- 0:20Speaker 1: In a blue state like California, the corruption is so deep,
- 0:23Speaker 1: so overwhelming.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So many, I think at this point, trillions have been stolen,
- 0:28Speaker 2: not billions.
- 0:29Speaker 1: It has to end up over 10 years to trillions
- 0:31Speaker 1: of dollars of American taxpayer money on that train to nowhere.
- 0:35Speaker 2: And on all of the daycare centers and all of those.
- 0:37Speaker 3: They're all ripping you off.
- 0:39Speaker 2: The money that was stolen during COVID was like a handgun.
- 0:43Speaker 2: literally billions of dollars. And it's just, they cannot let
- 0:46Speaker 2: a Republican win.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Mayor of L.A.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Or governor of California, because then that person.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Will conduct an investigation and find out who committed all
- 0:55Speaker 1: the crimes. So all the people who committed the crimes
- 0:57Speaker 1: will go to jail. Hey, Wayne Allen Root, America Speaks.

- 4:36Speaker 1: by the way, understand my theory here. Legal immigrants have
- 4:40Speaker 1: done lots of things to make America great. Our whole
- 4:42Speaker 1: country is legal immigrants. My grandparents were legal immigrants. Your
- 4:46Speaker 1: grandparents were legal immigrants. Your great-grandparents were legal immigrants. Thank you.

- 7:05Speaker 6: Wayne Allen Root.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Music Alright, Wayne Allen Root, welcome back to Warzone Live.
- 7:27Speaker 2: By the way, we're starting with a new time tomorrow.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Starting tomorrow, we're on a 4.30 Eastern, 1.30 West Coast time,
- 7:33Speaker 1: because I need more time in the morning to get
- 7:35Speaker 1: my columns done and to look for all the best
- 7:38Speaker 1: news stories.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I was just running out of time, like today.
- 7:40Speaker 1: We're starting nine minutes late, because I just couldn't get
- 7:43Speaker 1: everything ready in time, and we want to be on time.
- 7:46Speaker 1: So we're starting at 4.30 Eastern, 1.30 Pacific, starting tomorrow.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Tomorrow with the War Zone Live podcast. Then we go
- 7:53Speaker 1: straight to my Real America's Voice TV show.
- 7:57Speaker 2: At 6 p.m. Eastern, 3 o'clock Pacific.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Real America's Voice TV, America Speaks. And on that show,
- 8:03Speaker 1: tomorrow is the first day where we're doing a simulcast
- 8:07Speaker 1: on my Las.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Vegas radio show.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That national TV show will be on at the exact
- 8:13Speaker 1: same time as my Vegas radio show. which means that you,
- 8:18Speaker 1: as a Vegas lister, I can't do it for the
- 8:20Speaker 1: whole country, but we arranged this in Vegas, as a
- 8:22Speaker 1: Vegas lister, you can call in and talk to Wayne
- 8:25Speaker 1: Root in that entire hour from West Coast time, 3
- 8:29Speaker 1: o'clock to 4 o'clock. You can talk to Wayne Root.
- 8:31Speaker 1: It's like a call-in radio show, except it's on TV, 800-347-ROOT, 800-347-ROOT.
- 8:41Speaker 1: So this is one of the things I was doing
- 8:42Speaker 1: today that made me late. I wrote a column, a
- 8:45Speaker 1: very important column, called Forget the SAVE Act. It was
- 8:48Speaker 1: never going to pass. What America needs is the NEED Act.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Here is what we need, and we need it now,
- 8:55Speaker 1: before the midterms. So forget the SAVE Act. It was
- 9:00Speaker 1: never going to pass, as I've predicted and warned for
- 9:03Speaker 1: six months now. We've all been wasting our time on
- 9:09Speaker 1: a fantasy agenda. That could never happen. The GOP Senate
- 9:12Speaker 1: is run by a bunch of backstabbing, turncoat rhinos, Republicans
- 9:18Speaker 1: in name only. They never had the votes to pass
- 9:21Speaker 1: the SAVE Act, and they were never going to kill
- 9:23Speaker 1: the filibuster.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Never. But as I've warned for those same six months, even.
- 9:28Speaker 1: If a miracle happened or happens, and the rhino GOP
- 9:32Speaker 1: Senate suddenly manages to pass the SAVE Act at the
- 9:35Speaker 1: last minute, it would be.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Too little, too late.
- 9:39Speaker 1: It would immediately be blocked in the courts by Democrat
- 9:42Speaker 1: legal challenges and communist insurrection judges. The SAVE Act was
- 9:47Speaker 1: never going to save the midterms. President Trump is trying.
- 9:52Speaker 2: He is relentless. He's amazing. He is superhuman. Give him
- 9:56Speaker 2: an A-plus for effort. But he's like Jack LaLanne posing.
- 10:00Speaker 1: A boat while swimming through the San Francisco harbor by
- 10:03Speaker 1: a rope attached to his teeth. Trump is a one-man
- 10:07Speaker 1: army doing it all by himself. It's Trump against the world.
- 10:11Speaker 1: His own GOP Senate is useless.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Worse than useless, they're clearly playing for the other side.
- 10:19Speaker 1: They're actively working against President Trump and the MAGA agenda.
- 10:24Speaker 1: President Trump has tried a thousand ways to stop another
- 10:28Speaker 1: stolen election. He has signed so many executive orders, his
- 10:32Speaker 1: hands should be sore to secure the election, to inject
- 10:35Speaker 1: integrity into the midterms, to ensure a level playing field,
- 10:39Speaker 1: to implement voter ID and proof of citizenship. and strictly
- 10:43Speaker 1: limit mail-in ballots. But there is one problem. None of
- 10:47Speaker 1: it works. None of it is going to happen because
- 10:50Speaker 1: there is a communist color revolution and literally a real-life
- 10:54Speaker 1: coup going on led by communist insurrection judges who block
- 10:59Speaker 1: everything President Trump does to secure elections. That's the conspiracy
- 11:05Speaker 1: this time around. The foundation is the communist judges leading
- 11:10Speaker 1: the insurrection.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Now, President Trump has even tried.
- 11:16Speaker 1: To win the midterms by announcing new policies like a $ 5, 000.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Dividend check to every U.S.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Citizen if Republicans retain both houses of Congress in the midterms.
- 11:28Speaker 2: It's a brilliant move. Trump took a page right out
- 11:31Speaker 2: of the Democrat playbook.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Democrats have bribed voters for the past 100 years to
- 11:37Speaker 1: get elected, and they fall all over themselves giving away
- 11:40Speaker 1: free stuff to their voting groups, but President Trump figured
- 11:44Speaker 1: out two can play at this game.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Brilliant. except it won't matter. Policies won't matter. $ 5, 000.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Dividends given to the American people won't matter. Trump campaigning
- 11:55Speaker 1: day and night across the country won't matter. Nothing matters
- 11:58Speaker 1: as long as Democrats are able to rig and steal elections.
- 12:02Speaker 1: That's why I invented this idea and then proposed it
- 12:05Speaker 1: to President Trump in my 17th interview with him that
- 12:09Speaker 1: he needs to declare a national security emergency for elections
- 12:13Speaker 1: in order to bypass Congress and implement everything necessary to
- 12:18Speaker 1: secure the midterms.
- 12:19Speaker 2: President Trump loves.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Branding, so I've given my plan a name that's simple
- 12:24Speaker 1: and easy to remember, like the SAVE Act, right? Mine
- 12:27Speaker 1: is called the NEED Act.
- 12:30Speaker 2: N-E-E-D, the NEED Act.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Because we need to secure our rigged elections. We need
- 12:36Speaker 1: to stop massive voter fraud. We need to stop foreign
- 12:40Speaker 1: interference in our elections. We need to stop China and
- 12:43Speaker 1: the CCP from stealing the midterms. We need President Trump
- 12:46Speaker 1: to ride to the rescue and declare it today because.
- 12:49Speaker 2: The midterms are right around the corner and we're running
- 12:52Speaker 2: out of time.
- 12:54Speaker 1: NEED Act stands for, N-E-E-D stands for National Emergency for
- 12:59Speaker 1: Elections Declaration, N-E-E-D, National Emergency for Elections Declaration, NEED. As
- 13:07Speaker 1: I've pointed out again and again, since I first came
- 13:09Speaker 1: up with this idea in March, a national security emergency
- 13:13Speaker 1: is very different than an executive order EO's executive orders
- 13:18Speaker 1: can be legally challenged in court and therefore blocked by
- 13:21Speaker 1: communist insurrection judges. A national security emergency declared by the
- 13:26Speaker 1: president cannot be challenged in court. The Supreme Court already
- 13:31Speaker 1: ruled in INS versus Chadha that a national security emergency
- 13:36Speaker 1: can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote of Congress.
