Latest / Christ Himself - A Daily Devotional
Evening — March 8 — 2 Timothy 1:12
For this reason, even though I suffer as I do, I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him for that day. — 2 Timothy 1:12
God's ability is the settled ground of Christian confidence. He guards what we entrust to Him, supplies grace beyond our asking, and strengthens us in temptation because Christ Himself suffered. Every promise in this reading rests on the same truth: the God who saves completely through Christ will also keep, provide, and transform.
