- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right back to
- 0:06Speaker 1: the New Mexico Interim report into Jeffrey Epstein and his
- 0:11Speaker 1: behavior in crimes in New Mexico. Firearms possession, as discussed
- 0:17Speaker 1: in detail above, available documentation indicates that Epstein was in
- 0:21Speaker 1: possession of firearms both before and after his two thousand
- 0:24Speaker 1: and eight Florida felony conviction for solicitation of a prostitute.
- 0:29Speaker 1: The evidence further shows that Epstein maintained an exercised positive
- 0:33Speaker 1: control of firearms on Zora Ranch at a time when
- 0:37Speaker 1: he was a convicted felon. This implicates possible violations of
- 0:41Speaker 1: US Code Section nine twenty two G one and NMSA
- 0:46Speaker 1: Section thirty seven DASH sixteen B two thousand and nine.
- 0:50Speaker 1: To date, the Commission has discovered no evidence showing that
- 0:53Speaker 1: New Mexico authorities inspected Epstein's New Mexico residents for the
- 0:57Speaker 1: presence or knowledge of firearms or investigated Epstein for unlawful
- 1:02Speaker 1: possession of firearms. This is important to the extent that
- 1:07Speaker 1: it may show Epstein was afforded favorable treatment. Moreover, a
- 1:11Speaker 1: timely investigation of Epstein for unlawful possession of firearms may
- 1:15Speaker 1: have afforded law enforcement and opportunity to initiate an investigation
- 1:20Speaker 1: and collect evidence that may have led to evidence of
- 1:22Speaker 1: sex trafficking. Removal of cultural patrimony evidence shows that there
- 1:29Speaker 1: are petroglyphs on the ranch. There are reports that Epstein
- 1:32Speaker 1: removed petroglyphs from his property and use them as decorations.
- 1:36Speaker 1: It's not clear whether the petroglyphs were found on state
- 1:39Speaker 1: or federal land. Epstein's removal of the petroglyphs could implicate
- 1:43Speaker 1: a number of statutes. If originally located on state or
- 1:47Speaker 1: federal land, removal of the petroglyphs might possibly constitute theft
- 1:52Speaker 1: of government property. Their removal could also possibly have been
- 1:56Speaker 1: in violation of New Mexico state laws governing protection of
- 2:00Speaker 1: cultural resources. New Mexico's legal framework for archaeological resources on
- 2:05Speaker 1: private land is primarily governed by the Cultural Properties Act
- 2:10Speaker 1: and related New Mexico Administrative Code rules. The Cultural Properties
- 2:15Speaker 1: Act establishes the Cultural Properties Review Committee and the State
- 2:20Speaker 1: Historic Preservation Officer and authorizes them to regulate archaeological investigations
- 2:25Speaker 1: on both state and private lands. The Cultural Properties Protection
- 2:30Speaker 1: Act further strengthens protection for cultural properties NMAC four dot
- 2:36Speaker 1: ten dot fourteen Cultural properties on private land and mechanical
- 2:41Speaker 1: excavation permits require owners to preserve cultural properties and registered
- 2:46Speaker 1: cultural properties on private land NMAC four ten fourteen eight.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Preservation of Cultural Properties on private land provides for technical
- 2:59Speaker 1: assistance to owner to identify, register, and protect cultural properties
- 3:03Speaker 1: and offer advice on preservation, rehabilitation, restoration and maintenance, including
- 3:09Speaker 1: access to TACT credits, preservation loans, and conservation easements. The
- 3:14Speaker 1: Truth Commission recommends further investigation into possible crimes or civil
- 3:18Speaker 1: liabilities surrounding how the petroglyphs were obtained Investigative Area number three,
- 3:24Speaker 1: Power and Motives. The fact set forth in this interim
- 3:28Speaker 1: report thus far illustrate the many ways Epstein used his
- 3:31Speaker 1: social network to advance his criminal activities, both directly and indirectly.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Epstein used his extensive social network to directly or indirectly
- 3:42Speaker 1: facilitate his sex crime enterprise. He did this by directly
- 3:46Speaker 1: using people to facilitate contact and exploitation of women in girls,
- 3:51Speaker 1: to maintain residences where the exploitation could occur, to maintain
- 3:55Speaker 1: in an operate a fleet of aircraft by which he
- 3:57Speaker 1: could transport women in girls, and by creating the social
- 4:01Speaker 1: conditions that enabled him to obscure his crimes and cause
- 4:04Speaker 1: others to overlook him. Numerous people accompanied Epstein on flights
- 4:08Speaker 1: to New Mexico, and a number of them were guests
- 4:11Speaker 1: of Epstein's or O ranch. A record of his guests
- 4:14Speaker 1: serves as a compendium of the rich, powerful and influential presidents, governors,
- 4:20Speaker 1: cabinet secretaries, captains of industry and finance, Silicon Valley moguls,
- 4:25Speaker 1: actors and celebrities, mavens of fashion and the arts, and
- 4:29Speaker 1: the academic, scientific and other thought leaders of the highest caliber.
