- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to fugitive any I think that he
- 0:09Speaker 1: is getting to him a little bit. It's getting to
- 0:14Speaker 1: me a little bit. It's making me do strange things
- 0:20Speaker 1: and it's not so Hello, welcome to let me boy.
- 0:26Speaker 1: You just let me boy to sleep. This is Wisper Wednesday.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's still I don't know what time. It is, about
- 0:37Speaker 1: four o'clock, two minutes the four peer. Please only listen
- 0:46Speaker 1: when you can safely close your eze. I've been waiting
- 0:51Speaker 1: all day to do this because there's building work going
- 0:54Speaker 1: on opposite me in the flat opposite Norway. It's not
- 1:01Speaker 1: in all Way, but the flat when you go out
- 1:04Speaker 1: the front door the opposite door. In there, he's having
- 1:10Speaker 1: his bathroom redone and he's had his bath taken out today.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Now I can't readly complain about the noise because it's
- 1:22Speaker 1: been pretty quiet. It's far enough away to not really
- 1:27Speaker 1: affect me too much. But the other side of it
- 1:31Speaker 1: is I need to keep Finny occupied auditarily because if
- 1:43Speaker 1: he has movement out of the front door, he's got
- 1:49Speaker 1: a wad of barkin. So this is the first moment
- 1:55Speaker 1: of the whole day where there hasn't been music or
- 2:02Speaker 1: some kind of something that he can listen to to
- 2:08Speaker 1: distract him apart from when we've been out. So I'm
- 2:16Speaker 1: not sure how he's going to react when he because
- 2:19Speaker 1: the math is actually in the doorway, the one they've removed,
- 2:26Speaker 1: so when they drag that down the stairs, I'm guessing
- 2:31Speaker 1: Vinnie will give some type of response which is understandable. Wow. Okay,
- 2:49Speaker 1: So I'm guessing it's the artist day of the year
- 2:56Speaker 1: so far, and I probably could do with wearing shorts
- 3:00Speaker 1: or wearing not much inside. But I can't walk around
- 3:08Speaker 1: in just me undeas because I've got no curtains up.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I washed my curtains at the weekend and I just
- 3:19Speaker 1: haven't bothered to put them back up yet. Even though
- 3:23Speaker 1: it'll take me probably five minutes, I'll put it off.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Actually it might have been two weeks ago I did it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So I want to say thank you to Ben, and
- 3:39Speaker 1: you know why, Ben knows why. It's a thank you
- 3:42Speaker 1: for your messages. And I have made a few changes today,
- 3:52Speaker 1: not a lot of changes, just a couple. I only
- 3:57Speaker 1: one that may affect people. I'm not doing it to
- 4:02Speaker 1: affect people. I'm just doing it because basically here's what
- 4:07Speaker 1: I've done. I have I've decided to get rid of
- 4:11Speaker 1: the website. I do have like a backup plan in place,
- 4:17Speaker 1: a redirection by waiting for it to kick in, because
- 4:21Speaker 1: it's not working at the moment. So the website. I
- 4:26Speaker 1: did have another website building as well, as that's gone also,
- 4:30Speaker 1: so a website's gone. I was getting so few visits
- 4:39Speaker 1: it really wasn't financially viable. There's like sixty six dollars
- 4:46Speaker 1: a month for twenty twenty visits maybe a day. It
- 4:52Speaker 1: just wasn't. Yeah, I couldn't keep it going, so I've
- 4:56Speaker 1: let that go for now. I've tried to redirect the
- 5:02Speaker 1: domain name, which is Jasonnewland dot com to my podcast page,
- 5:08Speaker 1: which has all my podcasts on whytch. Yeah, so like
- 5:13Speaker 1: the main podcast. What I haven't done, which is really important,
- 5:19Speaker 1: is I've not deleted any podcasts. I'm not having some
- 5:24Speaker 1: weirding going on to nothing's been deleted part from the website.
- 5:29Speaker 1: All the podcasts are running just like normal, including the
- 5:34Speaker 1: speaker ones, the SoundCloud ones, and so wherever you listen
- 5:40Speaker 1: online it's still there. Nothing's changed. A couple of other
- 5:47Speaker 1: things I've done trying to reduce my outgoings because this
- 5:59Speaker 1: financial changes come in my way, I hopefully good ones,
- 6:04Speaker 1: because I've I bought some lot of red tickets this week.
- 6:12Speaker 1: But I have got rid of a few things I
- 6:15Speaker 1: don't need to pay out for though perhaps I don't
- 6:18Speaker 1: need anymore, and they will making life easier, but I
- 6:25Speaker 1: can kind of do around around them. Because my PIP,
- 6:35Speaker 1: which is like a disability thing that's up very few
- 6:40Speaker 1: I think soon, and the government have changed it, so
- 6:46Speaker 1: chances I won't get anything, so I kin't even need
- 6:50Speaker 1: to prepare for that. Also, there's no longer any adverts
- 6:55Speaker 1: on the webs on their third podcasts, not that that
- 7:03Speaker 1: was really wasn't that was not Sometimes I didn't even
- 7:08Speaker 1: cover the cost and running all the different things, but
- 7:11Speaker 1: that's okay, so that's all gone. I cover rid of Camphor, which.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Was the editing.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Software that I used for editing the images, So Campa's
- 7:27Speaker 1: now gone. I was like thirteen pound a month. I've
- 7:34Speaker 1: got rid of the transcription cause I was adding transcriptions
- 7:40Speaker 1: to the podcasts and to the website and looking at
- 7:45Speaker 1: maybe putting a book together, but that's probably not gonna
- 7:48Speaker 1: happen anytime soon. So I got rid of that. Just transcription,
- 7:53Speaker 1: which was twenty twenty pound a month. I've kept chat
- 8:00Speaker 1: at GPT because that's what I use for the images
- 8:04Speaker 1: to create the images that canva with the finalizer all
- 8:09Speaker 1: and put it together. So yeah, I'll be using only
- 8:16Speaker 1: Chat GPT. I'm john to think of anything else that
- 8:24Speaker 1: I've managed to offload Canver transcription, the website, but no,
- 8:49Speaker 1: so the podcast stumpaign. I think fifty five pounds a
- 8:54Speaker 1: month for Spreaker, So that's that's doable. I can manage that,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and there will come in time when I'll start to
- 9:06Speaker 1: charge me more if I keep increasing the amount of
- 9:10Speaker 1: recordings that are onund there, which is going to happen naturally.
- 9:19Speaker 1: All my old recordings not on my website. You know,
- 9:26Speaker 1: let me boy to Sleep one to fifty and then
- 9:29Speaker 1: fifty one, two hundred, et cetera. All those podcasts about
- 9:35Speaker 1: my spreaker page. So yeah, it's all all available. You
- 9:45Speaker 1: just need to just I posted the link to the
- 9:52Speaker 1: spreaker page which has all my podcasts. I posted on
- 9:58Speaker 1: my Facebook which is Jason Newland's booring group.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You know what.
- 10:07Speaker 1: That's another thing is I spent I good a couple
- 10:13Speaker 1: of days really promoting the Facebook group, like really going
- 10:20Speaker 1: all out. I made a podcast just specifically to try
- 10:26Speaker 1: and get a few more members, and that and some
- 10:31Speaker 1: other stuff I did, And after all that, I've got one.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I've got two new members, both the same person, and
- 10:43Speaker 1: both two different Facebook pages with one person the same name.
- 10:51Speaker 1: So I'm wondering whether or not Facebook is really the
- 10:57Speaker 1: place where people gather anymore. I don't know, maybe cause
- 11:06Speaker 1: I'm not reading on Twitter.
- 11:12Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I think people find my stuff when they when they
- 11:18Speaker 1: want to, when they I'm not hard to find online.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Just my name, Jason Newland easy to find. I'm all
- 11:29Speaker 1: over the place, not just mentally, but I'm all you know,
- 11:36Speaker 1: I'm on all the main podcast hosts, so it's very
- 11:41Speaker 1: easy to find me. Of course, I'm also on sound Cloud.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Someone's having a good old cough outside missed. You could
- 11:56Speaker 1: say it's a perfect day to day.
- 12:00Speaker 2: It's a blue.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Sky, a little bit of a breeze, a little bit,
- 12:09Speaker 1: not a lot, a little bit because I took Viny
- 12:14Speaker 1: out put it about an hour ago and we went
- 12:20Speaker 1: to the park. At one point we were sitting. When
- 12:28Speaker 1: I was sitting, I was standing under the tree where
- 12:32Speaker 1: he was standing under the tree and getting some shade
- 12:36Speaker 1: as I was standing there with it. He had his
- 12:39Speaker 1: tongue out, and well, I had my tongue out as well,
- 12:45Speaker 1: and the breeze was glorious, Such a glorious breeze. His
- 12:54Speaker 1: legs is so weird. Okay, none of the other people
- 13:00Speaker 1: around was staring at him. He had this tongue out,
- 13:03Speaker 1: but why would he staring at me? So I came
- 13:11Speaker 1: out and put some clothes on him, and I had
- 13:15Speaker 1: a shower today before going out on me. Not the
- 13:20Speaker 1: first time I've had a shower. This the first time
- 13:24Speaker 1: I've had a shower today. So I had hit about
- 13:29Speaker 1: or two o'clock before I went out. I was sweating
- 13:36Speaker 1: like I'd had a shower, dried myself off, like completely
- 13:43Speaker 1: dried myself off, water was grown out my ears. I
- 13:49Speaker 1: couldn't believe it. It was just there was a puzzle
- 13:56Speaker 1: in my shoes. That wasn't the puzzle with my shoes.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I swamp, but there wasn't a swamp. While I'm saying that,
- 14:03Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I never know.
- 14:09Speaker 1: But yeah, it was nice. It's a little it was
- 14:13Speaker 1: a little bit too hard for the little one. And
- 14:21Speaker 1: there he is making him tired. He's fast asleep even
- 14:25Speaker 1: though he was awake when I started this, he's completely exhausted.
- 14:33Speaker 1: I could always tell as well, because when I go
- 14:35Speaker 1: to get up out of the chair, you know, when
- 14:39Speaker 1: he's sort of half asleep or just rested, you'll jump
- 14:43Speaker 1: up with me. But just now, before I started this,
- 14:47Speaker 1: I went over and got to go and put stuff
- 14:50Speaker 1: away before coming back. He didn't want to move.
- 14:56Speaker 2: He was just.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Lying in like really, it's like, what do you want?
- 15:01Speaker 2: Just staring at me?
- 15:03Speaker 1: Why have you got GAUP? Now I've been listening to
- 15:10Speaker 1: some Richard Bandla videos from probably the early eighties, late seventies,
- 15:19Speaker 1: early eighties, probably late eight early eighties, and Richard Bandlow
- 15:24Speaker 1: is the co creative Newer linguistic programming. Normally know it's NLP,
- 15:34Speaker 1: but now NLP is also known as is it natural
- 15:47Speaker 1: language programming or something? In computers? So NLP kind of
- 15:53Speaker 1: has more than one meaning now a little bit like CBT.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I actually remember, and this is totally true. I was
- 16:06Speaker 1: at college, and when I was here in university, we
- 16:09Speaker 1: had to learn about other therapies as well. Because I
- 16:13Speaker 1: was studying persons entered the counseling, which is Rogerian therapy.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Carl Rogers and all that stuff, but we also had
- 16:24Speaker 1: to look at other things that gustoed psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, behaviorism
- 16:36Speaker 1: and all that stuff, and CBT cognitive behavioral therapy. And
- 16:44Speaker 1: also my dad's and his wife was there and they's
- 16:50Speaker 1: all said, what you don is artist been studying CBT.
- 16:56Speaker 1: And then she said what's that? I said, Australia so
- 16:59Speaker 1: got by now and when if I didn't, Actually, I
- 17:10Speaker 1: think it was her laptop or I'm not sure if
- 17:13Speaker 1: you've had a phone that could do the Internet back then.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So I went to her laptop or work computer. I said,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I'll show you. So I put CBT into Girgle. Now
- 17:28Speaker 1: I didn't realize that there's more than one CBT. There's
- 17:35Speaker 1: at least three. Now, I made the mistake, and I did.
- 17:43Speaker 1: There was a time when you could just put I
- 17:45Speaker 1: feel lucky, So you put CBT and it collected I
- 17:48Speaker 1: feel lucky, and it will just come up with the
- 17:53Speaker 1: you know, our website to death. It's all chosen. I
- 17:57Speaker 1: don't know if any remembers that. It's a long time ago. Well,
- 18:03Speaker 1: I didn't realize there's three different CBTs. There's one CBT,
- 18:11Speaker 1: which is the motorbike test, so in order to get
- 18:22Speaker 1: to ride a motorbike or motorcycle or maybe a moped.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I don't know. I think it's a motorbike. It's called
- 18:27Speaker 1: a CBT. I don't know what stands for something training.
- 18:36Speaker 1: And then there's another one CBT that's the website that
- 18:40Speaker 1: came up, and there was a really explicit image apparently mine.
- 18:49Speaker 1: My stepmom's like standing next to me, and I'm pointing
- 18:53Speaker 1: out that this is why I'm doing so I press
- 18:59Speaker 1: I feel lucky, you know, As I clicked that, and
- 19:02Speaker 1: my dad calls me if he said, old, what do
- 19:05Speaker 1: you want? Do you wanna do you wanna beer? Or
- 19:08Speaker 1: do you want a whiskey? So I'm looking at him.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I said, I just have a beer beer place. And
- 19:15Speaker 1: my step one says, so that's what you studying the university?
- 19:18Speaker 1: And I said yeah, and I can't busy focusing on
- 19:22Speaker 1: my dad and she said really, I said yeah, why,
- 19:27Speaker 1: so turn back. And it was the third one and
- 19:33Speaker 1: it was this big image and not something you particularly.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Want to.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Watch online with your step parent. Cock and Ball told
- 19:45Speaker 1: you that's well cb T stood for there. It's not
- 19:49Speaker 1: even a joke. This really happened at least I was
- 19:56Speaker 1: very surprised because I've never even heard of that. I
- 20:00Speaker 1: mean really, it's like, I don't know really talk stuff
- 20:04Speaker 1: like this, But I'm just saying this is real.
- 20:06Speaker 2: It's like what CBT.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I was like, No, that's not what I'm learning at
- 20:15Speaker 1: university is cognitive behavioral therapy. She said, but you said CBT, said, yeah,
- 20:22Speaker 1: that is CBT. This this also apparently CBT, fair enough,
- 20:29Speaker 1: but it's not the CBT. Why would Google? They wouldn't
- 20:33Speaker 1: do that now, but why back then? You know, demail
- 20:39Speaker 1: stuff that they're just chucking in without even like I
- 20:41Speaker 1: don't want that. I want something different. I'm not looking
- 20:45Speaker 1: for that. Ah, it's anyway. So, m do you ever
- 21:02Speaker 1: hear voices? Okay, I mean I'm talking like real voices,
- 21:06Speaker 1: and sometimes I don't know if it's a person talking,
- 21:12Speaker 1: or if it's a person on mobile phone talking like
- 21:18Speaker 1: none of my speaker, or if it's a radio or
- 21:21Speaker 1: if it's a television do you ever get that? And
- 21:29Speaker 1: like it's like continuous talking, it's almost like it's not
- 21:33Speaker 1: there's no pauses. So maybe there's two people talking, mind you.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I've known people that just talk and talk and talk. Yeah,
- 21:48Speaker 1: my landlady used to be like that. She used to
- 21:52Speaker 1: talk to me. I'd be in the toill and She'll
- 21:54Speaker 1: still be talking to me. Seriously. I'd actually be on
- 21:59Speaker 1: the toll and she to still be saying whatever she
- 22:03Speaker 1: was talking about. I was like, why are you still talking?
- 22:13Speaker 1: She used to like me when I first moved in there,
- 22:15Speaker 1: my landlady, this is him back in nineteen ninety one,
- 22:21Speaker 1: and then in nineteen ninety three, kind of near the
- 22:27Speaker 1: end of the year ish, we had a new person
- 22:31Speaker 1: move in, and I think she fell in love with him,
- 22:36Speaker 1: and he was always around doing stuff for her and
- 22:40Speaker 1: spending time with her, and I mean she I think
- 22:45Speaker 1: she invited me into a living room twice. Once was
- 22:48Speaker 1: when she told me she was going to kick me out.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Another time she wanted me to watch an Italian opera.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I preferred the eviction one to be fair, and he
- 23:04Speaker 1: was in there all the time. I don't know if
- 23:07Speaker 1: they couldn't. It's not nothing to do me, but.
- 23:11Speaker 2: He really.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Took a dislike to me and started stirring it up.
- 23:19Speaker 1: So I ended up moving out. Oh the eviction that
- 23:22Speaker 1: didn't happen. She just said she had enough of me,
- 23:25Speaker 1: and I said, oh please, I'll do anything. She said anything,
- 23:32Speaker 1: and I sung that song from that UH movie. I
- 23:36Speaker 1: would do anything anything anything? Was that doctor Dolittle? I think,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't feel I don't feel like
- 23:53Speaker 1: proud of myself by it. She moved down when she
- 23:55Speaker 1: was in the toilet. It's true, I don't my bag
- 24:01Speaker 1: actually didn't.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I just.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I ordered a taxi and I think I packed everything
- 24:16Speaker 1: up while she was into black bags, brought them downstairs
- 24:22Speaker 1: and moved out. I couldn't be there anymore because she
- 24:27Speaker 1: wasn't being nice to me. I think I kind of
- 24:35Speaker 1: over over spent my welcome.
- 24:37Speaker 2: As it were.
- 24:43Speaker 1: But even now when I think back and I wonder,
- 24:46Speaker 1: why did I just stayed there for so long? It
- 24:51Speaker 1: was just this laziness. I don't know. I kind of
- 24:57Speaker 1: liked the choir because I lived off or live behind
- 25:01Speaker 1: the graveyard, so that the front of the house was
- 25:04Speaker 1: a cul de sac so there's no traffic, and then
- 25:09Speaker 1: behind the house was it wasn't just a graveyard. There
- 25:12Speaker 1: was an old graveyard that not winning there was a
- 25:16Speaker 1: newer graveyard.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Next to it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: There was active I used to go for walks there,
- 25:23Speaker 1: so it was nice and peaceful, maybe as being weird.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Do you think.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I just remember my favorite thing in the world, really,
- 25:44Speaker 1: other than going to comedy clubs, was going to the
- 25:52Speaker 1: West End buying a book, coming home reading a book.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Seeing I'm in bed reading a book. That was That's
- 26:04Speaker 1: why I enjoyed doing.
- 26:07Speaker 2: And I kind of.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Intending to get back to that. I just need to
- 26:14Speaker 1: get my eyes tested so I can start reading again,
- 26:18Speaker 1: because my eyesight is a bit boo boo at the moment.
- 26:26Speaker 1: That's another another reason why I've kind of I've come
- 26:32Speaker 1: to the conclusion that what decision. Maybe I don't want
- 26:41Speaker 1: to spend long periods of time staring at the computer screen.
- 26:47Speaker 1: It's not good for my eyes. I think it's affecting
- 26:51Speaker 1: my eyes because I'm doing it for what twenty five years,
- 26:58Speaker 1: like you know, thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands
- 27:04Speaker 1: of hours since two thousand twenty, I've been staring at
- 27:10Speaker 1: the computer screen sometimes ten thirteen, fourteen hours a day,
- 27:18Speaker 1: So yeah, thousands upon thousands of hours. And I don't
- 27:22Speaker 1: think it's been great for my optical nerves or whatever.
- 27:32Speaker 1: And when I take a break from looking at the computer,
- 27:35Speaker 1: my eyes do feel better. My eyes That was sounded
- 27:40Speaker 1: like my eyes my eyes feel more relaxed. I'm okay
- 27:47Speaker 1: for like an hour or so, that's about it. I
- 27:52Speaker 1: think an hour a day, you know, do the editing
- 27:59Speaker 1: and then I'm bload them and that's done. In fact,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I don't even I mean, it's a little bit less
- 28:08Speaker 1: stand in the computers. I don't need to be online
- 28:14Speaker 1: the whole time looking at the over the screen. And also.
- 28:22Speaker 2: I think.
- 28:26Speaker 1: With the way technology is working, especially with things like
- 28:30Speaker 1: chet GPT, I can ask it to make mew things,
- 28:38Speaker 1: maybe use the chat a bit more, use the microphone
- 28:43Speaker 1: and verbally do requests as opposed to typing in so that,
- 28:49Speaker 1: howse maybe make it a little bit easier, a little
- 28:54Speaker 1: bit more thorough, a bit more or less scary computer
- 29:00Speaker 1: to screen. And it would be nice to get back
- 29:08Speaker 1: to reading and learning. But not for any kind of
- 29:15Speaker 1: reason other than just for fun, you know. I'm interested
- 29:26Speaker 1: in the hypnosis. I'm interested in chronic pain relief. I'm
- 29:33Speaker 1: interested in techniques to help people. Different things that I
- 29:37Speaker 1: can say, different ways of saying it that can be
- 29:41Speaker 1: useful to help people. So that's not changed. I don't
- 29:47Speaker 1: feel any less wanting to help people.
- 29:49Speaker 2: If anything more.
- 29:52Speaker 1: That that desire, what that need is I'd say it's
- 29:58Speaker 1: grown stronger as I've got a So but what I
- 30:09Speaker 1: like to do how I like to sort of work
- 30:12Speaker 1: things out is I like to learn things, but then
- 30:17Speaker 1: just let it all be in my brain and.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Perculate, perculate maybe and.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Just mixed together with all the other stuff so that
- 30:32Speaker 1: I can come up with ideas when I'm talking that
- 30:40Speaker 1: may be useful. And I suppose it's about feeding.
- 30:47Speaker 2: My brain.
- 30:49Speaker 1: With helpful stuff and also things that I'm interested in,
- 30:56Speaker 1: because if I'm not interested in something, I might as
- 31:01Speaker 1: well just there's there's no point reading it. There's not
- 31:06Speaker 1: there's no point in watching something I'm not interested in
- 31:11Speaker 1: because I just switch off. I don't take any notice.
- 31:18Speaker 1: So I suppose I need to work within my I
- 31:23Speaker 1: suppose in some ways limitations, But I'd like to think
- 31:29Speaker 1: of those geniuses work within my genius. I'm trying to think.
- 31:47Speaker 1: What else has happened today? Not a lot on the yesterday.
