- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, here we go, Good morning friends, Happy Monday,
- 0:04Speaker 2: starting a brand new week.
- 0:06Speaker 3: We appreciate you being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 4: There's a rumor that Mariah Carey and j Lo may
- 0:12Speaker 4: go on a co headlining tour together next year. The
- 0:15Speaker 4: two are apparently in serious talks to go on what
- 0:17Speaker 4: they are going to call the Ultimate Diva Tour. It's
- 0:21Speaker 4: pretty difficult for these legacy acts to sell out tours
- 0:24Speaker 4: on their own, so this might be something that we
- 0:26Speaker 4: see more and more of.
- 0:27Speaker 5: Is this co headlining idea?
- 0:29Speaker 4: Obviously, two for the price of one is a lot
- 0:31Speaker 4: better for everybody, especially because concert tickets.
- 0:33Speaker 5: Are so dang expensive now.
- 0:36Speaker 4: But this particular duo would be very interesting considering that
- 0:39Speaker 4: they have a long standing riff between them and they
- 0:42Speaker 4: have to get past that in order to like go
- 0:44Speaker 4: on this tour together. So we will see how that goes.
- 0:47Speaker 4: I'll keep you updated if it actually announces. I think
- 0:50Speaker 4: most recently there was even a situation that Mariah Carey
- 0:52Speaker 4: had like shaded j Loo at So this will be interesting,
- 0:57Speaker 4: that's for sure. Hidden Bar inside the Noel Hotel Downtown
- 1:01Speaker 4: has opened their Halloween themed Bar. The Oath and Fang
- 1:04Speaker 4: pop up opened over the weekend with themed drinks and food,
- 1:07Speaker 4: as well as obviously very spooky to core lots of candles.
- 1:12Speaker 4: The bar is open every day from the afternoon until late.
- 1:14Speaker 4: They don't take reservations. I go to Hitten Bar whenever
- 1:17Speaker 4: they do these pop ups. My recommendation is that you
- 1:20Speaker 4: go into Hitten Bar, you put your name down, and
- 1:23Speaker 4: then go grab a drink somewhere else until they're ready
- 1:25Speaker 4: for you, because they'll let you know with like a
- 1:27Speaker 4: text message or a phone call that they're ready for you.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Sometimes it can take quite a while, so grow tip. Yeah,
- 1:34Speaker 4: So go check out other places. And typically there's other
- 1:36Speaker 4: pop ups happening downtown in all of those hotels as well,
- 1:38Speaker 4: so you can kind of hit a bunch of them
- 1:39Speaker 4: at the same time. N M and M's has announced
- 1:42Speaker 4: a new flavor line, the Bakery Collection. It's coming in January.
- 1:47Speaker 4: It's a limited edition flavors. Peanut butter cinnamon Roll, cherry
- 1:51Speaker 4: chocolate cupcake, and lemon.
- 1:53Speaker 5: Meringue Pie are the three that you can find, and
- 1:55Speaker 5: then they're gonna do.
- 1:56Speaker 4: A flavor vote, which you could be a part of
- 1:58Speaker 4: by just scanning the QR code on the packages. One
- 2:00Speaker 4: of them is sticking around depending on how many people.
- 2:02Speaker 5: Vote for it.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Murky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 2:06Speaker 4: to know.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Ricky Sanchaz, and thank you for
- 2:09Speaker 2: starting your Monday morning with us. Within about ten minutes,
- 2:12Speaker 2: for the first caller of the day, we have tickets to.
- 2:14Speaker 3: See Zara Larson. This is big.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It's gonna be a bit before the show. She's gonna
- 2:18Speaker 2: be here next year, but we've got your tickets all week.
- 2:20Speaker 2: They're coming next to the River, the River.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Good morning, welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 2:28Speaker 4: We've got Holly and Dixon on theline. Good morning, Holly,
- 2:32Speaker 4: Good morning.
- 2:33Speaker 5: How are you feeling this morning?
- 2:34Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 2:35Speaker 6: How are you guys?
- 2:36Speaker 7: We're good.
- 2:36Speaker 5: I mean, you're starting a new week.
- 2:38Speaker 4: It's Monday morning, it's early, so obviously you know our
- 2:41Speaker 4: next question is going to be where are you going?
- 2:43Speaker 5: And we assume it's work, and if it is, what
- 2:45Speaker 5: do you do?
- 2:46Speaker 8: And I work at Assistant Living in Pairview, i work
- 2:48Speaker 8: at the Pearl at Pairview and I'm an activity director.
- 2:51Speaker 3: That's so so fun.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Thank you for doing that give us some examples of
- 2:55Speaker 2: some of the activities you guys do well.
- 2:57Speaker 8: Of course, I love bingo and those types of things
- 3:00Speaker 8: that we do, all kinds of stuff. We seed the
- 3:02Speaker 8: homeless and teddy bears.
- 3:04Speaker 9: And I just have to tell you my little gay
- 3:07Speaker 9: heart loves being goes so much in a restaurant, I
- 3:11Speaker 9: just get so excited.
- 3:13Speaker 4: I also feel like what Holly does is like also.
- 3:16Speaker 5: A great idea for you. Zach. Have you ever left radio?
- 3:19Speaker 5: I could see you.
- 3:21Speaker 9: Yes.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Oh God, I thought you were gonna say moving into
- 3:24Speaker 2: like a facility.
- 3:25Speaker 5: I no, Zach. Just like Zach can talk to anybody.
- 3:29Speaker 4: He makes everybody feel better, like everybody, I feel like
- 3:32Speaker 4: you'd be a great activities director at like a place
- 3:35Speaker 4: like this versus a living early Are.
- 3:37Speaker 7: You guys hiring we are?
- 3:41Speaker 5: I wasn't saying now, that's not what I watch.