- 4:34Speaker 1: In every detail of his dealings, the record reviewed show
- 4:37Speaker 1: Epstein repeatedly cultivating the support of powerful and influential people
- 4:42Speaker 1: wherever he was. Epstein traveled with his personal staff, with
- 4:46Speaker 1: Maxwell Groff, Kellen Marsenkova, and the numerous others who tended
- 4:50Speaker 1: to the management and operations of Epstein's residences and to
- 4:55Speaker 1: his person in general, his personal cook, his bodyguard, his messuse,
- 4:59Speaker 1: his architect. Epstein, while of his network of associates into
- 5:03Speaker 1: a sphere of influence, powered by his immense wealth, and
- 5:07Speaker 1: behind which he could obscure his depredations. Some passengers and
- 5:11Speaker 1: survivors are fully named, and the roles in Epstein's orbit
- 5:15Speaker 1: are known. Others in this group are identified only by
- 5:19Speaker 1: their first name or by initials, and little, if anything,
- 5:22Speaker 1: is known about them. Approximately twenty six passengers are identified
- 5:26Speaker 1: only by apparently female first names or initials. Their ages
- 5:30Speaker 1: are unknown. This group includes individuals who may have been
- 5:34Speaker 1: abused by Epstein, who facilitated that abuse, or both. The
- 5:39Speaker 1: Commission will endeavor to positively identify these individuals, to locate them, and,
- 5:44Speaker 1: if at all possible, to interview them. The Commission thus
- 5:47Speaker 1: far is investigating whether Epstein expressly or implicitly black mail
- 5:52Speaker 1: participants in his sex trafficking enterprise. The Commission also, thus
- 5:57Speaker 1: far is not uncovered evidence showing that Epstein suggested involvement
- 6:01Speaker 1: in national security and foreign intelligence matters to evade investigation
- 6:06Speaker 1: and consequences for his activities. Investigative Area number four Medical
- 6:11Speaker 1: and Scientific Improprieties. This investigative area relates to Epstein's documented
- 6:17Speaker 1: interest and support of medical and scientific advances, sometimes for
- 6:22Speaker 1: unethical or improper purposes. This investigative area covers Epstein's use
- 6:27Speaker 1: of zoro ranch as a place for medical or dental practice,
- 6:31Speaker 1: as well as Epstein's interest in eugenics and transhumanism, and
- 6:35Speaker 1: reports that he facilitated forced impregnation and non consensual medical procedures.
- 6:41Speaker 1: This investigative area also covers Epstein's attempts to manipulate persons
- 6:46Speaker 1: engaged in scientific research to further his own interests dental
- 6:51Speaker 1: practice at Zoro Ranch, Crinia Schuliac, Epstein's girlfriend and assistant,
- 6:56Speaker 1: was a licensed dentist in New Mexico from twenty fifteen
- 7:00Speaker 1: to around twenty twenty one. There are conflicting reports in
- 7:03Speaker 1: the media as to when and where Epstein and Juliac met. However,
- 7:07Speaker 1: it is known that Shuliac studied in Belarus to be
- 7:10Speaker 1: a dentist, but did not complete her training. In twenty eleven,
- 7:15Speaker 1: she applied to the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine,
- 7:19Speaker 1: but was declined admission. Epstein assisted with her application and
- 7:23Speaker 1: also enlisted the assistance of College of Dental Medicine deans
- 7:27Speaker 1: and professors. After Shuliac's rejection, Epstein stepped up his campaign
- 7:33Speaker 1: to have his girlfriend admitted, introducing her to another professor
- 7:36Speaker 1: who was happy to discuss the mechanism for moving your
- 7:40Speaker 1: career forward, and who advised that it was imperative that
- 7:44Speaker 1: she met with the dean for academic Affairs, doctor Letty
- 7:47Speaker 1: Moss Salentine. In April of twenty eleven, Leslie Groff arranged
- 7:52Speaker 1: the meeting between Shuliac and Martin Davis, Senior Associate Dean
- 7:56Speaker 1: for Students and Alumni Affairs at the Columbia University College
- 8:00Speaker 1: of Dental Medicine. Groth email Davis indicating that she wanted
- 8:06Speaker 1: to arrange a tour tomorrow of the School of Dentistry
- 8:09Speaker 1: at Columbia for his friend Jeffrey Epstein, because Jeffrey Epstein's
- 8:13Speaker 1: friend Karina is considering dental school. Davis responded, saying, we
- 8:18Speaker 1: usually ask non candidate interview invitees to join our candidates
- 8:22Speaker 1: for their tour, but we might do a favor here,
- 8:24Speaker 1: and he works very hard for us at Columbia. Good
- 8:27Speaker 1: fellow Epstein friend Thomas Magnanni, DDS and Dean of the
- 8:32Speaker 1: Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, sent a letter on
- 8:36Speaker 1: behalf of Shuliac to the Belarussian State Medical University. He
- 8:40Speaker 1: explained that Shuliac withdrew from the Belarussian State Medical University.
