Transcript
- 0:06Speaker 1: Hey, babes, it's your favorite human to ever grace your
- 0:09Speaker 1: TVs on Vanderbilt rolls Lala Kent Hi, Hi, how are you? Hell?
- 0:14Speaker 1: You too? Thank you? That's my intro to the podcast.
- 0:19Speaker 1: A plus friend, you're a brother. When your name pops
- 0:23Speaker 1: up and it says Easton, it says Laala's brother. You're
- 0:25Speaker 1: not friend of, You're blood of.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Eh.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Yeah, they should start introing family like that.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I'm going to start. Did you know that they reached out?
- 0:34Speaker 2: I'm going to start.
- 0:35Speaker 1: There's such a damn lie doing it. You're doing what
- 0:39Speaker 1: season twelve?
- 0:40Speaker 2: The new Yeah, the reboot of it?
- 0:42Speaker 1: You guys, that is not a headline, which is absolutely
- 0:45Speaker 1: messing with us. But I'm just like on this shocker
- 0:49Speaker 1: reality TV kick for a minute. I know it seems
- 0:52Speaker 1: like there was no lull, but there was. Because I
- 0:55Speaker 1: was debating on Peacock. I'm like, which one do I
- 0:58Speaker 1: start next? Because I'm up on every single new season
- 1:03Speaker 1: that's airing right now?
- 1:04Speaker 3: So what can I rewatch?
- 1:05Speaker 1: So what can I rewatch? Exactly? So I went back
- 1:08Speaker 1: to Real Housewives of OC and then I'm looking at
- 1:11Speaker 1: Alex Baskin's Instagram and I saw something Tamra had posted
- 1:17Speaker 1: being like, I guess it's time to dust off the
- 1:19Speaker 1: friendship bracelets, and I was like, what the fuck does
- 1:22Speaker 1: that mean? And then I'm like, thank god I went
- 1:26Speaker 1: back to watching Real Housewives of Orange County because then
- 1:28Speaker 1: it clicked that she and Gretchen gave each other friendship
- 1:32Speaker 1: bracelets or Gretchen, no, Tamar gave one to Gretchen. And
- 1:35Speaker 1: then I see Baskins post about like Gretchen's returning. So
- 1:40Speaker 1: it all came together and how wild that we already
- 1:43Speaker 1: had the og of the oc teed up for last
- 1:46Speaker 1: week's normal episode.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Was meant to be.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It was meant to be, and that's why I'm like,
- 1:49Speaker 1: we're sticking to the theme for the bonus, my favorite
- 1:52Speaker 1: topic reality television, all things Bravo, but we're sticking to
- 1:56Speaker 1: the script of Orange County. So I asked my friend's
- 1:59Speaker 1: iconic moments one liners that you loved whose house a housewife?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Like a throwback chick that you're like, damn, she was good.
- 2:07Speaker 2: I thought we were talking about Luka Doncic.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Okay, well that's what.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Before I'm prepared, I promise.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Why don't you tell who Luka Doncic is By the way.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, ask your husband your boyfriends.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I'm sure a lot of women's girl friends.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Everybody knows who Luka Doncic is. He's a he's a
- 2:26Speaker 3: great player. He's from overseas Europe. Okay, he played for
- 2:30Speaker 3: the Dallas Mavericks. Took him to a took him to
- 2:33Speaker 3: the national champion or what is it? What is it? Uh, John,
- 2:37Speaker 3: come the NBA Championshire It is the NBA Championship.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Is he a young kid? Young baby?
- 2:44Speaker 3: Baby? It's his team? Now let him run it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Well, I was thinking and I ran this past my
- 2:51Speaker 1: business manager. I said, I really want to buy basketball
- 2:54Speaker 1: tickets and I'm thinking about the Clippers. And he was like,
- 2:56Speaker 1: you know what, there's what's his name, Luca. Yeah, I mean,
- 3:00Speaker 1: definitely look into Lakers tickets, I said, Steve, watching my money,
- 3:05Speaker 1: not spending it.
- 3:06Speaker 3: But the only reason why I like the Clippers tickets
- 3:08Speaker 3: is because of the new arena. So it would have
- 3:11Speaker 3: been cool to go in and see like the new
- 3:13Speaker 3: arena because it's all like AI ish, well.
- 3:16Speaker 1: That's sick, but I well, yes, but it's it's kind
- 3:21Speaker 1: of like the Rams and the Chargers, the Lakers and
- 3:25Speaker 1: the Clippers, like they're both super super fun, but one
- 3:29Speaker 1: costs way more than the other, and there's a reason
- 3:32Speaker 1: for that. You know what, don't shame the Clippers, Easton.
- 3:35Speaker 2: I love the Clippers. That's my favorite team.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You loved DeAndre Jordan?
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yes?
- 3:40Speaker 1: Didn't Blake Griffin play for them?
- 3:41Speaker 2: To Blake Griffin? Yeah?
