Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Secret Deals and Silent Men: Maxwell Alleges Epstein’s Network Was Shielded

- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. A few months ago, Todd Blanche from the
- 0:07DOJ sat down with Glain Maxwell for what he called
- 0:11a profit session, and during that conversation, the idea was
- 0:17to get some information from Glene Maxwell about people that
- 0:22were allegedly involved with Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. Well, as we know,
- 0:27she had nothing to say, and according to her, everything
- 0:32was just a big misunderstanding and she had nothing to
- 0:35do with any kind of crimes that were committed by
- 0:39Jeffrey Epstein. And of course everybody but catch herd libs
- 0:42of TikTok, Dan Bongino and the DOJ knew that Glen
- 0:46Maxwell was lying. And how do we know that she
- 0:49was lying, Well, because in her Habeas corpus petition she
- 0:53says that there's twenty five co conspirators, twenty five men
- 0:57who paid secret settlements to extra themselves from any kind
- 1:01of issues related to Jeffrey Epstein. And not only that,
- 1:05but she's bringing up the four unnamed co conspirators who
- 1:08are protected under the NPA, basically saying, if you can't
- 1:12prosecute them, and you didn't prosecute them, you shouldn't have
- 1:16prosecuted me either. That's what the gist of Glenn Maxwell's
- 1:20argument is. And considering it doesn't look like she's leaving
- 1:24jail anytime soon, it looks like she's ready to burn
- 1:27the boats. And as much as I despise the wife
- 1:30of Sir Pentor over here, I would love for her
- 1:33to put some people on blast. That would be great.
- 1:36The problem with Glene Maxwell giving anybody any sort of intelligence, though,
- 1:41is that it's not trustworthy. And if you have to
- 1:43put her in front of a jury to defend the
- 1:46kind of evidence she's giving you, she's going to get
- 1:48absolutely manhandled by whoever the attorney is, because the attorney
- 1:53is going to show her no mercy during cross examination.
- 1:57And I don't think I'm taking too big of a
- 1:58leap here when I say that Jerry's really aren't the
- 2:01biggest fans of human traffickers and child abusers. So any
- 2:06kind of story about Glenn Maxwell offering up intelligence that's
- 2:09going to be actionable was always bs And the whole
- 2:13entire idea of moving her to Camp Brian was to
- 2:17keep her quiet when it comes to that profit session
- 2:20and not to offer up anything that's going to be
- 2:22damaging to the administration, and she played her part perfectly.
- 2:27So now her only hope is to get this habeas
- 2:31across the finish line. And if that fails, all she
- 2:34can hope for is that Donald Trump offers her a
- 2:36pardon or he commutes her sentence. And previously I thought
- 2:41that was just crazy, that it would never happen. But
- 2:45considering Trump doesn't even think that what Epstein was doing
- 2:48was too bad or was even real, I have no
- 2:52doubt that he's thinking about pardoning Glenn Maxwell. What does
- 2:55he have to lose. It's not like he can run
- 2:57for office again. And if you think he cares about
- 3:00the Republican Party, think again. We all know that Donald
- 3:03Trump only cares about himself. Today's article is from the
- 3:07Deli Mail and the headline stunning Epstein twist as Glaine
- 3:11Maxwell claims twenty nine friends cut secret deals with the
- 3:15DJ This article was authored by Ross Ibbitson Ghlaine Maxwell
- 3:23has claimed that twenty nine friends of Jeffrey Epstein were
- 3:26shielded through secret settlements by the Justice Department one hundred.
