- 0:57Speaker 3: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I am here with
- 1:01Speaker 3: my girls, Brandi Howard, Julie Goldman. Welcome back, the dynamic duo,
- 1:07Speaker 3: two women.
- 1:12Speaker 6: Two man-bashing women. That's right.
- 1:14Speaker 3: No, no, not at all.
- 1:15Speaker 6: Not at all.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Absolutely not. Let's get into some Juicy Scoop. Do you
- 1:21Speaker 3: know that Bijou Phillips has filed for divorce from her
- 1:25Speaker 3: charming husband, Danny Masterson, after she stood by him in court,
- 1:30Speaker 3: wrote letters about what a great father he was, that
- 1:33Speaker 3: he was the person who saved her life. He's going
- 1:36Speaker 3: away for 30 years and she has filed for divorce.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Does that mean Scientology is maybe going to drop him
- 1:42Speaker 5: because he's a suppressive person now?
- 1:45Speaker 3: Well, I talked about this the other day because that
- 1:47Speaker 3: came up. He's no use to them. It's a better use,
- 1:52Speaker 3: even though they protected him all these years and did
- 1:54Speaker 3: all these things to keep the victims from coming forward.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I wouldn't be surprised if they just be like, well,
- 2:01Speaker 3: you know, or they just never speak to him again
- 2:03Speaker 3: or anything. You know, when people go away to prison,
- 2:06Speaker 3: you know, a lot of people don't keep up the
- 2:10Speaker 3: friendship or the marriage or anything else.
- 2:12Speaker 5: Do you think he's going to serve 30 years?
- 2:15Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:15Speaker 3: I mean, I think he's going to serve at least— yeah.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:19Speaker 3: I can't remember how it worked. My sister told me.
- 2:22Speaker 3: But no, it's serious time. It's not like he's going
- 2:24Speaker 3: to be out nine or anything like that. Oh, good.
- 2:27Speaker 7: No.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Great.
- 2:28Speaker 5: No. They never give rape charges like that. So I
- 2:30Speaker 5: was impressed.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:33Speaker 5: But I do think that they want his family still
- 2:35Speaker 5: because Chris Masterson.
- 2:36Speaker 3: You mean the Scientologist?
- 2:38Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 5: Yeah. Because the family still has money.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:41Speaker 5: So I don't know. I wonder if maybe she wants
- 2:44Speaker 5: out of Scientology.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I just think if your husband's doing 30 years and
- 2:48Speaker 3: you're pretty and you're young, he probably is saying, I mean,
- 2:53Speaker 3: that would be the selfless thing to do. Like, you
- 2:55Speaker 3: can divorce me. I hope you still bring our daughter around.
- 2:57Speaker 3: My life's over.
- 2:59Speaker 6: Go.
- 2:59Speaker 3: I mean, it's a better life for the daughter if
- 3:03Speaker 3: she's single and, like, you know, not pining away for him.
- 3:07Speaker 3: But I don't know. I can't imagine being in that position.
- 3:10Speaker 3: I feel like I would tell Peter. Let's get divorced,
- 3:14Speaker 3: go get married, find a rich woman that has memberships
- 3:17Speaker 3: at multiple golf courses, take the boys golfing. I'm going
- 3:20Speaker 3: to hang out with Jen Shaw and Elizabeth Holmes.
- 3:22Speaker 5: I mean, I'm quite jealous. I got upset because I
- 3:25Speaker 5: don't like Elizabeth Holmes, and she gets to hang out
- 3:27Speaker 5: with Jen Shaw now.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I have that as a story. Let me just
- 3:30Speaker 3: move it up here. Okay, so the scoop on that
- 3:33Speaker 3: is Jen Shaw from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
- 3:36Speaker 3: doing seven or nine years. I can't remember, and I
- 3:38Speaker 3: think Elizabeth is doing around the same one drop. They're
- 3:42Speaker 3: at the same prison and they are, in fact, friends. Now,
- 3:45Speaker 3: I got a little inside scoop. I know somebody who
- 3:48Speaker 3: also knows another prisoner there, another female white crime type
- 3:53Speaker 3: of woman stole from me.
- 3:55Speaker 5: Another con artist.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Yeah, like worked at some type of company and for
- 3:59Speaker 3: many years was scraping money by and now it has
- 4:01Speaker 3: to do a few years. And she said, Elizabeth Holmes,
- 4:05Speaker 3: total delight. nice, helpful to people. She said, Jen, a
- 4:11Speaker 3: bit of, a little cold, a little cold. She can't
- 4:14Speaker 3: get into her. So you know what my advice was?
- 4:17Speaker 3: I said, this is what you tell your friend, how
- 4:18Speaker 3: to get in with Jen Shaw. Okay? I'm going to
- 4:21Speaker 3: be the new prisoner and I want to be friends
- 4:24Speaker 3: with Jen Shaw. Which of you would like to play
- 4:25Speaker 3: Jen Shaw?
- 4:26Speaker 6: Julie. Okay.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Okay. We're at snack time or whatever.
- 4:32Speaker 5: Snack time.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Hi, I'm so sorry to do this to you because
- 4:36Speaker 3: you probably are get bugged all the time. You're so
- 4:39Speaker 3: much prettier in person.
- 4:40Speaker 6: Oh, thank you.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Thank you. I was such a fan of Real Housewives
- 4:46Speaker 3: of Salt Lake City. You were funny. You were smart.
- 4:48Speaker 3: You made that show. I have several friends I'm talking
- 4:52Speaker 3: to that are watching it right now because we can't
- 4:54Speaker 3: get it here. Apparently, it totally sucks without you, and they, like,
- 4:57Speaker 3: bring you up every day.
- 4:59Speaker 6: Oh, finally. Someone who recognizes me. my role with those bitches. Okay.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 5:07Speaker 8: I know.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 5:07Speaker 6: What's your name?
- 5:08Speaker 3: My name is Heather.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Heather.
- 5:10Speaker 7: Yes.
- 5:11Speaker 6: Heather. Have you met my friend Elizabeth? Oh, anyway, look
- 5:14Speaker 6: over here.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Heather.
- 5:15Speaker 6: Yes.
- 5:17Speaker 3: I'm here because I stole earrings worth $ 10, 000 that I
- 5:22Speaker 3: didn't realize was even missing. Oh yeah. And then I
- 5:26Speaker 3: was convicted on a radio show. Yeah. So anyway, I'm
- 5:30Speaker 3: here because I'm an awful friend and I also have
- 5:33Speaker 3: permanent brain damage. But the bonus is that I'm at
- 5:37Speaker 3: the same prison with you in one drop.
- 5:39Speaker 6: This is amazing.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Elizabeth Holmes, yeah.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You know what?
- 5:42Speaker 6: Coach is going to call in a minute, but I
- 5:44Speaker 6: am really into it.
- 5:45Speaker 3: We're all felons.
- 5:46Speaker 6: We're all here. And I was a bad friend, too.
- 5:49Speaker 2: So this is wonderful.
- 5:49Speaker 6: I was unprofessional. Oh, my gosh.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Oh, hi. Oh, I didn't realize you're in prison here, too.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Yeah, because I was unprofessional.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Oh, and your voice just got low. Yeah. Oh, wait.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Here's Elizabeth Holmes. Hi, ladies. I'm doing a special speech. No,
- 6:06Speaker 3: but you know what? She probably doesn't have to do
- 6:07Speaker 3: that weird voice anymore.
- 6:08Speaker 6: No, she doesn't have to do it. She's normal.
- 6:09Speaker 5: She stopped doing it.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Hi, girls. I'm going to do a little class on
- 6:14Speaker 3: knitting at 4.30 if you guys are free and we
- 6:19Speaker 3: can talk.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Maybe you could give a class on how to get
- 6:27Speaker 4: pregnant while you know you're doing all your crimes because
- 6:29Speaker 4: you don't want to go to prison, but then you
- 6:31Speaker 4: go to prison anyway, even though you got pregnant and
- 6:33Speaker 4: you had the kid.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 6:35Speaker 3: I'm so glad you asked. I listened to you.
- 6:38Speaker 7: Me?
- 6:38Speaker 3: Heather McDowell. Yes, I listened to Juicy Scoop with Heather McDowell.
- 6:41Speaker 3: And she said the way to get pregnant is after
- 6:43Speaker 3: your period ends, you bone every other day, not every day,
- 6:47Speaker 3: every other day, for 10 to 14 days if your
- 6:50Speaker 3: guy can handle it. And that's it. Don't pee on sticks.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Don't do ovulations. Just do that. And so I listened
- 6:57Speaker 3: to her because I loved the impression she did for
- 6:59Speaker 3: me when I had a weird voice and was wearing turtlenecks.
- 7:03Speaker 3: And I.
- 7:05Speaker 3: And I got pregnant. Wow.
- 7:05Speaker 6: So, yeah.
- 7:06Speaker 3: So, I thought it would save me from coming here,
- 7:08Speaker 3: but it didn't.
- 7:09Speaker 1: It didn't.
- 7:10Speaker 6: But I'm trying to do that to get out. There's
- 7:12Speaker 6: a guard over there named Roger. And I just thought.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Oh, Jen, I thought you were a little bit past
- 7:16Speaker 3: the age of getting pregnant. No offense.
- 7:18Speaker 6: What are you talking about? I'm 38. Okay.
- 7:20Speaker 8: I can still get pregnant.
- 7:25Speaker 3: I love... Prison playtime, playtime theater, prison theater that we
- 7:30Speaker 3: just did. And it's fun.
- 7:31Speaker 6: There's nothing better. It is fun.
- 7:33Speaker 3: What is Jen Shaw?
- 7:34Speaker 5: I mean, I'm excited to see her face.
- 7:37Speaker 3: I'm going to jump to, I'm going to jump forward. Yes.
- 7:41Speaker 6: It is kind of dark humor.
- 7:44Speaker 5: You know, we were, we were, we're unprofessional. We have
- 7:47Speaker 5: dark humor.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Oh, I forgot that you have dark humor.
- 7:50Speaker 6: Prison humor is like dark humor.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Well, um, Let's talk about Housewives of Salt Lake City.
- 7:58Speaker 3: And for those of you that are not watching this,
- 8:00Speaker 3: you will enjoy this section because this show is on
- 8:06Speaker 3: a different planet. If you were to compare it to
- 8:09Speaker 3: the original Real Housewives of New York with Jill and
- 8:13Speaker 3: Ramona and what it was or even the early seasons
- 8:16Speaker 3: of Beverly Hills or even last season of Beverly Hills,
- 8:18Speaker 3: you'd say, what the fuck am I watching here? But
- 8:22Speaker 3: with it, just accept that it's not really housewife shows
- 8:26Speaker 3: and it's just a bunch of desperate freaks wearing fake
- 8:31Speaker 3: shit on their show. And just have fun with it
- 8:36Speaker 3: because it makes no sense.
- 8:39Speaker 5: All they do is go to dinner and then make
- 8:43Speaker 5: up a game called Let's Get in a Fight.
- 8:46Speaker 7: Yes.
- 8:46Speaker 5: It's a game to cause a fight. Absolutely. Each game
- 8:49Speaker 5: has a different name.
- 8:51Speaker 3: It's called prickly repair or what do you, let's all
- 8:54Speaker 3: talk about what, no, it started with, hey, to the producer,
- 8:58Speaker 3: I got something good for you. I know. I'm going
- 9:00Speaker 3: to do it after the salmon serve.
- 9:01Speaker 5: Just hold on one sec.
- 9:02Speaker 3: One sec. I'll have a third espresso martini. I have
- 9:09Speaker 3: a great game, you guys, because we're having such a
- 9:11Speaker 3: great time. Let's play three things I hate about Julie.
- 9:17Speaker 7: Okay.
- 9:18Speaker 3: And then you do four things you hate about Brandy.
- 9:22Speaker 3: And I think it's like a bonding thing. Let's go. Like,
- 9:26Speaker 3: what the fuck?
- 9:28Speaker 6: And it's like, you know what? I just want to
- 9:30Speaker 6: have dinner. Then there's that old chestnut.
- 9:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:33Speaker 6: Can't we just come here for dinner? No. Why are
- 9:38Speaker 6: we watching you if you just came here for dinner?
- 9:40Speaker 5: And why are we waiting until the dinner to confront
- 9:43Speaker 5: her about coming when she's not invited?
- 9:45Speaker 6: Okay, so there's this girl, Angie, who.
- 9:49Speaker 3: has had so much plastic surgery that she looks like
- 9:53Speaker 3: another ethnicity. Like honestly, her 23 and me does not
- 9:56Speaker 3: match her face.
- 9:57Speaker 8: No.
- 9:58Speaker 7: Okay?