- 13:41Speaker 2: How certain am I about this?
- 13:43Speaker 1: Well, not only did the Supreme Court already settle this debate,
- 13:47Speaker 1: but this isn't my first rodeo. I came up with
- 13:50Speaker 1: this idea in 2019, and President Trump adopted it and
- 13:54Speaker 1: used it successfully to jump right over the head of
- 13:57Speaker 1: Congress and to fund the wall with funds from the
- 14:00Speaker 1: Pentagon budget. And Congress tried to overturn it, but they failed.
- 14:06Speaker 1: They could not muster a two-thirds vote in both houses.
- 14:09Speaker 2: So it worked. The wall was built.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Democrats knew my idea was foolproof. They didn't even try
- 14:14Speaker 1: a legal challenge. They knew only a two-thirds vote in
- 14:17Speaker 1: Congress could stop it. They tried to do that, and
- 14:20Speaker 1: they couldn't do it. Trump won. America won. The border
- 14:23Speaker 1: was secured. Fast forward to today. I have even more
- 14:29Speaker 1: proof when far-left groups like Media Matters, funded by George Soros,
- 14:35Speaker 1: attack you. and try and demonize you, you know you're right.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You know you have them beaten. You know you have
- 14:41Speaker 1: them on the run. You know they're panicked and desperate.
- 14:45Speaker 1: You know you're right over the target. Well, Media Matters
- 14:50Speaker 1: put out a long hit piece on me last week.
- 14:54Speaker 1: The title was, Who is Wayne Allyn Root, the right-wing pundit,
- 14:58Speaker 1: pushing Trump to undermine the midterms?
- 15:02Speaker 2: Thank you, Media Matters. What flattery.
- 15:05Speaker 1: What a badge of honor. What a tell, as we
- 15:08Speaker 1: say in Las Vegas. Media Matters is clearly scared to death.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Of me and my idea. They know it's foolproof.
- 15:15Speaker 1: They know it was already proven in 2019 with a
- 15:17Speaker 1: national security election for the border. They know with my
- 15:20Speaker 1: idea in place, elections cannot be rigged and stolen. And
- 15:24Speaker 1: most importantly, they know Democrats cannot win the midterms without
- 15:28Speaker 1: massive voter fraud. And if Democrats can't steal it, they
- 15:33Speaker 1: can't win.
- 15:35Speaker 8: Period.
- 15:36Speaker 1: President Trump, we need you to secure the midterms. We
- 15:39Speaker 1: need you to make elections secure again. We need you
- 15:43Speaker 1: to make America great again. Forget the SAVE Act. It
- 15:46Speaker 1: is never going to happen. It's time for the NEED Act.
- 15:51Speaker 1: President Trump, we need you to step up and save
- 15:54Speaker 1: America by saving the midterms.
- 15:56Speaker 2: And we need it now more than ever before in
- 16:00Speaker 2: election history. So there you go. Forget the SAVE Act.
- 16:05Speaker 2: It was never going to pass. What America needs is
- 16:08Speaker 2: the NEED Act, and we need it, and we need
- 16:10Speaker 2: it now before the midterms.
- 16:13Speaker 1: My latest commentary, which will be out at the Gateway
- 16:15Speaker 1: Pundit tomorrow, tomorrow at the Gateway Pundit, and then probably
- 16:21Speaker 1: tonight or tomorrow at.
- 16:23Speaker 2: My website, rootforamerica.com.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I actually haven't heard yet back from the guy who
- 16:27Speaker 1: runs my website, my webmaster, whether he's getting that up
- 16:31Speaker 1: today or he's going to wait until tomorrow morning, but
- 16:33Speaker 1: Either way, both at Root for America and the Gateway Pundit,
- 16:36Speaker 1: you can find that column tomorrow. I'm sure it will
- 16:40Speaker 1: enrage the liberals. I know that Jerome Corsi and Peter Tickton,
- 16:46Speaker 1: two of the most important people in America, friends of
- 16:48Speaker 1: President Trump, working closely with President Trump, have both written
- 16:52Speaker 1: a column together that I think will also be at
- 16:55Speaker 1: the Gateway Pundit tomorrow. And that column is about the
- 16:58Speaker 1: need for my national security emergency for elections. And they
- 17:03Speaker 1: both admit it was invented by Wayne Root and pushed
- 17:05Speaker 1: on the president hard in my interview with President Trump.
- 17:10Speaker 1: So they give Wayne Root the credit for it, but
- 17:11Speaker 1: they say it's got to get done. We have to
- 17:13Speaker 1: have it. We're all together as a team, along with
- 17:16Speaker 1: my good friend, John Goodman, who's the election expert. We're
- 17:19Speaker 1: all pushing hard to get President Trump to understand he's
- 17:23Speaker 1: got to push this through. In the next few days,
- 17:25Speaker 1: there is no choice. We're not going to win the
- 17:28Speaker 1: midterms without it. I don't care how good your policies are.
- 17:30Speaker 1: If you think you could win based on policies, you're
- 17:32Speaker 1: wrong because Democrats cheat like crazy and they're going to set.
- 17:36Speaker 2: This midterm is everything. It's the whole ball of wax.
- 17:39Speaker 2: It's the whole kitchen sink. It's the whole enchilada. They
- 17:41Speaker 2: know they've got to steal it. They're going to be
- 17:43Speaker 2: out there stealing.
- 17:44Speaker 1: It won't be too big to raid because in midterms,
- 17:46Speaker 1: the same people do not come out. for Republican candidates
- 17:49Speaker 1: as they do for charismatic, bigger-than-life personality Donald Trump. So
- 17:53Speaker 1: the same amount of people are not coming out, and
- 17:55Speaker 1: Democrats can steal this election.
- 17:59Speaker 2: My guess is that they had all the illegal aliens.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Coming out in 2024, but Trump made it too big
- 18:05Speaker 1: to rig, and we had so many voters, they just
- 18:07Speaker 1: couldn't find enough fake votes to overcome our votes. But
- 18:11Speaker 1: this time, midterm's a whole different animal, and we're not going.
- 18:14Speaker 2: To win without this, I'm telling you. We're just not.
- 18:18Speaker 1: And let me tell you what we're up against. Two
- 18:20Speaker 1: stories sum up perfectly what we're up against. County in
- 18:23Speaker 1: Virginia votes to give $ 2, 000 in taxpayer dollars to illegal
- 18:27Speaker 1: immigrants detained by ICE. Our country is broke, completely flat-ass broke.
- 18:34Speaker 1: And people can't pay another dollar in taxes. People are hurting.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Old people are hurting. Senior citizens are hurting. Everyone's hurting.
- 18:41Speaker 1: And young people are hurting. No one's got money for more.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Taxes, but you got $ 2, 000 to give away free.
- 18:47Speaker 1: To illegal aliens detained by ICE, because you're insane.
- 18:51Speaker 2: All of you are insane.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And you're giving that money away. You're not giving it
- 18:55Speaker 1: to senior citizens. You're not giving it to young people.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You're not giving it to homeless vets. I'm trying to
- 19:03Speaker 1: nurse my lousy voice here, because I just spend too
- 19:06Speaker 1: much time talking every day, including on weekends. And on
- 19:10Speaker 1: Friday and Saturday, my wife and I are out at
- 19:12Speaker 1: these wonderful restaurants in Vegas, and the noise is loud
- 19:14Speaker 1: enough as a 747, and I'm talking above the noise
- 19:19Speaker 1: of the 747 to the people we're going out to
- 19:21Speaker 1: dinner with, and I'm losing my voice even more than
- 19:23Speaker 1: I lose it Monday through Friday. In any case, it's
- 19:27Speaker 1: insanity to give away $ 2, 000 each to an illegal alien
- 19:29Speaker 1: detained by ICE.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Where's the money coming from?
- 19:32Speaker 1: Why don't you help homeless vets or senior citizens or
- 19:34Speaker 1: young people buy their first home, you crazy, kamikaze, suicide-bombing, communist, evil.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Scumbags whose lives are devoted to Satan?
- 19:44Speaker 1: And second of all, blue state governor's pardon of a
- 19:47Speaker 1: convicted felon torpedoes Americans. major Supreme Court immigration fight.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Wait till I tell you the story because it's insane.