- 3:45Speaker 9: My last random question for you, Holly, is because I
- 3:47Speaker 9: have a friend that lives in Dixon and another one
- 3:49Speaker 9: that lives in fair of you, and there are just
- 3:50Speaker 9: so many wild animals of like cows and goats and
- 3:53Speaker 9: lamas and things.
- 3:54Speaker 7: How many do you see on the way to work?
- 3:56Speaker 3: They are wild.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Lamas in Dixon? Yeah, you see the zebra, a lot
- 4:03Speaker 2: of deer.
- 4:03Speaker 8: Okay, there are some donkeys around here.
- 4:05Speaker 7: Okay. See, I don't know why you said like wild animals.
- 4:09Speaker 4: I was expecting you to say, like like a tiger
- 4:11Speaker 4: or something like that. Like you were like, oh, lama
- 4:14Speaker 4: and cows, like the things that people normally have on
- 4:17Speaker 4: a farm.
- 4:17Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm just saying, how many do you see?
- 4:20Speaker 5: Ollie?
- 4:22Speaker 4: I am going to apologize for my friends. I feel
- 4:24Speaker 4: like I have do this often. But I'm also going
- 4:26Speaker 4: to tell you that you are the first color of
- 4:28Speaker 4: the day on one of seventy five of the river.
- 4:29Speaker 5: You're getting these tickets to see Zarl Arson.
- 4:31Speaker 8: Awesome, Thank you.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Congratulations.
- 4:33Speaker 2: You're gonna be at Marathon Music Works in April and
- 4:36Speaker 2: you will be there.
- 4:37Speaker 3: You are a delight and we appreciate you starting your
- 4:39Speaker 3: day with us.
- 4:40Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 4:41Speaker 3: I know, do you see?
- 4:43Speaker 10: I know?
- 4:43Speaker 7: Why do you guys think it's such a weird question.
- 4:45Speaker 7: We have a zebra on the loose.
- 4:47Speaker 3: And run and it was a national story.
- 4:49Speaker 2: If somebody has a lama or a cow on their farm,
- 4:51Speaker 2: it's not a wild animal.
- 4:53Speaker 7: It's wild.
- 4:54Speaker 4: The zebra was not normal because it was quite literally
- 4:56Speaker 4: a wild animal that somebody tried to have on a farm.
- 4:59Speaker 9: It's still a wild animal. It's not in a zoo
- 5:01Speaker 9: or like in a cage or any.
- 5:03Speaker 3: If somebody owns it, it's on their property. It's that wild.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Your dogs wild animals.
- 5:07Speaker 7: Yes, have you met him?
- 5:10Speaker 2: Oh boy, it's gonna be a fun day more Zara
- 5:12Speaker 2: Larson tickets tomorrow and all week for the first go
- 5:15Speaker 2: on oh.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Seven five The River Reicky, Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 5:19Speaker 4: Zach has taken on a new personality trait and he
- 5:23Speaker 4: hasn't even got a reason.
- 5:25Speaker 5: To do it.
- 5:26Speaker 7: I'm a bridezilla.
- 5:27Speaker 5: You have no reason to be a bridezilla. You're not
- 5:29Speaker 5: getting married.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think you're a bridezilla if you're not
- 5:32Speaker 3: the bride.
- 5:32Speaker 7: Oh, I'm definitely a bridezilla.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Okay, Well, he noticed this new trait over the weekend
- 5:38Speaker 4: at a very specific spot. You're gonna explain to us
- 5:41Speaker 4: how you became a bridezilla without a wedding, right?
- 5:43Speaker 5: Oh?
- 5:43Speaker 7: Sure, I am the song.
- 5:45Speaker 2: We'll get into it. Zach became a bridezilla this weekend.
- 5:48Speaker 2: We'll find out why.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Next one oh seven five The River, Reicky, Zach.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And Meno in the Morning.
- 5:53Speaker 2: You mentioned right before that song that Zach is he's
- 5:56Speaker 2: not getting married anytime soon.
- 5:58Speaker 3: He's not gonna be a bride anytime soon, waiting to run.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But in you are a self described bridezilla all of
- 6:04Speaker 2: a sudden.
- 6:05Speaker 9: Yeah, so I'm actually part of a wedding next year.
- 6:08Speaker 9: And so we went wedding dress shopping over the weekend.
- 6:10Speaker 9: Her family is from Evansville, Indiana, so we drove up
- 6:13Speaker 9: to Evansville on Saturday so that we can go wedding
- 6:16Speaker 9: dress shopping with the mom, the sister.
- 6:18Speaker 7: Everybody could be involved in the experience.
- 6:19Speaker 5: Were you trying on dresses?
- 6:21Speaker 7: I was not.
- 6:22Speaker 4: She was, Okay, I'm just trying to figure out how
- 6:25Speaker 4: you became the bridezilla.
- 6:26Speaker 5: That's why I'm asking a questions.
- 6:27Speaker 9: Every time she would come out and address I immediately
- 6:30Speaker 9: was like heinous, hideous.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Oh my god, take that off.
- 6:34Speaker 7: Well that looks like a paper towel.
- 6:36Speaker 5: That does that sound bridezilla?
- 6:37Speaker 3: That sounds rude, I mean, especially to the store.
- 6:40Speaker 9: Okay, but here's the thing is I used to sell
- 6:43Speaker 9: wedding dresses, and I know that these salespeople make money
- 6:46Speaker 9: on commission how quickly they can sell a dress. So
- 6:49Speaker 9: I don't want to waste their time if we don't
- 6:51Speaker 9: like it. Instead of just being nice of like, oh,
- 6:53Speaker 9: this one is cute and this one is fine. I
- 6:56Speaker 9: hated when people did that, so I turned into basically
- 6:59Speaker 9: the mom's of being like, let me feel it. Nope,
- 7:01Speaker 9: that texture is hideous. Nope, this is awful. Don't even
- 7:04Speaker 9: put that on your body.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Bride actually liked it.
