- 0:00Speaker 1: Now the Mark Simone Show on seven ten woor filling
- 0:05Speaker 1: in for Mark, here's Ken Rosato and so good to
- 0:08Speaker 1: be with you. Happy with Friday, Oh, happy holidays, good
- 0:12Speaker 1: to be here. We are more than halfway through Honukkah. Christmas,
- 0:15Speaker 1: of course, is next Thursday. If you have not done
- 0:18Speaker 1: your holiday shop and yet what are you waiting for?
- 0:21Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you got to get off your button,
- 0:23Speaker 1: do it? I know it sneaks up. And it's funny
- 0:25Speaker 1: when you hear people say, like on Thanksgiving, oh, this
- 0:28Speaker 1: is one of the short years. You know, the difference
- 0:31Speaker 1: in terms of days between a short year meaning where
- 0:34Speaker 1: Thanksgiving falls in November versus a long year. It's like
- 0:37Speaker 1: the difference of three days. Three days does not make
- 0:40Speaker 1: that much of a difference, folks. And Christmas does not
- 0:42Speaker 1: sneak up. It's on the same date every year. It's
- 0:45Speaker 1: just that it feels like it does anyway. But happy Hanukkah.
- 0:49Speaker 1: At what it's Sunday or month Monday, So last day,
- 0:52Speaker 1: Sunday night, Monday, last day of Hanukkah, So happy Hanukah
- 0:56Speaker 1: to everybody. Celebrate that as well. Hey, Brandon Digital Experts
- 1:00Speaker 1: Fisher will be here later this hour. He has some
- 1:02Speaker 1: really cool tech gadgets you can give as gifts or
- 1:06Speaker 1: buying for yourself if you still need to for the holidays.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Mark is off today again. This is Ken Rosatto. Lots
- 1:12Speaker 1: to talk about. Please excuse my laryngitis. Tis the season
- 1:15Speaker 1: for that, especially with the weather that we had overnight
- 1:18Speaker 1: and last night and right now. Ay what confusion in
- 1:22Speaker 1: the Brown University case. The suspect in the Brown University
- 1:27Speaker 1: mass shooting, Claudio Manuel Neves Valente, now appears to have
- 1:31Speaker 1: killed himself. Valente is a forty eight year old former
- 1:34Speaker 1: Brown student and Portuguese national. He was found dead from
- 1:38Speaker 1: self inflicted wounds at a storage facility in Salem, New Hampshire.
- 1:42Speaker 1: They believe he shot himself in the head. They found
- 1:45Speaker 1: him at the scene with a satchel to firearms and
- 1:49Speaker 1: evidence that matched the crime scene. Now, investigators say they
- 1:53Speaker 1: don't know why Valente targeted the university. He went there
- 1:57Speaker 1: apparently for a year in the early two thousands. I
- 2:00Speaker 1: don't know why he went back to do what he
- 2:02Speaker 1: did and why he would have shot a students or
- 2:04Speaker 1: two in this case, a number of students, two of
- 2:07Speaker 1: them died. But official say Valente is responsible, that's what
- 2:12Speaker 1: they believe, and that he also killed an MIT professor
- 2:16Speaker 1: at his Massachusetts home fifty miles north of Brown. And
- 2:19Speaker 1: they say they're still working on a motive, but that
- 2:22Speaker 1: he may have known this guy. They may have studied
- 2:24Speaker 1: in Lisbon, Portugal together. They may have even been roommates
- 2:28Speaker 1: at one point. Nevis was admitted into the US legally
- 2:33Speaker 1: under a very liberal diversity dv ie visa program that
- 2:38Speaker 1: appears to be totally out of control. It's also called
- 2:41Speaker 1: the Green Card Lottery. It was meant to diversify the US,
- 2:45Speaker 1: because clearly we are not a diverse nation. Fifty five
- 2:49Speaker 1: thousand people take part in this lottery each year. But
- 2:52Speaker 1: the Homeland Security Secretary Christinome now says that she is
- 2:56Speaker 1: recommending to President Trump that they scraped the program. Of course,
- 3:00Speaker 1: we'll find out more in the next few days. The
- 3:02Speaker 1: whole investigation has been rather sloppy by the folks in
- 3:08Speaker 1: Rhode Island. But we'll we'll see what they come up
- 3:10Speaker 1: with in the next few days. Seven ten wor the
