Pakistan Petroleum Limited announces a major gas and condensate discovery at the Rahi X-1 well in Sujawal, Sindh — their fourth find in the Shah Bandar block. Drilled to 2,612 meters, the well hit hydrocarbons in the Upper Sand of the Lower Goru Formation, producing 493,000 scf/day of gas and 12 barrels of condensate at 133 psi.
