62-Year-Old Armed in Thomson Township | Duluth News
A 62-year-old Duluth man allegedly pulled a sawed-off shotgun on someone near Erickson Road in Thomson Township on August 2nd, sparking a massive multi-agency manhunt that included Cloquet PD, State Patrol, and even the Duluth ERT. After hours of searching through the woods, officers cornered him around 8:45 PM—no one was hurt. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation, then later surrendered the weapon found nearby.
