Floyd County Mourns Loss of Senior Dustin Damron | Lexington News
Floyd County is mourning the tragic loss of 18-year-old Dustin Joshua Damron, a beloved senior at Floyd Central High and also enrolled in the Floyd County School of Innovation. Classes were canceled Wednesday so students and staff could attend his funeral, as the school community grieves together. The district offered heartfelt condolences and made counselors available Monday to support those hurting — reminding everyone they’re not alone.