- 10:00Speaker 3: Who's, you know, one of the main girls doesn't like
- 10:03Speaker 3: her because they were friends in high school. And then
- 10:06Speaker 3: after high school ended, this girl, Angie blew her off
- 10:10Speaker 3: until she got on the show and Heather was already
- 10:12Speaker 3: on the show. So she's like, why is this ex
- 10:14Speaker 3: friend bitch girl now doing the coolest thing in town
- 10:18Speaker 3: and With people that don't have anything going on, which
- 10:21Speaker 3: is to be a housewife and wear fake shit. And
- 10:23Speaker 3: by the way, Tamara brought out the fact that this
- 10:26Speaker 3: new girl on OC wears a bunch of fake stuff.
- 10:28Speaker 3: She's like, oh, they all do. They all have some
- 10:31Speaker 3: real and some fake.
- 10:32Speaker 6: That's the way to do it.
- 10:33Speaker 3: And like, come on. You think Gina from OC in
- 10:37Speaker 3: her tiny condo, you know, finally she did sell a house.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Good for her. That she spent $ 800 on a Fendi
- 10:43Speaker 3: sweatshirt or a Versace sweatshirt. The Gucci hat is always
- 10:47Speaker 3: what tells me. The Gucci baseball hat is like, come on.
- 10:51Speaker 6: You guys.
- 10:53Speaker 3: But anyway, the girls are there. They bring back Mary,
- 10:58Speaker 3: the church leader, who has nothing going on except not
- 11:04Speaker 3: wanting to be there and hating everybody and being a stop.
- 11:07Speaker 3: So they go to the Trixie Mattel hotel, which is
- 11:10Speaker 3: like a fun, very cute, visual, fun thing to go to.
- 11:13Speaker 3: And they're like, They're like, Mary, they're all acting like
- 11:17Speaker 3: they love Mary when there's absolutely no chemistry between them
- 11:20Speaker 3: and Mary. And they'll be like, Mary, come eat lunch
- 11:21Speaker 3: with us. She's like, I'm not going near you. I
- 11:25Speaker 3: don't like the way that you called at me. I'm
- 11:29Speaker 3: going to eat my sandwich by myself.
- 11:31Speaker 6: Who's Angie?
- 11:33Speaker 3: Who's Angie? Like, what the fuck is this?
- 11:38Speaker 5: She is.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Never, no mention of the church, no mention of Jesus.
- 11:42Speaker 6: Of course not, because that bitch belongs in prison too.
- 11:45Speaker 3: With John John and his moms. But everyone's being nice
- 11:47Speaker 3: because they're like, look, we almost got canceled when we
- 11:50Speaker 3: lost our criminal.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Yeah, so we gained another one.
- 11:53Speaker 3: So we have to bring back the other criminal that
- 11:55Speaker 3: we actually aren't friends with, have absolutely nothing in common with.
- 11:58Speaker 3: She's such an odd bird sleeping and marrying her step-grandfather.
- 12:02Speaker 3: And running a cult church.
- 12:03Speaker 6: And fleecing money from people and being a pornographer.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 6: Pornographic, which she's not. She's more of a predator.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Do you have 2003 Dom Perignon?
- 12:11Speaker 6: I mean, can you believe? She called, is this Trixie Hotel?
- 12:16Speaker 6: It's Trixie Motel. Oh, Motel.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Like, they're just like, okay, you're just the snob weirdo.
- 12:23Speaker 3: And then she's just like... And then she also says,
- 12:26Speaker 3: there's something about you you don't even want to share.
- 12:28Speaker 3: She's like, well... Truth is, I'm very antisocial. Yet you
- 12:32Speaker 3: ran a church in which you screamed, and there's taped
- 12:36Speaker 3: evidence of it, at your congregation that they didn't give
- 12:40Speaker 3: you enough birthday gifts, and they didn't give enough tidings,
- 12:44Speaker 3: whatever you call it. None of that to be mentioned.
- 12:48Speaker 7: No.
- 12:48Speaker 4: She stood in front of the congregation while they each
- 12:50Speaker 4: had to stand up. Every one of them had to
- 12:52Speaker 4: stand up and go.
- 12:53Speaker 6: Mary, you're the light of the world. You are amazing.
- 12:58Speaker 6: And we're sitting on a throne or something egregious. Like,
- 13:02Speaker 6: she is... I cannot.
- 13:05Speaker 5: I wonder if she made it a deal that she
- 13:07Speaker 5: wouldn't come.
- 13:09Speaker 5: That they wouldn't mention it. Probably.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Probably, probably. They're just like, we need a freak. And,
- 13:15Speaker 3: you know... But a couple that were not original freaks
- 13:18Speaker 3: have become one. And that is... Meredith Marks. Meredith Marks
- 13:25Speaker 3: has become a real odd bird.
- 13:26Speaker 5: But can we agree?
- 13:27Speaker 3: Yes, please go back.
- 13:28Speaker 6: It happened.
- 13:30Speaker 5: We know it happened when you brutalized my family.
- 13:32Speaker 6: Yeah, so brutalized my family. That was the beginning.
- 13:36Speaker 5: That was when she started to, her and Jen were
- 13:39Speaker 5: sleeping with the same guy.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Yes.
- 13:42Speaker 5: And then she started, you know, Jen was liking him.
- 13:46Speaker 5: God knows she's probably in prison along with us for
- 13:49Speaker 5: liking the wrong comment.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Oh, she liked a comment that she didn't read all.
- 13:51Speaker 6: The way through.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:52Speaker 5: Or she, you know. And now that was brutalizing Meredith's family.
- 13:57Speaker 3: You're brutalizing my family. You tried to say that my
- 14:00Speaker 3: son Brooks wasn't straight. How dare you? How dare you?
- 14:08Speaker 3: You like to comment about him being a twing?
- 14:10Speaker 6: Yeah. And so, yeah.
- 14:14Speaker 8: I mean, and he's like, are you going to come
- 14:16Speaker 8: to my fashion show?
- 14:18Speaker 3: Fashion show.
- 14:20Speaker 8: Mom, are you going to come to my fashion show?
- 14:23Speaker 6: All my friends are going to be there.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Brooksie is doing another line of street gear with masking tape.
- 14:31Speaker 8: I made another pair of sweatpants and I want you
- 14:33Speaker 8: to come sit. Don't tell anyone my sexuality. I can't
- 14:39Speaker 8: have my sexuality out there. Jen Shaw, I'm a thar vagina.
- 14:43Speaker 8: It made me suck.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Well, Seth and I got very close when his big toe,
- 14:49Speaker 3: or my big toe, entered his taint. And it was
- 14:53Speaker 3: in our fourth rental in the last three years. Okay, Whitney.
- 14:57Speaker 3: I don't know what happened. Like, something happened. And then
- 15:02Speaker 3: last night on the show, or whenever the show was last,
- 15:05Speaker 3: and she's in at the, yeah, I.
- 15:09Speaker 6: Guess it was last night.
- 15:10Speaker 3: Anyway, they're at the Copley, which is a great restaurant
- 15:13Speaker 3: outside in Palm Springs. And they're eating. And all of
- 15:16Speaker 3: a sudden, Meredith becomes English. But a different kind of English.
- 15:21Speaker 6: A bit of a cockney English.
- 15:23Speaker 3: I don't know what it was.
- 15:24Speaker 6: It was Madonna English.
- 15:25Speaker 4: I thought it was a 1940s movie English.
- 15:29Speaker 3: I thought it was Madonna after she was into the
- 15:32Speaker 3: Hindu stage.
- 15:33Speaker 6: Oh, okay.
- 15:34Speaker 3: And she was doing canas and she had like two
- 15:35Speaker 3: little kids. And then she was English for about three years. Yeah,
- 15:37Speaker 3: that's what I thought. It was light English in and out.
- 15:41Speaker 3: And she's like... You can leave now, Angie! Security! Security!
- 15:49Speaker 3: And this waiter comes over, and he's like, that was
- 15:52Speaker 3: pretty funny, where they're like, okay, I don't think you're
- 15:54Speaker 3: gonna get her removed, and then she's like, you wanna talk?
- 15:58Speaker 3: You wanna talk about the husband? Like, the husband? What
- 16:01Speaker 3: are you talking, like, they're literally taking scenes from other
- 16:06Speaker 3: more successful housewife iconic scenes. We all remember when, Kim,
- 16:11Speaker 3: and they were like in Amsterdam or something in Beverly Hills.
- 16:15Speaker 3: And Kim was pissed at Lisa Renna because Lisa Renna
- 16:19Speaker 3: is like, hi, I just want to bring up the
- 16:21Speaker 3: fact that you're doing drugs that I don't want you
- 16:23Speaker 3: to die. Yes, I will have some fish. And then
- 16:26Speaker 3: Kim's like, oh, you want to talk? Let's talk about
- 16:29Speaker 3: the husband then. Don't you bring up the husband. So
- 16:32Speaker 3: it's like, she's like, we'll talk about the husband. And
- 16:34Speaker 3: before that, Meredith is like, Why are we talking about this?
- 16:40Speaker 3: Children are being amputated.
- 16:43Speaker 6: They are.
- 16:43Speaker 8: I'm surprised somebody literally didn't go back to New York
- 16:47Speaker 8: with the lady with the leg.
- 16:49Speaker 6: You know what I mean? Remember her and.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Wasn't like, but my leg isn't real. I'm surprised they're
- 16:53Speaker 4: not going back and doing that shit.
- 16:55Speaker 6: It's bullshit.
- 16:56Speaker 5: Okay, and then let's talk about the new girl. The
- 16:59Speaker 5: new girl was.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Was Jen Shaw's assistant because she was so broke after
- 17:10Speaker 3: she was excommunicated from the church for boning her husband's
- 17:15Speaker 3: sister's husband, okay, for 18 months. And so she was like,
- 17:21Speaker 3: I'm ready to share that. I need a job. I
- 17:24Speaker 3: only have one fake Gucci hat. I'd like to get
- 17:26Speaker 3: a few more under my belt. And so I'm going to,
- 17:30Speaker 3: you know, turn on Jen Shaw and let them know, like,
- 17:32Speaker 3: I'm ready to sing like a canary about my fucked
- 17:34Speaker 3: up life. So they're sitting there and one girl, you know,
- 17:37Speaker 3: one of them is like, I like to paint. The
- 17:38Speaker 3: other one's like, I collect birds. And then she's like, well,
- 17:42Speaker 3: I slept with my brother-in-law for 18 months and got
- 17:46Speaker 3: kicked out of the church.
- 17:49Speaker 6: Do you like that, producer?
- 17:50Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 17:50Speaker 6: I just said it.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I just said it.
- 17:52Speaker 6: Because of the game.
- 17:53Speaker 5: Let's all reveal something we don't know about each other.
- 17:55Speaker 6: Right.
- 17:56Speaker 3: And so she says that. And I was just thinking, okay,
- 18:01Speaker 3: I understand you need a job. Okay. But like, and
- 18:08Speaker 3: I understand you had an affair and maybe you're pissed
- 18:10Speaker 3: because the guy obviously is just as guilty, but like,
- 18:14Speaker 3: can we talk about the two innocent spouses that were
- 18:17Speaker 3: once siblings that like really like, like how hard is
- 18:22Speaker 3: their relationship and that family? And like, and now everybody,
- 18:26Speaker 3: and if that woman, the sister stayed with the guy
- 18:30Speaker 3: that cheated with her sister-in-law for, what if they're together?
- 18:33Speaker 3: And now they're like, well, now everybody knows that even
- 18:38Speaker 3: though we're married and we're going to temple or whatever
- 18:40Speaker 3: it is, the whole world knows that you were boning,
- 18:42Speaker 3: you know, the former sister-in-law for 18 months when we
- 18:45Speaker 3: were all having like Easter together.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:48Speaker 3: And so, like, now that's– like, no one thinks about
- 18:50Speaker 3: that girl that I'm sure a million Bravo people have found,
- 18:55Speaker 3: found her Facebook, is putting it in groups or following
- 18:58Speaker 3: her to Walmart. Hi! You know, like, I mean– and
- 19:01Speaker 3: it's like, God, what about all the other people that
- 19:04Speaker 3: didn't ask to be on this show, that don't get
- 19:07Speaker 3: to go to BravoCon, and how much their lives are
- 19:09Speaker 3: fucked because you have decided to, like, share it?
- 19:12Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 19:13Speaker 5: And even if– I mean, okay, so it was her
- 19:17Speaker 5: husband's– Sister. Sister's husband.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Yeah, so the siblings would get together with their spouses.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Right, okay.
- 19:24Speaker 3: And then at one point, the two non-siblings were screwing
- 19:28Speaker 3: each other.