- 7:07Speaker 9: She did not.
- 7:09Speaker 4: You don't know that if you immediately said nope, ugly,
- 7:12Speaker 4: you look hideous.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Take it off.
- 7:14Speaker 9: Afterwards, she very much so said, Zach, thank you so
- 7:17Speaker 9: much for speaking my mind. Because she is such a
- 7:19Speaker 9: pushover and such a nice person that she would have
- 7:22Speaker 9: just been.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Like, Okay, this is cute, take it. I'll just buy it.
- 7:26Speaker 7: I'll bet bying.
- 7:28Speaker 5: It didn't give her a complex.
- 7:30Speaker 2: There's gotta be middle ground with SOFTI adjectives like what
- 7:36Speaker 2: like yeah, exactly perfect. Yeah, that one's not gonna work.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Let's try another one. You don't have to, oh, hideous.
- 7:44Speaker 2: The worst dress I've ever seen This play sells garbage clothes.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Also, I mean Kevin's thinking about the shop. I'm not
- 7:50Speaker 4: thinking about the shop. I'm thinking about the person wearing it.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Like the bride to be putting this dress on. If
- 7:56Speaker 4: she put it on and she felt beautiful in that
- 7:58Speaker 4: dress and then walks out, you're.
- 8:00Speaker 5: Like ugliest thing I've ever seen. Take it off right now.
- 8:02Speaker 5: I will literally create a complex.
- 8:05Speaker 3: It was ugly.
- 8:06Speaker 7: What else did you want me to say?
- 8:07Speaker 5: But your taste and her tastes are different.
- 8:09Speaker 9: But if she wants to look beautiful on her wedding day,
- 8:12Speaker 9: I know a lot of people are gonna be like,
- 8:14Speaker 9: there are a lot of brides get very in their
- 8:17Speaker 9: head about what people are gonna think, what they look like.
- 8:19Speaker 9: So if I just go ahead and tell you right now,
- 8:21Speaker 9: it's hideous, But it's not about.
- 8:22Speaker 5: What anybody thinks. It's about what they feel good is.
- 8:25Speaker 9: It's what they feel good in. But also they want
- 8:27Speaker 9: to put on a show or use they wouldn't have.
- 8:28Speaker 3: A wedding in the end, Did you guys find a
- 8:30Speaker 3: dress for her?
- 8:32Speaker 9: We did not find a dress because they were all heinous, ugly, sad, hideous, awful, tragic.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Okay, so I'm not taking you dress shopping, I noted,
- 8:42Speaker 4: my god.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Dude, Well, I mean, how high are your standards?
- 8:46Speaker 1: Though?
- 8:46Speaker 2: Like, is she ever gonna find anything? Are you gonna
- 8:48Speaker 2: make her go to the most high end place around.
- 8:50Speaker 7: I don't think here's the thing.
- 8:52Speaker 9: She liked different parts of different dresses, So I'm like,
- 8:54Speaker 9: we can just custom make your gown with all of
- 8:56Speaker 9: the different works.
- 8:57Speaker 5: Everybody has the pludge were a customing.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Out what we can find.
- 9:03Speaker 9: We can figure it out, like oo or something that's
- 9:05Speaker 9: in your team.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Yeah, three things you need to know.
- 9:09Speaker 2: All right, here we go just after seven o'clock on
- 9:12Speaker 2: this Monday morning.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Appreciate you starting your day with us. Ricky's got those
- 9:15Speaker 3: three things.
- 9:15Speaker 5: The MTV VMA's happened last night.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Lady Gaga had the most nominations at twelve and walked
- 9:21Speaker 4: away last night with the most moon Men. New Artists
- 9:24Speaker 4: went to Alex Warren. Song of the Year went to
- 9:27Speaker 4: Bruno Mars and Rose. The Album of the Year went
- 9:30Speaker 4: to Subrinta Carpenter for.
- 9:31Speaker 5: Short and Sweet.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Mariah Carey was honored with the Video Vanguard Award, which
- 9:35Speaker 4: is like their big, huge award that they give away
- 9:38Speaker 4: every year. Ricky Martin was given the first ever MTV
- 9:40Speaker 4: latin Icon Award. Lots of great moments like young Blood
- 9:45Speaker 4: doing a tribute to Ozzy and other things that you
- 9:48Speaker 4: should definitely watch, you know, performances that are just amazing.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Check them out when you get a chance.
- 9:53Speaker 4: The National scenes got a new food week starting today.
- 9:57Speaker 4: It's Hate the Week, So over twenty five little restaurants
- 10:00Speaker 4: are taking part in Pizza Week, where each restaurant is
- 10:03Speaker 4: going to offer exclusive twelve dollars pizza for the week
- 10:06Speaker 4: in hopes of winning the votes of Tennesseeans. So some
- 10:09Speaker 4: restaurants are keeping it classic, you know, with the things
- 10:11Speaker 4: that they know and love, and then other places are
- 10:14Speaker 4: doing some fun spins. There's in a Lo Tae pizza
- 10:16Speaker 4: at Pizza Perfect and Mellow Mushrooms doing a loaded potato
- 10:21Speaker 4: pie that sounds amazing. So try out as many places
- 10:24Speaker 4: as you can before the fourteenth and then go vote
- 10:27Speaker 4: for them to say which one you like the best.
- 10:30Speaker 4: And there's a new phone that's made specifically for kids
- 10:34Speaker 4: that people cannot stop talking about. It's called tin Can.
- 10:37Speaker 4: It's a nod to the old tin cans on string
- 10:40Speaker 4: those phones. The idea here is that it's an old
- 10:44Speaker 4: school landline. Essentially, there's no apps, there's no texting. Only
- 10:49Speaker 4: approved people can call it. It's kind of like a
- 10:51Speaker 4: landline without the cord because you can connect it to
- 10:54Speaker 4: Wi Fi and it's a great alternative for kids who
- 10:57Speaker 4: want iPhones but are just not old enough yet tax
- 11:00Speaker 4: have one.
