- 0:27Speaker 4: Ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 0:31Speaker 4: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 0:37Speaker 4: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Good day to you. I'm Ron Edwards. Welcome to the
- 1:01Speaker 3: Run Edwards American Experienced Talk Show. Great to be with you.
- 1:06Speaker 3: No matter where you're listening, and whether it's during the
- 1:09Speaker 3: daytime or evening, wherever your time zone is, welcome. Today.
- 1:16Speaker 3: We're going to start this show talking about good stuff.
- 1:20Speaker 3: You know, so often we always remind people of the
- 1:23Speaker 3: horrible things that are going on in government, around the world, etc.
- 1:26Speaker 3: But I thought I'd take time to start things off
- 1:30Speaker 3: on a more positive note. One of the things that
- 1:35Speaker 3: you don't hear about very much in the news are
- 1:38Speaker 3: the benefits that Americans have been I guess reaping due
- 1:43Speaker 3: to President Trump's tax cuts. Now we're more than halfway
- 1:48Speaker 3: through the twenty twenty six year, households across America are
- 1:54Speaker 3: reaping the benefits of President Trump's working families tax cuts,
- 1:59Speaker 3: with millions of working families keeping more of what they
- 2:02Speaker 3: earn and seeing their paychecks go much further than before,
- 2:06Speaker 3: with over a sixty three point five million returns already
- 2:10Speaker 3: passed or processed. The average refund so far as over
- 2:15Speaker 3: three thousand, seven hundred dollars, with forty five percent of
- 2:19Speaker 3: all tax returns claimed at least one of President Trump's
- 2:23Speaker 3: new tax cuts, which include no tax on tips so far,
- 2:28Speaker 3: three point five million Americans have benefit from that, no
- 2:32Speaker 3: tax on overtime fifteen point five million returns on that,
- 2:36Speaker 3: enhanced senior deductions nine point two million returns so far,
- 2:41Speaker 3: and no tax on car loan interest nine hundred and
- 2:44Speaker 3: sixty thousand returns. Nearly three point five million Trump accounts
- 2:48Speaker 3: have been open, over eight hundred thousand qualified for the
- 2:52Speaker 3: one thousand pilot program contribution. And while I'm at it,
- 2:58Speaker 3: I might remind you that over six million jobs have
- 3:01Speaker 3: been created as a result of Trump's tax cuts and
- 3:04Speaker 3: also deregulation efforts. And one of the reasons why so
- 3:09Speaker 3: many manufacturing jobs, for example, over the years that had
- 3:13Speaker 3: been chased out of our country. One of the main
- 3:16Speaker 3: reasons is over regulation, yes, high taxes, and of course
- 3:21Speaker 3: those stupid trade deals NAFTA and GAT which helped nations
- 3:27Speaker 3: like China Japan, Korea, etc. But things are being reversed
- 3:32Speaker 3: thanks also to the you know, like I said, the
- 3:37Speaker 3: regulations being reduced and tariffs. Now, how many so called
- 3:42Speaker 3: experts did you hear saying, oh my god, tariffs are
- 3:47Speaker 3: so terrible, they'll create economic havoc et cetera, et cetera.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Most of the people that were speaking out against the tariffs,
- 3:54Speaker 3: guess what, they didn't want those things enacted because they
- 3:58Speaker 3: knew historic that they would actually benefit the American economy,
- 4:03Speaker 3: which would benefit whom three to one. You know, it
- 4:10Speaker 3: would benefit President Trump and his reputation, his legacy. And unfortunately,
- 4:16Speaker 3: many people, even some Republicans, would rather our economy and
- 4:22Speaker 3: our nation be destroyed and even lose the Iranian War
- 4:27Speaker 3: than President Trump get credit for making things better. I mean,
- 4:34Speaker 3: that's pretty sick. To me, that's pretty sad. But that's
- 4:37Speaker 3: the kind of a political environment we find ourselves in today.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Because the big deal when it comes to people like
- 4:46Speaker 3: Rhino Thune, John Thune, the big issue that the dragon
- 4:52Speaker 3: media doesn't talk about is globalism putting America first. Now,
- 4:57Speaker 3: I'm of the opinion that every nation should put it
- 5:00Speaker 3: self first. If you're British, you should be putting your
- 5:03Speaker 3: nation first. Spain, Nairobi, I mean Kenya, whatever, South Africa,
- 5:11Speaker 3: whatever nation you are in that nation, the people in
- 5:16Speaker 3: that nation should put that particular nation first. And if
- 5:21Speaker 3: more nations did that, I can guarantee you that the
- 5:28Speaker 3: quality of life in most nations throughout the world would
- 5:32Speaker 3: be improved rather quickly. Because if you're putting your own
- 5:36Speaker 3: society first, you're working to better that society. You're going
- 5:41Speaker 3: to adopt principles that bring about the ability of people
- 5:45Speaker 3: to make a better life for themselves, grow businesses, keep
- 5:49Speaker 3: their families intact, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Good schools.