- 3:42Speaker 3: I liked him when it was Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan
- 3:45Speaker 3: and Jamal Crawford.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Okay, can I tell you a story and then we'll
- 3:49Speaker 1: jump into housewives. But I was at a Sports Illustrated party.
- 3:55Speaker 3: I went with you you did?
- 3:57Speaker 1: Were they there?
- 3:58Speaker 2: Yes? Don't you remember?
- 3:59Speaker 1: No, Easton? Because I was wasted and I go up. Okay,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I have liquid courage and DeAndre Jordan and Blake Griffin
- 4:08Speaker 1: are at the bar and I roll up on them.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Who the hell knows why? They buy me a shot?
- 4:13Speaker 1: It's warm and I had to turn around and somewhat
- 4:17Speaker 1: throw up on the car past you know what, and
- 4:21Speaker 1: then I quickly just left.
- 4:22Speaker 3: I was like, oh, what a story. And they're probably like, wow,
- 4:25Speaker 3: what a bad bitch? Shot threw it up? Left? What
- 4:30Speaker 3: are they like?
- 4:30Speaker 1: What a fucking weirdo? Who says like girl who like
- 4:34Speaker 1: rolls up? I don't even know what I said.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I was very verde.
- 4:39Speaker 1: That was white girl wasted as it gets. But you
- 4:41Speaker 1: know what, all good now made for a great So.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Let's get into more white girl wasted moments.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Well, welcome to housewives. So I asked you, guys, like
- 4:52Speaker 1: I said about the iconic moments, there were so many
- 4:55Speaker 1: good ones that also I had to look up which
- 4:58Speaker 1: you've been on the TikTok.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Looking up, I looked up a good amount of them.
- 5:01Speaker 3: I even got into Phaedra.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Oh, you went down a rabbits hole, down.
- 5:05Speaker 3: The rabbits hole, and Phaedra might be she's my crush.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Phaedra Parks is everything.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Like she's just so cute.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Yeah and heard, yeah, her facial expressions, but like she's funny.
- 5:16Speaker 1: She's really funny. She was great on Atlanta, amazing.
- 5:19Speaker 3: But yeah, I went down rabbit holes of season one's.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Two's different franchises.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I was going through everything, but no, the OC
- 5:27Speaker 3: I had no idea how funny it was season two.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Three, all of them tell us, tell us.
- 5:34Speaker 3: I mean, my favorite one was Vicky showing up and
- 5:38Speaker 3: surprising her son and he's with all of his friends.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Here's the thing, I if it was like, if filmed,
- 5:45Speaker 3: I'd probably be like, lista, get the fuck out of him,
- 5:48Speaker 3: you know, but like usually I'm like yeah, but like
- 5:52Speaker 3: I love just her, like giving high fives to all
- 5:55Speaker 3: the friends. She's like, yeah, I'm ready for the game.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And she's like, are you excited?
- 5:59Speaker 3: Aren't you excited to see me? And he goes no, no,
- 6:04Speaker 3: And I felt that to my core.
- 6:05Speaker 2: At some point, did you bring a keg?
- 6:07Speaker 1: Or was there a keg?
- 6:08Speaker 2: There?
- 6:08Speaker 3: There could have been a keg, I only you saw
- 6:11Speaker 3: just the headline of it.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Yes, well I do remember that. I think that was
- 6:16Speaker 1: season one, and.
- 6:18Speaker 3: No, it was season two. And then my other yeah, okay,
- 6:21Speaker 3: my other favorite I have to get it out okay.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Season three, still, Vicki buys her daughter a car, proceeds
- 6:28Speaker 3: to drive it, just slamming the horn. Everybody's probably thinking,
- 6:32Speaker 3: what the hell is going on out here? Just laying
- 6:34Speaker 3: it on it. She runs out she bought her a
- 6:37Speaker 3: car and then goes, I bought you a car that
- 6:40Speaker 3: you gonna make payments for. I thought that was so,
- 6:44Speaker 3: but I also was like, how great, Like you got
- 6:47Speaker 3: the car, yeah, you gotta make a couple hundred dollars payments,
- 6:49Speaker 3: But like the hardship was done. I know, which is.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Waiting at the dealership for five hours signing the fucking paperwork,
- 6:56Speaker 1: which is the biggest nightmare.
- 6:58Speaker 3: But those were my like. I liked those moments obviously,
- 7:01Speaker 3: like Tamar in a Bush is iconic to me.
- 7:06Speaker 1: So many great moments. But I do love when she
- 7:09Speaker 1: she's slamming on the horn like you said, and she
- 7:11Speaker 1: knocks on. Brianna comes out, and Brianna, the thing I
- 7:14Speaker 1: love about her is she's her mom Vicky, so fun
- 7:19Speaker 1: and energetic, and Brianna could not be any less underwhelmed
- 7:24Speaker 1: by all of it. She's like, I just want to
- 7:26Speaker 1: go to nursing school. Fuck my hot military husband, get
- 7:31Speaker 1: on with my day. But she comes out, and Brianna
- 7:35Speaker 1: is young at this point, right, she here's the guy,
- 7:37Speaker 1: I mean looks she looks.