- 19:31Speaker 5: All I would think about, the reason she's cast is
- 19:34Speaker 5: so that she gets with one of those husbands on
- 19:37Speaker 5: this show.
- 19:37Speaker 6: That's what I think.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Juicy, juicy.
- 19:39Speaker 5: Because I think if you would do that, that's pretty intense.
- 19:43Speaker 6: She was in the Mormon church, though, at the time.
- 19:46Speaker 6: So is it possible that she did that? And we
- 19:47Speaker 6: don't know what's going on.
- 19:48Speaker 4: The men are treated differently, clearly. So maybe there's something
- 19:52Speaker 4: going on where she.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Was rebelling to the point where it had to be
- 19:55Speaker 3: so egregious. Maybe it was just this.
- 19:58Speaker 6: What's that?
- 19:59Speaker 3: You don't know about soaking?
- 20:00Speaker 2: No.
- 20:01Speaker 3: This guy has a t-shirt that says, I soak. And
- 20:04Speaker 3: this is from Barstool. And this is at a BYU game.
- 20:10Speaker 5: So Brigham Young University is a Mormon school.
- 20:14Speaker 3: I understand soaking to be. And I might be getting
- 20:17Speaker 3: it wrong. I believe that you put your penis in
- 20:21Speaker 3: the vagina like a hot dog. So it's not in
- 20:26Speaker 3: the vagina. I mean, in the hot dog, like the lips.
- 20:28Speaker 3: So the lips are the bun.
- 20:29Speaker 6: The bun. Oh, I see.
- 20:31Speaker 3: But you don't stick it in the thing.
- 20:35Speaker 6: You just put it in like a, and then what
- 20:37Speaker 6: do you do?
- 20:37Speaker 3: You just stay still. But then sometimes they have people
- 20:41Speaker 3: come and jump on the bed. Wait, is that because
- 20:44Speaker 3: then you're a virgin? Yeah, so they stay a virgin.
- 20:47Speaker 3: But so then that, then this is all could be rumored.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I'm not a Mormon. And they jump on the bed.
- 20:52Speaker 3: So then it's like.
- 20:53Speaker 6: There's friction and you can move.
- 20:55Speaker 3: We get some friction, but we didn't cause the friction.
- 20:57Speaker 5: But now there's a third person in the room jumping
- 20:59Speaker 5: on the bed. Yeah.
- 21:01Speaker 6: That's, you know, a rumor, whatever.
- 21:03Speaker 5: So are we sure that's what that is?
- 21:06Speaker 3: No, we're not sure.
- 21:07Speaker 5: But soaking is... We can't Google it.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Soaking is a thing. Soaking is a thing.
- 21:11Speaker 5: But we don't know if it's that. It doesn't sound right.
- 21:14Speaker 5: Maybe just sticks it all the way in and then
- 21:17Speaker 5: just sits there.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:19Speaker 5: Because that would be more like soaking.
- 21:21Speaker 6: But then you're... Now you're divergenizing someone. So if you're in.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Oh, maybe... No, maybe I am right. Maybe it is in,
- 21:29Speaker 3: but you don't move.
- 21:30Speaker 6: Yeah, because now you're soaking. Oh, you're soaking. You're just
- 21:35Speaker 6: soaking it.
- 21:35Speaker 5: You're marinating.
- 21:36Speaker 6: So now we're assuming the girl is soaked by that.
- 21:44Speaker 6: I'm sorry, go back. That has created this to be very,
- 21:49Speaker 6: very wet. And it's now soaking that.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:53Speaker 6: I'm quite sure.
- 21:54Speaker 3: I wish we could Google it.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 21:56Speaker 6: I don't mean to judge, but.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My daughter
- 22:01Speaker 2: is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay. Hair
- 22:05Speaker 2: care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for her bestie.
- 22:08Speaker 2: But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm
- 22:10Speaker 2: an early bird, buying one present a week from now
- 22:13Speaker 2: till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can buy
- 22:16Speaker 2: in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or free
- 22:20Speaker 2: click and collect.
- 22:21Speaker 3: So easy.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 22:27Speaker 7: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 22:31Speaker 7: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 22:34Speaker 7: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 22:38Speaker 7: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 22:44Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys and I have police complaints
- 22:46Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 22:47Speaker 1: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 22:50Speaker 1: what would you do if it was given back?
- 22:52Speaker 7: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 22:55Speaker 7: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 22:57Speaker 5: He said, I have a work dad.
- 22:58Speaker 7: I need a home dad.
- 23:00Speaker 3: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 23:02Speaker 7: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 23:07Speaker 7: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 23:09Speaker 7: happens next.
- 23:11Speaker 5: I decided to risk it all.
- 23:12Speaker 3: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 23:14Speaker 5: You're worth the work.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 23:17Speaker 5: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 23:19Speaker 7: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 23:23Speaker 7: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 23:33Speaker 3: But so there's always a lot about the religion in
- 23:36Speaker 3: that show, but I wanted to go. And since we're
- 23:39Speaker 3: just on a housewives thing, I, you haven't, you told
- 23:42Speaker 3: me you haven't really been watching real housewives in New York,
- 23:45Speaker 3: but I just wanted to make a couple of comments
- 23:47Speaker 3: about it. What I was thinking about it. Okay. This girl, Brynn,
- 23:52Speaker 3: first of all, everybody, since they never knew each other before,
- 23:57Speaker 3: it's all about revealing stuff about each other on camera.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Cause they don't know each other. And we don't know them.
- 24:04Speaker 3: So everyone is now competing with who had a worse
- 24:08Speaker 3: childhood story. And the only person that didn't have that
- 24:11Speaker 3: terrible of a childhood is this girl, Erin.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:15Speaker 3: However, her parents did divorce, so it's a little bit,
- 24:18Speaker 3: but it can't compete to the other girls.
- 24:20Speaker 5: And she's super rich too, right?
- 24:22Speaker 7: Well, yeah.
- 24:22Speaker 3: She grew up very wealthy. Yeah, she grew up fine.
- 24:25Speaker 3: So Jenna Lyons, who's the star of the show, lesbian,
- 24:30Speaker 3: and she had a... She has a disease where she
- 24:33Speaker 3: doesn't have eyelashes or teeth.
- 24:35Speaker 5: What? I'm sorry.
- 24:37Speaker 6: That's not funny. She doesn't have any teeth?
- 24:39Speaker 3: Well, she had fake teeth in.
- 24:41Speaker 5: Oh, wow.
- 24:42Speaker 3: And she has a skin thing, so that made her
- 24:45Speaker 3: life hard. But in the meantime, she's been real thirsty
- 24:48Speaker 3: for the limelight. She did a guest star on Girls
- 24:51Speaker 3: that's been recovered, and she also had her own show
- 24:53Speaker 3: on HBO, much like Bethany did, Who Wants to Work
- 24:57Speaker 3: for Jenna Lyons. Oh. A failed series from like three
- 25:00Speaker 3: years ago that didn't make it.
- 25:02Speaker 5: The thirst has been revealed.
- 25:03Speaker 3: The thirst is there. Okay. This girl, Cy, is an
- 25:07Speaker 3: influencer and she did come from humble background. Didn't like
- 25:13Speaker 3: shopping at the 99 cent store. You know, that, so
- 25:16Speaker 3: that was her sad story. Then Uba is this beautiful model, gorgeous.
- 25:22Speaker 3: I can't remember what country she came from, but she
- 25:24Speaker 3: is an immigrant. Her parents are, so that, It's sad,
- 25:28Speaker 3: you know? And then we have Jessel right up here.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Her parents came from Africa, even though they're Indian. So
- 25:37Speaker 3: that was hard.
- 25:38Speaker 5: Is that girl that beautiful? Because that picture of her,
- 25:40Speaker 5: she looks absolutely beautiful.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Jessel?
- 25:43Speaker 5: I don't know which one you're pointing at.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Up here, Jessel. The one near Andy.
- 25:48Speaker 7: Oh, no.
- 25:48Speaker 3: They're all pretty. They're all pretty and they're all stylish.
- 25:51Speaker 3: I'll give them that. So then Cy says to Jessel, like,
- 25:55Speaker 3: That's not a good enough story. That's not good enough
- 25:58Speaker 3: that your sad story is that your parents were Indian
- 26:03Speaker 3: living in Africa and then moved to London. Like that's
- 26:05Speaker 3: not sharing enough about yourself. That's about your parents. So it's,
- 26:11Speaker 3: you know, the flex is how shitty was your childhood?
- 26:15Speaker 3: You know, how little privilege did you have to be
- 26:19Speaker 3: here today? Like if you could do it, I could
- 26:21Speaker 3: do it, you know, whatever. But okay.
- 26:23Speaker 8: Okay.
- 26:24Speaker 3: And then this girl Brynn, she also has a very
- 26:28Speaker 3: sad story because her, didn't know her dad. Mom was
- 26:32Speaker 3: an alcoholic and she was like either adopted out or
- 26:36Speaker 3: lived with the grandmother after the mom was seen unfit.
- 26:41Speaker 3: But meanwhile, this girl Brynn, her whole thing is she's
- 26:45Speaker 3: the flirt. Okay. That's her whole character.
- 26:47Speaker 5: That's like the pretty one, right?
- 26:48Speaker 3: This one right here with the hand on her head.
- 26:50Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 26:51Speaker 6: She looks so pretty.
- 26:51Speaker 3: So Brynn is like, And she goes up to Aaron's
- 26:54Speaker 3: husband and she's like, and they're doing a vow renewal.
- 26:58Speaker 3: And she goes, so you really didn't do vows 10
- 27:01Speaker 3: years ago. That means that you can marry me, Abe
- 27:04Speaker 3: the babe. Just kidding. Oh, my God. I'm a comedian.
- 27:08Speaker 3: I'm the hilarious one. It's a joke. And then she's
- 27:12Speaker 3: super flirty with lesbian Jenna Lyons. So she's always like,
- 27:16Speaker 3: I can be your wifey.
- 27:18Speaker 5: If I need people to watch this on YouTube, this episode,
- 27:24Speaker 5: you guys are listening to this as a podcast. You
- 27:27Speaker 5: need to go to YouTube. Heather has been on fire
- 27:30Speaker 5: with her facial expressions, and you're not going to get
- 27:33Speaker 5: the film unless you go to YouTube.
- 27:34Speaker 3: And there's really nothing going on in this, and the
- 27:37Speaker 3: ratings are proving it. But Uba, the gorgeous model, is
- 27:42Speaker 3: just pissed because Aaron, the one who didn't have a
- 27:44Speaker 3: sad childhood... took her phone for 45 minutes thinking it
- 27:48Speaker 3: was funny, but Uba said it's not funny because my
- 27:51Speaker 3: parents worry about me as a single gorgeous girl traveling,
- 27:54Speaker 3: and I have to call them every night, which is understandable.
- 27:56Speaker 3: So then she took Aaron's glasses for 45 minutes, and
- 28:00Speaker 3: that's what we'll be talking about at the reunion.
- 28:02Speaker 5: Wow.
- 28:03Speaker 3: I mean, have any of them fought? I mean, the
- 28:06Speaker 3: reunion's got to only be two episodes. It cannot be three.
- 28:10Speaker 3: It cannot be three. There's no way, Andy. I'm sorry.
- 28:13Speaker 3: There is no way this can be three episodes.
- 28:15Speaker 5: Is it almost over, the season?
- 28:16Speaker 3: Well, they said they somehow I got this. This revealed
- 28:19Speaker 3: the seating chart. So if this is the seating chart,
- 28:21Speaker 3: it must either be happening real soon or it's about
- 28:24Speaker 3: to happen or it did happen.
- 28:25Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 28:26Speaker 3: There's only a few episodes left. Oh, my God.
- 28:30Speaker 5: So did they never fight? None of them? Okay. Only
- 28:34Speaker 5: the phone and the glasses?
- 28:35Speaker 3: At one point, Psy, who had a sad childhood in
- 28:38Speaker 3: Brooklyn– She said Erin didn't have enough food on two
- 28:42Speaker 3: occasions at her parties.
- 28:44Speaker 6: Who's eating?
- 28:45Speaker 3: What do they care? Jenna, there was nothing, no fights
- 28:51Speaker 3: with her. Jessel didn't like a lingerie, they had a
- 28:56Speaker 3: lingerie night, as women do when you're 50 and going
- 28:59Speaker 3: on a girl's trip, let's all wear lingerie. She didn't
- 29:01Speaker 3: like the dress that Jenna gave her. And then Brynn
- 29:06Speaker 3: flirted with the husband and flirted with Jenna. And then
- 29:09Speaker 3: Uba took the glasses.
