- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Welcome, Helen.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Thank you for joining me today.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: I'm really excited you're here because we've got a really good topic coming up today.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: As I said, we're going to be talking about content, content marketing, and what that looks like for our businesses and why we need to be thinking about creating content to help us to achieve visibility in our businesses.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: But before we dive into that, could you just introduce yourself, let the listeners know who you are, what you do.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: Brilliant.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Karen, and thank you very much for inviting me on here.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: It's super exciting.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: And hello listeners.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm Helen Manchip and I run the Social Surgery, which is all about helping you produce social media for your businesses in an easy and pain-free way.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: So that's from creating content to creating uh social media strategies to social media training and social media mentoring as well.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: So it all comes under the bracket of what we're going to be talking about today, about um branding and visualization visualization, if I can say the word properly.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's me, Helen from the Social Surgery helping you with your social media.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: You live in the world of content, don't you, by the very nature of what you do?
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: I mean, content is so important for socials, it's so important for websites, it's so important for blogs, it's so important for absolutely everything within your business.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: And a question I get asked all the time about uh social media is being like, where can I get the inspiration from?
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: What sort of content should I be posting?
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: And as I'm actually here in front of my desk staring out into the um into the out of the window, and there's trees around me, it's beautiful blue sky, the birds are singing.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: That is already a piece of content that potentially I could take a picture of or a video of and create some sort of content, whether I overlay it with a quote or some music or um something that I particularly want a message I want to get out there.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: So content is absolutely everywhere, and it's obviously vital for social media and for, as I say, other marketing tools as well.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: So uh why would clo um people want to create content in their businesses?
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: What would be the the sort of driving force behind it?
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: Well, to create content, it's all about uh basically showing you're an expert expert in your field, it's getting the um the uh the fact you're an authority within your business and being an influencer.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the fact is you need to have content to explain to people who you are, what you do, and why you're different from your competitor and why they particularly want to use you rather than somebody else.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: So content is really important, and we can go back to the basics about content, and it's all about when you think about your business plan, your business strategy, it's the same as having a social strategy or a marketing strategy.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: You have to think about your ideal clients, and that's ultimately what it all goes back to about your pieces of content that you're going to be putting out, whether it's through socials, whether it's through blogs, whether it's through your website, who is your ideal customer or uh person who's going to use your product.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think you're absolutely right.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: I think anything that you create um in your business, it needs to be for a person.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: And I and I know, you know, in the past where I've had conversations with other entrepreneurs, and certainly in my branding studio where that we we talk about the ideal client and the amount of times somebody has said to me, but but I I can work with anybody, I can, you know, everyone is my client.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: And I I always find it quite sort of interesting, really, because I think, well, if you were creating a piece of content for everyone about the things that you're promoting or um talking about, that would be a really hard task, having to find something that resonates with everyone.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: And I think that's one of the challenges, isn't it?
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: It's before you even dive into the world of content marketing, which essentially is what this is, is just getting really clear on that one person because we cannot speak to everybody.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: It's just impossible because everybody consumes content in very different ways.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: So what might work for one person might not just might not land for another person.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: It's just really difficult to create something that is going to speak to everyone.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: So so getting clear on your ideal person, who they are, what they look like, what they're about, what they're interested in, all of those really key things are going to make such a difference because that's going to influence the content then that you then go ahead and create.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: And as you say, one piece of content isn't going, you can't you can't produce content for absolutely everybody.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: You do really have to niche down about who your ideal client is, and potentially you might have more than one ideal client.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: So what you could do is produce a piece of content for one particular ideal client, but then you replicate it in a slightly different way for the other type of ideal client you've got.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: So it might be rewording your captions or the blog slightly, or it might be using a type of different type of visual to engage with that type of um ideal customer.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: People have different products and different services, so instead of being all muddled and all over the place, and we've all been you know prone to do this, including myself, we want to tell everyone about everything we do, but but specifically niche down to particularly one product or one service that you're focusing on at that particular time and putting all your energies into producing content around that, and as long as it's evergreen, you can recycle it and you can keep producing it and bringing it out, whether it's on LinkedIn, whether it's in blogs, whether it's on articles that people might have spoken to you about that you want to write, maybe it's um doing podcasts, for example, one piece of content can be used in so many different ways, obviously, as long as it's relevant.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that's a really great tip, actually.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: I think I think rather than constantly reinventing the wheel and and having to create new content, being able to repurpose something that you you have created, I think is a is is really important because the truth is that we're all as entrepreneurs, we're all time poor.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: There's so many things to do in our businesses all of the time.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: And to have to sit and create content is very time consuming.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: So being able to create a lead piece of content and then to be able to then break that down so that it you get multiple pieces is such a time saver.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: It's an interesting process because it also enables you to put a slightly different spin on things as well.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: So rather than approaching something in just one way, you know, it gives you the opportunity to get creative and think about what is your messaging, what are you looking to say, what do you want to communicate to your audience, and how are you going to do that in the most effective way possible?
