45:08Speaker 1: we supposed to think? Exactly what I do think. That
- 45:13Speaker 1: he's a bitch-ass punk. I'm not letting him off the hook.
- 45:16Speaker 1: And he's not somebody that was just led to this
- 45:19Speaker 1: water trough on his own, against his will, right? He
- 45:22Speaker 1: went on his own. But now that I see clearly,
- 45:28Speaker 1: all I can do is be grateful that I know
- 45:29Speaker 1: the truth and cut ties with Ghislaine and admit my
- 45:33Speaker 1: shame and move forward in a positive way. Look, she
- 45:36Speaker 1: is not wrong about any of that. Okay, she is
- 45:38Speaker 1: right about that. Maxwell is signaling. The best thing he
- 45:42Speaker 1: could do is have the courage to come out and
- 45:45Speaker 1: admit he was used by her, and then he would
- 45:48Speaker 1: be free of her. Let her rot in jail and
- 45:50Speaker 1: forget about her, and he could start his road to redemption.
- 45:54Speaker 1: She also feels Maxwell's comments about Andrew, along with her
- 45:57Speaker 1: mention of Bill Clinton, is a way she is signaling
- 46:00Speaker 1: to the pair that she still holds the power. She's
- 46:03Speaker 1: reminding them who was boss, author Christina claimed, after previously
- 46:08Speaker 1: alleging Maxwell bragged of having hidden cameras, which may have
- 46:12Speaker 1: captured their famous friends. And that's the rub, right? Where
- 46:15Speaker 1: are all of those videos? Where's all of that surveillance
- 46:20Speaker 1: and CCTV footage that they had throughout the house? That's
- 46:24Speaker 1: the million dollar question that a lot of people are asking.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Where is all of that footage? And I wish I
- 46:30Speaker 1: had the answer for you folks. I do not. I
- 46:32Speaker 1: wish I knew where it was. Because imagine the tale
- 46:36Speaker 1: that that tells. She's sinister and creepy and evil. And
- 46:42Speaker 1: I won't drop that stance. She has no remorse. I
- 46:45Speaker 1: agree there. Definitely evil and definitely sinister. Somebody that can't
- 46:49Speaker 1: be trusted. And somebody who is always looking to use misdirection.
- 46:54Speaker 1: So when I hear anything from Maxwell, I take it
- 46:57Speaker 1: with a grain of salt. Maxwell, who is appealing her sentence,
- 47:03Speaker 1: said of her link to Clinton, it was a special
- 47:05Speaker 1: friendship which continued over the years. We had lots in common.
- 47:10Speaker 1: I feel bad that he is another victim only because
- 47:12Speaker 1: of his association with Jeffrey. And we know it was
- 47:15Speaker 1: a lot more than that. You know, people want to
- 47:17Speaker 1: talk about relationships that Maxwell and Epstein had with people.
- 47:21Speaker 1: And a lot of the time they want to just
- 47:23Speaker 1: skip over the fact of the decades long bond between Epstein,
- 47:27Speaker 1: Maxwell and the Clintons. But the ties are so tight
- 47:31Speaker 1: and the ties really bind them. We're not talking about
- 47:34Speaker 1: people that just hung out at parties. We're not talking
- 47:37Speaker 1: about people that hung out five or six times. We're
- 47:40Speaker 1: talking about somebody, meaning Jeffrey Epstein, who ponied up a
- 47:44Speaker 1: bunch of dough to get the Clinton Global Initiative off
- 47:47Speaker 1: the ground. We're talking about a guy who went to
- 47:50Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's White House 17 times. We're talking about Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 47:54Speaker 1: who was invited to Chelsea Clinton's wedding. I mean, we
- 47:58Speaker 1: can go on and on and on with the ties here.
- 48:01Speaker 1: So I don't believe that Bill Clinton was dog walked
- 48:04Speaker 1: into anything. Bill Clinton walked in eyes wide open and
- 48:08Speaker 1: hands wide out. The dude has been a grifter forever.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Him and Andrew, they were made for each other, right?
- 48:13Speaker 1: To hang out perfect for each other. And then you
- 48:16Speaker 1: have all of the rumors of Ghislaine Maxwell having a
- 48:19Speaker 1: intimate relationship with Bill Clinton for a period of time.
- 48:23Speaker 1: And well, you know, you pick up what I'm putting down.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Christina also blasted Maxwell's claim many women fall for bad
- 48:35Speaker 1: guys as she continues to paint herself as a victim,
- 48:38Speaker 1: despite countless women coming forward to talk of her involvement.
