  our leader meeting, and I'd like you to turn

  with me to Jeremiah chapter 18. Jeremiah chapter

  18. I feel the Lord in this place this morning.
• 0:21
  I want to read the first part of this. word that
• 0:29
  God gave to Jeremiah. I'd also, before I begin,
• 0:32
  I'd like to thank you all for praying for us
• 0:35
  on our trip. Les and I got back from the Boundary
• 0:39
  Waters last night about 9 o 'clock, 8 .30, 9
• 0:42
  o 'clock. We had a great time, didn't we? It
• 0:45
  was awesome. Les shot three grouse and blessed
• 0:48
  us. He almost shot as many grouse as fish we
• 0:51
  caught. That was embarrassing, kind of. But the
• 0:58
  Lord was there, and Jeremy Skinner, missionary
• 1:01
  that was here a couple of months ago, him and
• 1:04
  his daughter Amelia joined us, and we had an
• 1:07
  amazing time. filled with memory and God just
• 1:12
  displaying himself before us. And so thank you.
• 1:16
  I know many of you were praying. I also want
• 1:19
  to say it was an incredible honor. I was able
• 1:23
  from the campsite that I was at to participate
• 1:26
  in the prayer meeting last Wednesday night. And
• 1:29
  people here receiving from God, receiving healing,
• 1:33
  receiving a touch from the Lord. And how I did
• 1:36
  that was Cammie videoed me. We were in an area
• 1:40
  of the Boundary Waters that I had never been
• 1:42
  in before, and it had signal. It was too close
• 1:45
  to the city. I don't know if I'll want to go
• 1:48
  back there ever again because it did have signal.
• 1:50
  I want to get where there's no signal. But I
• 1:54
  was thankful for it last week, and so she videoed
• 1:57
  me in, and Cammie carried me around on her phone
• 2:00
  so I could see everything. A couple of you prayed
• 2:03
  over me on Wednesday night while I was up there,
• 2:06
  and it was just an honor to be here. And I want
• 2:10
  to encourage you, come on Wednesday nights and
• 2:13
  seek the Lord with us in prayer. Many times what
• 2:16
  happens here on Sundays is happening because
• 2:20
  of prayer. that goes up before the Lord on Wednesday.
• 2:24
  Amen? Praise the Lord. Let's read this together
• 2:28
  in Jeremiah 18. The word which came to Jeremiah
• 2:33
  from the Lord, saying, Arise and go down to the
• 2:39
  potter's house, and there I will cause you to
• 2:43
  hear my words. And then I went down to the potter's
• 2:48
  house, and there he was making something. at
• 2:52
  the wheel. I love that. He was making something
• 2:57
  at the wheel. Now, if you know this story, you
• 3:02
  know that the something that he is making is
• 3:07
  you, and it's me. The potter was making something
• 3:13
  at the wheel, and that's an incredible promise.
• 3:19
  And the vessel that he made of clay, was marred
• 3:24
  in the hand of the potter. So he made it again
• 3:31
  into another vessel, as seemed good to the potter
• 3:40
  to make. Everybody say, as seemed good. As seemed
• 3:45
  good, hallelujah, to the potter to make. And
• 3:51
  so, Father, I just ask in Jesus' name that your
• 3:54
  word will go into your people this morning. I
• 3:58
  pray, God, that you would help me deliver this
• 4:00
  word that you have been shaping in me this season
• 4:04
  of my life. And I ask, Father, that you would
• 4:08
  work in this room in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen.