- 19:56Speaker 2: The Supreme Court.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Will no longer hear an oral argument for a case
- 20:00Speaker 1: centered on bond rights for non-citizens.
- 20:03Speaker 2: And again, I love that word non-citizens.
- 20:05Speaker 1: That means illegal alien mother truckers who broke into our country.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Bond rights for non-citizens detained for lengthy periods, ruining the
- 20:15Speaker 1: case and making it moot after Democrat governor of New York,
- 20:19Speaker 1: Kathy Hochul, pardoned a Dominican citizen who pleaded guilty to
- 20:25Speaker 1: second-degree assault. Hochul pardoned Casey Guerrero Mariano, who's identified in
- 20:32Speaker 1: court documents as Casey GM, in late August, killing the
- 20:36Speaker 1: Trump appeal to the Supreme Court, arguing that non-citizens including
- 20:40Speaker 1: those of green card status, do not have a legal
- 20:43Speaker 1: right to a bond hearing for a prolonged detention if
- 20:47Speaker 1: they've committed crimes.
- 20:49Speaker 2: That are grounds for mandatory deportation.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Hochul, who is staunchly opposed to President Trump's immigration enforcement crackdown,
- 20:57Speaker 1: issued the pardon for Mariano just as the brief was due.
- 21:02Speaker 1: So basically, if you're an illegal alien and you're a
- 21:05Speaker 1: criminal and you're a felon and you're a murderer and
- 21:07Speaker 1: you're a rapist and you're an assaulter, and you're a
- 21:10Speaker 1: kidnapper or you're a drug trafficker or a drug dealer.
- 21:15Speaker 1: You're the biggest scum of the earth. You're underneath my shoes.
- 21:19Speaker 1: You should be licking the bottom of my shoes, you
- 21:21Speaker 1: low-life scumbag. You're not a typical American low-life scumbag. You're
- 21:26Speaker 1: an illegal alien low-life scumbag who has no right to
- 21:29Speaker 1: be breathing the same air as you and I do
- 21:33Speaker 1: and walking on the same dirt as you and I
- 21:35Speaker 1: do because you're lower than that dirt and you don't
- 21:38Speaker 1: belong here And we have governors, Democrat governors, going out
- 21:42Speaker 1: of their way to pardon a criminal so that there
- 21:45Speaker 1: is no Supreme Court case that will determine if you
- 21:48Speaker 1: can keep him in.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Jail before you deport him.
- 21:51Speaker 1: It's just impossible to believe. Truly impossible to believe. And
- 21:55Speaker 1: if you want to know how bad it can get,
- 21:59Speaker 1: more than 62,000 have been arrested in Britain for speech-related offenses.
- 22:05Speaker 4: 62,000 people arrested.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Are facing prison terms and fines that will bankrupt them
- 22:12Speaker 1: for saying the things that I do, Wayne Root does
- 22:15Speaker 1: every day on all my shows, radio, TV, podcast, and
- 22:19Speaker 1: the things I put on social media. In Britain, you
- 22:21Speaker 1: go to jail for those things.
- 22:24Speaker 2: 62,000 people have.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Been arrested, which means SWAT teams put them in handcuffs
- 22:29Speaker 1: behind their back and walk them to prison.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Do you understand?
- 22:32Speaker 1: For saying something in the country that invented the Magna Carta.
- 22:38Speaker 1: It's insane what's happening to our country. In England, they
- 22:41Speaker 1: need to attack their government. There needs to be a revolution.
- 22:45Speaker 1: You know, just like France had the French Revolution. They
- 22:48Speaker 1: put them in a guillotine. In England, they're arresting you
- 22:52Speaker 1: for speech in the nation that invented free speech. And
- 22:56Speaker 1: the free speech is always about being a conservative and
- 23:01Speaker 1: a patriot and not wanting your country invaded by illegal
- 23:06Speaker 1: alien scumbags. This is insanity, and you can't stand for it.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Thomas Jefferson was perhaps the greatest American ever. He's right
- 23:15Speaker 1: up there with George Washington and Benjamin Franklin and James
- 23:18Speaker 1: Madison and John Adams.
- 23:21Speaker 2: He may be bigger than all of them.
- 23:22Speaker 1: He literally was the key to 1776 and the Declaration
- 23:27Speaker 1: of Independence. And Thomas Jefferson always said, You know, every
- 23:31Speaker 1: 20 years or so, you need blood. You need a
- 23:33Speaker 1: revolution with blood because government forgets that you are not
- 23:38Speaker 1: the leaders. You're given your position by us. And it's
- 23:42Speaker 1: the people that matter, not you, you stupid control freak.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Tyrant mother truckers. Thomas Jefferson was right.
- 23:51Speaker 8: I'm Wade Allyn Root.
- 23:52Speaker 2: We'll be right back.
- 23:53Speaker 1: This is War Zone Live. When we get back, I
- 23:55Speaker 1: have a great interview for you that I did on
- 23:58Speaker 1: Was it Friday? On Friday with Ed Martin, former DOJ
- 24:02Speaker 1: pardon chief. We've got that interview coming up next with
- 24:05Speaker 1: Ed Martin, who's going to be the lawyer that is
- 24:08Speaker 1: integral in suing the cheaters in the 2026 midterms.
- 24:12Speaker 2: We'll be right back with Ed Martin.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root from my great friends,

- 24:30Speaker 1: intercellular hydration in only 88 days.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Now over two years later, I look and feel the
- 24:36Speaker 2: best of my life.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I'll be on this program for life because it's easy,
- 24:39Speaker 1: all based on a foundation of the life game changers,
- 24:43Speaker 1: extra and intracellular hydration.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Now science backs it up. A new study just released
- 24:49Speaker 2: by the National Institutes.

- 26:40Speaker 2: East Coast time, 3 p.m.
- 26:41Speaker 4: Pacific. So you call in at 6 p.m.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Eastern, and I talk to you, and it airs that
- 26:47Speaker 2: night at midnight.
- 26:48Speaker 1: The phone number again, 800-347-ROOT.
- 26:52Speaker 2: That number is 24-7. You can leave voicemails. We play
- 26:55Speaker 2: your voicemails on the air as well. Hey, Wayne, what
- 26:58Speaker 2: do you think about Obama?
- 26:59Speaker 3: He was a.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Communist, socialist, Marxist radical. I agree.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Or you can email me, waynebroot at gmail.com.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I'll read your email live.
- 27:10Speaker 2: On the air with your comments or questions. America speaks.
- 27:18Speaker 4: America speaks.
- 27:31Speaker 2: All right, America's Top Ten Countdown.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Welcome to the world-famous C-Block.
- 27:37Speaker 1: That means my interview segment. I've got a great guest
- 27:39Speaker 1: coming up in just a second. I want to mention
- 27:41Speaker 1: the sponsor of this interview, Zastava Arms USA. Zastava Arms
- 27:47Speaker 1: began 170 years ago in Serbia. Today, Zastava is one
- 27:51Speaker 1: of the world's most recognized names in military and sporting firearms.
- 27:54Speaker 1: In 2018, entrepreneur Ronco Ristick bought Zastava Firearms directly to
- 28:00Speaker 1: American gun owners, right?
- 28:02Speaker 2: He brought it to America.
- 28:03Speaker 4: Zastava quickly earned a.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Reputation for quality, durability, and reliability, and the proof is they.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Earned Gun Importer of the Year. Thank you for bringing
- 28:13Speaker 1: these great guns to America. Many gun experts say they
- 28:15Speaker 1: make the best AK-47 semi-automatic rifles in the world. One
- 28:20Speaker 1: of the most recognizable Zastava rifles is the Z-PAP, the
- 28:24Speaker 1: sporting version of the M70.
- 28:25Speaker 2: My wife, Cindy, has it. It's bigger than her. It's
- 28:29Speaker 2: unbelievable how big it is.
- 28:31Speaker 1: This semi-automatic sporting rifle has a simple reputation, built like
- 28:34Speaker 1: a tank.
- 28:35Speaker 2: It features a 50% thicker than standard a.k.a.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Receiver, longer handguards, flip-up night sights, and grenade gas.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Cutoff Zastava Z-PAP. Built like a tank, built to be used,
- 28:47Speaker 2: built to last.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Discover the Z-PAP.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Family at ZastavaArmsUSA.com. That's ZastavaArmsUSA.com. All right, although my next
- 28:58Speaker 1: guest served as U.S. pardon attorney at the DOJ, he
- 29:02Speaker 1: left the Department of Justice just last week. Ed Martin
- 29:06Speaker 1: today is the senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America,
- 29:11Speaker 1: and he launched a gun rights group, so perfect sponsor
- 29:15Speaker 1: of this segment. The group is called Firearm Rights for Americans.