- 5:55Speaker 3: You know, if we expect the United States of America
- 5:57Speaker 3: to maintain its greatness, we better hurry up, you know,
- 6:02Speaker 3: based upon the principle of rational self interest, hurry up
- 6:05Speaker 3: and improve our schools, because right now, schools in the
- 6:10Speaker 3: United States of America are among the worst in the world,
- 6:13Speaker 3: in the entire world. In fact, the United States is
- 6:17Speaker 3: at the bottom of most industrialized nations. And in fact,
- 6:24Speaker 3: the quality of education in the United States of America
- 6:27Speaker 3: is far below that of what some consider to be
- 6:31Speaker 3: some world countries. I'll never forget a neighbor of ours
- 6:37Speaker 3: who is from Ghana. The couple for a few years,
- 6:41Speaker 3: they would take their son back to Ghana during the
- 6:44Speaker 3: summer vacation here in the United States, and they say,
- 6:47Speaker 3: we're going to visit the relatives in Ghana. So they
- 6:51Speaker 3: would take their son and enroll them in school while
- 6:55Speaker 3: they're in Ghana. And they thought because he was going
- 6:59Speaker 3: to America in schools and in a school district that
- 7:03Speaker 3: is touted as one of the better districts and all
- 7:06Speaker 3: of that stuff, and they thought, oh, well, okay, things
- 7:09Speaker 3: are going to be real easy. Did you know that
- 7:12Speaker 3: their son was way behind in math although he was
- 7:16Speaker 3: getting a's here in the United States in a very
- 7:20Speaker 3: good school where they don't have all the foolishness that
- 7:23Speaker 3: you would find in ghetto schools and all of that. Well,
- 7:27Speaker 3: behave students, quiet classrooms, teachers instructing, but the quality is
- 7:34Speaker 3: still below that of third world nations like Ghana. And
- 7:39Speaker 3: I'm going to tell you something. Every day we wake
- 7:42Speaker 3: up in America is still great. I think it's a
- 7:44Speaker 3: miracle when you consider that for over thirty years, America
- 7:49Speaker 3: has been executing a subparer education system, and so we
- 7:57Speaker 3: are finding ourselves in a pickle. And like I said,
- 8:05Speaker 3: because of such a huge reserve of greatness, we are
- 8:11Speaker 3: almost living on borrow time. The Small Business Administration had
- 8:19Speaker 3: talked about business formation in the United States of American.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Believe it or not, our great country has hit an
- 8:24Speaker 3: all time record business formation number according to the Small
- 8:30Speaker 3: Business Administration. Meaning see, first of all, you have to
- 8:37Speaker 3: have a prosperous economy in order for people to even
- 8:40Speaker 3: think about opening a new small business. You're talking about
- 8:48Speaker 3: an all time high. Just announced on average the last
- 8:54Speaker 3: six months, on average, about five hundred and thirteen thousand
- 8:58Speaker 3: new business formations in the in the past several months
- 9:04Speaker 3: in each month. That is crazy work. And it's easier
- 9:12Speaker 3: to start a business. Once you get into that environment,
- 9:17Speaker 3: you'll notice that it's much easier than let's say it
- 9:20Speaker 3: was just three or four or five years ago. I'll
- 9:24Speaker 3: say three, two or three years ago. And so these
- 9:31Speaker 3: good policies that have been enacted mainly through executive orders.
- 9:36Speaker 3: See the Republicans, if they were worth their salt, we
- 9:40Speaker 3: had better leadership. Someone that could replace Thune and Markowski
- 9:45Speaker 3: and Collins. Those those those they're they're basically I don't
- 9:50Speaker 3: know what they are. Other than rhinos. They should be
- 9:57Speaker 3: making all these great policies into law so that the
- 10:02Speaker 3: next administration cannot wipe them away. Because one of the
- 10:08Speaker 3: reasons why our economy went in the tank and of
- 10:10Speaker 3: the Uncle Joe Biden administration was because all of the
- 10:13Speaker 3: good things that Trump put in in effect during his
- 10:16Speaker 3: first administration, they were all wiped out in the beginning
- 10:21Speaker 3: of the Uncle Joe Biden administration. And so anyway, it
- 10:27Speaker 3: is what it is and what it shall be as
- 10:31Speaker 3: we continue well the Ron Edwards American Experience, The Ron
- 10:37Speaker 3: Edwards American Experience, a charter member of the emerging new
- 10:41Speaker 3: mainstream media.