  Praise God. Praise God. I'm on the potter's wheel.
• 4:27
  Are you on the potter's wheel? Is God working
• 4:34
  in your life? Is God making you into what he's
• 4:41
  called you to be? Are you on the potter's wheel?
• 4:47
  The one difference between the clay and this
• 4:50
  illustration, this prophetic act. that Jeremiah
• 4:57
  participated in when he went down to the potter's
• 5:00
  house. The one difference between the clay and
• 5:02
  you is that you have a choice if you want to
• 5:06
  take it to get off the potter's wheel. If you
• 5:11
  want to, you can say, God, I don't want you to
• 5:15
  work in my life anymore. I want you to stop working
• 5:20
  in my life. And guess what? God will stop working
• 5:23
  in your life and it won't be good for you. It
• 5:27
  will not be good for you, but you have that choice.
• 5:29
  Are you on the potter's wheel? And I thank God
• 5:36
  this morning that I am on the potter's wheel.
• 5:40
  Hallelujah. Several weeks ago, I've been sharing
• 5:46
  this. I haven't shared this in our main service
• 5:51
  yet, but several weeks ago, God put his finger
• 5:55
  on an area of my life. He found a mar in me.
• 6:02
  He spoke that mar to me. And he showed me a flaw.
• 6:10
  It happened because I did not get a position
• 6:15
  that I thought I was going to get. Has that ever
• 6:21
  happened to anybody here before? You had your
• 6:25
  heart set on a position and you did not get it.
• 6:30
  Well, that happened to your pastor. I had my
• 6:34
  heart set on a position and it not only was not
• 6:40
  given to me, but it was removed from most likely
• 6:46
  it ever being given to me. And through that,
• 6:52
  I was confused for a while. And I went to the
• 6:57
  Lord and I said, maybe not in these exact words,
• 7:02
  but what I was saying is, God, what is up? What
• 7:10
  is up? And the Lord began to show me that my
• 7:16
  motivation for wanting that position was all
• 7:20
  wrong. I did not want that position for his glory.
• 7:27
  I did not want that position for the advancement
• 7:30
  of his kingdom. I said all those right words.
• 7:36
  But in my heart, I wanted that position for my
• 7:42
  own glory. And for the praise of men. And in
• 7:48
  prayer, the Lord showed that to me. And he brought
• 7:52
  me some scriptures. And this is one of them.
• 7:57
  This is Matthew 23. Listen to this. But all their
• 8:01
  works they do to be seen by men. They make their
• 8:06
  phylacteries, that's part of their robes, broad
• 8:08
  and enlarge the borders of their garments. They
• 8:12
  love the best places at feasts, the best seats
• 8:16
  in the synagogues, greetings in the marketplaces,
• 8:19
  and to be called by men, Rabbi, Rabbi. But Jesus
• 8:25
  goes on and he says, but he who is greatest among
• 8:28
  you shall be your servant. And whoever exalts
• 8:35
  himself will be humbled. And he who humbles himself
• 8:39
  will be exalted. And again, in Philippians 2,
• 8:44
  Paul writes, let nothing be done through selfish
• 8:46
  ambition or vain conceit, but in humility. let
• 8:55
  each consider others better than themselves.
• 9:01
  And then revealing to me this flaw, the flaw
• 9:05
  of selfishness, selfish ambition, he stripped
• 9:11
  me of a position that I thought would be mine
• 9:15
  on the potter's wheel. And the potter found a
• 9:24
  mar and he took what he was making and he crushed
• 9:32
  it back down to a lump on the potter's wheel.
• 9:42
  And I'm learning something in this place of being
• 9:46
  a lump that I never should have forgotten. Let
• 9:54
  me just say before I share a few things that
• 9:58
  I feel like will help you if you are on the potter's
• 10:01
  wheel. And the first thing that I just simply
• 10:05
  want to say is that God is the potter. He does
• 10:13
  what he will do. Our God is sovereign. He cannot
• 10:21
  be manipulated. He cannot be manipulated. Prayer,
• 10:27
  as important as it is, is not manipulation. We
• 10:32
  are not manipulating God. He is sovereign. He
• 10:38
  moves when he wants to move. He does what he
• 10:42
  wants to do. He says what he wants to say. God
• 10:49
  is the potter. One of my professors at Bible
• 10:53
  college said nearly every day, there are two
• 10:57
  truths in this universe. One, there is a God.
• 11:03
  Two, you are not him. I want to read some scriptures
• 11:11
  about the greatness of God. Psalm 135 .5. For
• 11:17
  I know that the Lord is great and our Lord is
• 11:21
  above all gods. Whatever the Lord... pleases,
• 11:25
  he does in heaven and in earth, in the seas and
• 11:30
  all the deep places. Isaiah 46, 9 and 10. Remember
• 11:35
  the former things of old, for I am God and there
• 11:39
  is no other. I am God and there is none like
• 11:42
  me, declaring the end from the beginning and
• 11:45
  from ancient times things that are not yet done,
• 11:48
  saying my counsel shall stand and I will do all.
• 11:54
  My pleasure. Hallelujah. Romans 11, 34. For who
• 11:59
  has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become
• 12:02
  his counselor? Or who has first given to him
• 12:06
  and it shall be repaid to him? For of him and
• 12:09
  through him and to him are all things to whom
• 12:14
  be glory forever. Amen. I'm going to keep going
• 12:19
  here. 1 Chronicles 29 10. Blessed are you, Lord