- 29:13Speaker 5: Did Erin get annoyed with the flirting?
- 29:15Speaker 3: Yeah, she did. She thought it was kind of weird,
- 29:17Speaker 3: you know, but probably didn't care that much, but then
- 29:21Speaker 3: knew she should care more, you know. So it's, you know,
- 29:25Speaker 3: it is what it is.
- 29:25Speaker 5: Would you say that this new thing with New York,
- 29:29Speaker 5: like this reboot, would you say it's a bust?
- 29:34Speaker 3: Well, they say that allegedly Leah... what is her name?
- 29:40Speaker 5: Gross.
- 29:40Speaker 2: McSweeney.
- 29:41Speaker 3: McSweeney might be coming back to spice it up. Now,
- 29:46Speaker 3: she's sober and has been sober for the last couple years.
- 29:49Speaker 3: When she came on, she was drunk and she was
- 29:51Speaker 3: throwing the tiki torches.
- 29:52Speaker 5: She was so annoying on the girls' trip. She bugs
- 29:55Speaker 5: so hard.
- 29:55Speaker 3: At the girls' trip in Thailand, she was sick the
- 29:58Speaker 3: whole time.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Yeah, and she was annoying about it. Well, I mean—
- 30:01Speaker 5: You like her?
- 30:02Speaker 3: No, but I kind of feel like it would suck
- 30:04Speaker 3: to be sick. Oh, speaking of— Okay, so anyway, we're
- 30:07Speaker 3: dealing with sobriety. You know, recently a real housewife has
- 30:13Speaker 3: been slapped with a DUI in a hit-and-run. And this housewife,
- 30:18Speaker 3: as we've watched, most people would feel— This is, thank
- 30:22Speaker 3: God no one was hurt, a great wake-up call to
- 30:24Speaker 3: explore sobriety. Now, you know, the question is, like, are
- 30:30Speaker 3: the shows as good? Would a Dorinda being sober be
- 30:34Speaker 3: a fun watch or not? Leah McSweeney, when she was
- 30:38Speaker 3: throwing the tiki torches naked, was a little more entertaining,
- 30:42Speaker 3: I will say. Not that I didn't want to drink,
- 30:45Speaker 3: but that's the thing. Like, there's only so many people
- 30:47Speaker 3: that are clever enough– And funny enough to be sober
- 30:50Speaker 3: in a reality show and it becomes so comfortable. And,
- 30:54Speaker 3: you know, that's why they do always make sure they
- 30:56Speaker 3: have a driver and everything, make sure they get home.
- 30:59Speaker 3: They never like leave them to drive themselves or anything.
- 31:01Speaker 3: So when this last incident happened, you know, they were
- 31:04Speaker 3: not filming. Will they pick up the care? I bet
- 31:06Speaker 3: they picked up the cameras with this latest incident with
- 31:08Speaker 3: the DUI, because I think, you know, let's get the
- 31:11Speaker 3: everyone's raw reaction, especially because Gina had one as well
- 31:16Speaker 3: on that show. on OC. So she had a DUI
- 31:20Speaker 3: and that wasn't great for her.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Did she get sober, Gina?
- 31:26Speaker 3: I want to say she is sober. If she's not,
- 31:28Speaker 3: she's definitely not boozing it up. But she had kind
- 31:33Speaker 3: of boozed it up before that. I want to say
- 31:35Speaker 3: she is sober. There's a lot more women that are
- 31:38Speaker 3: becoming sober. And so then I think you just have
- 31:41Speaker 3: to You got to be interesting enough, like clever and
- 31:46Speaker 3: interesting and funny enough. And I just think a lot
- 31:47Speaker 3: of them may not be. So it's like, where do
- 31:50Speaker 3: you go from there?
- 31:51Speaker 5: I was surprised that happened with this housewife only because
- 31:55Speaker 5: I understand they drink. As I was telling Julia, I
- 31:58Speaker 5: understand they drink on camera because it's nerve wracking. And
- 32:01Speaker 5: also boring.
- 32:02Speaker 3: And it's free.
- 32:02Speaker 5: Yeah, it's free. You're at this dinner. Of course you're out.
- 32:05Speaker 5: You want to drink with dinner. And it can be,
- 32:07Speaker 5: I mean... When we go on cleanses, I drink too much.
- 32:13Speaker 5: We go on frequent cleanses where it'll be three weeks
- 32:15Speaker 5: without drinking. It is so boring. Going out is a chore.
- 32:20Speaker 5: So I feel like I was just surprised this happened
- 32:23Speaker 5: when they were filming.
- 32:24Speaker 3: It is hard.
- 32:25Speaker 5: You know?
- 32:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:26Speaker 5: It's like you're at dinner and you get tired.
- 32:27Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 32:27Speaker 5: I didn't think she.
- 32:34Speaker 5: She drank irresponsibly when they weren't filming.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Well, I kind of think with her case, you know,
- 32:40Speaker 3: comparing it to Luann. Now Luann's arrest involved her getting
- 32:46Speaker 3: drunk too much at the hotel bar. The way I
- 32:49Speaker 3: understand it is let's say her room was 405. She
- 32:52Speaker 3: got off at 305. She got on the third floor
- 32:55Speaker 3: or whatever. She got off a different floor, went into
- 32:56Speaker 3: the 305 instead of the 405, went into that room
- 32:59Speaker 3: and they're like, this isn't your room. And she was like, yes,
- 33:02Speaker 3: it is. You know, she was like, you can leave now. No,
- 33:05Speaker 3: she was like, darling, this is my room. And they
- 33:08Speaker 3: were like, no, it's not. And someone called the cops.
- 33:11Speaker 3: They came, they arrested her. And then there was the
- 33:14Speaker 3: footage of her in the cop car able to, you know,
- 33:17Speaker 3: she's nice little wrist got out of the handcuffs. And
- 33:22Speaker 3: turned out that that I think the arresting officer then
- 33:26Speaker 3: proved to have something, not a great record or whatever.
- 33:29Speaker 3: But she went to her rehab. She went to her AA,
- 33:32Speaker 3: meaning she, you know, worked on her skills and she
- 33:36Speaker 3: came back and did the show, the cabaret show. And
- 33:39Speaker 3: I think it all kind of enhanced it because it
- 33:41Speaker 3: was like in that, you know, she wasn't behind the
- 33:44Speaker 3: wheel and she wasn't and she didn't hurt anybody, you know.
- 33:47Speaker 3: So I think. her reputation and her coming, it might
- 33:50Speaker 3: be an easier comeback, but I think anyone can come
- 33:53Speaker 3: back if they're truly authentically sorry and they do the work,
- 33:57Speaker 3: you know?
- 33:57Speaker 5: I think with Luann, I think she can, you know,
- 34:04Speaker 5: we had a lot of fun speculating that she was
- 34:06Speaker 5: sometimes secretly drinking. Even with like Leah McSweeney, the girls trip,
- 34:12Speaker 5: she made a few comments where it was like, is
- 34:15Speaker 5: she drinking behind the scenes or what? Cause she seems
- 34:17Speaker 5: high or weird. She would make like really rude comments
- 34:20Speaker 5: that you would do when you were, when one is
- 34:22Speaker 5: fucked up. But with, I think in this scenario, what,
- 34:27Speaker 5: with what happened with the car, I think that with that,
- 34:31Speaker 5: I would think that would have to be probably a
- 34:33Speaker 5: permanent sobriety and there would be no ever being like, okay,
- 34:37Speaker 5: I was sober for three years, you know?
- 34:40Speaker 3: As long as you're on the show. For sure. I
- 34:42Speaker 3: totally think that would be the best move. And I
- 34:44Speaker 3: think it's one worth exploring for all the right reasons,
- 34:47Speaker 3: you know?
- 34:47Speaker 5: And there's nothing, there's absolutely, literally nothing wrong with getting sober.
- 34:53Speaker 5: The only thing is you're just going to be bored.
- 34:55Speaker 5: But there's every good thing about not drinking ever again
- 34:58Speaker 5: for the rest of your life.
- 34:59Speaker 3: And people say, I mean, a lot of, you know,
- 35:01Speaker 3: you hear from people and they're like, it's great. It's
- 35:02Speaker 3: the best thing I've ever done for myself. I sleep
- 35:04Speaker 3: so much better, blah, blah, blah. So, I mean, this
- 35:07Speaker 3: is the time. To explore it for sure. And hopefully
- 35:11Speaker 3: a lot of people that watch the show, that are
- 35:14Speaker 3: fans of the show, that are listening to this, you know,
- 35:16Speaker 3: sometimes even though you may never get behind the wheel buzzed,
- 35:21Speaker 3: it's just sometimes it's nice to just get that reminder.
- 35:25Speaker 3: because it is in the zeitgeist, and it makes you, like,
- 35:28Speaker 3: shakes you, and be like, oh my God, I never
- 35:31Speaker 3: even want to be close to doing that, you know?
- 35:34Speaker 3: So that's what I think with that. Okay, a little
- 35:37Speaker 3: update on Russell Brand. As you know, this story came,
- 35:39Speaker 3: this investigation with the documentary's come out. There were four girls,
- 35:44Speaker 3: three of which remain anonymous, all saying horrible things. He's
- 35:47Speaker 3: denied it all. I guess in the documentary, they had
- 35:52Speaker 3: women playing some of the girls that were anonymous. So
- 35:56Speaker 3: it was like their words, and that got some criticism
- 35:59Speaker 3: of like, well, wait, if you're not going on the record,
- 36:02Speaker 3: should this really count? Well, now he's facing more allegations
- 36:08Speaker 3: from up to now nine women. And they include claims
- 36:12Speaker 3: of grooming a 16-year-old, sexually assaulting a woman, the R word,
- 36:17Speaker 3: persistent pestering for sex. He's denied all the allegations, but-
- 36:22Speaker 3: The consequences are now that YouTube has said, no, we
- 36:25Speaker 3: won't show your stuff or you can't make money off
- 36:27Speaker 3: of it. Canceled his tour. His tour has been canceled.
- 36:30Speaker 3: The management has dropped him. And so there's all these
- 36:35Speaker 3: stories of all these women now coming forward that are
- 36:39Speaker 3: saying things. In a separate incident, this comedian, Katherine Ryan,
- 36:45Speaker 3: she actually mocked him. over his alleged behavior towards women
- 36:50Speaker 3: when filming the Comedy Central roast battle in 2017. So
- 36:56Speaker 3: then there's always that kind of thing where you remember
- 36:58Speaker 3: the joke of Seth. Now, who was the guy that
- 37:02Speaker 3: said the Harvey Weinstein's jokes and all that stuff before
- 37:06Speaker 3: it came out? Oh, yeah. What is his name? Who's
- 37:10Speaker 3: the one that does?
- 37:10Speaker 5: Yeah, it was that comedian, right? He was doing it.
- 37:13Speaker 5: He would do it in a stand up. Yeah. No,
- 37:15Speaker 5: we were talking about Bill Cosby, too.
- 37:17Speaker 3: No, there was a Bill Cosby one, but then there
- 37:18Speaker 3: was also the one that, you know, Family Guy.
- 37:22Speaker 6: Oh, Seth MacFarlane.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Yeah, Seth MacFarlane made jokes about Weinstein way before it
- 37:29Speaker 3: came out. So it's like, okay, so people in the business,
- 37:33Speaker 3: especially if you're England, English maybe, probably knew all these stories.
- 37:39Speaker 4: I wonder if with Russell Brand, like, because he was
- 37:42Speaker 4: a drug addict and an alcoholic and So people and
- 37:46Speaker 4: with comedians and, you know, with comedians, you hear like
- 37:49Speaker 4: this guy is like this and you think they're just
- 37:51Speaker 4: a creep or they're a perv or it's regular. It's
- 37:53Speaker 4: just sort of like par for the course for most women.
- 37:57Speaker 4: And so he was just doing all that. But when
- 37:58Speaker 4: you read what he did, it.
- 38:02Speaker 6: Is fucked up. Like he didn't just.
- 38:06Speaker 3: He was.
- 38:06Speaker 6: He knew what he was doing.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 38:08Speaker 6: Very degrading, very.
- 38:11Speaker 4: Belittling, humiliating things. Like he didn't just try and solicit
- 38:17Speaker 4: sex or whatever.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Take you on a date.
- 38:20Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:21Speaker 4: He didn't like or be forcible even though he did
- 38:24Speaker 4: that too. But some of the things that he did
- 38:26Speaker 4: are so gross.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Yes. Which I don't really, that's why I kind of
- 38:30Speaker 3: don't want to read them all.
- 38:31Speaker 6: But like, yeah, no, it's bad. But if you go
- 38:32Speaker 6: and read them, you will.