- 3:13Speaker 1: Voice of New York. Hey, how about this, I'm sure
- 3:16Speaker 1: you heard this this week. The FBI did not believe
- 3:21Speaker 1: that agents had probable cause to execute a search warrant
- 3:25Speaker 1: at President Trump's mar A Lago estate in August of
- 3:28Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, that, according to internal records released yesterday
- 3:33Speaker 1: by Iowas Senator Chuck Grassley, actually wasn't yesterday, It was
- 3:38Speaker 1: Tuesday by Chuck Grassley and confirmed by FBI Director Cash
- 3:42Speaker 1: battel so Now. An FBI official, noted that agents had
- 3:46Speaker 1: spent six weeks trying to establish probable cause and that
- 3:51Speaker 1: they were counterproductive. Grassley also claimed that there are emails
- 3:57Speaker 1: and other documents proving that a miscarry of justice occurred
- 4:01Speaker 1: against Trump. You'll recall agents turned on their lights and
- 4:05Speaker 1: sirens before swarming the complex like there would be people
- 4:09Speaker 1: in there firing back at them or something. They even
- 4:12Speaker 1: entered first Lady Malania Trump's bedroom. They had a shoot
- 4:15Speaker 1: to kill order. So if any of the Secret Service
- 4:19Speaker 1: agents that were guarding Trump, because remember he was the
- 4:21Speaker 1: former president at that point from the twenty fifteen to
- 4:24Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election, there was a shoot to kill order
- 4:28Speaker 1: that was given by Merrick Garland. I mean the man
- 4:31Speaker 1: should be holed off in cuffs for that. This is crazy.
- 4:34Speaker 1: You don't have probable cause. And then instead of saying
- 4:37Speaker 1: go in there peacefully. You give a shoot to kill order,
- 4:40Speaker 1: What is wrong with you? It's just a sick man.
- 4:43Speaker 1: The other thing they did, a professional safe cracker later
- 4:47Speaker 1: helped access items in Trump's office, broke into his personal safe,
- 4:52Speaker 1: and also apparently they rated baron Trump's bedroom. They went
- 4:55Speaker 1: through all his drawers as well. Former President Joe Biden's
- 4:59Speaker 1: Attorney General Merrick Garland ultimately the one to sign off
- 5:02Speaker 1: on the search over the objections of a number of
- 5:05Speaker 1: people at the FBI South Florida US District. Judge Eileen
- 5:10Speaker 1: Cannon later dismissed the case entirely, ruling that special counsel
- 5:15Speaker 1: Jack Smith was never legally appointed to begin with because
- 5:19Speaker 1: he required congressional approval. But yet they let him get
- 5:23Speaker 1: away with five years. Five years of spending over fifty
- 5:27Speaker 1: million dollars of your taxpayer money and literally haunting everybody
- 5:32Speaker 1: who works for the Trump administration, hurling accusations left and right.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It nearly cost Trump the twenty twenty four election, and
- 5:40Speaker 1: yet nobody's being held accounibal. How hell is that possible?
- 5:44Speaker 1: Every one of them should be locked up for this.
- 5:46Speaker 1: This was all false, and now that we know there
- 5:49Speaker 1: was no probable cause give me a break. They hauled
- 5:52Speaker 1: Jack Smith before Congress and he insisted, he insisted that
- 5:57Speaker 1: he had evidence. But when they asked him, well, what
- 6:00Speaker 1: that's your evidence? Nothing, ziltch zero nada. Nothing that's to
- 6:04Speaker 1: borrow from the great late Great Russia. Limba, he used
- 6:07Speaker 1: to say, ziltch zero nada. There was not one conviction
- 6:11Speaker 1: made in five years. But yet he bankrupt a number
- 6:14Speaker 1: of people who had to hire defense attorneys and literally
- 6:17Speaker 1: burned through all their life savings to do what to
- 6:21Speaker 1: literally defend themselves for having worked for the previous administration.
- 6:26Speaker 1: This is obscene. That's why when I hear the Democrats
- 6:30Speaker 1: in quote unquote mainstream media say that Trump is politicizing
- 6:34Speaker 1: the Justice Department. Really, you guys have a PhD in politicization.