- 31:55Speaker 1: There wasn't a huge amount of sound really from mmm
- 32:01Speaker 1: the neighbor, but there was a fair bit of sound.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I think it was there was other music and things
- 32:11Speaker 1: like that from other neighbors. I think it was blocking
- 32:15Speaker 1: the noise so I'm guessing that people downstairs could hear
- 32:19Speaker 1: it more than I could, which does make it kind
- 32:23Speaker 1: of makes sense because if they're drilling and stuff and
- 32:30Speaker 1: breaking concrete into the floor, that's going to affect anyone
- 32:35Speaker 1: that shares that ceiling, doesn't it.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I suppose.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I know I share the floor, but I'm quite far removed.
- 32:44Speaker 1: I mean a room. That's the first I could get
- 32:48Speaker 1: away from where he is, not not to get away
- 32:52Speaker 1: from him, just this is where my living room is,
- 32:58Speaker 1: and I've got no no.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Walls that really share.
- 33:03Speaker 1: But it's next door neighbor does and downstairs from him does.
- 33:08Speaker 1: They both share the same kind of like his bathroom
- 33:14Speaker 1: away a minute is alway in his bedroom he shares
- 33:20Speaker 1: with next door, but the floor is shared, isn't it really?
- 33:26Speaker 1: I guess with next door downstairs ice shoe the bathroom, Yeah,
- 33:38Speaker 1: the bathroom and ceiling for downstairs would be his bathroom floor.
- 33:45Speaker 1: So they can feel it or they can hear it.
- 33:53Speaker 1: But so far, I've heard a bit of banging, a
- 33:56Speaker 1: bit of stuff like that. Was that I'm sorry, pee
- 34:02Speaker 1: pee pee pew pipee pee pee pew pee peep. Now
- 34:06Speaker 1: that sounds more like than I would space Invaders Game
- 34:11Speaker 1: or something p pew pu pu Buck Rogers Pu Pu
- 34:17Speaker 1: Pu Star Wars, even PIPI pew pu pu. Perhaps that's
- 34:24Speaker 1: why I should have done. I should have done voices
- 34:26Speaker 1: and and sounds. I could have been a I could
- 34:32Speaker 1: have been voices, a voice for like animation po po
- 34:39Speaker 1: and a half. I go with that one sound though,
- 34:42Speaker 1: but it's why I could sound pu puh. If I
- 34:51Speaker 1: only ate all these things I could have done, I
- 34:55Speaker 1: don't wonder if I think back to when I was fifteen,
- 34:59Speaker 1: I left school when I was even too young to
- 35:04Speaker 1: join the army. I was so young. It was just
- 35:11Speaker 1: the choices. I mean, some of the choices I couldn't
- 35:14Speaker 1: do till I was sixteen. But a lot of things
- 35:17Speaker 1: I could have just there wasn't There's the things I
- 35:25Speaker 1: wasn't able to do. I couldn't apply to join the
- 35:27Speaker 1: police force. I couldn't go to university. There's certain things
- 35:32Speaker 1: I wasn't allowed to do because of having no qualifications
- 35:37Speaker 1: and leaving school at so early age. Because I left
- 35:42Speaker 1: I think it was April nineteen eighty six, and I
- 35:48Speaker 1: wasn't sixteen till the end of August, so it was, yeah,
- 35:54Speaker 1: four months whatever, till I was sixteen, and I was
- 36:04Speaker 1: suddenly earning sixty pounds a week working full time, which
- 36:10Speaker 1: at fifteen was a huge amount of money for me,
- 36:14Speaker 1: huge amount a huge Honestly, I was buying clothes. I'd
- 36:23Speaker 1: buy a new clothes. I was walking around dressed nice
- 36:28Speaker 1: for the first time. Really that my dad didn't walk
- 36:32Speaker 1: around horribly dressed when I was a kid. But I'm
- 36:35Speaker 1: saying for the first time I could choose my own
- 36:40Speaker 1: Actually I kind of did choose my own clothes, really,
- 36:44Speaker 1: but most of the clothes was school uniform, wasn't it.
- 36:50Speaker 1: I'm not not at home. I need to get myself
- 36:54Speaker 1: some pajamas, That's what I need to do. I realized
- 37:02Speaker 1: that I'm looking at my clothes lately and I'm just
- 37:07Speaker 1: wearing the same old stuff every day. I've got these
- 37:12Speaker 1: dark brown tracksuit bottoms. Horrors is Horas. He's had an
- 37:20Speaker 1: argument with his with his wife Doris. I got seven
- 37:30Speaker 1: bears in these tracksuit bombs, so I wear a different
- 37:33Speaker 1: bear every day, and I'm pretty sure people see me
- 37:40Speaker 1: they've never seen me wear anything else for years. I
- 37:44Speaker 1: don't know if they think I'm just wearing the same
- 37:46Speaker 1: thing every day. I'm like the same pair of tracksuit bombs,
- 37:53Speaker 1: which I'm not there's different ones, they're just all the same.
- 38:00Speaker 1: So I've decided I'm going to try and get myself
- 38:09Speaker 1: some clothes, a little bit of clothing every week. So
- 38:18Speaker 1: I'm trying to. Every time I get paid, I put
- 38:22Speaker 1: ten percent away saving and that's for veterinary bills for him.
- 38:32Speaker 1: And I'm also saving up so I can go and
- 38:35Speaker 1: get my eyes tested and pay for some decent glasses.
- 38:42Speaker 1: The eye test is free, but so anyway, that's what
- 38:45Speaker 1: that ten percent is for. It's basically his. Now, we
- 38:51Speaker 1: got a dog barking, blimey. That dog hardly never used
- 38:56Speaker 1: to bark before. Now I can't shut up part when
- 39:00Speaker 1: it's not barking, which most of the time, most of
- 39:02Speaker 1: the time it's quiet. So I don't know why I'm moaning.
- 39:08Speaker 1: I do know why I'm moaning because I love it.
- 39:11Speaker 3: I love moaning rare.
- 39:14Speaker 1: It's my right as an english person to moan, to
- 39:19Speaker 1: complain about the weather, or just talk about the weather,
- 39:22Speaker 1: and to just moan.
- 39:24Speaker 2: That's that's why.
- 39:25Speaker 1: That's my my human right. And to drink lots of tea.
- 39:35Speaker 1: So what was I gonna say, Oh, yeah, sept I'll
- 39:42Speaker 1: try and put away for future fair bills, future things.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I dentists because I haven't got a dentist, so dental
- 39:57Speaker 1: bills because that was three hundred po under one attitude
- 40:00Speaker 1: removed a couple of years ago or a year and
- 40:04Speaker 1: a half ago, so and the other thing is for
- 40:11Speaker 1: my eyes. So that's those three things that I need
- 40:17Speaker 1: to put that away for. And now I'm going to
- 40:26Speaker 1: spend a percentage of workouts, a percentage small percentage of
- 40:31Speaker 1: every time I get paid, and contribute that towards getting
- 40:36Speaker 1: some clothes, whether it's a pair of socks or a
- 40:40Speaker 1: pair of pants, underpants or a T shirt wherever, just
- 40:47Speaker 1: to start getting some but I don't know half decent
- 40:51Speaker 1: clothes because most of what I've got is worn out
- 40:56Speaker 1: and old and grotti. I mean, because I got a
- 41:03Speaker 1: tendency of buying cheap stuff, like cheap T shirts five
- 41:08Speaker 1: for a pound. No maybe not, but like you know,
- 41:12Speaker 1: five T shirts for a twenty quid. They're fine to
- 41:19Speaker 1: start with, but after a few washes, they just they
- 41:24Speaker 1: don't look great. So it's something I want to try
- 41:31Speaker 1: and do. Also, I need to look at getting a
- 41:37Speaker 1: winter coat. This is probably the best time of the
- 41:40Speaker 1: year to get a winter coat, really because I'll.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Be cheaper.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Because I don't have one. I got this old thing
- 41:49Speaker 1: my dad gave me probably about ten years ago, probably
- 41:53Speaker 1: longer actually, and it's something that he used to wear
- 41:57Speaker 1: on the dogs. He came to me and I just
- 42:01Speaker 1: had as a backup. But then the two winter coats
- 42:05Speaker 1: that I did have got mislaid, so I ended up
- 42:10Speaker 1: with nothing. So I've been wearing that one for the
- 42:13Speaker 1: last couple of years, which is okay. I got a
- 42:18Speaker 1: big jumper on underneath. But I think since I lost
- 42:22Speaker 1: a little bit away, I feel the cold a little
- 42:26Speaker 1: bit more than I used to because I used to
- 42:32Speaker 1: be like a seal, you know, in the winter, I
- 42:36Speaker 1: just had so much blubber I didn't really feel the
- 42:39Speaker 1: feel the cold at all. Now I still don't feel
- 42:44Speaker 1: it hugely, but a little bit more so I've got
- 42:50Speaker 1: a little bit less fat on me. I'm still heavy
- 42:57Speaker 1: enough to don't be fair affected by the window.
- 43:00Speaker 2: That's good.
- 43:05Speaker 1: That is an advantage of not being breed really slim
- 43:09Speaker 1: and light, because I used to get blown around by
- 43:12Speaker 1: the wind. I used to have to wear heavy boots
- 43:18Speaker 1: in the libraries. Seriously, I remember once we went kiting,
- 43:33Speaker 1: and my dad used to love kiting, and we go
- 43:38Speaker 1: to the top of the cliffs and well, that was
- 43:46Speaker 1: a windy day. I was on a windy day, and
- 43:51Speaker 1: because we lived near the beach, windy days are very generous,
- 44:00Speaker 1: there's a lot, a lot of them, and we'd be
- 44:05Speaker 1: flying these kites and it was great. But I would
- 44:07Speaker 1: actually find myself being lifted up by the cane. I
- 44:15Speaker 1: mean this is when I was a kid, so I
- 44:16Speaker 1: probably didn't wait, I'm know, a four stone or five
- 44:22Speaker 1: stone maybe, so you know, it wouldn't take a lot
- 44:27Speaker 1: for a four stone to be lifted off off the ground. Yeah,
- 44:39Speaker 1: I don't know why I start thinking of that. That
- 44:43Speaker 1: was quite good times actually, and my dad had a
- 44:49Speaker 1: friend who owned I don't know if there's an ice
- 44:53Speaker 1: cream place.
- 44:55Speaker 2: I think it was.
- 44:58Speaker 1: It was like this restaurant. I think it was like
- 45:00Speaker 1: a restaurant bar, but I had an ice cream bar
- 45:03Speaker 1: in it, so I don't think based on where I
- 45:08Speaker 1: was positioned, that they would make enough money just selling
- 45:11Speaker 1: ice cream. So it was actually a venue. So we
- 45:15Speaker 1: went there and we used to get some ice cream.
- 45:22Speaker 1: That was a long story that didn't really lead anywhere today.
- 45:28Speaker 1: I kind of just said, would go and have some
- 45:30Speaker 1: ice cream. I just remember it was quite a big
- 45:36Speaker 1: room with tables and stuff. And I think my dad
- 45:43Speaker 1: used to.
- 45:45Speaker 4: Do work for the man, like electrical stuff, but it
- 45:51Speaker 4: was also friends with him.
- 45:58Speaker 1: I think if I was ever to had my time
- 46:00Speaker 1: again and I had to choose to say a trade,
- 46:13Speaker 1: I don't really know. I thought about this, like, I
- 46:16Speaker 1: don't think i'd want to be an electrician. I don't
- 46:24Speaker 1: think i'd want to be a carpenter, just because I don't.
- 46:28Speaker 1: I've never really, I never really I did would work
- 46:37Speaker 1: at school.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Being never really kind of.
- 46:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I never found it interesting. There was I didn't
- 46:49Speaker 1: metal work as well. That was even less interesting. I
- 46:54Speaker 1: just working with metal wasn't really something that I particularly
- 47:01Speaker 1: looked forward to. No what down in junior school I
- 47:12Speaker 1: used to like would work because it was just part
- 47:15Speaker 1: drafts and I'd be working with balsa wood. So what
- 47:20Speaker 1: I needed was a little knife, uh little had I suppose,
- 47:25Speaker 1: he said, whittling I think it's called and a bit
- 47:30Speaker 1: of sandpaper and I would make this uh what are
- 47:35Speaker 1: they called? Not yachts canoes? Made these little canoes, and
- 47:44Speaker 1: I used to quite enjoy doing it. And cross stitchen
- 47:47Speaker 1: as well. I loved across stitching. Oh yes, I don't
- 47:53Speaker 1: know what it was.
- 47:54Speaker 2: I think.
- 47:58Speaker 1: I think it might be. They gave me a focus,
- 48:05Speaker 1: something to really focus on. It took my mind away
- 48:09Speaker 1: from why I was thinking about. I guess maybe, and
- 48:17Speaker 1: I needed that because I was about nine and ten
- 48:20Speaker 1: when I did that, and I was I felt good.
- 48:26Speaker 1: I felt very relaxed when I did stop stotch, critchen, stotch, critchen, critch, stotching,
- 48:35Speaker 1: cross stitching, cross stitching. I tried it again when I
- 48:41Speaker 1: was in my twenties. I can't remember what happened. I
- 48:51Speaker 1: don't know why I didn't stick it to it, because
- 48:56Speaker 1: otherwise I've been.
- 48:56Speaker 2: Doing it now night.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Whether if I did do it now, i'd probably use
- 49:02Speaker 1: a tambourine. Okay, it's not you know that round thing that.
- 49:07Speaker 2: You the use, or I think you can.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Maybe you can use like a not a door frame,
- 49:17Speaker 1: like a frame thing and you put the material on
- 49:22Speaker 1: and you can do it that way, just so you
- 49:24Speaker 1: can see what you're doing. Tambourines they were like tambourines,
- 49:33Speaker 1: they're around anyway. They didn't have like you can shape them.
- 49:40Speaker 1: You can't join the orchestra or a choir because I
- 49:46Speaker 1: didn't make any noise, so as an accompaniment they weren't
- 49:56Speaker 1: much use. But for stock stock critchen cross cross stitching.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Why such hard word to say cross stitching, cross stitching, bliming.
- 50:14Speaker 1: I think it's because I haven't said it for some while.
- 50:19Speaker 1: It's not it's not a term that I've used very
- 50:22Speaker 1: often in the last fifty years of forty five years.
- 50:30Speaker 1: But I still love it. I really did, really did.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Just perhaps that's why I need although To be honest,
- 50:44Speaker 1: I find making podcasts have kind of the same reaction
- 50:55Speaker 1: for me. It's unfocused, but not on myself. Although I'm
- 51:02Speaker 1: talking about myself, I'm not focused on There's nothing going
- 51:11Speaker 1: on in my mind other than the next word. Well,
- 51:16Speaker 1: maybe wonder why I said the next word. That's a
- 51:21Speaker 1: very focused, very relaxing thing today. Making a recording for
- 51:27Speaker 1: me because if it wasn't, then I wouldn't do it. Yeah,
- 51:39Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do something I don't want to do.
- 51:45Speaker 2: I've tried.
- 51:47Speaker 1: That's my whole life trying to do that. But as
- 51:51Speaker 1: far as recordings, I have forced myself to make recordings
- 51:55Speaker 1: in the past and it doesn't work. I'll do it
- 51:59Speaker 1: it recording, then I'll have to trash it because I
- 52:02Speaker 1: realized I've just been a little bit too grumpy. So
- 52:16Speaker 1: I only make a recording when I want to, when
- 52:22Speaker 1: i'm up through it, i'm feeling. I mean, sometimes I
- 52:26Speaker 1: do one when I'm tired. Sometimes I do one because
- 52:32Speaker 1: I know I need to do it. But it's not
- 52:36Speaker 1: that I don't want to. I might give myself a
- 52:41Speaker 1: little nutch maybe on the Q and a Friday when
- 52:45Speaker 1: I'm thinking I've left it late. I'm gonna have to
- 52:49Speaker 1: do it. If I don't do it now, I'll have
- 52:52Speaker 1: to do it in the morning. And I think, no,
- 52:56Speaker 1: I do it now, But it's never. It's never forced. Wow,
- 53:04Speaker 1: my stomach just a proper curcle. That's why he had
- 53:10Speaker 1: breakfast cere yesterday. I have not had any food, so
- 53:16Speaker 1: I need to since Monday. So I need to like
- 53:20Speaker 1: my food food, you know. So I'm gonna make myself
- 53:25Speaker 1: a couple of toasted sandwiches once Mondays. Yeah, I just
- 53:52Speaker 1: needed to check something I don't know. In my freezer.
- 54:05Speaker 1: I did have some rolls which I can toast. I
- 54:10Speaker 1: let them do frost, and then I use them as
- 54:14Speaker 1: roll bread rolls. Basically, the Gea pattern Gee patter, the
- 54:20Speaker 1: Geo patter or Jupetter gepetty rolls, and I'll cook something
- 54:28Speaker 1: in the air for iron to eat them inside the rolls.
- 54:36Speaker 1: I don't know if I've got any left in the freezer,
- 54:44Speaker 1: and if I have, I'm gonna have to stick them.
- 54:48Speaker 2: In the everyer to do frost.
- 54:54Speaker 1: But then I think, maybe what instead is a just
- 55:00Speaker 1: have some toast with something inside the toast rather than
- 55:05Speaker 1: Gemata rules, because I do have at least one loaf
- 55:11Speaker 1: of bread in the freezer, so I need to remember
- 55:17Speaker 1: to eat it, because I know that if I leave
- 55:22Speaker 1: the bread in the freezer too long, the bread just
- 55:24Speaker 1: going wrong.
- 55:26Speaker 2: It's not.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Weird as you think, Oh you put in a freezer
- 55:32Speaker 1: should last for ages and ages it's frozen. But if
- 55:38Speaker 1: it's left in it too long, the results of toasting
- 55:44Speaker 1: a piece of bread A slice of bread that's been
- 55:47Speaker 1: in the freezer too too long is not nice. Fresh
- 55:59Speaker 1: toast is quite nice. Fresh bread toast is also yum
- 56:04Speaker 1: yum yum yum yum. Dependent, I think depends on what
- 56:08Speaker 1: kind of bread it is.
- 56:15Speaker 2: That was weird.
- 56:17Speaker 1: There's a bread card toasty that we can get right.
- 56:21Speaker 1: It's too big to fit in the toaster. Long wise,
- 56:28Speaker 1: it's ridiculous. It's corn toasties. You'd think that meant it's
- 56:33Speaker 1: for toasting unless I've got the smallest toaster in the world.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Don't getting a card. Who was barking again? Hopefully it's
- 56:44Speaker 1: stock Now that dog is exactly the same as Loki,
- 56:51Speaker 1: same make same. Everything really looks different, but kind of
- 56:56Speaker 1: the same type of dog. Saint Market Saints Sounds are saying,
- 57:06Speaker 1: we're deep old voice. I don't know if you can
- 57:16Speaker 1: hear my stomach. I'm gonna have to go and eat.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Eat.
- 57:22Speaker 1: I tell you eat, Yes, I'm gonna eat. Maybe it's
- 57:29Speaker 1: gonna add some ice cream. So when I when I
- 57:33Speaker 1: went out with Finnie, I came back had a cornetto.
- 57:37Speaker 1: I gave him some some of the ice creamy kinde
- 57:40Speaker 1: of the cornetto has got chocolate on the the crust
- 57:44Speaker 1: or weaver, but this is just strawberry and vanilla. So
- 57:50Speaker 1: I gave him a bet of the ice cream and
- 57:52Speaker 1: he lapped that up very quickly. M he's just waking up.
- 58:02Speaker 1: His head was hanging down. I was gone back to
- 58:05Speaker 1: sleep again. He just he has weird dreams. Ever, Dawn
- 58:12Speaker 1: woke him up because literally making those strangest sounds. This
- 58:19Speaker 1: was on Monday night. I don't know what he was thinking,
- 58:28Speaker 1: but just spend time with the neighbor who used to
- 58:32Speaker 1: have him. He spent about an.
- 58:34Speaker 2: Hour and a half with her.
- 58:37Speaker 1: For the first time. But since the beginning of the year,
- 58:41Speaker 1: really and I think it's h's had an emotional effect
- 58:49Speaker 1: on him because he adores her, absolutely adors her. He's
- 58:56Speaker 1: known as since he was born, since he was literally born.
- 59:00Speaker 1: She's one of the first people he ever saw in
- 59:04Speaker 1: his life, so he's got a big attachment to her.
- 59:10Speaker 1: I'd say that after two and a half years of
- 59:14Speaker 1: living here and sleeping in the bedroom me and being
- 59:17Speaker 1: with me nearly all the time, he's probably got an
- 59:22Speaker 1: attachment to me as well. I just don't know.
- 59:27Speaker 2: It seems to be.
- 59:27Speaker 1: Different with her. It's just I gave her the lead
- 59:41Speaker 1: and she walked off and he went, didn't look back,
- 59:45Speaker 1: didn't care I wasn't there. He kind of I don't know.
- 59:51Speaker 1: I feel that he should want to stay with me
- 59:57Speaker 1: in a way, but I think he's happy. He's happy,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: he's a happy boy. He doesn't get the stimulations that
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: he needs, I don't think, but he doesn't get out
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: a few times a day. He sees quite a few
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: different dogs, lots of different people, he says alot to
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: there's an amazing amount of people around him that know
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: him by name, and any have any like. I don't
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: even know af the people are.
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: Let's see what seems to know him less sort.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Of cold, get themselves of food and need to also
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: get delivery. I forgot about that. Yeah, I need to
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: give myself delivery because running out of milk.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: I'll just see.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I might have enough milk for tomorrow morning.
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: I do know.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: We'll see, We'll see what happens, cause maybe I'll wait
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: until tomorrow get delivery tomorrow. I've definitely got enough milk
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: for tea, for a few cups of tea. But I
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: don't know if the breakfast cereal. And I do like
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: to have my I do like to have my ready
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: break in the morning, and it takes some menial bowl
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: of milk, I tell it. Okay, yeah, good boy, did
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: you have a lovely sleep?
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: You did? Okay, you're right, good bully.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: He laid his head down again. There's strangers when he's
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: lying on the sofa with me next to me, I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: can have my hand on him the whole time, stroking him,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: massaging him just and he's fine with that. But if
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: we're in bed, doesn't does not put my hand on
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: him nowadays, showered to me, I like you as a friend,
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: like this weird thing to say he needs a bath. Wow,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: you know, I was literally gonna say, he doesn't even
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: react to the word bath. But as soon as I
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: said he needs a bath, he looked up at me.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I must stomach a got a game, which means it's
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: dim thing. It's time. So thank you for listening. Remember
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: to be kind, deer, because you do deserve to be happy,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: a be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: lots of loved.