- 38:33Speaker 5: She wouldn't even tell me. She read this full article
- 38:36Speaker 5: and then she was like, I'm not even going to
- 38:37Speaker 5: tell you what he did.
- 38:40Speaker 3: So I remembered someone saying about Okay, so back in 2014,
- 38:45Speaker 3: I don't know why this came into my head, but
- 38:49Speaker 3: do you remember the show The Pickup Artist?
- 38:52Speaker 7: Yes.
- 38:53Speaker 3: When I was at Chelsea lately, we were obsessed with
- 38:55Speaker 3: making fun of this guy. He came on the show.
- 38:58Speaker 3: We would watch the show. We would do cold opens
- 38:59Speaker 3: about it. He wore eyeliner, and he had this hat on,
- 39:03Speaker 3: and he wasn't cute, but he was tall. And he
- 39:05Speaker 3: would teach these nerds in a reality show setting how
- 39:09Speaker 3: to pick up women.
- 39:09Speaker 5: I don't remember it at all.
- 39:10Speaker 3: And some people criticized it being like it was a
- 39:13Speaker 3: little too predatory, whatever. Russell Brand was asked about it
- 39:17Speaker 3: in 2014. And he said he would never, never, never
- 39:21Speaker 3: endorse derogatory and insulting techniques like that of the pickup artist.
- 39:27Speaker 3: So while he had a history of this and was
- 39:29Speaker 3: doing this, and all this was happening, he was also
- 39:33Speaker 3: knowing to say, absolutely, I would never endorse this. But
- 39:38Speaker 3: there's stand-up bits where he is joking about it comfortable.
- 39:42Speaker 3: There's Moments where he's pulling someone down on his lap,
- 39:44Speaker 3: Catherine McPhee, during a talk show. He's kissing even like
- 39:49Speaker 3: kind of an older woman that's like a news reporter.
- 39:52Speaker 3: He's just constantly, he's just like groping to the point
- 39:54Speaker 3: where they said, like, keep the female staffers away from him.
- 39:57Speaker 3: I'm like, was he really that big of a talent? Like,
- 40:01Speaker 3: did they really have, like, there was nobody else that
- 40:04Speaker 3: was like funny in English? But that's what they were saying.
- 40:08Speaker 5: I heard on your show, you said that the thing
- 40:10Speaker 5: about Katy Perry, like said in an interview, right? Like
- 40:13Speaker 5: that she found out the truth.
- 40:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:15Speaker 5: And now obviously we're speculating that that was the truth.
- 40:18Speaker 5: But it's like, I hope he obviously goes to jail
- 40:21Speaker 5: as long as Danny Masterson. And I hope that the
- 40:24Speaker 5: people around him get in trouble the way the people
- 40:26Speaker 5: around Harvey Weinstein got in trouble.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Oh, I just thought about the Danny Masterson. I thought
- 40:29Speaker 3: about a Danny Masterson thing. Now this is a video
- 40:32Speaker 3: going around of a girl's account of when she hung
- 40:35Speaker 3: out with Danny Masterson 10 years ago at Hyde. So
- 40:40Speaker 3: I don't know who it is and I don't know
- 40:41Speaker 3: that it's true, but I thought it was interesting in
- 40:44Speaker 3: light of Bijou divorcing him. Her story is she's at Hyde.
- 40:48Speaker 3: It's 10 years ago. She's with her girlfriend. They meet
- 40:50Speaker 3: Danny Masterson and some of his friends and Bijou is
- 40:53Speaker 3: there as well. And they go back to his house.
- 40:57Speaker 5: I have been to his house many times and was
- 40:59Speaker 5: never arred.
- 41:01Speaker 3: What? Yeah.
- 41:01Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 41:02Speaker 3: What year?
- 41:03Speaker 5: In the early 2000s, I used to hang out with
- 41:06Speaker 5: a lot of Scientologists. They never mentioned it. I didn't
- 41:08Speaker 5: really realize that was a thing. What do you mean?
- 41:12Speaker 3: No, it's not Scientologists aren't known.
- 41:15Speaker 5: No, I mean- No, I mean, I didn't realize when
- 41:17Speaker 5: I was with this group that they were all Scientologists.
- 41:21Speaker 3: Oh, oh, okay.
- 41:22Speaker 5: And then he had tons and tons and tons of parties,
- 41:25Speaker 5: after parties at his house.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Okay, so they went to one of these after parties. Yeah.
- 41:29Speaker 3: And they said, you know, that Bijou was there. This
- 41:32Speaker 3: is just this girl's story, alleged, could be made up, okay?
- 41:35Speaker 3: Bijou was there, and she was just not happy to
- 41:38Speaker 3: see the two of them pop in. But they were
- 41:39Speaker 3: trying to be, like, fun. And they start to play poker,
- 41:43Speaker 3: and they're having drinks. And her one friend all of
- 41:47Speaker 3: a sudden is like, like, all slurry, you know, because
- 41:50Speaker 3: part of the allegations in which she was convicted for
- 41:53Speaker 3: is that he would drug them. Okay, Danny Masterson. And
- 41:57Speaker 3: she's feeling sick or whatever. She's like, I'm gonna go
- 42:00Speaker 3: to the bathroom. And her friend is like, good, go
- 42:02Speaker 3: to the bathroom and fucking like puke. You're so embarrassing, right?
- 42:05Speaker 3: The girl who's telling the story. And then she sees
- 42:08Speaker 3: that he's like talking to her, leaning up against the
- 42:11Speaker 3: wall or whatever. And she goes, oh my God, this
- 42:13Speaker 3: is so embarrassing. So she rescues her friend, not thinking
- 42:17Speaker 3: that she's interrupting a possible sexual assault, just being that like,
- 42:21Speaker 3: you're gonna ruin it for us as being a drunk mess.
- 42:23Speaker 3: So they go away and then.
- 42:27Speaker 3: They come back to the table and she's like, oh,
- 42:29Speaker 3: I'm sorry, whatever. She like puts her friend in like a,
- 42:31Speaker 3: you know, chair or whatever. It goes back to like
- 42:33Speaker 3: playing the poker. And she said, Bijou just starts screaming, screaming,
- 42:39Speaker 3: get the fuck out of here to the girls and like,
- 42:43Speaker 3: get out, just get out, get out. They're like, fine.
- 42:45Speaker 3: So they just get out and now this is like pre-Uber, okay?
- 42:49Speaker 3: Can you imagine? So they're up in some hills. Well,
- 42:51Speaker 3: you know, was it some hill house?
- 42:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 3: So they're like on the curb. The friend's like, you know,
- 42:57Speaker 3: thank God she's okay today. But like they're trying, her
- 43:00Speaker 3: phone dies trying to call a cab and she overhears
- 43:04Speaker 3: Bijou talking to Danny. And she, and it's like, don't
- 43:10Speaker 3: you think I know what the fuck you were doing?
- 43:12Speaker 3: I told you to stop this. Like she knew that
- 43:16Speaker 3: this was like an MO according to this alleged story
- 43:19Speaker 3: told by this woman.
- 43:20Speaker 6: Okay.
- 43:20Speaker 3: That I am now repeating. So like, and so then
- 43:24Speaker 3: it's like, Not till like 6. They have no energy
- 43:27Speaker 3: in the phone. They're literally sitting on the bed. It's cold.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Sitting on the curb in the Hollywood Hills after a
- 43:33Speaker 3: night at Hyde. And somehow a cab just drives by
- 43:36Speaker 3: at like 6 a.m. And they're like, ah! You know,
- 43:39Speaker 3: and then they got home. And she, you know, never
- 43:42Speaker 3: overly thought about that story. It was just another crazy night.
- 43:46Speaker 3: You went out. Wow.
- 43:48Speaker 5: When went back to some married man's home with his,
- 43:51Speaker 5: it's like, and it's so weird. It was like with
- 43:53Speaker 5: Bill Cosby, how the wife would be there too.
- 43:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 43:55Speaker 3: I mean, maybe with Bijou and him, maybe it was like,
- 43:59Speaker 3: you know, maybe they came to a place where he
- 44:02Speaker 3: did this.
- 44:02Speaker 5: Well, now we know why she's divorcing him.
- 44:04Speaker 3: These girls were victims, but maybe he, maybe he honestly
- 44:07Speaker 3: never did it again. Maybe, you know, maybe after 2010, 15,
- 44:12Speaker 3: Russell never did it again. But these things happened.
- 44:14Speaker 5: Oh, they still got to go.
- 44:15Speaker 3: Yeah, of course. They still have to go. But I'm
- 44:17Speaker 3: saying maybe that's where she justified it all these years
- 44:20Speaker 3: and then was like, you know what? I always fucking
- 44:22Speaker 3: knew I shouldn't, you know, and now goodbye, you're going
- 44:25Speaker 3: to prison. Like, I don't care. You hurt these women.
- 44:27Speaker 3: I had to sit and hear everything and I just
- 44:29Speaker 3: can't get past it. But Katie, getting to good news, Katie,
- 44:33Speaker 3: his ex of a Russell brand, she sold her entire
- 44:36Speaker 3: music catalog for $ 225 million.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Wow.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Justin sold his for $ 200 million. Everyone's selling their catalogs,
- 44:45Speaker 3: you know, to these places for a lot of money.
- 44:47Speaker 3: And I think it's a great idea.
- 44:50Speaker 5: Well, Taylor Swift got super pissed about hers, right?
- 44:53Speaker 3: I know. But I kind of think, like, she's a mom.
- 44:57Speaker 3: She's with Orlando Bloom. Just give me all the fucking money.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Let me have a beautiful life. I may make more music.
- 45:05Speaker 3: I might judge a show. Whatever. I might come up
- 45:07Speaker 3: with a lipstick brand. She probably has one. But, like,
- 45:11Speaker 3: this money may not be offered to me in five years. Like,
- 45:14Speaker 3: if she puts it off, it might not be.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:17Speaker 3: Who knows where the world is going? I say take
- 45:19Speaker 3: your big money now and, you know, get with the
- 45:24Speaker 3: elites and go fly off to another destination when the
- 45:29Speaker 3: world crumbles. Like, I don't know. I say just take
- 45:31Speaker 3: your money.
- 45:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:32Speaker 3: Because I don't think you're having a huge– crazy come
- 45:37Speaker 3: back when you have like little kids and you're 40,
- 45:39Speaker 3: like it's not gonna be the same of like I
- 45:40Speaker 3: kissed a girl. You're not, and you probably are like,
- 45:42Speaker 3: I did it all.
- 45:43Speaker 5: I've been to her house too.
- 45:45Speaker 3: Geez. What was that like? Was Russell there then?
- 45:50Speaker 5: No, no, it was after that. And it was.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Hollywood stories.
- 45:54Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 45:55Speaker 3: Brandy Howard.
- 45:56Speaker 5: I mean, Katy Perry's not the friendliest, but. Did she
- 46:00Speaker 5: kiss you?
- 46:01Speaker 3: You're a girl.
- 46:01Speaker 7: No.
- 46:04Speaker 5: Her house is pretty modest. I don't know if she-
- 46:06Speaker 5: What year was this? This was probably like.
- 46:09Speaker 6: With the papers. What year was this?
- 46:11Speaker 3: Hold on.
- 46:12Speaker 6: I just thought of that.
- 46:13Speaker 5: What year?
- 46:15Speaker 4: All right.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Yeah, what year was it? Approximately.
- 46:18Speaker 5: I feel like maybe it was like maybe 2015?
- 46:24Speaker 3: If I really had a big thing going, I'd be like,
- 46:27Speaker 3: look up what home she owned in 2015. What kind
- 46:29Speaker 3: of wallpaper was in the guest bath?
- 46:34Speaker 5: I was out in the backyard. I.
- 46:36Speaker 6: Oh, good one.
- 46:37Speaker 5: I'm Meredith now.
- 46:39Speaker 2: I was.
- 46:39Speaker 5: I was out in the guest bath.
- 46:41Speaker 3: Don't question me.
- 46:43Speaker 6: I was in the bathroom.
- 46:44Speaker 5: Now she, her sister.
- 46:46Speaker 3: Wait, do you know that she's also starting a podcast
- 46:49Speaker 3: with Seth?
- 46:51Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 46:51Speaker 6: Did we know that?
- 46:51Speaker 5: It was on the show.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Oh, right.
- 46:53Speaker 6: What is it called?
- 46:53Speaker 3: Which she mentions it?
- 46:54Speaker 5: Oh, it's in the show.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Yeah. How did I miss that?
- 46:57Speaker 5: It's either she's sitting there. What is it about?
- 47:00Speaker 6: Their love and how to have a romantic relationship.
- 47:04Speaker 3: I mean, try to compete with Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.