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: And then having to repurpose content enables you to create different things and, like I say, get creative around that messaging.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: And the fact is that you're creating content over the same message or the same subject, however, you're putting it onto different platforms or different marketing areas, therefore, you're capturing different types of people who are following you or potentially seeing you, as I say, on different social platforms, on different websites, on different articles in magazines, for example, that kind of thing.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: So just because you're writing one particular content which you've broken down into different areas doesn't mean the same people are going to use it and read it and engage with it.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: You're getting it to so many different audiences amongst it.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: So recycling as much as you can is a huge benefactor.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And ironically, today I'm actually doing a presentation about time-saving skills on creating content.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: So there's lots of various ways to do this.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: My three sort of top tips for this would be definitely to look at your social media strategy and marketing strategy.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: It would also be allowing time, making time.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: We're also, as you said, time poor or you know, we've got a lot of time constraints on us as small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: However, we make time for our clients, we have to make time for ourselves and our marketing and our socials.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: So put a date in a diary, whether it's an hour a day, that's a lot, I totally understand.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's an hour a fortnight.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Whatever it is that you can afford, time-wise, make sure you block it out in your diary, and that time's for you to get your marketing and your socials and your content ready for that kind of thing.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: And then my third tip on that is to be consistent.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: It's got to be consistent, otherwise, you're putting all your hard work into it and it's not going to work if you're not consistent.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think they're great tips actually, and I would agree with each one.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: I think having a plan, first and foremost, I think is really key.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: So understanding why you're doing it.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: If you're going to invest a huge amount of time into creating content, you need to understand why that is, what that purpose is, why what you're doing it for.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: And if it's about being visible so that you can bring visibility to you, to your business, to your products, then creating content is a really great way of achieving that.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Because, like you mentioned at the beginning, it's a really great way to build authority around what you do, but also to talk about the value that you give.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: And you're going to be doing that simply by delivering high-quality value.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: But then, as you said as well, you know, that consistency.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: So rather than just doing it once every so often, having a content plan in place where you're mapping out everything in advance so that you know what content you're going to be creating and that you can get it out in a consistent manner.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: And I think and I think that's what really builds up that visibility.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: I think you you've got to sort of think about it from your audience perspective.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: If they're only seeing you once in a while, you're very quickly going to drop out of their mind.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: Whereas if they're seeing you on a regular basis and they're reading or listening or watching the things that you have to say, then it's their touch points that you're going to more likely be remembered.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: And so when they're ready to buy what it is you're you're offering, you're going to be the person that's on their mind because you're the person that they they are seeing.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: And I think that's the power of content, isn't it?
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: It's it's understanding why you're doing it first and foremost, what the purpose of it is, so that you then understand the importance of building in a time plan to create it.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: And then once you've got that time plan and you've created that your content strategy and you know what it is you're trying to do, what you're trying to say, then having that consistency because that's the piece that's going to make the difference.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: And I think that's where content marketing is so powerful because it enables you to say the things that you want to say in your own voice in a way that you want to communicate it to your audience, and I think that can become incredibly powerful for your business.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: And I think the more you do it, the easier it becomes, the easier the strategy becomes, and you know, it just sort of all evolves, but it's just making those first steps and making those first steps of being consistent.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: And one thing I always tell my clients is the fact that you are the only person who's ever going to see all of your content.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: So just because you think you might be posting out quite a lot and you're thinking, oh my god, everyone's gonna get bored of me, they're gonna be seeing me on Facebook, they're gonna be seeing me on LinkedIn, they're gonna be reading my blogs, they're gonna be doing this, they're gonna be doing that.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: They won't, because the way the algorithms work, it doesn't happen like that.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: So you are the only person who's going to see all of your content.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I think that's one of the things that uh people worry about, isn't it?
