SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start with the two dots, three lines from the top of Memches Aminalif.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: So uh this is where we got to these two dots?
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Yezmar Minumi Amr of Nachman Raya smuched and incharchin lah.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: So the allafa is as we've learned that whenever you have a sircha between two, the Gemara calls it unyis, ears of the rayah.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: So you have all types of different things, zakin coming off of the off of the lung.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: We know the tiniest nekab that kol shoe, a nekab rashi tells us it's always kol shoe.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: So any nekib that you have in the raya passes it up.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: Even if it closes up, we're gonna we're we assume that it's scabbed over and it's gonna open one day, and therefore it's gonna be a problem, even though right now it's closed up since there was once a nekab in the rail.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: Now that applies to anyone on the rail.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: What if you have these two unyois that are like kind of merged together by a sircha or uh however you want to call sircha in English?
• 0:50
  SPEAKER_00: Still haven't found a good word.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: So either way, it's uh what?
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: That means less to me than Sircha.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna use the word sircha.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: So either way, when you have it merged together, so it's gonna be a problem.
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: Because that happened as a result, we assume, of a nekiv.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: A nekab, even though it's closed up right now and you don't realize and you don't see the nekiv itself, it's closed up from a scab and it's a sircha that puts it together, and therefore it's going to be a problem.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: But Ravy Sarminimi in the name of Runachman says a kiddish, that rea smuchal a doyfench.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: That we said just now that's only true about a raya, that the two unyois are attached to each other.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: So in one of shah, I don't care where the nekiv is, it's gonna be a problem.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Because on any of the the ears of this ray, it's gonna be an issue.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna tray it up if you have a neck of over there.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: However, if you have a raya that's attached to the doifhen, the wall of that meaning not the lung itself, the wall that's close to the lung and the rib cage, or mashu kazeh, ain't hesh in law that we don't have to be hoyshish, and it's gonna be okay.
• 1:40
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: Because we could be Tyla that the Sirch is really coming from the Dyphen and not from the Raya.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: Now, if the Dyfen, if the rib cage, for example, has a little hole in it, is that a trefa?
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_00: Not at all.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if it's stuck via a seercha, if one of the if the raya is stuck via a sircha to the doifhen, then we could be Tyla, says Ibn Ahmad Big Khiddish, we could be Tailah, that the Sirchah is coming as a result of a nekab in the Daifen, and not as a result of the nekiv in the Rhea, which means in Khajlah not gonna be a problem.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: However, a Helsat's mochin, if it has blisters on it, meaning the Raya has blisters, so that already Rash tells it's a Raya sah that shows me that uh that really there was some type of maka associated with the actual rea, with the actual lung, then chosen lah.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: Then we have to be hush that the sircha really comes from the rea.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: Sircha comes from the rhea, that means there was a neck of a mecha means that this is trafe because a neck of a filibikoshu on the rea is going to be a problem.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: Mary Hudamishme da Vimi Omar, echadzechekosh no.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter if I found blisters or not, even if I didn't find blisters on the rea, you have to be hushish that it comes from the rea.
• 2:40
  SPEAKER_00: So echadina.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: So we could probably check it though and do some sort of badika to try to figure out if it's gonna be okay or not.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: So what's a badika that we could do?
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: Amar Rava Rava says, Robin Barshva Asburli.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: Robin Barshva explained to me that my sinan sakina the khalash pumi bring a very sharp knife.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: Um farkina la, we cut off the sirfa.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: And let me check it out.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: E Karaya Badaifen Salina Basura Diphen.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: If there's a Reasa on the Dyphen to show me that uh the Dyphen had a little scab or a wound or blisters, whatever it is to show me that the maca really was a result, the sirch was a result of the Dyphen, then we can be Taylor.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: However, Vila Machmas Rea Hivrefa.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: But if not, meaning if we don't find a Tlyya on the Dyfen, then we can't be Taylor that it came from the Diphen.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: We have to say and assume and be Machmir that it really came from the Rea, and therefore it's gonna be a trefra.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: Bach takes out the next words until the end of the line.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: And I'm ready to papi, the ravina, hodravnachemya, braider ofy severe.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry, I just skipped the line.
• 3:35
  SPEAKER_00: Rivnachemya Breider Vyasiv Badiklabshure.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Ravnachemir Breed Byase was Machmir.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: And he else, even in this case where you find, even if you find the reason a diphen, still you have to do another badika.
• 3:46
  SPEAKER_00: What's the other badika?
