In today's episode I am joined with Jennie, who has had Crohn's since 2018 and she had a Stoma the same year but before she was diagnosed. Jennie talks about her journey so far, and how much having a Stoma and Crohn's has boosted her confidence over the years. As most of us know it's a lifelong adjustment and changes us much, it was hard for Jennie to be open about her Crohn's at first and then she discovered it doesn't matter what other's think of you.