- 47:08Speaker 3: You're not going to win.
- 47:10Speaker 5: Are they?
- 47:11Speaker 3: Nobody bones more than the two of them.
- 47:14Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 47:14Speaker 5: I mean, is that even real with Meredith and Seth?
- 47:17Speaker 5: Don't question our fucking.
- 47:21Speaker 3: We do it three times a week, Brandy.
- 47:25Speaker 5: And what serious things are going on with the amputated children?
- 47:29Speaker 3: She said disabled. She said children are going to be
- 47:32Speaker 3: disabled soon. I'm like, what are you, Lady Phat about?
- 47:36Speaker 3: What's going on? You're like predicting.
- 47:40Speaker 5: I mean, what?
- 47:42Speaker 6: Like, where did that come from?
- 47:45Speaker 5: Alcohol.
- 47:46Speaker 6: Alcohol.
- 47:47Speaker 5: Alcohol, the sun. Yeah.
- 47:48Speaker 6: I'm so triggered.
- 47:49Speaker 5: I feel like I need to go to rehab.
- 47:52Speaker 6: I mean, she got so upset about the bathtub.
- 47:54Speaker 3: Don't come for my bathtub.
- 47:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 47:57Speaker 6: The bathtub?
- 47:58Speaker 3: It's a violation. Just because I got in the bathtub
- 48:02Speaker 3: with four cameramen wearing cargo shorts and a Tasmanian devil
- 48:06Speaker 3: calf tattoo doesn't mean I want Whitney Rose to be
- 48:10Speaker 3: talking about it.
- 48:13Speaker 6: Oh, you want me to talk about your husband?
- 48:16Speaker 3: What about you when he slapped his hand on your
- 48:20Speaker 3: ass and was fired from his multi-level marketing job? Whitney Rose.
- 48:30Speaker 6: Not the multi-level marketing jobs.
- 48:32Speaker 3: Cindy Crawford. Cindy Crawford is an Apple show about supermodels.
- 48:37Speaker 3: And everyone's freaking out about this one thing that she said.
- 48:41Speaker 3: And she said, when I went on Oprah, Oprah was like,
- 48:44Speaker 3: look at that body, stand up, show, do you, now
- 48:47Speaker 3: you haven't always had that body, you know? And she's like,
- 48:50Speaker 3: I'll admit at the time, I didn't think it was
- 48:51Speaker 3: a big deal. Now looking back, of course, everything's disgusting
- 48:54Speaker 3: and horrible now that we look back and everything that
- 48:57Speaker 3: happened in our life. And, but like, you know, I mean,
- 49:04Speaker 3: Oprah was probably thinking she was being very complimentary, but
- 49:07Speaker 3: she was saying like, once again, I'm just a piece
- 49:09Speaker 3: of cattle. Um, anyway, I don't think Oprah's, I don't
- 49:12Speaker 3: think they're going to be hanging out anytime soon. Oprah's like,
- 49:15Speaker 3: people are, Do you know, like, the youth is turning
- 49:17Speaker 3: on Oprah? Do you know this is happening right now?
- 49:19Speaker 6: Yeah, I've started... The youth.
- 49:21Speaker 3: On the TikTok and stuff have turned on Oprah, and
- 49:24Speaker 3: they don't understand what a queen Oprah was and how
- 49:29Speaker 3: I would ride my bike home to watch every Oprah
- 49:31Speaker 3: and dreamed of having an Oprah-type show. Hence, juicy scoop.
- 49:38Speaker 3: But yeah, with the.
- 49:40Speaker 3: Doing the thing with the Maui asking for the let's
- 49:44Speaker 3: do a GoFundMe for the Maui victims that got a
- 49:48Speaker 3: lot of criticism and people just deep diving in her
- 49:51Speaker 3: into the school and everything else that was questionable and
- 49:56Speaker 3: you know these people that were just so these celebrities
- 50:00Speaker 3: that were just so revered by our generation and even
- 50:03Speaker 3: millennials it's like they don't know like Gen Z is
- 50:08Speaker 3: like we don't care, you're a weird piece of shit.
- 50:12Speaker 3: It's like crazy.
- 50:13Speaker 5: They have to cancel everyone.
- 50:14Speaker 3: Yeah, but also it's kind of interesting.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Like, oh, I don't know.
- 50:19Speaker 3: It's just kind of a weird thing that's happened. I
- 50:21Speaker 3: still like Oprah. I will still go have a scone
- 50:23Speaker 3: in Montecito with her.
- 50:24Speaker 5: Yes, remember we had, when we were in Napa. Yep,
- 50:28Speaker 5: we had the best, what was it?
- 50:30Speaker 3: I did try to be friends with Cindy Crawford once.
- 50:32Speaker 5: You tried to be friends with her? Yeah. And how'd
- 50:34Speaker 5: that go?
- 50:35Speaker 3: Not good. Her little blonde son, had hair just like
- 50:39Speaker 3: my little blonde son at the time, Drake. And I
- 50:42Speaker 3: was at the Malibu, you know, Mart, where all the
- 50:45Speaker 3: stores are and there's a little play place. And, but
- 50:48Speaker 3: I can't imagine how many times she had like a
- 50:50Speaker 3: weird mom trying to be her friend.
- 50:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 50:52Speaker 3: So I'm going to give her this. And I just
- 50:54Speaker 3: was like, oh, hi. Can you tell me where you get,
- 50:59Speaker 3: you know, your son's haircut? Cause like, I want to
- 51:02Speaker 3: do it like that since my son is just as
- 51:04Speaker 3: cute and blonde, which he was at the time. And
- 51:07Speaker 3: she goes, Oh, please. No, this is professionals. Cost somebody
- 51:12Speaker 3: like $ 600. No, it's, I don't go to a regular,
- 51:15Speaker 3: you know, I don't go to the fire, the fireman,
- 51:17Speaker 3: you know, haircut place on Ventura. You know, like, it's
- 51:20Speaker 3: like basically what she was saying. And I was like, oh, okay.
- 51:25Speaker 3: So I was kind of bummed she didn't want to
- 51:26Speaker 3: be my friend, but I completely understand. I had 818
- 51:29Speaker 3: written all over me.
- 51:31Speaker 5: And she's like, she was making an assumption that you
- 51:33Speaker 5: couldn't afford.
- 51:33Speaker 3: All right.
- 51:34Speaker 4: Well, now I don't feel bad about Oprah telling her
- 51:36Speaker 4: to stand up since she was a supermodel at the time.
- 51:38Speaker 4: And that's what she did for a living was show
- 51:39Speaker 4: her body off.
- 51:40Speaker 6: So she can shut the fuck up.
- 51:41Speaker 3: All right.
- 51:42Speaker 6: How about that?
- 51:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 51:43Speaker 5: Was she, was that how, how was her tone?
- 51:47Speaker 3: A little like, like why you ask? I've seen you.
- 51:51Speaker 3: I probably, I saw you eyeing me all day on
- 51:55Speaker 3: the playground.
- 51:55Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 51:57Speaker 3: And pushing your kid to play with mine and they're
- 51:59Speaker 3: not best friends. And I, you know, like, but I mean,
- 52:03Speaker 3: you see somebody in Hollywood, LA as a young mom,
- 52:07Speaker 3: and sometimes you're into the elite is through your offspring.
- 52:12Speaker 3: If they're on a gate play together, if they're like
- 52:14Speaker 3: all of a sudden they're best friends until they can
- 52:18Speaker 3: get themselves there themselves, you might be that mom that then, Hey, yeah,
- 52:22Speaker 3: come on over and the kids will play. And, You know?
- 52:26Speaker 5: It's just like AA.
- 52:27Speaker 3: I had a few friends that did that, but then
- 52:29Speaker 3: they'd be real disappointed because they'd get there and then
- 52:33Speaker 3: they would think they'd be hanging out with the star
- 52:35Speaker 3: and then the nanny would be there. And then they're
- 52:38Speaker 3: just sitting there with the nanny. And they're like, well,
- 52:40Speaker 3: now can I leave my kid with the nanny too
- 52:42Speaker 3: and go do some errands? Because I thought we were
- 52:44Speaker 3: going to drink wine and watch the kid play on
- 52:47Speaker 3: your two acres. And now I'm just like.
- 52:51Speaker 3: So, anyway... Again, I don't begrudge her. I don't want
- 52:55Speaker 3: to be friends with me either. Clearly nobody else does.
- 52:58Speaker 5: Okay.
- 53:00Speaker 3: Bethany, there's been a little update. This is me. I
- 53:03Speaker 3: just decided to make myself a story. She came and
- 53:08Speaker 3: filmed this woman and she was trying to give old
- 53:10Speaker 3: makeup to her. So a lot of things have come out.
- 53:13Speaker 3: We were reminded of a famous tweet that she wrote
- 53:17Speaker 3: complaining about the cashiers at Kmart.
- 53:19Speaker 5: Yep, I remember that one. I saw it myself.
- 53:21Speaker 3: Can you repeat what, can you remember what you remember?
- 53:24Speaker 5: She said, I'm at Kmart and this is like, I
- 53:31Speaker 5: don't know what insult she used, but like, maybe she
- 53:34Speaker 5: just said she was annoyed, but she's like, there isn't
- 53:36Speaker 5: one person here that speaks English.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Right, there's, yeah, there's, it's something like that. That was
- 53:41Speaker 3: there on a tweet. Okay, so, this came through. to
- 53:47Speaker 3: somebody it was sent to somebody it was sent to
- 53:49Speaker 3: me okay it is from ladies and gentlemen it must
- 53:52Speaker 3: be like a Facebook or something and it said I
- 53:55Speaker 3: asked Bethany to give her makeup to teens in a
- 53:58Speaker 3: shelter I was the director for in January this was
- 54:00Speaker 3: her reply apparently she can only give on camera if
- 54:04Speaker 3: she's shaming the recipient so as you can see what
- 54:07Speaker 3: does that mean oh as you can see she said
- 54:09Speaker 3: hey Bea I work at a residential place for LGBTQI
- 54:12Speaker 3: teens with behavioral health issues. Can I give them all
- 54:15Speaker 3: the makeup you don't use? They would die for it.
- 54:19Speaker 3: And Bethany Frankel, the creator of whatever she posted, so
- 54:22Speaker 3: this was under a Bethany Frankel thing, said, I can't
- 54:26Speaker 3: give away things I open. So I think this girl
- 54:32Speaker 3: actually gave her the idea of it because I don't
- 54:36Speaker 3: think she has a lot of original ideas.
- 54:38Speaker 4: Oh.
- 54:40Speaker 6: And, you know. Wow.
- 54:44Speaker 3: That's so gross.
- 54:46Speaker 5: But for anybody that— I was curious about the thing
- 54:49Speaker 5: in the bag of the TJ Maxx. Was it used?
- 54:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 54:51Speaker 3: It was open. It was out of the packages. She
- 54:53Speaker 3: said she used it very little.
- 54:54Speaker 5: Because she didn't like the color or something.
- 54:56Speaker 3: Yeah, like she gets so many that then she has
- 54:59Speaker 3: all this extra makeup. And then she goes, oh, I
- 55:01Speaker 3: made these little bags. But it was on camera and
- 55:04Speaker 3: then she's just as clueless about what it was. And
- 55:07Speaker 3: then she's doubling down. And now she's like, come at me.
- 55:11Speaker 3: Cancel me. Oh, you know what I also do? I
- 55:13Speaker 3: also re-gift.
- 55:14Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 55:15Speaker 3: I re-gift stuff. You know, sometimes like, you know, if
- 55:18Speaker 3: somebody's like walking my dog for me or something, I
- 55:21Speaker 3: take a candle that someone gave me and I maybe
- 55:23Speaker 3: add it with a bottle of wine. So what are
- 55:24Speaker 3: you going to do about that? You're going to cancel
- 55:26Speaker 3: me now? Like she's just like, listen.
- 55:29Speaker 7: Listen.
- 55:32Speaker 3: She's not going anywhere. I hope she doesn't because I'm
- 55:34Speaker 3: thoroughly entertained by the insanity, the hypocrisy, and the cluelessness.
- 55:38Speaker 3: I don't find her dangerous because now the world sees
- 55:41Speaker 3: what I saw for the last four years.
- 55:43Speaker 5: I do find it funny, too, that she replied. Let's
- 55:47Speaker 5: just read it again. Hey, B, I work at a
- 55:49Speaker 5: residential place for LGBTQ teens with behavioral issues. Can I
- 55:54Speaker 5: give them all the makeup that you don't use? They
- 55:57Speaker 5: would die for it. And then Bethany Frankel replies, I
- 56:00Speaker 5: can't give away things I open.
- 56:02Speaker 3: Right.