• 12:24
  God of Israel, our Father, forever and ever.
• 12:28
  O Lord, is the greatness, the power, and the
• 12:30
  glory, the victory, and the majesty. For all
• 12:34
  that is in heaven and on earth is yours. Yours
• 12:36
  is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as
• 12:40
  head over all. Psalm 115 .3, but our God is in
• 12:45
  heaven. He does whatever he pleases. Isaiah 14
• 12:50
  .24, the Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, surely
• 12:55
  as I have thought, so shall it come to pass.
• 13:00
  And as I have purposed, so shall it stand. I
• 13:05
  want to read that one again. The Lord of hosts
• 13:08
  has sworn, saying, surely as I have thought,
• 13:12
  so shall it come to pass. And as I have purposed,
• 13:16
  so it shall stand. Glory to God. Glory to God.
• 13:23
  Proverbs 21, verse 30. There is no wisdom or
• 13:27
  understanding or counsel against the Lord. Oh,
• 13:33
  glory to God. Daniel chapter 4, verse 34, for
• 13:38
  his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and
• 13:42
  his kingdom is from generation to generation.
• 13:45
  All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed
• 13:48
  as nothing. He does according to his will in
• 13:51
  the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants
• 13:54
  of the earth, no one can restrain his hand or
• 13:58
  say to him, what have you done? And Revelation
• 14:03
  4 .11, you are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory
• 14:08
  and honor and power, for you created all things,
• 14:13
  and by your will they exist and were created.
• 14:19
  Friends, God is the potter. If he was against
• 14:25
  you, if he was not on your side, if he was opposed
• 14:30
  to you, we would be in trouble. How could we
• 14:35
  stand? How could we stand? But we're going to
• 14:38
  find out at the end of this message, God is not
• 14:41
  opposed to you. This sovereign God is not against
• 14:45
  you. This sovereign God is for you. Hallelujah.
• 14:50
  And he is on your side. Glory to God. I'll get
• 14:55
  to that part in just a minute. And the second
• 14:58
  thing, before I get into some of these other
• 15:01
  things that I want to share, Simply this, I am
• 15:06
  the clay. He is the potter. I am the clay. Both
• 15:14
  Cammie and I have shared the illustration of
• 15:16
  our former superintendent. He would say, I am
• 15:20
  his currency. He can spend me how he will. I
• 15:28
  am the clay. In the sweat of your face, you shall
• 15:32
  eat bread till you return to the ground, for
• 15:35
  out of it you were taken, for dust you are to
• 15:39
  dust. you shall return. That's Genesis 3 .19.
• 15:44
  Job 1 .21, naked I came from my mother's womb,
• 15:48
  and naked I shall return there. The Lord gave
• 15:52
  and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name
• 15:55
  of the Lord. James says that we are a vapor that
• 16:01
  appears for a little while. In 2 Corinthians
• 16:05
  4 .7, I want to read this from the New International
• 16:08
  Version. But we have this treasure in jars of
• 16:14
  clay to show that this all -surpassing power
• 16:20
  is from God and not from us. You're sitting next
• 16:26
  to a jar of clay. You are a jar of clay. And
• 16:34
  the power of God displayed in and through your
• 16:36
  life is not of you, it is of Him. The greatest
• 16:40
  thing about us, the greatest thing about me,
• 16:43
  is the treasure that God has deposited inside
• 16:47
  of my life, whose name is Jesus. Hallelujah.
• 16:52
  I am clay. And God knows that we are clay. And
• 16:59
  it is good that you know it and that I know it
• 17:02
  as well. It is good. And so with that foundation,
• 17:08
  I just want to share some things. You find yourself
• 17:11
  as a lump of clay on the potter's wheel. How
• 17:19
  are you going to get through that? Because it
• 17:23
  doesn't feel good to be the lump. We want to
• 17:29
  be something beautiful, and surely he is the
• 17:32
  master potter, and you are. Being created, you
• 17:38
  are a workman created by the master to do good
• 17:43
  works for God. But sometimes you feel like a
• 17:47
  lump on the potter's wheel. God's exposed a mar
• 17:54
  in you. What should you do? I'm going to get
• 18:00
  through these quickly and then we're going to
• 18:02
  pray. Number one, you should agree with God.
• 18:09
  You should agree with the Holy Spirit. Jesus
• 18:14
  said that the Holy Spirit was given to convict
• 18:17
  the world of sin. And we say, come Holy Spirit.
• 18:22
  Well, guess what's going to happen when the Holy
• 18:23
  Spirit comes? One of the things that's going
• 18:25
  to happen when the Holy Spirit comes is that
• 18:27
  you're going to be convicted of sin. This happened
• 18:30
  every time when the manifest presence of God
• 18:33
  came, the people began to tremble in his presence.
• 18:36
  And what did Isaiah say in chapter 6? When the
• 18:39
  presence of God came, he said, woe is me. I am
• 18:42
  a person of unclean lips. I come from a place
• 18:46
  of unclean lips. He agreed with the conviction
• 18:49
  of the Holy Spirit. We are subject to the conviction
• 18:56
  of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not
• 19:00
  convict you to push you away, to reject you.
• 19:05
  He does not convict you to get you to run. He