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: So this is the whole method that we saw already.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: That badaklabshure with warm water, you put it in, and then you could blow once it's in warm water, you could blow it out, and you'll see if there's holes or not.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: That's the badika you would do.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: But the khumra over here, we're gonna see it's gonna be a cooler soon.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: It depends on how you learn this.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: But Rivnachami Ray de Byasuf said about that that actually badiklabichuri would check it also using this method of blowing it out using warm water first.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: Even if we had a tle on the diapen, still he required this method uh to check, which is an extra humra.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: So Amray Marzutra, Braider of Hunabreader of Popular Ravina.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: Hodri Run Nachmir Braidar of Yasiv.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: This Humra that we just just saw from Rimnhamir Brayder Byyasiv, atuna homasla, you learn it on what what we just saw about the reason, the dipon, etc., that he requires you to do it nevertheless, meaning it's a humra.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: But anan, we at the Rubba Masinla, we actually learn this, uh what Rabn Nachhamia said.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: We learn this about what Rubba said, which makes it actually a kula.
• 4:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: So like this.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: Now Rabba, Rabba said, Hani Tarti uni the rea, this if you have two of these unyais, these two ears of the rea, these pieces coming off of the rea, that are uh there's a search between them.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: So again, that's what we started off with today.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: We said what?
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Uh let's live the kuso, thehsure.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: You have no way to do a Vadika to check that it's gonna be kosher, meaning it's gonna be Poslum Memonovshak.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is because I don't care where the search is coming from, this side or that side, it's gonna be a trefa either way.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Again, that's not the case we started off with today about the diphen, because that if it's actually coming from the diphen, that's not gonna be a problem.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: But over here it's a long and a long and a long, and therefore it's uh issue memonovshak.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: So Rav said that if you have these two uniists, sarchina na dadi, less nubidikus lahsuri.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: You have no badika that could be possibly be mashuri.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: And on that we learned what Ravnachemir said.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Remnachami Rebra Bia said bakila bibshure.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: He actually held that there was a badika, and he would check it using this method or the warm water and blow it up.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: And in this version, it's actually a kula, because if it worked out and I passed this bidika, then it's not gonna be a trefa.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: But the Gamar asked the Abby's question.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: According to the way we understood this case.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: The mask of Larabashi, hi Mai, I don't understand.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: Bish Lamaha Tlina Bedaif and Makshera.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: I understand why you could do this bidika.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: The way we learned from Nahanya about the meaning in the first way, in the Lishna Kama that we learned that it was going on the case that um of uh even if you found the sircha, even if you found the tlia on the doifen, you could check it ibshuria, you have to also check it with this method, and then it's gonna be okay.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: So this is a Bishlah Maha Tlini Bedaivan Ksher.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: I understand why that would work.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: Because I could be telling that the Sircha really came from the Daifen, Daifen, and a nekiv in the Daiphen is not does not passle this, it doesn't make it into a trefa.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: And that's why, as long as he might be Mahmir to require another bidika, but that's why it's gonna be okay.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: Abul Hassan, but in this case, where the sircho is between two unyas, between the two parts of the lung, then ehainach giv trefa, vihana giv trefa.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: Then how does any badika help me?
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: I don't care where the sircha is coming from.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: It's not like I could be Tailah that it's coming from the other side, the Daifan, that's not gonna be a problem.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: No, if it's coming from this side of the this unya, it's gonna be a problem.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: If it's coming from that unya, it's gonna be a problem because they're both parts of the rea.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's gonna be a trefum manavshah.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make sense to say that this remnachemya was really a kula and it was going on what Rava said.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: And that's why it must be going back on the first thing we said that it's actually a Khumra, that even if you find the Tliya on the Daifun, you still have to check.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: Says Rem Nachemya, he would be Badik, mipshuri, he would do this extra bithiko.
• 6:51
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_00: Umi Omrnachman Haki.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: Did Runnachman really say this?
• 6:55
  SPEAKER_00: What did Ramnachman say?
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: The Helsitmachin Hoshinah, that if you mean we're making a deak right now, Runachman said before that if the rea, meaning if it got attached to the wall via Sircha, you could be telling that it came from the Daifen.
• 7:09
  SPEAKER_00: No problem.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_00: Not a problem, right?
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: But if Helsitmach, if the Reya got blisters, so there is kind of a Reyes over here to show you that maybe it came from the Reya itself, because it got blisters.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: So there's probably a Maka, and maybe there's a good chance that the Nekev was in the Reya and not the Daifen.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: Sir M Nachman said that then we have to be Hajjish, and it's gonna be a problem.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_00: What does that imply though, says Rashi?
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: Michladi psycholandin nikva rea, lay mahani la stinima.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: So it clearly shows us that in a case where we're sure that the Raya got the nekiv, then Stima Sa Daifen wouldn't help it.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the fact that it's attached to the wall of the animal, I don't care.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, there's a spar to say that, listen, I hear that uh Rhea got a nekiv.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: But maybe it should be fine.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: Aye, Rhea getting a nekev is always gonna be a problem no matter what.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: I don't even care if it gets closed off.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but maybe if the wall is mamish pressed up against it and it's connecting and it's closing it off, maybe that's considered a good uh healing.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: And maybe it should be fine, it shouldn't be considered a trafe anymore because I hear that there's a hole, but the wall is closing it up.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, from the fact that Ram Nachman said that even in this case where it's Mamish attached to the wall and it's closed up right now, since there were blisters on the rea, I have to be Tyler that their nekiv was once there, and I don't care that the wall is closing it up.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Ramnachman really said such a thing that I don't care if it's closed up now, it's still gonna be considered a trapeh.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: He said in the name of Rem Nachman, Reya Shenikva Vid Daifin, Soi Sasma Kshah.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: This exact case, a rea that got a naked, but you have the wall that kind of grew into it and is closing off the neck of the Rhea.