- 6:39Speaker 1: This is what you did for years. You literally terrified
- 6:43Speaker 1: people on the right for years when there was no
- 6:46Speaker 1: reason to do so. And here you guys practicing the
- 6:50Speaker 1: psychological method of projection. You guys were the ones to
- 6:54Speaker 1: actually politicize and actually unjustly use the so called Justice
- 6:59Speaker 1: Department against people who were innocent. Remember all the times
- 7:03Speaker 1: that Adam Schiff swore to the press that he had
- 7:07Speaker 1: groundbreaking evidence proving there was Russia Russia Russia collusion against
- 7:11Speaker 1: President Trump. He kept promising to present the evidence, and
- 7:14Speaker 1: he never did. All the times he said he had
- 7:18Speaker 1: this evidence, he never did. Why did mainstream media never
- 7:21Speaker 1: hold him accountable? Why did they always run up to
- 7:24Speaker 1: him like a bunch of asses and stick Mike in
- 7:26Speaker 1: his face? And anything he said was gospel? Anything that
- 7:30Speaker 1: Schiff said was gospel? And then the people of California
- 7:33Speaker 1: reward him by electing him Senator. Really, the guy lied
- 7:38Speaker 1: to you for all those years and you elect him, Senator. Well,
- 7:42Speaker 1: if there was so much evidence shift the shift, why
- 7:44Speaker 1: didn't you present it. This is part of the strategy
- 7:47Speaker 1: of the left. This is part of Mao's little red book.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It's all about painting the other side. Even if you
- 7:53Speaker 1: know it's bs, you know it's a lie, just keep
- 7:56Speaker 1: saying it over and over again and eventually people will
- 7:59Speaker 1: believe you. That's the left's playbook. Seven to ten w
- 8:03Speaker 1: R The Voice of New York Hen Rosatto with laryngitis
- 8:06Speaker 1: along filling in for the Great marximone. Today our number
- 8:10Speaker 1: is eight hundred three two one zero seven to ten. Well,
- 8:15Speaker 1: good to see that President Trump has filed the lawsuit
- 8:17Speaker 1: against the BBC for ten billion dollars. Do we expect
- 8:22Speaker 1: that he'll get ten billion? No? Do we expect he
- 8:24Speaker 1: might get one hundred million? Maybe, And you know, he'll
- 8:27Speaker 1: do what he does best. He'll distribute it to charities
- 8:30Speaker 1: or maybe put it into his presidential library, something that
- 8:34Speaker 1: President Biden can't say that can be done, because he
- 8:36Speaker 1: hasn't raised a penny for his presidential library. And if
- 8:39Speaker 1: you look at Obama's presidential library, they're basically out of
- 8:42Speaker 1: money and it looks like just the most disgusting iceore ever.
- 8:45Speaker 1: So Trump is going to have, I'm sure, a gold
- 8:48Speaker 1: dripping beautiful presidential library. And it's going to be in
- 8:51Speaker 1: downtown Miami, by the way, what a great location. It's
- 8:55Speaker 1: right by the river, right by the shore there in
- 8:59Speaker 1: down ten Miami. Pardon me, this is the area near
- 9:03Speaker 1: the Freedom Tower that the Cubans revere so much. Cuban
- 9:07Speaker 1: Americans down there, it's just a great spot. So apparently
- 9:11Speaker 1: the British broadcaster BBC, they said that they had accidentally
- 9:17Speaker 1: left a mistaken impression that President Trump called for violent
- 9:21Speaker 1: action before the storming of the Capitol in twenty sixteen. Well,
- 9:25Speaker 1: in a forty six page lawsuit filed in Miami federal court.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Trump accused the BBC of defaming him and violating Florida's
- 9:33Speaker 1: Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. He demanded five billion
- 9:38Speaker 1: for each of two offenses that he says they violated.
- 9:41Speaker 1: The president's legal team said the lawsuit is meant to
- 9:44Speaker 1: hold the British network accountable for his wrong for its wrongdoing,
- 9:47Speaker 1: and of course it'll send a message to all the
- 9:49Speaker 1: other leftist morons who do the same thing. You'll recall
- 9:53Speaker 1: what the BBC did. They edited together two separate portions
- 9:57Speaker 1: of President Trump's speech to supporters on jack Nuary six,
- 10:00Speaker 1: twenty one, portions that were actually spoken nearly an hour apart.
- 10:07Speaker 1: We're gonna walk down to the Capitol and I'll be
- 10:11Speaker 1: there with you, and we fight. We fight like hell.
