Fragile Nature Of Data: Let’s Just Be Honest
Most people do not understand the #fragile nature of data. I often don’t think it’s on the data analyst or author’s side that we need to worry about. We need to be more concerned about how editors, reviewers, and the general public understand data. I am more surprised by “perfect results” than messy results. Perfect rarely—if ever—happens. We need to get people away from thinking about perfect results and get people interested in “honest results.”
