Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
October 19th, 2024. And right off the bat, I want to
• 0:24
say congratulations to our buddy Ken and his new wife Zandra.
• 0:30
Happy wedding today. I'm actually recording this
• 0:33
before the wedding, but pretty sure it's going to happen.
• 0:35
It's going to go through and hopefully I don't embarrass you
• 0:38
too much with my best man speech.
• 0:40
So all right, Congrats guys. Many happy years together.
• 0:45
All right, last night, Oregon did what they were supposed to
• 0:48
do and Purdue was a nice whooping boy and just rolled
• 0:52
over and took it. So it's nice to get the win.
• 0:55
So that's positive. So all right, today, looking at
• 0:59
some more college football, we got the big one between Texas
• 1:02
and Georgia. Georgia, of course, has the one
• 1:05
loss against Alabama, and Texas is undefeated.
• 1:09
But if you look their schedule, they really haven't played
• 1:13
anybody worth a damn. They're pretty much playing
• 1:17
terrible schools, you know, And so I just, I think they're a
• 1:22
little overrated. And I think Georgia is still
• 1:24
solid. I think it was just a match up
• 1:26
issue with Alabama. So, and I'm getting points.
• 1:30
So there's really no way I'm going away from Georgia today.
• 1:34
So we're going to take Georgia plus 4 1/2 against Texas in
• 1:38
today's NCAA men's college football action.
• 1:42
Do anything better than that? Found it.
• 1:44
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