- 7:39Speaker 3: The exact same she really does.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Yeah, she hasn't changed one bit. But she comes out
- 7:43Speaker 1: and Vicky gives her the biggest hug with the highest
- 7:47Speaker 1: pitch voice. I bought you a car, isn't it pretty?
- 7:50Speaker 1: And you get to make the payments? You get to No,
- 7:54Speaker 1: you have to, you get too, luxury brand new Mercedes
- 7:59Speaker 1: bow on it. I even brought it home for you
- 8:02Speaker 1: really top to your delivery service by Vicki gun Wilson.
- 8:05Speaker 1: She's delivering new cars and insurance.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But like she said, you got a dress for success.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I appreciated that. It made me want to go buy
- 8:13Speaker 1: a g wagon and be like, I'll worry about it
- 8:16Speaker 1: all that stuff later because I'm dressing for success. But
- 8:20Speaker 1: a few people brought up the ones you were talking about,
- 8:24Speaker 1: so I'm so happy that those were the kids, the
- 8:28Speaker 1: showing up at Michael's house with all of his friends,
- 8:32Speaker 1: and the one about the car. So you already are
- 8:35Speaker 1: like balls deep in iconic house around round of applause.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Good for you, all right, yeah.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 1: See when Vicki's son showed up at her son's fraternity
- 8:49Speaker 1: house iconic with praise hands. Did you come in contact
- 8:54Speaker 1: with a TikTok where Tamera screams.
- 8:57Speaker 2: That's my no.
- 8:59Speaker 3: I love that. I knew people were gonna write that one.
- 9:02Speaker 2: How come because it's iconic.
- 9:05Speaker 3: It's that one, And I mean.
- 9:08Speaker 1: There's something absolutely gorgeous about someone being right here in
- 9:14Speaker 1: a conversation and then just in a seconds hitting the
- 9:18Speaker 1: fucking rule on.
- 9:20Speaker 3: My TikTok the way it was after she yells, it
- 9:23Speaker 3: goes to like each individual's face and.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They're all everyone was quiet after that. You know a
- 9:29Speaker 1: lot of people say, don't raise your voice because you
- 9:31Speaker 1: don't get your point across. It's like, but what if
- 9:33Speaker 1: I don't need to get my point across. I just
- 9:35Speaker 1: need everyone to be quiet.
- 9:36Speaker 3: So I get that. Yeah, But when you have something
- 9:40Speaker 3: that it's that's my opinion. It's a statement when you continually,
- 9:45Speaker 3: like when you continue and continually yell. Is it continuously continuously?
- 9:51Speaker 3: Is it?
- 9:51Speaker 1: Who knows a dictionary?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Give me a dictionary.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 9:55Speaker 3: When somebody is constantly yelling at you in sentence form,
- 10:00Speaker 3: then it gets old.
- 10:01Speaker 1: So you're talking about one statement and a statement, and
- 10:04Speaker 1: it's very factual it is. It's just an opinion. I
- 10:07Speaker 1: can't be mad at you for that, because we're all
- 10:09Speaker 1: entitled to an opinion. When Vicky compared herself to Jesus
- 10:13Speaker 1: on the cross over Brooks, did you see that, she
- 10:15Speaker 1: goes just like that, I have done nothing wrong.
- 10:18Speaker 3: I just like Jesus.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Jesus Jesus did nothing wrong and he was nailed to
- 10:22Speaker 1: the cross I am being nailed to the cross cut
- 10:26Speaker 1: to Tamor and her confessional. Well, you're not Jesus Christ
- 10:31Speaker 1: and you're not being nailed to any cross, but you
- 10:33Speaker 1: could be going to hell if you're lying about this.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:38Speaker 1: But you know what she said on the podcast that
- 10:40Speaker 1: we did with her last week Regular Wednesday episode that
- 10:44Speaker 1: there were moments behind closed doors with Brooks that she
- 10:48Speaker 1: was like, something isn't adding up, Like I had those
- 10:52Speaker 1: conversations with him like do you really have cancer? And
- 10:55Speaker 1: he would look her in the eye and say yes.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But I don't feel like I need to provide my
- 11:00Speaker 1: medical records to these people. And honestly, I feel like
- 11:07Speaker 1: not having a produced show in front of you because
- 11:09Speaker 1: when you watch, it's very much like something's off, but
- 11:12Speaker 1: behind closed doors with someone no cameras them saying it's
- 11:16Speaker 1: no one's bit my medical records, it's like it's actually true,
- 11:19Speaker 1: like it is no one's fucking business.
- 11:21Speaker 3: And I also want to bring up our dad who
- 11:23Speaker 3: had cancer on his finger and on his leg that
- 11:27Speaker 3: he got just like dust.
- 11:28Speaker 1: It wasn't on his leg.