- 29:19Speaker 1: The website, FirearmRightsUSA.org. That's FirearmRightsUSA.org. My old friend of, I
- 29:28Speaker 1: don't know, 20, 25 years, Ed Martin is with us.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Hey, Ed. Too long. We're too long. We're getting old.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Great to be with you, Wayne, as always. You have
- 29:36Speaker 3: such good sponsors and such great viewers, and it's great
- 29:39Speaker 3: to be with you. Thank you. I think you're only
- 29:41Speaker 3: about two or three interviews since I left. I just
- 29:44Speaker 3: was in government. It's great to be with you.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Yes, and I've done 17 interviews since I've known you
- 29:50Speaker 1: with President Donald J.
- 29:51Speaker 8: Trump.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Not a bad record.
- 29:54Speaker 1: We're going to have to catch up, you and I.
- 29:55Speaker 1: I've got to do 17 interviews with Ed Martin to
- 29:57Speaker 1: catch up. So why did you leave the Trump DOJ?
- 30:02Speaker 3: Well, you know, I loved working for President Trump, as
- 30:05Speaker 3: you can imagine. I mean, he sets a tone of
- 30:09Speaker 3: being fearless, of pursuing the agenda, you know, make America great.
- 30:14Speaker 3: That's true. But also America first and putting the, you know,
- 30:17Speaker 3: in the platform, Wayne, from back in Milwaukee. The platform
- 30:22Speaker 3: which I worked on was dedicated to the forgotten men
- 30:24Speaker 3: and women of America. And that's kind of how I felt.
- 30:26Speaker 3: So I loved every minute of it. I was part
- 30:28Speaker 3: an attorney. I was U.S. attorney in D.C. I was
- 30:30Speaker 3: a high level prosecutor in DOJ. But I also want
- 30:34Speaker 3: to get out now because I want to help go
- 30:36Speaker 3: out and talk on your show and other places and say, hey, look.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Look at how much we've accomplished. Don't get distracted by
- 30:42Speaker 3: the fake news. Don't get distracted by the fake polls.
- 30:45Speaker 3: The election really matters on November 3rd. We need this
- 30:49Speaker 3: country to stay on the course and give President Trump
- 30:52Speaker 3: a full four years where he has control and he
- 30:54Speaker 3: can influence what's going on. I felt like there was
- 30:57Speaker 3: that much at stake. And I knew from the outside,
- 30:59Speaker 3: you know, I sat with him in the Oval Office
- 31:01Speaker 3: 10 days ago for about an hour and we were talking.
- 31:03Speaker 3: He kept saying, you got to go out and tell people,
- 31:05Speaker 3: go out and go out and tell people. You do
- 31:07Speaker 3: it so well, Wayne. But a lot of our media
- 31:09Speaker 3: and a lot of our neighbors and friends are not
- 31:12Speaker 3: well informed. They're either the fake news is either misinforming
- 31:15Speaker 3: them or they just don't know. So it's just an
- 31:17Speaker 3: important time. And we can talk about the gun rights
- 31:20Speaker 3: in a second. But mostly it's Donald Trump has delivered
- 31:23Speaker 3: on so many promises. People have to realize that and
- 31:27Speaker 3: continue to succeed and support what he needs to govern.
- 31:32Speaker 2: You know, this show is like one big celebration of Trump.
- 31:35Speaker 2: I mean, occasionally, and I mean rarely, I'll have a
- 31:38Speaker 2: criticism of something he does.
- 31:40Speaker 1: But 99.9% of the time, I celebrate all the great
- 31:44Speaker 1: things that he does. But the average American, and it's
- 31:47Speaker 1: not even that they're brainwashed. The liberal side is brainwashed.
- 31:50Speaker 1: They're Stepford Wives. They're Jim Jones at Guyana. But the
- 31:53Speaker 1: conservatives and the average middle class and working class American,
- 31:58Speaker 1: they just work all day. And then they get home
- 32:00Speaker 1: and they got to take their kids to sporting.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Events or ballet or whatever it is.
- 32:05Speaker 1: And then they're exhausted. They come home, they make dinner
- 32:07Speaker 1: and they go to bed. They just don't know. So
- 32:10Speaker 1: I try my best to make sure they know. You're
- 32:13Speaker 1: launching a new gun rights group called Firearms Rights for
- 32:16Speaker 1: Americans aimed at restoring firearm access to Americans convicted of
- 32:21Speaker 1: nonviolent crimes. So people who lost their gun rights can
- 32:24Speaker 1: now petition to get them back.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Tell us more about it.
- 32:27Speaker 3: Well, look, if you do something wrong in this country,
- 32:29Speaker 3: you have to pay the price, right? We agree with that.
- 32:32Speaker 3: You and I would talk about it all the time.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Accountability is very important, and we're for that. But if
- 32:36Speaker 3: you do something wrong, you serve your time. You should
- 32:38Speaker 3: be able to get out and be able to go
- 32:40Speaker 3: on with your life. And let's be clear. If you
- 32:41Speaker 3: go to prison for six months and get out, you
- 32:44Speaker 3: get your First Amendment rights back. You can do free
- 32:46Speaker 3: speech and free assembly. And somehow we have allowed the left, frankly,
- 32:50Speaker 3: to encroach on our Second Amendment rights, our right to
- 32:53Speaker 3: own and to control our destiny when it comes to firearms. Well,
- 32:57Speaker 3: what happened in 1992, Wayne Allen, is unbelievable. They passed
- 33:00Speaker 3: a law and they said, you can apply and get
- 33:03Speaker 3: back your Second Amendment rights. And then we lived with
- 33:06Speaker 3: the swamp. They defunded, they blocked it. Even W. Bush
- 33:10Speaker 3: couldn't get it done. Donald Trump in the first term
- 33:12Speaker 3: tried to get it done. We didn't get it done.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Second term, just now, we did it in the pardon office.
- 33:17Speaker 3: You can apply and get your gun rights back. There
- 33:20Speaker 3: are 30 million people who have what we call a
- 33:22Speaker 3: disability on their Second Amendment right. They were convicted, discharged
- 33:26Speaker 3: from the military, something like that. Probably 5 million are
- 33:30Speaker 3: gonna get them back right away because they were nonviolent,
- 33:32Speaker 3: they were tax evasion or something, and the others are
- 33:35Speaker 3: gonna get to apply. My point is this. We've never
- 33:38Speaker 3: had an emancipator. Here's your headline. Here's your clip. We've
- 33:42Speaker 3: never had an emancipator of constitutional rights like Donald J.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Trump since Abe Lincoln. That's the facts. And this president
- 33:52Speaker 3: did it. He told me. He told Todd Blanch, the
- 33:54Speaker 3: attorney general, get it done. And we did. And so
- 33:57Speaker 3: I got out of office in part to go and
- 33:59Speaker 3: make sure everybody knows how to do it. If you
- 34:02Speaker 3: go to firearmrightsusa.org, you'll see not only are we knitting
- 34:07Speaker 3: together and saying, here's the way you do it, here's
- 34:09Speaker 3: go get your rights back. We're also saying, remember when
- 34:12Speaker 3: you're voting, one guy, Trump, did this for us. We've
- 34:16Speaker 3: got to support him. We've got to make sure people
- 34:18Speaker 3: are paying attention. And that's why I went out and
- 34:20Speaker 3: did this. It's, again, firearmrightsusa.org. You can see a lot
- 34:25Speaker 3: of information there. Get engaged and get your rights back
- 34:28Speaker 3: in case you need them or your family or somebody else.
- 34:30Speaker 3: And make sure, you know, I've always said, Wayne Allen,
- 34:32Speaker 3: I know you know it, Second Amendment's not about sports.
- 34:35Speaker 3: It's fine. I like that. Hunting, fine. It's about stabilizing
- 34:39Speaker 3: our nation. It's always worked. It always will work. And
- 34:43Speaker 3: we've got to fight to make sure that it's strong
- 34:45Speaker 3: and vibrant and protected, the Second Amendment. And Donald Trump
- 34:48Speaker 3: does that.