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: Relax in a more deep and meaningful way. Maybe in
- 1:04:24Speaker 6: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: not just relaxed.
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: At the end of the recording when it's finished and
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace, But also.
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: I think it would be nice to have those feelings
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: of relaxation continue.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: For longer.
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: After the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: benefit from listening to my voice. Maybe in a few
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: if you find like some people do and myself as well,
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 1:06:40Speaker 6: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: but it was a guided visualizations, so.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: It kind of was hypnosis really, and.
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: I managed to find it again and it still has
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: the same effect on me. And part of it was
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: the person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 1:07:21Speaker 6: and I'd look forward to listening to her.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: In the morning and in the evening.
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 1:07:45Speaker 6: since I've done that, pressed the play button. This is
- 1:07:50Speaker 6: in the days of CD players, pressed the play button.
- 1:08:04Speaker 6: In fact, it might have even been a tape recorder.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: necessarily listening to her words because I had them memorized. Really,
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 1:08:46Speaker 6: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: I remember my mind would slow down. Now now I
- 1:09:22Speaker 6: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 1:09:44Speaker 6: till two thousand and six.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: I knew, I knew how helpful I found being able to.
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: Just let go, to have that trust in the person
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: that I'm listening to, knowing that it's going.
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: To be just as relaxing, if not more so. Each
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: Some people.
- 1:10:55Speaker 6: Have been listening to me for over a decade.
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: Maybe not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day,
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: but maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: by listening, is when I record these recordings.
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: Now, for example, I also am affected by the words.
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: That I say. So if I set you.
- 1:12:21Speaker 6: Focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: noticing my feet relaxing.
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: If I said focus on your hands, and maybe notice
- 1:13:00Speaker 6: the difference between each hand, perhaps notice the air in
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: the room, the temperature of the room.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: On the backs of your hands.
- 1:13:26Speaker 6: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: type of breeze at all.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: Where you are right now.
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 1:14:02Speaker 6: aware of how relaxed my hands.
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: Our feeling now and when it comes to.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: Potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: you're listening, I also feel drousy when I make these recordings.
- 1:15:01Speaker 6: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 1:15:19Speaker 6: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 1:15:34Speaker 6: carry on talking.
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: And it's suddenly where I listen back to do the editing,
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: I hear snoring, and I think I don't remember snoring.
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: I remember talking, and snoring was a pick turned up.
- 1:16:10Speaker 6: That's why I sound like when I snow, I.
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: Get read into the whole experience.
- 1:16:30Speaker 6: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed do you
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: feel in your feet, how relaxed.
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: You feel in your hands. I have noticed more and more.
- 1:17:16Speaker 6: That the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that additional
- 1:17:52Speaker 6: muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe easier without
- 1:18:14Speaker 6: necessarily focusing on your breath however, being able to notice
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: the ease.
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: In which your brief so nice, actually breathe so very
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: easily and smoothly.
- 1:19:48Speaker 6: Whenever I imagine my breathing improved when I've got my
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: eyes closed, attend to visualize.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: Beautiful field of trees and.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: Flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It was nice too,
- 1:21:08Speaker 6: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything, enjoying.
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: That feeling of.
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: Peace serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems to just.
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: Drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: Deeply, peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in this moment,
- 1:24:05Speaker 6: completely free.
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: You like to say that.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: Your mind.
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: Slowed down. Slowed down.
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: Because nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: The physical sensations of a lad the stress.
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: Drip out of your body, dripping out of every part
- 1:26:24Speaker 6: of your body, being released from your brain in your mind.
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: Slowly but surely, muscle, same legs, legs, racks, rice, so
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: very deep, thing.
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: Lags so deeply, and the feeings, the pleasant feelings in
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: your arms and shoulders deepen in each part of your
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: body further and deeper and deeper, not to say the
- 1:29:44Speaker 6: feelings in the back of your neck, the feelings in
- 1:30:11Speaker 6: your wrists, muscles in the front of your body, allso
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: peace deep, there's a sense of peace.

- 1:59:00Speaker 6: are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused
- 1:59:12Speaker 6: your mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is
- 1:59:20Speaker 6: growing within you throughout your body, and your mind starts
- 1:59:29Speaker 6: to slow down, and that could be almost in recognition
- 1:59:40Speaker 6: of I guess my speech not being particularly fast, things generally.
- 1:59:57Speaker 2: Feel calmer.
- 2:00:01Speaker 6: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 2:00:09Speaker 6: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 2:00:17Speaker 6: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 2:00:26Speaker 6: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 2:00:36Speaker 6: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 2:00:41Speaker 6: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 2:00:53Speaker 6: and it stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 2:01:02Speaker 6: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 2:01:08Speaker 6: allowing the negativity out.
- 2:01:17Speaker 2: And at the same time.
- 2:01:19Speaker 6: Replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then fills
- 2:01:30Speaker 6: your body up and your mind to also starts to
- 2:01:41Speaker 6: appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling,
- 2:01:58Speaker 6: positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 2:02:13Speaker 6: wave of comfort. And all this comes.
- 2:02:22Speaker 3: From just.
- 2:02:26Speaker 6: Allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however
- 2:02:35Speaker 6: long you want it to be, to just rest.
- 2:02:45Speaker 2: And allow.
- 2:02:48Speaker 6: Your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 2:02:59Speaker 6: the setting of comfort and relaxation, calmness which allows more
- 2:03:14Speaker 6: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 2:03:28Speaker 6: your body and into your mind. Must as if your
- 2:03:36Speaker 6: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other,
- 2:03:49Speaker 6: with that growing positivity and calmness, And.
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: It feels nice, really.
- 2:04:04Speaker 6: Does feel nice to know that you are the one
- 2:04:10Speaker 6: that has allowed yourself.
- 2:04:16Speaker 2: To feel more comfort and to experience more of this.
- 2:04:30Speaker 6: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 2:04:47Speaker 6: on each part of your body, you can notice that.
- 2:04:53Speaker 3: That part.
- 2:04:57Speaker 6: Becomes even more relaxed.
- 2:05:05Speaker 2: Just by focusing on.
- 2:05:07Speaker 6: It, becomes even more calm and comfortable.
- 2:05:18Speaker 2: Just by focusing.
- 2:05:24Speaker 6: And as I'm moved down your body, starting.
- 2:05:28Speaker 2: At your head, the parts that you have already focused
- 2:05:35Speaker 2: on or can continue.
- 2:05:39Speaker 6: To relax deeply and those parts that have not yet
- 2:05:46Speaker 6: focused on what just automatically release any remain intention in
- 2:05:59Speaker 6: anticipate patient of even more comfort about to come.
- 2:06:10Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:06:13Speaker 6: And the start by focusing on your forehead, just being
- 2:06:20Speaker 6: aware of the feelings of your forehead.
- 2:06:28Speaker 2: Any background sounds.
- 2:06:31Speaker 6: Like mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to
- 2:06:36Speaker 6: feel you're more relaxed. Just means during the moment, this
- 2:06:47Speaker 6: isn't this isn't a sterile environment.
- 2:06:51Speaker 2: This is the world.
- 2:06:55Speaker 6: I live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature
- 2:07:02Speaker 6: sounds around. As you focus on your forehead, just notice
- 2:07:13Speaker 6: how it becomes even more relaxed as.
- 2:07:18Speaker 11: You focus only on my voice and that part of
- 2:07:27Speaker 11: your body.
- 2:07:32Speaker 6: Move down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 2:07:43Speaker 6: how your eyelids feel so heavy it has so light
- 2:07:53Speaker 6: at the same time, and all the muscles around your
- 2:07:59Speaker 6: eyes relaxing.
- 2:08:02Speaker 2: Completely.
- 2:08:07Speaker 6: Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 2:08:16Speaker 6: your teeth, your comeshore of your mouth relaxing, calm, looseles.
- 2:08:35Speaker 6: You focus now on your jaw, just a part of
- 2:08:43Speaker 6: your jaw, ney, your mouth, your chin, all the way
- 2:08:48Speaker 6: up the size of your face to your ears.
- 2:08:56Speaker 13: Of your jaw.
- 2:09:00Speaker 2: Again relaxed and a calm like.
- 2:09:19Speaker 3: You sin.
- 2:09:23Speaker 2: On your neck. The front of your neck and your
- 2:09:28Speaker 2: throat lax in, loose and calm. The sides of your neck.
- 2:09:44Speaker 6: The right and left side of your leg relax, stink,
- 2:09:52Speaker 6: lace and calm. Now the back of your leg. Focus
- 2:10:10Speaker 6: in on the back of your leg, letting go with
- 2:10:19Speaker 6: any tension that may have been there before, and enjoying
- 2:10:26Speaker 6: that sense of increasing comfort and release I think you
- 2:10:39Speaker 6: can experience in the back of your neck, moving down
- 2:10:50Speaker 6: your back, moving either side of your spine right.
- 2:10:58Speaker 2: From the top of your back.
- 2:11:01Speaker 6: All the way down to the bottom of your back, down.
- 2:11:15Speaker 2: To your lower back.
- 2:11:21Speaker 6: As you move up and down your spine, you can
- 2:11:28Speaker 6: feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 2:11:44Speaker 6: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 2:11:51Speaker 6: to spread outwards from your spine to both sides of
- 2:12:01Speaker 6: your back, the top of your back, the middle end
- 2:12:08Speaker 6: your lower back. And as she's scared gently and slowly
- 2:12:19Speaker 6: up and down your back, the muscles in the top
- 2:12:25Speaker 6: of your back relegs and become a looser.
- 2:12:33Speaker 2: The muscles in the middle of your back.
- 2:12:37Speaker 6: Also seemed just almost divine from each other, separating and
- 2:12:48Speaker 6: almost melting.
- 2:12:55Speaker 2: And your lower back there seems to be an extra
- 2:13:01Speaker 2: special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips. Sit
- 2:13:18Speaker 2: down your lower back and into your hips, into the
- 2:13:25Speaker 2: area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. As
- 2:13:35Speaker 2: muscles that.
- 2:13:36Speaker 6: Spread bring your lower back into your hip area, start
- 2:13:49Speaker 6: to melt, start to reading, let go, and you'll know
- 2:14:05Speaker 6: where about to focus on your shoulders, your back, your spine,
- 2:14:14Speaker 6: continue until they go. Continue to relax.
- 2:14:27Speaker 2: So courly.
- 2:14:35Speaker 6: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 2:14:41Speaker 6: already feeling really, they're already.
- 2:15:04Speaker 2: Calm feet.
- 2:15:16Speaker 6: Those muscles then move from the neck into your shoulders.
- 2:15:31Speaker 6: Feels so soft and gentle, so so.
- 2:15:48Speaker 3: And calm.
- 2:16:00Speaker 6: The feeling in your shoulders seems to spread deep into
- 2:16:13Speaker 6: your shoulders and since relaxation, not just traveling deeply into
- 2:16:25Speaker 6: your muscles, also relaxing.
- 2:16:34Speaker 2: The butterless.
- 2:16:40Speaker 6: And moving our way to underneath your arms.
- 2:16:46Speaker 2: Relaxing the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 2:16:54Speaker 2: and underneath your arms.
- 2:16:59Speaker 3: He Then.

- 2:31:14Speaker 6: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:31:20Speaker 6: to one.
- 2:31:26Speaker 2: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:31:29Speaker 2: down some steps.
- 2:31:33Speaker 6: And each step or twenty steps, and each step represents.
- 2:31:38Speaker 2: A level of comfort, each step represents a deepening.
- 2:31:51Speaker 6: Of that comfort, and the further you walk down those
- 2:32:01Speaker 6: steps that deeper last feel so starting with number twenty.
- 2:32:27Speaker 2: Twenty, nineteen, eight, seventeen sixteen, the studio three fourhhhhhhe too, we.
- 2:40:03Speaker 13: As usus.
- 2:43:13Speaker 2: Night six.
- 2:46:13Speaker 15: Speaking lady in.
- 2:47:05Speaker 1: Five d.
- 2:50:11Speaker 15: Us using the us.
- 2:52:58Speaker 2: Focus on your.
- 2:53:09Speaker 6: We're gonna count down from ten down to one, focusing
- 2:53:21Speaker 6: just on your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:53:32Speaker 6: your eye waves themselves, the whole area that makes up
- 2:53:41Speaker 6: your eye. As we count down from ten down to one.
- 2:54:00Speaker 6: As to focus in on your eyes, you will become
- 2:54:12Speaker 6: twice is relaxed with each number counting down.
- 2:54:24Speaker 2: That you may find the way you want to do
- 2:54:31Speaker 2: is just.
- 2:54:34Speaker 6: Drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:54:44Speaker 6: then just allow yourself to do that. Now focusing on
- 2:54:57Speaker 6: your eyes.
- 2:55:00Speaker 2: Down to begin counting down ten downs one right now,
- 2:55:19Speaker 2: ten nine eight.
- 2:57:14Speaker 16: Se hide.
- 3:04:17Speaker 2: One.
- 3:04:23Speaker 6: So counted down for ten to one, ten nine eight,
- 3:04:43Speaker 6: seven six five.
- 3:04:51Speaker 2: Four three two one. And maybe that was a bit
- 3:05:08Speaker 2: too quick in order to relax.
- 3:05:12Speaker 6: Maybe it's a bit too fast for you to notice
- 3:05:16Speaker 6: the calming of your body, maybe even a little bit
- 3:05:25Speaker 6: of pressure there.
- 3:05:25Speaker 2: Like you'll count it down from ten to one. Would
- 3:05:29Speaker 2: you expect me to do?
- 3:05:30Speaker 6: Man, expect me to just to go with floppy just
- 3:05:35Speaker 6: because you're counting down. If you try again, but this
- 3:05:44Speaker 6: time I'll go a bit slower this time that you
- 3:05:50Speaker 6: focus on the whole of your body before we focus
- 3:05:56Speaker 6: on relex.
- 3:05:59Speaker 2: Just notice and your body does.
- 3:06:04Speaker 6: Start to feel more relaxed. Every number that I count
- 3:06:18Speaker 6: down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:07:08Speaker 2: Four three, and just notice how how you feel, generally, how.
- 3:08:08Speaker 6: Your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down
- 3:08:22Speaker 6: from ten to one. It's that space that you have,
- 3:08:30Speaker 6: that space between.
- 3:08:40Speaker 2: Being active physically or mentally, just.
- 3:08:54Speaker 6: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 3:08:59Speaker 6: not safe in anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 3:09:05Speaker 6: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 3:09:09Speaker 6: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 3:09:20Speaker 6: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 3:09:28Speaker 6: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 3:09:40Speaker 2: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 3:09:53Speaker 2: discomforts physically or emotionally moves away. Allows you.
- 3:10:09Speaker 5: To just.
- 3:10:13Speaker 2: Slow down, someone to count the game.
- 3:10:19Speaker 6: From ten down to one, and notice that gap widening,
- 3:10:27Speaker 6: the gap, and this it widens. It's almost like that
- 3:10:33Speaker 6: the stress and attention falls into the gap.
- 3:10:50Speaker 2: Gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 3:11:46Speaker 2: five four three. Now, how did your body you feel?
- 3:13:09Speaker 3: Now?
- 3:13:22Speaker 2: Can you notice that then you feeling calm, then you feeling.
- 3:13:38Speaker 6: Relaxed, as were, now, focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 3:14:21Speaker 6: We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 3:14:42Speaker 6: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because.
- 3:14:50Speaker 2: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 3:14:53Speaker 2: lot going on right now.
- 3:15:03Speaker 6: Just focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops
- 3:15:09Speaker 6: of your thighs, the sides of your thighs, the bottoms
- 3:15:16Speaker 6: of your thighs, your outer thighs and inner thighs, basically the.
- 3:15:23Speaker 2: Whole of your thigh that leads into your hip and
- 3:15:31Speaker 2: it goes down to your knee wind And this is
- 3:15:42Speaker 2: a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 3:15:49Speaker 6: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 3:15:55Speaker 6: or in your thighs. But I don't think we need
- 3:16:09Speaker 6: perhaps give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't
- 3:16:24Speaker 6: and acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 3:16:32Speaker 2: To our lives, how much they actually differ us all
- 3:16:53Speaker 2: through our lives. And it may seem to sound really weird,
- 3:17:03Speaker 2: but I think that all of our.
- 3:17:07Speaker 6: Body parts, especially our thighs, needs some TLC, a bit
- 3:17:18Speaker 6: of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude
- 3:17:38Speaker 6: for what our thighs do for us. And I know
- 3:17:47Speaker 6: this may sound a strange. Maybe you think, why am
- 3:17:53Speaker 6: I short? How should be out in the garden hugging
- 3:17:57Speaker 6: a tree or something? Well, it's hard to set a
- 3:18:05Speaker 6: microphone up on a tree when I'm.
- 3:18:08Speaker 2: Doing this, sidoors I was. I wouldn't be outside in
- 3:18:10Speaker 2: a dream. I can't see the television for the tree.
- 3:18:20Speaker 6: If you move down to your knees, we gain such
- 3:18:25Speaker 6: an important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll
- 3:18:34Speaker 6: speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all that
- 3:18:42Speaker 6: one needs to do for me until I have a
- 3:18:47Speaker 6: problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe I'm
- 3:18:52Speaker 6: best it it's aching for some reason. It's then that
- 3:18:59Speaker 6: I realize how much it does. You know, the benefit
- 3:19:04Speaker 6: of being able to use my legs without any kind
- 3:19:12Speaker 6: of physical discomfort.
- 3:19:15Speaker 2: Is a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciating tool it's
- 3:19:23Speaker 2: temporarily removed. You know that's comfort. But as you focus
- 3:19:32Speaker 2: on your.
- 3:19:32Speaker 6: Knees, regardless of how your knees feel, you can have
- 3:19:41Speaker 6: that sense of gratitude.
- 3:19:45Speaker 2: And love to your needs for all they do for you.
- 3:19:59Speaker 6: You can still have that attention on your thighs maybe
- 3:20:03Speaker 6: notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you notice that they
- 3:20:10Speaker 6: are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the
- 3:20:28Speaker 6: bottoms of your legs and your shins, your calf muscles,
- 3:20:33Speaker 6: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and
- 3:20:41Speaker 6: the course your ankles.
- 3:20:44Speaker 2: So important. Anyone that's had.
- 3:20:53Speaker 6: Even like the slightest sprain of an ankle knows how.
- 3:21:00Speaker 2: How much we take our ankles for granted. And it's
- 3:21:10Speaker 2: kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 3:21:15Speaker 6: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 3:21:19Speaker 6: the rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 3:21:24Speaker 6: you can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:21:27Speaker 6: picking stuff up.
- 3:21:29Speaker 2: By our ankles so much thinner than the rest of
- 3:21:35Speaker 2: our legs. And from a physics perspective or logical even
- 3:21:46Speaker 2: it doesn't really make sense that all this weight will
- 3:21:52Speaker 2: ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to your
- 3:21:58Speaker 2: feet a thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so
- 3:22:12Speaker 2: much great work. Supports us, supports.
- 3:22:17Speaker 6: Our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, helps
- 3:22:29Speaker 6: you to get around, to be mobile.
- 3:22:41Speaker 2: There's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 3:22:49Speaker 2: I couldn't see the pointing calf muscles didn't seem to
- 3:22:53Speaker 2: do anything.
- 3:22:55Speaker 6: Okay, if I worked around on tiptoes, then my calf
- 3:22:59Speaker 6: muscles get some work.
- 3:23:02Speaker 2: Of course, that's not true. The calf muscles are being
- 3:23:05Speaker 2: used whenever we use our legs. Then your shins there
- 3:23:18Speaker 2: to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way almost
- 3:23:29Speaker 2: as a protector for the bone, leading of course to
- 3:23:41Speaker 2: your ankles and your feet.
- 3:23:50Speaker 6: We're not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 3:23:52Speaker 6: going to focus on the legs. And I realize and
- 3:23:59Speaker 6: now there are bitch in your feet, you'll probably focus.
- 3:24:02Speaker 2: On them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your
- 3:24:06Speaker 2: feet a little bit. You can have them in your
- 3:24:12Speaker 2: awareness the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:24:19Speaker 6: Even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs a
- 3:24:23Speaker 6: few minutes, we're focusing on your angles. There's still that
- 3:24:35Speaker 6: sensation of comfort in your thighs. There's that movement.
- 3:24:52Speaker 2: Of energy.
- 3:24:54Speaker 6: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:25:02Speaker 6: there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that we have
- 3:25:06Speaker 6: in our thighs, but the skin on the outside of
- 3:25:20Speaker 6: the thighs, as in.
- 3:25:22Speaker 2: The outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 3:25:32Speaker 2: sensitive to attached, sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs
- 3:25:48Speaker 2: the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the
- 3:25:53Speaker 2: ar trees, to all this stuff that inside your thighs.
- 3:26:03Speaker 2: I guess sometimes it'd be nice.
- 3:26:06Speaker 6: If you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 3:26:11Speaker 6: and message, So you can message on the outside of
- 3:26:16Speaker 6: the goose, but be able to get deep into the muscles,
- 3:26:21Speaker 6: to be able to just message inside your thighs.
- 3:26:25Speaker 2: Message in the bones of your leg massage with veins,
- 3:26:35Speaker 2: just gently.
- 3:26:39Speaker 6: Healing thighs. You can move down, message inside your knees.
- 3:26:51Speaker 6: Just message in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the
- 3:26:58Speaker 6: healing energy deep into the choice.
- 3:27:03Speaker 2: Your knees.
- 3:27:09Speaker 6: Of course, it's the back of your your need and
- 3:27:13Speaker 6: the inside crease real need is it's a very sensitive area,
- 3:27:22Speaker 6: very feels very nice when it striken. That might be
- 3:27:27Speaker 6: because it's an area that's not really touched very often.
- 3:27:33Speaker 6: It's almost like a hidden part that crease.
- 3:27:39Speaker 2: Your legs. It's almost.
- 3:27:43Speaker 3: Like a part that.