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: It it's it's kind of being too visible, you know, having their stuff too much in people's faces and and and then people getting tired of them.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: But you're absolutely right, it just does not work like that.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: And the chances are that your audience are going to be online at very different times.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: So one might see a blog, one might see, like say, you know, um, you know, an Instagram post, one might see a tweet.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: It's and and again, it might be that they're on various different platforms as well.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: Um, so so not not everybody is in the same place at the same time, you know, seeing the same stuff.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: So so I think we have to be really uh mindful of that.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: And I think the other thing is people should be reminded of there are so many different social media platforms out there, as well as all the other marketing, like the blogs and the websites and you know, different articles in glossy magazines, that kind of thing.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: But they're different social media platforms for a reason, and different people get attracted to different types of platforms, and some are better for others than for other businesses, should I say, than others.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: So that's something to really think about as well.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Are you on every single social media platform going?
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: If you are, do you really need to be on those?
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Because the more you have, the more hard work you are actually giving yourself.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Why not focus on a couple and do them really, really well and actually get your ideal clients and customers that way, then spread yourself thinly by being on every single social media platform going.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I absolutely agree with that.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: I think, as I said, you know, we're all time poor, aren't we?
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: We're all trying to get the most value out of the time that we have and be productive.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: But it if we're trying to show up and be everywhere all of the time, that's just going to lead to burnout and exhaustion because I think it it's too much having to constantly create content all of the time for every different place.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: I think you're absolutely right.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: I think it's far more effective to be strategic, to really understand your ideal client, to know, understand where it is they hang out.
- 16:43SPEAKER_01: Are they on Facebook?
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: Are they on LinkedIn?
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: Are they on Twitter?
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Are they on Instagram?
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: And then target the platforms that they're going to show up on and be really strategic about that.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: Get, you know, work your insights and really look at that data to sort of see how your content is being received, but not trying to be everything to everyone all of the time on every platform because you're you'll struggle with that consistency.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: And I think out of everything, consistency is the magic ingredient, isn't it?
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, it is, and you've just also hit another really good word in what you've just said, and that's insights.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Now, every single social media platform, or in fact, all of the sort of marketing tools, all have some kind of insights that you can look at, and they're your key.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: They're the ones that's what's going to tell you when the best time to post is another question I always get asked.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: You know, what content is actually doing and performing really well compared to others.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: So use those insights, they're there for you to use because then you can create more content around that of what is working really well for you and your customers and your um ideal followers.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: So you're not spending your time spinning your wheels and um not, you know, creating ineffective content at the right at the wrong time.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: I mean we're all guilty of it, you know.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: We've all spent a long time, whether it's on whatever design tool it is, whether it's CAD or Adobe or whatever it is, you know, and then you create all these posts and you never use them.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: You post them up scatter like ever willy-nilly.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: So there is no strategy there.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: So actually, you've wasted all that time because there is no strategy, and you're just posting up willy-nilly, you know, you don't really know what you're doing.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: It's it's you know, it's a scattered approach.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: You don't want that, you want the strategic approach, you know, it's a scattered approach.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: And I think just taking a step back, having a think, having a plan, being consistent, and uh another one is to schedule you get but get plan that time out in your diary and get scheduling because that is a huge time savior, and it will really, really help you.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: It might sound daunting, it might sound boring to do it for an hour, but once it's done, believe me, it's an absolute game changer because you save time, and you know, you as long as you pop onto your socials to do the engagement side of things, you don't have to worry about it.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: You know it's going out there, and every single uh well, not every single, but the majority of the social media platforms now have their own inbuilt scheduling tools, so you don't necessarily need to use an external app or pay extra, although those options are there, and there are some very good scheduling tools out there as well.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, along with the insights, use the schedulers because that would really help you.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: One of the things that I have found to be really useful is the way I map out my content ahead of time.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: So before I jump onto a scheduling tool and I schedule my content, I have a plan that I created in Trello.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: It was a very simple plan, but it enabled me to really plan out the week in a way that was quite visual so I could see.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: So I would have a topic or a theme for a week or a month, and then I would work my content around that.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: And I found that to be really useful because then that fed into the different aspects of my marketing.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: So, for example, if I was, you know, for example, this month is all about visibility, so all of my content is relating to becoming visible online, building visibility online, boosting visibility online, so on and so forth.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: But having a topic or a theme really does help to drive your content for a period of time because one of the things I know that many people struggle with is not knowing what to post.
- 20:42SPEAKER_01: And one of the and I know, I know previously that was one of my things.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: It was like, oh my god, you know, like my head is I've got I've almost got too much to post, but I don't know where to start, so I don't know what to post.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: And I know for me I found theming it out, putting topics against my my content really helped me.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: But do you have any other tips that you could share about this?