- 14:56Speaker 3: Listening to the ron Edwoods American Experience. MA, it doesn't
- 15:00Speaker 3: get any better than maths and we're back. Yep, this
- 15:09Speaker 3: is the run Over American Experience. I am your happy host,
- 15:12Speaker 3: run Edwards Well. State University of New York system implements
- 15:16Speaker 3: a mandatory tutoring program because record numbers of first year
- 15:21Speaker 3: students are failing math and writing. You know, the State
- 15:27Speaker 3: University of New York having to implement a mandatory tutoring
- 15:33Speaker 3: program system because more and more first year students are
- 15:37Speaker 3: coming into college failing reading and math. Well, how do
- 15:40Speaker 3: they qualify to get into college in the first place
- 15:43Speaker 3: if they can't read or you know, understand math once
- 15:49Speaker 3: they get to college. The problem is widespread throughout the
- 15:52Speaker 3: Republic and not just isolated to New York. Part of
- 15:56Speaker 3: the problem is due to what happened during the Corona
- 15:59Speaker 3: China virus. Yes, but even before the Corona chinavirus, this
- 16:04Speaker 3: was a growing problem in the United States of America,
- 16:07Speaker 3: and it didn't just start in the two thousands. Believe
- 16:10Speaker 3: it or not, The cracks in the armor of public
- 16:14Speaker 3: education in America started really showing themselves as far back
- 16:19Speaker 3: as the nineteen sixties. Even though in the nineteen sixties
- 16:23Speaker 3: the majority of schools were still doing at least an
- 16:26Speaker 3: adequate job in preparing students to get into college or university,
- 16:33Speaker 3: there were some that were not even back then, and
- 16:36Speaker 3: that was why they started community colleges. That was the
- 16:42Speaker 3: real reason why they came up with these community college
- 16:46Speaker 3: colleges as a way to segue ill prepared high school
- 16:52Speaker 3: students to be able to be shifted over to a
- 16:56Speaker 3: four year university where a rigor are supposed to be
- 17:01Speaker 3: more difficult. But anyway, my friends, we see that we
- 17:08Speaker 3: have a big problem now. This situation is costing America
- 17:15Speaker 3: billions and billions and billions of dollars in competitive costs
- 17:21Speaker 3: around the world. This is one of the reasons why
- 17:27Speaker 3: the proponents of the H one B effort to bring
- 17:32Speaker 3: all these Indians and others over here to take tech jobs.
- 17:36Speaker 3: This kind of news gives them the excuse to do that,
- 17:40Speaker 3: to bring them over here and pay them lower salaries. Well,
- 17:45Speaker 3: if Americans were more prepared, that excuse could be wiped
- 17:50Speaker 3: out and everyone would win because I'd rather pay a
- 17:54Speaker 3: little bit more for an American student or an American
- 17:59Speaker 3: worker who understands our system, who grew up in our system.
- 18:03Speaker 3: And the same thing when it comes to American produced products,
- 18:07Speaker 3: I'd rather pay a little bit more for an American
- 18:10Speaker 3: produced product than something cheap and thinky in quality which
- 18:17Speaker 3: comes from China that may cost a bit less. And see,
- 18:23Speaker 3: we have to start to think more in those terms
- 18:26Speaker 3: when it comes to our country. We have to start
- 18:28Speaker 3: covering our own backsides economically, intellectually, spiritually, et cetera, et cetera,
- 18:35Speaker 3: et cetera. I understand about chasing the dollar and follow
- 18:41Speaker 3: the money and all that crap, But if you want
- 18:44Speaker 3: money and prosperity in the long run, we can no
- 18:49Speaker 3: longer ill afford the billions wasted, and the billions increase
- 18:57Speaker 3: almost on a monthly basis as far as cost of
- 19:00Speaker 3: these government schools across the country. So we're throwing all
- 19:04Speaker 3: this good money after bad right, then, unlike most enterprises
- 19:10Speaker 3: that are supposed to produce an end product, in this case,
- 19:17Speaker 3: well educated students, which is not the case, someone should
- 19:22Speaker 3: be penalized for that. If General Motors continues to make
- 19:30Speaker 3: less appealing cars than Toyota, Kia and others, guess what,
- 19:35Speaker 3: General Motors continues to lose market share, same thing for
- 19:40Speaker 3: Ford or vice versa. So why is it then that parents,
- 19:49Speaker 3: actually taxpayers in general, we are forced to pay through
- 19:54Speaker 3: the wazoo for government schools that continue to do a
- 19:59Speaker 3: worse and worse and worse and worse and worse job.
- 20:05Speaker 3: They're failing on their job, so why should they continue
- 20:08Speaker 3: to be rewarded. That's retarded, that's crazy. So they're getting
- 20:16Speaker 3: all these billions and billion Actually it's added up to trillions.