- 11:31Speaker 3: His leg, but they dug it out of his fingers,
- 11:32Speaker 3: Like that's the thing. He may have had sorts of cancer.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Some cancer is different than others. But yes, I don't
- 11:39Speaker 3: think you physically need to show him any of your records.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But here's where it gets very tricky because he was
- 11:48Speaker 1: claiming that I believe he had like some blood cancer
- 11:50Speaker 1: and then he provides this like sheet and Tammer goes,
- 11:55Speaker 1: this can't be one word, and he's like you can
- 11:57Speaker 1: see the wheels going like fuck that.
- 12:01Speaker 3: Oh he wrote it.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Yes, he for show didn't have cancer.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Yeah, well then shame.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Now he's for sure. No he It was mortifying kind
- 12:12Speaker 1: of like that and horrendous. The girl that you guys
- 12:14Speaker 1: were watching that podcast of oh the TV show Scamanda, Yes,
- 12:20Speaker 1: highly recommend it.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Yes he did.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Yes, there was a whistleblower and we see her for
- 12:26Speaker 1: the first time. Oh so good. I love when people
- 12:30Speaker 1: get caught doing shitty.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Yeah, scamand a watch.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really good. I just blew through all the
- 12:36Speaker 1: seasons in the past few months, just getting into season eighteen. Okay,
- 12:42Speaker 1: this is from kay Lala eighty seven. And if you're
- 12:47Speaker 1: telling me that you have never seen Housewives and you
- 12:50Speaker 1: got to be watched for the first time for the
- 12:54Speaker 1: first time, if you want to binge watch, it's like
- 12:58Speaker 1: people that tell me they've never seen Housewives of New
- 13:00Speaker 1: York from start to finish. Oh my gosh, I feel
- 13:05Speaker 1: so much jealousy. Same with Game of Thrones. I'm like,
- 13:08Speaker 1: you've never seen it. Do you know how lucky you
- 13:11Speaker 1: are in this moment? Easton?
- 13:14Speaker 2: And have we start tonight? It is we could start
- 13:18Speaker 2: it on the big media room.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Game of Thrones, We'll start it and then we'll follow
- 13:23Speaker 1: it up with og New York steal. I'll never forget
- 13:28Speaker 1: how funny their whitewater rafting trip was. See we talked
- 13:32Speaker 1: about this on the pod. How at the beginning of
- 13:36Speaker 1: OC it was almost and you have to remember Easton,
- 13:39Speaker 1: so Real Housewives of Orange County. Vicky was the very
- 13:44Speaker 1: first housewive and she lasted a very long time on
- 13:48Speaker 1: the on that city like it was. It was originally
- 13:51Speaker 1: called Behind the Gates, So that's what it was first season,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and then they started breaking into let's call it the
- 14:00Speaker 1: Real Housewives and from there you know what happened. Yeah,
- 14:02Speaker 1: so many cities.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Their seation was called behind the Gates.
- 14:05Speaker 1: That's what. Yes, And it was wild because you just
- 14:10Speaker 1: watched what they were doing on it. It would be
- 14:13Speaker 1: like a camera following us and like the sun Lofts
- 14:16Speaker 1: to Lake Powell and it looked like someone was just
- 14:19Speaker 1: recording on like a handheld camera.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not gonna say that, like it isn't your
- 14:23Speaker 3: real life today, but I feel it's more of a production. Yes,
- 14:27Speaker 3: it's like there's a lot more into it. And from
- 14:31Speaker 3: my opinion watching it, all of the people in the
- 14:34Speaker 3: beginning seasons look a lot less stressed in a sense
- 14:40Speaker 3: they're freely filming. Does that make sense, Like it doesn't
- 14:44Speaker 3: seem like there's pressure on a conversation to be had
- 14:48Speaker 3: or anything like that. It was all a free flowing yeahow,
- 14:53Speaker 3: and that's just how I look at it.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Well, you're absolutely spot on, that's what it was. And
- 14:58Speaker 1: I'm now on the seat. I think it's season five.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Gretchen is now fully with Slade, and there's a housewife
- 15:06Speaker 1: named Lynn, and she and her husband are going through
- 15:09Speaker 1: money troubles. Their two teen daughters are really disrespectful and
- 15:14Speaker 1: like to drink a lot, and the youngest, I think
- 15:17Speaker 1: is like seventeen. The sister I think is maybe eighteen nineteen.
- 15:21Speaker 1: And it was wild to watch this woman try to
- 15:25Speaker 1: navigate being evicted from her house, her husband, lying about
- 15:31Speaker 1: money problems, her two kids that she just can't get
- 15:34Speaker 1: control over, and those conversations it just didn't seem forced.
