Why Won't The BOP Or The DOJ Offer Any Clarity On The Ghislaine Maxwell Transfer? · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. As the days tick by, it's become relatively
• 0:07
Speaker 1: apparent that the government is not going to tell us
• 0:11
Speaker 1: a single thing about what motivated the Glen Maxwell transfer.
• 0:15
Speaker 1: You'd think that a move involving a woman that was
• 0:19
Speaker 1: convicted of trafficking children to Jeffrey Epstein and abusing them
• 0:23
Speaker 1: would come with full transparency. Right well wrong. The DOJ
• 0:27
Speaker 1: won't say a word. The Bureau of Prisons quiet as
• 0:30
Speaker 1: the morgue. They have zipped their lips tighter than the files,
• 0:33
Speaker 1: they still refuse to unseal. And that silence, that vacuum
• 0:37
Speaker 1: of honesty, isn't because they don't know what to say.
• 0:39
Speaker 1: It's because they don't want to say it. And that's
• 0:41
Speaker 1: because it's the establishment staring straight at the public and
• 0:44
Speaker 1: saying we don't respect you. They think you'll accept this
• 0:48
Speaker 1: like you've accepted every other insult to justice that's come
• 0:51
Speaker 1: before it. They don't think you're sharp enough to connect
• 0:54
Speaker 1: the dots. They assume you won't notice the transfer. This special, unexplained,
• 0:58
Speaker 1: hush hush arrangement fits neatly into the same old pattern
• 1:01
Speaker 1: of cover, protect and I repeat They believe that if
• 1:05
Speaker 1: they stay silent long enough, if they feed the public
• 1:07
Speaker 1: just enough scraps of vague official language, we'll get bored
• 1:11
Speaker 1: move on. But they're wrong, because let's not forget what's
• 1:15
Speaker 1: really happening here. There are no other cases, none where
• 1:18
Speaker 1: a convicted human trafficker of miners gets this kind of
• 1:21
Speaker 1: pampering from the Bureau of Prisons. None. People who do
• 1:24
Speaker 1: half of what Maxwell did are rotting in concrete cells
• 1:28
Speaker 1: without sunlight or privileges. And yet somehow, this woman who
• 1:32
Speaker 1: supplied children to predators walks a gentler path through the system.
• 1:36
Speaker 1: Ask yourself why, Because it's not about safety or logistics
• 1:41
Speaker 1: or prison management. It's about power. It's about who she knows,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: what she knows, and the people who want to keep
• 1:48
Speaker 1: all of that silent. So when the DJ stays quiet,
• 1:52
Speaker 1: when the BOP refuses to answer basic questions, when the
• 1:55
Speaker 1: so called most transparent administration in history hides behind press
• 1:59
Speaker 1: releases and bureaucratic fog, understand what they're really saying. We're
• 2:03
Speaker 1: still protecting her, We're still protecting them. The same government
• 2:07
Speaker 1: that told you that Epstein killed himself and expected you
• 2:10
Speaker 1: to swallow it whole is now asking you to believe
• 2:12
Speaker 1: that there's nothing to see here again. And what makes
• 2:16
Speaker 1: it worse, they genuinely believe that you're gonna buy it.
• 2:20
Speaker 1: They think you'll shrug, scroll past and forget. They don't
• 2:23
Speaker 1: respect you, They don't think you're smart enough to realize
• 2:25
Speaker 1: that this is another act in the same sick play.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: The only thing more insulting than the cover up itself
• 2:32
Speaker 1: is there a confidence that you'll let them get away
• 2:34
Speaker 1: with it, because in their eyes, you're not a citizen
• 2:37
Speaker 1: to be informed, You're an audience to be managed. And
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell's transfer, that's not just a story. It's the
• 2:43
Speaker 1: latest reminder that the system isn't broken. It's functioning exactly
• 2:48
Speaker 1: as they designed. Today's article is from Alternate and the
• 2:53
Speaker 1: headline Prison's massive Maxwell cover up came from the White House.