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: 100%, yeah.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: I mean, I yeah, content is as I said, I was looking out the window, beautiful blue skies, trees and birds.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: You know, content is absolutely everywhere.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So for me, I take pictures and videos all the time.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: I might not necessarily know when I'm going to use it, but at some point I will do.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: So that's one thing I would say, whatever wherever you are, whatever you're doing, potentially take as many videos or photos as you can because there'll be a time when you can use them.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Um, second thing is definitely as soon as you've got your plan for content, that helps with what you're going to be putting out there.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: Um definitely get the strategy in place, get your ideal clients in place, and then other things you can look at is look at you know, we've got lots of different businesses here listening, I expect.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: So think about different sporting events that are going on, or different events like we've just had the coronation, for example.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: You know, have a look at events.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: What's going on in the next within the next month or next three months, depending on how long you're planning your socials and your marketing for.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Then have a look at awareness days.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: There's lots of those about literally every single day.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: There's an awareness day.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: Some will be relevant to your businesses, some of them won't, but only use those that are, you know, um which are relevant to yours.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: And then just create a plan.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: And as soon as you put those bits in, then you know, then you can go to the sort of usual suspects like the testimonial Thursday, for example.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: So if you're stuck for something to put on a Thursday, put up a review, put up a testimonial.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: Put up a Tuesday tip.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: It all sort of then fills out as long as you've got this plan in front of you, you're filling in the gaps.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: And if you've got a few gaps open, then you know, have a look at some of your evergreen, you know, maybe it's a product or a service that you're constantly selling.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Put that in every now and again.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: So as much as I've said consistency, you don't necessarily need to be posting every day as long as it's consistent.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: So if you do have the odd gap here or there on your plan in front of you, it's not a big deal because you've got the other content already there.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: And I just think, I mean, I do I have a um online membership called the delivery suite, and it's one of the questions I guess asked all the time about what content should I put out there.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: So we do a planner every month, and we have accountability sessions where people can come in and whether they use it to do their social scheduling or whether it's the content creation, whether it's writing blogs, whatever it is, or getting catching up on admin, there's that accountability session there ready for them to do that.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: So I think it's it's real key, real key content.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: I think I think that's a really great idea, actually.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: I think it's given people time to sit down and work it through, plan it out, and to get content created.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: And I think being able to be made accountable to that really does help because it's one of those things that it goes to the bottom of your to-do list when you're having all different things come in, your email, the content is what kind of gets put off.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: So I think being able to give people a safe space to come in and really think about what they're looking to achieve, and then providing them a place where they can come and create um with others.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, bounce ideas off each other.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: It really, really works, it really does, and you know, it's helpful.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: And I've seen a huge improvement of people who've who've joined already, and it's yeah, it's been really good.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: And there's a content planner up there monthly to help them with that as well.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it really does work to be honest.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I would just say take time out, create your plan after you've got your strategy and then get scheduling because it really, really works.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: So, for those of you who are interested in having that additional support, I will put details of the delivery suite in the show notes along with Helen's details so that you can reach out and find out more about what Helen is offering.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: But I highly recommend being able to do this because you know we're we're we're stronger as a collective, aren't we?
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: Where we're there supporting each other to achieve our goals.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: And if if there's one thing that I think we can both agree on is that we can build really powerful visibility through the use of content.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: And I think we need to invest the time and our energy into doing this, but in a strategic way that drives the results that we're we're looking to achieve.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, and I think it's huge as well that um collaboration is key as well for a lot of people.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: Don't look at people as competitors, collaborate together and be a stronger team together.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: I think that's quite a huge um huge thing to sort of point out as well.
- 25:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, absolutely.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: Helen, thank you so much for coming on today's episode and and talking through this.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: I mean, we could talk about this for eight hours.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: There's just so much stuff to um dive into.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: And thank you so much for having me on.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: It's been an absolute pleasure and I've really enjoyed it.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: So thank you.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: And yeah, maybe we can do uh a part two at some stage.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: Absolutely, absolutely.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: But I just wanted to kind of give the listeners um some juicy stuff to get started with, even if it's a case of right, okay, I need to start looking at creating content in my business, and this is how I'm going to start.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: I I think is going to be really powerful for them.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: So thank you for coming on board and sharing your thoughts and your insights because it is such valuable stuff that you know we both highly recommend.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: We're both active content creators, essentially, aren't we, in our own businesses.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: And we we know firsthand how powerful this can be.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: And it's if you're not creating content and you're not generating content that is aligned with the messaging that you want to put out in the world, then then absolutely it's now's the time to start because it will really help to elevate your business and to drive new customers to your products.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: And making it um compelling and eye-catching as well is really key.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: We haven't even touched on that to be honest.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: That's another subject.