• 8:43
  SPEAKER_00: Kshera! It's gonna be 100% kasher.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: So why did we say before?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be puzzle if we know it's coming from the neck of.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean it's the wall closing it off?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara like Ashana Kasha Hasim the Makam Revisa, Ha Hashla Bimakam Revisa.
• 8:54
  SPEAKER_00: It's two different cases.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: Over there that we said it's gonna be a problem, or rather, over there that we said it's not gonna be a problem, it's been makam revisa.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: Makum revisa meaning that's the natural place where the diphon rests on the rea.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: And since that's the natural place, it's always gonna stay there.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: And if the momish grew back together that the diphen is closing off this hole in the rea, so it's gonna stay there.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: We don't have to assume that it's gonna get disconnected.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: If it's gonna stay there, then it's a good healing to the Raya, and that's why it's not gonna be considered a trufa.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm considering a healing trufa with treva.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it's not gonna be considered a trepah if it healed back that way because it's gonna stay that way, the makam revisa.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: Oh, the shlaib makam rebisa.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: Over here, we're talking about a shalaibi makam revisa.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: In a place where it's not natural for it to grow over there, it's not, meaning it's not the natural place where it sits together, and therefore a movement in the animal or whatever it is is going to just pull them apart.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: And if it's gonna pull the diphen away from the hole in the neck, that's obviously gonna cause the problems.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be left with a nekim in the rea.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: That's 100% a trefa as we know, and that's why it's gonna be a problem in this case.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: And if you see blisters, then you have to be hajed that it came from the that it came from the rhea, and it's not a situation where it would rest and heal naturally against the diphen.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's going to be a problem, says the Gemara weiter.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: And where is the place where it naturally rests?
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: So that's talking about the splits between these ears of the rare, between these uh unyas.
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_00: So the Marakufa.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: We just quoted that Ummary, Ummar Ravnachman.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: If you have a rea, that's kind of naked.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: It's pressing against the wall and it's being saisem.
• 10:30
  SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be kosher.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: As we saw in a place where it rests normally, then it's gonna be kosher if it goes back the way.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Um Ravina Ravina says, But who is subakhbabisra?
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if it's kind of like um only if the this uh this rea is mamish embedded in the buster.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: It grew mamish on the daifen to the point where it really closed up the hole and it's kind of embedded in the busser.
• 10:49
  SPEAKER_00: The subhbira.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: I'm the basic ravina, rebuster said raven, it's subakhmai, trefa.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not embedded, it didn't grow back 100% embedded together, then my what is it's gonna be a trefa?
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Alamamrin and what do we see?
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: What do we see that we say since it didn't grow back 100% embedded together, it's considered a nekiv.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemari, Yahiki Savikhnami.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: If we care that it's a nekiv, even though it's closed off, but it's not like embedded, so even when it when it's embedded, if we still consider it a nekiv, so what's the big difference?
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's still a nekiv.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: So since it once had a nekiv, it should always be a nekiv.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: And it should be considered a trefa, Dal Tanya.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: What's the basis to say this?
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: Because we have a Braissa.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: And this Braissa of Nikev Passal is not talking about a nekiv by an animal or a trefa.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: This is actually as this is talking about a human being, a person, on his oystemakim on his Aver.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: So this isn't the denim of a Khrushchev.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: We know that that uh Khrushchev is Leav Bakalash, and there are different denim about him.
• 11:40
  SPEAKER_00: So what's a krushafkha?
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Someone who has uh got certain injuries um on his Avar that causes him that he's not gonna be able to reproduce, etc.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: So that's what the Vice is talking about.
• 11:49
  SPEAKER_00: Nikkei puzzles.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: If he has a nekev, the oysemakhim, he's going to be considered a puzzle.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: He is now a Krushovchal, what's the reason?
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: Maybe then Shushais is because he's choices, meaning when he's mighty Zerah, it's shoisis out and it's not Yerkhaitz, it doesn't shoot out like a chat.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: And the government says that anytime it's not Yerikates, then he's not gonna be able to uh be myelid since it doesn't shoot out like an arrow.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: So if it's shuys, it spills out, he's considered a kushhachwa.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Nistam, but if this nekev gets uh Nistam, it gets closed up, then kosher.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: Then, meaning it has a fix.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: If it gets closed up, it's gonna be kosher, maybe Nation Mailed, because then he can be mylin.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: As long as it gets closed up, he's gonna be able to be Yerikhaitz, no problem, he's gonna be myelin.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: Vizel Pasul Shachulhshir.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: And the Brice says this is the case of a puzzle that can become better, meaning he has a way out.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: He could be Khazul Echsher, he could become kosher again, meaning it's not a permanent thing.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: If it gets Nislam, it's gonna be good.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar like this.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: The Brice had a very interesting lush.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: This is the place where he's possible, but he has a way out.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: He has a way to kosher himself.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: So vizel no miot might.