- 11:01Speaker 5: I like this, It's a great idea.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Yeah, tin Can is what it's called for all the
- 11:05Speaker 4: parents out there looking for an alternative to an iPhone,
- 11:07Speaker 4: because obviously, you know, I've heard kids as young as
- 11:09Speaker 4: ten are asking for iPhones, which is really young. Obviously,
- 11:13Speaker 4: to each their own, but this might be a good
- 11:15Speaker 4: alternative for you to look into.
- 11:16Speaker 5: Tin Can. I'mrick Sanchez and those are the three things
- 11:19Speaker 5: you need to know.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Thank you so much, Ricky.
- 11:21Speaker 2: In honor of the previously mentioned Pizza Week, Zack's fact
- 11:25Speaker 2: it's about pizza today. That's coming right after our best
- 11:28Speaker 2: new artists from the VMA is last night.
- 11:30Speaker 3: It's Alex Warren, It's Ordinary.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 11:34Speaker 5: One seven five the River. Zack told us this morning
- 11:36Speaker 5: that this is going to blow our minds. It's zachs
- 11:39Speaker 5: Fax on one of seven.
- 11:40Speaker 7: Five of the River. I genuinely think that it's gonna
- 11:42Speaker 7: blow your mind.
- 11:43Speaker 3: So I want you to.
- 11:44Speaker 9: Take a guest. First, in the history of Domino's Pizza,
- 11:47Speaker 9: what do you think the busiest day was?
- 11:50Speaker 3: I'd say, like a Super Bowl.
- 11:52Speaker 5: That makes sense.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Maybe like New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, you're
- 11:56Speaker 4: not really cooking.
- 11:57Speaker 9: Okay, so I think those are both valid guesses. But
- 12:00Speaker 9: the answer is it was people watching O. J. Simpson's
- 12:03Speaker 9: slow speed car chase. Over ninety five million Americans were
- 12:06Speaker 9: sitting there thirty one years ago watching this on TV.
- 12:09Speaker 9: And that's the busiest day in history for dominant spezza.
- 12:12Speaker 5: That checks out.
- 12:13Speaker 4: We didn't have phones to update us on what was happening,
- 12:15Speaker 4: so everybody was glued to their TV screens.
- 12:17Speaker 3: I'm a little older than you, it's just a little bit.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Do you have any memory of that day?
- 12:22Speaker 10: No?
- 12:22Speaker 4: Nope, no, okay, Oh it happened in ninety four.
- 12:25Speaker 5: Yeah, they barely existed.
- 12:29Speaker 3: I remember it well. Thanks Zach.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and men is.
- 12:35Speaker 4: The last rabbit hole you went down on like social
- 12:39Speaker 4: media or on the internet, or maybe like somebody said
- 12:41Speaker 4: something to you and it just made.
- 12:42Speaker 5: You spiral out of control. It's one of seven five
- 12:45Speaker 5: the River.
- 12:46Speaker 4: I just learned about perpetual stews on TikTok, and I
- 12:51Speaker 4: had never heard about what a perpetual stew was before,
- 12:54Speaker 4: and I went down this insane rabbit hole, and is that.
- 12:57Speaker 2: It's like the big pot where they're just constantly adding
- 13:00Speaker 2: ingredients and never really cleaning it or emptying it or anything.
- 13:02Speaker 3: It just it never never ends.
- 13:03Speaker 5: It never ends.
- 13:04Speaker 4: It simmers at a heat so that it stays, you know, stable,
- 13:08Speaker 4: and there's no bacterial growth or anything. But you're just
- 13:11Speaker 4: constantly adding things to the stew and then you eat it.
- 13:14Speaker 3: And so this is a rabbit hole.
- 13:16Speaker 2: You went down and you lost track of time and space,
- 13:18Speaker 2: and before you knew it, you knew everything about that.
- 13:20Speaker 4: N I spent twenty seven minutes watching tiktoks about perpetual stew.
- 13:25Speaker 3: What was the last one you went down? What was
- 13:27Speaker 3: your rabbit hole? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 13:30Speaker 3: one oh seven. We want to hear about it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: It's the room Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 13:35Speaker 2: On really in Nashville is on the line. We were
- 13:39Speaker 2: asking about the last rabbit hole you went down? Inspired
- 13:41Speaker 2: by Ricky going down a perpetual stew rabbit hole on time.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Perpetual stew is a wild thing that I did not
- 13:49Speaker 4: know existed.
- 13:50Speaker 5: I'll explain more, though.
- 13:51Speaker 4: First let's go to Lily about what she has gone
- 13:54Speaker 4: down a rabbit hole.
- 13:55Speaker 11: On dunsturizing at like Pejmax target places like that.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Oh, people are posting videos about it or is it
- 14:03Speaker 4: something that you just like read about.
- 14:05Speaker 11: No, people are posting videos about it on TikTok where
- 14:09Speaker 11: they'll go to the dumpster and they'll find bags of
- 14:12Speaker 11: like things that are brand new. Maybe they have like
- 14:15Speaker 11: one or two damages, but yeah, and like they're just
- 14:18Speaker 11: taking it home with them.
- 14:19Speaker 3: I'm kind of like, I know, I want to go
- 14:22Speaker 3: down this rebbital.
- 14:23Speaker 2: I'm not saying I want to go dumpster diving a target,
- 14:25Speaker 2: but I'm very curious.
- 14:26Speaker 5: I thought that it was.
- 14:27Speaker 4: A legal dumpster dive, so I'm shocked that they're posting
- 14:29Speaker 4: about it.