- 8:45Speaker 1: In August twenty ten, having completed four of the five
- 8:48Speaker 1: years of study required for a dental degree, he asked
- 8:52Speaker 1: whether Shuliac could take courses at Columbia to complete her
- 8:55Speaker 1: fifth year that would allow her to receive her dental
- 8:58Speaker 1: degree from the Belarushia In State Medical University. As of
- 9:02Speaker 1: January twelfth, twenty twelve, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine
- 9:08Speaker 1: didn't accept transfer students beyond the second year. Its website
- 9:12Speaker 1: stated that students may not transfer into CDM in the
- 9:15Speaker 1: third or fourth year of the program. In twenty twelve,
- 9:19Speaker 1: Epstein made donations to Ira b. Lambster, Dean and professor
- 9:22Speaker 1: of Dentistry at Columbia University. Columbia University made efforts to
- 9:27Speaker 1: accommodate Juliac. In a nutshell, doctor Mgnonni advises not to
- 9:31Speaker 1: try and move this test date. She is with the
- 9:34Speaker 1: most powerful people there who are already meeting her halfway
- 9:38Speaker 1: and moving things around to accommodator. He doesn't want the
- 9:41Speaker 1: initial fears everyone had to be roused again. Ultimately, Shuliac
- 9:45Speaker 1: was admitted to the College of Dental Medicine and completed
- 9:48Speaker 1: her degree. After receiving her dental degree, Shuliac applied for
- 9:53Speaker 1: a dental license in New Mexico, listing Epstein's or ranch
- 9:56Speaker 1: address as a proposed location of her dental practice. According
- 10:00Speaker 1: to records obtained by subpoena by the New Mexico Regulation
- 10:04Speaker 1: and Licensing Department, on July seventh, twenty fifteen, Schuliac submitted
- 10:08Speaker 1: an application for dentistry Application License by Examination to URLD.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Her application noted on New York City mailing address and
- 10:17Speaker 1: proposed a practice dame of Zoro Smiles to be located
- 10:20Speaker 1: at forty nine Zoro Ranch, Stanley, New Mexico. On August fourteenth,
- 10:25Speaker 1: twenty fifteen, the New Mexico Board of Dental Health issued
- 10:29Speaker 1: schuliaca license to practice general dentistry. Emails from Epstein to
- 10:33Speaker 1: Schuliac in twenty sixteen show him requesting oxygen and anesthetic
- 10:38Speaker 1: for a dental office in New Mexico and instructions to
- 10:41Speaker 1: unplug a dental hair pomp a dental chair pump at
- 10:44Speaker 1: the ranch. While no formal dental business license was issued,
- 10:48Speaker 1: Rold has no record of complaints against her. To date,
- 10:51Speaker 1: the Commission has located no evidence showing that she practiced
- 10:54Speaker 1: dentistry in New Mexico. However, it's noted in several news
- 10:59Speaker 1: reports that victims reported waking up next to medical equipment
- 11:02Speaker 1: at Zoro Ranch. It's unknown at this time if Shuliac's
- 11:06Speaker 1: dental instrumentation and these accounts are related. In July of
- 11:10Speaker 1: twenty sixteen, Shuliac completed continuing education in cosmetic dentistry and
- 11:16Speaker 1: anterior aesthetics. In February of twenty twenty six The Delhi
- 11:19Speaker 1: Mail reported that Shuliac corrected the teeth of Epstein and
- 11:23Speaker 1: other young women in his orbit. Epstein was obsessed with
- 11:26Speaker 1: his victims having perfect teeth and had a dentist chair
- 11:30Speaker 1: installed at his house in Palm Beach and another at
- 11:32Speaker 1: his private island in the Caribbean. According to the outlet,
- 11:36Speaker 1: Shuliac was a primary beneficiary under Epstein's last will and testament,
- 11:41Speaker 1: executed two days before his death in federal custody in
- 11:44Speaker 1: August of twenty nineteen, and was slated to receive one
- 11:47Speaker 1: hundred million and ownership of his six properties, his New
- 11:51Speaker 1: York townhouse, his Palm Beach residence, his two Virgin Islands properties,
- 11:55Speaker 1: his Paris apartment, and Zoro Ranch. All Right folks, we're
- 11:59Speaker 1: gonna rap up right here, and in the next episode
- 12:02Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we'll pick up where we left off.
- 12:05Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 12:08Speaker 1: found in the description box.