- 3:27:45Speaker 6: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:27:57Speaker 6: it's protected by your legs, so you can let you
- 3:28:07Speaker 6: put in your fingers into the increase your legs. Folding
- 3:28:18Speaker 6: between your legs, you can just message with your fingertips,
- 3:28:23Speaker 6: let your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tisshue.
- 3:28:35Speaker 6: You can cause a fielder the bones of your knees
- 3:28:40Speaker 6: heading through your fingertips. And then as you go down.
- 3:28:54Speaker 2: To your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 3:28:57Speaker 2: to be able to really put my can to stain
- 3:29:01Speaker 2: inside the calf muscles, massage in every.
- 3:29:08Speaker 6: Single tissue of their muscle, healing every part. And they're
- 3:29:21Speaker 6: doing the same for my shoes. Massage in generally stroking
- 3:29:29Speaker 6: the bones, generally stroking them, healing in a loving way
- 3:29:36Speaker 6: because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious bones
- 3:29:43Speaker 6: that they are, because their legs are so precious as
- 3:29:47Speaker 6: they all the other parts of our body, the more
- 3:29:52Speaker 6: precious of any chub.
- 3:29:56Speaker 2: On the planet. When you start to think about the
- 3:30:12Speaker 2: legs in its way, it can change your perspective. It
- 3:30:24Speaker 2: might sound be silly to start with the idea of
- 3:30:32Speaker 2: having love your legs, showing appreciation.
- 3:30:39Speaker 6: For your thighs, wanting to be able to put your
- 3:30:45Speaker 6: hands in your thighs, massage the muscles and the bones
- 3:30:55Speaker 6: to get your fingers deep in their releasing tension.
- 3:31:04Speaker 2: Just to show how much you care about your legs.
- 3:31:13Speaker 2: M do you care for what your legs do for
- 3:31:17Speaker 2: you regularly? Your knee, your cards, your ankles, the strength
- 3:31:31Speaker 2: of your ankles.
- 3:31:35Speaker 6: Considering how fit they are compared to the rest of
- 3:31:39Speaker 6: your legs, especially your thighs.
- 3:31:45Speaker 2: Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your
- 3:31:57Speaker 2: ankles are truly a gift.
- 3:32:06Speaker 6: Because of what they do for you, supporting all that weight,
- 3:32:17Speaker 6: regardless of how what weight you are, even if you're
- 3:32:21Speaker 6: only eat at stony, there's still a lot of weight
- 3:32:26Speaker 6: for these little ankles, how.
- 3:32:32Speaker 2: A lot heavier. The Madstone double dough.
- 3:32:39Speaker 3: In my a course.
- 3:32:42Speaker 2: Support my body.
- 3:32:44Speaker 3: All the time.
- 3:32:48Speaker 2: What they do give off a sigh of relief to
- 3:32:51Speaker 2: sit down. That's my old licks, though I think feet
- 3:33:02Speaker 2: or saco my toes clap. Your legs really are amazing,
- 3:33:35Speaker 2: and I know there talking about talking about your legs'
- 3:33:38Speaker 2: is probably possibly among the most most boring things you
- 3:33:45Speaker 2: ever heard anyone saying.
- 3:33:48Speaker 6: Possibly, but boring or not, everything I said is true.
- 3:33:58Speaker 6: Your legs are amazing. Your lex deserve not just respect,
- 3:34:18Speaker 6: They deserve.
- 3:34:19Speaker 2: To relax deeply. They deserve to take some time out
- 3:34:32Speaker 2: of the day to just let go completely. Your les
- 3:35:01Speaker 2: really can relax.
- 3:35:11Speaker 6: Because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:35:15Speaker 6: very important part of your body. When you relax your legs,
- 3:35:22Speaker 6: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:35:32Speaker 6: journey of comfort, like a feeling my hips. My hips
- 3:35:45Speaker 6: feel really loose, and also my lower back as well.
- 3:35:54Speaker 6: My lower back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:36:00Speaker 6: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:36:06Speaker 2: As far as my way that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:36:10Speaker 2: as if the muscles just relaxed so much that there.
- 3:36:14Speaker 6: Is a natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot.
- 3:36:39Speaker 6: And I'm now going to count down ten down to one.
- 3:36:47Speaker 2: You can continue to film wonderfully relaxed. Ten nine eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 3:37:24Speaker 3: Three two.
- 3:37:33Speaker 6: One relax. So I'm just gonna countdown five down to one.
- 3:37:53Speaker 6: And as a countdown, if you just focus on the numbers,
- 3:37:59Speaker 6: just the numbers counting down, and notice how you feel.
- 3:38:10Speaker 1: In this moment.
- 3:38:13Speaker 2: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:38:17Speaker 2: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:38:30Speaker 2: your body, but also relaxing. Your mind. Just notice how
- 3:38:39Speaker 2: you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:38:45Speaker 2: there's nothing to think about. Starting with number five four three.
- 3:39:23Speaker 3: Two one.
- 3:39:39Speaker 2: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:39:47Speaker 3: Letting go.
- 3:39:50Speaker 6: With the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:39:58Speaker 6: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:40:05Speaker 6: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:40:13Speaker 6: that happens.
- 3:40:16Speaker 2: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:40:21Speaker 6: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:40:29Speaker 6: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:40:33Speaker 6: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation, and there's that calmness.
- 3:40:45Speaker 2: That comes from relative quietness.
- 3:40:51Speaker 6: You know, even even if this background sounds, maybe your
- 3:40:56Speaker 6: side or.
- 3:40:57Speaker 2: Mind is still going to be quite calm.
- 3:41:05Speaker 6: You know, you haven't got the television on, there's no
- 3:41:07Speaker 6: music in the background, unless you're listening to the recorded
- 3:41:12Speaker 6: with music.
- 3:41:12Speaker 2: Of course, you are very likely not going to be
- 3:41:19Speaker 2: sitting in a room with other people. Of course, you
- 3:41:23Speaker 2: my paper. Generally, it's more ideal if you can do
- 3:41:27Speaker 2: this on your own, so no distractions, and when you
- 3:41:38Speaker 2: stop thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 3:41:49Speaker 6: Automatically arises. The sense of comfort starts to grow and
- 3:42:03Speaker 6: without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical.
- 3:42:15Speaker 6: This is just a natural process, something.
- 3:42:20Speaker 2: That's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:42:31Speaker 2: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:42:38Speaker 2: no effort into it.
- 3:42:40Speaker 6: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:42:46Speaker 6: that happens naturally. And part of the process of this
- 3:42:57Speaker 6: recording and others.
- 3:43:01Speaker 2: Is simply to allow you to take advantage of this
- 3:43:12Speaker 2: space this time, to just.
- 3:43:23Speaker 6: Let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:43:35Speaker 6: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:43:47Speaker 6: to relax deeply.
- 3:43:54Speaker 2: That maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what is
- 3:44:01Speaker 2: that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:44:13Speaker 6: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:44:23Speaker 6: of falling asleep. The actual fall in the sleep part
- 3:44:27Speaker 6: is the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:44:36Speaker 2: Become, the easier you find.
- 3:44:46Speaker 6: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose day focused
- 3:45:03Speaker 6: on my voice.
- 3:45:06Speaker 2: And then really enjoy the process gradually relaxing each muscle
- 3:45:37Speaker 2: in your body.
- 3:45:43Speaker 6: Effortlessly and just observing the sensation.
- 3:46:04Speaker 10: Of letting go.
- 3:46:11Speaker 2: Completely.
- 3:46:18Speaker 6: This time, I'm gon account from six down to one.
- 3:46:27Speaker 6: You can notice your mind.
- 3:46:33Speaker 2: Calming down with each number that you hear me saying, naturally,
- 3:46:47Speaker 2: feeling calm and slow, be peaceful, six, five.
- 3:47:49Speaker 6: Four, three, being aware how you might slide right out,
- 3:50:03Speaker 6: sinking deeply into relaxation as you focus on your mind and.
- 3:50:30Speaker 3: May notice that.
- 3:50:33Speaker 2: There are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts
- 3:50:41Speaker 2: that for some reason perhaps need your attention. Something you
- 3:50:57Speaker 2: can do.
- 3:51:03Speaker 6: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love,
- 3:51:18Speaker 6: my little petals from a flower.
- 3:51:20Speaker 2: Just sprinkle over the petals fill with love.
- 3:51:27Speaker 6: Towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts, Mom, You're not
- 3:51:34Speaker 6: banded in them, You just need them.
- 3:51:39Speaker 2: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:51:55Speaker 1: For now.
- 3:52:03Speaker 6: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:52:08Speaker 6: count down this time from seven down to one of
- 3:52:14Speaker 6: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude.
- 3:52:33Speaker 2: Over those thoughts, which will allow them to just not away.
- 3:52:45Speaker 6: Relax deeply. Of every number, those thoughts will become more

- 3:57:14Speaker 6: and focusing on your hands, noticingarly film.
- 3:57:41Speaker 2: Because the ball relaxed. Do your hands feel I can't.

- 3:59:53Speaker 2: Eights, doun one, you can almost.

- 4:00:44Speaker 6: Eight, down to one, drifting, drifting again, two place.
- 4:01:52Speaker 2: Seven shi.
- 4:05:01Speaker 6: Just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 4:05:12Speaker 6: nothing to say, and then everything just feels calmer.
- 4:05:26Speaker 2: This is your natural state of being, This is how
- 4:05:34Speaker 2: you just normally feel. You take away that other stuff.
- 4:05:44Speaker 3: That we add.
- 4:05:47Speaker 2: I thinks, like stress and wor we're hear.
- 4:05:52Speaker 17: I think.
- 4:05:56Speaker 2: Anxiety and tension generally thinking about stuff. Take that away,
- 4:06:10Speaker 2: just what we do we do now.
- 4:06:18Speaker 18: You left with.
- 4:06:22Speaker 6: A real sense of pasfulness, which comes to very good
- 4:06:31Speaker 6: place because ultimately it's just.
- 4:06:38Speaker 2: A feeling.
- 4:06:44Speaker 6: Of feeling no comfort, almost as if you got inside
- 4:06:52Speaker 6: yourself and you've.
- 4:06:53Speaker 2: Found a special place where think please basic.
- 4:07:07Speaker 6: Place way in the film, relaxed and your natural sense
- 4:07:15Speaker 6: of confident place we be. You can accept yourself when
- 4:07:30Speaker 6: you are place way you're trying to please an iglios
- 4:07:39Speaker 6: and place way.
- 4:07:44Speaker 3: You can.
- 4:07:46Speaker 2: Actually just love yourself in some ways.
- 4:07:54Speaker 6: More importantly, you can like yourself appreciate you a sense
- 4:08:13Speaker 6: of gratitude.
- 4:08:17Speaker 18: The air.
- 4:08:26Speaker 6: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 4:08:35Speaker 6: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 4:08:50Speaker 6: your body, the healing energy spreads through things, travelant each
- 4:09:07Speaker 6: every single part.
- 4:09:10Speaker 2: Of your body.
- 4:09:17Speaker 6: You start to realize that actually that healing energy, it's
- 4:09:24Speaker 6: not just entered into your brain, it's become a part
- 4:09:31Speaker 6: of your brain, and the spinal fluid is now mixed
- 4:09:42Speaker 6: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 4:09:53Speaker 6: much more relaxed.
- 4:09:57Speaker 2: And healthy moment, but also.
- 4:10:08Speaker 6: You start to realize that actually, what's happening now without
- 4:10:16Speaker 6: a healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body's actually changing
- 4:10:27Speaker 6: your life. It's actually changing the way you're going to feel,
- 4:10:38Speaker 6: not just now, but tomorrow and the next day. There's
- 4:10:45Speaker 6: your health improves, not just your physical health beyond mental health.
- 4:10:57Speaker 2: Things they used to body year in the past, for
- 4:11:03Speaker 2: some reason, no longer have the effect that they used
- 4:11:09Speaker 2: to because something has changed deeper within you.
- 4:11:22Speaker 6: Maybe things that used to cause you to feel anger
- 4:11:32Speaker 6: no longer have that power.
- 4:11:39Speaker 2: To control you the way they seem to be able
- 4:11:44Speaker 2: to before.
- 4:11:48Speaker 12: That.
- 4:11:49Speaker 2: She realize that you're the one who decides what affects you.
- 4:12:04Speaker 6: You're the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm.
- 4:12:14Speaker 2: When you choose to enjoy noticing these natural developments a
- 4:12:30Speaker 2: healing continue to grow.
- 4:12:37Speaker 6: And improve your life day by day, include of course,
- 4:12:49Speaker 6: your ability.
- 4:12:52Speaker 2: To relax so much easier and sleep in.
- 4:13:06Speaker 6: It's the most natural thing in the world to you,
- 4:13:16Speaker 6: because falling asleep is something that you've.
- 4:13:20Speaker 2: Done so many times.
- 4:13:26Speaker 18: In your life, and you know that you were born,
- 4:13:33Speaker 18: as we.
- 4:13:33Speaker 6: All work, with the ability to fall asleep naturally, born
- 4:13:46Speaker 6: with that ability.
- 4:13:51Speaker 2: To just drift.
- 4:13:54Speaker 6: Off into a deep healing sleep. Even when we're kids,
- 4:14:08Speaker 6: sometimes will fall asleep and we don't even want to.
- 4:14:13Speaker 2: Try to stay awake.
- 4:14:16Speaker 6: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, while it's Christmas
- 4:14:19Speaker 6: or holiday or something I look.
- 4:14:22Speaker 2: Forward to, I don't want to go to sleep.
- 4:14:26Speaker 6: But the more we want to stay awake, the more
- 4:14:31Speaker 6: we just start to drift. And the more you fights drifting,
- 4:14:41Speaker 6: we try to stop yourself and drifting asleep, the deeper
- 4:14:46Speaker 6: and stronger without drifting becomes. Because we're born not just
- 4:14:58Speaker 6: with the need to relax deeply and to actually fall asleep.
- 4:15:08Speaker 6: It's our birthright, it's part of our DNA, and sometimes
- 4:15:23Speaker 6: as we get older in life, perhaps at times we
- 4:15:28Speaker 6: have forgotten.
- 4:15:34Speaker 2: The relaxing completely. It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience,
- 4:15:50Speaker 2: it's also really easy. It's very very easy to let go,
- 4:16:10Speaker 2: because that's what it is.
- 4:16:12Speaker 19: It's just.
- 4:16:16Speaker 6: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 4:16:27Speaker 6: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 4:16:37Speaker 2: For my voice to relation. When you press that play button,
- 4:16:47Speaker 2: you have given me permission for my words to effect
- 4:16:58Speaker 2: in a positive only a positive way. Opening up your
- 4:17:15Speaker 2: mind to useful and healing suggestions. They can have such
- 4:17:38Speaker 2: an amazing effect.
- 4:17:42Speaker 6: On how you feel right now, as well as those
- 4:17:54Speaker 6: changes that continue long after recording ends. Those changes within
- 4:18:05Speaker 6: you and continue to flourish and grow, transforming your life
- 4:18:21Speaker 6: in positive, beautiful way.
- 4:18:29Speaker 2: Allowing you to move forward in your life in the
- 4:18:36Speaker 2: direction that you choose for yourself.
- 4:18:50Speaker 6: This feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety
- 4:19:00Speaker 6: foot calmness, This feels so nice, such a healthy place
- 4:19:23Speaker 6: to be, and that positivity grows within you.
- 4:19:42Speaker 2: In every day moving forward, you had to find that
- 4:19:56Speaker 2: you aver axed.
- 4:20:00Speaker 6: Physically and in your mind it's all relaxed. And it's
- 4:20:12Speaker 6: not that you're thinking slower. It's just that your mind
- 4:20:18Speaker 6: would be less clogged up with unnecessary negativity because from
- 4:20:30Speaker 6: now on, your mind rejects negativity.
- 4:20:39Speaker 2: From now you're going to start noticing.
- 4:20:45Speaker 6: When negativity arises, and you can just say stop, stop
- 4:21:01Speaker 6: and then negativity will turn around and believe you alone
- 4:21:15Speaker 6: stop and then negativity.
- 4:21:25Speaker 2: Disappear.
- 4:21:33Speaker 6: And did you notice that you feel way more laxed
- 4:21:41Speaker 6: than you probably expected.
- 4:21:49Speaker 1: You can now.
- 4:21:54Speaker 6: Congratulate yourself because you are the person that's theness You
- 4:22:03Speaker 6: are the one that has opened your mind up to
- 4:22:08Speaker 6: the simple face and you can feel more relaxed in
- 4:22:16Speaker 6: your body and in your mind. You've opened your mind
- 4:22:26Speaker 6: up to the birthright of being able to just fall
- 4:22:34Speaker 6: asleep easily. When you cheers.
- 4:22:47Speaker 2: And there's a nice feeling, then you think it feels nice?
- 4:22:54Speaker 2: Doesn't it to feel calm?
- 4:23:03Speaker 6: Here the energy is spreading through your body in your
- 4:23:07Speaker 6: mind to spend time a special place where negativity can
- 4:23:25Speaker 6: no longer enter. Negativity is banned, it's barred, it's not
- 4:23:37Speaker 6: allowed entry.
- 4:23:41Speaker 2: It doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't.
- 4:23:45Speaker 20: Be long here.
- 4:23:50Speaker 6: Negativity has no place in your life which makes room
- 4:24:05Speaker 6: for all comfort or hearing, or relaxation.
- 4:24:18Speaker 13: Or peace.
- 4:24:36Speaker 2: It feels nice, doesn't.
- 4:24:39Speaker 11: Just echo.
- 4:24:47Speaker 2: Everything.
- 4:25:01Speaker 6: I'm gonna count down now from twenty down to one.
- 4:25:09Speaker 6: You can continue to relax. If he cheers, you can.
- 4:25:19Speaker 2: Drest to sleep with every number hear me say.
- 4:25:34Speaker 6: You can fill twice is relaxed, or if you choose,
- 4:25:41Speaker 6: you can fill twice sleeping.
- 4:25:51Speaker 2: Now twenty.
- 4:26:06Speaker 6: Nineteen, eighteen, seventyen, sixty fifty fourteen.
- 4:26:58Speaker 2: Thirty to well eleven two nine, eight, seven, six.
- 4:28:05Speaker 3: Five.
- 4:28:46Speaker 2: This is your time to just take a break. Your
- 4:28:56Speaker 2: time acts to allow your mind to slow down, to
- 4:29:16Speaker 2: give yourself permission to take a break from everything endure.
- 4:29:35Speaker 6: The only person that can make that decision are the
- 4:29:42Speaker 6: only person that can actually tell your mind.
- 4:29:49Speaker 2: Just relax, to just.
- 4:30:02Speaker 6: Take some time off so that you can focus on
- 4:30:15Speaker 6: your body, getting to touch me how you feel physically
- 4:30:32Speaker 6: and in the process of this body scared where you
- 4:30:39Speaker 6: focus on different parts of your body, those parts that
- 4:30:49Speaker 6: you focus on and observe, even though you're not purposey
- 4:30:59Speaker 6: request those parts of your body to relax. It's kind
- 4:31:07Speaker 6: of expected. You expect when you listen to my wis
- 4:31:15Speaker 6: to feel relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me,
- 4:31:30Speaker 6: your attention.
- 4:31:33Speaker 2: Is focused on my words. And as my words guide
- 4:31:44Speaker 2: you to focus on those parts of your.
- 4:31:53Speaker 6: Body, your focus increases, which actually comes you might to
- 4:32:20Speaker 6: mind colms down, relaxes.
- 4:32:38Speaker 20: And when you putays down, might.
- 4:32:52Speaker 6: Relaxes. And though I've not really started to focus on
- 4:33:08Speaker 6: your body, came already. Feel that he has a energy
- 4:33:21Speaker 6: spreading through your body, pushing out.
- 4:33:32Speaker 2: Stress, attention. He all the parts of your body, bleeding, skin.
- 4:33:47Speaker 6: Bones, blood, all of your audians inside your body, all
- 4:33:55Speaker 6: of the muscles, all of the fat, everything, every hair
- 4:34:04Speaker 6: on your body.
- 4:34:07Speaker 2: Is filled with the healing energy doing your brain fills
- 4:34:24Speaker 2: without healing energy, the feed and comfort relaxation increases, deep
- 4:34:51Speaker 2: increases in a way that your mind starts to fill
- 4:35:11Speaker 2: perhaps been to rousing because it's not needed, and it
- 4:35:24Speaker 2: may start.
- 4:35:28Speaker 13: To drill.
- 4:35:38Speaker 2: If that's what's needed. So if you're listening to this
- 4:35:46Speaker 2: and you need a deep vexation, that's where you get.
- 4:35:53Speaker 2: If what you need is.
- 4:35:56Speaker 13: To fall asleep.
- 4:35:59Speaker 2: Naturally easily, that your mind drifts. That's also what happened.
- 4:36:14Speaker 6: Because by pressing out play button on the podcast and
- 4:36:22Speaker 6: listening to me give permission your body and your mind
- 4:36:32Speaker 6: in fact, give the command to your body and the
- 4:36:42Speaker 6: wind to relax deeply, to drift off to sleep if
- 4:36:55Speaker 6: that's what you want need them.
- 4:37:09Speaker 2: As I focus on different parts of your body, may
- 4:37:21Speaker 2: start just draft and then you come back again hear
- 4:37:31Speaker 2: me talk again. Focusing on a different part of your body,
- 4:37:42Speaker 2: you may.
- 4:37:44Speaker 6: Find just so drifting being realized drifting until you start
- 4:37:54Speaker 6: drifting to laught again. Like I said, what a different
- 4:38:04Speaker 6: part of your body spons like save Because I'm drifting,
- 4:38:16Speaker 6: it's basically already.
- 4:38:20Speaker 2: In the sleep soon and the boy you draft the
- 4:38:30Speaker 2: long way you draft.
- 4:38:34Speaker 13: Long draft.
- 4:38:38Speaker 2: Avent that drafted continues into sleep.
- 4:38:49Speaker 13: And that's the last year.
- 4:38:53Speaker 6: To time when you've experienced the my about to sleep
- 4:39:09Speaker 6: because a diff you don't have to sleep. It's extremely pleasant, reaccent.
- 4:39:26Speaker 2: So deep he sleep feels so nice to relax.
- 4:39:48Speaker 6: Anybody in mind, you feel that images spreading max deeply.
- 4:40:10Speaker 2: X start focus, shoulders.
- 4:41:15Speaker 3: Ships, X.