- 34:49Speaker 1: You know, it's a sin if even one gun owner
- 34:52Speaker 1: in America stays home and doesn't vote in the midterms
- 34:55Speaker 1: for the GOP and for President Trump to fulfill his agenda.
- 34:59Speaker 2: For the next two years.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Every one of you that's listening, get everyone you know
- 35:02Speaker 1: and bring them out to vote. Here's the really important one.
- 35:06Speaker 2: That was important.
- 35:07Speaker 4: This is beyond important.
- 35:09Speaker 1: You, Ed Martin, are working with the RNC, the Republican
- 35:11Speaker 1: National Committee, to mobilize lawyers in battleground states and be
- 35:16Speaker 1: ready to challenge any potential election fraud in November's election, correct?
- 35:22Speaker 3: Yes, sir. Look, there's a former congressman named John Sweeney.
- 35:25Speaker 3: He's an attorney. He was attached to the RNC about
- 35:28Speaker 3: nine months ago just for this reason. He's a street fighter.
- 35:31Speaker 3: He's from New York. He grew up, you know, knows
- 35:33Speaker 3: how the game is played. He's seen it all. And
- 35:35Speaker 3: what I tell people, I was on one of the
- 35:37Speaker 3: mainstream networks and they said, do you really believe that
- 35:40Speaker 3: there will be fraud? Are you going to contest the election?
- 35:42Speaker 3: I said, look, if this is the first election without
- 35:45Speaker 3: fraud ever, I'll be happy. But I'll tell you this,
- 35:47Speaker 3: what you have to do to stop fraud, just like
- 35:50Speaker 3: what you have to do to stop crime is is
- 35:51Speaker 3: put cops on the street, put eyes in the room,
- 35:54Speaker 3: put people that are saying, what are you up to?
- 35:56Speaker 3: We've got some structural problems. The president and the Save
- 36:00Speaker 3: America Act are trying to address that. But until they're
- 36:02Speaker 3: all addressed, we know what we got to do is
- 36:04Speaker 3: put bodies in the room, eyes on the counters, and
- 36:08Speaker 3: make sure we do it, and then fight, fight, fight.
- 36:10Speaker 3: And I'm pretty confident, you know, when Trump was on
- 36:12Speaker 3: the ballot in 2024, and in some ways, It was
- 36:15Speaker 3: too big to rig. The Trump movement was too big.
- 36:18Speaker 3: And some of the stuff that was going on, I
- 36:20Speaker 3: worry about. Got to worry about Michigan. Got to worry
- 36:22Speaker 3: about Georgia. There's places that love to cheat. And we've
- 36:25Speaker 3: got to go in there. And we're going to do it.
- 36:27Speaker 3: And by the way, I'm not holding back on this.
- 36:30Speaker 3: The system's broken still. It's not fixed. So don't pretend
- 36:34Speaker 3: it's fixed. Just try to not let it take elections
- 36:36Speaker 3: away from us this time. And then we've got to
- 36:38Speaker 3: clean it up for 2028 also.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Well, you know it's broken because I proposed this national
- 36:45Speaker 1: security emergency for elections, which would get it done.
- 36:48Speaker 2: We'd have election integrity. I proposed it to President Trump.
- 36:51Speaker 1: The left's gone insane. CNN, MSNOW, Media Matters, it's all
- 36:56Speaker 1: they talk about. Wayne Root and President Trump together, they say.
- 37:00Speaker 1: are trying to steal the election. No, we're trying to
- 37:04Speaker 1: make sure no.
- 37:05Speaker 2: One can steal the election.
- 37:07Speaker 4: We're not trying to steal anything.
- 37:09Speaker 2: We're not trying to subvert anything.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Is there a specific type of fraud, Ed, that you
- 37:14Speaker 1: are focused on?
- 37:16Speaker 3: Well, look, what the president did with the mail-in ballots
- 37:19Speaker 3: and understanding where the frauds come from, there's a number
- 37:22Speaker 3: of places. That's a big one. And the United States
- 37:25Speaker 3: Postal Service is going to help on that. I think
- 37:27Speaker 3: that's a focus and putting attention on it. Look, we
- 37:30Speaker 3: also have now exposed in New York, excuse me, in
- 37:33Speaker 3: New Jersey, the governor admitted that as a system, not
- 37:36Speaker 3: as a mistake, as a system, they were enrolling illegal
- 37:40Speaker 3: aliens to vote in the election in New Jersey, tens
- 37:43Speaker 3: of thousands of voters. We've got a problem with voter registration.
- 37:46Speaker 3: I tell people all the time that left games the
- 37:49Speaker 3: census because there's money in gaming the census. If you
- 37:52Speaker 3: lie about the number of people in an area, you
- 37:54Speaker 3: get more money allocated. When it comes to voting, people say,
- 37:58Speaker 3: why would they do voter fraud on the registration? There's
- 38:01Speaker 3: no money involved. Obviously, it's because they use it to
- 38:04Speaker 3: get votes. And so those voter rolls, Harmeet Dhillon in
- 38:08Speaker 3: the Department of Justice has been tough. She's fighting hard.
- 38:11Speaker 3: That's mostly civil, though. We've got to focus on criminal, too.
- 38:14Speaker 3: And again, look, this election is going to come down, Wayne,
- 38:17Speaker 3: to about 25 House races and three or four Senate races.
- 38:22Speaker 3: So the universe we have to look at is smaller
- 38:25Speaker 3: than in the general election in 2028 or presidential. So
- 38:28Speaker 3: we've got the field is a little closer. We can
- 38:30Speaker 3: get in there and look. But those are two areas,
- 38:32Speaker 3: mail-in ballots and the voter registration. You cut those off
- 38:36Speaker 3: and stop those things. It's harder for these dopes to
- 38:39Speaker 3: count the ballots in front of you if they're not
- 38:41Speaker 3: gaming the system through the machines. By the way, the
- 38:44Speaker 3: machines are totally broken. The machines have to be thrown out.
- 38:47Speaker 3: It's another story for another day.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Well, that's why I propose a national security emergency for elections,
- 38:53Speaker 1: so you can do things that the judges just won't
- 38:55Speaker 1: let us do. The Supreme Court already ruled in 1983, Ed,
- 38:59Speaker 1: you can't overturn a national security emergency without a two-thirds
- 39:02Speaker 1: vote of both houses of Congress, and you can get
- 39:05Speaker 1: paper ballots, proof of citizenship, and severe limits on mail-in ballots,
- 39:11Speaker 1: and of course, the most famous one, voter ID, voter
- 39:14Speaker 1: photo ID. I'm trying to get all of that jammed
- 39:17Speaker 1: in before this midterm election. We'll see what happens if
- 39:20Speaker 1: the president takes me up on it.
- 39:22Speaker 2: We'll find out. Ed Martin served as U.S.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Part attorney for the DOJ, now senior fellow at the
- 39:27Speaker 1: Center for Renewing America, launched a gun rights group, Firearms
- 39:32Speaker 1: Rights for Americans, website, firearmrightsusa.org, firearmrightsusa.org.
- 39:39Speaker 3: And my friend, Ed Martin.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Thank you, Ed.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Thanks, Wayne.
- 39:44Speaker 2: We'll be right back. Wayne Allen Root with Alan Pariser.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Alan's an advocate for greatpatriotstore.com and has been a customer,
- 40:07Speaker 1: forget this, 36 years, almost four decades. He introduced me
- 40:11Speaker 1: and my wife, Cindy, to this great American company.
- 40:14Speaker 2: It's where we do our monthly shopping.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Alan, tell my fans about this great American anti-wool company
- 40:19Speaker 1: run by pro-America conservatives.
- 40:23Speaker 3: It's great to be back with you, Wayne.
- 40:25Speaker 9: And yes, Great Patriot Store is a company made for Americans.
- 40:29Speaker 9: And all of our products, everything from Band-Aids to beef,
- 40:33Speaker 9: hundreds of products is made right here in the United
- 40:35Speaker 9: States of America. And I think Michael Jordan said it
- 40:38Speaker 9: the best when he said that Republicans wear shoes too.
- 40:41Speaker 9: And all of these woke companies have completely lost sight
- 40:45Speaker 9: of the American consumer. But we manufacture everything here for Americans,
- 40:49Speaker 9: made by Americans.
- 40:50Speaker 2: GreatPatriotStore.com.
- 40:52Speaker 1: I would say Republicans wear most of the shoes. Tell
- 40:55Speaker 1: us about the honor that greatpatriotstore.com received from Forbes.
- 41:01Speaker 2: It's amazing.