- 3:32We all know that Leon Black bought his way out
- 3:34down in the USVII That was documented well you don't
- 3:38think other people did the same thing. And I'm sure
- 3:41that there are some suits that we don't even know about,
- 3:43because you know that these lawyers cooked up some secretive
- 3:45deals and breaking news. I'm sure those deals weren't beneficial
- 3:50to the girls that were abused. The disgrace socialite, what
- 3:54I think he means is bipeudal, serpent, fellow child abuser, general,
- 3:59all around scuzbag, an absolute monster. That's what you mean
- 4:03when you say socialite. Right filed a habeas corpus petition
- 4:08on December seventeenth, seeking to overturn her conviction, arguing that
- 4:12prosecutor's cut deals with Epstein's associates while prosecuting her, as
- 4:17if no such agreements existed, Well, that's why it should
- 4:20have been charged with rico. Right, everybody would have been
- 4:23caught up from top to bottom. But no, Instead, they
- 4:27play games. They act the fool and expect all of
- 4:29us to just go along with the charad like people
- 4:33haven't been paying attention, Like people have no idea what's
- 4:35going on here, Like Epstein's rich friends buying their way
- 4:38out of trouble was something new that was to be expected,
- 4:43and all these dudes were having these girls sign NPAs,
- 4:46especially if they accuse them of abuse. And then if
- 4:50you go and look at the language with the compensation fund,
- 4:53forget it. If you take money from that fund, you
- 4:56can't go after this one. You can't go after that one.
- 5:00A poison pill from the very beginning. And then those women,
- 5:03those girls, they didn't get their fair share. Can somebody
- 5:08please explain to me how the USVII comes out of
- 5:11this with over two hundred million dollars. Considering that the
- 5:14USVII itself was one of the major bases where Epstein
- 5:18was doing the abusing, where Epstein had his hooks in,
- 5:21where Epstein had all the politicians riding his dick. I mean,
- 5:25somebody please explain it to me, because you have women
- 5:28out here, girls who were abused, who got peanuts. When
- 5:32you look at the overall pot and unfortunately it was
- 5:35all by design. When you're dealing with people that have
- 5:38this kind of power, this kind of money, you know
- 5:41that the table's going to be tilted in their favor.
- 5:45Maxwell alleges at twenty five men reached undisclosed deals, while
- 5:49four alleged co conspirators were known to investigators but never charged.
- 5:53She does not name the individuals. Well, she's holding that
- 5:57in her pocket. Still. This is a shot across the ballot, right.
- 6:00This is to let her boy baby, Billy Blanche know
- 6:03that she means business now and she expects the White
- 6:07House and the DOJ to do the right thing and
- 6:10get her out of prison. That's what it's all about,
- 6:13make no mistake. That's all Glenn Maxwell cares about. Everything
- 6:16else is secondary. This woman wants to get out of prison,
- 6:19and she'll say whatever to do so. But when it
- 6:23comes to the co conspirators, we already knew. Now we
- 6:27might not know all their names, but every single person
- 6:30that's been caught up with Epstein has paid their way out,
- 6:35and we have a documented down in the USVII when
- 6:38it comes to multiple people. I mean, Jess Staley has
- 6:40paid his way out. We know that Leon Black has
- 6:43paid his way out. We know that Glenn Dubin has
- 6:45paid his way out. And while I understand survivors getting
- 6:49settlements from people like that, why's the USVII settling Why
- 6:54aren't they going after these people criminally speaking? If they
- 6:57have all that evidence and they know that they were
- 7:00all involved in this gigantic conspiracy. So if you're going
- 7:04to file a seco suit, you should also be filing RICO, right, unless,
- 7:09of course it was just a cash grab, which in
- 7:11my opinion, that's all it ever was. Down in the USVII.
- 7:14When it comes to the USVII government, they had at
- 7:17both ends of the table. I mean, when Epstein was alive,
- 7:20they were taking money from him hand over fist, and
- 7:23then when he died they sued the estate for one
- 7:26hundred and twenty something million, one hundred and eighty million,
- 7:28whatever it came out to. Meanwhile, at the same exact time,
- 7:31they were being sued by Epstein's survivors, meaning the USVII,
- 7:35for their alleged role in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. None
- 7:39of the four named co conspirators or the twenty five
- 7:42men with secret settlements were indicted, the court filing says.
- 7:46Maxwell argues that the alleged concealment of the deals undermined
- 7:50the fairness of her trial and violated her constitutional rights.