- 20:20Speaker 3: When you think about over the past thirty to forty
- 20:23Speaker 3: years of bad education in America, you have Amy Winegarden
- 20:29Speaker 3: and who's head of the teachers' union or whatever, and
- 20:34Speaker 3: there's another lady who's head of another teachers union, and
- 20:38Speaker 3: you hear their speeches, and their speeches they mention nothing
- 20:45Speaker 3: about improving the quality of education for American students. The
- 20:49Speaker 3: only thing they do now is attack President Trump, usually
- 20:54Speaker 3: telling lies, talk about more money is needed to teach
- 21:02Speaker 3: the students. And I've never seen a pile of money
- 21:06Speaker 3: walk into a classroom and teach anybody anything. It's not
- 21:11Speaker 3: about the money. It is about the method because why
- 21:16Speaker 3: is it that at a poor school in Ghana you
- 21:20Speaker 3: have far superior math education at lower grades than many
- 21:25Speaker 3: high schools in the United States of America. So it's
- 21:29Speaker 3: not the money. It's not the money, honey. It's about
- 21:35Speaker 3: the methodology. And we need to go back and address
- 21:45Speaker 3: the issue. I think it happened during the nineteen eighties
- 21:48Speaker 3: when parents were starting to sue government school systems around
- 21:52Speaker 3: the country because of poor education quality, and all of
- 21:55Speaker 3: a sudden, the union gets together and they go to
- 21:58Speaker 3: court and they get a law inculcated, you know, through
- 22:03Speaker 3: the courts that they cannot be sued, they cannot be
- 22:07Speaker 3: gone after for doing a bad job. And so you
- 22:11Speaker 3: have millions and millions of American students, generations of them,
- 22:18Speaker 3: by the way, who don't know nothing, got that mixed up,
- 22:24Speaker 3: and they have the worst education in the industrialized world,
- 22:28Speaker 3: and in many cases it's worse than third world countries
- 22:35Speaker 3: as far as education. That is crazy work. And I
- 22:40Speaker 3: understand it's by design. They are those who, you know,
- 22:44Speaker 3: in order to destroy something as great as America, you
- 22:47Speaker 3: have to produce useful idiots from within. But not all
- 22:53Speaker 3: of us are useful idiots. And we are coming together
- 22:58Speaker 3: and we're going to push back against this stupid this stupidity. Now,
- 23:04Speaker 3: due to a record number of first year failures as
- 23:06Speaker 3: in freshmen writing and math courses, the State University of
- 23:10Speaker 3: New York now will require students to have weekly meetings
- 23:15Speaker 3: with a one on one tutor and will add additional
- 23:18Speaker 3: time to classes in the latter category. I've checked. And
- 23:25Speaker 3: now in some cities, even community colleges are having to
- 23:30Speaker 3: do this. You know, that's pretty tight. Community college at
- 23:39Speaker 3: Hudson Valley Community College officials are capping the total number
- 23:44Speaker 3: of students per class in adding an hour per week
- 23:47Speaker 3: of instructional time. It also restructured its Enhanced English comprehension. Wow. Okay,
- 23:58Speaker 3: so they're limiting the class side to fifteen and having
- 24:01Speaker 3: instructors oversea student writing for two hours a week outside
- 24:06Speaker 3: of class. See this kind of stuff should have been
- 24:08Speaker 3: covered I don't know by middle school. Give me a break.
- 24:15Speaker 3: The most maddening thing about all of this is that
- 24:18Speaker 3: if you interviewed one of those students who are failing
- 24:21Speaker 3: at MAD.
- 24:23Speaker 8: You're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
- 24:31Speaker 9: Jive looked at me, your daily Liberty Newswire.
- 24:54Speaker 4: You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
- 25:01Speaker 10: News is Howard town Haul.
- 25:02Speaker 4: I'm Bobby i Aknew in.
- 25:03Speaker 10: Washington from the Trump is discussing diplomacy in the Middle East.
- 25:07Speaker 10: Here's correspondent Willie Nelson at the White House.
- 25:09Speaker 2: While sitting alongside Lebani's president Joseph Allen, President Trump said
- 25:12Speaker 2: he would be willing to speak with Hesbela as part
- 25:14Speaker 2: of an effort to bring greater peace and stability to
- 25:16Speaker 2: the Middle East.
- 25:17Speaker 3: But I would speak to I speak to everybody. I'll
- 25:20Speaker 3: speak to people that a lot of people think I
- 25:22Speaker 3: shouldn't be speaking doing things work.

- 26:07Speaker 12: What do they want to do? They want chaos, they
- 26:10Speaker 12: want powers. Ultimately what they want they can't articulate a
- 26:13Speaker 12: real clear agenda for the American people because they've been

- 26:27Speaker 13: As I've said here many times, and I say across
- 26:29Speaker 13: the country. You know, a few decades ago, Republicans and
- 26:32Speaker 13: Democrats in Congress are arguing over marginal tax rates and
- 26:34Speaker 13: shades of regulation. Now we are quite literally in a
- 26:37Speaker 13: contest to determine whether we're going to maintain our status
- 26:41Speaker 13: is the world's great superpower, the greatest nation in the
- 26:43Speaker 13: history of the world, as a constitutional republic, or we're
- 26:45Speaker 13: going to tear that down to the foundation like the

- 28:02Speaker 3: It's time for everyone to fully realize that some Republicans
- 28:06Speaker 3: are just as bad for America as any Democrat you
- 28:08Speaker 3: can find Helo. I'm or Ron Edwards on Today's face
- 28:13Speaker 3: from the Yewards Notebook. Seneba Jordi leader John Thune is
- 28:15Speaker 3: called a Rhino for good reason. Like Susan Collins and
- 28:19Speaker 3: other rhinos, Seneba Jordi leader Thune is working to help
- 28:22Speaker 3: Democrats bring about a severe undermining of our republic by
- 28:26Speaker 3: not fighting to get the Senate to pass the Save
- 28:29Speaker 3: America Act. Thune's leadership abilities have been questioned several times
- 28:33Speaker 3: by President Trump, but lack of ability is not the problem.