- 15:40Speaker 1: It was like, today, I'm gonna go to my mom's
- 15:42Speaker 1: house to vent to her about her grandkids that won't
- 15:44Speaker 1: stop fucking drinking. And the very last episode, the two
- 15:49Speaker 1: girls show up to the party at I think they
- 15:52Speaker 1: had it at the montage or something nice fucking wasted
- 15:57Speaker 1: and then seventeen year old's just like, I just need
- 15:59Speaker 1: one our tiny dad. I haven't had anything to drink
- 16:03Speaker 1: at all today. And Lynn's sitting in her confessionals, She's like,
- 16:06Speaker 1: you know, me being clueless. We're in the in the
- 16:09Speaker 1: limo and it was a big limo and you know,
- 16:12Speaker 1: they were getting into something, filling up their water bottles
- 16:15Speaker 1: and I didn't know what it was, you know, because
- 16:17Speaker 1: I'm clueless, And well, an ask, your girls were just
- 16:20Speaker 1: getting wasted right in front of you in the limo.
- 16:23Speaker 3: What else have they done right in front of you?
- 16:25Speaker 3: If you're that clueless?
- 16:26Speaker 1: Well that's what the a lot of her storyline was about,
- 16:28Speaker 1: was like the women saying, you got to get control
- 16:30Speaker 1: over these girls. So you're like, you're not. And Lynn
- 16:32Speaker 1: has the dark hair, m m, she had the facelift.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Yeah, she's beautiful, but yeah, no, I was watching with
- 16:39Speaker 3: you on the couch there the season finale or what
- 16:45Speaker 3: not the season finale, but the reunion. The reunion, Yeah,
- 16:48Speaker 3: and they were all talking to her and she was like,
- 16:49Speaker 3: I have rules.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I'm firm it flows into another season. I think she
- 16:52Speaker 1: was only on for two seasons, but.
- 16:55Speaker 3: She did not have control.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I know. I after this episode, I'm gonna google their names,
- 17:00Speaker 1: their Instagram and see what they're doing now. I think
- 17:02Speaker 1: she and her husband split up. It's the best. I
- 17:05Speaker 1: love going back and like, where are they now? The
- 17:08Speaker 1: real stars of Bravo. I love the single mom like
- 17:12Speaker 1: us Lourie, she struggle, slash, worked hard, met her her
- 17:15Speaker 1: son just died. So Laurie was one of the housewives.
- 17:21Speaker 1: She only appeared in the beginning seasons, but she was
- 17:24Speaker 1: a single mom. She ended up meeting a really great
- 17:26Speaker 1: guy who babied her, took care of her. But Laurie,
- 17:31Speaker 1: her son struggled a lot with drugs and she struggled
- 17:36Speaker 1: to get him help. And I just looked this up
- 17:38Speaker 1: that Josh passed away. He was thirty five and he
- 17:43Speaker 1: passed away last April. That is absolutely devastating.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Especially when you're fighting that demon with drugs.
- 17:51Speaker 1: That's a hard one to win. Yeah, I know.
- 17:55Speaker 3: I mean it's hard to say. But when you're in
- 17:59Speaker 3: that battle and I just lost a friend you know
- 18:02Speaker 3: recently too, Yeah, drugs and that, and it's you can
- 18:06Speaker 3: put it. It's like you can drive a horse to water,
- 18:08Speaker 3: but you can't make them drink. Like you can have
- 18:11Speaker 3: a hundred people in front of you wanting the greatest,
- 18:13Speaker 3: but at some point you got to look at the
- 18:15Speaker 3: mirror and you out to want it for yourself, right,
- 18:18Speaker 3: And I just you know, it's just a struggle that
- 18:22Speaker 3: it's hard to you know, look at these people and
- 18:24Speaker 3: try to show them what you see in them when
- 18:26Speaker 3: they can't see that. And that's the devastation is like
- 18:29Speaker 3: these people are great people, yeah, and they're just fighting
- 18:32Speaker 3: this demon that you know, it's only between them and God. Yeah,
- 18:37Speaker 3: and nobody can help. And it's devastating when it gets
- 18:40Speaker 3: to that point. But it's sad that it does.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I think that's why people really loved when Mary had
- 18:49Speaker 1: that moment with her son on this season, because it
- 18:54Speaker 1: was just so raw.
- 18:56Speaker 3: That moment right there could have saved his life.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Well, I up to this point, I don't know where
- 19:00Speaker 1: he is now, but in the or Know the reunion,
- 19:04Speaker 1: Mary says that he's he's doing really well and that
- 19:08Speaker 1: he stays home a lot because he's had to shift
- 19:11Speaker 1: his friend group. And I think that's the hardest part
- 19:15Speaker 1: is when someone chooses to get help, they go to
- 19:18Speaker 1: a facility, rehab whatever it may be, when they come
- 19:22Speaker 1: out of it and life is the same.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Yeah, and then not only that, you come out of
- 19:28Speaker 3: it and you think people look at you different because
- 19:31Speaker 3: of what you've been through and things like that, and
- 19:32Speaker 3: it's like what I want everybody in that position I've
- 19:36Speaker 3: been close to. Yeah, everybody in that position. When you
- 19:39Speaker 3: come out, everybody is looking at you like an angel,
- 19:43Speaker 3: like you are taking steps to better your life. And
- 19:46Speaker 3: I hope that that can resonate with somebody who you know,
- 19:49Speaker 3: maybe is going through but like going through that and
- 19:52Speaker 3: coming out, you shouldn't be ashamed of coming out and
- 19:55Speaker 3: how people are viewing you. Because everybody that I talk
- 19:58Speaker 3: to that is about people that of coming out of
- 20:01Speaker 3: rehabbing all of that, they're amazing and the fact that
- 20:05Speaker 3: they're doing that, like there's nothing else better.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Yeah, And I hope people.