- 7:54New evidence reveals that there were twenty five men with
- 7:57which plaintiff lawyers reached secret settlements that could equally be
- 8:01considered as co conspirators. The legal document states none of
- 8:06these men have been prosecuted, and none has been revealed
- 8:09to a petitioner. She would have called them as witnesses
- 8:11had she known. In the sprawling court filing, Maxwell mounts
- 8:16multiple lines of attack forming the basis of her habeas
- 8:19corpus argument, including allegations of juram misconduct and suppression of evidence,
- 8:25which is all bs. All of that stuff she is
- 8:29talking about is absolute nonsense. She has been through multiple
- 8:33levels of courts, whether it's district, whether it's the appeals court,
- 8:38whether it's the Supreme Court, and they've all had the
- 8:40same reaction. Sit down, shut up, do your time, and
- 8:45be happy you didn't get more, because, my friends, twenty
- 8:49years is not enough in my opinion, not for what
- 8:51she did, not allegedly, did not might have done, but
- 8:55for what she did that said, there's other people that
- 8:58should be sitting in jail cell right next to her.
- 9:01So as much as I detest Layne Maxwell, she's not
- 9:04wrong about that. She alleges that prosecutors violated the terms
- 9:09of Epstein's two thousand and seven non prosecution agreement in Florida,
- 9:14which he claims extended immunity to co conspirators, and asserts
- 9:17she was prosecuted for political reasons while others escape jail.
- 9:22Bunch of bs, and the whole entire NPA should be
- 9:26thrown out. I feel like I'm the only one talking
- 9:29about that while everybody's off on the side quest talking
- 9:33about bullshit. I feel like we should be hammering down
- 9:36on the NPA, because without that NPA, we take away
- 9:40a gigantic shield. And one of the best ways to
- 9:44go after people like this is to leave them exposed, right,
- 9:48get rid of all the loopholes, get rid of all
- 9:50the technicalities, and leave them bearrassed. And the best way
- 9:54to do that, obviously is to get rid of the NPA,
- 9:58because Jeffrey Epstein wasn't in compliance with that NPA ever,
- 10:03so it should be null and void. And if you
- 10:06do that, well, you get rid of one of Glenn
- 10:08Maxwell's strongest arguments, or what should be one of her
- 10:11strongest arguments. And even that argument falls short. Not only
- 10:15did the Appeals Court tell Glenn Maxwell to get stuffed,
- 10:18so did the Supreme Court. So they're precedent for the
- 10:22NPA not protecting her right. And that means there's precedent
- 10:26for that NPA not to protect other people that thought
- 10:30that they were going to be protected. But I think
- 10:34the best way to go about this is to just
- 10:36get rid of the NPA altogether and the DOJ and
- 10:39Pam Bondi. They don't need anybody else to make that happen.
- 10:43The sixty four year old is serving a twenty year
- 10:46sentence at Federal Prison Camp Brian, a minimum security federal
- 10:49women's prison in Brian, Texas. She was convicted in New
- 10:53York in December of twenty twenty one of sex trafficking
- 10:57over her role in recruiting and grooming under as for
- 11:00abuse by Epstein between ninety four and two thousand and four.
- 11:06The Justice Department set on Tuesday in a court filing
- 11:09submitted in New York that it expects to release the
- 11:11Epstein files in the New York term. Whatever that means,
- 11:15never a date, right, just arbitrary whenever we decide to
- 11:19release them. Who cares about the law? Attorney General Paum
- 11:23Bondi said that her lawyers are redacting several million pages
- 11:26of documents from the files of the DOJFBI, and US
- 11:31Attorney's Office. The Epstein File Transparency Act, signed into law
- 11:36by Donald Trump in November after a civil war in
- 11:39the Republican Party acquired the DOJ to release the files
- 11:44by December nineteenth. They have no desire to release them
- 11:48at all, never mind by the deadline. No less than
- 11:52two hundred lawyers in the US Attorney's Office for the
- 11:55Southern District of New York were involved in the review.