• 19:08
  convicts you to heal you and bring you near.
• 19:13
  Hallelujah. And so agree with the Holy Spirit.
• 19:20
  Agree with the Holy Spirit. Confess to him freely
• 19:24
  when he puts his finger on your life. Come to
• 19:29
  the cross and just say, yes, Lord, you're right.
• 19:35
  And ask him to remove it from you. How long has
• 19:41
  it been since you confessed sin to the Lord?
• 19:44
  Do you really think it's been that long since
• 19:47
  you sinned? Ask him to forgive you. Agree with
• 19:56
  the Lord. Secondly, pray that the work, ask God
• 20:02
  that the work, in your heart will be thorough,
• 20:08
  will be thorough. Remember, you know, we have
• 20:15
  this thing called the new covenant, amen? The
• 20:18
  new covenant that Jesus came, shed his blood,
• 20:21
  and declared a new covenant. Did you know that
• 20:24
  under the old covenant that you could be forgiven?
• 20:28
  Did you know that? You sacrifice the animal.
• 20:31
  The priest pours the blood out on the altar.
• 20:34
  And guess what God would do? Forgive you. But
• 20:39
  you would have to do it again and again and again
• 20:44
  and again and again and again and again. Because
• 20:48
  under the old covenant, you could not be changed
• 20:53
  and transformed into the image of Jesus. The
• 21:01
  new covenant, sometimes we only use half of the
• 21:05
  new covenant. Forgiveness. So we come to the
• 21:10
  cross and we ask God to forgive us. And we do
• 21:13
  it over and over and over and over and over again.
• 21:16
  But the second part of the new covenant is it
• 21:20
  goes beyond forgiveness and it goes into transformation.
• 21:26
  Hallelujah. And so this second part, we want
• 21:31
  to pray that the work of the Holy Spirit in our
• 21:35
  lives will be thorough. I want God not to just
• 21:39
  forgive me of my sin. I want him to get it out
• 21:44
  of my life so that I can be like Christ. And
• 21:48
  that's the grace and the mercy of God. Lord,
• 21:52
  transform me. The first time you come to the
• 21:56
  Lord and you say, God, I'm a sinner. I just come
• 22:00
  to you and I ask that by your grace you would
• 22:03
  save my life. Do you know what he does? He makes
• 22:06
  you a new creation. The old is gone. The new
• 22:11
  has come. What is that? That, friends, is transformation.
• 22:16
  That is a thorough work in your heart. You don't
• 22:20
  want to just be forgiven. given. You want to
• 22:23
  be transformed into a new creation. Glory to
• 22:28
  God. Sometimes the issue in your life, you can
• 22:37
  come down to the altar and you can confess it
• 22:40
  once and it is over. I love that. Sometimes there
• 22:50
  is a season of transformation because not only,
• 22:56
  and God forgives you instantly, If we confess
• 23:00
  our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us.
• 23:03
  But the transformation sometimes takes a season.
• 23:09
  Why? Because you've developed wrong habits and
• 23:14
  you have to develop right habits. You have learned
• 23:20
  a certain way to live. You have to learn another
• 23:25
  certain way to live. If you go back to the same
• 23:31
  way you used to live, you will end up entangled
• 23:35
  in the same sin again. And so this transformation
• 23:39
  sometimes is a season. And you want to pray,
• 23:44
  God, make the work in my life thorough. And so
• 23:49
  you fall again. Guess what you do? You confess
• 23:52
  again and you repent again and you come before
• 23:55
  the Lord again and you say, God, change the way
• 23:58
  that I'm living. But you keep coming back to
• 24:02
  God. The conviction of the Holy Spirit is unto
• 24:06
  transformation. And sometimes it's instantaneous.
• 24:12
  But sometimes the transformation takes time.
• 24:18
  Sometimes there's layers like an onion. Because
• 24:23
  you know what I realized? I realized that this
• 24:25
  ambition that I had that did not please the Lord
• 24:28
  was not just about this one position. I found
• 24:33
  it in so many other areas of my life. And so
• 24:39
  like layers of an onion, it's like the Holy Spirit
• 24:42
  is peeling it back so that I can repent and change
• 24:49
  and transform. Am I on an island by myself in
• 24:56
  this? Or are there others that God is speaking
• 25:00
  to? You know, oftentimes we pray for those people
• 25:05
  out there to get right with God. And at the beginning
• 25:10
  of the Hebrides revival and the two senior saints,
• 25:13
  two women, one blind and one hardly able to walk
• 25:19
  with issues, arthritis, they begin to pray. And
• 25:26
  then the church began to join them in prayer,
• 25:28
  and they prayed all night on Friday nights for
• 25:30
  those other people that need God. And Friday
• 25:34
  night after Friday night, not just for an hour,
• 25:36
  but all night long, they would pray for those
• 25:38
  people that need God. And then one day, a young
• 25:43
  deacon stood up after reading Psalm 24 and said,
• 25:48
  how can we pray for others to get right with
• 25:52
  God when we ourselves are not right with God.
• 25:57
  And he led them in repentance and the fire of
• 26:01
  God fell in that moment because they realized
• 26:05
  it wasn't, their prayer was not just for those
• 26:09
  other people, but it is us that stand in need
• 26:14
  of God. We need him. Let the work of the Holy