- 20:09Speaker 3: You know when you are if you are going to
- 20:11Speaker 3: or need to go through that process that people aren't
- 20:15Speaker 3: judging you on coming out of that. They're praising you.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Absolutely, I agree with you. So that really just broke
- 20:21Speaker 1: my heart and I had no idea that he passed away.
- 20:24Speaker 1: I'm going to bring it to a little bit of
- 20:26Speaker 1: a lighter note. Emily bringing her sandwich into the sauna.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Did you see that?
- 20:30Speaker 3: No?
- 20:31Speaker 1: But you know Emily on the on the New the
- 20:33Speaker 1: Newer Seasons. She she has the dark hair.
- 20:38Speaker 3: I'm terrible with names.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Okay, you will definitely know her. So she's Gina and
- 20:45Speaker 1: Emily are like the two rider dies together. It's her
- 20:48Speaker 1: best friend and they do like a spa day and
- 20:50Speaker 1: go into the sauna and she gets into her bag.
- 20:55Speaker 1: People were already in the sauna.
- 20:57Speaker 3: She brought her bag in the sauna.
- 20:58Speaker 1: She had a sandwich in there and was eating it.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And it didn't feel like it didn't feel like she
- 21:02Speaker 1: was trying to get a moment. You know, something's on
- 21:04Speaker 1: ros I was just say, oh, you're trying to make
- 21:06Speaker 1: an iconic moment.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Like She's probably like, I'm going into a hot sauna.
- 21:10Speaker 3: I yeah, like I could pass out. I need food.
- 21:13Speaker 3: She's like, fuck it, I'm gonna eat a sandwich in here,
- 21:16Speaker 3: but I'm only thinking about that wet, soggy, disgusting sandwich.
- 21:20Speaker 1: It was like when she just got into the sauna,
- 21:22Speaker 1: like they literally, that's not what It's not a steam room.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Okay, still that's disgusting. Just people sweating there and you're
- 21:32Speaker 3: getting hot.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Your sandwich is just.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Fucking I liked it.
- 21:36Speaker 3: It's a moment.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It would be disgusting if there were lettuce on it
- 21:38Speaker 1: or like tomato. I hope it was just meat, cheese
- 21:40Speaker 1: and bread.
- 21:41Speaker 3: I'm thinking of like a nice blt in there or something.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I'm hoping it was just like a you know, a
- 21:47Speaker 3: Jimmy John's number four and cheese man or something.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Yeah, would you like it toasted? I'm headed to the sauna.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I don't even.
- 21:58Speaker 1: That's so funny. Was unhinged but also amazing. TV Kelly
- 22:04Speaker 1: Dodge she called me. She told me that I was gollum.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I was like, that's rude. And then she fucking posted
- 22:10Speaker 1: the picture she was referring to next to Gallum and
- 22:12Speaker 1: I was like, that pretty.
- 22:13Speaker 2: I'll give it to you.
- 22:14Speaker 1: It's pretty spot on.
- 22:17Speaker 3: I put if somebody talks ship and they're like, what
- 22:22Speaker 3: you look like you if you bring me some like
- 22:25Speaker 3: if you bring me a visual, I want to respect
- 22:28Speaker 3: the fuck at you and go all right.
- 22:30Speaker 1: She's hella unhinged, but I too enjoyed watching her. And
- 22:33Speaker 1: you know what, when I did see the photo, it
- 22:35Speaker 1: was pre ears pinned back. I did have an excessive
- 22:39Speaker 1: amount of oil in my hair. I attempted to put
- 22:42Speaker 1: makeup on. It just didn't hit my god. Oh, the
- 22:52Speaker 1: ATV accident. You didn't see that. No, it was fucking scary.
- 23:00Speaker 1: You've got all the women and they're in eight like
- 23:03Speaker 1: those It wasn't in a TV. It was like the raptors,
- 23:07Speaker 1: you know, those like cage cars kick like dune buggies. Yeah,
- 23:13Speaker 1: and they're all driving and all of the sudden they
- 23:17Speaker 1: come over the top of this mountain and I think
- 23:19Speaker 1: it's I think it's Kelly. It's definitely Vicky. I don't
- 23:23Speaker 1: remember who else was in the car. But they they go,
- 23:27Speaker 1: they flip hard. It was very scary. A couple of
- 23:31Speaker 1: them had to go to the hospital. Vicky couldn't move.