- 12:00Secutors assigned to Nicholas Maduro's high profile case have been
- 12:04requisitioned as part of the effort. According to The New
- 12:07York Times, Uh, okay, So that Maduro case is gonna
- 12:12take forever. What you think they're just gonna walk in
- 12:15and litigate that case. No fucking way. That's gonna be
- 12:19a crazy case. So that could be back Bernard and
- 12:24they don't have to worry about sending an army of
- 12:26lawyers to deal with that. How about we deal with
- 12:29something that's been back Bernard for decades. Unfortunately, Nicholas Madero
- 12:34and the political theater surrounding him, Well, that's gonna have
- 12:37to wait. And furthermore, Nicholas Madero is not even the
- 12:41biggest drug dealer in custody. That would be OLMYO, have
- 12:46we forgotten about him? You want to talk about Fennol,
- 12:49You want to talk about Americans dying. Let's start the
- 12:52conversation with the Los Chapitos, the Cineloa Cartel and CJNG.
- 12:57Never mind Venezuela and Nicholas Maduro. Talk about a deflection,
- 13:03talk about a distraction. But the delay has sparked fury
- 13:08on Capitol Hill. Republican Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky and
- 13:13Democrat Rocanna of California accused the DOJ of a flavor
- 13:17in violation of the law. Massey and Conna wrote to
- 13:22Judge Paul Engelmeyer, who oversaw Maxwell's trial in New York,
- 13:26no he didn't, requesting that the appoint that they appoint
- 13:29an independent monitor to ensure the DOJ's compliance. Englemeyer took
- 13:34the case over after Nathan moved to the Second Circuit.
- 13:39Inglemeyer denied the request last week, stating that he does
- 13:42not have the authority to supervise the Justice Department. He
- 13:46added that he received letters from Epstein's victims supporting the
- 13:50representative's request, which he said were undeniably important and timely.
- 13:56The judge noted that Massey and Conna could initiate a
- 13:59separate lawsuit or use the tools available to Congress to
- 14:02seek DOJ oversight, and that's all true. They can and
- 14:06unfortunately the judge's right. You have to have standing to
- 14:10be an intervener. So it's up to Massey and Connon
- 14:13now to make sure that they get the right standing
- 14:16and they follow through in file suit. The Supreme Court
- 14:22last year declined to hear Maxwell's appeal, leaving her conviction intact.
- 14:27She has now turned to what lawyers describe as extraordinary
- 14:30relief via a habeas corpus petition filed in the Southern
- 14:34District of New York, seeking to vacate, set aside, or
- 14:38correct her sentence based on alleged constitutional violations. Imagine being
- 14:43Glenn Maxwell and crying that your constitutional rights were stepped
- 14:47on after what she did to those girls. Talk about
- 14:52fucking Hubris. The petition is a rare collateral attack, permitted
- 14:59only after appeals fail and typically requiring proof of new
- 15:03evidence or fundamental flaws. Such challenges only succeed in exceptional cases. Well,
- 15:10we know that it's not going to work here, and
- 15:11that Glenn Maxwell, unless her buddy Donald Trump cuts her
- 15:15a deal, is going to be sitting in prison for
- 15:18the next fifteen years or so. And my guess is
- 15:20and again This is just my guess speculation that all
- 15:24of this is theater. Glenn Maxwell's going through the motions,
- 15:28and then when Trump's terms about to be up, she'll
- 15:31probably get a pardon. At this point, the way Trump
- 15:34has been acting, the way Trump doesn't give a shit
- 15:37about Epstein or the survivors, it would be the ultimate
- 15:40fu And if he's on his way out the door,
- 15:43nothing anyone can do about it. Right, So at this
- 15:47point I fully expect that to happen. Do I expect
- 15:50that to happen before the end of his term? I don't,
- 15:54But you know what, with as much of a wildcard
- 15:56as this dude is, nothing's off the table. So like usual,
- 16:01we'll keep an eye on things and we'll see if
- 16:03these twenty five co conspirators or alleged co conspirators are
- 16:07named anytime soon. All of the information that goes with
- 16:11this episode can be found in the description box.