- 4:42:20Speaker 2: Fads, spies, spot jday you Now let's focus again.
- 4:43:11Speaker 6: A part of everybody. Focus at this time on your forehead.
- 4:43:26Speaker 6: Now on your mouth, your lips, hold of your mouth,
- 4:43:48Speaker 6: Focus on your fingers. Maybe you could.
- 4:44:00Speaker 2: Think it's a little bitsy. You can focus on each
- 4:44:04Speaker 2: one individually, both hands, even though you should focus on
- 4:44:18Speaker 2: both of your hands. Now I seemed to just melt
- 4:44:24Speaker 2: into one.
- 4:44:30Speaker 3: Mane.
- 4:44:31Speaker 2: Your hands started left hand and.
- 4:44:38Speaker 6: Asked as if just mixed together. I focus on your knees,
- 4:44:56Speaker 6: just not so have your knees.
- 4:45:17Speaker 2: Seconds you said, just see.
- 4:45:33Speaker 21: Such much shows.
- 4:48:24Speaker 19: Tost tous.
- 4:49:21Speaker 2: Ninetyo save I had sil body films ninety s mind failed.
- 4:50:03Speaker 2: Now let him go, let go, let's see go.
- 4:50:46Speaker 6: Everything, let'sh go, letting go, leting go, ah.
- 4:51:20Speaker 2: Everything everything.
- 4:51:37Speaker 3: Start now.
- 4:51:39Speaker 2: And like you're just first of all, just to see
- 4:51:42Speaker 2: yourself lying down on that message table.
- 4:51:49Speaker 6: Lying on your front, your head is supported, your arms
- 4:51:54Speaker 6: are supported, and you feel comfortable and breathing is really easy,
- 4:52:05Speaker 6: and you feel you feel confident in how you look
- 4:52:12Speaker 6: as well. So there's none of that issue of body
- 4:52:15Speaker 6: problems or shyness, because I'm a.
- 4:52:20Speaker 2: Professional and this is a therapy session, so none of
- 4:52:28Speaker 2: that stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you. This is
- 4:52:38Speaker 2: about how you feel.
- 4:52:41Speaker 6: How you can enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation
- 4:52:49Speaker 6: that comes from letting go and allowing my hands and
- 4:52:56Speaker 6: my fingers to relax you.
- 4:53:01Speaker 2: By message your body. Someone starts off just by placing
- 4:53:11Speaker 2: my hands.
- 4:53:14Speaker 6: On the back of your head, just gently, just so
- 4:53:18Speaker 6: you can feel on my hands feel like really on you.
- 4:53:27Speaker 2: So you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:53:30Speaker 2: on the back of your head.
- 4:53:34Speaker 6: With my hands the side of your head, not pressing,
- 4:53:38Speaker 6: but just holding there very gently, maybe over your ears,
- 4:53:45Speaker 6: and a little bit on your face, just so you
- 4:53:48Speaker 6: can feel.
- 4:53:50Speaker 2: My hands so you can become accustomed.
- 4:53:56Speaker 3: To them.
- 4:54:05Speaker 6: And now I'll put my hands on the back of
- 4:54:07Speaker 6: your head again and gently let them slide down on
- 4:54:14Speaker 6: to the back of your neck.
- 4:54:23Speaker 2: You can feel my hands gently stroking the back of
- 4:54:33Speaker 2: your neck.
- 4:54:33Speaker 6: To start with, just so you can get used to
- 4:54:40Speaker 6: the feeling of my hands on your skin, get accustomed
- 4:54:45Speaker 6: to realize that you're safe, it's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:55:01Speaker 6: And I want to start chimply messaging the muscles in
- 4:55:05Speaker 6: the back of your neck.
- 4:55:13Speaker 2: With both hands. And this is a very trusting situation really,
- 4:55:26Speaker 2: because our necks is so fragile. To have someone have
- 4:55:31Speaker 2: their hands around your neck in that way.
- 4:55:35Speaker 6: To sometimes be problematic for people, which is why massages
- 4:55:40Speaker 6: are quite good, because it allows you to relax and
- 4:55:46Speaker 6: to get in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and arm.
- 4:56:08Speaker 6: There's a massage the side of your neck, gently moving
- 4:56:16Speaker 6: from the bottom of your neck. It would be sort
- 4:56:21Speaker 6: of near where your shoulders start. I guess all the
- 4:56:24Speaker 6: way up.
- 4:56:26Speaker 2: To your jaw.
- 4:56:29Speaker 6: Is kind of area on the side of your neck.
- 4:56:35Speaker 6: Of course, it's a lot longer than the front of
- 4:56:38Speaker 6: your neck. And massage in the back of your neck,
- 4:56:58Speaker 6: especially that area where perhaps we hold tension. As that
- 4:57:07Speaker 6: area's message, you can actually feel a sense of release
- 4:57:12Speaker 6: in the back of your neck. Maybe you can breathe
- 4:57:20Speaker 6: it out as well. Not just how it feels, notice
- 4:57:26Speaker 6: how you feel. They're moving down to that area between
- 4:57:39Speaker 6: your neck and.
- 4:57:40Speaker 2: Your shoulders that muscle area. Starting to message that area
- 4:57:50Speaker 2: on both sides. This would be the area that a.
- 4:57:55Speaker 6: Lot of people would message if they were going to
- 4:57:58Speaker 6: give you like a shoulder message. Even that's not technically
- 4:58:04Speaker 6: the shoulders, but it's sort of muscles that lead to
- 4:58:07Speaker 6: the shoulders.
- 4:58:09Speaker 2: From the neck.
- 4:58:12Speaker 6: And a game that can hold tension and stress, and
- 4:58:17Speaker 6: when massaged, sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and
- 4:58:25Speaker 6: you decide how deep that message is.
- 4:58:40Speaker 2: Just allow my knuckles just to dig in to get
- 4:58:48Speaker 2: to those muscles and to read.
- 4:58:53Speaker 6: Relaxed all the time, being firm yet gentle with it,
- 4:59:14Speaker 6: and just striking down the area to your actual shoulders,
- 4:59:23Speaker 6: moving the muscles of your shoulders and maybe initially just
- 4:59:34Speaker 6: pulling up the shoulders a little bit off the table,
- 4:59:38Speaker 6: just to give you a little bit of.
- 4:59:40Speaker 2: A stretch very gently. You've got the muscles at the
- 4:59:51Speaker 2: front of your shoulders the side of the bank.
- 5:00:02Speaker 6: Again, this is the part that can really take quite
- 5:00:07Speaker 6: a bit of pressure, quite a bit of.
- 5:00:13Speaker 2: Needing.
- 5:00:14Speaker 18: If if you wish to really.
- 5:00:19Speaker 2: Release the tension.
- 5:00:22Speaker 6: To really get into those muscles and play your fingers
- 5:00:29Speaker 6: in there. They feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being
- 5:00:36Speaker 6: stroked gently, being massaged quite strongly.
- 5:00:46Speaker 2: It can all be beneficial.
- 5:00:49Speaker 20: To the real solution.
- 5:00:55Speaker 2: With the muscles in your shoulders. Now to move down
- 5:01:08Speaker 2: your arms, god one arm at a time, starting with
- 5:01:19Speaker 2: your right arm, What the is I just lift your
- 5:01:29Speaker 2: arm up, just hold it to the side of you.
- 5:01:35Speaker 6: That where it still be attached, and I just message
- 5:01:42Speaker 6: tops of your arms all the way down to your
- 5:01:55Speaker 6: forearms into your wrists, gently massage in the parts, the
- 5:02:22Speaker 6: softer part, which is the underpart of the arm, which
- 5:02:29Speaker 6: leads to the crease in your rowbo the inside. It's
- 5:02:34Speaker 6: much more sensitive skin sometimes just having that stroked really nice,
- 5:02:55Speaker 6: pleasurable and relaxing. M Now moving down to your right hand,
- 5:03:15Speaker 6: just holding your hand with both of my hands, just
- 5:03:27Speaker 6: pressing gently on the back of your hand, stretching your fingers.
- 5:03:36Speaker 2: Ever slightly at the same time.
- 5:03:44Speaker 6: Pressing down and massaging each finger, and then starting to
- 5:03:57Speaker 6: massage the.
- 5:03:58Speaker 13: Palms and the hair.
- 5:04:06Speaker 2: Just turning the hand, stretching it gently and actually have
- 5:04:18Speaker 2: in your hand held. It can really be.
- 5:04:22Speaker 6: An emotional experience sometimes even if it is a stranger,
- 5:04:30Speaker 6: someone you don't know very well, like a massage person
- 5:04:35Speaker 6: or a therapist. Maybe because it's intimate. You can feel nice,
- 5:04:51Speaker 6: you can feel safe.
- 5:05:00Speaker 2: As I put that right arm back down where it
- 5:05:03Speaker 2: was the same with your left.
- 5:05:11Speaker 6: Arm, thankfully, the same, massaging the muscles, and you are
- 5:05:25Speaker 6: more way down to your rest, striking inside of your
- 5:05:33Speaker 6: own just being gentle, as firm as you bequiet. Then
- 5:05:53Speaker 6: the messaging your left hand, stretching the fingers gently, mas
- 5:06:08Speaker 6: searching the palm of your left hand.
- 5:06:24Speaker 18: You feel so.
- 5:06:28Speaker 2: So relaxed, so commleting. I just rest your left arm
- 5:06:54Speaker 2: back down.
- 5:07:02Speaker 6: The start to massage your back, the biggest part of
- 5:07:08Speaker 6: your body, starting at the top, starting again where you
- 5:07:20Speaker 6: would have been, the area of the top between your shoulders,
- 5:07:26Speaker 6: your neck.
- 5:07:28Speaker 2: Going back, massage in the area again, but this time
- 5:07:34Speaker 2: moving downwards, making it downwards. Stroke to the middle of
- 5:07:47Speaker 2: your back, working for me outside inwards, massage in that
- 5:07:58Speaker 2: you're back, but mhm he outsides of your back paths
- 5:08:10Speaker 2: your arms well, maybe rest against.
- 5:08:20Speaker 6: Almost the path that connects your front to your back.
- 5:08:35Speaker 6: Just massaging down firmly but gently, as firm as you want,
- 5:08:47Speaker 6: moving down, moving across a little bed, moving all the
- 5:08:52Speaker 6: way down again, be very gentle.
- 5:08:57Speaker 2: You have firm as you ship. Eventually you get to
- 5:09:07Speaker 2: the spine.
- 5:09:09Speaker 6: We can message the muscles an either side of your
- 5:09:13Speaker 6: spine from the top of your neck.
- 5:09:16Speaker 2: Or the way down to your lower back.
- 5:09:27Speaker 6: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people would
- 5:09:33Speaker 6: uice the knuckle or the you know, the two fingers.
- 5:09:40Speaker 6: Just go either side of the spine almost just push down,
- 5:09:48Speaker 6: go all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 5:09:52Speaker 6: each time releasing tension, opening up the body, stretch in
- 5:10:02Speaker 6: your body so that you feel more relaxed, but at
- 5:10:09Speaker 6: the same time be guvenated.
- 5:10:25Speaker 2: And now I'm going to move to one side, to
- 5:10:28Speaker 2: your right side, and from the bottom of your ribs.
- 5:10:37Speaker 6: To your pelvis, We're gonna message that area of your back.
- 5:10:45Speaker 6: I'll stretch over the other side and I will pull
- 5:10:49Speaker 6: the muscles gently and massage.
- 5:10:52Speaker 2: Will push from one end that side will way to
- 5:10:57Speaker 2: my side in the middle of the fact to where
- 5:11:02Speaker 2: your spine is massaging that side of your spine. The
- 5:11:08Speaker 2: opposite side are outstanding. It's almost like you eating bread.
- 5:11:17Speaker 2: There's a big area which is firm, yet there lots
- 5:11:23Speaker 2: there to message. Potentially one of the most important places
- 5:11:33Speaker 2: to actually have a message, because you really feel it,
- 5:11:41Speaker 2: really feel the release and the pleasure of having your
- 5:11:46Speaker 2: lower back massaged. It releases so much from your body
- 5:11:55Speaker 2: that's not useful art in a healing process, which you'll
- 5:12:03Speaker 2: continue long after this recording is over.
- 5:12:16Speaker 6: The messaging this part of your body not only feels
- 5:12:19Speaker 6: really good for you, it's actually fun to do because
- 5:12:25Speaker 6: it is, as I said, like kneaded bread. It's a
- 5:12:31Speaker 6: part that you can really get hold of and really
- 5:12:35Speaker 6: massage deeply. If that's your choice, They're they're going to
- 5:12:48Speaker 6: move over to the other side of your body and
- 5:12:51Speaker 6: do the same with the opposite part, our back. Kneeding
- 5:13:03Speaker 6: and messaging from your side or a way to the
- 5:13:12Speaker 6: middle of your back where your spine is pressing and needing,
- 5:13:26Speaker 6: firm and gentle at the same time.
- 5:13:30Speaker 2: It feels so releasing.
- 5:13:36Speaker 6: Mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation or mixed together. Plus,
- 5:13:52Speaker 6: there is that feeling from your stomach as it's being stretched.
- 5:13:59Speaker 2: Even though you're in your stomach now, you can feel
- 5:14:02Speaker 2: a bit stretched because the whole area is connected to
- 5:14:06Speaker 2: your stomach.
- 5:14:15Speaker 6: Now we're going to move or move further up to
- 5:14:20Speaker 6: the top of your body and we do the same
- 5:14:24Speaker 6: this time, starting with upper back. Put my hands forward
- 5:14:33Speaker 6: over and massive massage in that area up to your spine,
- 5:14:42Speaker 6: from the side of your body up to your spine
- 5:14:46Speaker 6: to someone at the message area, the muscle tissue wherever
- 5:14:53Speaker 6: fatty tissue even will be possibly.
- 5:14:56Speaker 2: From your chest. It's all connected, chest in the back
- 5:15:02Speaker 2: connect together. I'm going to be massaging and just pulling
- 5:15:08Speaker 2: some of that skin from your side up the message
- 5:15:15Speaker 2: in the area of your upper back.
- 5:15:22Speaker 6: A way into your spine, and then I'll move down
- 5:15:29Speaker 6: a bit and I'll continue with the middle of your
- 5:15:32Speaker 6: back doing exactly the same thing. There's gentle or as
- 5:15:41Speaker 6: deep as your chees.
- 5:15:51Speaker 2: Now I'll move the other side again and do the
- 5:15:55Speaker 2: exact same thing with the top of your back on
- 5:16:00Speaker 2: the other side from.
- 5:16:07Speaker 6: Pretty much underneath your arm area really to your spine,
- 5:16:21Speaker 6: and then continue in that all the way down, including
- 5:16:27Speaker 6: the allower.
- 5:16:28Speaker 2: Of your the middle of your back.
- 5:16:43Speaker 6: Now I'm gonna go to your thighs, the backs of
- 5:16:48Speaker 6: your thighs, and the sides of your thighs, starting with
- 5:16:57Speaker 6: your right leg. Let sarge the back and the sides
- 5:17:07Speaker 6: of your thighs gently and firmly. There's a lot of
- 5:17:15Speaker 6: muscles there. It's anario that can be very tense at
- 5:17:19Speaker 6: times and maybe needs a little bit more pressure than
- 5:17:23Speaker 6: the rest of the body that's up to you.
- 5:17:31Speaker 2: You can gently stroke the back of your legs where
- 5:17:38Speaker 2: you know obviously your knee joints, or underneath your knee joint,
- 5:17:44Speaker 2: very sensitive, gentle area. And then working down to your
- 5:17:57Speaker 2: calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles thoroughly and deeply,
- 5:18:06Speaker 2: if you choose, using both hands, fingers, digging deep to
- 5:18:27Speaker 2: your ankles, at the back of your.
- 5:18:32Speaker 6: Back of your ankles, just generally massage in that area, maybe.
- 5:18:46Speaker 2: Left in the leg and stretching a little bit. Move
- 5:19:00Speaker 2: in to the right foot.
- 5:19:11Speaker 6: Massage the bottom of your feet, and the size of
- 5:19:21Speaker 6: your feet can't leeper firm enough, so they don't ticle.
- 5:19:38Speaker 2: Just allow the pleasure that you get from having your
- 5:19:43Speaker 2: feet message to just overtake you.
- 5:19:51Speaker 6: As I continue to message your feet, the bottoms of
- 5:19:57Speaker 6: your feet, the sides, your arches, your heel. You can
- 5:20:07Speaker 6: put a lot of pressure into your heel and it
- 5:20:10Speaker 6: feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be a bit
- 5:20:15Speaker 6: more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message in the
- 5:20:27Speaker 6: bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each one individually.
- 5:20:43Speaker 2: Moving over to the.
- 5:20:44Speaker 6: Left leg to do exactly the same thing, starting at
- 5:20:54Speaker 6: the top of the thighs, work in the back of
- 5:20:58Speaker 6: the thighs, and the.
- 5:21:02Speaker 2: Massageant deeply and gently the whole area, working all the
- 5:21:12Speaker 2: way down.
- 5:21:20Speaker 6: And this is an area that maybe you could like
- 5:21:26Speaker 6: to spend more time relaxing and message. Perhaps if you wanted,
- 5:21:35Speaker 6: I could make a future recording. I want spend more
- 5:21:40Speaker 6: time on one particular area. As she moved down to
- 5:21:51Speaker 6: your calf muscles, massagy your calf muscles.
- 5:22:02Speaker 2: Early and gently, moved down.
- 5:22:14Speaker 6: Your ankle into your feet, passage backs of your feet,
- 5:22:23Speaker 6: boundles of your feet, stretching your toes, and massage in
- 5:22:32Speaker 6: each tone individually that feeling of pleasure and release. The
- 5:22:41Speaker 6: experience when you're having your feet massaged feels creating good.
- 5:23:01Speaker 6: Now she turned over her in your mind, playing on
- 5:23:08Speaker 6: your back. I's gonna start again your nick area in
- 5:23:29Speaker 6: your shoulders, just to get back in touch with that area.
- 5:23:44Speaker 2: Lets you move up.
- 5:23:53Speaker 6: I can clean my hands with little afresh. He's now
- 5:23:58Speaker 6: gonna message your face dimply, starting off with your forehead.
- 5:24:14Speaker 6: Your eyes are closed. Just stretch your eyes a little bit,
- 5:24:23Speaker 6: pushing up with your eyebrows.
- 5:24:31Speaker 2: Just massaging around your scalp.
- 5:24:39Speaker 6: My sarging down your cheeks, around your ears, into your
- 5:24:49Speaker 6: chaw gently.
- 5:24:55Speaker 2: The sides of your neck.
- 5:25:01Speaker 1: Chain.
- 5:25:12Speaker 2: They just move it down.
- 5:25:18Speaker 6: Leck down to your chest, starting by message in the
- 5:25:27Speaker 6: very top of your chest where the collar bones give
- 5:25:36Speaker 6: side of the collar bone. They just message in the
- 5:25:47Speaker 6: hole of the chest, moving the chest around. Because it's
- 5:26:09Speaker 6: quite a large area. You can move from one side
- 5:26:14Speaker 6: to the.
- 5:26:14Speaker 2: Next, moving my heads underneath pretty much re your arms on,
- 5:26:30Speaker 2: stretching up, stretching some of the muscles of your back
- 5:26:35Speaker 2: in the process.
- 5:26:41Speaker 6: Moving up have your chest and they're moving down again.
- 5:27:03Speaker 6: Then allower my hands. They just massage gently, then slide
- 5:27:08Speaker 6: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of your chest,
- 5:27:18Speaker 6: and then gradually my head's moving apart.
- 5:27:24Speaker 2: And a massage in and sliding at the same time,
- 5:27:30Speaker 2: moving down.
- 5:27:34Speaker 6: To just below your red cage, moving down, then massaging
- 5:27:50Speaker 6: up again, giving your chest.
- 5:27:55Speaker 2: All the attention and it needs to feel completely relaxed.
- 5:28:11Speaker 6: Remembering that I'm also you're going to be focusing on
- 5:28:15Speaker 6: your sides as well, an area that really doesn't get
- 5:28:20Speaker 6: much attention to feel really good when it's massaged. Just
- 5:28:32Speaker 6: stroking my hands down the sides of your body just
- 5:28:40Speaker 6: below your arms all the way down to your hips.
- 5:28:53Speaker 6: Now move into your stomach area. We're gonna stand once
- 5:29:00Speaker 6: side of you like I did when I did your
- 5:29:02Speaker 6: law back. When you do a similar process, just stretching
- 5:29:10Speaker 6: the muscles from inside.
- 5:29:15Speaker 2: Gently massaging from one side to the next.
- 5:29:27Speaker 3: Move in.
- 5:29:30Speaker 6: The whole area from below your ribs on the way
- 5:29:34Speaker 6: down to blow your belly button, and then move around
- 5:29:45Speaker 6: to the outside of you and repeat that process of
- 5:29:56Speaker 6: relaxing deeply, calmly.
- 5:30:04Speaker 2: You feel loose, you feel free.
- 5:30:11Speaker 6: There's something about having your stomach message that's different.
- 5:30:15Speaker 2: From any other part.
- 5:30:20Speaker 6: Because we do have a tendency folding a different kind
- 5:30:25Speaker 6: of stress in your stomach that we may not be
- 5:30:29Speaker 6: aware of. There's an old message your stomach, the front
- 5:30:40Speaker 6: of your stomach, thinking circles around your belly bottom, then
- 5:30:54Speaker 6: going the other way around.
- 5:31:02Speaker 2: The gentleness and of freedom that comes from feeling how
- 5:31:08Speaker 2: you're feeling.
- 5:31:14Speaker 6: As I now move down the tops of your thighs, muscles,
- 5:31:22Speaker 6: massaging them. I can do this to your legs at
- 5:31:27Speaker 6: the same time, pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles in
- 5:31:38Speaker 6: your thighs that's run of your thighs, and moving down
- 5:31:48Speaker 6: to your knees, gently massaging your knees, sliding down your shins,
- 5:32:01Speaker 6: pressure on either side of your shin gently, softly but firmly,
- 5:32:14Speaker 6: moving down to your ankles, stroking the tops of your feet,
- 5:32:30Speaker 6: and then with each foot in each hand, just gently
- 5:32:36Speaker 6: messaging the whole of the foot, the top, the bottom,
- 5:32:45Speaker 6: your heel, your ankle, your toes, massage in every part
- 5:32:53Speaker 6: of your feet. Feels it, Just to let go and
- 5:33:03Speaker 6: enjoy the process.