- 23:33Speaker 1: They put her in like a neck brace and like
- 23:35Speaker 1: a backplate, you know, to keep her very stressed. Yeah,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and then they call I think it was a Megan
- 23:41Speaker 1: and Shannon and they're golfing with their husbands and someone
- 23:46Speaker 1: calls them and says they were in a really bad accident.
- 23:48Speaker 1: They're like, oh, that's too bad, and they go they're
- 23:50Speaker 1: coming to Vicky's coming to a hospital like right near
- 23:53Speaker 1: where you guys are, and they're like, oh, all right,
- 23:55Speaker 1: well we hope she's okay, and like didn't offer to
- 23:58Speaker 1: check on her. Everyone was in arms about it because
- 24:00Speaker 1: it was like, you have friends and even if you
- 24:03Speaker 1: don't really dig them, like, they could have lost their lives,
- 24:06Speaker 1: they could have become paralyzed. It was definitely scary.
- 24:10Speaker 3: I need to watch that scene just so I can
- 24:12Speaker 3: get but yeah, no, anybody going to a hospital or
- 24:14Speaker 3: anything like that. You kind of drop.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Of course right then and there. I don't give a fuck,
- 24:21Speaker 1: Like are you dead? Almost death trumps every type of beat,
- 24:25Speaker 1: right yes, were you in bass Lake? So this is
- 24:29Speaker 1: when Gretchen, her fiance at the time, is dying of
- 24:33Speaker 1: cancer and she ends up going to bass Lake and
- 24:35Speaker 1: leaves him behind for a moment, and Tamra is up
- 24:39Speaker 1: in arms about it and she's like whispering, She's like,
- 24:41Speaker 1: she went to bass Lake. She went to bass Lake?
- 24:43Speaker 3: Is that when she pointed and go did you go
- 24:45Speaker 3: to bass Lake?
- 24:45Speaker 1: Yes? Did you see it bass Lake? She's like yeah.
- 24:50Speaker 1: And I love how Gretchen says something because it sounds
- 24:53Speaker 1: like she's saying something something, something sun something, yes, something.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Yes.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I love every time she says something.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Some people and the people who say something, they say colder.
- 25:07Speaker 3: It's getting colder, not older.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Interesting. Maybe it's where she's from. Probably, you know, we
- 25:12Speaker 1: all have a little different twang, like I got that
- 25:15Speaker 1: Utah twaying sometimes, but I don't know. Sometimes I feel
- 25:18Speaker 1: like if you're dealing with someone who's really, really sick,
- 25:21Speaker 1: you need just like a moment to escape, and it's
- 25:25Speaker 1: not me leaving you behind or abandoning you. And honestly,
- 25:28Speaker 1: she got the okay from I think she did. Jeff
- 25:31Speaker 1: was very supportive of her and loved her very much.
- 25:34Speaker 3: You get permission from your significant other when you're like
- 25:38Speaker 3: I need some time because I've been doing this, and
- 25:39Speaker 3: they're like, please get the fuck out of here so
- 25:41Speaker 3: you can go enjoy yourself. That's fine. If she were
- 25:43Speaker 3: just up and out and he's like.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And I think his kids were there, and she was like,
- 25:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna tap out for just like a couple of
- 25:50Speaker 1: days and I'll be right back. Call me if you
- 25:52Speaker 1: need anything.
- 25:53Speaker 3: She has to be the best her to be the.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Best version for them. Hardest thing to watch was when
- 25:59Speaker 1: Vicky found out her mom was dead. That have you
- 26:03Speaker 1: seen that scene?
- 26:05Speaker 3: Honestly, it was on there and I it kind of
- 26:07Speaker 3: made me sadisfied.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I get that, I watch I get that totally. That's
- 26:11Speaker 1: not my fucking plate, you bitch. Love you, Lala, You're
- 26:14Speaker 1: an icon bab. I love that. I think that was
- 26:18Speaker 1: Kelly dot again. She was like, eat some more food.
- 26:20Speaker 1: They were at the quiet Woman, eat some more food.
- 26:22Speaker 1: She's like, that's not my fucking plate. Fucking bet iconic
- 26:27Speaker 1: because she was trying to lose weight. Shannon Badore, I
- 26:30Speaker 1: don't don't, don't body shame me, freaking working on myself.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I love Shannon. You know it's unfortunate what happened to
- 26:38Speaker 1: her the whole du I think, not a great move.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Someone could have gotten very hurt, could have died, but
- 26:45Speaker 1: that didn't happen. That didn't happen. Let's think, whoever, we
- 26:48Speaker 1: need to think above higher power and pray to God
- 26:52Speaker 1: that you never do that again.
- 26:54Speaker 3: We all make mistakes.
- 26:56Speaker 1: This one's fun Season ten, episode nine, where Vicky tammeran
- 27:00Speaker 1: s and get lit and dinner at dinner and then
- 27:02Speaker 1: go swimming. They're sitting around the table, They're like they're
- 27:05Speaker 1: fucking coming, drink more, drink more, and they're like taking
- 27:08Speaker 1: shots and then they get naked and jump into a pool.