• 3:00
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Leslie A. Bravenel, a federal
• 3:06
Speaker 1: prison consultant, has revealed to The Deli Beast in a
• 3:08
Speaker 1: piece entitled prison is running massive Glenn Maxwell cover up
• 3:12
Speaker 1: for Trump that Glenn Maxwell, cohort of the late Jeffrey Epstein,
• 3:16
Speaker 1: was moved to a country club prison after an order
• 3:19
Speaker 1: came from well above their heads. That sounds very likely
• 3:25
Speaker 1: because we had all this time where Glenn Maxwell was
• 3:28
Speaker 1: in tallahassee, right, there was never any thought or talk
• 3:31
Speaker 1: about her being moved. Then all of a sudden she
• 3:34
Speaker 1: has her little chat with Todd, baby Billy Blanche, has
• 3:37
Speaker 1: her little Chick fil A session, and then all of
• 3:40
Speaker 1: a sudden she gets moved to the biggest club fed
• 3:43
Speaker 1: in the country for women. Why how come Glenn Maxwell
• 3:48
Speaker 1: gets this privilege and somebody else doesn't. What about your
• 3:52
Speaker 1: aunt or your cousin or whoever, People that didn't commit
• 3:57
Speaker 1: violent crimes, people that didn't deliver children to monsters, They're
• 4:01
Speaker 1: not getting moved. They're told to suck it up, They're
• 4:04
Speaker 1: told to deal with it. They're told that this is punishment.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: You've been convicted. Now, that's just the way it is.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: But somehow, some way, we're supposed to sit here and
• 4:14
Speaker 1: just accept this, except that Gallaine Maxwell is getting all
• 4:18
Speaker 1: the special privilege that Glainne Maxwell is able to be moved,
• 4:22
Speaker 1: and they don't owe us an explanation as to why
• 4:25
Speaker 1: not even a halfway decent explanation, right, nothing, And then
• 4:29
Speaker 1: on top of that, to call you crazy for wanting
• 4:32
Speaker 1: to know the answer, to call people not loyal to
• 4:37
Speaker 1: the administration or to MAGO, whatever that means, because they
• 4:41
Speaker 1: want answers here. The whole entire thing's garbage. And if
• 4:45
Speaker 1: they think we're just gonna sit here and not ask
• 4:48
Speaker 1: any questions and demand any answers about Glainne Maxwell's transfer,
• 4:51
Speaker 1: they got another thing coming. They need to remember who
• 4:54
Speaker 1: pays the bills around here, and it's not them. They've
• 4:57
Speaker 1: forgotten that. Their employees. They think they're the is, you know,
• 5:00
Speaker 1: minor kings running around these bureaucrats and they can make
• 5:04
Speaker 1: whatever decision they want and nobody's ever gonna hold them accountable.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: And that's because for all this time nobody has. But
• 5:11
Speaker 1: not this time around. You're not getting away with transferring
• 5:14
Speaker 1: a child molesting, human trafficker to club Fed and not
• 5:18
Speaker 1: giving us any answers as to why. And look, I'm
• 5:21
Speaker 1: not saying I won't accept the answers that they give us.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: I don't know, we haven't heard any yet. But what
• 5:27
Speaker 1: I won't accept is complete silence. That is completely unacceptable
• 5:32
Speaker 1: and it's not even negotiable. Sam Mangle, a former inmate
• 5:36
Speaker 1: turned prison consultant for high profile names like Steve Bannon
• 5:40
Speaker 1: and Peter Navarro, told The Daily Beat podcast at the
• 5:43
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons said that in Maxwell's case, they disregarded
• 5:48
Speaker 1: protocol to MOVERR two fancier digs one hundred percent. They'll
• 5:52
Speaker 1: say it with security, and that's gonna be the excuse.
• 5:55
Speaker 1: But who's buying that. She was already in the honor
• 5:57
Speaker 1: dorm at Tallahassee all of a sudden moving her over
• 6:01
Speaker 1: to Brian is going to make things much safer for
• 6:05
Speaker 1: in reality, it's just costing the taxpayer more money, had
• 6:08
Speaker 1: to beef up security, bring in more staff, the whole thing.
• 6:11
Speaker 1: They're not set up to deal with somebody like Maxwell.
