89: ACABF (All Cops Are Barney Fife)
Honestly, for a show hosted by two dudes, we really don't make that many dick jokes, right? Well, that's gonna change!
But beyond the ball jokes, we're also talking about Season 04, Episode 05, "Barney's Side Car" which is one of the most ridiculously militaristic/fascist scenes ever put to television, to the point where it accidentally becomes a good abolitionist argument. Things gets wild in this one, we won't lie.