- 41:01Speaker 9: Millions of companies and our company, Great Patriot Store, is
- 41:06Speaker 9: one of the best brands for value ahead of Trader Joe's,
- 41:09Speaker 9: ahead of Sam's Club, ahead of Costco, just behind Costco.
- 41:14Speaker 9: And it's because we manufacture the best products at the
- 41:17Speaker 9: best price for American consumers.
- 41:20Speaker 2: All right, high prices on everyone's mind, obviously.
- 41:23Speaker 1: How do the prices at greatpatriotstore.com compare to national brands?
- 41:28Speaker 3: We're always better.
- 41:28Speaker 9: I mean, if you compare our products and our prices,
- 41:31Speaker 9: we're always ahead, better, safer, cleaner. Our laundry detergent, for example,
- 41:35Speaker 9: is almost half the price, better quality, no toxic chemicals,
- 41:39Speaker 9: made right here. If you want to save money, the
- 41:42Speaker 9: best value is to shop at greatpatriotstore.com.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Let's talk about beef. I love beef, and I love
- 41:48Speaker 1: your New York strip steaks. What makes your beef so great?
- 41:52Speaker 3: It's like everything else.
- 41:54Speaker 9: We are vertically integrated. We're in charge of everything from
- 41:57Speaker 9: insemination to harvesting, all done right here in the United
- 41:59Speaker 9: States of America, and never, ever any hormones or antibiotics.
- 42:04Speaker 3: It's the highest cut you can find.
- 42:05Speaker 9: It's farm-to-table, and it's better priced than anywhere else that
- 42:08Speaker 9: you're going to find, and you can only get it
- 42:10Speaker 9: through greatpatriotstore.com.
- 42:13Speaker 1: All right, to get your free gift, purchase the beef
- 42:16Speaker 1: and other great American products, but you gotta be a member.

- 42:57Speaker 1: store credit to start. GreatPatriotsStore.com.
- 43:16Speaker 5: .
- 44:16Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allen Root.
- 44:18Speaker 1: You know, the most important story of the day, besides
- 44:21Speaker 1: my renaming my National Security Emergency the NEED Act, I
- 44:25Speaker 1: think that's a big one. I think President Trump, when
- 44:27Speaker 1: he sees that, is going to flip out and endorse
- 44:29Speaker 1: the NEAT Act.
- 44:30Speaker 2: I sure hope so. If he doesn't and we go
- 44:32Speaker 2: down to defeat, I'm telling you, then it's all over.
- 44:36Speaker 2: It doesn't make sense.
- 44:37Speaker 1: You're not going to win in 2028. You're not going
- 44:39Speaker 1: to be in control of the census. You're not going
- 44:41Speaker 1: to win the presidency because it's going to be a
- 44:43Speaker 1: do-nothing Congress. It's going to do absolutely nothing for the
- 44:45Speaker 1: next two years. The economy could fall apart because there's
- 44:48Speaker 1: nobody to carry out President Trump's agenda. It's just a
- 44:51Speaker 1: disaster if we don't win the midterms. But he's going
- 44:54Speaker 1: to knock himself for the rest of his life that
- 44:56Speaker 1: he didn't do it. So I hope he doesn't. But
- 44:59Speaker 1: the other big news today is Barack Obama reemerging. to
- 45:03Speaker 1: lead Democrats' midterm efforts with a focus on AI.
- 45:08Speaker 2: AI, right?
- 45:09Speaker 1: Everything you're hearing about AI and data centers, I'm amazed
- 45:13Speaker 1: by how many of my fans are against data centers.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Now, look, I get it.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I get it that you don't want a gigantic, you know,
- 45:20Speaker 1: one-acre data center You know, a building the size of
- 45:23Speaker 1: an acre, a block away from you, making noise and.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Emitting pollution and electromagnetic.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Fields and and all kinds of things that could just
- 45:32Speaker 1: destroy your life, your children's life. I don't want electric
- 45:34Speaker 1: lines near my house. I don't want a data center
- 45:36Speaker 1: near my house. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't have
- 45:38Speaker 1: data centers in the middle of the desert, far from
- 45:40Speaker 1: all of us in the middle of the mountains, far
- 45:42Speaker 1: from all of us, wherever it is, any desolate area.
- 45:44Speaker 1: That's where you should put it. Because if we're in
- 45:48Speaker 1: charge of AI and data centers, we are the economic
- 45:52Speaker 1: superstar of the world and we're in control of the
- 45:54Speaker 1: economy of the world. And if you let Democrats win,
- 45:57Speaker 1: Obama and the Democrats are trying to frame the election
- 46:00Speaker 1: as it's about AI and data centers. If you let
- 46:04Speaker 1: them win, then China dominates the United States.
- 46:07Speaker 2: And guess what? They're all being paid by China.
- 46:09Speaker 1: You want to bet every single Democrat that's screaming about
- 46:13Speaker 1: AI and data centers is on the payroll of communist China.
- 46:17Speaker 2: They don't want us.
- 46:18Speaker 1: To build data centers because we're going to destroy them
- 46:20Speaker 1: and knock them out of their perch, and they will never,
- 46:23Speaker 1: ever be able to compete with the United States. And
- 46:25Speaker 1: right now we're on track to have 80% of the
- 46:27Speaker 1: world's data centers. So do I want them in my neighborhood?
- 46:30Speaker 7: No.
- 46:30Speaker 2: Do I want them in your neighborhood?
- 46:31Speaker 1: No.
- 46:32Speaker 2: But you can't say no data centers. That's ridiculous. Let's
- 46:35Speaker 2: put them in areas that are not near anybody and
- 46:40Speaker 2: make them self-sufficient.
- 46:41Speaker 1: They've got to provide their own water and their own electricity.
- 46:44Speaker 1: So not using up our water and our electricity.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Those are all real concerns.
- 46:48Speaker 1: But the daily barrage of articles telling you how bad
- 46:52Speaker 1: data centers are is paid for by the Communist Party
- 46:56Speaker 1: of China, who's scared we're going to dominate the world.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Do you understand now?
- 47:00Speaker 1: Nothing is ever done because it's the right thing. It's
- 47:03Speaker 1: done because somebody's paying for the news media to put
- 47:06Speaker 1: those to spew that propaganda.
- 47:10Speaker 3: So there's two things.
- 47:10Speaker 2: That come of this.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Number one, the Chinese Communist Party is behind all of this.
- 47:14Speaker 1: And number two, or three things. Number two, the Chinese
- 47:16Speaker 1: Communist Party is behind Barack Obama. And number three, here's
- 47:19Speaker 1: my big one. Barack Obama is a criminal. He should
- 47:23Speaker 1: be in jail for the rest of his life or
- 47:25Speaker 1: get the death penalty because he committed treason against President Trump.
- 47:30Speaker 1: When you talk about spying on a presidential candidate and
- 47:34Speaker 1: then giving the information to Hillary as his opponent so that.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Hillary could win and be a third term Barack Obama.
- 47:42Speaker 1: When you talk about making up Russian collusion, no different
- 47:46Speaker 1: than Watergate, which forced Nixon to resign, the guy in
- 47:49Speaker 1: the middle of all of it was Obama. You're an
- 47:51Speaker 1: idiot if you don't understand that Obama was president for
- 47:54Speaker 1: all of it.
- 47:54Speaker 2: And so he had to give the okay to all
- 47:56Speaker 2: of it, if not even the order to do all
- 47:59Speaker 2: of it. He certainly gave the okay. That makes him
- 48:02Speaker 2: a traitor. This was treason.
- 48:04Speaker 1: These are high crimes against the United States of America.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Barack Obama, guilty of high crimes, tried to destroy a
- 48:11Speaker 1: presidential candidate and then tried to destroy a president with
- 48:14Speaker 1: spying and with fraud and with propaganda and with a
- 48:19Speaker 1: made-up case of what he considered to charge Trump with treason.
- 48:24Speaker 2: And it was Obama who was the traitor.
- 48:26Speaker 1: And if Trump gets reelected, or I should say Trump's
- 48:29Speaker 1: been reelected, if the midterms I mean, the Republican Party
- 48:32Speaker 1: retains the House and the Senate.
- 48:33Speaker 2: To me, that's like Trump being reelected.
- 48:35Speaker 1: If we win the House and the Senate and Trump's
- 48:37Speaker 1: the president, we've got everything. We're going to finish the
- 48:40Speaker 1: grand jury hearing in Florida. And guess who's going to
- 48:42Speaker 1: get indicted?