- 14:30Speaker 11: Hey, I guess they were explaining that it depends on
- 14:33Speaker 11: the state, and also it depends if the dumpster has
- 14:36Speaker 11: like a lock or if it says private property. If
- 14:39Speaker 11: it doesn't have a lock or it's says private.
- 14:40Speaker 12: Property, go ahead, go to town. But yeah, some people
- 14:44Speaker 12: have found really really good things. I'm telling you, once
- 14:47Speaker 12: you start, you cannot stop watching these videos, and it
- 14:50Speaker 12: makes you.
- 14:51Speaker 11: Want to think, like, hey, should I just do this?
- 14:53Speaker 11: Should I try it?
- 14:55Speaker 4: I want to start dumpster diving, and it makes some
- 14:56Speaker 4: extra cash.
- 14:58Speaker 12: Well call me.
- 14:59Speaker 11: We can go together.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Okay. Well, oh this is like a whole thing.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Now I'm actually so for this, silly We'll be business partners.
- 15:06Speaker 4: We'll start our own business, make a lot of money
- 15:08Speaker 4: dumpster diving.
- 15:08Speaker 3: And dumpster divas.
- 15:10Speaker 4: If we get the dumpster divas, I like it.
- 15:14Speaker 11: Yes, okay, just commicer, I'm ready, Lily.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Thank you so much for calling in and for being
- 15:20Speaker 4: willing on going in on a business with me. I
- 15:22Speaker 4: appreciate that me too.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Thank you for that, Ricky.
- 15:27Speaker 2: To your original point, I don't think we should condone
- 15:29Speaker 2: dumpster diving everybody out there.
- 15:33Speaker 5: I mean I can done it a little bit. If
- 15:34Speaker 5: it's legal, here, go for it.
- 15:35Speaker 7: Why not?
- 15:36Speaker 2: All right, just be careful. Let's talk at Gemma and Lebanon. Gemma,
- 15:40Speaker 2: good morning. What was the last rabbit hole you went down?
- 15:43Speaker 5: It was learning about like what happened during hurricane to Trina.
- 15:46Speaker 3: I know it's a new documentary on Netflix about us.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 6: I watched the documentary on Disney Plus and then started
- 15:52Speaker 6: the one on Netflix, and then I fired once.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Talk about it too, Jemma, how old are you?
- 15:57Speaker 3: Fourteen?
- 15:58Speaker 5: Fourteen?
- 15:58Speaker 4: Okay, so that makes more sense. To why you would
- 16:01Speaker 4: then be like, this is all pretty much a new
- 16:03Speaker 4: information for you, right, Jemma, Like you don't remember, kay,
- 16:06Speaker 4: Katrina happening.
- 16:06Speaker 9: I mean it happened almost fourteen years ago. Okay, yeah,
- 16:10Speaker 9: ten years ago in two thousand and five.
- 16:11Speaker 5: Okay, so that makes sense.
- 16:13Speaker 4: So now this is something that you that's caught your attention,
- 16:16Speaker 4: and now you've gone down this whole rabbit hole of it.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, Jemma, Hey, it's a good thing to
- 16:21Speaker 5: know about.
- 16:21Speaker 4: You should know about what happened because it was a huge, yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 4: huge impact on everybody.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Jema, thank you for calling, of course. All right, have
- 16:28Speaker 3: a good day. I think it was twenty years ago, actually,
- 16:30Speaker 3: Katrina would have been twenty years ago.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Yeah, Ricky, do you do you want to put a
- 16:35Speaker 2: you know, like a big old headline here on perpetual
- 16:37Speaker 2: su One thing we should all know.
- 16:40Speaker 4: That it's okay, Well, there's not one thing. There's a
- 16:43Speaker 4: lot of things. I've learned so much about it. But
- 16:45Speaker 4: perpetual stew is this stew that theoretically can last indefinitely.
- 16:50Speaker 4: It just constantly stays at a simmer which is hot
- 16:52Speaker 4: enough where there's no bacteria growth or anything, and people
- 16:55Speaker 4: just keep adding new things to the perpetual stew There's
- 16:58Speaker 4: one in Thailand that's been going for over forty five
- 17:02Speaker 4: years of perpetual stew yes, and there are a lot
- 17:07Speaker 4: of other ones that have been around for just as long,
- 17:09Speaker 4: and it's just completely safe to eat.
- 17:11Speaker 5: I just don't suggest that you do it at home.
- 17:13Speaker 9: Honestly, I feel like this sounds like the best idea ever.
- 17:16Speaker 9: You basically just keep like broth stewing, and then whenever
- 17:19Speaker 9: you get hungry, you go throw in all of the
- 17:20Speaker 9: stuff into the broth, and it makes the stew way
- 17:22Speaker 9: quicker instead of waiting for everything to boil.
- 17:24Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 17:25Speaker 7: This is julious, pretty wild.
- 17:28Speaker 10: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on Trina in Nashville.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Welcome to one of seven five the river. What was
- 17:35Speaker 4: the last rabbit hole.
- 17:36Speaker 5: You went down?
- 17:37Speaker 6: Sick reviews on TikTok, and it led me to find TikTok,
- 17:43Speaker 6: which I'm now a member of and I do my
- 17:45Speaker 6: own sick.
- 17:46Speaker 9: Are you like talking about like sticks that fall from trees?
- 17:49Speaker 7: What kind of stick are we talking here?
- 17:52Speaker 3: Like?
- 17:52Speaker 6: Liam, there's a whole stick Mason.
- 17:55Speaker 4: Wait, I just looked on TikTok there is official stick
- 17:58Speaker 4: reviews over a million fall words on this guy's account.
- 18:02Speaker 3: So what makes a good stick, Katrina? Is it like that,
- 18:05Speaker 3: the girth is, if.
- 18:07Speaker 6: It's a shape, it's usually like I had to get curved.
- 18:10Speaker 6: And if it's good for hiking and it can support
- 18:13Speaker 6: your weight, those all quality.