- 27:10Speaker 1: It is so fun. I missed the trace amigas and
- 27:13Speaker 1: you guys, I don't think we're ever going to get
- 27:15Speaker 1: them back.
- 27:16Speaker 3: We can only hope.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. Iconic moment tam Or throwing wine
- 27:22Speaker 1: in Gina's face, not the new not the new Gina. Wait, Gina,
- 27:27Speaker 1: was there another Gina?
- 27:29Speaker 3: Oh, I'm thinking of a different one, but I'm thinking
- 27:31Speaker 3: of I didn't this one is ceased and desist.
- 27:34Speaker 1: That's the one. I think that's who they're talking about,
- 27:36Speaker 1: because it wouldn't be.
- 27:37Speaker 2: This new Gina.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Nu.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Gina would throw down New York style for sure.
- 27:42Speaker 3: There wouldn't be a Tamra.
- 27:44Speaker 1: No, you would not exist any longer on the Housewives.
- 27:50Speaker 1: But yeah, she goes the otherwise, it's assist and deceased.
- 27:54Speaker 3: And then she threw the napkin at her or that
- 27:57Speaker 3: she threw her face, and then the wine.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Heather debrou is the queen of the OC and I
- 28:02Speaker 1: hope she never leaves again. Fully here for this. I agree.
- 28:06Speaker 1: She's iconic television and I just love watching her talk
- 28:10Speaker 1: educate me. She uses very big words that I google
- 28:12Speaker 1: and learn something, and then I manifest everything that she has.
- 28:17Speaker 1: I want agreed, and not in a jealousy way, No,
- 28:21Speaker 1: just that.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Lifestyle is something I would like to acquire.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Jealousy in the best way possible, where I go, oh
- 28:27Speaker 1: my god, I'm so jealous. Yeah, good for you, but
- 28:30Speaker 1: I wouldn't mind that for me too.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't want you to have less and me more.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I've never had seck with multiple partners in my life. Lourie,
- 28:38Speaker 1: who lost her son, accused Vicky gun Wilson of sleeping
- 28:42Speaker 1: with a lot of men.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Yeah she was that her that and was like, no,
- 28:49Speaker 3: that was tamer, and she goes, do you want to
- 28:51Speaker 3: tell everyone what? You called? And told me that you
- 28:53Speaker 3: woke up with somebody random in your bed.
- 28:55Speaker 1: By the way, probably didn't happen, but nothing wrong with that.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I've had that happen of you times. Keep that to
- 29:01Speaker 1: your soul and I go, how did this happen? Who
- 29:03Speaker 1: are you? It wouldn't happen now. Though it would never
- 29:07Speaker 1: happen now. That was a good one to leave on,
- 29:11Speaker 1: although I will say, we need to talk about the
- 29:13Speaker 1: bow cake with Heather. Oh that drunk girl walks up
- 29:17Speaker 1: and breaks the piece of the bow off. Yeah, of
- 29:20Speaker 1: Heather Dubro's cake.
- 29:21Speaker 3: How if you were Heather, how mad would you be furious?
- 29:24Speaker 1: I'd be furious, I finally am. By the way, her
- 29:27Speaker 1: name is Heather Page Kent, and she takes on Terry's name,
- 29:31Speaker 1: so it's like a name change party that she's now
- 29:34Speaker 1: Heather Dubro. And she's got this beautiful cake and this
- 29:37Speaker 1: random woman who I don't even think she invited. She's
- 29:40Speaker 1: a friend of and not like the cool kind of
- 29:41Speaker 1: friend of where you get like friend of so and so. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 1: random woman, you're just here? No, no, nothing, no nothing,
- 29:49Speaker 1: breaks a piece of the bow off and eats it.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Did they kick her out?
- 29:52Speaker 1: She absolutely did. Heather Dubro is the queen of saying
- 29:56Speaker 1: I'm asking.
- 29:57Speaker 2: You to leave. Is that how she did it?
- 30:00Speaker 1: No? But she did that to Shannon Badore, Please leave.
- 30:05Speaker 1: My children are sleeping upstairs. We are done, Please leave.
- 30:12Speaker 1: It's like she's someone what's up? Person.
- 30:16Speaker 3: It's like maestro.
- 30:18Speaker 1: He's a freaking maestro. You guys, if you are not
- 30:22Speaker 1: going back and rewatching, Real Housewives of Orange County, Gretchen Wiener,
- 30:27Speaker 1: Gretchen Wieners, that's from that's from that movie. What's her name?
- 30:36Speaker 1: What the hell is her name? Gretchen? It's not Gretchen Wieners.
- 30:41Speaker 1: No slave and Gretchen, Gretchen and Slave. We'll be on
- 30:44Speaker 1: our TV next season. Season nineteen of Real Housewives of
- 30:49Speaker 1: Orange County highly recommend going Back and Rewatching. I hope
- 30:52Speaker 1: you enjoyed this bonus episode. Hope it was nostalgic for you.

- 30:58Speaker 1: I get on Monday. Bye.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Five