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Sounds like a meot.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: Only over here you could undo it, right?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: But uh elsewhere it's gonna be permanent, and you can't undo it.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: Zel numai, what is it gonna be to me mimite?
• 12:54
  SPEAKER_00: Lav no meyutike outgavera.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: Isn't it coming to me might our case of a sirchan, the neck of the diphen bihulu that it's gonna be permanent, and even if it uh gets closed up by the diphen, not embedded, whatever, etc.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: It's still not gonna be considered good because it's gonna be considered permanent.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: Because only the Zel, only that case by the Krishnacha, that's where you have a way out.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_00: But anywhere else it's gonna be possible, and specifically over here, it's coming to me Memait.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: This case that it's gonna be puzzle, always permanent soul.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna not necessarily ute krum sheol machmas machaberea.
• 13:21
  SPEAKER_00: The inakrum.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: It's not coming to be Memaya that case that we were talking about where the neck of in the rea was nistam as a result of the dythan being pressed against it, but rather it's coming to me Mimayah the case where it's time scabbed over.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: You had a neck of in the in the rea and you had a scab, the krum she'ola machmas maca berea, that the krum you have a you had a scab is just scabbed over.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: That that the ina krum, it's not considered a scab to render it healed now, because we assume that it's gonna fall off and it's gonna be a problem.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Whereas our case, where it got nisam by being pressed up against the wall of the animal diet, and that already is not gonna be a problem as long as, as we saw, it was in the right place, that it's not gonna just get dislodged again.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: But as long as that happened, that's gonna be good.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: But again, the price is not coming to Mimimayatar case.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to Mimimayat, if anything, uh regular case of a neka that got nistam as a result of a scad, that would not be considered.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_00: That's the zoo.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: The zoo in the case of the Khrushchev clan, not in the case of this.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be permanent um and it's gonna be an issue.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: What if, again, this case where you had a neck of in the rea and it got nisam by the diphen, by like the rib cage.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: So it got closed off by the wall.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: And it's the type of case, it's mom is good, it's closed off.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: So what if that dophen in the area where it's closing off the raya, so what if that diphen gets a hole now?
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me?
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: My trepah's gonna be a trepa, right?
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: Because that wall is being used to close off the neck of in the in the in the rea.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: So if the wall itself that's being used gets a hole in it, so you're gonna have the same problem.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be a trepa.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, if so, we found the case where a neck of in the dophen can render the animal a trepa.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: And if so, listening nekubasa dophen, we should have also counted that as one of the trefas, nekuba sada, when you have a neck of in the diphen.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_00: Now again, a regular neck of a hole in the doifen of the animal is not gonna be a problem.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: But in this case, you found the case where it will be a problem.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: So why didn't we say that nekuba Sodaiphen, it should be a problem.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: That should also be considered a trefa, says Gamarla Tameh.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: According to that reasoning, I could find you a similar case as well.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: Meaning where you have one thing that generally by itself is not a trefa, but when it's coming to be Megan on something else, then if it gets a nekiv, it will be a trefa.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's that?
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: If you have the the gold bladder that gets a nekiv, but the covid, the liver is pressing against it and closing off that nekev, then k shera, it's gonna be kosher.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: But ilu in kif covid adh, my trefo.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: So what if the covid that's really being used over here to close off the nekiv in the Mara?
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: So the covid, what if that covid in that area got a nekev?
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me?
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: Trevor, it's gonna be a trefa, right?
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: Because that place is being used to close off the murder, and we know nekevakhilubikalshu in the mora is gonna be a problem, and therefore, if what's being used to close it off the covid gets a nekiv in that place, it's gonna be a trefa.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: So if so, you just found another case where you have another trefa.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_00: What nekubasa coved?
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Listening to Kubasa Kovid, you should have also counted as a trefa, a nekev in the coved.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Even though generally a regular nekiv in the covet is not, because we saw by the way the covid was achinitokula.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: The entire thing needs to be uh taken in order to it for it to be a trefa because it regenerates itself.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: But we just found the case where even the tiniest nekev is gonna tossle it up.
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: If that part is being used to be Megan on the Mara.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: So so too, we should have uh counted Nikov's a covet as one of the Trefas.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, we didn't say that, why not?
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: Elokin Kinikva de Lav Mine Mitrifa, like Itani.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: We're talk- so where you find the nekev de la mina mitropha, meaning if it's this type of thing, kinikva de la mine mitrifa, where where it's not it's min that's becoming the trefe.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, why why is it gonna be a problem if it gets a nekov over here?