- 10:16Speaker 1: We're gonna walk down to the capital and we're gonna
- 10:22Speaker 1: cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women. Now
- 10:28Speaker 1: do you think there's any difference there? They edited together
- 10:31Speaker 1: the first bite that we call it a byte in
- 10:34Speaker 1: TV and radio. The first sound bite, the first sound
- 10:37Speaker 1: bite with the edit makes it sound like we're gonna
- 10:40Speaker 1: go down to the Capitol. We're gonna fight, fight, fight,
- 10:43Speaker 1: So in other words, we're not gonna accept the outcome
- 10:46Speaker 1: of the election. That's what that suggests. Meanwhile, what actually
- 10:50Speaker 1: was said was we're gonna march down, we're gonna do
- 10:52Speaker 1: so peacefully, and we're gonna cheer on our congressmen and women.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Quite a difference, but yet the scenario. So the narrative
- 11:00Speaker 1: that was painted by the left for years was the
- 11:04Speaker 1: Trump started the riots and he wanted he wanted to
- 11:07Speaker 1: overthrow the government. None of that happened. None of it happened.
- 11:11Speaker 1: It was in their crazy leftist minds, and they kept
- 11:14Speaker 1: repeating the same lie among themselves in their leftist bubble,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and so this narrative became truth in leftist circles. Again,
- 11:22Speaker 1: as I mentioned in the last story, this is what
- 11:24Speaker 1: the left does. Tell a lie, and if it doesn't
- 11:27Speaker 1: exist formal lie, create a lie and say it over
- 11:30Speaker 1: and over and over and over again until the narrative
- 11:34Speaker 1: is bought, and even mainstream media starts repeating it as
- 11:38Speaker 1: if it's truth when it's not. Well, the BBC insists
- 11:41Speaker 1: there edit was not defamatory, it was an accident. Then
- 11:45Speaker 1: why'd you do it? Why did you need to edit
- 11:48Speaker 1: a twenty one second SoundBite if it was like two minutes,
- 11:51Speaker 1: I could see. I know there are time constraints. It
- 11:54Speaker 1: was twenty one seconds. Why would you need to edit that.
- 11:57Speaker 1: We use twenty one second sound bites and TV and
- 11:59Speaker 1: radio all the time. It was because they were trying
- 12:01Speaker 1: to paint the narrative, folks, And that is why the
- 12:03Speaker 1: BBC fired their two chief people, the two people in
- 12:06Speaker 1: charge of the entire network, who basically would have had
- 12:09Speaker 1: their job for life, but they got led go or
- 12:12Speaker 1: the I'm sorry, they resigned on their own. That was
- 12:16Speaker 1: translation for if you leave on your own, we'll give
- 12:18Speaker 1: you a million dollars and you could go live in peace,
- 12:21Speaker 1: or will fire you, take you to court and you
- 12:22Speaker 1: get nothing. So they left on their own. Well, the
- 12:26Speaker 1: edit was responsible for a false Democrat narrative. Like I said,
- 12:30Speaker 1: that nearly cost Trump the twenty twenty four election, and
- 12:33Speaker 1: it is disgusting that they did it. But they got
- 12:35Speaker 1: away with it until now. Hopefully they will lose this
- 12:38Speaker 1: lawsuit or settle out of court if they're smart, and
- 12:41Speaker 1: President Trump can give that money that he will get
- 12:44Speaker 1: to a good conservative charity. Seven to ten w R.
- 12:48Speaker 1: The Voice of New York A Laryn jittik Ken Rosatto
- 12:51Speaker 1: in for the great Mark Simone today. I hope Mark
- 12:53Speaker 1: is enjoying his holidays. Ah, the two faced Kathy Kafi
- 12:57Speaker 1: ho NiFi vision my lips trying to get over the
- 13:01Speaker 1: oversized caps in my mouth right now. I'm sorry, that's mean.