- 18:16Speaker 4: I will say, as I'm scrolling through this TikTok, there
- 18:18Speaker 4: are some wild sticks out there, sticks that I've never seen.
- 18:23Speaker 7: You guys, what planet am I on?
- 18:26Speaker 6: Right now?
- 18:26Speaker 9: We're talking the quality of sticks that are just laying around.
- 18:31Speaker 6: You start noticing them, now, what see, You'll be picking them.
- 18:34Speaker 9: Up, doing your under I feel like someone sent me
- 18:36Speaker 9: to an alternative universe.
- 18:37Speaker 2: I mean, I do love a good stick if I'm
- 18:39Speaker 2: out walking with my kids or something like, it's hard
- 18:41Speaker 2: to ignore a good You sound like my golden retriever
- 18:44Speaker 2: that just loves sticks.
- 18:45Speaker 7: Like, what world are we in?
- 18:48Speaker 4: We're in Katrina's world and I actually kind of like
- 18:50Speaker 4: to hear Katrina, this is pretty cool. I'm literally following
- 18:56Speaker 4: official stick reviews on TikTok now, so you know.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Another one. Thank you for calling Katrina.
- 19:04Speaker 4: Yeah bye, love, have a great day by you all right?
- 19:08Speaker 3: Coming off next with the game of the Day.
- 19:10Speaker 2: We've got Disney on Ice passes, Disney on Ice presents
- 19:12Speaker 2: Frozen and in Contact.
- 19:13Speaker 3: You can win those next.
- 19:15Speaker 4: I will say this is gonna make hiking a lot
- 19:17Speaker 4: more fun with I'm so over this conversation on.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 19:24Speaker 4: If you had your coffee this morning because Kevin Manno's
- 19:27Speaker 4: Game of the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds on one
- 19:29Speaker 4: oh seven five, the river is gonna cause a little
- 19:32Speaker 4: bit of brain brain malfunction. Yeah, you're gonna really need
- 19:36Speaker 4: to use your brain for this because it's movie anagrams
- 19:39Speaker 4: for these tickets to go see Disney on Ice presents
- 19:42Speaker 4: Frozen and Incanto hoppening at bridge Stone Arena September twenty seventh.
- 19:46Speaker 5: It's a family four pack, so this is a big one.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I love anagrams and anagram If you're not familiar, it
- 19:51Speaker 2: is when you take a word a phrase to title
- 19:53Speaker 2: something and scramble the letters up to make a new
- 19:56Speaker 2: word phrase.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Uh, here's an example for Ricky and Zach. Okay, this
- 19:59Speaker 3: is a movie.
- 20:00Speaker 2: It's gonna be very easy. Okay, unscrambled the letters. Your
- 20:04Speaker 2: word is stroll like you're taking a rolls.
- 20:09Speaker 5: Nice.
- 20:10Speaker 7: Yeah, nailed it.
- 20:12Speaker 2: I was.
- 20:13Speaker 7: I was really scared, honestly himself.
- 20:16Speaker 3: You guys want one more example just for you too, Okay, sure,
- 20:19Speaker 3: okay in attic unscrambled in attic.
- 20:25Speaker 7: It's a little tougher, like I have to write it down.
- 20:28Speaker 5: In at see this one. We did not do as quickly.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Titanic sexed in it again that you're on fire.
- 20:34Speaker 3: It's Titanic.
- 20:35Speaker 7: Oh my god, beautiful, brilliant.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Game.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Let's play the real game, all right. Six one five, seven, three, seven,
- 20:42Speaker 2: nine one seven.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Turn up your radio. Here's your clue today.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Your anagram unscrambled These letters damp rinse, damp rinse six
- 20:54Speaker 2: one five, seven, three, seven, nine seven unscrambled those you
- 20:58Speaker 2: get a movie ins.
- 21:00Speaker 3: We were both writing it down and they're already working hard.
- 21:02Speaker 2: But if you can do it, these Disney on Ice
- 21:05Speaker 2: passes or you're playing.
- 21:06Speaker 10: Next down the River Ricky, Zach and Menno in the
- 21:08Speaker 10: morning one seven five.
- 21:10Speaker 4: The playing movie anagrams for Kevin Manno's Game of the
- 21:13Speaker 4: Day on one oh seven five the River for tickets
- 21:15Speaker 4: to see Disney on Ice presents Frozen and Incanto. It's
- 21:19Speaker 4: happening at Bridgeton Arena, September twenty seventh.
- 21:22Speaker 5: This is a big one, so obviously we're making you.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Work a little harder for it because these anagrams take
- 21:28Speaker 4: some time to figure out.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it can be tricky.
- 21:30Speaker 2: This early in the morning, your brain might not be
- 21:32Speaker 2: working that way, but that's the game we're playing.
- 21:34Speaker 3: Tara and Clark spell good morning, Good morning. I'm assuming
- 21:38Speaker 3: you heard the clue a couple of minutes ago.
- 21:40Speaker 13: I did it.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Oh my goodness.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Okay, well, then this is gonna be a tall order
- 21:45Speaker 2: for you. We'll give you like ten seconds to figure
- 21:46Speaker 2: it out. Unscramble the letters in the phrase damp rinse.
- 21:52Speaker 3: If you can.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Successfully tell us what movie that would be, you get
- 21:55Speaker 2: these Disney on ice passes.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Where Yeah. Wow, there's a real disadvantage that you didn't
- 22:02Speaker 3: hear it.
- 22:02Speaker 7: But this one is really hard.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I don't know it.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Yeah, it's tough.
- 22:08Speaker 4: It's really hard.
- 22:09Speaker 6: That's a tough one.
- 22:11Speaker 7: I want you to know that. I even tried googling it.
- 22:13Speaker 7: I still don't have an answer.