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: Not because inherently a nekev in the covet is gonna be a problem, because this covet right now is actually being used to close off a nekab in the morrow.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: So if it's not that min that's really the cause of the root issue over here, then that's not like we're not we're not counting that.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: So a khanami came the law mini mitrava laikitani.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: So to over here in our case, same exact thing of nekuva sada doifhen.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: The doifen's being used to close off the nekem in the in the rea.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: That we're not counting because again, that's not the root cause.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: The root problem over here is always the rea and the rea we counted already.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: And the nekuva sa doifhen is not generally a problem.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: In this case, you're right, it's a problem, but it's not because of itself.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: It's a problem because of the rea, and that's why we didn't count the computer.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: Rabba Barbarhana Ashmo the Father.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: Hell said smok in Mao.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: What if uh you stam see tzmuch and you stam see blisters?
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: So before we're dealing with a case where you have a sircha, so now you gotta figure it out.
• 17:34
  SPEAKER_00: Sircha's a problem, right?
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: But now, so so we said, if it developed blisters, so now you have to be hishish that it actually came from there, and you can't be telling the diphther.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: But what if stam you see blisters?
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: So that can generally uh be the cause of a makka, right?
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: So do you have to be hishish?
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: Mao, do you have to be hishish now for a sircha because you saw blisters?
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay, he told him, Rabba, or rather Shmuel answered back, Rabba Rachanak Shah, it's gonna be cautious.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Amalay told him, Afani Armakin.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: I also agree with you.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: They're not so happy with this.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: The Alma and Masner, because Ramasner said Malya Mugla Trefa.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: If it's full of pus, like blisters that's full of pus, it's gonna be trefa.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be gets another trefa.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: Mayim Zaking Share, if it's like clear water, then it's actually gonna be cautious.
• 18:17
  SPEAKER_00: Amalay answered him back.
• 18:18
  SPEAKER_00: Haibi chulia itmar.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: That was said as it relates to the kidneys.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: You can't compare one trefa to the other.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to the kidneys, yeah, blisters are gonna be a problem.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: But blisters on the ray on the lung, that's not gonna be a problem.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: Because if Nachwan Baryoisev have a ka'azal, or as we're about to see, it's gonna lead in.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: But you can't compare one trefa to the other.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: One is not nothing to do with the other, and even though blisters might be a problem on the kidney, that's because blisters on the kidney render the animal trefa, but blisters on the ray are not as serious as blisters on the kidney, you can't compare one to the other.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_00: In the shuketabachi in the shuk of all the all the shaykhtim.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: He saw some meat that these shaykhem were selling that had a lot of blisters on them.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: So he wanted to figure out did your what did Rabir Mia hold about this uh about the this Indian?
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay told him, Loi Bay Mar Umsa, you don't want meat?
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_00: Aren't you hungry?
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: Why don't you buy some meat?
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay told him, Leslie Priti, I don't have money on me.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: I would, but I don't have money on me.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: So he told him, Amalay, Akfan, I'll uh I'll buy it on credit, don't worry about it, it's on me.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: So Amari told him, Amalay, sorry, Akfanana no, I'm gonna buy it on credit for for for you and we'll figure it out.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: So you should still buy it.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay told him, You're right.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: So you're trying to push me, but I'll tell you the real reason I'm not buying it.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: It's really because uh I have a suffoc over here.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: Because of these blisters, and you want to know my opinion on the blisters, but what should I do really over here?
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: The khiasal kamedah Rabbi'achim, because I'll tell you what what what I know about this.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: When they came before Rabbi'echna, Mishad Kamehra Ribi Huddhabishman, he wouldn't answer the Shaila himself.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi'echam wouldn't answer the Shahlah about blisters on the rea by himself.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: He would send people to Ribilah, Ribihud Rayder Bashim and the Mariba Mishmah Rabilaz Reb Shimon, who had a Messira from Ribalazar Shimon, and he would passkin lay teira, that it's mutter.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: Vilaila is but he didn't hold of it himself, meaning Rubychanim that sent people, he sent people because he didn't want to ask for it based on nothing, he didn't have a Messairah, but he himself held its answer, but he sent people to Rebihud Reb Shimon that had a Messira that it's actually mutter.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: But Umar Rabba Rabba said, basically that's why Ravir Mir says that's why I didn't buy it.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: Not about the fact that I didn't have money on me.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: I didn't buy it because it's a stuff like Rabbi Echnan himself didn't hold of it.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: Uh there was a Masaira that some had, but uh it's a questionable Indian, that's why I'm not buying it.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: Umar Rabba Rabba said, Kyavasginim Basra Ibn Nachwan, Bishukha de Galdoi.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: Where when I was going behind Urb Nachwan in the Shuka de Galdoi, that was the shuk where you bought leathers.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: So the Amrilah some say Bashukhad Rabbanan was the shukadaraban.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: So Khazi Hanoch de Kaimin Kandi Kandi.