- 48:42Speaker 1: This line that she's pushing about how women could have
- 48:45Speaker 1: fallen in love with a bad guy, she scoffed, give
- 48:48Speaker 1: me a break, right? That's absolute BS. And sure, women
- 48:52Speaker 1: like bad boys, not child molesters, right? Bad boys, you know,
- 48:56Speaker 1: guys that fight, guys that, you know, have a loud mouth, whatever.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Guys that molest women and children? Yeah, not really the
- 49:02Speaker 1: kind of guy that women are out here pining for.
- 49:07Speaker 1: New documentary. Very few women would agree to commit felonies.
- 49:11Speaker 1: Multiple felonies for years. There are some, but there are
- 49:15Speaker 1: very few, and most are in jail. She's wrong about that.
- 49:19Speaker 1: The numbers don't back that up, unfortunately for her. The
- 49:22Speaker 1: numbers say that 40% of human traffickers are women, roughly 40%.
- 49:27Speaker 1: And every time you turn around, there's a woman facilitating
- 49:30Speaker 1: this sort of BS. So the line that, you know,
- 49:34Speaker 1: hardly any women are involved in this stuff, that's complete
- 49:36Speaker 1: and utter BS. That is so insulting to say, oh,
- 49:43Speaker 1: anyone who's been in a bad relationship. First of all,
- 49:46Speaker 1: it wasn't a relationship. It was a job. And she
- 49:49Speaker 1: never said she loved him. She tried to get him
- 49:51Speaker 1: to marry her. In her jail interviews, part of a
- 49:54Speaker 1: bigger CBS documentary set to air this month, Maxwell complained
- 49:58Speaker 1: about her famous friends being canceled through their association with
- 50:02Speaker 1: her and Epstein. That's what happens to douchebags. Your friends
- 50:07Speaker 1: are canceled because of their behavior. not because their opinions. See,
- 50:13Speaker 1: we've talked about this previously, too. For me, it's not
- 50:15Speaker 1: about your opinion. It's about your behavior. She added that
- 50:21Speaker 1: she's thankful to Donald Trump for wishing her well after
- 50:24Speaker 1: her arrest, which gave her a big boost after so
- 50:27Speaker 1: many were forced to cut ties. I was very touched
- 50:30Speaker 1: that he would remember me. and that he would wish
- 50:32Speaker 1: me well, she said, and I was very touched by
- 50:35Speaker 1: his remembrance of me. So I hope that the next
- 50:38Speaker 1: time there's a Trump press conference, someone asks him about this.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Same way I hope that Bill Clinton gets tracked down
- 50:44Speaker 1: and asked about it, same for Donald Trump. Every single
- 50:47Speaker 1: one of these dudes who was involved here, everyone who's
- 50:50Speaker 1: mentioned by these people, they all need to have the
- 50:54Speaker 1: spotlight directly on them, and they need to answer some
- 50:57Speaker 1: serious questions, at the very least. Christina believes Maxwell will
- 51:04Speaker 1: try to transfer to a British prison after being moved
- 51:07Speaker 1: to a low-security facility in Florida and is not surprised
- 51:10Speaker 1: she has already allegedly made friends while in lockup. I'm
- 51:14Speaker 1: well aware that Ghislaine is a good fit. She's with
- 51:16Speaker 1: her own kind, those with a criminal mind, she said.
- 51:20Speaker 1: She's tough, she's arrogant, and they'll love her accent. They'll
- 51:23Speaker 1: find it funny. And she's just going to blame everything
- 51:26Speaker 1: on Epstein. A rep for Prince Andrew declined to comment. Well,
- 51:30Speaker 1: that might be the case. And she might be making friends,
- 51:33Speaker 1: but not real friends. And any one of those people
- 51:37Speaker 1: that are doing time with her right now will easily
- 51:40Speaker 1: turn on her and start to extort her the first
- 51:43Speaker 1: option or the first chance they get. And Ghislaine Maxwell
- 51:48Speaker 1: will always be that person in prison, right? Somebody who
- 51:51Speaker 1: has a target on her back. But her coming out
- 51:54Speaker 1: and talking now, this isn't just because. She has a plan.
- 51:59Speaker 1: She has a strategy. And she plans on, looks like,
- 52:04Speaker 1: lighting people on fire on the way to her appeal. Now,
- 52:08Speaker 1: will she speak with the government? Offer that 302 and proffer?
- 52:12Speaker 1: Who knows? We'll have to see. But one thing is
- 52:15Speaker 1: for sure, folks. There's something going on right now. Whenever
- 52:20Speaker 1: there is rumbling like this from Ghislaine Maxwell or anyone
- 52:23Speaker 1: in the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise... you better know that
- 52:28Speaker 1: something else is certainly on the way. If you'd like
