  Wisdom that lasts. A lot of things look valuable
• 0:14
  until you realize they cannot last.

  Money can be lost. Popularity can shift.
• 0:20
  Achievements can fade. Approval can disappear
• 0:22
  overnight. Psalm 49, verses 5 to 6 asks why
• 0:27
  we should fear in times of trouble when others trust in
• 0:29
  wealth and boast in riches. It reminds us that wealth cannot
• 0:33
  save the soul. It was never meant to.
• 0:37
  Proverbs chapter 15, verses 5 to 6, points us toward a better
• 0:41
  treasure. It says that wise lips spread
• 0:43
  knowledge and that in the House of the righteous there is much
• 0:46
  treasure. That treasure is not only
• 0:49
  material, it is the richness of a life shaped by God, wisdom,
• 0:53
  peace, integrity, love, and faithfulness.

  Romans chapter 14 verse 17 says the Kingdom of God is not a
• 1:01
  matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness and peace
• 1:04
  and joy in the Holy Spirit. That is what lasts, Not image,

  not status, not the temporary things we use to measure
• 1:13
  ourselves against others. God's Kingdom is marked by
• 1:16
  righteousness, peace and joy. So ask yourself today, what am I
• 1:20
  building my life around? What do I think I need in order
• 1:24
  to be OK? If your worth is tied to
• 1:26
  success, attention, or possessions, your heart will
• 1:29
  always feel unstable. But if your life is rooted in
• 1:33
  Christ, you can experience a treasure that circumstances
• 1:36
  cannot steal. Wisdom that lasts teaches us to
• 1:39
  value what heaven values. Speak truth, seek peace, walk in
• 1:44
  righteousness. Let joy come from the Holy
• 1:46
  Spirit, not from temporary applause.
• 1:49
  The world offers treasures that fade.
• 1:51
  God forms treasure within you that lasts.
• 1:53
  Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for
• 1:57
  showing me what truly matters. Help me stop chasing temporary
• 2:00
  things as if they can satisfy my soul.

  Teach me to value righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy
• 2:06
  Spirit. Fill my life with wisdom that
• 2:09
  lasts and let my heart find its treasure in you.

  is made known for obedience of faith to all the nations, to the

  only wise God through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory
