The video covers the events of what is now commonly referred to as Project Snuffleupagus, a psychological study conducted in 1981. The study was aimed at exploring the relationship between visual stimuli and mental stability using prison volunteers. The project went array when the prisoners began to see a monstrous Sesame Street character that isn't really there.