• 26:21
  Spirit be thorough in your life. God will not
• 26:28
  abandon you in the season of transformation.
• 26:33
  God is not embarrassed to stand by your side
• 26:38
  as you're walking through becoming like Christ.
• 26:47
  He's not embarrassed of you. He loves you. Third,
• 26:55
  and this dovetails in with the first two, offer
• 26:59
  no excuses. and be honest with the Lord. 1 John
• 27:08
  1 .8 says, if we say that we have no sin, we
• 27:12
  deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.
• 27:16
  But if we confess our sins, He's faithful and
• 27:19
  just to forgive us our sins. God values honesty
• 27:25
  and sincerity. You don't have to impress God.
• 27:31
  I want to say that again. You do not have to
• 27:36
  impress God with your speech. You just need to
• 27:40
  be honest and sincere. You don't have to be masochistic
• 27:46
  in your repentance. You don't have to be, oh,
• 27:51
  woe is me, I'm such a terrible person. You don't
• 27:55
  have to deflate yourself and diminish yourself
• 27:58
  in your repentance. God has not called you to
• 28:04
  just constantly say, oh, what a wretched worm
• 28:07
  I am. He's not created you to be that. You just
• 28:13
  be honest and sincere. God, I've sinned before
• 28:16
  you. God, I'm carrying this attitude right now.
• 28:19
  God, I've noticed in my life that this attitude
• 28:23
  that is displeasing to you, it constantly surfaces
• 28:27
  in my life. And I ask God that you would cleanse
• 28:30
  me and wash me and make me more like you. Jesus,
• 28:34
  I want to be like you. You do not have to be
• 28:38
  masochistic and offer false humility to the Lord.
• 28:43
  You just be honest and sincere. And everybody
• 28:47
  said, Amen. And finally this morning, in all
• 28:55
  of this, you can trust the potter. Earlier we
• 29:02
  talked about the powerful sovereignty of God,
• 29:06
  but I want to read some scripture now about his
• 29:09
  heart of this same sovereign God, this heart
• 29:13
  that is toward you. He is powerful and awesome.
• 29:19
  but his heart is for you. Jeremiah 29, 11 is
• 29:24
  a popular verse. For I know the thoughts that
• 29:27
  I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of
• 29:30
  peace and not of evil, to give you a future and
• 29:35
  a hope. I'm going to tell on my wife right now.
• 29:42
  Should I do it? Faith is defending her mother.
• 29:46
  She's got thumbs down. Who's got thumbs up? Thumbs
• 29:49
  up? Thumbs up? Thumbs down, thumbs down. I'm
• 29:56
  going to tell on my wife right now. I'm going
• 29:58
  to do it anyway. I don't care what you think.
• 30:01
  I called her. I called her on Friday night. She
• 30:11
  was in Missouri. I was in Minnesota camping.
• 30:16
  Or no, I just, I think we'd come off the water.
• 30:19
  I don't know. I called her. And she was at a
• 30:25
  restaurant. getting ready to order her food.
• 30:30
  And she thought she pushed the red button to
• 30:34
  deny the call, but she pushed the green button
• 30:39
  and received the call. And the phone was in her
• 30:48
  pocket, but I could hear everything. Oh, it was
• 30:54
  a great moment. And she said this, your father
• 31:02
  is trying to call me. Your father is trying to
• 31:10
  call me. Now, she says, she says to her credit,
• 31:22
  she says, that's not how I said it. You can decide.
• 31:30
  You can decide. I was wondering in that moment,
• 31:36
  what are the thoughts that my wife is thinking
• 31:38
  about me right now? And so she texted me, not
• 31:45
  knowing I was on the call. And she texted me
• 31:49
  and said, I'm ordering dinner right now. Blah,
• 31:53
  blah, blah. And I said, yes, this is what you're
• 31:56
  ordering. I replied to her. And she picked up
• 32:03
  the phone and she saw I was on the call. And
• 32:07
  she said, I'm hanging up now. Bam. And that was
• 32:14
  the end of that. Even husbands and wives have
• 32:22
  thoughts towards each other that are not always
• 32:27
  like, whoop. Am I telling the truth? I'm telling
• 32:36
  the truth. I am telling the truth. There's a
• 32:38
  lot happening in this room right now. I can feel
• 32:41
  it. I can feel it. Wow. But God says this, I
• 32:51
  know the thoughts I have toward you. Isn't this
• 32:58
  powerful? Thoughts of peace and not of evil.
• 33:08
  To give you, these are thoughts. God's thoughts
• 33:11
  towards you are to give you a future and a hope.
• 33:18
  A future and a hope. These are the thoughts that
• 33:23
  this sovereign, all -powerful, who spoke the
• 33:27
  world into being, he has towards you. This is
• 33:32
  the good potter who wants to make something according
• 33:37
  to his good pleasure out of that lump of clay.
• 33:43
  That is sitting on the potter's wheel. His heart
• 33:48
  is for you. Romans 8 .28 And we know that in
• 33:55
  all things God works together for the good of
• 33:58
  those who love God and are called according to
• 34:03
  His purpose. Psalm 139 .17 How precious also
• 34:09
  are your thoughts to me, O God. How great is
• 34:15
  the sum of them. If I should count your thoughts
• 34:18
  towards me, God, they would be more in number
• 34:22
  than the sand of the shore. And when I awake,
• 34:28
  I am still with you. 1 John 3 .1 Behold what
• 34:37
  manner of love the Father has bestowed on us.
• 34:42