- 56:02Speaker 5: Okay, well, she didn't ask for the things that you open.
- 56:05Speaker 5: She simply asked for the makeup you don't use. There
- 56:08Speaker 5: has to be tons of makeup that she won't even
- 56:11Speaker 5: put on camera. She doesn't need it. And she could
- 56:13Speaker 5: just give them all of that. There's got to be
- 56:17Speaker 5: bags full of shit that gets sent to her and
- 56:19Speaker 5: that she doesn't ever open.
- 56:20Speaker 3: I think she got the idea from that, though, and
- 56:22Speaker 3: was like, well, I'm not going to just give it.
- 56:24Speaker 3: I'm not just going to have the assistant pack it up.
- 56:26Speaker 3: And send it to the teen center and not get
- 56:30Speaker 3: some content out of it. And I know I can't
- 56:32Speaker 3: get content out of that because these are children underage
- 56:35Speaker 3: and obviously they could not be on camera. How is no.
- 56:39Speaker 5: One around her say like.
- 56:42Speaker 3: Because I don't think the boyfriend's around.
- 56:45Speaker 5: Well, why didn't anyone near her say.
- 56:47Speaker 3: And I think she's got one assistant that works with her.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Who is a young girl and just does what she's told.
- 56:54Speaker 3: I don't think anyone's giving her advice or anything. Really?
- 56:57Speaker 5: I feel like when I've looked at her shit, it's like,
- 56:59Speaker 5: there's always a bunch of people all around her house.
- 57:02Speaker 3: Oh, when she was on Real Housewives of New York
- 57:04Speaker 3: and you'd see the red thing, that, okay, very good
- 57:08Speaker 3: source told me, allegedly, that was not even an office.
- 57:12Speaker 3: She rented that for filming. And she had people, almost like,
- 57:15Speaker 3: you know, how you watch Selling OC, and they're all like, oh, hey,
- 57:21Speaker 3: what are you guys doing today? You know, nobody, like,
- 57:25Speaker 3: you know, and nobody, no, they're not extras, but they're
- 57:28Speaker 3: just not really working at that time. So, like, I
- 57:32Speaker 3: don't know that she really had all this going on,
- 57:36Speaker 3: you know? Like, I mean, and I'm reading all these
- 57:38Speaker 3: comments that are like, I don't get it. Like, if
- 57:40Speaker 3: I had all that money, I would not be, like,
- 57:43Speaker 3: peddling and going crazy on social media. And I'm like,
- 57:47Speaker 3: but you don't get it. Like, she's addicted to Staying
- 57:50Speaker 3: relevant and being on, because she's not going to be
- 57:53Speaker 3: on TV anymore. And so it's like, she can't let
- 57:55Speaker 3: this go. But on the other hand, I don't know
- 57:58Speaker 3: that she's as wealthy as what was reported on the
- 58:02Speaker 3: hundred million thing of when she, so I don't know.
- 58:05Speaker 3: I'm not that she- I think she's very wealthy and
- 58:06Speaker 3: I don't think she needs to do this, but I
- 58:08Speaker 3: don't know that it's at the level that people think
- 58:10Speaker 3: it is. I'm just saying.
- 58:11Speaker 5: Well, I thought it was– it definitely came out that
- 58:14Speaker 5: the $ 100 million was like over– that was overstated.
- 58:17Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 58:18Speaker 5: I mean I think it was probably more like– I
- 58:19Speaker 5: personally thought it was like honestly like $ 30 million. But–
- 58:24Speaker 5: That's just me guessing.
- 58:25Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 58:26Speaker 5: It's just a feeling I get.
- 58:27Speaker 3: I just think it's an addiction just like Brittany. I
- 58:29Speaker 3: just think they cannot put the phone away.
- 58:30Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:31Speaker 3: They just absolutely cannot. They cannot stop looking at the sites.
- 58:35Speaker 3: They can't, you know.
- 58:36Speaker 5: It's like that's got to be the new rehab. Social
- 58:40Speaker 5: media rehab?
- 58:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:41Speaker 3: Or like you get a rehab companion, a social media companion.
- 58:45Speaker 3: Like don't look at the phone. That's like, okay, I
- 58:48Speaker 3: redid your phone, okay?
- 58:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:50Speaker 3: And it's just– these are the news things, Newsweek, da-da-da-da.
- 58:54Speaker 3: You can read those. You can't go on Instagram. You
- 58:58Speaker 3: can't go on Facebook. You're not going to go on
- 59:00Speaker 3: Page Six because you might be on it. But we
- 59:03Speaker 3: want you to be up on the world and, like,
- 59:06Speaker 3: let's see how you feel in two weeks. I think
- 59:09Speaker 3: it could be a really yeah i think it's gonna
- 59:11Speaker 3: have to be i mean i've needed it in.
- 59:12Speaker 5: The past i mean a lot of people need it
- 59:15Speaker 5: yeah a lot of people need it.
- 59:17Speaker 3: Okay hundreds of people that identify as dogs gathered in
- 59:20Speaker 3: a city center i think this might have been in
- 59:22Speaker 3: germany or something and they are dog identifying humans and
- 59:26Speaker 3: they're like howling and stuff And it's different than being
- 59:30Speaker 3: a furry.
- 59:33Speaker 6: Is it sexual?
- 59:35Speaker 3: I don't know that it's sexual. Has to be. I
- 59:38Speaker 3: think they're just dogs. And yeah.
- 59:43Speaker 5: So they called animal control.
- 59:47Speaker 3: My nephew, when he started high school, he had two
- 59:51Speaker 3: foxes in his class.
- 59:54Speaker 6: Who identified as foxes?
- 59:55Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 59:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 59:57Speaker 3: And they just wore like a tail. And they had
- 59:59Speaker 3: uniforms too.
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: They let them put a tail coming out of their uniform?
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: Yeah, but everybody else had to wear the uniform the
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: way it was. But for the foxes, they could adjust
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: the uniform.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: Do you think that my mother, Phyllis Goldman, would have
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: let me wear a tail to school? If I said,
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: I'm a fox, she would have been like, no, you're not.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: That's ridiculous. You're a human being. I'm not letting you
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: wear a tail. If you want to pretend to be
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: a fox in the yard with Patty, your friend, where
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: you also pretend to be a prince, a princess, an astronaut,
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: a dog, a cat, a secretary, a person who does retail.
- 1:00:40Speaker 6: A librarian, then we can do that. You are not
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: a fox.
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Okay, well, these people are dogs, and obviously you're not invited.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: The Surreal Life has hired Kim Zolciak-Berman. First of all,
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: I didn't even know it came back. It came back
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: last season, and I feel like it got no buzz
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: at all.
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: I want to watch it.
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: And now she's on a new season with Macy Gray.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: I can't remember who. Wait, I think I have some.
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: Of the other people.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: This is such exciting news.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: That we're watching. But meanwhile, they have no money. The
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: divorce is back on, and Croy is begging for her
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: to allow him to sell the house because they are destitute,
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: according to Croy.
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: Why does she keep saying the divorce isn't on, though?
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: Well, now the divorce is on.
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: It's back on.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: So she's saying it is back.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: On, too?
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: Yes, it's back on. And she's going to do this
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: for real life, which I think is great. And apparently
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: Atlanta doesn't want her back. Probably because she did this,
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: because she's desperate to do this. But I can't believe
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: that this even came back on MTV. It was originally
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: on VH1, but it was on last. I feel like
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: it got no buzz. I don't know who was on
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: it last year. But I will watch it. I will
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: watch it.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Will you go back and watch last year's?
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: No, I don't care about that. I like watching Kim Zolciak.
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: I want to see what she's going to say. I
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: want to know what's going on.
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: But do we believe any of this, though? Now I
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: feel like it's all a troll to get on TV.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: No, they're definitely broke. I mean, all the foreclosures and
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: the liens and all that.
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: But that's why I think they're pretending to get divorced.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: No, I think they're done. I just don't think they're
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: going to stay together. But what's he going to do
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: for money? Like he, what's he going to get on?
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: I don't know that, but unless he, I guess they
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: could put him on something. I just want to remind
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: you of the worst show ever. This was Are You Hot?
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: This is from Jeffrey Mixed. He has a great, a
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: great Instagram and puts it on like old shows and stuff.
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: And this was Lorenzo Lamas.
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: I don't know if it's because of you. Yeah. Was
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: this because of Heather? Julie and I, or was it, we,
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: we dredged this show up.
- 1:02:45Speaker 6: Are you hot?
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: And watched it in the pandemic.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: Do you tell? Because he would take a laser, Lorenzo Lamas,
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: and go up to a girl, like this girl's legs,
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: and he'd be like, see, I see a slight bit
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: of cellulite there. I cannot believe that this existed. And
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: this was just 20 years ago, you guys.
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: They would walk down a runway.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: Like, and it was. And there'd be somebody who'd be
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: in like a cowboy hat, like a guy, and dressed
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: kind of like a cowboy. It was all different types
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: of people.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: And none of them were hot.
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: I mean, you know.
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: But it was beyond. And I thought we must have
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: watched it because of you, but I guess we didn't. Yeah.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: I guess we did that because we were desperate to
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: watch something in the pandemic. Because you have us watch
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: the weirdest shit.
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: Let me tell you something. I think Amazon, you can
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: watch The Pickup Artist, and I suggest you watch a
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: little of that. It's insane. Brandi Glanville says that Caroline
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: Manzo wasn't ready for what Girl Trip is. So she
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: did an interview over the weekend with Page Six. And
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: they're like, exclusive, exclusive, exclusive. And I like Brandi. I've
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: asked her to come back on the show. You know,
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: I don't really think she told anything that I haven't
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: seen a million times. She feels like she was a scapegoat.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: She says that Caroline Manzo was like laughing, was like,
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: touch my boobs. And this is funny. And then, you know, And, like,
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: she's paid to be a drunk mess on these shows.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: And maybe Caroline had just not done Housewives in so
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: long that then she freaked out about it. I think
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: Caroline went on the trip, realized it's a lot more
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: work than she wanted, also didn't like what went down,
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: and used it to never come back and, you know—
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: Get away from the fact that maybe she did get
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: a little make out and handsy after a few drinks.
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: What do you think as a resident lesbian here?
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: What do you think? Well, I mean, I think that
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: I'm going to go. I think I agree with you.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: I think Caroline Manzo is a very pretentious person. self-righteous,
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: judgmental person. Who thinks she's the bomb. She thinks she's
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: the queen of the world while pretending to be humble
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: and a woman of a, I'm just a mother, I'm
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: just a this, I'm just a that.
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: We don't spoil our kids, or we spoil our kids,
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: but we don't spoil them rotten. Like, okay.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Remember?
- 1:05:16Speaker 6: So, you know what I mean? Like, ugh, all right.
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: I think that she was ashamed of herself for allowing
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: herself to, and now we don't know what they did exactly,
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: whether she was groped or kissed Brandy or whatever it was.
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: She was having fun and blah, blah, blah. And I
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: think she felt bad about it. And she was embarrassed.
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: And she was embarrassed because she, I think, I don't
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: think Brandy Glanville violated Caroline Manzo.
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: Caroline Manzo is like the godfather. Nobody's doing anything to her.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: And Brandy's kind of pissed because she couldn't go on
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: the traitor reunion. And she's probably missed out on some
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: opportunities why this stink and this controversy is on her.
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: She 100% has.
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: And so.
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: I didn't need to say that about her and make
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: her like some, like she was a villain.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: Like she was Harvey Weinstein.
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: You weren't victimized. You weren't victimized. You did shit that
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: you don't, you weren't, you're ashamed of.
- 1:06:07Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: So when I had Dina Manzo on my show, she
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: did say at that reunion, do you remember when Caroline,
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: she was wearing like blue dress, all of a sudden
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: comes back from like a break and is like, and
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: goes after Danielle and goes, what you did to my family?
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: And Dina's like, what the hell is going on? And
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: that pissed Dina off because she didn't really want this
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: thing to be brought up that involved her ex-husband, who
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: was the father of the older daughter. The only daughter.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: The only daughter. Not the husband that then is on
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: trial for beating her up. That's the husband after the daughter,
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: who is the brother of Dina Manzo's husband. Right.
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: So there's that going on, but it was, that's really
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: what broke them up was like that. She, you know,
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: just does this dramatic things and, you know, makes it
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: all about her family. So like, I don't know that
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: she's necessarily the pinnacle of, you know, mother morality.
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: Absolutely not. No, not at all.
- 1:07:13Speaker 6: No, she's completely pretentious. And it's also seems like she's
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: full of shit.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: I just don't, I just don't believe that, and particularly
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: a woman such as herself, who is strong, she's opinionated,
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: she's not going to be fucked with. I don't believe
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: that she could be violated by Brandi Glanville.