- 28:37Speaker 3: The truth is Thune is a childish chump willing to
- 28:41Speaker 3: continue to let the Save America Act to languish without
- 28:45Speaker 3: passage because of his hatred of both President Trump and
- 28:48Speaker 3: the America First Agenda. Tune has allowed Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth McDonald,
- 28:54Speaker 3: who previously weaponized to strip the Save Act from the
- 28:58Speaker 3: Senate's reconciliation build on the job in order to help
- 29:02Speaker 3: Democrats and fellow Rhinos to undermine President Trump's worthy effort
- 29:06Speaker 3: to secure our voting process. By simply requiring voters to
- 29:10Speaker 3: show legal identification and block illegal border crossers from voting
- 29:14Speaker 3: in our elections, Poon is a clear and present danger.

- 30:11Speaker 3: The Run Edwards American Experience a charter member of the
- 30:15Speaker 3: emerging new mainstream media, and we're back through the run
- 30:25Speaker 3: of Its American Experience. And you know, before the break,
- 30:29Speaker 3: I was just talking a bit about our education system
- 30:32Speaker 3: and the tragedy that it is and what a clear
- 30:37Speaker 3: and present danger that it poses against our republic and
- 30:41Speaker 3: its ability to maintain its greatness, its prosperity, its morality, etcetera, etcetera.
- 30:50Speaker 3: And this is something that must be addressed posthaste before
- 30:54Speaker 3: it's too late. Well, it seems that a Trump appointed
- 30:58Speaker 3: judge dismissed a federal laws suit against Minnesota's radical sanctuary
- 31:02Speaker 3: policies by upholding the state's refusal to help ice and
- 31:08Speaker 3: even be an impediment. In another big slap in the
- 31:12Speaker 3: face of all of us law abiding American sovereigns, federal
- 31:17Speaker 3: court judges are once again shielding radical politicians who put
- 31:23Speaker 3: illegal border crossers ahead of we, the American people, and
- 31:27Speaker 3: our safety. In a stunning fifty six page ruling, Chief
- 31:32Speaker 3: US District Judge Eric Tosstrad tossed the Trump administration's lawsuit
- 31:37Speaker 3: challenging Minnesota's web of sanctuary laws and local ordinances that
- 31:42Speaker 3: deliberately obstruct federal immigration enforcement. The case, United States Versus
- 31:48Speaker 3: State of Minnesota targeted the state of Minnesota's Attorney General
- 31:53Speaker 3: Keith Ellison that Crook, the City of Minneapolis, the City
- 31:57Speaker 3: of Saint Paul, Hennington County, and Sheriff dowanis s wit
- 32:04Speaker 3: or should I say witless? The Department of Justice argued
- 32:08Speaker 3: that state constitutional interpretations, statutes restricting information sharing with the
- 32:14Speaker 3: federal immigration authorities, limits on honoring ICE detainees, and local
- 32:20Speaker 3: sanctuary ordinances unlawfully interfered with federal immigration enforcement. Specifically, the
- 32:27Speaker 3: DOJ alleges that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Crook Ellison's interpretation
- 32:34Speaker 3: of the state's constitution unlawfully perverted local officials from honoring
- 32:41Speaker 3: ICE detainees, and the state statues improperly restricted the sharing
- 32:48Speaker 3: of immigration related information with federal authorities. Why on earth
- 32:52Speaker 3: would they do that? Minneapolis and Saint Paul ordinances prohibited
- 32:57Speaker 3: local police from assisting federal immigration enforcement. Inepen County sheriff
- 33:03Speaker 3: unlawfully refused to hold illegal border crossers solely on ice detainers.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Judge tossed a Trump appointee disagreed. He granted the defendant's
- 33:16Speaker 3: motions to dismiss across the board. According to the court order, filed,
- 33:22Speaker 3: claiming against henningten County and Sheriff do Wanna Whitt were
- 33:27Speaker 3: largely dismissed, with several claims thrown out without prejudice for
- 33:31Speaker 3: lack of jurisdiction, and others dismissed with prejudice. Claims against
- 33:35Speaker 3: the City of Saint Paul met the same fate, with
- 33:38Speaker 3: the court dismissing both jurisdictional and substantive claims. Claims against
- 33:45Speaker 3: the State of Minnesota and Attorney General Keith Ellison were
- 33:48Speaker 3: tossed out, including multiple claims dismissed with prejudice. Claims against
- 33:54Speaker 3: the City of Minneapolis were likewise dismissed under the court's order.
- 33:59Speaker 3: In his fifty six page opinion, the judge concluded that
- 34:03Speaker 3: while the federal government possesses broad authority over immigration, it
- 34:07Speaker 3: cannot force states or local governments to use their own
- 34:10Speaker 3: personnel or resources to carry out federal immigration enforcement. He
- 34:16Speaker 3: ruled that the Department of Justice. Preemption claims largely failed
- 34:21Speaker 3: because the federal government's interpretation of immigration law would violate
- 34:25Speaker 3: the Tenth Amendments anti commandeering doctrine, which prohibits Washington from
- 34:31Speaker 3: compelling states to administer or enforce federal regulatory programs. But
- 34:37Speaker 3: here's a little cabat maybe the Trump administration missed when
- 34:43Speaker 3: they opened this case up. When Uncle Joe Biden paid
- 34:50Speaker 3: with our tax dollars to bring millions and millions and
- 34:54Speaker 3: millions of people from all over the world into our
- 34:56Speaker 3: republic illegally, I think that alone goes against this asinine
- 35:08Speaker 3: interpretation of this judge. It really does, because someone justice
- 35:15Speaker 3: has to be dispensed, and my humble opinion against the
- 35:20Speaker 3: Biden administration, the real deciders in that administration for using
- 35:27Speaker 3: our tax dollars, going against our legal standing as a
- 35:34Speaker 3: nation to bring in I don't know how many fifty
- 35:38Speaker 3: million illegal border crossers who are now breeding like rabbits.