  morning that are saying, God, in a lot of ways,

  I'm on the potter's wheel. God, I pray that you

  would come to right where they are and that you

  would encourage them and let them know you haven't

  exposed things to them for the purpose of rejection,

  but the purpose of transformation. And I ask

  this morning that they would choose, maybe somebody

  in here is about to jump off the potter's wheel

  and say, I do not want any more of that. God,

  I pray in Jesus' name. that everybody within

  the sound of my voice at home, here, God, wherever

  they are, that they would say, Lord, keep me

  on the potter's wheel. Keep me right where you

  want me to be. Because in a little while, you're

  going to come, God, and you're going to do mighty

  get up where you are right now. It takes courage,

  I know. You can stand, you can kneel, you can

  whatever you want at the altar, but you're just

  presenting yourself to the potter. Lord, right

  now as people are coming, this is a holy, holy

  moment. Lord Jesus, I ask as people are kneeling

  before you, before the potter, and they're just

  in humility saying, God, here I am. God, here

  I am. I just lay myself before you. God, I'm

  asking in Jesus' name that you would come alongside

  every brother, every sister, every son, every

  daughter, that you'd put your arm around them

  right now. God has not taken his hand off of

  your life. God has not removed himself from where

  you are. He has not rejected you. He is bringing

  you near. Lord, right now, we just call out to

  you. Just begin to dialogue with the Lord right