• 6:15
Speaker 1: According to The Daily Beast, they took the rare step
• 6:19
Speaker 1: of waiving the public safety factor related to her sex
• 6:22
Speaker 1: crime conviction to overcome a very severe restriction that would
• 6:25
Speaker 1: have prevented her transfer to a minimum security prison in
• 6:28
Speaker 1: Texas from a federal prison in Florida. Like what, why
• 6:34
Speaker 1: in the world would you do that? There is no
• 6:36
Speaker 1: explanation for it. She didn't give you any actionable intelligence.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: So what it looks like is that Glaine Maxwell was
• 6:43
Speaker 1: leading the dance. Her and her lawyer said, look, we'll
• 6:46
Speaker 1: talk to you, but we need compensation. You're gonna need
• 6:49
Speaker 1: to move us to a better facility as we battle
• 6:52
Speaker 1: for Glaine's release, And if you do that, then Glaine's
• 6:54
Speaker 1: gonna be candid with you. Meanwhile, everybody knew Glane wasn't
• 6:59
Speaker 1: going to offer up shit, and that's why I say
• 7:01
Speaker 1: it's just another act in the long running cover up.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: The Supreme Court declined to hear Maxwell's appeal, meaning, minus
• 7:07
Speaker 1: a coveted pardon from President Donald Trump, the former socialite
• 7:11
Speaker 1: will serve twenty years in Brian the Texas Federal prison
• 7:14
Speaker 1: camp or privilege that Mangle says is unheard of, well
• 7:18
Speaker 1: until a new president gets elected. Then if arbitrarily they
• 7:23
Speaker 1: can move Glenn Maxwell to this facility, then the new
• 7:25
Speaker 1: president and their DOJ can move her out of here
• 7:28
Speaker 1: right and put her in I don't know, medium security.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: Why not if that's the game that's going to be played.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: Anything involving a sexual act is the most serious or
• 7:38
Speaker 1: one of the most serious public safety factors someone can
• 7:41
Speaker 1: have on them, and that specifically precludes an individual from
• 7:45
Speaker 1: serving their time in a camp. Mangle told The Daily
• 7:47
Speaker 1: Beasts podcast host Joanna Coles. I've helped thousands of people.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: They will not waive that public safety factor. He said
• 7:55
Speaker 1: of the BOP, So getting your transfer to a camp
• 7:59
Speaker 1: is crazy one thousand percent. I've talked to many, many
• 8:03
Speaker 1: people who have a lot of experience in the federal
• 8:05
Speaker 1: prison system, and this is something that is so out
• 8:09
Speaker 1: of bounds, something that's so not right that it's almost
• 8:13
Speaker 1: hard to quantify. Somebody who has been not accused convicted
• 8:19
Speaker 1: of what Calayne Maxwell is convicted of should not be
• 8:22
Speaker 1: moved to some camp. In fact, if anything, she should
• 8:26
Speaker 1: be moved to a higher security facility. Other inmates sharing
• 8:30
Speaker 1: dorm like accommodations in the camp are former Real Housewives
• 8:33
Speaker 1: cast members and the rano's fraud star Elizabeth Holmes. Most recently,
• 8:38
Speaker 1: reports have seen a very relaxed Maxwell heading to yoga
• 8:41
Speaker 1: class within the camp. Must be nice, huh. Nice and
• 8:44
Speaker 1: relaxed running around at your little getaway camp. Now. Look,
• 8:48
Speaker 1: it's a long way away from the lapse of luxury
• 8:50
Speaker 1: that Maxwell was used to, but it's also a long
• 8:53
Speaker 1: way away from where Maxwell should be at. She shouldn't
• 8:57
Speaker 1: be getting yoga classes and shit, she should be assigned
• 8:59
Speaker 1: some menial task within the prison, cooking food, cleaning, laundry,
• 9:05
Speaker 1: something like that. This is a woman who needs to
• 9:07
Speaker 1: be taught some humility. The August transfer of Maxwell from
• 9:12
Speaker 1: a federal correctional institution in Tallahassee, Florida, came following an
• 9:16
Speaker 1: unprecedented hours long interview with Trump appointed Deputy Attorney General
• 9:21
Speaker 1: Todd Baby Billy Blanche. That move, Mangle said, was well
• 9:25
Speaker 1: coordinated and came from inside the White House one thousand percent.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: And the whole idea was to try and blunt the
• 9:32
Speaker 1: optics and try and kill some of the criticism by saying, look,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: Laine Maxwell says that so and so isn't guilty. The
• 9:39
Speaker 1: only problem for the White House and the people who
• 9:41
Speaker 1: thought that was gonna work is that Glaine Maxwell is
• 9:44
Speaker 1: a notorious liar. So why should I believe anything Alaine
• 9:48
Speaker 1: Maxwell has to say, especially when she's benefiting from the lies.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: So if you want to believe a convicted child trafficker,
• 9:56
Speaker 1: that's on you. Me personally, never gonna happen, Mangle said,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Trump appointees BOP Director William Marshall and deputy director Joshua
• 10:06
Speaker 1: Smith really tried to clean everything up, get things moving