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: I just don't believe it. And I always believe the women.
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: But I just don't in this case.
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: And we've also seen on the girls trips, we've seen Brandi,
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: you know, being Brandi. She's pretty consistent. We've seen it
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: for years. we've seen her get drunk and handsy. And
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: it's like, that's exactly what Bravo wanted her to do.
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: I first and foremost, I can't stand fucking Caroline Manzo,
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: but first and foremost, I feel like Bravo is the
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: problem here and totally scapegoated her and should have, they
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: should have done something to protect her afterward in terms
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: of just the fallout or whatever. But Then you get
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: into the actually being there. It's like if she's bothering
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: you and she's feeling you up or bugging because she's
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: too wasted, then go to the producers.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: Walk away. Walk away.
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: You are drunk too, Caroline. We know how these girls
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: trips go.
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: So Julie, this feeling doesn't come from the fact that
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: she stole your eyewear. I know.
- 1:08:37Speaker 6: Someone did say recently that I looked like her, I feel.
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: Her hair does look good.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: Her hair looks good.
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: She does look really good.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: And the glasses look good.
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: And she looks great. And can we say she looks
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: like a lesbian?
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: She looks like a lesbian and she aged great. I'm
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: just going to end on this about the little alien
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: they found in 2017. The Mexican doctors are sick. that
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: it is not put together. It's all one piece. Uh-huh.
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: So they think that it is, in fact, an alien.
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: It's little.
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: It's really little. And they're going to do some 23andMe
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: on it.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: Good.
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: And see... which celebrity it's related to.
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: I mean, it's like they found something from the corner
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: and put it in the MRI. Like they went into
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: a box and they put a mug on it.
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: It's like a tchotchke for like your shelf.
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: Yeah, they're just like standing around it like they're doing something.
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: It honestly does look like it's from World Market.
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: Yes, it does.
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: I feel like it looks.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: Like a Halloween thing that you put outside that you
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: hang from a tree.
- 1:09:42Speaker 6: You know what I mean?
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: That like, or there would be like 50 of them
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: and they would make a sound like it's hollow inside.
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: And it would go. When you walk into a haunted house,
- 1:09:54Speaker 6: like all of those go. And then maybe one's animated
- 1:09:59Speaker 6: and it's like.
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: So you don't, you don't believe it was real.
- 1:10:02Speaker 6: Hello. Welcome. Um, okay.
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: This was, this was from two moi and someone sent
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: it to me and they said, it said, um, I
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: need some stories about the smartless guys. I posted so
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: much shit about Jason Bateman, but my favorite story was
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: how in the 80s he took limos everywhere. So this
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: person sent it to me because they remembered my Jason
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Bateman limo story from 1980, what would it have been?
- 1:10:31Speaker 7: 1985.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: Did you bang Jason Bateman in a limo?
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: No.
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: Oh, too bad. So bummed. That would be the dream.
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: We were walking up and down Ventura Boulevard with my
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: two friends. And we would say to my parents, we're
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: going to go to the Tarzana movie theater. But we wouldn't.
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: We'd just walk up and down Ventura.
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: Boulevard in Tarzana. Just slut around Ventura.
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and then guys would, like, whistle at us. And finally,
- 1:10:53Speaker 3: we decided to call my sister because no one had
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: come by, like hookers that we were.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: And I called my sister to come pick us up, Shannon.
- 1:11:01Speaker 5: Shannon didn't get to go be a slut on Ventura?
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: No, she wasn't invited.
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: We're sisters, not friends.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: So then this limo pulls up. And down goes the thing,
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: and it's Jason Bateman from Silver Spoons. And we're like, oh,
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: my God. So we come in, and he's got, like,
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: two friends, and one had, like, a southern accent or
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: was from Texas. And I remember, like, was sitting on
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: his lap or next to him. He was giving me
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: a lot of attention. Then I see my sister's Cressida
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: pull up. So I pop out of the car to
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: tell Shannon, get the fuck out of here. Tell Mom
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: and Dad that I'm spending the night at my other
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: friend Heather. We were the Heathers. I'm going to the
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: other Heather's house.
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: And so then I– did they write Heathers based on you, Heather?
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: No, unfortunately not. Are you sure? But it did come
- 1:11:46Speaker 3: out right around.
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: You had another friend named Heather and you were the Heathers.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: There were 100 girls in my freshman class and there
- 1:11:54Speaker 3: were eight Heathers. Wow. That's how popular her name was. Anyway,
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: so then I go and I come back and now
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: my friend who came from public school but had joined
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: the all-girls school, now she's sitting next to him and
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: flirting with him. So we go over to DuPars on
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: Ventura Boulevard around Laurel.
- 1:12:14Speaker 5: I think that's not there anymore. It just closed.
- 1:12:18Speaker 3: So we have like some food and we're talking and
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: we're getting the scoop on how he knows these two
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: guys from Texas, whatever. And then we get back in
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: the limo and all of a sudden we start going
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Well, now I've been told
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: by my dad, never go over the hill. You don't
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: go over the hill. And for people that live in
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: the valley– There's the hill, which is the 101 to
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: the 405. That's the hill. Now you're getting away from
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: the valley. You're going over the hill.
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: You go over the hill.
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: That's why dad said my sister really stay away from
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: that Holly crowd, the Hollywood crowd. They're bad. The Roxy,
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: Sunset Boulevard.
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: When you go over the.
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: Hill, you're in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills.
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: Now you're getting soaked. Now you're getting soaked.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: Anyway, so we go. We go to the hotel room.
- 1:13:04Speaker 3: They start watching Risky Business. And I start just panicking
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: about how we're going to get home.
- 1:13:09Speaker 5: So you went to Beverly Hills Hotel?
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: I start panicking about how we're going to get home,
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: you know? Like, now it's getting later, and, like, and
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: my friend Heather, she has a single mom. Her mom's
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: a single mom, whatever, but still, like, strict, okay? And
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: Jason has gone off with public school girl. I don't know.
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: And so then the Texas guys see that we're freaking out,
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: and they're like, this is ridiculous. Like, you guys are nervous.
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: We can get the limo to take you back to—
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: the 818, you know? And I go, yes, that's what
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: we want to do because it's getting later. And like,
- 1:13:40Speaker 3: her mom's going to freak out. And like, we didn't,
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: we're too scared to call and say, oh, we're at
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: the Beverly Hills Hotel. We just, you know, we just
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: said we were getting food or whatever. And that my
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: sister was dropping us off. So now I've implicated my sister, everything.
- 1:13:54Speaker 3: So I just keep imagining the fear of driving up
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: to my friend's house and seeing my dad's Trans Am.
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: But she had a Trans Am. And that will make
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: you pee in your pants with fear, especially if the
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: T-tops are off.
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: Oh, I want it.
- 1:14:09Speaker 3: So terrifying thought. So we don't know where she is.
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: And my friend is like, that's her fault. Like, our
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: parents don't even know her parents. Let's get the fuck
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: in the car. Just get home.
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: So then we get to- Was it just you and Heather?
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: Who did Jason Bateman go off with?
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: The public school girl.
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: But was she with you too?
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: Yeah, she was our friend.
- 1:14:28Speaker 5: But you left her there?
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: That's crazy. I feel terrible.
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: Heather.
- 1:14:33Speaker 3: She's had a good life since. Okay. It's been fine.
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: You left the public school slut who got- I didn't
- 1:14:39Speaker 5: say that, but I don't know. We're not slut shaming anyone.
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: We're celebrating.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Whatever happened between her and the host of Smart List
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: is not my problem. So then we get back, and
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: the mom is very angry.
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: Where are you?
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: Well, now I'm so nervous about seeing the Trans Am,
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: which I had not seen. I puke. So now she
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: thinks we're drinking, which we were not, except for some
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: milkshakes at DuPars. And my dad is like, you guys
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: are grounded.
- 1:15:10Speaker 5: So the Trans Am was there?
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: No, but he found out later and he's like, you're grounded.
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: You implicated your sister. I feel so bad. We both
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: got grounded for two weeks. But my mom, she was
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: such a star fucker. She was like, it's Jason Bateman?
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: What happened? From Silver Spoons? Like, was just all excited,
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: you know? And it might have even been Hogan's Hero
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: by then or whatever that was. Hogan, the Hogan family.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:15:31Speaker 6: Hogan's Hero.
- 1:15:32Speaker 3: The Hogan family.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: He had to have been a teenager at that point.
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: He was 17 and we were 14. Okay.
- 1:15:38Speaker 6: And he's just driving around.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: In a limo.
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: And getting a girl to have sex with.
- 1:15:41Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: So then I don't... Good one, Jason Bateman.
- 1:15:43Speaker 7: Okay, listen.
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: I don't know what happened.
- 1:15:46Speaker 6: So then.
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: We hear this knock on the window.
- 1:15:48Speaker 5: I just want to point out that the Texas guys
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: were probably on the Hogan family like that week. You know,
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: they were probably the guest stars.
- 1:15:56Speaker 6: Oh, like the guest stars.
- 1:15:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: I mean, you could have had the guest star.
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: I don't know how I knew these Texas guys, but
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: they were nice. So then we, two knocks on the
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: door window at like 3 p.m. And she said they were,
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: they couldn't find us. They took a cab. He took
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: the cab to, he paid for the cab to like Encino,
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: which is where his house was. And she's like 14,
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: no phone, no nothing. And the cab driver's like, well,
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: I can't have this like girl in my car. Where
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: should I take you? So then the cab driver took
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: her all the way back to Tarzana. But he did not.
- 1:16:33Speaker 6: So Jason Bateman didn't get the limo to drive her home.
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: According to the memory I have from 1985, but if
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: they'd like to have me on Smart List as a guest,
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: I will forgive him and my friend is fine.
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: The Texas guys might have still had the limo.
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: No, the limo took us back.
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: Right, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: Then the limo probably went back to the hotel. Meanwhile,
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: then he's like, fuck it, and he got a cab
- 1:16:56Speaker 3: with my friend back to the Valley. He lived in
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: Encino or Sherman Oaks or something. And then the cab
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: took her all the way to the house in Tarzana.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: My friend's house.
- 1:17:06Speaker 5: He probably paid the cab driver to take her to wherever,
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: but she went to- The story.
- 1:17:09Speaker 3: Was that he did not.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: That he only paid to Encino.
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: And then who paid?
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: The cab driver took her out of the goodness of
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: his heart because he's got jailbait in the backseat.
- 1:17:19Speaker 5: And then she knocked on the window?
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: Yeah, and we let her in.
- 1:17:21Speaker 5: And she climbed in the window? No, we then opened
- 1:17:23Speaker 5: the door and let her in. And then you guys
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: get in more trouble?
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: No, because our parents didn't even know her parents' phone number.
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: So she was unscathed from the ground. But the two
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: Heathers got in trouble for the lies involving my sisters.
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: She didn't have to go away for nine months to Switzerland?
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: No, she didn't have a baby in Switzerland. She didn't
- 1:17:44Speaker 3: have to go to wilderness camps with Paris Hilton. No,
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: she just went back the next day, and then we
- 1:17:48Speaker 3: always had this great Jason Bateman story.
- 1:17:51Speaker 5: I can't believe it. It's so like 80s, too, for
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: parents not to have the parents' phone number.
- 1:17:56Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: You know what I mean? Like parents wouldn't even like talk.
- 1:17:59Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:18:00Speaker 5: Like you wouldn't even know them. But I don't understand
- 1:18:03Speaker 5: what that mom, I know she was a single mom,
- 1:18:05Speaker 5: was thinking when this girl came in at 3 a.m.
- 1:18:08Speaker 3: She didn't know.
- 1:18:09Speaker 5: She didn't?
- 1:18:09Speaker 3: She said where, I think she even forgot about her.
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: She was just like, you guys are in trouble. We
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: didn't even bring up her.
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: But you were saying when you opened the door at
- 1:18:18Speaker 5: 3 a.m., she just didn't hear.
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: No, no, no.
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: No, the girl was completely fine. Like I didn't sleep
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: all night. I was so stressed. I was so scared
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: to go home to the trans a.m. And my dad's
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: white hair. I was like terrified. And then, but like
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: I said, my mom kind of liked the story. And
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: my sister was so nice, Shannon.
- 1:18:35Speaker 5: Was she pissed that she got grounded?
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: She really wasn't that pissed. She was like, it's okay.
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: She's just nice. She's a defense attorney. She probably defended me.
- 1:18:43Speaker 5: Come on, mom.
- 1:18:45Speaker 3: It was Jason Bateman. They were going to do pars.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: Let the jury rest.
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: Like, yeah.
