Guyana just launched its first-ever heavy equipment training camp — for kids! Seventeen teens aged 12 to 15 spent a week mastering excavators, skid steers, and compactors, blending hands-on practice with classroom lessons, simulators, and even remote-controlled machines. Safety was front and center, with real-world demonstrations and fire extinguisher training.