• 20:42
  SPEAKER_00: They saw this meat.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: There's some people selling meat that had a lot of candy candy.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: Kandy is uh Rashi says uh tsmachim gidoilam.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: It's even more, it's even more kvadin uh bere, it's even uh bigger blisters on the rea.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: Even bigger blisters than before.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: Ravan Achman was the uh he was the place, right?
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: So Ramnachman he was the he was the in charge also, he's uh Chasna the the the the Rij Gulusa.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: He he he had a big position of power and he wasn't scared of anyone, as we know from Ravanachman.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: And still he didn't say anything.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Ravenachman Amalimidi didn't say anything to these uh these Shaychtin.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: So you would think if it's a problem, he would have said something.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: And Ravami Rivasi also, Habu Khalfi Beshuka de Twerya.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: They would go they went in the Shuk of Taria and Ha and Khazi Hanak the Kaimi Tineri Tinriya, they saw these people selling meat with uh tinorum on it.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: Tinri Rash says it's even bigger than me for it's the biggest, if it's even bigger than candy, so it's the biggest type of blisters.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: If I Amalibila Midi didn't say anything, and Michalal Lav at a shameah that they must have held it.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_00: It's not necessarily a problem.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: It says Nigamar, Itmar, it was sort of like this Mahachinim Tsasgaraya.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: If you find a needle in the Raya.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: So you find a needle in the lung.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: So how did it get there?
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be the problem, right?
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: If it got there by uh poking it, so you have two options, right?
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: The animal swallowed the needle, that was two pipes.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: It could have gone down the esophagus and made its way into the uh stomach.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Make and from there kind of poked through organs till it got inside the ray.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: So that's for sure gonna be a problem, right?
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: Because it caused a neck of through the lung, and now it's inside the lung.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: But how did it get there?
• 22:09
  SPEAKER_00: It poked through everything.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: So you have a neck of in the ray, it's gonna be a trapa.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: Or you could say that the animal really just it went down the wrong tube, it inhaled, or the right one, it inhaled, you don't want a needle either way, right?
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: But it inhaled the needle, it went down the cone, and that's how it got into the rayah.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: And now it's sitting in the ray, but it didn't uh make a neck of in anything, and therefore it's not necessarily a problem.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: So, what do we do with this machat that was found in the ray?
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: So Rabychanan verbalezir verb chaninam machri.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: They said, they say mechash, they they said it's gonna be kosher.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: They said it's gonna be trade.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara, let's say that this is the machelikas.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: First of all, not what we said first.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: So this is it, let's let's start over here with the following.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: That the that the the matirim or the ice room hold that chissarin maybe fnam shmehissarin, if it's chasar a little bit from the inside, the rea, if it's missing a little bit from the inside, because we assume that the metal like eats eats at a little bit of the of the organoma here.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: So since it's gonna make it chasr, so the rea being chasar is uh 100% a trefa.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: But what if it's chaser from the inside and not from the outside?
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: So is that considered the trefah of chissarin or not?
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: So marsaver chissar mifnim chisar, so it's gonna be a problem.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Uh my sober leishmmehsar and the other one uh the the materium hold that it's actually not gonna be a problem.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: It's not considered a chisarn if the chassis is mibifnim, it's from the inside, it's not from the outside.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be the machlekis, says that they give loi.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: Really, I'll tell you the kuliyama, chhisar and mibifnim, lohsar.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: I actually that everyone agrees that chasan mibifnim is not a problem.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: We're not worried about chisar and mibifnim, because even if it's missing a little bit from the inside, it's not considered a chisaran to be a trade fall.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: The hawk about kimik, you want to know what the machelikas is, like we said before.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: The oystrim hold, or rather the materium, sorry, hold that that sympoina no katvasoy, as rash says, Deracha kona nechnas.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: It came through the kone, it came through the windpipe, and therefore it went through the sympainus and it landed in the in the rea.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: It didn't have to break anything.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: It didn't have to cut through or make a nekum in anything, and that's why it's gonna be kosher.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: But the oystrim hold that it really went through the esophagus, it went through the it went through the veshet, and it had to break its way in through organs and it went, came through the outside of the ray, straight in, which obviously caused a nekum in the rail, and that's why they hold it's gonna be trace.
• 24:26
  SPEAKER_00: Why not just check?
• 24:27
  SPEAKER_00: Check what?
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: It might have been Nistam.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: Here, listen, we have the if it's Nistam, that's not a problem.
• 24:36
  SPEAKER_00: It is a problem.
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_00: If it's Nistam?
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: No, if you one sheeta, as we saw before, you could rely on the uh Nistam, it depends how it was Nistam, but Nistam regular is usually a problem because we assume the scam is gonna fall off.
• 24:46
  SPEAKER_00: You don't fully know.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: It looks like a machegis of Metzias right now.
• 24:50
  SPEAKER_00: What usually happens?