- 35:46Speaker 3: And so based upon that alone, all this this that
- 35:52Speaker 3: I presented to you, that this judge used as reasons
- 35:55Speaker 3: to throw out the Trump administration's rightful, you know, sanctions,
- 36:03Speaker 3: sanctuary policies rather that go against Minnesota's radical sanctuary policies.
- 36:13Speaker 3: I think on that standing alone, this judge can be overturned.
- 36:20Speaker 3: It has to be pointed out that we're dealing with
- 36:23Speaker 3: an entire population of people that were illegally brought into
- 36:26Speaker 3: this country by the Uncle Joe Biden administration, and those
- 36:30Speaker 3: that came on their own from around the world were
- 36:33Speaker 3: allowed in under the Uncle Joe Biden administration. And there's
- 36:37Speaker 3: no place in our constitution, there's no place in our
- 36:40Speaker 3: Bill of Rights, there's no place in our federalist papers
- 36:43Speaker 3: that says, hey, you know what, our duty as the
- 36:46Speaker 3: American people are to be screwed over by the federal
- 36:50Speaker 3: government by allowing in millions and millions and millions of
- 36:54Speaker 3: illegal vort crosses from around the country in an effort
- 36:58Speaker 3: to fundamentally transfer our nation, something that oh Ali Obama said.
- 37:07Speaker 3: So I think this does not have to be the
- 37:10Speaker 3: end of the road on this particular subject matter. So
- 37:18Speaker 3: these black robe gone wild judges and they can fool you.
- 37:23Speaker 3: You know, he's not the only one. He's truth. Had
- 37:25Speaker 3: Trump convinced that he was a conservative guy and that
- 37:28Speaker 3: uh he would uh you know, going, you know, he
- 37:31Speaker 3: would rule according to based upon the rule of law,
- 37:35Speaker 3: which he hasn't done now. His ruling is based upon
- 37:39Speaker 3: political what political side of the aisle he's on, which
- 37:45Speaker 3: is pretty evident what side he is on now. According
- 37:54Speaker 3: to al Green, remember that guy, that n nutjob who
- 37:57Speaker 3: walks around with a cane in Congress Today he said
- 38:01Speaker 3: that he will be bringing articles of impeachment against President
- 38:06Speaker 3: Trump for his dasharly unconstitutional violations of the law. Green
- 38:13Speaker 3: went on to say, how can how can continue to
- 38:17Speaker 3: impose this fraud, this ponzi scheme on people such as
- 38:22Speaker 3: he makes hundreds of millions at the expense of other
- 38:25Speaker 3: people who buy into his ponzi scheme. He's more concerned
- 38:29Speaker 3: about that than the lives that are being lost. And yes,
- 38:33Speaker 3: I lived through Jim Crow. I went through the back door.
- 38:37Speaker 3: I drink from colored water fountains. I had to sit
- 38:40Speaker 3: in the back of the bus. Yes, I can see
- 38:44Speaker 3: as us uh unfortunately regressing. I can see us moving
- 38:50Speaker 3: in the wrong direction. And when you start making people
- 38:53Speaker 3: suspect because of how they look, you're moving in the
- 38:58Speaker 3: wrong direction. Now. See, I wish I could I could
- 39:02Speaker 3: meet Al Green, Congressman Al Green, so what I could
- 39:08Speaker 3: fully explain to him what a full blown idiot he is,
- 39:17Speaker 3: and how he misinterprets history, how he misinterprets everything. Everything
- 39:23Speaker 3: he looks at, he missinterprets it. Now, what he's referring
- 39:30Speaker 3: to and what a lot of leftist blacks refer to
- 39:34Speaker 3: is when they see Ice going after your llegal border crossers,
- 39:39Speaker 3: doesn't matter if they're murderer's rapist or whatever. They see
- 39:43Speaker 3: that as racist. When they see people that go to nutsville.
- 39:47Speaker 3: I'd looked at a Videoho looked at a video today
- 39:51Speaker 3: in a restaurant and his family came in to have
- 39:56Speaker 3: a dinner. They sat down, ordered their meal, they ate,
- 40:00Speaker 3: and all of a sudden, like a herd of elephants,
- 40:03Speaker 3: they are running out the door. Of course they were
- 40:08Speaker 3: captured and arrested. It's a black family. There are people
- 40:15Speaker 3: like Al Green that would consider going after that black
- 40:19Speaker 3: family for running out on their bill as racist. And
- 40:27Speaker 3: see when you have people trying to mix.

- 42:30Speaker 19: it sounds a little shocking. Is your investment portfolio up

- 43:45Speaker 19: listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
- 43:56Speaker 3: And we're back this is the one of his American experience.