- 5:33:10Speaker 2: Enjoy.
- 5:33:14Speaker 6: Fearing so deeply relaxed, so much comfort and so many.
- 5:33:30Speaker 2: Feelings that come just from touching your skin. And you
- 5:33:46Speaker 2: can just lie there as long as you choose.
- 5:33:56Speaker 6: Enjoying the feeling deep comfort being massaged. Only enjoy fear deeply.
- 5:34:36Speaker 2: And all we're gonna do is blow out some candles.
- 5:34:45Speaker 2: In your mind, there's gonna be a hundred.
- 5:35:00Speaker 6: Indoors, and you're going to blow each one out individually,
- 5:35:13Speaker 6: one by one, starting at one hundred.
- 5:35:20Speaker 2: As I count down all the way down to one, and.
- 5:35:32Speaker 6: Each time I say the number, you can imagine that
- 5:35:41Speaker 6: candle in front of you, and I'd like you to
- 5:35:47Speaker 6: actually physically.
- 5:35:53Speaker 2: Generally blow a candle out. Just it's not big blows,
- 5:36:09Speaker 2: just a gentle and that candle will extinguish, and then
- 5:36:23Speaker 2: I'll say the next number we moved down. Then you
- 5:36:31Speaker 2: just plot that one out as well.
- 5:36:43Speaker 6: And as we move down the numbers, you'll find just
- 5:36:51Speaker 6: sort of feeding more and more relaxed.
- 5:36:58Speaker 2: If you need.
- 5:37:01Speaker 6: To sleep, you also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleepy.
- 5:37:14Speaker 6: In fact, you may struggle to blow out all one
- 5:37:21Speaker 6: hundred of these candles.
- 5:37:33Speaker 2: As you feel more and more deeply relaxed, more and
- 5:37:51Speaker 2: more deeply tied, and the fur you go down, the more.
- 5:38:13Speaker 8: You might.
- 5:38:15Speaker 6: Start to drift. You may find that you stop listening
- 5:38:27Speaker 6: to me after a while. And even though there may
- 5:38:40Speaker 6: be background sounds where you are, you'll be aware of
- 5:38:49Speaker 6: those sounds.
- 5:38:53Speaker 2: At the moment me start just not even notice them
- 5:39:14Speaker 2: at all because they're unimportant where I am.
- 5:39:31Speaker 6: Look at the sounds of the birds, it's all horrist
- 5:39:35Speaker 6: The pigeon likes to say, I not sometimes. And there's
- 5:39:43Speaker 6: the old playue that goes by maybe traffic and trains
- 5:39:54Speaker 6: in the distance. Let's see, it is important whatsoever candles
- 5:40:13Speaker 6: you blow out. Less important.
- 5:40:18Speaker 3: Anything is.
- 5:40:26Speaker 2: Candles you blow out. The further seemed to move away sounds,
- 5:40:49Speaker 2: general date days, stuff seems to just.
- 5:41:00Speaker 6: Away on its side, she fell calm with every candle
- 5:41:20Speaker 6: you blow out the next number, did you hear me say?
- 5:41:47Speaker 6: And then you buy that candle out to.
- 5:41:59Speaker 2: Sorry? See so simple. We'll get a start by introducing
- 5:42:22Speaker 2: the first candles a hundred, first candles one hundred. When
- 5:42:46Speaker 2: you blow that candle out, you'll find im music, the
- 5:43:01Speaker 2: light change, as well as a real sense of positivity, crying,
- 5:43:21Speaker 2: living in, relaxation, sleepiness, spending.
- 5:43:46Speaker 6: Starting one hundred around back cap on that nine yen
- 5:44:15Speaker 6: nine and ninety eight and ninety seven, ninety six, chees.
- 5:46:38Speaker 2: Che three hit two.
- 5:48:35Speaker 22: Night witne wit eight eight.
- 5:50:16Speaker 2: Eight eight eight five eight it.
- 5:54:33Speaker 23: Sh most.
- 5:55:15Speaker 24: Discussis seventy.
- 5:56:28Speaker 6: Can seventy eight, seventy seven, seventy six, seventy five, canty
- 5:57:50Speaker 6: seventy four, s sit, sit you sixteen sixteen sixteen nine,
- 6:00:02Speaker 6: candle sixty eight, candle, sixty seven, candle.
- 6:00:40Speaker 2: Sixty five, candle.
- 6:00:56Speaker 25: Sixty four, sixty four kinds sixty sixty.
- 6:02:15Speaker 2: Sixty sixty.
- 6:03:21Speaker 6: Fifty nine, fifty eight, fifty six candle, fifty five candle
- 6:05:29Speaker 6: fifty four handle, fifty.
- 6:05:58Speaker 2: Three fifty fifty one two fifty car fourty ninehhhhhhh foot
- 6:09:32Speaker 2: eight footies fourties five sart.

- 6:30:07Speaker 27: Shou ninehhhhhhh.
- 6:35:31Speaker 3: S and.
- 6:41:22Speaker 6: Or let go of all of those thoughts, worries, concerns
- 6:41:34Speaker 6: about the past, thoughts about the.
- 6:41:38Speaker 2: Future, and even things you've been thinking about today. Just
- 6:41:45Speaker 2: let it all go because none of it is useful
- 6:41:51Speaker 2: in this moment. This is your opportunity to just focus.
- 6:42:11Speaker 6: On feeling relaxed, allowing yourself to get in touch with
- 6:42:20Speaker 6: that natural sense of peace that we all have within us.
- 6:42:32Speaker 6: It's available for everyone.
- 6:42:35Speaker 2: It just sometimes takes a little bit of effort to
- 6:42:40Speaker 2: set up the right.
- 6:42:43Speaker 6: Time and place in order for you to just let go.
- 6:42:51Speaker 6: Because when you do decide to let go and relax,
- 6:42:59Speaker 6: that's what your body starts to do, because you've chosen,
- 6:43:07Speaker 6: You've chosen to just allow your body to unwind and
- 6:43:14Speaker 6: your mind starts to slow down.
- 6:43:20Speaker 2: And it's a nice feeling. It's a nice feeling at
- 6:43:25Speaker 2: the beginning just to know that you have chosen to decide.
- 6:43:34Speaker 6: To relax deeply, and because you've made that decision your
- 6:43:42Speaker 6: body or just follow suit, because sometimes all the muscles
- 6:43:49Speaker 6: in your body need is just permission from you to relax.
- 6:44:00Speaker 6: So often we're busy, we're going from here to there,
- 6:44:04Speaker 6: we're walking around, and we're doing stuff, and the body
- 6:44:10Speaker 6: doesn't have any time space to really relax deeply. So
- 6:44:22Speaker 6: it kind of waits for you to lead the way,
- 6:44:26Speaker 6: waits for your permission.
- 6:44:32Speaker 3: And when you do.
- 6:44:34Speaker 6: Give your permission, when you give the say so, when
- 6:44:40Speaker 6: you say okay, it's time.
- 6:44:45Speaker 2: For your body.
- 6:44:47Speaker 6: To let go completely and relax totally, your body just follows.
- 6:45:00Speaker 2: Like a breath of relief. And I can relax have
- 6:45:09Speaker 2: feeling at the end of.
- 6:45:11Speaker 6: A day of very physical day that you make experience
- 6:45:15Speaker 6: in the past, where you get home and you just
- 6:45:19Speaker 6: sit down in a chair, maybe you kick your shoes off.
- 6:45:23Speaker 2: And our off feels so nice. I know that you
- 6:45:29Speaker 2: don't have to get up.
- 6:45:31Speaker 6: Again for a little while at least if you choose,
- 6:45:36Speaker 6: you can just sit there for many an hour too.
- 6:45:41Speaker 2: Feels.
- 6:45:44Speaker 6: Blissenal And just by sitting down like that, everybody knows
- 6:45:54Speaker 6: that it's time to relax. Your body has been given
- 6:46:00Speaker 6: admission from you because it's a mindset in your mind,
- 6:46:10Speaker 6: you're prepared.
- 6:46:13Speaker 2: To let go of everything.
- 6:46:17Speaker 6: And just completely allow the stress of your body to evaporate.
- 6:46:30Speaker 2: Any tensions can just gradually vanish.
- 6:46:42Speaker 6: It's almost like magic, really, because that's sense of relaxation
- 6:46:54Speaker 6: in your body. It's a very natural state. It's not
- 6:47:01Speaker 6: something unusual. It may feel unusual when you first start
- 6:47:05Speaker 6: to relax. You if you have really spent a lot
- 6:47:10Speaker 6: of time focusing and giving yourself this space to let
- 6:47:15Speaker 6: go completely and relax may seem most alien, but it isn't.
- 6:47:24Speaker 6: It's actually the most natural thing in the world to
- 6:47:30Speaker 6: lego completely, to relax totally, the most natural thing in
- 6:47:40Speaker 6: the world to allow yourself.
- 6:47:49Speaker 2: To feel really calm in your mind.
- 6:47:56Speaker 6: And it is almost like a literal unwhine. It's like
- 6:48:04Speaker 6: you press a button and all the tension just releases.
- 6:48:13Speaker 6: It's like a wheel, like a cog, like the inside
- 6:48:17Speaker 6: of the clock. Just don't winding and he should. I
- 6:48:20Speaker 6: could see that the little wind up, not that it's used,
- 6:48:26Speaker 6: just going the opposite way. The energy is to wind
- 6:48:30Speaker 6: it up, and the energy that frometic stress for energy
- 6:48:40Speaker 6: gradually winding down, losing its power and losing its strength.
- 6:48:50Speaker 6: There's a sense of relaxation becomes stronger and deeper, and
- 6:49:00Speaker 6: you may.
- 6:49:02Speaker 2: Find more. Next you feel your mind starts to wonder.
- 6:49:14Speaker 2: Maybe you seem to stop listening to me for a while,
- 6:49:21Speaker 2: your mind goes somewhere else, and you realize.
- 6:49:26Speaker 6: You're listening to me again, and that's just your mind
- 6:49:32Speaker 6: drifted to sleep, which.
- 6:49:37Speaker 2: Is quite.
- 6:49:39Speaker 6: Natural, because sometimes when we're stressed and tense, when may
- 6:49:49Speaker 6: I actually be aware of what we need when we physically,
- 6:49:54Speaker 6: your emotionally need In this moment, when you allow your
- 6:50:05Speaker 6: body and mind to relax.
- 6:50:08Speaker 2: Completely, you let all thoughts.
- 6:50:14Speaker 6: Concerned, worries, ideas all lit ago, and I help them
- 6:50:22Speaker 6: to drop into the floor.
- 6:50:29Speaker 2: You start to get in touch with the feelings of
- 6:50:37Speaker 2: such relaxation. Feelings so nice.
- 6:50:46Speaker 6: To be in touch with the calmness of the different
- 6:50:52Speaker 6: body parts.
- 6:50:53Speaker 2: Stay, become louser, looser, even your breath and seems easier
- 6:51:10Speaker 2: and more natural, effortless.
- 6:51:16Speaker 6: As I call it, into streal mouthful notice into your lungs,
- 6:51:25Speaker 6: breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just breathing out
- 6:51:34Speaker 6: any excess remain intentional stress from every part of your body.
- 6:51:45Speaker 2: And mind.
- 6:51:49Speaker 6: As you start to focus on your mind, maybe you
- 6:51:54Speaker 6: notice that things come to a stade and still maybe
- 6:52:03Speaker 6: just much much lower than before because your mind is
- 6:52:11Speaker 6: not really needed when listening to my voice. Chill out

- 7:01:54Speaker 2: And be so. Let's see.
- 7:02:09Speaker 6: And do a body scan, focusing on firstly how you
- 7:02:16Speaker 6: feel in your body, not trying to change how you feel,
- 7:02:23Speaker 6: not trying to relax, not trying to move away from
- 7:02:28Speaker 6: any discomfort or stress or tension.
- 7:02:33Speaker 2: Just accepting, observing and accepting how you feel in the
- 7:02:40Speaker 2: different parts of your body.
- 7:02:43Speaker 6: Just allowing yourself to be exactly as you are, to notice,
- 7:02:53Speaker 6: to get in touch with how you actually feel in
- 7:03:01Speaker 6: this moment. It starts off by focusing on your hands.
- 7:03:16Speaker 6: Just be aware of your hands, like you have to
- 7:03:24Speaker 6: move your hands around. Just maybe make your fingers a
- 7:03:29Speaker 6: little bit. I've been in closing in your hands very gently,
- 7:03:37Speaker 6: just so thing you can get in touch with how
- 7:03:43Speaker 6: your hands and your fingers feel, very very slow movements.
- 7:04:06Speaker 6: Focusing now on your feet, if you can just do
- 7:04:15Speaker 6: kind of an equivalent with your feet you've just done
- 7:04:20Speaker 6: with your hands, maybe turning your ankles, believing your feet around,
- 7:04:31Speaker 6: moving your toes gently.
- 7:04:35Speaker 2: Only very gently, very slowly, noticing how your feet fill
- 7:04:51Speaker 2: in this moment.
- 7:04:59Speaker 6: Focusing now your eyes, I'd like you to just focus
- 7:05:07Speaker 6: on your eyelids.
- 7:05:10Speaker 2: Maybe you can open and close your eyes a couple
- 7:05:14Speaker 2: of times to really get in touch with how you feel.
- 7:05:19Speaker 6: When you do close your eyes, the muscle changes in
- 7:05:27Speaker 6: your eyes when you do close them. Maybe you're raising
- 7:05:33Speaker 6: your eyebrows. It stretches the tops of your eyes.
- 7:05:42Speaker 2: Perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes, just so
- 7:05:50Speaker 2: you can really get in touch with all aspects of
- 7:06:00Speaker 2: how your eyes feel right now. Now focusing on your thighs,
- 7:06:21Speaker 2: then it just ASTs you to gently tense your thighs,
- 7:06:27Speaker 2: just very very gently, just enough. See you can become
- 7:06:38Speaker 2: more attuned to the physical sensation.
- 7:06:48Speaker 6: Of your upper legs, the front of your thighs, and
- 7:06:54Speaker 6: the backs of your thigh.
- 7:07:00Speaker 3: To sin.
- 7:07:02Speaker 2: And observing how.
- 7:07:07Speaker 6: Your thighs feel right now, moving your focus to the
- 7:07:22Speaker 6: back of your neck, just noticing the back of your neck,
- 7:07:30Speaker 6: the muscles. Of course, they lead to the side of
- 7:07:36Speaker 6: your neck. They also lead to the top of your back,
- 7:07:43Speaker 6: which leads to your shoulders. So as your focus on
- 7:07:48Speaker 6: the back of your neck, maybe you can move your
- 7:07:54Speaker 6: head gently upwards as if you're looking up, maybe with
- 7:08:03Speaker 6: your head down, as if you're looking down, perhaps with
- 7:08:11Speaker 6: your headside decide right left by me, very slowly, very gently.
- 7:08:27Speaker 6: I'm not trying to force anything.
- 7:08:31Speaker 2: It has to be very very gentle, just so you can.
- 7:08:42Speaker 19: Be more.
- 7:08:46Speaker 2: In touch with the feelings, with the sensations of physical
- 7:08:56Speaker 2: sensations of how the back of your neck feels. Right now.
- 7:09:13Speaker 3: As we.
- 7:09:16Speaker 2: Now focus on the tops of your arms, the parts where.
- 7:09:25Speaker 6: Your biceps and dry SIPs on between your elbow and
- 7:09:29Speaker 6: your shoulders. Your focus on those parts, the tops.
- 7:09:38Speaker 18: Of your arms.
- 7:09:41Speaker 2: You may like to just tense them, but very very
- 7:09:49Speaker 2: gently and slowly.
- 7:09:55Speaker 6: See you know, straining or putting in p pressure whatsoever.
- 7:10:04Speaker 2: On your arts.
- 7:10:07Speaker 6: It's just slowly. Can gain more of a sense of
- 7:10:17Speaker 6: how your about ants.
- 7:10:21Speaker 2: I feeling in this moment.
- 7:10:29Speaker 6: Just noticing as you gently, very gently and slowly tighten
- 7:10:41Speaker 6: the muscles and then echo, notice how tops of your
- 7:10:53Speaker 6: arms feel right now, our focus.
- 7:11:11Speaker 2: On your stomach, the area the lower captament area below
- 7:11:19Speaker 2: your puny living all the way down to your hips,
- 7:11:29Speaker 2: just a part of your crime. Maybe you're able to hear.
- 7:11:39Speaker 6: Dense these muscles in the area very very gently, it's slowly.
- 7:11:57Speaker 6: If that's a difficult thing to maybe you can just
- 7:12:03Speaker 6: move your body, pushing your stommach up. Maybe move a
- 7:12:13Speaker 6: little bit of a side us no hips, just so.
- 7:12:20Speaker 2: Get in shep hell your lower up to an area
- 7:12:33Speaker 2: is feeling in this moment. Just know to send the
- 7:12:48Speaker 2: physical sensations with a lower abdomen as you move your
- 7:13:11Speaker 2: attention to your mouth, like to see in your lips.
- 7:13:23Speaker 6: Then inside your mouth, your teeth, your gums, your tongue.
- 7:13:41Speaker 2: Just need descend. Have your tongue and your mouth feels it.
- 7:13:50Speaker 2: May help by moving your tongue around your mouth living
- 7:14:00Speaker 2: to your left, maybe you're pressing it gently against the
- 7:14:07Speaker 2: side of your mouth, and then to the right chickly
- 7:14:14Speaker 2: to the.
- 7:14:14Speaker 6: Side of your mouth, perhaps pressing up against it the
- 7:14:22Speaker 6: top of your mouth, and then down gently against the
- 7:14:29Speaker 6: bottom of your mouth, always very slowly.
- 7:14:39Speaker 2: And a very very gentle.
- 7:14:48Speaker 3: So that you can.
- 7:14:53Speaker 2: Be aware why you feel in your mouth area. Now
- 7:15:21Speaker 2: you have to focus on your wrists. I don't ask
- 7:15:37Speaker 2: you to maybe just routine your wrists.
- 7:15:46Speaker 6: With your hands in a circular motion, very shackly and
- 7:15:56Speaker 6: slowly jo slightly again, feel the sensations that you are
- 7:16:18Speaker 6: currently experience in your risens.
- 7:16:31Speaker 2: Perhapsluee in your eyes up and down the game fairy.
- 7:16:44Speaker 6: Very checkl slily chins sline start top, serve lower back,
- 7:17:36Speaker 6: the back paths just a bar of your hips where
- 7:17:47Speaker 6: your coxis are the whole area which was really doesn't
- 7:18:00Speaker 6: put it the sides of your body because those muscles
- 7:18:06Speaker 6: are very much connected. There's those muscles also move into
- 7:18:17Speaker 6: your hyperia, connecting to your buttocks sides with your apps,
- 7:18:35Speaker 6: and if you're physically able to do so, maybe you
- 7:18:43Speaker 6: can very gently just move your body evis is slightly,
- 7:18:56Speaker 6: very slowly.
- 7:19:00Speaker 18: Some side to side.

- 7:30:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it's everything starts to slow down, including the thoughts
- 7:30:41Speaker 2: in your mind.
- 7:30:44Speaker 6: And your mind itself just starts to gradually. It doesn't
- 7:30:54Speaker 6: have to be instant, but just gradually start to into
- 7:31:01Speaker 6: It's almost like time is storing chin. It's a slower
- 7:31:10Speaker 6: pace to maybe what you're used to in your day
- 7:31:18Speaker 6: to day life.
- 7:31:22Speaker 2: It's a slower movement of energy, very small movements which
- 7:31:49Speaker 2: make up the larger movements, which is always the case. Now,
- 7:31:57Speaker 2: when you move your hand, it might seem like it's
- 7:32:02Speaker 2: one movement, but it's lots of minute different muscles moving.
- 7:32:10Speaker 6: In accordance with each other. And what happens in this
- 7:32:21Speaker 6: space that we're sharing is.
- 7:32:29Speaker 2: We move from that big.
- 7:32:40Speaker 30: Movement into those smaller movements. Starting to focus on.
- 7:32:57Speaker 2: How your body feels, not just as a whole, not
- 7:33:03Speaker 2: just oh, i'm feeling this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense,
- 7:33:09Speaker 2: or I'm feeling relaxed and calm.
- 7:33:13Speaker 6: I'm feeling this way, I'm feeling that way. Starting to
- 7:33:20Speaker 6: notice that your body begins to present to you.
- 7:33:31Speaker 1: Small feelings.
- 7:33:34Speaker 6: Around your body, small physical sensations.
- 7:33:48Speaker 2: In your legs, whether pleasurable or not. Be resisting the
- 7:34:03Speaker 2: temptation to label them.
- 7:34:08Speaker 6: Or to judge them those feelings. Just thinking them, thinking
- 7:34:15Speaker 6: about them is just being neutral, just feelings, not being
- 7:34:30Speaker 6: particularly concerned, just noticing what your body.
- 7:34:39Speaker 2: Is telling you.
- 7:34:48Speaker 6: Feelings in your arms, instead of feeling the whole of
- 7:34:54Speaker 6: the arm, Maybe notice those individual feelings, all those different
- 7:35:05Speaker 6: muscles and.
- 7:35:10Speaker 2: The skin that has of your arms, that.
- 7:35:18Speaker 6: All the internal parts of your arms, the veins, the bones,
- 7:35:35Speaker 6: Just being aware of.
- 7:35:39Speaker 2: Maybe your elbow on your right arm has a certain feeling.
- 7:35:47Speaker 2: Maybe your left wrist also has it's own individual physical sensation.
- 7:36:13Speaker 6: What about your forearm on your right arm, You're right forearm,
- 7:36:28Speaker 6: there may not be any particular.
- 7:36:32Speaker 2: Feeling that you could even.
- 7:36:36Speaker 6: Give a name to, may not feel like anything other
- 7:36:43Speaker 6: than just a feeling, you know, it's there.
- 7:36:53Speaker 2: The feelings in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders.
- 7:36:58Speaker 6: When you think about them, kind of almost like they're
- 7:37:02Speaker 6: the same, you know, the same fear then.
- 7:37:08Speaker 2: Almost like you both of your shoulders are just one thing.
- 7:37:13Speaker 2: Of course they're not.