- 48:43Speaker 2: Obama.
- 48:44Speaker 1: So Obama has suddenly taken control of the midterms because
- 48:48Speaker 1: he's afraid of getting arrested.
- 48:49Speaker 2: There's no question in my mind.
- 48:51Speaker 1: He's afraid of spending the rest of his life in Guantanamo.
- 48:54Speaker 1: And that's why Obama has suddenly taken control of the midterms.
- 48:57Speaker 1: Very important for everyone to understand. And that's why suddenly
- 49:00Speaker 1: making the big issue of the midterms AI data centers,
- 49:05Speaker 1: which is really just because he's controlled by the Chinese
- 49:08Speaker 1: Communist Party and globalists like George Soros all around the
- 49:11Speaker 1: world in the World Economic Forum.
- 49:13Speaker 2: That's what all of this is about.
- 49:16Speaker 1: All right. And here's your typical Democrat, if they're not
- 49:18Speaker 1: a crazy communist. from the Democrat Socialists, if they're not
- 49:22Speaker 1: a crazy Muslim like El Saib in Michigan, then it's
- 49:27Speaker 1: guaranteed to be this guy.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Democrat U.S.
- 49:30Speaker 1: House nominee Chris Gallant was a model for S &
- 49:33Speaker 1: M products. This is the Democrat Party.
- 49:37Speaker 2: You know, S & M, like sadomaschism.
- 49:40Speaker 1: He posed for S & M Pictures on behalf of
- 49:42Speaker 1: a company called Mr. S. Leather, a San Francisco-based store
- 49:47Speaker 1: that sells sex and fetish goods. The photographs are authentic
- 49:51Speaker 1: and were taken during a private consensual photo session involving
- 49:56Speaker 1: Chris and his then partner with whom he was in
- 49:58Speaker 1: a committed four-year relationship. I'm sure that partner was a guy, right?
- 50:01Speaker 1: His partner, not his girlfriend, his partner, of course. So
- 50:05Speaker 1: that's what his attorney told the New York Post. Chris
- 50:07Speaker 1: was friends with the owner of Mr. S. Leather, and
- 50:10Speaker 1: the shoot was intended to be fun and personal. These
- 50:15Speaker 1: images have also appeared on gay porn sites. The attorney
- 50:18Speaker 1: said his client did not authorize them to appear on
- 50:21Speaker 1: gay porn sites.
- 50:22Speaker 2: He asked the pictures be taken down before announcing his
- 50:24Speaker 2: run for Congress. Oh, isn't that nice of him? That
- 50:27Speaker 2: solves everything.
- 50:28Speaker 1: I mean, that means he's an innocent man. He asked,
- 50:30Speaker 1: don't put him on gay porn sites. They were taken down,
- 50:33Speaker 1: but the Internet is forever. The post adds that a
- 50:36Speaker 1: photo of a much younger Gallant during a 2007 appearance
- 50:40Speaker 1: at the Fire Island LGBTQ Festival shows him sporting a
- 50:46Speaker 1: similar close cropped haircut.
- 50:48Speaker 2: To those modeled in his fetish pictures.
- 50:51Speaker 1: He's 37 years old today. So.
- 50:54Speaker 2: In 2020, he was advertising a sex toy.
- 50:59Speaker 1: In other words, this is not a young man who's
- 51:01Speaker 1: now a victim of a youthful impulse to fly his
- 51:04Speaker 1: freak flag. People have always been perverts and fetishists and
- 51:08Speaker 1: sexual degenerates.
- 51:09Speaker 2: That hasn't changed.
- 51:10Speaker 1: What has changed is this sick idea of pride, of
- 51:13Speaker 1: flaunting it, of demanding to be accepted by normal people
- 51:17Speaker 1: as something not only normal, but unique and superior. And
- 51:20Speaker 1: now they think they can be United States congressmen.
- 51:24Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 51:25Speaker 1: I want to stress again, I've had gay friends my
- 51:27Speaker 1: whole life. I don't give a crap if you're gay,
- 51:29Speaker 1: but you can't be a U.S. congressman if you're an
- 51:31Speaker 1: S & M, if you're a gay porn S &
- 51:34Speaker 1: M fetish model. You can't become a United States congressman.
- 51:38Speaker 1: It's the most ridiculous thing.
- 51:39Speaker 2: I've ever heard in my entire life.
- 51:41Speaker 1: But, of course, if you run in the Democrat district
- 51:43Speaker 1: in San Francisco, it probably makes no difference, and.
- 51:45Speaker 2: He'll be sitting in the U.S. House starting next January.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Democrat Roy Cooper, former North Carolina governor, currently the Senate candidate.
- 51:56Speaker 2: He claims people were.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Frustrated that more prisoners weren't let out during COVID. He
- 52:01Speaker 1: says people were very frustrated that his administration did not
- 52:05Speaker 1: release more prisoners. He was asked by CNN if he
- 52:09Speaker 1: had regrets about the way he and his administration handled
- 52:13Speaker 1: a court-ordered settlement between civil rights groups to reduce the
- 52:18Speaker 1: prison population during the COVID era. And the centerpiece of
- 52:23Speaker 1: the Republican campaign against you is this settlement deal you
- 52:26Speaker 1: reached about the prisoner release. Roughly 3,500 prisoners released early.
- 52:31Speaker 1: When you look back at the way it was handled
- 52:33Speaker 1: by you, do you have any regrets by the way
- 52:35Speaker 1: you handle it? And he said this is something the
- 52:38Speaker 1: state had to do because the court ordered it. And
- 52:40Speaker 1: I think a lot of people believe if you ask
- 52:41Speaker 1: the plaintiffs, they were frustrated that more criminals weren't released.
- 52:46Speaker 1: I don't think that's the Republican argument to you.
- 52:49Speaker 2: Wow. Democrats live in a different world than the rest
- 52:52Speaker 2: of us.
- 52:53Speaker 1: A completely different, delusional fantasy world that revolves around illegal
- 52:57Speaker 1: immigrants and criminals and felons and murderers and rapists.
- 53:01Speaker 2: Truly amazing.
- 53:04Speaker 1: But not all Republicans are so good either.
- 53:06Speaker 2: There's plenty of bad ones.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell's wife, Elaine Chao, allegedly held multiple appointments from
- 53:13Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party-linked organizations, some overlapping.
- 53:18Speaker 2: With her service.
- 53:19Speaker 1: as a secretary for two cabinet positions. And I don't
- 53:23Speaker 1: mean a secretary like the girl who types outside the office.
- 53:26Speaker 1: I mean, she was a cabinet secretary of the United
- 53:29Speaker 1: States of America twice for two different administrations. And she's
- 53:33Speaker 1: linked to the Chinese communist party. And who's surprised by this,
- 53:37Speaker 1: considering that when Mitch McConnell fell down in his house
- 53:42Speaker 1: and was literally dead and they had to bring back
- 53:44Speaker 1: to life, um, At that moment in time, where was she?
- 53:50Speaker 1: In China, meeting with the leaders of China. She did
- 53:53Speaker 1: not rush back. Matter of fact, she rushed there while
- 53:56Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell was laying dying in a hospital bed.
- 53:59Speaker 2: She rushed to China.
- 54:01Speaker 1: What was she doing in China while her husband was dying?
- 54:04Speaker 2: Explain to me.
- 54:05Speaker 4: He may be dead now.
- 54:07Speaker 1: No one knows where Mitch McConnell is. No one believes
- 54:08Speaker 1: he's alive. If he's alive, we believe he's brain dead.
- 54:13Speaker 1: And he's never been seen ever again after literally being
- 54:17Speaker 1: taken out of the house after they did CPR on him.
- 54:22Speaker 1: He was then taken out of the house on a
- 54:24Speaker 1: stretcher to an ambulance with all that crap over his face, oxygen.
- 54:28Speaker 2: He was unconscious. He was dead. They did CPR, and
- 54:31Speaker 2: they brought him back to life. But to what end?
- 54:33Speaker 1: Was he brain dead? Is he brain dead? So why
- 54:38Speaker 1: at that moment would she not be by his bedside?
- 54:42Speaker 1: Why would she rush to China, of all places? Because
- 54:46Speaker 1: she's owned by the Chinese Communist Party.
- 54:48Speaker 2: That would be my guess. It's not a fact. I'm
- 54:50Speaker 2: not going to get sued by her. It's an opinion.
- 54:52Speaker 2: It's an opinion show.