• 24:51
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe you can't check.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: Maybe if you didn't find uh you still have to be a title.
• 24:55
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the Gemara.
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_00: A story.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: Home machda de stak bichituched rea.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: So this Indian, you found the needle, or there was a story where they found the needle in a piece of lung.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: So this is uh after the animal's already chopped up, and they find the needle in a piece of a lung.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: So I see that they came to Ravami, they came, they brought it before Ravami.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: What do we do over here?
• 25:12
SPEAKER_00: How did the needle get here?
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: Do we have to assume that it caused a nekab and it got here and uh we're only finding it now?
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: So they came and brought it before Ravami.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: Savannah Surrey, he thought to be Mahirit, and Aeswe, Rivirmiya, the eating Ravzika, Yermian, some say was Rivzikah, they asked him the following A Ray Shabah, Oish Khasra, it's gonna be a problem, that's gonna be considered a trefar, right?
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: So my chasra, what's khasra?
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: Eli maybe chat if you can tell me that's only a problem from the outside.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: I knew nikfah, that's the same thing of a nekab, right?
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: A nekab is even a cultu, and that's khasr from the outside, and nekab causes us uh khassarin as well.
• 25:40
  SPEAKER_00: So Allah.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: So obviously the chassarin that's a trefa is talking about from the inside.
• 25:44
  SPEAKER_00: So is Mami nochsarmifnamisharin.
• 25:47
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand, it's a hundred percent a problem.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: Why are you being mahtir?
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: So Hadar, Shadur the committee Ribitz-Naqwah.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: So they decided to send this shadow to Ritzik Naqah and Saralah Shiru.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: He also thought to be Mahsharit.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: So they asked both Rvami and then they send it to Ritzgun Nafa, and they both thought to be Mahtirat, and then they asked them from this Braissa that uh that it should be a problem, or rather the deek from the Mishnah, as we saw.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: But it should be a problem.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara Hodder Shah dual the Kamehit Ravami.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: So they sent the Shahlah back to Ravami.
• 26:20
SPEAKER_00: They started with Ramami, now they sent it back to Rabami.
• 26:22
  SPEAKER_00: Vitarfa.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: And based on this, he now decided he's Sabalakhshura at the beginning.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_00: But now Vitarfa.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: Now he decided that it's trif.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: But Amrilah, Amrilah, they told him, so they were again they're handling from each side.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: When you say it's mutter, I'll say it's assured.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: When you say it's askr, I'll ask you why not it's mutter.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: So they told him, Amrilah, but what there are bananas, as we saw before, who's their abonan that are mahti?
• 26:41
SPEAKER_00: There are a banan uh before of Machinimzberea, R Biachun and Malazir Rachanina Mahsri.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: So Biyahri and Ralazir Rhachina, those are a bana mashri.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: The mechashri, they say it's not a problem.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: So Amar Lahan he told them, Hey Nikh Shiru, you want to know why they were mastered?
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_00: It's a different case.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: It's Bikhlal, a different case from what you're asking me right now.
• 26:57
  SPEAKER_00: What's this case you're asking me?
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: It was a machat that was found in a piece of the rea.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: So it's only a piece you're bringing me over here.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: So they were maqshiri it, she yield the mezitamachir, they had a very good reason.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: Anan, us in this situation where you only have a piece, mezitam naqshira, why should you be mastered?
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: Doma ihavi rea kaman minakva.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: You only have a piece of the rea.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: Maybe if you had the whole rea, then you would see that it actually has a nekiv.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: Whereas over there in the case they were maqsirit, they had the whole rea.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_00: This is an answer to your question, and they saw there was no nekiv.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: If they saw there was no nekiv, maybe that's why they could be Tailah over here.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: But but in your case, I don't have the whole rea, and therefore I don't have the whole rea to see that there's no nekib biklan.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_00: That's why in this case I'm gonna say it's traf.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let's ask now, right?
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: According to the husband we made before.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like the only reason it's gonna be kasha or pasel over here is because we don't have the full rea.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_00: You only brought me a piece.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: But if you have the full rea of a layman kava and you see that it doesn't have a nekeb, shayra, it's gonna be kosher, the omr-nachun.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Then we see Rimnachun, the high simpointed the rea, the inkib trefa.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: That any simpoin, like one of the vessels, one of the blood vessels, and uh that goes down and uh through the rea.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: So this simpoin of the rea that has a nekav, it's gonna be trefa.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: That even if it went through, what's the question?
• 28:10
SPEAKER_00: The question is that even if it went through the kanh, in order to get down into the rea, it has to pass the simpoinas.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Now we're assuming that it had to uh kind of there's no clear uh pathway through the simpainus.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, through the kanh down into the rea, if it makes a nekiv in the simplen to get to the rea, it's gonna be a problem.
• 28:27
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't Ravnachman say that?
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, why do I care that there's no nekiv in the Rhea itself?
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: And then it's not gonna be a problem.