- 43:59Speaker 3: Welcome back my friends from Frodomrigan around the world. Well,
- 44:03Speaker 3: you know what, certain states in our Republic have what
- 44:08Speaker 3: I dub is business repellent activities. Yeah, California has long
- 44:17Speaker 3: been enacting business repellent activities. Illinois is another business repellent headquarters.
- 44:25Speaker 3: With the most recent departure of True Value Hardware Headquarters,
- 44:30Speaker 3: Illinois appears to be mimicking California's business repellent formula, bolstering
- 44:35Speaker 3: President Trump's warnings to the Blue states that hire taxes
- 44:39Speaker 3: equate to higher exits. Job producing people and companies are
- 44:44Speaker 3: being forced to flee to get the heck out at
- 44:48Speaker 3: levels never seen before. Remember, once people and companies leave,
- 44:52Speaker 3: they never, never, never come back. True Value joins the
- 44:58Speaker 3: ranks of other longtime Illinois companies like Boying, Tyson Foods,
- 45:04Speaker 3: Morton Salt, Caterpillar, the latter which pointedly cautioned that the
- 45:09Speaker 3: state's inability to balance the budget and lower taxes would
- 45:14Speaker 3: drive out businesses founded in Illinois in nineteen forty eight.
- 45:18Speaker 3: The hardware wholeseller is relocating to Fort Wayne, Indiana, following
- 45:24Speaker 3: its two thousand, twenty four bankruptcy and acquisition by rival
- 45:28Speaker 3: do it best. The company cited long term stability and
- 45:33Speaker 3: the need for a more business friendly environment, resulting in
- 45:37Speaker 3: the loss of hundreds of headquarter jobs and associated revenue
- 45:40Speaker 3: for the state. The U HAUL Growth Index is a
- 45:44Speaker 3: leading indicator of where people and companies are moving from
- 45:47Speaker 3: and to. The latest status shows an overwhelming number of
- 45:52Speaker 3: entrepreneurs and workers ditching Illinois in California and New York
- 45:58Speaker 3: for greener pastures in hot Texas, hot Florida. Other states
- 46:05Speaker 3: acting as refugees from high taxes and regulatory strangulation include
- 46:09Speaker 3: North Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona. To a lesser degree, Indiana, and Ohio.
- 46:15Speaker 3: In particular, hirst blows to the Prairie state. The Chicago
- 46:20Speaker 3: Bears or dub Bears, the NFL franchise that called Chicago
- 46:24Speaker 3: home for over one hundred years, announced recently that it
- 46:27Speaker 3: would be relocating to Hammond, Indiana. Now that's pretty sad.
- 46:33Speaker 3: Have you ever seen Hammond, Indiana? One of the most
- 46:37Speaker 3: underwhelming places in our republic? But yet Hammond was able
- 46:44Speaker 3: to attract the legendary dub Bears. And you know it's
- 46:51Speaker 3: sad because originally the dub Bears were going to build
- 46:57Speaker 3: a beautiful facility right there on the lakefront. Soldier Field,
- 47:02Speaker 3: home of the Bears, is the smallest in the league
- 47:05Speaker 3: by capacity, is exposed to weather and a harsh climate,
- 47:10Speaker 3: but that's not the big issue because they're building a
- 47:12Speaker 3: brand new ballpark in Buffalo, which is colder than on average,
- 47:17Speaker 3: with the more snow than Chicago. And despite purchasing three
- 47:21Speaker 3: hundred and twenty six acres at the nearby Arlington Park
- 47:24Speaker 3: Racetrack in twenty twenty one for a potential new site,
- 47:28Speaker 3: the business climate was too uncertain for the Legacy team
- 47:31Speaker 3: to survive. Furthermore, in order to build a new facility
- 47:35Speaker 3: with help from the fan base, it would require tax
- 47:38Speaker 3: relief to make it feasible, even after a two billion
- 47:42Speaker 3: dollar private investment. As they say, the Golden State has
- 47:48Speaker 3: its own set of high profile businesses that have said
- 47:52Speaker 3: by now to high taxes, burden, some regulations, and a
- 47:56Speaker 3: punishing business climate. Charles Swab the first to jump ship
- 48:01Speaker 3: in twenty nineteen, announcing its move from San Francisco to Westlake, Texas.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Hewlett Packard called it quits a year later, moving from
- 48:11Speaker 3: San Jose, California to Houston. Tesla bailed in twenty twenty one,
- 48:16Speaker 3: Chevron and SpaceX in twenty twenty four, and public storage
- 48:21Speaker 3: just this year. It could take a while for these
- 48:24Speaker 3: departures to really hurt Democrats because, for some reason that
- 48:29Speaker 3: I cannot yet explain, people continue to vote for these Democrats, socialists, communists.
- 48:36Speaker 3: On both California Illinois, Democrats continue to win statewide and
- 48:40Speaker 3: in urban centers. It's like people are saying, give me
- 48:44Speaker 3: the lash, I want more torture. Just keep keep it up.
- 48:49Speaker 3: Despite what detrimental effects may come for these states. Their
- 48:53Speaker 3: leaders appear to merely be following the will of their constituents,
- 48:58Speaker 3: who like retarts. Can you need to vote for these
- 49:00Speaker 3: people over and over and over again. But here's the thing.