- 7:37:22Speaker 6: And when you focus on your left shoulder and then
- 7:37:28Speaker 6: on your right shoulder, maybe find that you move the
- 7:37:35Speaker 6: muscles a little bit, maybe tense the muscles gently, noticing the.
- 7:37:47Speaker 2: Difference in each shoulder.
- 7:38:03Speaker 6: Your lower back, the left side of your lower back
- 7:38:19Speaker 6: and the right side of your lower back of course
- 7:38:31Speaker 6: that connection to your buttocks and to your hips, and
- 7:38:43Speaker 6: also moving up into the middle of your back. And
- 7:38:57Speaker 6: sometimes like right now, actually I want to focus on
- 7:39:01Speaker 6: their part. When I focused on my buttocks and then
- 7:39:07Speaker 6: I focused on the middle of my back, it almost
- 7:39:11Speaker 6: felt like the muscles in my lower back were being
- 7:39:14Speaker 6: stretched very gently, just stretched.
- 7:39:23Speaker 13: A little bit.
- 7:39:25Speaker 6: Even though I wasn't doing anything to try to stretch
- 7:39:34Speaker 6: your lower back, it just seemed to happen.
- 7:39:37Speaker 2: The feeling of very gently stretching your lower back comes along.
- 7:39:59Speaker 2: I have fear in your chest, just noticing what sensations.
- 7:40:24Speaker 6: You are experiencing in your chest right now, and there's
- 7:40:41Speaker 6: so much of the chest because it's the collar bone
- 7:40:46Speaker 6: leading to the chest. You've got the chest bone, you've
- 7:40:52Speaker 6: got the muscles.
- 7:40:56Speaker 2: In your chest.
- 7:41:00Speaker 6: Of course, if you're female, it's possibly the breasts. If
- 7:41:06Speaker 6: you're male, you've got the different Well might not make
- 7:41:14Speaker 6: different these days, but.
- 7:41:17Speaker 18: There may be more.
- 7:41:20Speaker 6: Muscles at the top of the chest, but at the
- 7:41:26Speaker 6: side underneath, it's pretty much the same.
- 7:41:31Speaker 2: Whether you're a man or a woman.
- 7:41:33Speaker 6: There's muscles there, muscles that stretch out to your back
- 7:41:40Speaker 6: as well as breast tissue stretches and moves into your back.
- 7:41:49Speaker 2: To just being aware of your chest with whatever feeling
- 7:42:09Speaker 2: there is in your chest. And when I noticed that,
- 7:42:28Speaker 2: I focus on my chest, I feel it in my back,
- 7:42:37Speaker 2: my upper back. I mean, I guess the obvious reason
- 7:42:41Speaker 2: would be because you know, I'm breathing in and it
- 7:42:51Speaker 2: stretches my chest and my back at the same time.
- 7:43:03Speaker 2: It feels it feels okay, doesn't feel.
- 7:43:18Speaker 6: Got a little bit of pain in my right chest,
- 7:43:24Speaker 6: A little bit not pain, but little discomfort, maybe stiffness possibly,
- 7:43:31Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 7:43:35Speaker 2: I notice my shoulders also wanting to.
- 7:43:42Speaker 6: Flex for some reason. I think that's probably part of
- 7:43:47Speaker 6: my upper back that connection between my shoulders my other
- 7:43:56Speaker 6: back because I can move my shoulders and stretch the
- 7:44:01Speaker 6: muscles in my back. Moving the shoulders backwards were up,
- 7:44:11Speaker 6: which then moves to I think it's the scapulous.
- 7:44:16Speaker 2: In your back. It feels quite nice. Actually, a good
- 7:44:34Speaker 2: thing about this is you can, if you want to,
- 7:44:38Speaker 2: you can just flegs or stimulate.
- 7:44:50Speaker 6: The various muscles in your body gently in order to
- 7:44:57Speaker 6: get more of a cent how they feel.
- 7:45:08Speaker 2: And when you're relaxing, when you do tense and muscle,
- 7:45:17Speaker 2: then you let it go and you let it relax.
- 7:45:21Speaker 2: It relaxes way more than it would normally. You have
- 7:45:34Speaker 2: to feel that you're able to do that. There's no
- 7:45:40Speaker 2: point in doing it if there's an issue.
- 7:45:46Speaker 6: With the per part of your body. You need to
- 7:45:51Speaker 6: be gentle with yourself at all times when we relax
- 7:46:01Speaker 6: in deeply, it's important to be kind to yourself. As
- 7:46:19Speaker 6: you notice your mind. How much has your mind slowed
- 7:46:28Speaker 6: down since we started this recording.
- 7:46:50Speaker 2: How came and peaceful.
- 7:46:57Speaker 6: Is your mind right now with nothing to think about
- 7:47:10Speaker 6: and just my voice to listen to. Because you know
- 7:47:17Speaker 6: the intention behind this recording, this relaxation, at the very
- 7:47:28Speaker 6: least for you to feel more relaxed at the end
- 7:47:35Speaker 6: of the recording than you did at the beginning. At
- 7:47:43Speaker 6: the very least, I feel mind to slow down as
- 7:47:55Speaker 6: your body continues to relax, because that's what you.
- 7:48:09Speaker 2: Want to happen. That's what you expect to happen.
- 7:48:29Speaker 6: Relaxation, to fill your body, maybe calm your mind to
- 7:48:49Speaker 6: the point of boredom. When you start maybe to drift away.
- 7:49:22Speaker 2: Drifting it's almost as if you are.
- 7:49:42Speaker 6: Moving further away from your body in your mind, just
- 7:49:50Speaker 6: leeving that there.
- 7:50:00Speaker 2: Kind of liking it.
- 7:50:01Speaker 6: An escape pod in a spaceship a movie, a space movie,
- 7:50:07Speaker 6: you know, when.
- 7:50:07Speaker 2: They get into a little part in it, since the
- 7:50:11Speaker 2: man far away from the spaceship save to dream and
- 7:50:36Speaker 2: continue to relax a peace and the peace and focusing
- 7:52:32Speaker 2: on the feeling of those individual parts of your body
- 7:52:46Speaker 2: that's relaxing. One point one. You may find that every
- 7:53:09Speaker 2: now and then you realize that you aren't listening to
- 7:53:20Speaker 2: my voice.
- 7:53:23Speaker 6: It gives your mind started to imagine something different, maybe
- 7:53:34Speaker 6: started to almost move into some kind of a dreamy state,
- 7:53:48Speaker 6: and then you become aware of my voice again.
- 7:53:55Speaker 2: And even though you may.
- 7:53:59Speaker 6: Want to focus on my voice, you may also wish
- 7:54:04Speaker 6: to allow your mind to just drift.
- 7:54:13Speaker 2: Naturally into that space and comfort and safety. If you
- 7:54:31Speaker 2: feel or comfort spreading through your body like a warm.
- 7:54:48Speaker 6: Blanket covering you gently, keeping your body it just perfect temperature.
- 7:55:18Speaker 6: Even you can hear background sounds.
- 7:55:28Speaker 2: They just don't seem to matter anymore. There's that sense of.
- 7:55:43Speaker 6: Peace spreads through your mind like a gentle breeze, strong
- 7:56:00Speaker 6: enough to blow away all negativity, strong enough to remove
- 7:56:17Speaker 6: from your mind any anxiety or stress that was there before,
- 7:56:35Speaker 6: and blow away any other thoughts.
- 7:56:40Speaker 2: Or feelings that just don't fit with the sense relaxation
- 7:57:02Speaker 2: that it's filling your body and your mind.
- 7:57:31Speaker 6: Unless you focus on your mind and count down from
- 7:57:38Speaker 6: ten down to one with each a bone, your mind
- 7:57:50Speaker 6: become slightly relaxed, just just slightly, from ten down to nine,
- 7:58:18Speaker 6: just a slip moment, nine down to eight, just another
- 7:58:27Speaker 6: small change in how you feel. Eight down to seven.
- 7:58:45Speaker 2: That feeling is a gap, almost like a gap that
- 7:58:51Speaker 2: starts to get wider, the gap between those feelings that
- 7:59:01Speaker 2: you used to have in your mind compared to the
- 7:59:08Speaker 2: feelings you have that growing now, feelings of comfort.
- 7:59:15Speaker 6: And security and confidence, and the gap become the wider.
- 7:59:27Speaker 6: Make down to seven, seven, down to six. When you
- 7:59:34Speaker 6: get to five, your mind will start to have a
- 7:59:41Speaker 6: certain physical sensation, almost like there's a magnet outside of
- 7:59:54Speaker 6: your head sucking the tension of a stress and any
- 8:00:00Speaker 6: remaining feelings that you don't want, sucking them out through
- 8:00:08Speaker 6: your skull.
- 8:00:14Speaker 2: And then down to four you could start to really
- 8:00:20Speaker 2: experience that sense of.
- 8:00:24Speaker 6: Not just emptiness, but space, place full of fresh air, place.
- 8:00:40Speaker 2: Where you can stretch. It's almost as if as you
- 8:00:47Speaker 2: go down to four and three, your mind is expanding,
- 8:00:53Speaker 2: with this sense of peace and tranquility growing.
- 8:01:05Speaker 6: As it moves down to If you get to one,
- 8:01:13Speaker 6: mind just feels exactly how you want to feel, almost
- 8:01:29Speaker 6: perfect feeling, maybe.
- 8:01:36Speaker 2: A sensation that you'd like to keep a place that's safe,
- 8:01:50Speaker 2: where nothing can affect you at all, and you can
- 8:02:10Speaker 2: stay in that that space of.
- 8:02:13Speaker 6: Comfort and confidence, confident in your own ability to create
- 8:02:24Speaker 6: this space and this fear of comfort within your own mind.
- 8:02:32Speaker 2: Just by counting ten down to one. And this is
- 8:02:42Speaker 2: something that you can do yourself when you're on your
- 8:02:47Speaker 2: own a time when you can maybe sit down, maybe
- 8:02:56Speaker 2: just for a few minutes, close your eyes. It just
- 8:03:07Speaker 2: counts slowly from ten down to one and we experience
- 8:03:21Speaker 2: these feelings in your mind, and when you feel that
- 8:03:31Speaker 2: way in your mind, your body copies your mind and
- 8:03:47Speaker 2: the feeling.
- 8:03:48Speaker 6: It's spread through your spine and your nervous system into
- 8:03:55Speaker 6: every part of your body, travel real blood stream, heathing
- 8:04:08Speaker 6: and relaxing.
- 8:04:11Speaker 2: Every article of your existence, and we can we can
- 8:04:29Speaker 2: practice this a few times before the end of the recording,
- 8:04:38Speaker 2: and then you can practice on your own. And each
- 8:04:45Speaker 2: time you count from ten down to one, the feelings
- 8:04:55Speaker 2: of comforts, calmness, and indep deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper.
- 8:05:15Speaker 6: Feeling your mind, your brain with these positive chemicals that
- 8:05:26Speaker 6: spread throughout your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your
- 8:05:36Speaker 6: whole body and mind, so very.
- 8:05:44Speaker 2: Very easy, just by counting down to one.
- 8:06:00Speaker 6: So we can do now, I'm going to count from
- 8:06:04Speaker 6: ten down to one. I'd like you to repeat the
- 8:06:08Speaker 6: number after me. So when I say ten, you can
- 8:06:15Speaker 6: just repeat to yourself.
- 8:06:19Speaker 2: Ten. Just notice, be aware of how you feel in
- 8:06:34Speaker 2: your mind and the body, and when I say nine,
- 8:06:44Speaker 2: you can repeat to yourself.
- 8:06:50Speaker 3: Nine.
- 8:06:54Speaker 2: Became noticing.
- 8:06:58Speaker 6: The increase SI comforted, carless in your mind and in
- 8:07:08Speaker 6: your body, the same the same paint.
- 8:07:19Speaker 2: When I say seven, six, let's say five, four, When
- 8:07:35Speaker 2: I say three two, lastly, when I say one, can
- 8:07:49Speaker 2: you be that number. Of course, when you do this
- 8:08:02Speaker 2: on your own without listening to me, you can say
- 8:08:08Speaker 2: the numbers or whatever speed that you feel is necessary
- 8:08:17Speaker 2: for you.
- 8:08:19Speaker 6: So if you can adapt, so if you feel you
- 8:08:24Speaker 6: want to say the numbers ten down to one faster
- 8:08:31Speaker 6: than I do, then you go ahead and do that.
- 8:08:35Speaker 6: Or if you feel when you do it yourself that
- 8:08:39Speaker 6: you'd like to have more or space between the numbers,
- 8:08:48Speaker 6: maybe take a lot longer to get from ten.
- 8:08:54Speaker 2: Or way down to one. That's your choice. All saying
- 8:09:02Speaker 2: to do.
- 8:09:13Speaker 6: So in a cow from taen down to one. If
- 8:09:21Speaker 6: I get to one, that will be the end of
- 8:09:25Speaker 6: this recording. This, of course, you're listening to music, and
- 8:09:32Speaker 6: the music will continue.
- 8:09:41Speaker 2: Ten nine fight SUSI.
- 8:14:13Speaker 6: Twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen.
- 8:14:44Speaker 2: Fourteen, thirty twelve eleven, ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 8:15:39Speaker 2: three two one. Now open your eyes noticin how you
- 8:16:07Speaker 2: physically feel having counted down from.
- 8:16:11Speaker 6: Twenty to one, allowing stress tension to leave through your
- 8:16:19Speaker 6: fingertips and your toes. And as you focus on your
- 8:16:24Speaker 6: fingertips maybe they feel a little bit tingly, which is.
- 8:16:32Speaker 2: Suppost quite an understanding, considering a tension has been exiting
- 8:16:37Speaker 2: your body through your fingertips. So now I'm going to
- 8:16:46Speaker 2: count from twenty down to one again. This time you're
- 8:16:54Speaker 2: to feel relief of tension and stress.
- 8:17:00Speaker 3: That you may have.
- 8:17:05Speaker 2: Leaving through your stomach.
- 8:17:11Speaker 6: Just leaving through your stomach, almost as if it's just
- 8:17:16Speaker 6: releasing the whole of your stomach or naval to just
- 8:17:23Speaker 6: above your chest or below your chest, rather so surrounding
- 8:17:28Speaker 6: your belly by an area, the whole area. You can
- 8:17:32Speaker 6: feel the tension of your body where there's left just
- 8:17:38Speaker 6: releasing from the area, and you may notice that your
- 8:17:42Speaker 6: stomach will become very replexed.
- 8:17:46Speaker 2: As my countdown twenty down to one.
- 8:17:52Speaker 6: Now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixty fifty, forty thirty, twelve, eleven.
- 8:18:51Speaker 2: Nine eight seven six five O three two one, you
- 8:19:32Speaker 2: can open your eyes again.
- 8:19:34Speaker 6: You can choose, but can just keep them closed because
- 8:19:37Speaker 6: it feels relaxing, just not to say a stomach feels
- 8:19:44Speaker 6: notice as your focus just do a little scared of
- 8:19:48Speaker 6: your body. Just liked to say your body feels focusing
- 8:19:58Speaker 6: upper body, back, chest, stomach, x yns hands fiend.
- 8:20:07Speaker 13: Just noticing, and you know.
- 8:20:13Speaker 2: You may start to feel.
- 8:20:17Speaker 6: Of a sense of tiredness, which may be the reason
- 8:20:22Speaker 6: listening to this recording because.
- 8:20:25Speaker 3: You like to.
- 8:20:29Speaker 2: Let go completely of everything dreaded off into a nice, natural, calm,
- 8:20:41Speaker 2: relaxing sleep.
- 8:20:51Speaker 6: So now focus on your forehead, and if you choose,
- 8:21:01Speaker 6: you can incorporate your eyes in this focus as well.
- 8:21:06Speaker 6: Your forehead and your eyes, there's a whole area basically almost.
- 8:21:13Speaker 2: As if you are having a mask, you know, like
- 8:21:16Speaker 2: a like a bat mask or something.
- 8:21:23Speaker 6: I'm trying to fat sorrow or something, you know, the
- 8:21:26Speaker 6: kind of mask that covers your eyes but also covers
- 8:21:29Speaker 6: quite a lot of the forehead.
- 8:21:34Speaker 2: Focused on that area.
- 8:21:36Speaker 6: Because that's the area that we now can release tension
- 8:21:40Speaker 6: stress on your mind, your brain from your mind, and
- 8:21:46Speaker 6: any tension that you may have would mean in your face,
- 8:21:51Speaker 6: your neck, your jaw, your eyes, your forehead, or your scalp.
- 8:22:00Speaker 6: See any intension within your head area, including your mind
- 8:22:06Speaker 6: and your brain, that's going to be the least through
- 8:22:13Speaker 6: your full head, in your eyes. As I count down
- 8:22:20Speaker 6: the game from twenty down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen.
- 8:23:02Speaker 18: Thirty to twelve.
- 8:23:14Speaker 2: Eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, five thirty one.
- 8:24:14Speaker 6: Note as you scared your face, jaw, your eyes, the
- 8:24:24Speaker 6: cheap bads, your ears, a forehead, your scalp, neck, back
- 8:24:34Speaker 6: of your neck, front of you, the size of your
- 8:24:38Speaker 6: neck and throat. Noticing being aware of the comfort increased
- 8:24:53Speaker 6: in relaxation, your rest, your head and neck and mind.
- 8:25:04Speaker 6: Also the rest of your body. Makes it sound loose
- 8:25:14Speaker 6: the calm you felt. How easily.
- 8:25:20Speaker 2: It is to just let go completely? They go.
- 8:25:30Speaker 3: Completely?
- 8:25:39Speaker 2: How easily do boals? To focus on the top of
- 8:25:52Speaker 2: your head.
- 8:25:58Speaker 18: I can allow.
- 8:26:01Speaker 2: Every last piece of tension or stressed, mine, ingry, hiding
- 8:26:11Speaker 2: your body or mind my head just be sucked down
- 8:26:21Speaker 2: on the top of your head. Released. Yeah, I was
- 8:26:31Speaker 2: sucked down into.
- 8:26:32Speaker 18: The clouds, A big cloud of a head.
- 8:26:40Speaker 2: Was like a whoop. Can suck that ten out of
- 8:26:46Speaker 2: the top of your head? Just take you away? Good
- 8:26:57Speaker 2: to focus. Imagine opening on top of your head with intention,
- 8:27:04Speaker 2: stress and your waiting issues, making worries of sense that
- 8:27:10Speaker 2: we're not used to you.
- 8:27:11Speaker 6: Now you can all be sucked down at my head,
- 8:27:17Speaker 6: taken away. As I count down again, I'm twenty down
- 8:27:24Speaker 6: one now twenty nineteen eighteen seventy sixteen.
- 8:28:03Speaker 2: Fifty day.
- 8:28:09Speaker 31: Four two nine eights seven six.
- 8:29:12Speaker 2: Woo three. Ware you not to see how he failed.
- 8:29:51Speaker 6: Have relaxed and calm, if physically and mentally failed right now, help.
- 8:30:09Speaker 2: Your mind feels.
- 8:30:14Speaker 6: It feels so nice to just let go, to give
- 8:30:19Speaker 6: yourself some space to breathe easily, to think calmly, just
- 8:30:33Speaker 6: to take a break from all that pointless worry concerns
- 8:30:40Speaker 6: about things that you don't need to think about.
- 8:30:47Speaker 2: Right now, because this is your time to let go.
- 8:30:56Speaker 2: This is your space to enjoy.
- 8:31:00Speaker 6: Feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful in your mind, relaxed in your body.
- 8:31:12Speaker 6: You can feel so good, so nice to just not
- 8:31:21Speaker 6: have to do anything, to be able to really enjoy
- 8:31:32Speaker 6: that serenity that comes and let it go completely, that
- 8:31:40Speaker 6: peacefulness that comes with.
- 8:31:50Speaker 3: In this.
- 8:31:52Speaker 2: Peaceful space, and.
- 8:31:59Speaker 6: You can this sense of calmness for long you choose,
- 8:32:13Speaker 6: you choose to drift off into a deep, healing.
- 8:32:19Speaker 2: Natural sleep, then you can do that. It's completely up
- 8:32:28Speaker 2: to you, and you can keep this feeling of calmness
- 8:32:37Speaker 2: physically in your mind for some long. You choose to
- 8:32:43Speaker 2: feel completely relaxed, completely relaxed, and I'd like you to
- 8:32:59Speaker 2: make up your mind that you're going to relax. I
- 8:33:13Speaker 2: want to explore that with you. What it feels like
- 8:33:17Speaker 2: when you actually.
- 8:33:19Speaker 6: Decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself, but
- 8:33:26Speaker 6: giving yourself that.
- 8:33:31Speaker 2: Yes, it is a command, really, isn't it. When you're
- 8:33:33Speaker 2: telling yourself relax in a gentle but firm way, that
- 8:33:43Speaker 2: only you can really.
- 8:33:46Speaker 6: Tell yourself in that way. You can't only have someone
- 8:33:49Speaker 6: else say to you and that will relax relax, you know,
- 8:33:55Speaker 6: and it.
- 8:33:56Speaker 2: Needs to be gentle, but you can't. Someone else can't
- 8:33:59Speaker 2: really have the same.
- 8:34:04Speaker 6: The same kind of influence or power that you have
- 8:34:11Speaker 6: over your own physicality, over how you feel, because when
- 8:34:23Speaker 6: you say it to yourself, it means more.
- 8:34:29Speaker 2: It's personal, and.
- 8:34:32Speaker 6: Your brain, your unconscious mind, and your body listens to
- 8:34:38Speaker 6: what you say. So, for example, we'll test it out.
- 8:34:44Speaker 6: Do your test, few your tests along the way, and
- 8:34:48Speaker 6: you can get more of an idea of the force,
- 8:34:54Speaker 6: a positive force you can have.
- 8:34:58Speaker 2: It creates a sense of comfort and relaxation in your
- 8:35:04Speaker 2: body and your mind quite quickly just by you telling
- 8:35:12Speaker 2: yourself to relax.
- 8:35:19Speaker 6: So I'm going to start by its focus on your hands.
- 8:35:27Speaker 6: So focus on your hands. Just tell your hands to relax.
- 8:35:31Speaker 6: Just say relax.
- 8:35:34Speaker 2: As you focus on your hands, you could say my
- 8:35:40Speaker 2: hands are relaxed, or I want my hands to relax.
- 8:35:46Speaker 2: I think if you actually do it directly by focusing
- 8:35:52Speaker 2: and imagining that your hands, can you hear what you're saying.