- 22:16Speaker 6: Still, I've wrote it out and I'm like, what, I
- 22:19Speaker 6: don't know. I don't know it all.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Right, Well, hey, better luck for the rest of the week.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Just make sure you're listening when we when we get
- 22:24Speaker 3: those clues.
- 22:25Speaker 5: Okay, thank you.
- 22:28Speaker 2: We go now to Katie in spring Hill. Good morning, Katie.
- 22:31Speaker 2: You've heard damp rints several times. Now can you tell
- 22:35Speaker 2: us what that anagram? When you unscramble those letters?
- 22:37Speaker 3: What movie do you get? No, I'm so sorry. This
- 22:42Speaker 3: is tougher than I thought it'd be.
- 22:43Speaker 7: Really hard.
- 22:44Speaker 5: It's hard. Thanks for calling, though, Katie. We would be
- 22:46Speaker 5: have a great day.
- 22:47Speaker 6: Okay, thank you to Fo.
- 22:49Speaker 3: We go now to Wendy and Antioch.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Wendy, do you think you can unscramble damp rint I
- 22:55Speaker 2: think so?
- 22:56Speaker 7: What is it?
- 22:57Speaker 6: Spider Man?
- 22:58Speaker 7: Hey, so impressed.
- 23:07Speaker 8: Press, I'm like, uh it shudn't a while, but I
- 23:10Speaker 8: got it.
- 23:11Speaker 5: Diratulations, Wendy. That is a hard one. Nobody could get it.
- 23:15Speaker 2: The family back passes to Disney on Ice Presents Frozen
- 23:19Speaker 2: and Incanto on the twenty seventh.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Nice job, Thank you so much.
- 23:22Speaker 6: Oh my god, my girls are gonna be excited.
- 23:24Speaker 5: Oh amazing. Hang on the line. Okay, Love, we're gonna
- 23:27Speaker 5: get your info.
- 23:27Speaker 6: Okay, thank you.
- 23:29Speaker 3: All right, we're playing again. To mine. I didn't think
- 23:31Speaker 3: we were gonna start with that part of Nana Graham.
- 23:34Speaker 5: It's Monday morning. It's kind of hard to unscramble letters
- 23:37Speaker 5: like that.
- 23:38Speaker 7: Not even Google could figure it out for me.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Okay, Kevin, three things you need to know?
- 23:43Speaker 2: All right, we go a bit past eight o'clock. Thank
- 23:45Speaker 2: you for starting your Monday with us. Ricky's got those
- 23:47Speaker 2: three things.
- 23:48Speaker 4: The Bluey Movie is coming out August twenty twenty seven.
- 23:52Speaker 5: We all knew that a blue movie was happening, but we.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Didn't have many details other than the fact that they
- 23:56Speaker 4: were going to make it happen. Disney shared though, the
- 23:59Speaker 4: news that it's gonna hit theaters August sixth, twenty twenty seven,
- 24:03Speaker 4: so we got quite a while that we gotta wait.
- 24:05Speaker 4: But mark your calendars now for the Bluey Movie.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Love so much.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Southwest Airlines is bringing free Wi Fi to all flights,
- 24:13Speaker 4: thank god, because recently they added check bag fees and
- 24:17Speaker 4: assigned seating for the first time in its history.
- 24:19Speaker 5: But now they're kind of sort of making up for
- 24:21Speaker 5: it with this.
- 24:21Speaker 4: So starting October twenty fourth, they're offering free Wi Fi
- 24:25Speaker 4: to Rapid Rewards members on all flights, So all you
- 24:28Speaker 4: have to do is sign up four Rapid Rewards in
- 24:30Speaker 4: order to get the free Wi Fi t mobile is
- 24:32Speaker 4: gonna provide the Internet service, and it's gonna be available
- 24:35Speaker 4: on over eight hundred planes from takeoff to landing. So
- 24:38Speaker 4: this is a nice kind of sort of like compensation
- 24:41Speaker 4: for the fact that they're making you pay for the
- 24:43Speaker 4: check back. I'm still upset about it, though. That's still
- 24:46Speaker 4: I'm going to be mad about it for at least
- 24:47Speaker 4: another year. And night Light six p one five has
- 24:50Speaker 4: added three outdoor movies to their lineup.
- 24:52Speaker 5: For Spooky season, so leading up to Halloween, there's gonna
- 24:55Speaker 5: be three faves.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Wicked is gonna play October ninth, Sinners on octob tenth,
- 25:00Speaker 4: both at Bicentennial Park, and then two thousand and seven's
- 25:03Speaker 4: eight is going to happen on.
- 25:04Speaker 5: October sixteenth at Cumberland Park.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Tickets are on sale now starting at twelve dollars on
- 25:09Speaker 4: their website. Armbriguy Sanchez and those are the three things
- 25:12Speaker 4: you need to know.
- 25:12Speaker 2: There's some graphic movies that throw off on that screen
- 25:14Speaker 2: outside Centers and.
- 25:15Speaker 10: Hit Well, don't bring your children, Rik you, Zach and
- 25:20Speaker 10: Meno in the morning.
- 25:21Speaker 1: On one seven five, there were a screen car.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Finger It's one oh seven to five the River a
- 25:25Speaker 2: winter last night at the VMA's Congratulations Tour. We're talking
- 25:28Speaker 2: this morning about company secrets. Now that you are no
- 25:30Speaker 2: longer with the company. What secrets, the deep dark secrets
- 25:34Speaker 2: can you share. I've had a lot of different jobs
- 25:36Speaker 2: over the years, and the one overall secret that expands
- 25:39Speaker 2: to all those jobs, nobody anywhere knows what they're doing.
- 25:42Speaker 5: Oh, I thought that was more of like a known thing.
- 25:45Speaker 9: Yeah, that's just fashionable information. That's not a secret.
- 25:48Speaker 5: Nobody knows what they're doing.