- 49:07Speaker 3: As more and more communists come to the fore, or
- 49:10Speaker 3: more and more people that are already in the Congress
- 49:13Speaker 3: are now admitting that they're communists. People like Elizabeth Warren
- 49:16Speaker 3: AOK and others, they're working together. They want to make out,
- 49:21Speaker 3: bring up a national wealth tax. They want to punish
- 49:25Speaker 3: you if you succeed on a high level. I believe
- 49:30Speaker 3: it should be the opposite. You should be rewarded for
- 49:34Speaker 3: your work. Because you own a business, you're going to
- 49:36Speaker 3: have to hire people. And the more prosperity you have
- 49:41Speaker 3: in your own bank account, the more you're able to
- 49:43Speaker 3: pay people, the more you're able to innovate to maintain
- 49:47Speaker 3: a stiff competition against your foreign competitors. See if people
- 49:54Speaker 3: thought intelligently about all of this, including government officials, there
- 50:00Speaker 3: would be more wealth all around for everyone. But see
- 50:07Speaker 3: that's not the goal of these people that want to
- 50:09Speaker 3: hurt those who are successful, because they know that. All
- 50:14Speaker 3: they have to do is look at other states where
- 50:16Speaker 3: people on average are doing better, whether it's Tennessee, Ohio,
- 50:22Speaker 3: whether it's Texas, Florida, wherever, on average people are doing better.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Many of those states, their cities budgets in the black.
- 50:38Speaker 3: And so even in states that are read and maybe
- 50:42Speaker 3: the cities are run by Democrats, even some of those
- 50:47Speaker 3: cities in red states are in budget surplus because they
- 50:52Speaker 3: are forced to operate at least economically, on a more
- 50:57Speaker 3: conservative basis than they would if they had full card
- 51:01Speaker 3: blanche to be total socialists. Like in the state like Illinois, Cleveland,
- 51:08Speaker 3: for example, one hundred million dollar surplus, although it's a
- 51:14Speaker 3: Democrat run city. But so it comes down and see
- 51:22Speaker 3: this is what my father talked about when I was
- 51:25Speaker 3: just a little bit the lad growing up in Cleveland,
- 51:28Speaker 3: and he would tell me, Hey, the government that we
- 51:31Speaker 3: overall have is a reflection of we the people. Thus
- 51:35Speaker 3: we are getting what we deserve. And that's why the
- 51:40Speaker 3: founding fathers warned us, Hey, if you want to have
- 51:43Speaker 3: a great country, you have to be a moral people,
- 51:46Speaker 3: because if you're immoral, you're going to accept bull capitalists
- 51:50Speaker 3: with a hit in your teaching, in your instruction. And
- 51:54Speaker 3: guess what people are going to make multi generational bad
- 51:57Speaker 3: decisions for Democrats for seventy years in some communities, living
- 52:04Speaker 3: in hell, in earthly hell, but still loyal as they
- 52:10Speaker 3: continue to bow before the golden donkey except whatever drops
- 52:15Speaker 3: out of the back end. Amazing, isn't it. But that's
- 52:20Speaker 3: what we have. So we have to make sure that
- 52:25Speaker 3: this national wealth tax never comes becomes reality, because what
- 52:31Speaker 3: will happen is that these Neanderthals don't understand or don't
- 52:36Speaker 3: care because their goal is to destroy the country anyway.
- 52:39Speaker 3: The wealthy will just take their companies wholesale to Japan
- 52:44Speaker 3: or elsewhere, or Mexico. Remember, because of the trader agreements,
- 52:48Speaker 3: how many of our manufacturers did most of their building
- 52:52Speaker 3: and things outside of this country because of regulations and taxes,
- 52:58Speaker 3: and so it's the same history repeats itself over and
- 53:02Speaker 3: over again. And if we keep making stupid decisions, guess
- 53:07Speaker 3: what kind of history is going to continue to repeat
- 53:10Speaker 3: itself over and over again. Bad results from stupid decisions.
- 53:20Speaker 3: As George W. Bush used to say, we're the deciders.
- 53:25Speaker 3: Thus we must decide to make better decisions before we
- 53:30Speaker 3: allow those who want to decide everything for us from
- 53:35Speaker 3: cradle to grave, take total control. So it comes down
- 53:42Speaker 3: to what you want and your mindset. It is what
- 53:51Speaker 3: it is, my friends, and it is what it will be.
- 53:55Speaker 3: What do you want? Well, now that I see that
- 54:00Speaker 3: my time is up, thank you so much for your time.
- 54:03Speaker 3: And as I always say, at this time, polease pray
- 54:07Speaker 3: for your nature, Pray for your family, your friends, your enemies,
- 54:11Speaker 3: and even yourself. Make sure you also include your enemies,
- 54:14Speaker 3: that they get it right before it's too late. Because
- 54:16Speaker 3: we do face judgment treat other it's the same way
- 54:19Speaker 3: you want to be treated. Until next time I'm on Edwards, Excelsior,
- 54:42Speaker 3: you would it would be the us.
- 54:45Speaker 6: All folks tags that stage right,