• 10:10
Speaker 1: in the proper direction. So it's my understanding that the
• 10:13
Speaker 1: directive to move her to a minimum security camp. Brian
• 10:16
Speaker 1: came from well above their heads, he said. Mangele said
• 10:20
Speaker 1: that whatever Maxwell promised Blanche was well rewarded and protected.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: What exactly did she promise them? We didn't get anything
• 10:27
Speaker 1: from it, So it's a bunch of whoey. It was
• 10:30
Speaker 1: all about giving Maxwell accommodation. That's what it comes down to.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: I truly believe that once she started cooperating the Bureau
• 10:38
Speaker 1: of Prisons at the mover, he said, it was the
• 10:41
Speaker 1: only solution for the Bureau of Prisons if their goal
• 10:43
Speaker 1: was to keep her safe and alive. If they moved
• 10:45
Speaker 1: her to another low security facility, they would have had
• 10:48
Speaker 1: the same challenges. Speculation that Trump would pardon Maxwell has
• 10:53
Speaker 1: been swirling, despite the President denying he even remembers Maxwell,
• 10:57
Speaker 1: but Mangle said that Trump likely has given Maxwell a
• 11:00
Speaker 1: lot already and that he may just be the beginning.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: I have to imagine that getting her to Brian was
• 11:06
Speaker 1: the starting point to getting her out of custody, whether
• 11:08
Speaker 1: through commutation or pardon. It just seems to me that
• 11:11
Speaker 1: if you don't move somebody to that type of facility
• 11:14
Speaker 1: with this kind of protection and precautions, if you're not
• 11:16
Speaker 1: overly concerned about her safety and what she has to say,
• 11:20
Speaker 1: and offer Mangle said. So my guess and purely speculation,
• 11:24
Speaker 1: is that at some point she will receive some form
• 11:26
Speaker 1: of clemency. Well, who knows, I mean, does anyone really
• 11:31
Speaker 1: put it past Donald Trump at this point? I don't
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Who the hell knows what this guy's gonna do. What
• 11:36
Speaker 1: I do know is this, Glenn Maxwell being moved was
• 11:40
Speaker 1: not a good idea. I don't buy the whole security nonsense.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: I think that Tallahassee would have been more than suitable
• 11:48
Speaker 1: for Glenn Maxwell's security, and I think that moving her
• 11:51
Speaker 1: to Brian is a slap in the face to everybody
• 11:54
Speaker 1: but the survivors especially. And that's the part that sticks
• 11:58
Speaker 1: with you, isn't it the air the absolute audacity of
• 12:02
Speaker 1: a system that still thinks it can gaslight the public
• 12:04
Speaker 1: into believing that this is normal. Klainne Maxwell, a convicted
• 12:08
Speaker 1: human trafficker, a woman who enabled abuse of children, is
• 12:12
Speaker 1: being treated like some misunderstood socialite and witness protection. Meanwhile,
• 12:17
Speaker 1: every agency that's supposed to stand for justice is hiding
• 12:20
Speaker 1: behind the curtain, pretending that moving or around like a
• 12:22
Speaker 1: chess piece is just procedure. But let's call it what
• 12:26
Speaker 1: it is. This is in procedure. It's protection. It's the
• 12:29
Speaker 1: final layer of insulation around the network that should have
• 12:32
Speaker 1: been exposed years ago. The DOJ knows it, The Bureau
• 12:35
Speaker 1: of Prison knows it. Hell, everyone in DC knows it.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: They just don't care that you know it too. They
• 12:42
Speaker 1: think this ends with a shrug, with the public tuning out,
• 12:45
Speaker 1: with headlines fading, and the cover up cemented in place,
• 12:49
Speaker 1: because in their minds, you're too distracted, too tired, too
• 12:52
Speaker 1: beaten down to keep asking questions. But here's the thing, people, remember,
• 12:57
Speaker 1: people talk. You can't quietly relocate a monster like Elaine
• 13:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell and expect the world to just nod along, not anymore,
• 13:05
Speaker 1: not after everything. So when the government hides behind silence,
• 13:10
Speaker 1: when the most transparent administration in history can't give a
• 13:13
Speaker 1: straight answer about why a child trafficker is getting white
• 13:15
Speaker 1: glove treatment, remember this. That silence is the sound of guilt.
• 13:20
Speaker 1: It's the sound of a system protecting itself, not you.
• 13:23
Speaker 1: And the message they're sending couldn't be clearer. They don't
• 13:26
Speaker 1: respect you, they never did, and they're betting you won't notice.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: But maybe, just maybe, this time, they're wrong, because people
• 13:34
Speaker 1: are watching, people are connecting the dots and if there's
• 13:38
Speaker 1: one thing this story keeps proving, it's that no matter
• 13:41
Speaker 1: how hard they try to bury the truth, the rot
• 13:44
Speaker 1: always finds its way to the surface. All of the
• 13:48
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 13:51
  Speaker 1: the description box.