- 8:35:57Speaker 2: You know they've got little ears, the little kid. So
- 8:36:02Speaker 2: talking to your hands, just say relax that de siw
- 8:36:19Speaker 2: your hands start to relax.
- 8:36:33Speaker 6: Now focus on your eyes and tell your eyes to relax.
- 8:36:38Speaker 6: You just saying the same word relax, and find the
- 8:36:43Speaker 6: right tone for you. You I might say relax, but
- 8:36:51Speaker 6: you you might say relax or relax. You know, you
- 8:37:00Speaker 6: might say it differently to yourself, and that's important for
- 8:37:06Speaker 6: you to gauge what feels right for you.
- 8:37:12Speaker 2: To just tell your.
- 8:37:13Speaker 6: Eyes to relax, whilst focusing on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 8:37:19Speaker 6: the muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows, and just tell
- 8:37:24Speaker 6: your eyes directly.
- 8:37:29Speaker 2: Relax. I just did that myself. And sometimes you may
- 8:38:08Speaker 2: feel that you need a bit more time for the
- 8:38:13Speaker 2: different parts to relax, you know, because I started talking
- 8:38:17Speaker 2: again and maybe that part hasn't relaxed fully.
- 8:38:22Speaker 6: But what happened is it would just continue to relax
- 8:38:25Speaker 6: even dot that's happening with my eyes. Something else I
- 8:38:33Speaker 6: noticed is.
- 8:38:35Speaker 2: When I started focusing on my eyes, that actually almost
- 8:38:39Speaker 2: became they got worse before they got better in a way.
- 8:38:42Speaker 6: So I felt a degree of tension growing in my
- 8:38:46Speaker 6: eyes and then disappearing. So I think what that was
- 8:38:52Speaker 6: really was just me becoming more aware of the tension
- 8:38:58Speaker 6: that was already there that I wasn't I wasn't focused
- 8:39:02Speaker 6: on before, so I wasn't really acknowledging it more really
- 8:39:12Speaker 6: conscious to those feelings.
- 8:39:23Speaker 2: Yeah, my eyes still continue to relax, as well as
- 8:39:27Speaker 2: my hands. Actually, my hands have got a certain kind
- 8:39:33Speaker 2: of energy, like not buzzing, but like a kind of
- 8:39:41Speaker 2: feel a degree of energy in my hands. Maybe that's
- 8:39:47Speaker 2: where the tension has been released. Maybe that's cause in
- 8:39:52Speaker 2: there and they part, I think we should focus on
- 8:40:01Speaker 2: the back of the neck. That's the part is quite
- 8:40:04Speaker 2: often well for me hold's tension. I don't know about
- 8:40:09Speaker 2: for yourself, but I think it's quite a standard place
- 8:40:14Speaker 2: where tension is sometimes held. So and I'm doing exactly
- 8:40:21Speaker 2: what you're doing as you do it as well, so
- 8:40:24Speaker 2: I'm telling my body parts to relax as well. So
- 8:40:28Speaker 2: if you tell your neck the back of your neck.
- 8:40:31Speaker 6: Focus on the back of your neck, and then just
- 8:40:33Speaker 6: say relax in your own words, your own tone, in
- 8:40:41Speaker 6: your own voice. You can say out loud, or you.
- 8:40:43Speaker 2: Can just say to yourself internally, but you're focusing and
- 8:40:49Speaker 2: you're saying it literally to the back of your neck,
- 8:40:54Speaker 2: as if the back of your neck you can actually
- 8:40:56Speaker 2: hear what you're saying.
- 8:41:01Speaker 6: So did that now to say relax to back your
- 8:41:05Speaker 6: neck and I did the same. Now what my I
- 8:41:47Speaker 6: tested it may have had similarly is even though I
- 8:41:53Speaker 6: was focusing on the back of my neck, other parts
- 8:42:01Speaker 6: started to I don't know, showed themselves to me, or
- 8:42:07Speaker 6: maybe because they want to be relaxed as well. But
- 8:42:11Speaker 6: I started noticing the feelings and my shoulders at tension,
- 8:42:15Speaker 6: and my shoulders and in my up my back. Whether
- 8:42:20Speaker 6: that was because my back of my neck was saying
- 8:42:26Speaker 6: I'm pretty much okay. It's the other parts that need attention.
- 8:42:37Speaker 6: But my lob, my back of my neck is still relaxing.
- 8:42:42Speaker 6: But I just became aware of other parts that needed attention.
- 8:42:49Speaker 2: Now this might happen, it's not. It doesn't mean that
- 8:42:54Speaker 2: it's going any wrong. It just means you're.
- 8:42:57Speaker 6: Being notified if the places that also wants to feel relaxed.
- 8:43:07Speaker 2: So I'm going to focus on my other back, so
- 8:43:11Speaker 2: you can do the same, even if you don't have
- 8:43:15Speaker 2: any feelings of attention that are obvious in your own baby,
- 8:43:22Speaker 2: you just focus on your back and the whole area
- 8:43:27Speaker 2: from the shoulder blades down to the middle of your
- 8:43:32Speaker 2: back and your spine needs all the shoulder blades. Yeah,
- 8:43:43Speaker 2: that's the parts that we given me. That not that
- 8:43:52Speaker 2: it needs relaxing. Soun's gonna ask that one to relax.
- 8:43:57Speaker 32: Then you can do the same.
- 8:43:58Speaker 2: Now relaxed, you up the back and something strange happened there,
- 8:44:25Speaker 2: And this often happens.
- 8:44:28Speaker 32: I've been doing this.
- 8:44:31Speaker 2: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm want surprised,
- 8:44:39Speaker 2: amazed really that there can be a feeling.
- 8:44:45Speaker 6: So when I was focusing on the back of my
- 8:44:48Speaker 6: neck on the back was starting to feel quite stressed
- 8:44:53Speaker 6: and in need of attention.
- 8:44:57Speaker 2: As soon as I started talking to you about my
- 8:45:00Speaker 2: upper back and talking.
- 8:45:03Speaker 6: About, you know, getting ready to ask the upper back
- 8:45:07Speaker 6: to relax, when the back already started to relax. It's
- 8:45:15Speaker 6: almost as if it doesn't need to hear the words,
- 8:45:18Speaker 6: just needs the intention.
- 8:45:26Speaker 2: Just needs to be noticed that there is something that
- 8:45:37Speaker 2: often happens in this type of situation is when you
- 8:45:45Speaker 2: start to relax a couple of parts of your body,
- 8:45:51Speaker 2: as we've done with our hands, our eyes, and my lids.
- 8:45:57Speaker 33: And now back the neck, top of the back, at
- 8:46:07Speaker 33: the back.
- 8:46:08Speaker 6: The rest of the body seems to just take notice
- 8:46:15Speaker 6: and decide in its own way to start relaxing. Other
- 8:46:23Speaker 6: parts of your body start to just become loser. I
- 8:46:33Speaker 6: suppose it's kind of like a bit of an avalanche,
- 8:46:36Speaker 6: you know, the little ball starts rolling. Before you know it,
- 8:46:41Speaker 6: the whole of your body is completely relaxed. And God,
- 8:46:54Speaker 6: if you focus on your face, you focus on your eyes,
- 8:47:04Speaker 6: your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles around your eyes, maybe
- 8:47:16Speaker 6: you start to notice that your forehead is born a
- 8:47:21Speaker 6: ax than it was.
- 8:47:24Speaker 2: Maybe your face or relaxed, I would say, my entire faces.
- 8:47:31Speaker 6: You're not more the baxters. You're going to focus now
- 8:47:46Speaker 6: on your shoulders again, just like before, just to your shoulders.
- 8:47:55Speaker 6: You can't do them indically. You can do your right
- 8:47:58Speaker 6: shoulder and that shoulder. I just didn't do both at
- 8:48:02Speaker 6: the same time.
- 8:48:05Speaker 2: Just tell your shoulders as you focus on them in
- 8:48:08Speaker 2: your mind, focus on how you feel. Maybe you can
- 8:48:14Speaker 2: see them in your mind time. Just tell your shoulders
- 8:48:25Speaker 2: to relax.
- 8:49:03Speaker 6: Because as nice as they relax, but I didn't notice,
- 8:49:19Speaker 6: especially with my bank, is the connection between the different parts.
- 8:49:28Speaker 2: The bank, shoulders, the neck, people connected. Being such a
- 8:49:39Speaker 2: large part of your body, it's always hard to separate
- 8:49:45Speaker 2: the book from each other. My lower back is starting
- 8:49:53Speaker 2: to relax on the same.
- 8:50:01Speaker 32: Maybe you're going.
- 8:50:02Speaker 2: Too slow, and that could be an issue because we
- 8:50:08Speaker 2: all go at different speeds. And the idea of the
- 8:50:14Speaker 2: beginning of this recording was for you to be able
- 8:50:17Speaker 2: to just say to yourself, relax without focusing on any
- 8:50:33Speaker 2: particular part of your body. Because when you know that,
- 8:50:39Speaker 2: turning your hands to relax, and your hands relax.
- 8:50:51Speaker 6: Me tell your eyelids, your eyes, the muscles around your eyes.
- 8:51:00Speaker 2: Your eyebrows to relax, the relax. To the back of
- 8:51:15Speaker 2: your neck to relax. Relaxes, until your up back to relax.
- 8:51:52Speaker 2: Ne relaxes. You tell your shoulders.
- 8:52:04Speaker 18: To relax, they relaxed.
- 8:52:40Speaker 2: Tell your hands to relax and relaxed. They continued to rex.
- 8:52:54Speaker 6: You told your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, eyebrows
- 8:53:02Speaker 6: to relax.
- 8:53:04Speaker 2: They relaxed. Con to relax when you told the back
- 8:53:20Speaker 2: of your neck, but you saw the back of your neck,
- 8:53:27Speaker 2: told it to relax and relaxed and continued.
- 8:53:38Speaker 13: To relax.
- 8:53:47Speaker 2: When he told you up back to relax, the relaxed
- 8:53:56Speaker 2: and continued to as that's when your shoulders, tell your
- 8:54:13Speaker 2: shoulders to relax. Your shoulders relaxed to relax.
- 8:54:33Speaker 32: And it's not just that, it's.
- 8:54:40Speaker 6: That the rest of your body has also been listening,
- 8:54:46Speaker 6: and their relaxation has been spread. So from your eyes
- 8:54:53Speaker 6: the relaxation, spread your forehead, around your face, set your
- 8:55:01Speaker 6: skin into your joe, to the fronts, the sides of
- 8:55:14Speaker 6: the bag, red chest and.
- 8:55:19Speaker 2: Stole, relaxed hands and shoulders, the tap through your arms,
- 8:55:33Speaker 2: relating from arms up, arms.
- 8:55:40Speaker 34: Out, words, breasts.
- 8:55:45Speaker 32: Let's go.
- 8:55:54Speaker 2: Pay hips, butters, scoy.
- 8:56:02Speaker 34: Just start to relax one spreading through your legs, way down, giving.
- 8:56:25Speaker 6: Tops of your feet, the sight of your face, the
- 8:56:31Speaker 6: bottoms of your face, relexing.
- 8:56:41Speaker 2: Your stores.
- 8:56:46Speaker 6: Each time, and as your body access more, you white.
- 8:57:14Speaker 2: Comes slow, peaceful way.
- 8:57:37Speaker 34: If cheese to fool asleep, easy, he said, Drift away.
- 8:58:04Speaker 2: Because it's nothing on your mind. Pray space body conteenuss
- 8:58:51Speaker 2: than you picture to me.
- 8:58:54Speaker 6: The body you had said the word he said to yourself,
- 8:59:02Speaker 6: relights mean state I need to focus.
- 8:59:13Speaker 2: On just one pot.
- 8:59:17Speaker 18: Just focus on the entire body, say.
- 8:59:29Speaker 2: Forward good things.
- 8:59:44Speaker 32: And there's.
- 8:59:47Speaker 2: Those sensations of comfort.
- 8:59:56Speaker 6: Spreading for boy. Let to your boys.
- 9:00:41Speaker 32: Who need to pay.
- 9:00:44Speaker 34: Just tell yourself, starting down the number.
- 9:01:27Speaker 2: Twenty nineteen eighteen seventeen.
- 9:02:10Speaker 35: Six four.
- 9:03:21Speaker 2: Eight two.
- 9:05:03Speaker 29: Usutus US US eight US using us USU.
- 9:15:15Speaker 2: One. So counted down ten to one, ten nine eight.
- 9:15:41Speaker 36: Seven six.
- 9:15:46Speaker 2: Five four three two.
- 9:15:58Speaker 3: One.
- 9:16:05Speaker 2: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 9:16:08Speaker 2: to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for you to
- 9:16:14Speaker 2: notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 9:16:23Speaker 2: bit of pressure there. Like you'll count it down from
- 9:16:26Speaker 2: ten to one. Would you expect me to do?
- 9:16:29Speaker 6: Man, expect me to stick go with floppy just because
- 9:16:33Speaker 6: you're counted down.
- 9:16:40Speaker 2: If you try it again, but this time, I'll go
- 9:16:43Speaker 2: this slower this time, and you focus on the whole
- 9:16:51Speaker 2: of your body before we focus on your legs. Just
- 9:16:57Speaker 2: notice your body does.
- 9:17:02Speaker 28: Start to feel more relaxed with every number that I countdown.
- 9:17:19Speaker 2: Ten nine.
- 9:17:31Speaker 36: Eight seven, six.
- 9:17:55Speaker 2: Five four.
- 9:18:14Speaker 17: Three one.
- 9:19:00Speaker 2: And just notice how how you feel generally, how your
- 9:19:06Speaker 2: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 9:19:21Speaker 2: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 9:19:31Speaker 2: space between being active physically or mentally, just.
- 9:19:52Speaker 6: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 9:19:57Speaker 6: not saying anything, not needing to think about anything.
- 9:20:04Speaker 2: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 9:20:07Speaker 2: of a space, the gap. And the more I camped
- 9:20:18Speaker 2: down for the tental work, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 9:20:26Speaker 2: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation.
- 9:20:38Speaker 2: It's a nice feeling and it moves those stresses or
- 9:20:51Speaker 2: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves away. Allows you.
- 9:21:08Speaker 37: To just.
- 9:21:11Speaker 2: Slow down, someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 9:21:18Speaker 2: and notice that gap widening, the gap.
- 9:21:27Speaker 6: And as it widens, it's almost like the stress of
- 9:21:32Speaker 6: attention falls.
- 9:21:34Speaker 2: Into the gap. It gives you that distance, that space.
- 9:21:55Speaker 32: Now two.
- 9:22:05Speaker 36: Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 9:23:14Speaker 17: Three one, And how did you want? What do you feel.
- 9:24:08Speaker 32: Now?
- 9:24:20Speaker 2: Can you notice? Do you feel calm? Do you feel relaxed?
- 9:24:59Speaker 32: As now?
- 9:25:00Speaker 2: Focus on your legs, just your legs. You're just gonna
- 9:25:21Speaker 2: start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 9:25:40Speaker 2: the most exciting thing to be doing because.
- 9:25:48Speaker 6: I'm sure like most of your body is not not
- 9:25:51Speaker 6: going on right now, Just focusing on the whole of
- 9:26:04Speaker 6: your thighs, the tops of your.
- 9:26:08Speaker 2: Fires, the sides of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs,
- 9:26:16Speaker 2: outer thighs and inner thighs. Basically the whole of your
- 9:26:22Speaker 2: thigh that leads into.
- 9:26:24Speaker 32: Your hip.
- 9:26:29Speaker 2: And it goes down to your knee joint. Now, this
- 9:26:40Speaker 2: is a big area.
- 9:26:45Speaker 38: It's a very.
- 9:26:46Speaker 6: Heavy area, face strong, probably the strongest muscles in your
- 9:26:53Speaker 6: body or in your thighs.
- 9:27:05Speaker 32: I don't think we.
- 9:27:07Speaker 6: Perhaps give enough attention two anviers. Perhaps we don't acknowledge
- 9:27:23Speaker 6: how important our thighs are to our lives, how much
- 9:27:45Speaker 6: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 9:28:00Speaker 6: it may seem sound really weird, but I think that
- 9:28:05Speaker 6: all of our body parts, especially advice, needs some TLC,
- 9:28:16Speaker 6: a love show, a.
- 9:28:19Speaker 2: Bit decknoligy, thank you gratitude for what advice.
- 9:28:37Speaker 32: Do for us.
- 9:28:45Speaker 2: And I know this may sound a bit strange.
- 9:28:50Speaker 32: Maybe you think, why am I Surely I should be
- 9:28:53Speaker 32: able in.
- 9:28:54Speaker 6: The garden hugging a tree or something. Oh it's hard
- 9:29:03Speaker 6: to set a microphone up on a tree. That's why
- 9:29:06Speaker 6: I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside in
- 9:29:08Speaker 6: a tree. Now I can't see the television from a tree.
- 9:29:19Speaker 6: You move down to your knees, you gain such an
- 9:29:23Speaker 6: important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll speak
- 9:29:33Speaker 6: for myself here. I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 9:29:40Speaker 2: All that I needs do for me until I have
- 9:29:45Speaker 2: a problem with my need. It's occasionally bashy, or it's
- 9:29:52Speaker 2: aching for some reason.
- 9:29:56Speaker 32: It's then that I.
- 9:29:57Speaker 6: Realize, how much does you have the benefit of being
- 9:30:03Speaker 6: able to use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort?
- 9:30:13Speaker 2: Is that beautiful thing.
- 9:30:17Speaker 6: That's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 9:30:24Speaker 2: You know that's comfort.
- 9:30:29Speaker 6: But as you focus on your needs, regardless of how
- 9:30:34Speaker 6: your needs feel, you can have that sense of.
- 9:30:41Speaker 2: Gratitude and love to your needs for all they do
- 9:30:46Speaker 2: for you.
- 9:30:57Speaker 32: You can still have that.
- 9:30:58Speaker 2: Attention on your Maybe notice how your thighs feel.
- 9:31:05Speaker 32: Maybe you notice that they.
- 9:31:08Speaker 2: Are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the
- 9:31:26Speaker 2: bottoms of your legs, machines and your calf muscles, the bones.
- 9:31:33Speaker 32: Between your these your feet.
- 9:31:38Speaker 2: Incorporates the course your ankles so important.
- 9:31:49Speaker 32: Can maybe win this heat even like.
- 9:31:52Speaker 2: The slightest spray of an ankle.
- 9:31:55Speaker 32: Who knows how how much we take our.
- 9:32:01Speaker 6: Ankles for granted, And it's kind of strange in a
- 9:32:09Speaker 6: way when you think that.
- 9:32:13Speaker 2: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner.
- 9:32:17Speaker 6: Than the rest of our arms, which is okay, it
- 9:32:21Speaker 6: doesn't can't see any problem with that, you know, just
- 9:32:25Speaker 6: picking stuff up.
- 9:32:27Speaker 2: By ankles.
- 9:32:30Speaker 6: So much thinner than the rest of our legs, and
- 9:32:40Speaker 6: from a physics perspective or the logical even it doesn't
- 9:32:44Speaker 6: really make sense that all this.
- 9:32:48Speaker 2: Weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles.
- 9:32:56Speaker 6: Then leading to your feet, a thin area thin by Yeah,
- 9:33:09Speaker 6: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 9:33:15Speaker 6: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 9:33:27Speaker 6: you to get around and be my wile there's the
- 9:33:40Speaker 6: cloth muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 9:33:48Speaker 6: see the point of claff muscles didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 9:33:54Speaker 6: if I walked around on tiptoes, then what class.
- 9:33:57Speaker 32: Muscles get some work?
- 9:34:00Speaker 37: But of course that's not true.
- 9:34:01Speaker 32: The calf muscles have been used whenever we use the legs.
- 9:34:12Speaker 2: And your shins there to protect.
- 9:34:18Speaker 38: You.
- 9:34:19Speaker 32: Looking at a lex.
- 9:34:24Speaker 6: Shaped in a way almost as a protector, with the
- 9:34:29Speaker 6: bone leading of course, to your ankles in your feet,
- 9:34:48Speaker 6: I'm not going to focus.
- 9:34:49Speaker 32: On your feet. I'm just going to focus on the legs.
- 9:34:54Speaker 2: And I realize.
- 9:34:57Speaker 6: Now that i've mentioned your feet in Brookly focus is
- 9:35:01Speaker 6: on them anyway, So maybe I should focus on.
- 9:35:04Speaker 37: Your feet a little bit.
- 9:35:09Speaker 38: You can have them in your.
- 9:35:10Speaker 2: Awareness the same as you have your thighs.
- 9:35:15Speaker 6: In your awareness.
- 9:35:17Speaker 32: Even though we haven't.
- 9:35:18Speaker 6: Been focusing on your thighs a few minutes and you're
- 9:35:24Speaker 6: focusing on your angles, you still the sensation of comforst
- 9:35:41Speaker 6: in your thighs. It's that movement.
- 9:35:50Speaker 2: Of energy because the thighs hold.
- 9:35:56Speaker 6: Lots of different sensations. There's the muscles and the big
- 9:36:02Speaker 6: straw muscles that we have in our thighs, but the
- 9:36:15Speaker 6: skin on the outside of the eyes, as in the
- 9:36:21Speaker 6: outside of all of our body, it can be very sensitive,
- 9:36:30Speaker 6: sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature.
- 9:36:42Speaker 2: And inside your thighs time there's the muscle, there's the.
- 9:36:50Speaker 32: Blood, vessels, the r trees, all.
- 9:36:54Speaker 6: This stuff inside your thighs. And I guess sometimes it'd be.
- 9:37:04Speaker 32: Nice if you could actually put your fingers inside your
- 9:37:08Speaker 32: thighs and message. So if you can message on the
- 9:37:13Speaker 32: outside the course able to get deep into the muscles.
- 9:37:19Speaker 6: To be able to just message inside your thighs, message
- 9:37:24Speaker 6: of the bones with your legs, with your veins, and
- 9:37:33Speaker 6: just gently heal the thighs.
- 9:37:42Speaker 37: And if you move down.
- 9:37:46Speaker 6: Message and inside your knees, just message and the bones with.
- 9:37:52Speaker 32: Healing fingertips spreading their healing.
- 9:37:57Speaker 38: Energy deep into your.
- 9:38:01Speaker 37: It means, of course of the.