- 25:49Speaker 4: These are a little more specific though. This all came
- 25:51Speaker 4: about because I found this Reddit thread where people were
- 25:54Speaker 4: just divulging secrets left and right of their former employers.
- 25:58Speaker 5: And some of them are like, duh, I definitely knew that,
- 26:00Speaker 5: and other ones are kind of mind blowing.
- 26:02Speaker 4: This one says I had a summer job at a
- 26:04Speaker 4: water bottling plant. We had a giant cabinet along the
- 26:08Speaker 4: wall with probably seventy five sets of branded labels in it.
- 26:12Speaker 5: There was just one giant spring water.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Tank and you would just fill it up with each
- 26:17Speaker 4: and every one of the different labels.
- 26:19Speaker 5: So none of the labels mean anything said.
- 26:22Speaker 4: If anything, they would specify a certain type of plastic bottle,
- 26:25Speaker 4: like clear, translucent or whatever it was that they were
- 26:28Speaker 4: looking for.
- 26:28Speaker 5: But all of the water came from the same source,
- 26:30Speaker 5: same supply.
- 26:31Speaker 7: That does not surprise me. But also I'm like, what
- 26:34Speaker 7: I know?
- 26:34Speaker 4: This one says I worked at a car rental service.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I'm taking out the company names here, but I worked
- 26:39Speaker 4: at a car rental service as a service agent, cleaning
- 26:42Speaker 4: cars in between renters. When a car needed an oil change,
- 26:45Speaker 4: they taught us how to reset the light and send
- 26:47Speaker 4: it back out to be rented again.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Are you kidding?
- 26:49Speaker 4: So they basically said never buy a car from like
- 26:53Speaker 4: that has been used previously as a car rental.
- 26:56Speaker 9: That does make a lot of sense as well, which
- 26:59Speaker 9: makes me really sad because every time I see it,
- 27:01Speaker 9: I'm like, oh my god, the car is so cheap.
- 27:03Speaker 9: It was just a rent of carts all inner state miles, like,
- 27:05Speaker 9: it's totally fine, clearly not.
- 27:07Speaker 3: It also makes me nervous to rent.
- 27:09Speaker 5: You should be nervous.
- 27:11Speaker 4: Discount store throws away brand new products every month when
- 27:14Speaker 4: they get reduced to a penny and price. They said
- 27:17Speaker 4: if people were allowed to find the items and buy
- 27:20Speaker 4: them for a penny, they would get in trouble because
- 27:22Speaker 4: they didn't take them off the shelves in time.
- 27:25Speaker 5: They would just throw them out in the dumpster and lock.
- 27:27Speaker 7: What is better, sell it for a penny or throw
- 27:29Speaker 7: it away at least make your penny.
- 27:31Speaker 5: I get it, I get it.
- 27:32Speaker 7: That makes no sense to me.
- 27:33Speaker 5: And then this one's really wild.
- 27:34Speaker 4: It says I worked at a large hardware store. The
- 27:37Speaker 4: locks on all the cages use the store number for
- 27:40Speaker 4: the combinations. Same with the safe that holds all the money.
- 27:45Speaker 7: Oh, I'm going to home depot and loads.
- 27:48Speaker 3: We shouldn't be putting this so out there in the world.
- 27:51Speaker 4: I didn't say the actual place, but it was a
- 27:52Speaker 4: large hardware store that that's what they do, which is
- 27:55Speaker 4: a dumb idea.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Ricky Zach and men in the morning.
- 28:00Speaker 2: You see that guy tomorrow night, Benson Boone in Nashville.
- 28:03Speaker 2: It's one o seven five the River. It's time for
- 28:05Speaker 2: the daily double tap. And I just want to say,
- 28:07Speaker 2: I do not support this one at all.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Well, you don't support it because you don't want to
- 28:10Speaker 4: be on the receiving end of it, and you know
- 28:12Speaker 4: that that's what would happen every single morning.
- 28:14Speaker 5: Yes, this is a petition to start.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Doing one thing at work that Honestly, Zach and I
- 28:21Speaker 4: are here for so.
- 28:22Speaker 5: We'll let them explain.
- 28:23Speaker 7: Approve.
- 28:23Speaker 5: Okay, here you go.
- 28:25Speaker 13: We should be able to boo in the office like
- 28:27Speaker 13: we're allowed to do it at sports games. We're allowed
- 28:29Speaker 13: to do it other places and keep seeing videos. It's
- 28:31Speaker 13: more socially acceptable to boo now. The only place I
- 28:33Speaker 13: haven't seen it done is in an office. If you
- 28:35Speaker 13: schedule a meeting for four point thirty on a Friday,
- 28:37Speaker 13: the entire officehill allowed to boo you like you know.
- 28:40Speaker 7: I'm talking boo. Why isn't that allowed? I agree with
- 28:45Speaker 7: this statement.
- 28:46Speaker 9: You're going to schedule a four thirty meeting on a Friday, boo.
- 28:51Speaker 4: Kevin just knows that he's going to start talking every morning,
- 28:53Speaker 4: and both of us are immediately just going to boo him.
- 28:55Speaker 3: I'm nervous.
- 28:57Speaker 8: I knew I.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Knew it boom and basically do.
- 29:02Speaker 4: That to me every day anyway, Sometimes you just gotta
- 29:05Speaker 4: boos someone.
- 29:06Speaker 5: People should be shamed for some of the things that
- 29:08Speaker 5: they do.
- 29:08Speaker 9: Kevin, we love you so much, but sometimes we have
- 29:10Speaker 9: to say boo to what you say.
- 29:12Speaker 3: Yeah, that's love.
- 29:15Speaker 7: Shit.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Thanks guys.
- 29:17Speaker 2: We'll post a video if you want to see it.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Pass it on, share it with a friends, share it
- 29:20Speaker 2: with a couple. It's going on our Instagram stories at