• 28:37
SPEAKER_00: Even if there's a nekiv in the sim point, it's a problem.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_00: So even if you want to tell me it came from the through the kan, it passed through the simpoin, made a nekiv in the sim point, and got into the rea, that should be a trefa unto itself.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, Hahu Le Khaver, It's Mar.
• 28:48
  SPEAKER_00: That's not always true.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_00: That's only true that it's gonna be considered a trefus, like Ram Nachman said in the sim point, where a simpoin it got a hole in an area where it's next to another simpoint, where it's mamish next to each other.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_00: But in this case, la chaveira, it's married, meaning it's it's next to each other.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_00: But in this case where it wasn't, it was like on the side of the simpoinus or something like that, that is not necessarily a trefile, even according to Ramnachman, and that's why it's not gonna be a problem.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_00: Says I'll be omrunnachman, didn't Ramnachman say high hidura dichanto, this uh we're talking about intestines that are like uh twisted together.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_00: The inkiv, la hadihavhadihab, right?
• 29:23
SPEAKER_00: That it got a nekiv in a place where it's next to another twisted intestines.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: So since they're all pressed against each other like the diphen to the rail we saw before, so Megan allow it protects it.
• 29:32
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: Because even though you have a little nekiv, it's pressed up against each other and therefore it it absorb it it kind of uh grows onto itself and it closes up the steam and it protects each other from that little hole.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: So the question is what if we find this inyun that Avna Ahmed said as relates to the intestines, that it's Megan on each other, so why am I the sympinus one to the other?
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: It would be a problem.
• 29:52
  SPEAKER_00: How la khavera itmar?
• 29:53
SPEAKER_00: Khavera it's gonna be a problem if you have the sympinus together.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_00: If it's together, as we saw, just like the intestines are Megan alau, uh magan on each other, so to the sympinus should be magin on each other, says the Gemara.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: Umravashi, like we mentioned on a Manalif, Trefus come Damila Dadi.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: You're asking a question from one trefah to the other.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_00: The fact that intestines can be magan on each other should mean that the sympainas can be should be uh magan on each other.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_00: What does one have to do with the other?
• 30:15
SPEAKER_00: Ain't I'm an ibu trefazoo is done with the zoo.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: By trefus, we do not biklal say that this one uh is similar to that one as it relates to their denim.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: That if this is true by that one, this is true by that one.
• 30:24
  SPEAKER_00: There's no shafus.
• 30:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: Shareh Chitchamikan umesa, chitchemikan mchaya.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: Because we see by an animal you could cut it in one place and it's gonna die, and you cut it in a different place and it's gonna live.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, different parts of the animal have different dinim and different mitsiais, that one is considered a trefa in this scenario, one not, and therefore every uh Kujbach who created the animal, and not everything is the same.
• 30:43
SPEAKER_00: Every part has its own nyanim, and you can ask from one to the other.
• 30:48
  SPEAKER_00: We'll continue a little bit more.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: There was another needle found.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: The ishtakh be simpainer rabba.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_00: It was found in the big simpain of the rea.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: So again, the rea, the lung, has a couple of compartments before you get there.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_00: So it goes down the kana, and there's uh a few, I think they're called bronchial uh areas, bronchial tubes, so it gets to the simpainarabah, the big one of the rea.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: So I still like made the rabanan, true.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: They brought it before the rabbanan trufai.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_00: Where are the rabban and trufa?
• 31:12
SPEAKER_00: These are the rabban that said it's traf.
• 31:13
  SPEAKER_00: The rabanan trufa.
• 31:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's it, that says it's traf.
• 31:16
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about, as we saw before, Rish Lakesh, Romani Barpatesh, Rub Shiman Menalayakim, Tarfi, as we saw before.
• 31:22
  SPEAKER_00: They said it's trafe.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbanan Simpai, they brought it before those rabanan.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_00: And Lay Amruba is heter.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: And they that they said it's trafe before, in this case, they didn't say it's usar, they didn't say it's mutter.
• 31:36
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't they say it's mutter, keshmatayu?
• 31:38
SPEAKER_00: Like they said before, they said this case is trait.
• 31:39
SPEAKER_00: No, anytime you get an a anytime you have an issue like this, when you find the machet inside.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: And isronomile amriba, but why didn't they say it's usar?
• 31:46
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't Keshmatayu, right?
• 31:47
SPEAKER_00: Didn't they say it's uh this is a problem?
• 31:48
SPEAKER_00: So Israel Amri they also didn't say it's usar because came in the simpaina rabah ishtak since this was found in the simpaina rabah, in the big one, then this case is different because in law simpaina nakvasa, because I can really say that in this case it maybe came through the cone, got into the simpoin, and since it's the simpoin rabah, it's the big one.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to say that it tore through the simpoint, maybe it just landed in there, and maybe you could be telling that it got there without being Minach of anything, and that's why it shouldn't be a problem, and we'll hold it here for the next.