- 13:05Speaker 1: She's getting tough on your behalf. Now. See she is
- 13:08Speaker 1: now demanding that con Edison explained to her why they
- 13:11Speaker 1: are warning customers there may be rolling blackouts through the
- 13:16Speaker 1: year twenty twenty six. She acts like this is a shock. Hey, Kathy,
- 13:22Speaker 1: how about when your liberal predecessor Andrew Cuomo ordered the
- 13:25Speaker 1: perfectly fine functioning Indian Point Nuclear Power plant to shut
- 13:29Speaker 1: down without a replacement. That eliminated twenty five percent of
- 13:33Speaker 1: all the power generating capacity for the entire region. At
- 13:37Speaker 1: the same time, you open the floodgates to a million
- 13:39Speaker 1: illegals in New York, declaring New York a sanctuary state. Well,
- 13:44Speaker 1: guess what. A million people use a lot of resources.
- 13:47Speaker 1: They live in homes, taking away those homes from citizens
- 13:51Speaker 1: looking for place to live. They clog highways at times
- 13:54Speaker 1: day and night, Their kids jam our classrooms, and cost
- 13:58Speaker 1: us billions in school, breakfast, luncheon, dinner programs, and guess
- 14:01Speaker 1: what else, Kathy, They flush toilets what ken, Yes, that
- 14:05Speaker 1: adds to the pressure of our water and sewer systems.
- 14:08Speaker 1: If you don't believe me, ask a plumber. A building
- 14:11Speaker 1: has an approximated capacity of toilet flushes per apartment, and
- 14:16Speaker 1: when all of a sudden, there are three times that
- 14:18Speaker 1: number of people living in an apartment, that puts a
- 14:20Speaker 1: strain on the system. Too much water is drawn and
- 14:23Speaker 1: too much water is flushed. Then come the AI companies,
- 14:27Speaker 1: cloud storage facilities, and tens of thousands of these liberal
- 14:31Speaker 1: electric vehicles plugging into charge up, and you get rolling blackouts. Kathy, duh.
- 14:36Speaker 1: How about having the illegals go home to wherever they
- 14:38Speaker 1: came from and building more reliable nuclear or fossil fuel
- 14:42Speaker 1: electric generating power plants, Miss Buffalo, I mean this is
- 14:45Speaker 1: not brain surgery, folks, This is an easy fix. These
- 14:48Speaker 1: problems are caused by liberals, but they shrug their shoulders
- 14:52Speaker 1: and then immediately blame somebody else for what is their
- 14:55Speaker 1: own fault. I mean, the same thing happened in New Jersey.
- 14:58Speaker 1: The reason why we've had two years of twenty percent
- 15:01Speaker 1: power increases is because Governor Murphy and the Democrats in
- 15:06Speaker 1: Trenton order the shutdown of six perfectly good power plants
- 15:10Speaker 1: because they're evil fossil fuel and one of them was
- 15:13Speaker 1: a nuclear plant. So you order them shut down before
- 15:16Speaker 1: you have new green plants built. What do you get
- 15:19Speaker 1: your short power? Now? The demand is high because of
- 15:22Speaker 1: AI and cloud storage and all the illegals eight hundred
- 15:25Speaker 1: nine hundred thousand illegals in New Jersey too. The demand
- 15:29Speaker 1: is high, so the cost per kilo out of electricity
- 15:32Speaker 1: goes through the roof. This is why it's not because
- 15:35Speaker 1: we're part of this regional grid. The whole grid is
- 15:38Speaker 1: impacted when you add millions of people whom you don't
- 15:41Speaker 1: account for. But again, this is what the Democrats do,
- 15:44Speaker 1: and they guise it as compassion. Meanwhile, screw you, you citizen,
- 15:49Speaker 1: tax paying moron. Middle finger to you. Just keep paying us,
- 15:52Speaker 1: and keep electing us, and shut up and mind your
- 15:54Speaker 1: business and do what we tell you. Keep voting Democrats,
- 15:57Speaker 1: folk folks, and that's what you get. Seven ten Woor,
- 16:01Speaker 1: the Voice of New York It's former TV news anchor
- 16:03Speaker 1: Ken Rosotto went from Mark on your Friday. You'll recall
- 16:06Speaker 1: I spent twenty years as an anchor at Channel seven,
- 16:08Speaker 1: where I kept my opinions to myself. I also anchored
- 16:12Speaker 1: at Channel five before that. These days, I anchor for
- 16:15Speaker 1: a New Jersey channel. It's called on New Jersey. You
- 16:18Speaker 1: can stream it anywhere at onanj dot com. Lots of
- 16:22Speaker 1: opinion there, and I run a food website called the

- 16:44Speaker 1: right back