- 54:54Speaker 1: My opinion is she should go to Guantanamo along with
- 54:56Speaker 1: Obama and spend the rest of her life breaking rocks.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Data shows the DSA, Democrat Socialists of America, have taken
- 55:04Speaker 1: over the Democrat Party.
- 55:05Speaker 2: It's nearly complete.
- 55:07Speaker 1: A majority of Democrats support the DSA.
- 55:10Speaker 2: A Quinnipiac University poll.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Found on Thursday, 59% of Democrats consider themselves DSA supporters
- 55:18Speaker 1: compared to 30% who do not. Out of total voters polled,
- 55:23Speaker 1: just 26% of Americans consider themselves supportive of the Democrat Socialists,
- 55:28Speaker 1: but 59% of Democrats. If a candidate for elected office
- 55:32Speaker 1: identifies as a DSA supporter, Only 17% of Americans say
- 55:38Speaker 1: it makes them more likely to support the candidate. 43%
- 55:41Speaker 1: say it makes them less likely. 35% say it makes
- 55:45Speaker 1: no difference. But obviously the entire Democrat Party has now
- 55:49Speaker 1: been taken over by the socialists.
- 55:52Speaker 2: North Carolina Democrat legislative candidate Shelly Heaton, so she must
- 55:57Speaker 2: be a state Senate candidate.
- 56:00Speaker 1: She was visiting Dachau concentration camp where they killed untold
- 56:05Speaker 1: number of Hundreds of thousands of Jews murdered during World
- 56:09Speaker 1: War II. And she's visiting the Dachau concentration camp in Germany.
- 56:13Speaker 1: And she says this is where Trump supporters belong. And
- 56:17Speaker 1: I'm telling you, it's not a wild statement that she
- 56:20Speaker 1: wishes she could take back. And she's not an outlier.
- 56:24Speaker 1: I'm telling you, the entire party, the entire Democrat Party
- 56:28Speaker 1: is a bunch of wacko communist extremists. who, if given
- 56:33Speaker 1: the chance to take power, would kill us or arrest
- 56:36Speaker 1: us and send us to concentration camps while they take
- 56:39Speaker 1: all of our assets.
- 56:40Speaker 2: The same as Castro in Cuba. Do you understand that?
- 56:43Speaker 1: Everyone thought Castro was this nice guy and this populist,
- 56:46Speaker 1: and then he takes over Cuba.
- 56:47Speaker 2: He's a man of the people. He smiles. He's wonderful.
- 56:50Speaker 2: And what does he do?
- 56:51Speaker 1: He becomes a communist tyrant, and everyone who is against him,
- 56:55Speaker 1: he kills them, or he sends them to prison where
- 56:58Speaker 1: they're raped, they're tortured, and all their property is taken
- 57:01Speaker 1: away from them.
- 57:01Speaker 2: These are the same people. Do you understand that?
- 57:06Speaker 1: And if you believe that elections aren't being stolen, you're
- 57:10Speaker 1: just living in a dream world. Thousands, because this ties
- 57:13Speaker 1: into my opening commentary, right? Thousands of Michigan residents issued
- 57:17Speaker 1: driver's licenses and state IDs with a stranger's face on it,
- 57:21Speaker 1: and they have no idea who it is.
- 57:25Speaker 2: And they're going to use that to vote. This is me.
- 57:27Speaker 2: And it says on it, Wayne Allyn Root, but it's.
- 57:28Speaker 1: A picture of Patara, my director. It's just insane, except
- 57:32Speaker 1: that you don't even know who the person is. It's
- 57:34Speaker 1: not even a friend of yours.
- 57:37Speaker 2: How are you going to have honest elections in Michigan?
- 57:40Speaker 2: You've got to be kidding me.
- 57:42Speaker 1: And if you don't believe everybody's on the payroll of
- 57:44Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party, Arizona corrections officer arrested while smuggling 5,400
- 57:49Speaker 1: rounds of.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Ammo for the Mexican drug cartel. As I've been saying
- 57:55Speaker 2: for a long time now, for a long time now,
- 57:58Speaker 2: They're all on the payroll.
- 58:00Speaker 1: I'm telling you, in Mexico, the politicians, the judges, the
- 58:03Speaker 1: police chiefs, the policemen, the district attorneys, they're on the payroll.
- 58:07Speaker 1: If they're not, they get assassinated. In America, the same
- 58:10Speaker 1: thing is going on. You know how much money the
- 58:12Speaker 1: drug cartels make? They've got these people on their payroll.
- 58:15Speaker 1: They've got judges in the United States. They've got district
- 58:17Speaker 1: attorneys in the United States. They've got attorney generals of states.
- 58:21Speaker 1: They've got governors of states, lieutenant governors.
- 58:24Speaker 2: They've got senators. They've got congressmen. They've got sheriffs.
- 58:28Speaker 1: I'm telling you, they're on the payroll of the Mexican
- 58:30Speaker 1: drug cartel. This guy was unlucky enough to get caught.
- 58:34Speaker 1: And the last story of the day, Trump appointed D.C.
- 58:37Speaker 1: judge blocks President Trump's mail-in ballot safeguards after a Democrat
- 58:44Speaker 1: lawsuit and claims the postal authority.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Lacked postal service.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Lacked authority to carry out President Trump's USPS mail-in ballot
- 58:55Speaker 1: executive order. It's everything I've ever said in that opening commentary.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You're never going to get this done without a national
- 59:03Speaker 1: security emergency. They don't want secure elections. They want stolen elections.
- 59:08Speaker 1: They're all in the payroll of China and the Mexican
- 59:11Speaker 1: drug cartel. This guy, believe it or not, was a
- 59:13Speaker 1: Trump appointed judge in Washington, D.C., who ruled against Trump.
- 59:17Speaker 2: And his executive order. Generally always an Obama.
- 59:20Speaker 1: Judge this time or a Biden judge. This time it
- 59:23Speaker 1: was a Trump judge who said you can't have these
- 59:27Speaker 1: rules that limit mail-in ballots because you haven't proven that
- 59:32Speaker 1: elections aren't secure. See, just go over their heads, President Trump,
- 59:37Speaker 1: and automatically put into play a national security emergency which
- 59:42Speaker 1: saves the midterms and saves America. I have named it
- 59:45Speaker 1: the NEED Act, and you need to do it. All right,
- 59:49Speaker 1: as we say goodnight tonight, I want to make sure

- 1:02:53Speaker 1: 2 diabetes, reverse heart disease, and to potentially reverse chronic pain.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Dan joins us now to talk about a pre-IPO investment opportunity.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: Dan, welcome.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: First, please tell my fans what a pre-IPO is.
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: Pre-IPO is very simple, Wayne. It's when a company raises
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: money prior to going public so it can pay for
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: the lawyers, the accountants, the auditors. They raise a small
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: amount of money, half a million dollars, a million dollars.
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: We're raising a million for our next IPO.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: How come most of the people watching us right now
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: have never seen a pre-IPO investment opportunity before?
- 1:03:30Speaker 8: I was an investment banker for 30 years.
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: I took about 100 companies public. Whenever there was a
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: pre-IPO opportunity, I kept it or gave it to my
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: sweetest friends because it's the sweet. We're offering it to
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: the public because we want more fans of our medicine.
- 1:03:45Speaker 5: and what we need, but it's very rarely offered to
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: the public. I don't think I've ever seen one.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I've never ever seen one myself personally, never participated
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: in one. This pre IPO investment opportunity is with one
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: of your sister marketing companies.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: Tell us about the company.
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: It's Regenerative Medicine of Europe. So these have, they have
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: the exclusive rights to all of our drugs for Europe.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: Europe has 50% more of the population than the United
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: States has.
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: The US IPO is going great. We're having a great response.
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: Now we're getting ready for Europe to go public probably
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: in nine to 12 months at $ 10 to $ 15 a share.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: What are the details of the investment deal?
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: It's very simple. It's $ 5.
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: A share, minimum investment, 2,000 shares, $ 10, 000. And when the
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: stock goes public, they'll be able to sell at that time.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: $ 10, 000 minimum investment.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: When's the ideal expected to happen?
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: In nine to 12 months, Wayne. We got so much
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: good news coming out. They're going to be happy. It'll
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: go higher than 10.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: All right, this is your chance to get in before
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: an IPO listing.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: Go now to a new website they created just for
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: my fans, invest-war.com. That's invest-war.com. This is not investment advice.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Always do your own due diligence. But if you've been
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: waiting for the right entry point, this is the time, invest-war.com.
